Chapter 14: Move in Day

It had been a little under two weeks since Hiro had moved in with his best friend. The first night he stayed he woke up screaming because he had a nightmare of being tortured by Waira. Izuku jumped down from the top bunk and was comforting him. His foster mother and All Might weren't too far behind him.

It took him some time to get adjusted to his new life. Things were different for him, he had access to a soft bed, actual choices on what to eat, and new clothes. Things he thought in a million years he would never be able to have.

Hiro woke up again screaming, he had another nightmare, but this time he wasn't in the basement of the villain layer. Instead he was in his old room trapped by roaring flames. Izuku again jumped on down and comforted him through his uncontrollable sobs.

"It's okay to have nightmares Hiro. Especially after what you've been through."

It was at this point Inko had opened the door, "It's okay mom. I got this."

Inko nodded, "Okay, since it's 5:30 in the morning I'll get breakfast ready"

Izuku remained there comforting Hiro for the next several minutes. They had a big day ahead of them. This was the day they were moving into the dorms, and they day after was the first day of term.

"How about you get in the shower Hiro? Perhaps a hot shower will help calm you down. And no, you don't have to take a cold shower just to save money. We have a tankless hot water heater, so we don't have to worry about running out of hot water."

Hiro nodded and got up and headed to the bathroom while Izuku went into the kitchen to help his mom. The smell of an American style breakfast wafting throughout the entire apartment put his mind and body at ease.

"Another nightmare?" she asked as he walked into the kitchen, the sound and smell of bacon sizzling putting his mind at ease after having to calm his foster brother down.

"Yeah, this time it was about him being trapped in his old room while the orphanage burned down." Izuku explained as he swiped a piece of bacon that was finished and placed on the serving tray.

"Izuku Midoriya! How many times do I have to tell you not to eat the food before it is on the table young man?"

"But its bacon!" Izuku whined, "And it was nice and crispy too! Besides a chef needs to taste their food as it is being made to make sure it is up to par!"

However, his mother gave him her usual glower, but it clearly looked like she knew it wouldn't really have an effect on Izuku. This wasn't the first time she had to yell at him for stealing bacon before breakfast was ready.

"That excuse doesn't fly with an American style breakfast Izuku and you know it! And besides, you weren't the chef that made that bacon! Now make the French Toast for me please and the eggs while I shower and brush my teeth and finish the hash browns in the remaining bacon grease when the rest of the bacon is cooked."

"Yes mom." Izuku replied while rolling his eyes and his voice dripping with sarcasm but smiling all the same as he took the spatula from his mom and kept the eggs swirling around in the pan. It's not like he trusted his mother with the eggs in the first place. She never properly seasoned them the way Izuku liked. Plus, she never did the right thing and grease the pan with butter for the eggs. As far Izuku knew, cooking scrambled eggs without greasing the pan with butter was a crime.

As soon as Izuku finished plating the last piece of the eggs he heard the shower that Hiro was in turn off and the bathroom door open. He went over to his room and stopped. He immediately remembered what happened a couple days ago where he just walked in and got an eyeful of his foster brother and so he knocked.

"Yes?" he heard his foster brother call out.

"Are you decent?" Izuku asked back through the door, his voice a bit higher than normal.

"No. But you can come in anyways."

"No. It's okay." Izuku responded, his face reddening, glad he remembered to knock and not just open the door.

"Were you thinking about what happened a couple days ago?"

"No Hiro…" Izuku said with a sigh, resting his head against the door and rolling his eyes. "Anyways, hurry up and get dressed if you want to have any bacon before I eat it all."

"DON'T YOU DARE!"

Izuku snickered as he rushed back off to the kitchen. He wasn't going to take Hiro's share of the bacon. That was one of the foods he really fell in love with, and who could blame him? However, he better get dressed before his share of the bacon was devoured by his teenage foster brother who had the appetite of a killer whale.

It didn't take long for Hiro to get dressed with his bacon being in danger. They weren't wearing their UA uniforms to school just yet, that would be for tomorrow. Soon the family of three was seated around the table.

"So, are you boys all packed and ready for today?"

"Yes Mom/Mrs. Midoriya."

"Mom, you made sure we were all packed last night before we went to bed!"

"A mother can't be too careful, can she?" Inko sighed as she went to take a sip of her orange juice.

"Wait mom! Didn't you just—"

Inko took a sip and immediately grimaced.

"Brush your teeth…"

Inko gagged for a few moments as she then went to chase the awful taste combination of orange juice and toothpaste out of her mouth, only to be hit with the awful combination of mint toothpaste and water.

"For crying out loud!" Inko exclaimed slamming her glass of water back down on the table.

"Seriously! With all the advancements and quirks out there, you'd think they'd come up with a toothpaste that can be drink friendly! And that's enough bacon for you Izuku! Don't think I forgot about you pilfering from the plate while the eggs were still cooking!"

Izuku sheepishly frowned as he put the bacon down on his plate that he had just taken from the serving tray.

"You ate before we all sat down?" Hiro replied looking upset

"It was just one piece of bacon!"

"That makes it even worse!"

The bickering from the two boys continued on. Inko thought about intervening and stopping the argument, but she didn't. Here was her boy and he finally had someone who he could actually call a brother in a sense. They had been living together for less than two weeks and yet they were already acting like they had grown up together.

She sat back and enjoyed the show as the boy's argument about the bacon got a bit more heated. Hiro was so timid when he came into the Midoriya household, and here he was standing up to Izuku. Inko wasn't sure that it would last when he went off to UA, but it was a start.

"Yup, inviting Hiro into this home was the best parenting decision I've ever made for my sweet Izuku."

"Okay! Here we are!" Inko declared as they pulled up to the gate in the packed car.

"OMG! We are actually here!" Izuku cried from the passenger's seat.

"You were here before to take your entrance exam remember?" his mother deadpanned in a monotone voice.

"He's going to be like this all day, isn't he?" Inko thought to herself as they pulled up to the gate.

"Who's that person who is sniffing the cars ahead of us?" Hiro asked from the back, squished against the doors because of the boxes.

"That's the pro hero Hound Dog! And he—"

"Izuku if you freak out at every pro hero you see today, you'll pass out from a lack of breathing. I know you are excited, but can you please tone it down a few notches for your own health and safety?"

"Yes mom…" Izuku sulked as they were finally stopped by Hound Dog.

"Student name and class?" Hounddog asked Inko as she rolled down her window.

"Izuku Midoriya and Hiro Fuji for Class 1-B."

Hound Dog seemed to frown for a second as he heard the names called out.

"Ah yes. I will be needing to speak with the three of you later this afternoon."

"I figured as much Mr. Hounddog."

"Please ma'am call me Mr. Inui. Anyways, you'll be in Dorm 1-A, just think about your rival class number in case you forget. You won't have to travel far. It is the first one down on this row. When you are done moving in, go and find a teacher and ask them to help guide you to my office. I should be done sniffing for contraband in a couple hours."

"Contraband? Surely no one would bring drugs in when they attend UA?"

"Can't be too careful ma'am. Besides it's not just drugs, it's the support course students we have to worry about the most."

"Why's that Hounddog-Sensei?" Izuku asked.

"They tend to bring their own explosives and other equipment that isn't allowed in the dorms. I had to give a dressing down to a first-year support course student with pink hair earlier this morning for that reason. Power Loader was awfully specific in saying they are only allowed to use the explosives they approve of, and they are under no circumstances allowed to be kept in the dorms."

"Anyways thank you Mr. Inui." Inko replied as she sweatdropped and put the car again in drive as the gate raised to allow them entry to the UA grounds.

"Hey! I think Iida is already in the process of moving in, or he is already done!" Izuku called out, pointing out a large van with the "Team Idaten" logo on the side.

"That'll be nice. I could finally meet his parents." Inko cheered as she parked next to the van.

They all got out of the car and got all the boxes out of the car thanks to Izuku's Phantom Force and walked around the side of the building to the front of the door. Where they all saw a well-endowed blue haired girl.

"Hadou?" Izuku asked they approached, "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be moving into your dorm?"

"Midoriya-bro!" Hadou called out and hugged him, putting his face right up in the middle of her buoyancy aids.

"'Zuku why haven't you mentioned this lovely girl to me before?" Inko said with a smile. Thankfully Hadou picked up what she was going to say next.

"He's not my boyfriend Mrs. Midoriya. I have my sights on another guy who is also a fluffy cinnamon roll. I met Midoriya at the entrance exam, I helped him fill out his forms before he took the tests."

"Oh well…" Inko replied looking a bit disappointed,

"Anyways, all the third years were allowed to move into the dorms a couple days ago so we could help the first and second years move in. Now let's see Midoriya and…"

"Fuji… Hiro Fuji…" Hiro muttered nervously, he felt like he had seen this girl before, but he couldn't quite remember where. Meanwhile the girl's face lit up.

"Little Kohai!" she squealed and gave him a bone crushing hug.

"Oh-umph-uff!" Hiro spluttered as he got a face full of Hadou's chest as she hugged him. "Can't…. Breathe…"

"Oh! Sorry about that Kohai! Anyways, I was just excited to see you are doing well since I helped rescue you and all."

"I thought I recognized you…" Hiro replied, looking very embarrassed given what just happened to him.

"You remembered me!" Nejire said, visibly lighting up.

"Were you the one who called me little bro?"

"Yep! That was me! I'm surprised you remember that, given the…" her voice trailed off as she remembered what state Hiro was in when she found him. Surprised that she saw all of his injuries treated fully, he was still on the skinny side though.

"Izuku patched me up with his healing quirk."

"And messed himself up in the process!" his foster mother cut in.

"Wow! That's amazing! I saw on your forms when you turned them in at the entrance exam you could heal people! You must be on Recovery Girl's level or beyond to put Hiro back together so fast!"

"Yeah… I have a feeling she is going to give me private lessons since dual enrollment into 1-C wasn't allowed…" Izuku nervously laughed.

"On top of the private lessons I'm sure Nezu is going to give you!"

"What?! This is the first I'm hearing about it! What does the principal want to give me private lessons for?"

"Well it isn't private lessons, it's more of a private club where it is just the two of us get together over tea and analyze quirks together."

"Oh, that will be wonderful for you sweetie." Inko cut in, "Do you know if there is a list of clubs that my kids could look up? It would be nice for them to make more friends."

"Sure thing!" Nejire cheered, "Once you've finished moving in and unpacking, they all have their booths set up in the main building, and wow Midori! You've managed to keep all the boxes levitated this whole time?"

Izuku simply nodded, trying to keep all of his concentration on the boxes.

"Anyways let me look up what rooms you two will be in… Ah! I see you are going to be next to one another. You will be in rooms 20 and 21 on the second floor! You'll be using your student ID's to get into your rooms! Don't lose them or the school will charge you ¥7,500 ($71.73 USD as of the day this chapter was posted) if you lose them!"

"Hear that boys! If you lose them, you are paying for them!"

Both boys gulped and sweatdropped as they nodded in confirmation that they understood her as they took their IDs. They proceeded inside as they entered the main living area and proceeded towards the stairwells. They couldn't fit the boxes in the elevator, and they were planning on making this a one trip journey thanks to Izuku's quirk.

They got to their rooms and unlocked them. Inside they found a room with wood floors and some standard furniture that Inko said she bought as part of the basic dorm room package. A dresser, a bed frame and mattress, a desk and chair combo, and a full-length mirror were waiting for them.

For Izuku's room they put up all of his All Might memorabilia. This included everything from the bedspread, to the figurines on the walls, to the beanbag in the corner, to window drapes.

In Hiro's room it was a different story. He had sort of fit into the Portland, Oregon vibe in the past couple weeks, really falling in love with plaid. He had a grey and green plaid bed set, a nifty grey extra-large bean bag that he could probably sleep on, a set of grey drapes, brick like wallpaper, a couple Edison/Steampunk style lamps, and he had his figurines set up on his shelves of all the heroes that went to help save him. His favorite thing in his new room as actually a poster of Backdraft that the hero had signed. He took it very personal that he didn't notice what trouble Hiro was in before.

Once they were done, they headed back out to the common area. They heard the sound of construction noise coming from the 5th floor which confused them. In the common area they ran into Iida.

"Hey Tenya! How's it going?" Inko said as she approached, "Are your parents here? I was hoping to meet them."

"I'm afraid not Mrs. Midoriya. Both of my parents are running the administrative side of the family agency right now. Even though they both have retired from hero work, they still want to keep their minds sharp and agile by working."

"Aww. I was hoping to meet them today."

"I'm sorry Mrs. Midoriya! I'm sure you'll be able to meet them one day! My brother's sidekick Enigma decided to volunteer to help me out."

"Nice to meet you." Enigma said in a voice that slightly creeped the trio out.

"Inko! How's it going!" a voice called from the doorway and they all turned to see three people come in: Mitsuki, Masaru, and Katsuki Bakugo. Hiro visibly tensed up at the sight of his middle school bully.

"Inko dear it is nice to see you. You too Izuku!" Mitsuki called out as she put the box she was carrying down on a sofa and hugged her childhood friend. Meanwhile Masaru nodded while Katsuki tried to ignore them completely.

"It's nice to meet you Mr. Fuji. I'm really sorry to hear what my son has put you through. Had we known we would've acted harsh and sooner. That failure is on us." She said and Masaru nodded, both looking very guilty.

"Um… Thank you ma'am." Hiro stuttered out, not sure how to respond.

"If my son ever gives you an OUNCE of trouble, let us know okay? Izuku has my number. By the way Izuku if you see my son do anything embarrassing, please be a dear and send me a video. I always love a good laugh."

"Sure, thing Auntie Mitsuki." Izuku said with a bow of his head.

"DEKU! Don't you—"

SMACK!

Izuku was shocked, because that smack did not come from Mitsuki, but rather Masaru. He was always the kind and gentle one in the house, never getting angry.

"What have I told you young man!? You will behave yourself and not verbally or physically assault others! If you can't understand that most simple basic of concepts of being a human being, you are not worthy of being a hero and we will pull you out of this school and send you to an institution for troubled young adults! Do you understand me!?" the man yelled at his son, his voice full of venom, all while Katsuki looked shocked at his father's behavior. Katsuki merely nodded.

"I want to hear you say it with conviction son."

"I… I will dad…" Katsuki replied, clearly afraid of his father's newfound anger, something that threw Izuku and Hiro through a loop hearing fear coming out of Katsuki's voice.

"Good now take these boxes upstairs while your mother and I have a chat with Auntie Inko and her family."

"Yes dad."

With that Katsuki left carrying all the boxes precariously, heading towards the elevator. They didn't say a word till the elevator doors closed.

"Masaru…" Inko started, "When did you start—"

"Being authoritative towards my son?" Masaru sighed flopping down on the sofa and his wife sitting next to him, placing a hand on his forehead, "When I realized I failed as a parent."

"When we both failed as parents." His wife corrected him, again looking apologetically towards Hiro and Izuku. "We had no idea what was going on at school. They kept covering absolutely everything up. Every time we would go in for a PTA meeting, we'd get told how much of an angel he was. When he was at home, he'd never act aggressive in front of us."

"We should've recognized the signs when you and Katsuki went to kindergarten together Izuku." Masaru sighed, taking the conversation over, "After that fight, we should've known that he was starting to develop an ego thanks to him having a powerful quirk. We should've recognized that the fights between you and Katsuki that caused you to move away to go to a different school wasn't just brotherly rivalry gone wrong, but rather something more serious. Mr. Fuji had to pay the price for our apathy towards not correcting our son's behavior."

"We know an apology simply won't make up for everything we are responsible for." Mitsuki cut in, "However, we promise to be proper and authoritative parents, even when he is here living in the dorms. For obvious reasons, we do not fully trust any school's administration, not even UA's. We've simply lost all faith in Japan's education system. Izuku, could you please give us weekly reports of Katsuki's behavior? I'm not sure the school will give us those."

Izuku stood there feeling uneasy. Here were the parents of his former best friend asking him to essentially either spy and monitor on their son's behavior at school. If he reported that Katsuki was behaving well, they wouldn't do anything to him. However, if he reported that he is still being mean and being rude to his classmates, then they might take him away from UA, and he would personally be responsible for crushing his dreams of being a hero.

"Listen." Masaru said, "We already have a set of punishments laid out for our son. I understand that you may be hesitant about being the one person who could personally crush someone's dream of a being a hero. However, if Katsuki does not change his personality, it won't be you crushing his dreams of being a hero Izuku, he would've done it to himself."

Izuku stood there still, he felt extremely uncomfortable, grabbing his arms, and looking down at the floor deep in thought. He thought about seeing Katsuki being dejected about being kicked out of his dream school. However, he then thought about what his foster brother must have gone through. What the nameless other kids at the schools Hiro attended must have gone through.

Izuku really did not want to take up this responsibility. However, he could see no way out of it. He had to be a hero and make sure his old rival's bullying stopped. His mind flashed back to an interview All Might did on an American talk show that was hosted by a man whose quirk made his chin extra large.

"Sometimes I really do not enjoy doing Hero Work. There was once a villain I had to stop. His goal was to help save his wife dying of an illness I will not name, and by stopping him I damned his wife to death. However, if I stood by and let him cure his wife, it would've cost the lives of hundreds of civilians. Sometimes the need of the greater good must be prioritized over the needs of the one. To quote an old science fiction movie before the time of quirks: "The needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few.""

"Okay… I'll do it…" Izuku said in a whisper that carried throughout the common room, and at the same time Katsuki walked back in who stiffened at his old rival's words.

"Thank you Izuku." Mitsuki said with tears in her eyes, pulling Izuku into a gentle hug. "Come on problem child! We still have more boxes in the car Mr. Only Person Not To Score A Single Rescue Point Out Of Everyone Who Took The Test."

With that the Bakugo's left the common area, leaving Iida, Enigma and the Midoriya's alone in the common room.

"Mind I ask what that was about? That was the same guy from the alley right?" Iida asked, "I don't want to intrude or anything but—"

"It's okay Tenya." Izuku sighed, "Katsuki Bakugo… isn't a nice person. He thinks of everyone else as extras. He's the type of person who thinks the universe revolves around him. That everyone is beneath him. He's the person that is so arrogant to believe that everyone should be subservient to him."

"I remember you confronting him when he was…" Iida looked nervously at Hiro, "Back in that alley I mean. He didn't seem like a heroic person."

"That he is not. I don't think he'll care about rescuing people. All he cares about is how powerful he can become. I'm kind of hoping he won't be in class 1-B with the three of us. Because if he is in the same class as us… I have a bad feeling it'll be because me that he'll be out of UA in less than a weeks-time."

"It won't be because of your fault Izuku." His mother cooed, stroking her hand through her son's hair, "It will be because of his own refusal to change his ways that he would be removed by his parents. Let's stop sulking. This is your big day! Let's get lost around campus. We have time to kill before the mood gets soured again with our meeting with Mr. Inui."

After moving everything into the dorms, the family of three decided to go get and some lunch from the cafeteria. The place was full of students and their families. There were second years and third years running from table to table trying to find friends, and a bunch of awkward first years who didn't know anyone. Those who did were calling out their old classmates from middle school.

"Midoriya!" Izuku looked up from his katsudon he was enjoying to see Kirishima running up towards him, but something was drastically different about his appearance.

"What have you done with your hair?!" Izuku cried out in shock at the bright crimson spikes on his head in place of the floppy blackness that was there last time he saw him.

"Decided to go for a new look for a new school!" Kirishima said proudly pointing at his hair, "But please don't go around telling people this isn't my natural hair color!"

"Why?" Hiro asked with clear confusion on his face.

"Because I looked lame and I don't want people to joke about it! I already had to get on my knees and beg Ashido not to blab! Please don't make me do it again, it doesn't look manly at all to get on my knees and beg!"

"Okay! Okay! Settle down Kirishima! Have you moved into the dorms completely?" Izuku asked.

"I got all my boxes up in there. Don't worry! My den of manliness will be complete by the time I head to bed!"

"Den of manliness?" Hiro asked looking confused, "What is that supposed to be?"

"Just wait and see bro!"

"We'll probably hold a contest to see who of the first years has the best dorm room!" Said a bubbly voice coming in from behind them.

"Ashido! I didn't know you were already here!" Izuku cried out, whipping his head around and cracking his neck to see Mina Ashido was at the table directly behind theirs.

"That's okay. For once it is nice not to be directly noticed by everyone." She mused as Izuku rubbed the back of this neck.

"Sorry Ashido!" Kirishima said bowing his head and placing his hands together. "I should've noticed you first!"

However, Ashido simply waved him off, "It's okay Kirishima. If anything, I'm still not use to that obviously fake hair dye." This caused Kirishima to blush, but he didn't say anything back.

"Anyways, it is a good think you dyed your eyebrows too. That would've given it away instantly." Ashido continued, "But did you forget to dye…" she leaned in and whispered something in Kirishima's ear that turned him as crimson as his hair, "Because if you didn't, it will be plainly obvious the dye on your hair is clearly fake."

It was at this moment Kirishima simply bowed his head, face still crimson as his hair, and said he had to leave them as he nervously walked away. Izuku and Hiro looked confused as to why he was walking away really embarrassed, but Inko and Mina both had knowing smirks and were trying to hold in their laughter.

They all split up after lunch and walked around the main building. They picked up a flyer with a list of clubs and walked around looking at all the booths that the clubs had set up. Izuku immediately signed up for the gardening club and the morning running club.

Hiro on the other hand was nervous at joining any of the clubs, not having had the privilege of being able to afford any fees a club may come with. However, after being pressured by his foster mother, he signed up for an Art Club because Inko insisted he had to join at least one club.

After going around and looking at all the clubs, the trio made their way to Mr. Inui's office. They knocked and were told to enter. Inside they found a Freudian Psychologist's set up. Wood paneling, a maroon leather tufted lounge chair next to a gas fireplace meant to look like a wood burning fireplace, book lining the walls, a window at the back behind a large wooden desk where Hound Dog was sitting. The trio sat down in the provided chairs.

"Thank you for coming as soon as you were available Mrs. Midoriya." Hounddog said in greeting bowing his head.

"It is no problem Mr. Inui." Inko said cheerfully as she sat in one of the maroon buttoned leather chairs.

"Well I would like to set up a routine schedule meeting with both of your sons with Dr. Maruki, our latest therapist we've brought on staff and a once a month talk minimum with Dr. Sakura who is not only a therapist, but also a psychologist and a psychatrist."

"Both of us?" Izuku interrupted, not understanding how he needed psychological counseling.

"Yes, both of you." Ryo nodded at Izuku, "You clearly have a lot on your plate. It has made you have some questionable choices. Like sneaking out at night, and almost getting caught by the wrong kinds of people."

Izuku flinched, "Wait?! You know about that."

Ryo sighed, "Of course I know about it! It was Eraserhead who caught you sneaking out at night and being reckless. But that's beside the point. I will discuss it in detail with you when we are alone. I have you down right after your foster brother's appointment. And speaking of your foster brother…"

Ryo looked over at Hiro who visibly tensed up, "We are going to have special rules for you while living on campus. We know your history of self-harm, and thus we are going to have to implement a no sharp objects policy for you while you are living on campus."

"But wait Mr. Inui," Izuku interrupted, and this got him a dirty look from both adults, but he continued on, "I was hoping to help teach Hiro how to cook while we were living in the dorms. I can't really do that effectively if I don't teach him how to properly cut up vegetables and the proper way to butcher meat. Also, wouldn't it draw unnecessary attention to him if he wasn't allowed to eat with a knife? Aren't we trying to make things normal for Hiro?"

Ryo sat there in his chair thinking in silence scratching his chin. Izuku in his head was rushing to come up with further arguments in his head. He understood the need for the no sharp objects policy Hounddog wanted to put in place for his foster brother. He just found the idea of not interacting with any sharp objects a bit ridiculous.

"Very well." Mr. Inui nodded with a gruff voice, "Hiro Fuji will have a limited sharp objects policy in place for him. He will not be allowed to own any razor blades, or scissors, or keep any sharp objects in his room. In addition, Midoriya will be responsible for making sure he does not sneak any cutlery into his room. There will be inspections of your room at irregular intervals to make sure this is being enforced while you are in class. You will be allowed to use knives for cooking and eating, abuse our trust and you'll have this privilege revoked. Do you understand?"

"Yes Mr. Inui." Hiro responded nervously.

"Yes Mr. Hounddog." Izuku said nodded bowing his head, "I understand this responsibility."

"Good." Ryo said with a nod after writing something down, most likely something about the agreement they had just made. "Now we need to discuss how often we are going to have a sit down. Now Hiro, you are going to have sit down sessions at a minimum of once a week with Dr. Maruki or myself should one of us not be available. Do you understand?"

"Yes Mr. Inui."

"Now Mr. Midoriya." Izuku tensed up again, although he greatly respected Hounddog as a pro-hero, sitting with him and him acting as a counselor and a psychologist to him was a bit unnerving.

"We are going to have a sit down at least once a month until I deem fit, or your mother deems fit. Do you understand?"

Izuku merely nodded his head.

"Very well. I think that is all we have time to discuss for today. I will see you both on Tuesday after your first Heroics class."

"Great… Mom's boyfriend has yet to get back at me for all the teasing I gave him that night…" Izuku whispered under his breath so no one could hear. However, he forgot Hounddog's quirk gave him aspects of a dog, including EXCELLENT hearing.

"Teasing!? Who have you been teasing boy!?"

Izuku jumped about 50 kilometers at the sight of Hounddog becoming aggressive.

"I HAVEN'T BEEN TEASING ANYONE MR. HOUNDDOG I SWEAR!"

"I just heard you whisper something about teasing someone. Don't lie to me boy. I have exceptional hearing."

However, at this time Inko decided to intervene on her son's behalf.

"It's okay Mr. Inui. He was simply talking about my boyfriend Mr. Toshinori Yagi, your new heroics teacher. They have a thing were in all good fun they tease one another back and forth. Nothing harmful or out of ill will."

However, Ryo simply paused and blinked at the news. "Does the staff know?"

Inko smiled and started counting off her fingers, "Well... There is All Might himself, then there is Aizawa, Kan, and Nezu. They are the only UA Staff that know. I thought they would've started gossiping about it by now."

"No one ever tells me anything…" Ryo thought to himself sadly, "Is it because I'm not a good boy?"

The trio continued to walk around campus till they ended back at Height's Alliance 1-A where she had to drop the boys off. Inko got very emotional to say the least. To say that the municipal water authority might have been needed to be called to calm her waterworks wouldn't have been a surprise.

"My baby is all grown up!" She sobbed as she hugged her son so hard.

"Mom! Please stop! You are going to shatter my ribcage!" Izuku struggled to get out as his mother had him in a vice grip. Meanwhile off to the side, Hiro was massaging his chest after enduring a similarly painful hug.

"Fine I'll let you breathe." Inko chuckled as she let go of her son who was massaging his ribcage. "I just wanted to know that even though I'm tough on you and may seem harsh, you will always be the world to me, and I love you with all my heart."

Inko gave both boys one large hug before leaving them and heading back to her car to drive home. Both boys then opened the doors to the dorm and walked inside.

"Doctor, how is or brand new Nomu doing?" A man in a black mask tied up in medical tubing asked.

"Big Bird? He's doing fine." The Mustached Doctor responded.

"I'm not talking about Big Bird, I'm talking about Blackflame." The man in the masked sighed.

"Ah yes, he's doing quite marvelous as a matter of fact." The doctor said with a smile, "His muscle mass is building up quite fast. He already has a great knowledge of martial arts, all your doing Sensei. Never takes his helmet off except when it comes to eating and showering. I think he is trying to emulate you when he sees you in your mask."

"Nice to know he treats me like a son modeling his father." The man tied in tubing chuckled, but silently thinking it was for another reason, "What about his intelligence so far?"
