Melissa was the first person to awaken the next morning, due to her work as a nurse in the medical field she needed to be ready at a moment's notice at any time of the day. Getting up she huffed in amusement seeing how Liam was halfway off his bed sleeping in what would paramount as the most uncomfortable position to any sane person. She grabbed a change of clothes before leaving the room to complete her morning rituals.
Setting her dirty laundry in the laundry basket she moved back towards the kitchen spotting a note on the counter with a large vial of potion on top, she would have left it alone had the note not said her name on it.
Melissa,
I'm going to assume you're the first person up, that's if Lyrule isn't already up...anyways. This potion is what Roo will need to take to counteract her malnourishment from the streets. One tablespoon will be enough during each meal. Best to include it in her bowl, we just need to make sure she eats the full bowl. Broths should be all she eats for a bit until her body starts getting used to eating foods again. Please help me in ensuring she takes her medicine on time. After breakfast set the timer to three hours before having her take the pasty white potion. It's a bone mender potion and tastes absolutely foul. The dose is already set out and off to the side in the potion cabinet. If you don't remember where that is, it's above the fridge.
Thank you for the help,
Hadrian
After having finished the note she looked towards the cabinet above the fridge and pulled out the pasty white potion to make sure, and sure enough there was a small vial of the potion set off in the small rack located on the door to the cabinet. Closing the door again she started on some breakfast enough for everyone there which admittedly isn't a lot, "I'll have to send the supernaturals out to search for things.." she murmured to herself looking in the fridge.
"Anything in particular you're looking for Melissa?" A soft voice spoke up.
Melissa jumped, her heart rate skyrocketing. Turning around she caught sight of Lyrule walking back inside the tent with a small wicker basket. "Lyrule! At least warn someone before scare them half to death!" She patted her chest in an attempt to calm her heart rate down.
Lyrule giggled lightly, "I'm sorry Melissa. I didn't mean to scare you that badly." She continued to walk over and placed the basket down on the counter. She began to pull out jar after jar all filled with something different.
Melissa looked at the objects in confusion, "What do you have there?" she questioned lightly.
"Hadrian asked me to collect these...well.." Lyrule trailed off before pulling out a small notebook with a few drawings inside. "He asked for these plants in particular citing how the name to these plants could be different from what they are called in our home plane." Having opened the book she showed the small but intricate drawings to each of the plants, whether they were different tree barks, to the different variants of plants.
"When did he have the time to do this?" Melissa questioned softly to no one in particular.
"He didn't go to sleep until six this morning." Was the tired response from their resident vampire.
"Six?!" The group of now three people shouted in unison.
A small groan came from the newest voice, "Please tell me he wasn't up all night working on potions.."
"Troublesome." Their resident vampire muttered looking away from the group.
"Ash! Was he up all night working on potions?" Melissa demanded next.
"Tch!" The vampire turned his head away from the group and sat at the couch. Reclining back he kept his thoughts to himself turning away and closing his eyes he began to nod off.
Melissa growled, "Ash!" Marching over to the lazy vampire she glared at the man, "Was he up all night working on potions?!" she demanded again.
"Tch! Troublesome!" The vampire muttered out in annoyance. Debate about answering was halted when the door to Hadrian's room opened and the very person they were talking about came out reading a book.
"Dragonborn..." Hadrian was muttering to himself as he kept reading, "How in the world am I related to this race? This doesn't make any sense.." He turned the corner from the kitchen into the family room where a small portion of his library was located. Glancing at the books on the shelf he frowned before waving his hand and moving the shelves only to reveal his family tree. "Ok...so Papa is.." He looked back to the tree and looked for his father. Making a small noise from the back of his throat having found him on the massive family tree he turns back to the book.
The rest of the members of their little group woke up rubbing their eyes from the sleep from the previous night. Looking towards one another in confusion they watched as each new member was lit up on the tapestry. They jumped when Hadrian began to get a little anxious, "It's further back? But how much further back in the tree do I need to go?!" He glanced back down to the name in the book, "..Tiber...Septim...The Septim family?" He set his book down before snapping his fingers together in the general direction of his study. Everyone watched with bated breath as a book came zooming towards Hadrian's outstretched hand. He hadn't really called for any book in particular, just let his magic guide the book he would need to him.
Lifting the book to his eyes he was gifted with the title Brief History of the World v. I, flipping the book open he began to read each passage. With each flip of the page Hadrian would grow paler and paler until the end of the book where it depicted the death of his ancestor and how everyone speculated that he became a god of some sort. "That doesn't make any sense!" Sending his magic out once again he was even more surprised to see a couple other books venture back to him. However, one book caught his attention, this one was leather bound with the indents of wording on it. No one could understand the lettering on the book itself except Hadrian that is.
Picking up that book he muttered a few words in latin before everyone watched the room return itself back to normal. Sitting back he opened the first page and began to read.
Entry I
I fear my end is nigh, my calling on this plane is coming to a close.
I will not leave my family, my blood here to fend for themselves! No!
I must find a way to save them. There has to be a way!
I will not rest until it is found!
Mayhaps the library would serve as some insight into what I am looking for?
That is food for thought, I am only a few days out from the College in Winterhold.
I will have to pick up my research then. Mayhaps a rune sequence?
Or a circle of transport of some kind?

Entry II
I have found several monsters blocking my path to the College.
After I clear them out, I will continue on my quest to save the lives of my loved ones.

Hadrian continued to read through the journal of his ancestor, apparently through his fathers line to. Everyone watched as he piled book after book on top of one another in his full research to his own family history. A sigh was heard from behind Hadrian, "You need to eat Ian."
"I will in a little bit. I'm almost done with this Journal."
"No. Now." A yelp was all the group heard before they watched Ash bring in the frazzled kitsune. "I understand your insomnia kicked in but that still doesn't excuse you from taking care of yourself." He told the other man before plopping him into a chair at the table and grabbing something he would eat.
"Leo!" Hadrian whined, "I was almost done! I swear!"
Leo sighed, "That very well maybe so. But you have yet to eat anything and it's now late afternoon. What are you even looking up anyways?"
Hadrian hummed, "It turns out my father's side of the family is from this world. I'm just trying to figure out how far back that is and why they left to begin with. Did you know there were dragons here at one point in history?"
"Dragons?" Leo hummed, "I guess that would make sense, what happened to them?"
"According to legend they were killed off by dragonborns. Apparently my entire family on my fathers side were considered dragonborn."
"What's dragonborn?" Melissa questioned next having listened to their conversation.
Hadrian frowned in thought, "Um..well according to some of the texts a dragonborn is someone capable of speaking the dragon's tongue to kill off the dragons that went on a rampage. It's said that if you're dragonborn it really means you have dragon blood in your bloodstream. However, most of the history of a dragonborn is largely forgotten."
"It's forgotten? If there are texts how is it forgotten?" Tsukasa questioned thoroughly, confused.
"It says here on the thirteenth entry that the Imperial Emperor has burned just about all the books with the knowledge of dragonborn. There are still a few in circulation but there's so few that history is all but forgotten."
"Ok. But that still doesn't explain why you were looking up that information to begin with." Leo pointed out.
"I'm not entirely sure either. My father told me-" Hadrian stopped having remembered what his father said, There's something you should know! There's a book son! I've hidden it on your desk! Hadrian's eyes widened. Standing abruptly he bolted from the table and into his room.
The group walked towards the young man, having entered his room they were surprised to see a lot of ancient texts within. "Well that explains all the older books." Melissa chuckled.
"I have hidden it on your desk. But where on my desk have you hidden that book father?" Hadrian murmured to himself standing to the left of his desk. "...I have hidden it..." He continued to murmur as he looked towards the desk. Tilting his head to the side in contemplation, "There's no magic on the desk that would indicate it was hidden that way..."
The group all watched as Hadrian continued to ponder the statement while staring at his desk. "It could be invisible though..even if magic isn't involved." Leo pointed out logically.
"That's true. But I would still feel a slight disruption in the air surrounding the desk if that were the case. I know my papa had the desk in his study for a few weeks before he placed the desk here. There's a lot of runes along the surface and legs to protect the desk itself, see?" Hadrian pointed out the small runes and their locations along the desk and legs. "But he told me there was a book that was hidden on my desk, just not how it was hidden before I was forced away with the portal."
More muttering continued as Hadrian looked closer at his own desk. He frowned when a small smattering of symbols caught his attention. Leaning forward he took a closer look at the symbols only for his eyes to widen at the implications. Swiping his arm across the whole desk as everything on top scattered along the floor, "The path of the Dragonborn is a dangerous path second only to the path of the dimensions..." He read outloud moving along the different symbols he followed the path he took and moved to look under the desk. "Literally put the book on the damn desk..in code no less.." he muttered out, continuing to read each passage as he found them.
"Why is everybody in mama's room?" A small voice questioned having walked into the room where most of the adults could be seen.
"Did you finish the book Leo gave you, kit?" Hadrian asked his eyes, never straying from the ancient text on the desk.
"I finished the chapter like I was asked to do."
"That's a good girl. Can you tell me about what you read?"
"Um...well the start of the book was saying how history has a funny way of repeating itself on certain things. Then went on to explain how everyone should learn from our past mistakes to make sure we don't repeat them."
"And they would be correct. You see, back where I am from there was a war going on back in England. This war you could say was on par with Adolf Hitler's propaganda, with the sole focus on the bloodlines of the magical aspect. Everyone seemed to think that there was only black and white in the way everyone saw things. But the world isn't just black and white, there's a smattering of grays mixed in as well."
"What happened mama?"
Hadrian sighed, closing his eyes as a few tears leaked from his eyes. Moving to sit up he looked at the young child in the room, "I was forced to play a leading part to end the war before it cascaded to the other continents and something much worse would happened." He told her softly. Sighing he looked around the room and saw everyone was listening as he began to talk. He talked about his entire past, his birth, the prophecy, each year at Hogwarts, his own mother and brother and how they treated him. He continued to talk until the story was finished with his request to his father and the gods for safe passage to finally leave and heal. How he was willing to lose his mates forever if it meant he would be free from the torment of his mother and brother.
When he was finished with the story of his past and the reason why he left, he felt so emotionally drained that he requested to be left alone for the rest of the night. The group nodded and left the lone kitsune alone before Leo leaves the room he looks back and sees Hadrian back underneath the desk and reading the small symbols he has found there. "I can't believe he went through all of that."
"He's willing to sacrifice more of himself just to finally get away from that abuse as well."
"Like I said before Melissa, he's the pack mom and he's hurting. We just now know why he's hurting so much."
Melissa sighs and nods, "That is true. I know you said he was pack mom, that should mean Scott is here as well." Turning to look at the bicolored eyed young man, "And according to you Roo has claimed him as mama but someone you call the Merchant as papa as well." Recieving nods from those involved she then turned to their resident vampire, "However it's what you were told that takes the cake. You were given something akin to a prophecy from a friend of his that basically told us there was more that were brought here. Which means we aren't the only ones here."
"That just begs the question of how many of us are there here?"
"That's a very good question Tsu."
"Well..we can speculate all we want but we won't know until we run into the next group. And until then we have a little one here who is now in need of a bed after having eaten dinner." Melissa explains to everyone before moving to the kitchen area to start the dishes.
"I got it Melissa." Liam lets her know before smiling brightly at the child, "Come on squirt, let's get you ready for bed, I can read you the next chapter if you want."
"Yay!~" The childish voice of Roo sounded throughout the room as she left to get ready for bed.
A good twenty minutes later with a freshly dried sulking Roo and a chuckling werewolf Liam were sitting or lying comfortably on a bed with a book in hand. "So are you ready for the next book princess?" Liam asked.
"Yes!~" Roo crowded in happiness to hear the next story. "What's the title of this one?"
Liam frowned softly, shaking his head, he opened the same book from yesterday and looked at the contents, "I was thinking about reading Babbity Rabbity and her Cackling Stump. That sound good to you?" His head was tilting to the side while he glanced at the young girl. She nodded in the affirmative towards Liam whom she started to see as her big brother. "Good." He smiled gently before opening the book to the correct page he began to read.

A long time ago, in a land far far away, a king decided to keep all the magic in the world for himself. In order to get all the magic, he needed to gather all the witches and wizards in the world, so he formed the Brigade of Witch-Hunters, armed with packs of wild dogs. But first, he needed to learn how to use magic, so he called for someone with magical abilities to teach him. No real wizards or witches responded, but a Muggle pretended to be a wizard, and offered to teach him, despite not knowing any magic himself.
Soon, the Muggle teacher demanded money and treasures for his services, and he hid all these objects in his small house. Babbitty, the king's washer woman, hid and watched the Muggle as he pulled two twigs from a tree and later pretended these were wands.
While the king and the Muggle were practising, they heard Babbitty laughing hysterically from her cottage. This enraged the king, who demanded that the Muggle help him perform in front of his subjects to show off his new abilities. The Muggle tried to back out by saying he had to go out of town, and could not help him, but the king threatened to send the Brigade of Witch-Hunters after him, and if anyone laughed while the king was performing, the Muggle would be beheaded. The Muggle headed to Babbitty's house, where he spied on her, and found out that she was a real witch. He asked her to help him, or he would expose her.
Amused, Babbitty agreed to help out the poor Muggle. He told Babbitty that she would hide in the bush tomorrow, and make it seem as if the king himself could do magic. While they performed, the crowd was astonished by the disappearance of a hat and a levitating horse; then, one of the members of the brigade asked if the king could make his dead dog return to life. The king tried, but Babbitty did nothing, because she knew no magic could raise the dead. The crowd laughed at the king, and the king wanted to know why the spell wasn't working. The Muggle pointed to the bush, and said a wicked witch was blocking them. Babbitty ran from the bush, and when the hounds chased after her she "disappeared", leaving the dogs barking at a tree.
The Muggle told the crowd that Babbitty had turned into the tree, and that the tree must be cut down, because she was an "evil" witch. The crowd was wild, and the tree was cut down. As the crowd started to leave, they heard a cackling coming from the stump. Babbitty told the crowd that real wizards and witches couldn't be cut in half, and that they should cut the Muggle in half to prove it. The Muggle confessed he was a fraud, and Babbitty told them that the king was cursed, and he would feel an axe stroke every time a witch or wizard was harmed.
So the king made a proclamation declaring that witches and wizards were protected and that they must not be harmed. Babbitty demanded a statue be built of herself, to remind everyone what had been decreed. The king promised it would be done, and erected a statue of her made of gold. Soon after, an old rabbit appeared out of a hole in the stump with a wand in its mouth, revealing that Babbitty had been hiding in her Animagus form, and she left the kingdom. Forever after, the statue of Babbitty remained on top of the stump, and no witch or wizard was ever hurt in that kingdom ever again.

With the story finished Liam smiled softly at the near silent snores coming from the sleepy little girl, "Goodnight cub.." he murmured out leaning over he placed a soft kiss upon her brow before getting up and leaving the room for the rest of the night.
"..-do you think we should do to cheer up Hadrian?" Lyrule questioned softly. She glanced towards everyone in the room, looking back as Liam reentered the room.
Liam sighs, "Like I said before, he's supposed to be the pack mom.." glancing around the room seeing everyones solemn expression, "..however he's hurting immensely and I'm not sure if that's the bond or not."
"What do you mean Liam?" Melissa questioned sharply, fully aware of the multiple types of bonds within werewolf packs.
"He has several bonds Melissa..the only reason I can feel them is because of the pack bond." He tried to explain in layman's terms.
"We just met him yesterday Liam.." Melissa pointed out sharply, "Are you telling me a pack bond began to form just from the meeting?" Liam nodded towards her question only for her to pose another one. "Can you feel who all is here? Who came here with us?"
Liam stilled, closing his eyes he focused on the bond, frowning he could feel it, the bond, but he couldn't tell who was who with the straining on the bond. His whole body froze when a lone hand was felt on his back just between his shoulder blades. He gasped when the bonds snapped into focus, "W-what?" He tilted his head to the side just slightly and concentrated on the bonds more. "H-how can I feel them this clearly?" Opening his eyes he tilted his head and peered behind him right at Hadrian's green eyes.
Hadrian kept his mouth closed in a tight lipped line debating about speaking his theory to the young man in front of him. His eyes red rimmed after crying about his past he was forced to endure at the hands of a manipulative old man. Liam turned around quickly and pulled him into a hug holding him tight, "It has something to do with the bonds..you called me the pack mom.." Hadrian murmured out softly, "..multiple times.."
Liam nodded a frown upon his features, "..It's because you are.." he began, "..the pack mom..one of your mates is my Alpha.." Hadrian's eyes widened slightly he looked up towards the young wolf, "..There are more..I can feel them including all the bonds tied to you.." he told him softly, looking back at Melissa he smiled, "The pack is here along with several other people, and if Leo is correct then Hadrian's pack is here as well."
Melissa gasped softly, her hand flying towards her mouth as tears welled up in her eyes, "My Scotty?" She sighed as a few tears slid down her cheek, "Oh thank god.." A determined glint entered her eyes, "We have to find everyone."
Hadrian pushed against the broad chest and stepped out of the hold the wolf had on him, "And we will after the kit is fully healed." He told the group at large, "I have this feeling that trouble is headed our way." He frowned looking towards the entrance of the tent. "I plan on going west towards the closest civilizations."
Tsukasa frowned, "How do you know there's civilization in that direction?"
"Mainly because I went towards that way when I was hunting, as I got further from the tent I could pick up sounds from a town or village from the sounds of it." Hadrian told the group truthfully. Frowning with his hand on his chin he looked towards the roof and began to mumble, "Theoretically the town or village should only be a day or two hike out. Take in the fact we need to stop every now and again to eat, take breaks in general or hunt..it very well may take roughly three to four days before we reach there. Need to find a map to know exactly where we are..would be useful.." Tilting his gaze sideways he looked towards the fridge, "..need to make sure we have everything as well for the trip.." He frowned again, "..there are bears in the forest..I wonder if there is also boars..should fish as well but I haven't really heard any water nearby.."
The group frowned in thought, That's a lot to think about.. they all thought collectively. It was Liam who took the courage to speak and break Hadrian from his mumbling, frowning in thought, "Where should we start first mom?"
Hadrian stilled, his thoughts zeroing onto the wolf, "The kit has to heal which will still be five more days, however in that time frame I'd like to explore the forest floor some more and gather resources. You never know what is useful and what isn't. Or what's poisonous."
Liam turned green, "Ok..so explore the forest and gather or hunt what all we can tomorrow, maybe get several dishes premade and set off to the side for the next few days?" he questioned for clarification.
Hadrian nodded, "There's something else, a Dragonborn hasn't been seen for centuries. There's a saying I found on the desk that basically says when dragons begin to rise once more a dragonborn shall be born to quell them. Which really doesn't sit well with me..." he trailed off back in his thoughts about the whole ordeal.
Melissa sighed, "Well in the meantime, even if you are dragonborn and there are dragons that have returned, it is getting late. We should all head to bed and begin preparations for when we leave here."
Murmurs of agreement went around the group, Hadrian frowned and looked towards the front of the tent again. "I'm going out to hunt and gather what I can on the forest floor. There are some things that can only be gathered at night." He explains to the group.
"You haven't slept yet Ian!" Leo snarled out. Hadrian just looks at him with an eyebrow raised, "Don't give me that look! You. Have. Not. Slept. Yet." He bit out in annoyance.
Melissa frowns in thought, glancing at Hadrian she questions, "How long does your insomnia usually last before your body shuts down to sleep?"
Hadrian's gaze moved towards her his eyes clouded in thought, "That depends on several different factors."
"What do you mean?" She questioned next.
"It usually kicks in when I have a mental overload of information all at once. At the moment meditation usually only cuts down the insomnia by half. However I have tried to meditate and can't seem to get into the correct headspace for it. There's also the fact that from what Luna says all of my mates are in fact here which means the bonds I have are spread thin. A thin bond can and will keep me awake as well. Until we are all together I'm fully expecting to have been kept awake unless by some chance I encounter at least one mate of mine that will let me get some semblance of rest." He explains his current predicament.
"So if we were to find at least one mate of yours the bonds wouldn't affect you as much?" Lyrule was the one to question this time. "I can understand that to a point, not the whole lack of sleep part, but the bond bit I can understand. Me and Tsu both have that issue with our bonds currently since we are missing our third."
Liam nodded along, "The bond I can understand as well. My mate is still out there somewhere."
Leo sighed in aggravation, "My siblings are all here as well. The bond I have with them is something I can correlate to, we just don't have a thing as mates. Only our Eves." he ran a hand through his hair in annoyance now fully understanding why it is his Eve won't sleep, or couldn't sleep should be the more accurate term.
"If they are all here then that means my pack is here as well. All of them. If what I'm feeling is accurate then Neville is who we will come across first." Hadrian points out to the group at large.
"Your right hand within your pack dynamics." Leo pointed out, "If that's the case then Envy will be with him."
Hadrian nodded, "Exactly. However who he is with is a complete mystery. I still don't like this feeling I'm getting. Something is on the horizon and I don't think I'll like the outcome of it." he frowned after giving them that warning. Turning to look at the tent's entrance again, "I'm going to head out now. I should be back at sunrise." He told the group before grabbing his gear and going out the door, Leo hot on his heels due to the bond.
"Any idea what you're expecting to find?" Leo questioned him.
"Spiders." Was the answer Hadrian spoke before going silent once more and taking to the trees in search of a hunt.
