I made this one extra long for the long wait. I usually have the chapters written out, but will sometimes end up rewriting half the chapter and still not be convinced with how it turns out.
Thank you all for R/R! I do read the reviews.
@Cotton1322: I have received your messages, but for some odd reason I have been unable to reply. Every attempted to do so, just reloads the page. But be assured I am reading them. If you wish to talk about the story, just shoot me a message with Discord or any other place to chat. Thank you for the Reviews.
Anyways, let's get to the story.
Also be aware there is a 'M' scene close to the end of the chapter.

Time jump:
Barba stared into the mirror fixing his tie-trying to fix his tie. Realizing he had screwed up the knot once more, Barba undid the tie with a heavy sigh. He attempted to focus on the task at hand only to come up blank. He had less than an hour before the Lewis hearing began. Groaning in frustration he ripped the tie off his neck tossing it towards the couch. Resting back against the table, he gripped the edges lowering his head. Closing his eyes for a moment he blocked out every sound. He wanted nothing in his head, but what he was planning on saying and doing in court.
Lewis had tried getting in one last punch at Benson after the hearing. He had offered Barba the deal to confess to his crimes against Olivia, in open court. But it was a confession to crimes he didn't do. He did not rape Olivia, but to humiliate her he was willing to admit it. Barba refused the deal way before he spoke with Olivia.
"What the tie ever do to you?" Olivia had caught the action of frustration as she walked in. "I like that tie."
Barba chuckled lightly. "It doesn't like me right now."
Rolling her eyes, she beaconed him closer. "Let's fix that." Raising the collar to his shirt, she undid the knot in the abused tie. Barba lowered his head allowing her to place the tie over. "You need to relax. This is just like any other case."
"It's not." He muttered. "You and I both know that. I want to see it as any other case, but I can't." Seeing the worry look on her face, he placed his hands on her arm. "Don't look so worried. Carisi will be with me at the table. If I need to step back, he will take over."
"I-okay." He was surprised for a moment by her sudden hug. "I just want this over with."
"We both do." Kissing her on the temple, he held her for a little longer. Her stability and calmness were something he didn't have. He didn't have the patience she did. He wasn't able to just sit around and wait, he needed to take matters into his own hands. Which he must admit was always the bloodiest option. "Do me a favor."
"What?"
"Don't wander off too far between breaks." Pulling back, he stared down at her with a small grin. "I am going to need my dose of Livy."
Olivia chucked, burying her face into his chest. "Always."
Time jump: Supreme Court
Barba clenched his fist at hearing the judge give Lewis the clear to defend himself. Grabbing his briefcase, he turned towards the benches to find Olivia gone. Going in search of her, he sighed at seeing the entire squad there.
"What are you people doing here?" Barba was not in the mood for any of them. "You know you can't watch the trial. You are all witnesses."
"We are here for moral support." Amaro failed at calming the counselor.
And of course, Fin had to open his mouth. "Counselor, don't mess this up."
Barba narrowed his eyes at the man. "I was about to tell you the same thing." Turning his attention to Olivia, he placed a hand on her arm. He wanted nothing more than to pull her into his arms, erase that look of fear she was desperately trying to hide. "I won't let him get away."
"I know."
The first one he called up to the stand was Fin.
"Detective, can you tell us what happened from the moment you arrived at Captain Benson's apartment?"
Fin nodded. "My partner and I broke into Captain Benson's apartment. It was destroyed. Glass everywhere, furniture was turned over, bloody duct tape. We found coat hangers and keys on the stove, cigarette butts. I'll never forget the smell of burnt flesh."
"Thank you, detective." Barba needed to take a moment. Images of said apartment flashed every moment he blinked. "Your witness."
Lewis's chair scraped across the floor as he stood. He walked with a limp, wincing at each step. "My apologies ladies and gentlemen. I'm moving slowly these days, due to the brutal beating I received from Captain Benson."
Barba's head snapped up. "Your honor."
"Move it along, Mr. Lewis."
"That was quite a vivid description you gave, Detective Tutuola." Lewis scoffed. "One might even think you had staged the scene yourself. The scenario that you described, this occurred two days after a case against me had been declared a mistrial due to NYPD lap corruptio-I mean, sorry, contamination."
Barba leaned back with a raised brow. 'Son of a bitch. He's trying to convince the jury, that the NYPD was out to get him.'
"Did captain Benson tell you that she was upset about the mistrial?"
"We were all upset." Fin answered.
"And yet it took you a day to go check her apartment?" Lewis questioned. "When she didn't show up to work?"
Fin glanced at Barba. "Captain Benson was going to take some personal time off."
"Possibly because she was, uh, extremely upset?" He turned to the jury. "Even obsessed?"
"Objection. Speculation." Barba snapped.
"Sustained."
"Alright, when you and your partner broke in the apartment, how long were you alone in Captain Benson's apartment before CSU showed up?"
"We were n-" Seeing the slight shake of Barba's head, Fin frowned. "15 minutes, if that."
"Is that enough time to plant evidence?"
"Your honor." Barba pushed himself up with a bored tone.
The judge matched his tone. "Objection sustained. Jury will disregard. I'll allow you some latitude because you're representing yourself, Mr. Lewis, but watch it."
"I understand, your honor. Just-uh-just one more question. The lab that processed this crime scene, was that the same lab that contaminated the DNA in my prior case?"
"Yes." Fin nodded. "And we told CSU and the lab techs that, this time there can be no mistakes."
Barba sighed the moment Fin spoke those last words. 'Was it so damn hard for them to just answer with a yes, and no?'
"Did you?" It Seemed Lewis was about to use that to his advantage, as he walked towards the jury. "In other words, you made sure the lab knew that an NYPD Captain had been assaulted and I was your suspect?"
"I followed standard NYPD protocol."
Lewis smirked. "Oh, I agree. Thank you, Detective."
Fin was slightly confused, sharing a look with Barba. Who in return gave him a shake of his own. The damage has been done. All they could do was redirect the jury's attention to the details of the case. Get them away from the charms of Lewis. But based on the look the 1st juror was giving Lewis, they already lost one.
After Fin, Rollins was the next on the stand. Barba got her to speak about what they found in Mayer's apartment. Of course, Lewis used that chance to use his past with Amanda to redirect the jury once more. Another win for Lewis. When Amaro took the stand, Lewis used him to get the jury to see Olivia as the one that came onto him. Barba clenched his jaw nearly snapping the pen in his hand.
"It's a technique to find a way to connect to the suspect." Amaro snapped back at Lewis questioning Benson's interrogation tactics.
Lewis turned towards Barba, locking eyes with the man. "Well, I would say it worked." He jumped at the slam of Barba's pen. "Withdrawn."
The trial was moved to the next day after Lewis required a rest. As much as he wanted to see Olivia, he was not allowed to. Not if they wanted to give the jury more reason to doubt their word.
"Not going as well as we had thought." Carisi walked into his office, taking a seat. "What do you plan on doing?"
Barba sighed. "There isn't much I can do. Olivia will be the next on the stand tomorrow. I am hoping that once the jury hears the events from her, we can regain some ground."
"And if not?" Carisi asked.
"Then we will need to trust the jury will do the right thing."
"Rafael Barba?" A young man knocked on his door.
"Yes?"
The man handed him a paper. "You've been served."
Barba frowned, opening the folded paper he scoffed. "What the hell is he planning?"
"What is that?" Carisi leaned closer, snatching the paper from his hand and reading it. "Why would Lewis call you to the stand?"
"I don't know."
But he did.
Time jump: Supreme court
Babra listened as Olivia told the jury her story. She left no detail out, except his enrolment. At times he tuned her out, not able to listen to what Lewis did to her. What she went through, while he was in Rome. What he could have prevented if only he'd listened to himself.
"Mr. Barba?" The judge snapped him out of his inner thoughts.
Barba glanced around, before standing up. "The people rest your honor."
Lewis had decided to skip cross-examining Olivia but requested to do so at a later time. "Instead, I would like to call Mr. Barba to the stand."
The court erupted with murmurs. "Order!" Everyone quieted down. "Mr. Barba, please."
Barba walked across the room and into the box. To say he wasn't worried was a lie. All he could do was lie; it was after all a skill of his.
"Mr. Barba, what is your relationship with Captain Benson?" Lewis asked.
"Professional."
"Pro-Nothing intimate?"
Barba raised a brow. "I don't understand what this has to do with anything?"
"Your honor could you please have him answer." Lewis smirked.
"Mr. Barba, I am sure you are aware of the rules here."
Barba nodded. "Captain Benson and I are currently in a relationship."
"How long?"
"A couple of months."
"When did it start?"
"The day we got the call you raped and sodomized Alice Parker."
"Objection, those charges were dropped." Lewis's co-defender shouted.
Barba rolled his eyes. "It was a mistrial, not dropped."
"Mr. Barba." The judge gave him a warning look. "Answer only what asked."
Lewis limped back to the table, grabbing a few pictures. "Have you ever been here?"
Barba looked at the photo of the beach house. "Once."
"When?"
"I arrived after Benson had been rescued."
"You were never in this house?"
"No."
"Never-"
"I have never driven by that place. I have never stepped foot in that place. Never seen that place in my life, until that day." Barba cut him off before he questions him once more.
Lewis placed the photo in from of him, glaring at Barba. "You see I know you are lying. Just like Olivia. You came to that house while I and Benson were having the time of our lives. You attacked me, knocking me out cold. Handcuffed me to the foot of the bed and left."
Barba stunned the court with his sudden outburst of laughter. "You called me on the stand to claim I tracked you down. Got the upper hand, knocked you out cold, handcuffed you, and left you there with Benson?" He chuckled once more. "I think you might have hit your head harder than you thought."
"Your honor." Lewis's defender scoffed.
"You keep saying you weren't there, yet I saw you." Lewis was now facing the jury, completely ignoring his lawyer. "You showed up at the beach house. Attacked me and proceeded to leave me in the hands of a deranged cop."
"You being alive is my proof." Barba stated.
Lewis turned to him with a confused look. "Excuse me?"
"Had I been in that beach house, you would be dead." Barba knew this was stupid, but there was no stopping him. "You standing here today. Being able to make a fool of yourself is my proof."
"I get it now." Lewis chuckled. "You heard about our little escape. The fact that Olivia preferred me a real man over you."
"Real man?" Barba laughed. "That's not what I heard?"
"What have you heard?" Lewis was being sucked into Barba's mind game.
Barba leaned forward, placing one hand on the rail. "You couldn't get it up. You tried so hard to break her, without realizing she is too much of a woman for you."
"That's a lie." Lewis growled.
"Is it?" Barba asked. "You get off by fear. When you realized Benson wasn't scared of you, you attempted to break her down. Unfortunately for you, she got the best of you."
"The things I did-" Lewis stopped himself midsentence, a look of realization crossing his features. "No more questions." He scurried back to his seat. He had been sucked into Barba's game without even realizing it. Nearly outing himself. He had underestimated the man. Something he will never do again.
"Mr. Carrisi?" The judge called the younger man. "Your witness."
"Mr. Barba, where were you on the days of the attack to the moment they rescued Captain Benson?"
"I was in Rome, Italy." Barba replied. "I got a call from Detective Rollins after Olivia had been found. I arrived in time to catch them still at the beach house."
Carisi nodded, staring at the jury. "So, there is no way you could have been at the beach house?"
"No."
"Thank you, no more questions."
Barba stepped down from the stand, his eyes locked on Lewis. Barba was no longer satisfied with locking him up. He wanted the asshole to suffer. Barba grabbed his phone, prepping the hell that was going to be Lewis's life.
Time jump:
Barba walked down the dark corridor. Carmen and James trailing behind him. Stopping just in front of a steel door, he walked in. Just like the room he had been in Rome, Barba stepped into the viewing room. Shrugging his jacket off and rolling his sleeves up, he stared into the room.
"How did you get him here?" Barba asked.
"It was easier than we thought." James shared a look with Carmen. "Barba what are you planning on doing?"
"Must you really know?" Barba muttered.
James sighed. "I need to know if he is going back alive or am I going to have to make an excuse?"
Barba chuckled. "Killing him would be too generous."
Carmen placed a hand on his shoulder, pulling his attention away from the window. "Rafael, please be careful."
"Always." Pushing the door open, he walked into the room.
Lewis was strapped to a table. His wrist was pinned to his side, while his ankles were spread and pinned to the corners of the table. Walking to the side of the table, he glanced down at the man.
"Wha-what the hell is going on?!" Lewis growled up at him. "What do yo-"
"You thought I was going to let you live your life out in prison, without paying for what you did?" Barba bent down getting closer to Lewis. "The pain you caused Olivia, will be nothing compared to what I am about to do to you."
"You can't touch me!" Lewis laughed. "You-you can't."
"You have no idea what I can do." Barba leaned down towards Lewis's ear. "When I am done with you, you will truly appreciate what pain really is." Barba grabbed a syringe that lay on a small table. "This is the toxin from a pufferfish. The toxin completely disables your ability to move your muscles but it leaves all the other neurological functions intact so you feel everything." Holding Lewis's arm still, he injected the toxin into the man's veins. Lewis groaned as the liquid invaded his bloodstream. "Now the fun begins."
Carmen had to step out of the room a few times. Between the screams from Lewis and blood on Rafael, she nearly threw up her lunch. Barba was not himself at the moment. He didn't speak through nor did he ever stop. Barba was pulling every one of his tricks and techniques. From the branding to the slicing.
Barba pulled away from Lewis, tossing the scalpel and a very important piece he had just cut off into the tray. He wasn't sure when he tuned Lewis out, but the man was sobbing on the table yelling incomprehensible words. He was sure they were along the lines of begging for his life and such. Not that he cared for it. Looking over Lewis's body, his eyes trailed over the branded skin and sliced body.
Locking eyes with the scarred man, he chuckled. "You are not the only man that can cause fear in people."
"I-I-please." Lewis sobbed.
"How many of your victims begged?" Barba asked. "How many cried and yelled, begging you to stop?" Getting no reply, he gripped the man's jaw and forced him to look at him. "How many?!"
"All of them!" Lewis cried out loud. "T-they all did."
"And did you ever stop?"
"N-no."
Reaching for the iron brand and fire torch, he smirked. "Well, neither am I."
James shut the speaker off, not wanting to hear the screams any longer. "He's losing it."
"Give him a break James," Carmen mumbled. "He just had to sit in court for three days listening to this asshole. Listening to the details of what he did to Olivia and not being able to retaliate. How did you expect him to react? This is what he does for a living anyways."
"No," James whispered. "This is pure torture. He is getting nothing in return. No information, just pain, and blood."
"That's his job after all." Carmen repeated. "The information he gets from the people is not for him, but for you and the organization. All he gets in return is the nightmares."
James looked over at her with a pain looked. "He's still getting them?"
She nodded. "He fell asleep at the office a few days ago. Woke up with a scare and covered in sweat."
"What did you do for him?"
She laughed. "I didn't do anything. Olivia helped calm him down."
James turned to face Lewis and Barba, a deep sigh exhaling through his nose. "She's good for him."
"Yes, she is."
"You and I know what will happen in the end."
Her gaze dropped down to her shoes. The red reminded her of fresh flowing blood. "I do, but for now just let him enjoy the time he has with her. I say he has earned it."
Barba stepped out into the viewing room. The man looked like a character from a horror movie. His white shirt was drenched in blood, causing it to stick to his skin. His hands and arms were covered, blood still dripping from his fingertips to the cemented floor. Once last glanced at Lewis, who miraculously was still alive, Barba walked out.
There was nothing more he could do to Lewis without the possibility of killing him. He wanted the man to suffer. To limp for the rest of his life. To piss while sitting down for the rest of his life. Barba made sure Lewis no longer had the one thing that made him a man.
Time jump: Barba's apartment
Walking into the loft, he went straight into the guest bathroom. Turning the water on, he leaned on the sink counter staring into the mirror. His face had splatters of blood. Seeing his reflection reminded him of who he truly was. The monster that hid under a nice suit. Shredding the bloody clothes he stepped under the cascading water. Placing his palm on the shower wall, his muscles relaxed under the warm water. The once clear water, flowed off his body taking the blood and grime with it. After a moment he turned around resting his back on the wall, head dropped forward.
He had lost control while in that room. Something he had never done. No matter how hard he tried to stop, Lewis's screams fueled his drive. Barba wanted him to scream. He wanted to hear him beg. Feel what he made Olivia feel.
"Rafa?" Olivia knocked softly on the bathroom door.
Barba was startled, his eyes falling to the bloody clothes on the floor. "Yeah?"
"We brought take out, hurry up!"
With a sigh of relief, he closed his eyes. "I'll be out in a moment."
Washing any traces of Lewis off, Barba shut the water off and stepped out. Opening the hamper and finding it empty, he tossed the clothes in. He'd toss it out during his walk with Desoro. Changing into a pair of sweats and a loose shirt, he joined Noah and Olivia in the kitchen.
"Hey." Olivia greeted him with a kiss on the lips. "Where did you run off to? I called your office and they hadn't seen you."
"James called, he needed to meet." Again with the lies. "Hey, mijo."
"Hi." Noah sat on one of the stools, tossing his head back allowing Barba to kiss him on the forehead. "Mommy, can I go see tv?"
Olivia nodded. "But because not to spill anything!" Noah was already settled on the couch by the time she finished. "Why do I even bother?"
"Liv?"
"Yeah?"
He pushed around the food on his plate, debating if he should just come clean. Tell her everything there was to say about him. Tell her what he was truly doing all afternoon. But in the end, the fear of losing her was stronger. "How are you? Lewis was brutal today."
"I'm fine." She took the seat beside him. "I'm just glad it's over with."
Raising his hand Barba pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. "Did I ever tell you I like the new haircut?" She shook her head. "I do." Leaning in he nibbled on the spot just below her ear. "Sadly I can't grip it as well as before." Grabbing a small handful of hair, he tugged her head to the side. A low gasp egging him on. Kissing up the length of her now exposed neck, he bit down on her shoulder. "But still enough."
"Noah is in the living room." She had hoped she didn't sound as flushed as she felt.
Barba growled pulling her into a kiss. "We can always take this into the bedroom."
"What ar-" She groaned at the ringing of her phone. "It's Fin."
Barba sighed pulling his hand away from her hair. "Like I said before, bad timing."
"Hey, Fin."
'I just got a call from Rikers. Something happened to Lewis.'
"What do you mean happened?"
'Warden said the guards found him bloody in his bed. Dodds wants us there.'
She side glanced at Barba a feeling of annoyance coming over her. "Alright, I'll meet you there." Hanging up the phone, she tossed him an apologetic look. "I-"
"Don't need an explanation." Barba pulled her back into the flow of the interrupted kiss. "We will be waiting here."
"Thank you." Grabbing her keys and phone, she said bye to her boy and walked out.
Barba glanced at his watch, before running up to his bedroom. Tossing the clothes into a bag, he sent a quick text to one of the men standing watch outside. Telling Noah to grab his jacket, he leashed Desoro and walked them out. While Noah was busy walking the dog towards a tree, he handed the bag to the young man standing by the stairs.
"Burn that."
"Understood."
Barba glanced at the man nearly rolling his eyes. "Someone steal your sun?" The guy was wearing dark sunglasses and a dark cap. "The point of this is to keep an eye on anyone aiming for Olivia and that boy. Not draw attention to yourself. Lose the glasses and cap."
"Sorry." Ripping them off he stood awkwardly, bouncing on his heels.
Barba glanced at him with an annoyed look. "That clothes isn't going to burn itself."
"Hmm?" He was slightly confused until he remembered why he was even there. "Oh right! I will-uh-go now."
"Do that." With a shake of the head, he jogged off to join Noah. James was really hiring anyone nowadays. "How about we go for some late ice cream? But let's just not tell your mother."
Rikers:
Olivia walked towards the prison's infirmary. Fin refused to tell her what had happened to Lewis, just saying she'd want to see this in person. Entering the room, she spotted Fin and Amanda at the foot of a hospital bed. The curtain was pulled, not allowing her to see the man on the bed. Walking around the curtain she nearly gasped at the scene in front of her. Lewis's face was nearly unrecognizable. It looked like someone used him as their personal punching bag.
"We got called down here because of this?" Olivia was confused. It wasn't uncommon for a rapist to get beat in prison.
"That's not all of it." Fin handed her the medical file. "Read it."
Opening the file, her eyes widen. "He was branded with different objects."
"Keep reading." Rollins said.
"Laceration from what they believe to match a scalpel. Burn skin. Massive blood loss. And his-oh." She grimaced. "They disarmed him."
"Barrel and bullets." Fin cringed.
Olivia sighed. "I assume no one is talking?"
"You are correct, but I don't think this was done here." Amanda stated, getting a 'go on' nod from Olivia. "This would have been bloodied and loud. Even with something in his mouth, Lewis's screams would have still been heard. His cell is too clean. The bed is the only place that had any blood on it, and from what the medic said. It was not consistent with the amount of blood he lost."
"You think he was taken out of the prison, tortured, and brought back?" Olivia asked skeptically. "Why not just kill him?"
"Where is the true punishment in that?" Fin shrugged. "We all know what Lewis has done. He strikes fear and pain into his victims. Whoever did this knew him very well and did exactly that and a bonus."
"Whoever did this wanted him to suffer what his victims did." She grabbed the file from Olivia, turning to another page and heading it back. "They found traces of toxin belonging to a pufferfish in his blood work."
"Pufferfish?"
"It has a toxin that can paralyze the body, but allows the nerves to keep working." Amanda was a little too excited explaining all of this. "It won't allow the person to move, but f-"
"Feel everything done to him." Olivia finished. "Any way we can isolate the toxin? Figure out what species of Pufferfish?"
Fin shook his head. "The toxin belongs to the Caribbean pufferfish, but the only way we can trace it is if you go to the black market."
"And they won't talk." Olivia sighed, staring at what was left of Lewis. "Did you find his-uh-his-"
"Pecker?" Fin chuckled. "It was in his hands when the guards found him. It's sewed back on, but he will never be able to use it again."
"Oh, what a shame." Olivia muttered. "Let's get everything we can on this. It appears our perp has turned into our victim."
Time jump: Barba's apartment
Olivia entered the loft to find no one inside. Grabbing her phone, she called Barba.
'Hello, love.'
"Where are you guys?"
'Came to take Desoro out for a walk.' And ice cream was heard from Noah in the background. 'Shhh!'
"Ice-cream, huh." Olivia chuckled. "He's not going to want to go down for bed later."
'Well, that will be Lucy's problem.'
"Lucy?" She frowned. "Why?"
'I'm taking you out in exactly two hours.'
"What?"
'I'm taking you out on a date Captain Benson. You have two hours to get ready.'
She hung up without reply, rushing to the bathroom for a shower. Two hours was not nearly enough for her!
Barba stopped at a flower shop picking up some tulips and roses. Paying the woman in charge, he continued on his way home. Henry stopped him at a jewelry store, telling him, his mine would love some earrings. Barba had to think for a moment, trying to remember if she ever wore any. Ordering Desoro to stay outside, he walked in behind Noah. He knew Olivia wasn't much for jewelry, especially in her line of work. So he picked out a small pair of ruby earrings. The ruby was placed inside a diamond which sat on a gold band. Before paying his attention was drawn to a necklace.
Due to the attack, Olivia's necklace had been placed in evidence. And she had stated herself she didn't want it back. The one on display was a replica of her old one. Asking the man to see said necklace he red the engraving on the piece of gold.
'Fearlessness.' Just to words to describe her.'
Paying for both the earrings and necklace, they made their way back to the loft. They met with Lucy as she was stepping out of the cab. Joining her up to his place, he placed the flowers on the table and hurried to take a shower and change.
Picking out a dark wine color burgundy shit, he slipped it on. Followed by a pair of black jeans and black dress shoes. Grabbing his belt and tie, he quickly discarded the tie. Picking out a black suit jacket, he glanced at himself in the mirror. Satisfied with the look, he sprayed on his cologne and dashed out the door.
Picking up the flowers he had discarded on the table earlier, he headed up the stairs to his bedroom. Barba had expected to see her dressed and ready, but what he saw was just plain cruel to his self-control.
Olivia stood with her back facing him, still wrapped in her towel, which hanged loosely around her. One careless move from her part and it would find its way to the floor. She busied herself smearing the lotion on her legs. Had he not known Olivia hadn't seen him walk in, he would have sworn she was teasing him. Memories of her smooth skin pressed underneath him flashed through his mind. Not able to hold himself back anymore, Barba quietly stepped into the room. Closing and locking the door behind him, he laid the flowers on the dresser by the door. Now were the times he was grateful for his training, as he stalked towards her. The closer he got the more self-control he lost.
Olivia jumped at the sudden hands sliding over her shoulders and down her arms, pushing the towel down with them. The fear pushed away at realizing who it was. No man can make her feel the way he did. Or who smelled as good as he did. Keeping her breathing steady, she tilted her head to the side, as he left soft open kisses on her.
Barba turned her to face him. One hand cupped her jaw as the other pushed the towel off her head. Watching as her hair cascaded down. He wasn't lying when he said he liked her hair short. Claiming her lips in a passionate kiss, he walked her backward up until she hit the wall. Removing one of his hands from her, he worked on un-buckling his belt and pants.
'Why the fuck did I decide on a belt today.' He growled at not moving quick enough.
Olivia moved his hand away and took over, freeing him in no time. Pushing his pants and boxers down, she grasped him firming in her hand smirking at the gravelly groan he gave. Stroking his full length, she bit down on the side of his neck.
'I forgot just how good tasted as well.'
Barba moaned at the firm grip she had on him. She wasn't easing up on his either. Placing his hands on her hips, he gritted his teeth.
As much as he wanted to enjoy the foreplay, they had no time. Noah and Lucy were downstairs and they needed to leave. And although they were upstairs in his room, he learned just how loud Olivia can be.
Picking her up, he urged her to wrap her legs around his waist. Using his upper body to hold her up, he placed a hand on each side of her against the wall. Barba stared into her eyes, wanting to soak in every reaction and effect he had on her.
Olivia guided him into her, her eyes locked on his. A surprise gasp when he pushed in with a harsh thrust. Wrapping her arms around his neck for extra support, she hid turned into the crook of his neck. Barba shivered at the low moans in his ear, she had no idea just how much of an effect that had on him. Looking down at their joined bodies, she quickly met his rhythm. Meeting him thrust for thrust. Olivia hadn't realized how much she missed this. His body pressed against hers. The intense feeling he created in her. He knew what she liked and how she liked it. "Rafa…" She wasn't sure why she was even calling for him. She already had him.
Barba knew what she was asking for. Picking up his pace, he watched her closely. Her eyes were half-closed, mouth slightly open letting out the soft moans that drove him crazy. Her nails dug into his shoulder, while her hips met with his in frantic thrusts. The moment she bit her lip, he lost it. Pulling her off the wall Barba carried her to the bed. Turning them around, he laid her face down on the bed. Groaning at the friction she caused him as she got comfortable below him. "Stop squirming Liv."
Olivia did as told humming when his body covered hers. The warmth radiating off him was ridiculous. It caused her entire body to heat up even more. Moaning into his black bed sheets, at every thrust he gave into her. She felt every muscle in his body ripple above her. Turning her head to the side, she briefly noticed the veins on his arms.
Clenching his hands, he placed them on the bed and raised himself off Olivia. Barba panted with each push he gave. Her walls tried to suck him back in at every pull, milking him for everything he had. Barba was lost in her. Lost by the in the noises he drew out of her. Lost in the way she gasped his name. For as far as he could remember, there had never been anyone that made him feel such way.
"O-oh god!" Fisting the sheets, Olivia turned her face into the bed, muffling her scream as her orgasm took over her body.
Barba growled, at the feeling of her juices surrounding his cock. Covering her body with his, he continued his movements. A low groan at finally reaching his end.
They stayed still for a bit, neither wanting to move. They were content and wanted nothing to break that feeling. But as faith had it, her phone rang.
Reaching for her phone on the bed, he handed it to her. "Do not move." Pulling his jeans back up, he disappeared into the bathroom to clean himself off.
Olivia glared at Dodds's name flashing. "Benson." She stayed out on the bed, not because he had told her, but because she was sure she couldn't move even if she wanted to. "Chief."
'Captain, where are we with the Lewis situation?'
She rolled her eyes. "We are going to be interrogating everyone in the prison. It appeared someone had taken some revenge against Lewis." She looked up at seeing Barba walk out with a wet towel.
'The report says his cell was not the origin of his attack?'
"No. The amount of blood doesn't match the amount of blood loss."
'Alright, keep me posted.'
"Yes, chief." Tossing the phone aside, she laid her head with a content sigh. Barba used a warm wet towel to clean her off. "Do we have to go out? I don't think I can move."
Taking her hand, he helped her get up. "Get dressed. I'll be downstairs."
"Downstairs?"
Pulling her into a heavy kiss, he growled. "I stay in here and you will wake up sore tomorrow."
A blush crept up her neck. "Let me finish getting changed."
"I thought so."
Olivia was surprised when he drove them to the airport. Even more so when he led her to a private jet.
"When you said date, I thought it would you mean in New York." Olivia stared out the cab in awe. "Not Italy."
Barba chuckled. "I thought of something more spontaneous." Reaching into his jacket's inner pocket, he pulled out the two velvet cases. "Here, these are for you."
"What is it?" Reaching for the smallest one, she gasped at the two earrings. "Rafa they are beautiful."
"Noah helped pick them out." Handing her the last box, he cleared his throat. "I know you lost your necklace, so I got you this."
She opened the box gently, her eyes watering at seeing the gold necklace. "Thank you." Leaning across the back seat, she pressed her lips against his. "Can you put it on please?"
"Sure." Pulling the necklace out, he slipped it around her neck clasping it on. "Done."
Placing a hand over the small pendant, she took in a shaky breath. He truly had no idea just how much it meant for her.
