Chapter 13

~Help!~

Loud trumpets could be heard in the ballroom.

Every man, lady, and child turned their heads to face the stairs.

"All hail princess Sophia and Alara!" Bailiwick announced as he pointed to the top of the stairs.

There stood Sophia in her lilac purple dress.

And Alara in her forest green silk dress.

Gasps could be heard from everyone.

As Sophia and Alara glided down the stairs king Roland made his way over to the end of the stairs.

When they made it down Roland was waiting for them, Roland reached out his hands for them.

"Sophia, Alara." He grinned as they took his arms.

"Your majesty." Alara replied as they started to walk over to their family.

When they made it, Roland looked at Alara.

"Shall we dance?" He asked

"Somdupus populy callu!" Alara shrilled.

A small light shone through the banquet hall. As it shined, everyone fell asleep.

As Alara looked up, she saw that Roland was dead asleep.

She looked around and everyone was falling asleep.

As Alara watched this she started to back away.

"Sis! Mom!

I must have said it wrong!

Please wake up!"

Alara begged

"Help! Help!" Alara shouted as she rushed out of the room and down the hall

"Someone, anyone!" She shouted as she pushed through the halls

"Guards, Suzette, marcy!" She screamed and cried

"Help!" Alara sank to the floor and cried.

'What have I done???'

Alara thought

As she looked down her necklace started to glow

A small light behind her started to glow. Alara turned around and saw Cinderella behind her.

"Cinderella?" Alara asked

As cinderella moved closer to her

"What are you doing here?" Alara asked

"Your amulet brought me here. It links all of the princesses that ever were and when one of us is in trouble the other will come to help." Cinderella explained as she sat down with Alara

"Why are you so sad Alara?" Cinderella questioned

"I tried to use a magic spell to make myself a good dancer but it put everyone to sleep." Alara cried out as she looked at the floor.

'I should have just let them laugh at me.' Alara thought.

"Can you undo the spell?" Alara asked as she looked at Cinderella.

"Only you can do that, but I can help you find your way." Cinderella whispered as she took Alara's hands in hers.

"Everyone's heard about the day the true love came for me. He carried me off and far away from my stepfamily."

Cinderella started to sing as she pulled Alara up.

"But ever since I with the prince and left my hurt behind there's one regret I won't forget that weighs upon my mind~"

Cinderella took Alara's hands in hers and led her to a picture of two girls spinning around a tree.

"My step sisters let their jealousy hardened their hearts.

But when the ruined my ball gown that's not all they tore apart it only if we had tried to see a way to start anew we may have found that this time round our friendship only grew~"

Cinderella led Alara to the stairs.

"We could have been true sisters if we only made amends.

True true sisters and ever after friends~"

Alara and cinderella started to walk up the stairs

You suddenly feel that all is lost, frightened and alone but maybe yours isn't the only heart sinking like a stone."

Cinderella stood right outside of ambers door as she looked inside

"Though many of the ones you love are frozen in a trance, someone who's a lot like you ever made it to the dance!"

Cinderella took alara hand in hers

"But ambers has been so mean to me."

Alara whispered looking at amber

"Perhaps all she needs is a second chance."

Cinderella sang as she led Alara into Amber's room.

"You could be true sisters if you only make amends, true true sisters."

Alara looked at amber just laying on her bed

"Sisters."

Alara sang back

"And ever after friends~"

Alara stopped walking and just stared at amber

A small sparkle started to happen as Alara looked behind her

And just like that Cinderella was gone.
