It was late, quite late and too late for such young people to be out in the night, but that didn't stop them. She was sitting quietly in the stands, watching as he zoomed around the pitch silently and so fast all he was was a blur. There was a hint of a smile at her lips as she nestled in her cloak, as sitting still in the growing cold was giving her goose bumps.

When she saw him slow, coming towards her at what seemed a snails pace, she stood up and put her hands in her pockets. "Hey, it's getting cold," she called.

He flew over her and out a little ways, looking down at her pale face, rosy cheeks, and smiling lips. Reaching out his hand for her, he smiled, "Come on."

"No, I don't like flying. I want to go inside and I will go alone if I have to," she said, her smile slipping but she continued to stare at him with a smirking glint in her eye.

"Don't you trust me?" he murmured, his hand still in place as he held onto his broom with the other, balancing his weight. He knew she didn't like flying, knew she had a fear of heights but that didn't faze him. And making her seem weak only fired her up, didn't it?

"Of course I do!" her reddening face set, as she reached up for his hand. He pulled her up and lowered his broom a little as she settled in front of him.

"Hold tight," he whispered in her ear, one hand pushing on her stomach to bring their bodies closer together; he took off into the night. He could feel her body tensing, her hands gripping the broom. "You can relax, you know. I won't let you fall, and if you do I'll be sure to-" but he never finished that statement.

"Don't you dare let me fall!" she squeaked out, trembling slightly against him. She could hear him chuckling as he backed away from her slightly, edging towards the end of the broom. "Oh my God, don't do this!"

"What, you want me to hold onto you?" he teased, maneuvering the broom to the left as they passed by a castle turret.

"You prat!" she said, looking over her shoulder only to widen her eyes and look forward once more. "If it'll make you happy, that's exactly what I want; now please!"

"As you wish," he continued teasing, circling her once again with his arms; his nose burying against her neck.

"Hold onto the broom, would you?" her frantic, scared voice filled his mind before he could lose his thoughts. "And don't you dare let me fall!"

"Luv, I wouldn't dream of it."
