AN: Hey guys, sorry for the long wait, kinda lost interest and focused on my other stories, but I've think I've got a handle on what I want for this story.
Also sorry that I can't make Zoë speak Old English because that shit is difficult to figure out.
The week after the meeting on Olympus was a rollercoaster.
The first thing Percy had to do was tell Nico about Bianca's fate. It was horrible to see Nico Di Angelo, a kid who was excited to learn about the Greek Mythology, learn his older sister was dead.
After a display of power from Nico, making Percy realize who he was, and him running away. The Son of Poseidon was left alone, with a scar of the crevice that Nico opened.
Next, Zoë staying in Camp Half-Blood. While she wasn't happy, far from it, having Percy and Annabeth around made her transfer a little more comfortable.
Speaking of Annabeth, she was standing with Zoë, watching Percy.
He was in the arena, struggling to do his summoning like he did on Mount Orthys and Olympus.
"How long has he been there?" Zoë asked. Her silver parka was gone, replaced with a Camp Half-Blood t-shirt and jeans. Her bow was strapped to her back and a quiver hanging off her belt.
"For nearly two hours." Annabeth answered while leaning against a tree. A slight wind blowing against her golden curls.
Zoë looked back at Percy, and took a long scan of him. His physique, his face, and even his snowy white hair.
"Do you believe the Fates? About him being the reincarnation of Dracula?" Annabeth asked Zoë without looking at her.
"The Fates have no reason to lie. They bind our destinies, and know how everything will end. This... Is a stretch, but if he is... Then something will happen."
Annabeth scoffed "Something always happens and Percy is at the center of it all."
Zoë narrowed her eyes as the Daughter of Athena. "What are you implying?"
Annabeth looked at her in alarm and waved her hand "Oh gods, I'm sorry, I don't mean he's to blame. It's just that everything that has happened in the last two and a half years was because of something wanting Percy."
Zoë's eyes softened and looked back at the Son of Poseidon, seeing him getting more and more frustrated.
"I've only known him for a couple days but... I've been wrong about him." Zoë said as she leaned on a tree like Annabeth.
Annabeth chuckled at that "Preach into the choir. He's got a knack for that kind of thing. I always thought I wouldn't be friends with him, because of our parents. But since getting to know him..." She trailed off, not knowing exactly what to say.
Zoë looked at her before saying "You like him." It wasn't a question, but a statement.
Annabeth looked at her in shock and was about to say something when Percy shouted "GODS DAMN IT!!"
The two whirled their heads at Percy in surprise.
The Son of Poseidon threw a rock at one of the hay dummies set up. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes to try and calm down.
"Percy?"
He opened his eyes and looked back to see Annabeth walk down with Zoë. "Oh. Hey guys."
"Are you ok?" Zoë asked as she stepped closer to him.
He sighed and shook his head. "Not really. I'm trying to figure out how to do that summoning but I can't figure it out."
Annabeth looked at him with sympathetic eyes. "OK, let's get start at the beginning. How did you try to do it?"
Percy answered "I thought I could try to do it like I do with my water but that didn't go anywhere."
The former Huntress furrowed her eyebrows "What did you feel when you used your power last time?"
Percy frowned "I felt... Helplessness. Anger."
Annabeth placed a finger on her lip and tapped it gently. "OK, then try to think back, what made you feel helpless?"
"When I was... Holding the sky. I wanted to help, but felt held down, then I felt something escape from my body. Then old Beef Cake showed up." Percy answered.
"Then why don't you try rethinking a memory that made you angry?" Zoë asked.
Percy nodded and closed his eyes, traveling across his mind to find the worse memory he had.
Ares.
Luke's betrayal.
Atlas fighting Artemis and Zoë.
Fate threatening to take Zoë.
However, those did not compare... To Gabe.
Percy, nine years old, watched as Sally and Smelly Gabe had another fight.
That was until he slapped her right in the face. It made her fall down onto the ground as Gabe walked off with another bottle of beer.
Percy ran towards her and kept down besides her, hugging her as she cried. Sadness and anger enveloped his very being, but Sally's words always ringed in his head.
"Keep smiling for me, sweetheart."
But now, Sally was gone and Percy was left alone, looking up at Gabe.
However, Gabe wasn't looking down at the boy, instead straight ahead. This made Percy look behind to see black smoke and bright red eyes that held pure evil.
But when the eyes look down at him, Percy felt... Safe.
A dark voice spoke directly to the child. "I name you my heir, Perseus Dracul Jackson. Inherit my power, and find your allies."
Percy looked up and asked "What can I do?"
It only answered "Everything."
The black smoke reached towards Percy and touched his forehead, light enveloped him and before fading. Percy with his snowy hair was seen. He stood up and glared directly at Gabe, before roaring at him.
And then, blackness.
Percy opened his eyes and gasped as a white wisp escaped from his chest. The wisp turned into a white wolf, making Zoë pulled out her bow and knock an arrow and aim it at the wolf.
Annabeth pulled out her dagger and got into a fighting stance.
Percy held his hand out to stop them both. The wolf looked at them before looking at Percy and bowed before him.
"Welcome back, master." The wolf spoke with a silky light voice. The two girls looked at each other in surprise.
Percy looked at the wolf and asked "What? What did I do?"
"You have fully unlocked your power. Because of this, the world has heard the calling of Dracul." The wolf answered.
"Unlocked it, but what about the other two times?" Annabeth asked to which the canine answered. "Those two occurrences were unintentional. It was out of instinct that they occurred. But now, because he has met with the previous master, he has fully unlocked the Power of Dominance."
"You are the Heir to the Throne of Dracul. Your allies await your summons." The wolf bowed his head gently. "We await your command."
Annabeth and Zoë looked at Percy to see what he says and he answered "I want to know who my allies are."
The wolf sat down and looked up at him "In Romania, the Vampiress Alcina Dimitrescu and her daughters reside. In Egypt, the Vampire Queen Akasha, slumbers. The Werewolf Alpha, Cornell awaits the howl of his ally. The Alchemist Ace Berkley of London stands ready. The Shapeshifter, Scarlett of France is prepared to serve you."
Percy furrowed his eyebrows before looking at Annabeth and Zoë. They both looked at him with worry, unsure of what to do. Percy looked down before looking at the wolf with a hardened look of determination. "Can you let them know who I am and where I am?"
The wolf bowed his head before running off into the forest.
"Percy, are you sure this is a good idea?" Annabeth asked as she stepped closer to him. He looked at her with soft yet determined eyes.
"I am. If I meet with these guys, if I can see that these people really are my allies, this could help us out a lot." Percy said.
"Percy, these people are monsters, we can't trust them." Annabeth pressed but Percy didn't relent.
"By that sense, I can't be trusted either."
Annabeth looked at him horrified "Percy, how can you say that?"
"Because we can't win with what we have here. Look around, Annabeth, we may be trained, but we trained to survive, not to fight a war." Percy said with determination.
Zoë looked down before looking at Annabeth, "He's right, Annabeth. They may be monsters, but they are loyal. They are loyal to Percy, he can direct them."
Annabeth looked at her before looking at Percy and said "I hope you know what you're doing, Percy." She walked away, leaving Zoë with Percy.
He looked at her, asking "Do you think I made the right call?"
The Daughter of Atlas pursed her lips and answered. "I too worry about what these allies can do, but I am willing to put my distrust aside if it means we have a better chance at winning."
Percy smiled at her "Thank you for believing in me."
Zoë smiled back then said "Give Annabeth some time, she'll understand. It's simply her pride speaking. If she cares about you, she'll be at your side."
Percy nodded in acknowledgement before taking a deep breath and wiping some sweat off his forehead. "I think I'm going to take a shower then a nap."
She nodded "Of course, then tomorrow we should look into training your power. It's best to be prepared."
And so, Percy and Zoë walked in opposite directions, Percy to the showers, and Zoë to the Archery Range.
Over in the snowy mountains of Romania, a 9 ft. tall woman with pale skin, black hair, and yellow eyes, sat in her chair when she felt the presence.
The presence of the one she followed. She smiled.
He has returned.
Deep within the largest pyramid in Giza, Egypt. The soft stone statue of a woman on a throne began to crack. Chunks fell off, revealing dark flesh, more pieces of stone fell off before exploding in dust.
The woman opened her eyes, revealing deep emerald eyes and a smirk appeared on her face as she stood from her throne.
He has returned.
Over in the cloudy and misty streets of London, in a little shop filled with crystals, antiques, and objects of interest were littered throughout the walls and shelves.
In the middle, a man in a business suit with a duster coat, fingerless gloves, and wearing a plague doctor mask.
He was craving a rune into a flat crystal when he felt the building shake slightly, he looked up to see a book fall off the shelf. He walked around his desk to pick it up and when he did it, he smiled underneath his mask.
He has returned.
Over in the forests of Texas, a group of people were walking across the camp, with fireplaces lit and tents placed up.
Over in the large tent, a man with silver hair was playing with a little wolf pup when the loudest howl ever heard washed over the entire camp.
The Alpha walked out of the tent and looked at the sky hidden behind the trees to see the moonlight make the shape of a dragon. He smiled and told his entire pack.
He has returned.
Over in Paris, a woman with bright red hair and red eyes walked out of a cafe. She wore a black turtleneck, with a red scarf and a black coat with black pants and boots, and finally a top hat.
She walked down the street, until something twitched inside her hat. She took it off to reveal a pair of bat ears. She heard the faint whispers and smiled.
He has returned.
Percy stood in front of a throne. It was made out of onyx stone and dressed with red drapes.
He walked towards it, not noticing his camp half blood shirt and jeans be replaced with a black suit and red vest. A black cape was draped over his shoulders which was dragged across the floor as he walked closer to the throne.
When he stood in front of the throne, he sat down and felt raw power flow through him, making him gasp then look to see several people kneel before him. The most noticeable being Chiron, Annabeth, Zoë, Nico, Grover, and Sally, his mother.
Without even realizing, Percy shouted "I am Perseus Dracula Jackson, and this world is mine!"

Also thanks to Thunderofdeath97 for the suggestion with Dimitrescu. I wanted to message you to talk about that list you have but the website is having issues so please DM me so we can talk business.
