"You come here often?" Smoothly, Hawks smirks at Katsumi craning his neck from the sofa he sits on, the buzz of the TV echoing in the air as he warmly welcomes the pro back from her office. He stretches his arms out over the sofa smirking at the flat frown of Katsumi.
"This is literally my house." Katsumi deadpans as she has a binder of paperwork underneath her arm, placing her book to the tabletop.
"I like to think of it as our house." Happily, Hawks smiles looking up at her from the sofa bashing his eyelashes at her teasingly.
"Hawks get up, you're being lazy." Katsumi sighs, placing her hand on his hair, ruffling his gold locks as he leans into the tender touch.
"Lazy is such a strong word Kat. I like to call it 'selective participation'. Perkily, Hawks smiles standing up from his seated form.
"And Idiot is such a weak word. I prefer to call it Hawks." Huffing, Katsumi counters coyly, bringing a small smile to his lips as he stands up from his seat, hearing the faucet tap go.
"Meeaan…" Pouting, he wraps his arms around her hugging her from behind making her roll her eyes at him, a shy small smile upon her lip that is until he pokes her nose.
The hell Hawks!?" She scowls at him yelling as he nestles into the crook of her neck.
"Your bags have gotten heavier." Hawk's gold narrow noting the heavy hue of shade shyly hiding under her eyes.
"And you've gotten nosier." Katsumi counters arching a brow when noting his ruby red wing sprout out as a fair few feathers suddenly fly high in the sky holding some sort of bag placing it down on the kitchen counter.
"Hawks…I thought you left for work." Confused, Katsumi furrows her brow at him, hearing the faint chirpy purr almost resonate in the air.
"Nope, let's make pancakes!" Perkily, Hawks beams brightly.
"…Pardon?" Perplexed, Katsumi furrows her brow at him.
"Pancakes we should make something for ourselves." Hawks smiles softly at the thought.
"Hawks don't you have work?" Katsumi argues crossing her arms over her chest confused.
"Not for another hour or so come on. I know you haven't eaten." Hawks huffs poking her cheek slightly.
"And you'd know that?" Warily, Katsumi's ruby reds narrow.
"I know from those bones protruding out of your arms." Hawks jokes poking at her stomach slightly making Katsumi jolt back giving him a deadly glare only making his smirk widen.
"Do that again and I'll kill you!" Angrily, she yells at the smiling blonde unfazed by her shouting, finding her scream to be rather cute.
"Come on, I know you love me!" Hawks winks, his feathers fluttering.
"I'd sell you to Satan for a single corn chip." Coldly, Katsumi states sternly to the snickering Hawks.
"Pleeeeease…" Pouting, Hawks entwines his hands together pouting making Katsumi glares down at the puppy dog face he knows gets to her.
"…Fine." Silently, she glares down, her ruby reds glowering glaring into his gleaming gold, smirking smugly at her almost like a cocky cat making her eye twitch before bowing her head sighing at their little stare off as she gives in only making Hawk's smirk widen having won the decided battle.
"Alright, let's do this, so where do we start?" Smiling, Hawks cheers clasping his hands together.
"We'll need flour, baking powder, salt and sugar make up the dry ingredients ― butter (or oil), milk (or buttermilk) and eggs get mixed in later; vanilla, too, if you're feeling fancy. And that's pretty much it….what?" Katsumi lists off, brow furrowed when noting Hawks simply staring at her.
"H-How…!?" Hawks asks astonished as his feathers take out the ingredients necessary.
"How what?" Katsumi furrows her brow at him noting his gold gleaming as she starts measuring the ingredients taking out her phone to double check the measurements.
"How did you just know that?" Hawks asks amazed as she starts pouring out the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
"Eh Katsuki and Izuku used to demand having them they would nag at me to make them all might shaped." Lazily, Katsumi stirs said substance forming from her stern stare.
"All Might shaped?" Snickering, Hawks arches a brow bemused.
"You'd be surprised how hard his head was for a kid. Stir." She tells Hawks passing him the bowl as he does so holding the wooden spoon and bowl passed over for him to stir while she turns on the gas from the stove getting out a frying pan hanging from the pinned wall.
"Think I could get an Endeavour shaped one? "Shyly, Hawks asks.
"Hm?" Katsumi blurts out.
"N-Never mind." Hawks places his coat collar over his mouth making Katsumi arch a brow.
"Hawks do you want an Endeavour shaped pancake?" Patiently, Katsumi asks him.
"N-No…" Hawks huddles further into the fluffy collar.
"Hawks…you're doing the collar thing." Tiredly, Katsumi sighs she had seen him do this a fair few times, a twitch of his alongside the zipping of the mouth and other behaviour quirks.
"What collar thing?" He tries to hide it.
"When your mouth runs too fast and blurt something out." Bluntly, Katsumi deadpans.
"I'll just…sit down." Shyly, said male does so as Katsumi simply shakes her head at him.
"Alright." Katsumi exclaims furrowing her brow as she focuses on the task at hand before pouring said batter into the pan before flipping it onto the plate, furrowing his brow focusing on the task at hand.
"Thanks Kat…" Hawks eyes expand at the sheer sight of the pancake on his plate, recognising the attempt at flames, a small smirk upon his lips when noting the flimsy flames and angry looking pout on the poor pancakes attempt.
"Don't mention it." Aloofly, Katsumi brushes him off scowling, a heavy hue of ruby red upon her cheeks.
"Fine by me." Merrily, Hawks takes out his phone taking a photo of said pancake before taking a fork happily eating on the food, feeling nothing but a sense of childish joy at the meal before him while she herself once finished enters the abyss of her office focusing on the task at hand, paperwork...
"Looook what I brought…" Beaming, Hawks hollers happiness rolling off his tongue drawing it out to the greasy disgusted brunette before his very eyes, internally screaming to see the tired looking girl wearing a familiar shirt draped over her form, clearly bigger than her normal clothes. The shirt slants to the side exposing the shoulder of the brown-haired girl, showing a small strap of black underneath. She wears a pair of brown jogging bottoms as Katsumi's tired ruby reds stare at the happy Hawks.
"A hammock…you bought…a hammock?" Huffing, Katsumi furrows her brow, pinching the bridge of her nose exhaustion etched into her fatigued features.
"Yep!" Cheerily, Hawks reveals ignoring his feathers fluttering when seeing her wear his shirt seeing some stains upon it.
"Won't that squish your wings?" Warily, Katsumi's ruby reds narrow at the rainbow hammock set outside her balcony.
"It's not for me dove." Smiling, Hawks drapes his arm over Katsumi scowling, staring at him.
"Then whose it for?" Fatigued, she yawns.
"You of course." Cheerily, Hawks pokes her cheek.
"…Why?" Warily, Katsumi questions him brow furrowed confusion clear in her tense tone.
"Come on you've barely gotten out of the house." Hawks tells Katsumi.
"For good reason." Resolute, Katsumi states scowling.
"Come on look at that face, you have cheekbones that could cut someone." Sighing, Hawks gently pinches her cheeks.
"…I don't know what to say to that." Tiredly, she confesses to Hawks, furrowing her brow.
"Oh come on you need some vitamin C or else you'll get scurvy." Sternly, Hawks tells Katsumi.
"And you think a hammock is magically going to fix my problems." Perplexed, Katsumi furrows her brow at Hawks.
"It's going to get you to relax." Resolved, Hawks smirks smugly.
"…Were you watching those scammer ads again?" Sceptical, Katsumi places her hand on her hip she knew how engrossed he would get into those remembering the feather trimmers, he had thought to buy before she swiftly shut down the idea.
"…No?" Silently, Hawks stares at her as after a pregnant pause he finally gives the answer.
"Hawks!" Annoyed, Katsumi swiftly snaps her fist into his head.
"What? I told Kane how stressed you were and he said when he gets stressed he has a chair that hangs from the ceiling." Confused, Hawks furrows his brow while Katsumi sweat drops remembering that chair far too well, remembering him screaming, cheering as he span around with the chair acting more like it was a ride than it was an actual chair until it then came crashing down to the ground, making him erupt into tears proclaiming himself to be far. A issue he and Haneul had to deal with for months, remembering waaay too many diet plans he had leapt from one after another.
"Right…and?" Katsumi arches a brow.
"Well I thought you needed to be cheered up now, installing such a chair would take too long hence the hammock." Hawks proclaims proudly gesturing to said swing of sorts.
"..Right." Katsumi sighs.
"Come on it'll be fun." Hawks happily smiles at her.
"Hawks I don't have time for this." Tiredly, Katsumi turns back towards her office however…
"Why not?" Hawks whines draping himself over her.
"Why not? Unlike you I can't distract myself with fighting all day I have paperwork to do." Dutifully, Katsumi sighs.
"Come on all I'm asking is for a bit of your time." Hawks asks making Katsumi sigh.
"…If I do this will you leave me alone?" Annoyed, Katsumi states.
"I'll leave you alone to your work." Hawks promises.
"…Fine." She nods her head in understanding following him towards the hammock outside.
"Alright that's the spirit." Smiling, Hawks props himself on the sofa wrapping his arms around Katsumi.
"You…really didn't have to do this you know?" Katsumi sighs after a fair few minutes of her lying on his chest simply staring up at the bright blue sky, snow clouds wafting high in the air, noting a familiar pair of ruby red feathers curling close to her.
"Well…I wanted to." Truthfully, Hawks confesses smiling softly.
"What about your wings though?" Katsumi questions concern clear in her tone.
"They're fine see." Hawks waves his wings about showing them to her.
"Hawks…" Sighing, Katsumi slumps her form against his, leaning into his touch feeling the hammock rock contently between them both.
"I'm fine I promise just relax would ya?" Hawks tells her as he has his foot on the ground gently moving the hammock left and right swaying softly.
"…Alright." Katsumi sighs softly, leaning into her form.
"Great! See isn't this nice? I mean look at that view? Don't you feel that breeze?" Beaming, Hawks asks her as Katsumi closes her eyes enjoying the brisk breeze flowing though her hair.
"I suppose it is nice." Katsumi considers leaning into Hawks touch tenderly moving her fingertips through her hair.
"Isn't it?" Gently, Hawks smiles softly at Katsumi, his golds softening sadly staring down at her facial features, feeling a wave of awe at seeing her seem so peaceful, seem so relaxed, seem so at ease, a rare sight indeed.
"I still don't get why you're doing all this." Katsumi sighs.
"Katsumi…you push yourself too hard." Hawks tells her staring up at the sky.
"Excuse you?" Katsumi sharply snaps at him, glaring up at him only making him smile softly at th endearing sight to him.
"I'm being serious I get you want to be strong I do. You are strong you are but asking for help doesn't mean you're not strong." Seriously, Hawks tells her.
"This coming from you?" Scoffing, Katsumi chuckles.
"I mean it Kat you're strong you really are just because you're behind the desk doesn't mean you're not helping even if you think you're being useless you're not. " Hawks says to her.
"Hawks…" Katsumi's ruby reds soften.
"You're really strong katsu the strongest person I know…I get that frustration you feel I do. I hate just standing there and doing nothing when I know I can do something, I know it hurts, I know this helplessness eats away at you but you are strong, mentally and physically. But how can you work to your hardest if you run yourself rampant? All you'll do is make sloppy work and when you get back you'll come back to people berating you for sloppy paperwork you'll have to catch up on." Hawks explains to her.
"…Who are you and what have you done to Hawks?" Seriously, Katsumi demands.
"Hey I can be serious." Pouting, Hawks huffs.
"The world really is ending…" Amused, Katsumi chuckles bringing a small smile to Hawks lips.
"Oh come on I'm being serious here." Huffing, Hawks lightly pokes her nose.
"I know…urgh I hate it when you're right." Katsumi cranes her neck back, leaning into his embrace.
"I know." Contently, Hawks hugs Katsumi, his hues softening sadly when seeing her close her eyes content.
"You know…we used to have a hammock as a kid." Katsumi smiles shyly at the memory.
"Oh yeah?" Hawks arches a brow intrigued.
"I remember ma telling me to go out more when I lost my arm I refused to go out I became as white as snow. Turns out getting on a hammock is harder than you'd think especially alone. I kept falling and tripping." Tenderly, Katsumi recalls.
"Seriously?" Stunned, Hawks exclaims.
"Yep." Katsumi confirms.
"Heh…" Hawks chuckles.
"Don't laugh." Katsumi whines at him.
"I'm not laughing, I think it's cute." Coyly, Hawks beams brightly nuzzling into her side making him sicker.
"Urgh ass…" Annoyed, he rolls his eyes endearingly at her as he too slowly joins his side the two soon falling into the dark depths of their dreams, napping to their hearts content.
"Hey Ken! I was thinking about going back to school and starting a career!" Cheerily, in a high-pitched voice Kane mimic as he plays around with what appears to be an all might and endeavour doll upon his desk in his own little world. Haneul simply stares stunned at the man-child opposite her desk.
"Nonsense, All Might. you're staying home and having my kids." Kane continues his tale, moving his Endeavour doll about the place just as the elevator pings and a familiar brunette simply stares at the two people she left in charge of her agency, of her sidekicks, of her work…
"The fuck did I walk in on?" Bluntly, Katsumi questions concern clear upon her plastered perturbed facial features.
"Systemic oppression." Casually Kane reveals his voice returning to normal as he shrugs his shoulders unfazed by both worried looks sent his way.
"Is…please don't tell me this is what you two have been doing since I've been away?" Groaning, Katsumi sighs slamming her hand to her face groaning at the two before her.
"…We…we had a craft fair?" Shyly, Haneul reveals as she stops mid knitting to tell her boss the news.
"What do you mean a craft fair?" Frowning, Katsumi questions lost baffled by the news.
"Oh it was so much fun, see we had this workshop where we made candles!" Animatedly, Haneul beams brightly, her glistening green gleaming.
"…Aren't you meant to be doing your job?" Scowling, Katsumi places her hand son her hips quirking her head to the side at them both.
"We did we had people patrol we just wanted to do something to liven things up since you weren't here." Haneul sighs.
"And you did this?" Frowning, Katsumi gestures to the scented candle by Kane's desk the flickering flame feebly trying to fight back against the gruesome grease littered about his cluttered station.
"Hey we got a lot of money out of it." Kane sighs leaning back in his seat.
"You sold it?" Irritated, Katsumi scowls.
"Online. You'd be surprised how many bought stuff with the Bombarda brand." Boisterously, Kane beams brightly.
"When…when did I agree to this?" Tiredly, Katsumi demands from them both.
"…" Silently, Haneul ceases her knitting.
"…" Slowly, Kane puts the dolls down.
"I don't do merch guys!" Frustrated, Katsumi reminds the two she was no sell out besides who would buy her merch? She could barely look at herself in the mirror to see herself on plushies on screen was just…
"Come on it was barely merch, none of it was about you." Kane assures the brunette.
"Yeah if anything it represented the agency and its sidekicks as a whole." Haneul throws in smiling softly.
"It helped boost morale a lot!" Kane throws in, his lilac locks bobbing briefly.
"…Good to know that while I'm away you guys are making candles." Coldly, Katsumi sneers at the two.
"And bath bombs and sweaters and…" Animatedly, Haneul lists off with her fingertips, her coal black ponytail bobbing at the memory.
"What did you do with the money?" Mystifed, she questions the two.
"…" Blue clash against green, either side staying silent.
"Guys?" Warningly, Katsumi raises her gauntlet arm.
"Bonuses for the sidekicks…" Sheepishly, Kane smiles shrugging sheepishly as a still silence hangs heavily in the air between boss and employers pinching the bridge of her nose. Katsumi exhales exasperated.
"You know what? Fine I was away and now I know what happens when I leave." Done, Katsumi places her hands up exasperated.
"Oh come on boss the building is still standing." Optimistically, Kane points out.
"And we even made you a bath bomb." Haneul smiles revealing said bath bomb in her hand, one of the many he produced, a heart shaped one.
"…We thought cherry would suit you." Kane reveals as Haneul tosses it over for her.
"…Thanks…I think?" Unsure, she catches said gift not quite sure what to make of it. She wasn't really a bath person maybe it was the idea of soaking in glycerine that didn't appeal to her…she wasn't a candle girl either most likely due to the fact of them being lit near a bath of glycerine was not the best idea.
"We didn't add petals before you freak out we know how much you hate cleaning up petals." Urgently, Haneul assures her.
"I just don't get petals." Sighing, Katsumi confesses, her mother loved petals, she thought they were a pain in the ass to clean especially when they were too big for the drain.
"They look pretty." Perkily, Kane smiles.
"I get that but the mess isn't worth it. Just because something looks pretty doesn't make it amazing." Annoyed, Katsumi reminds Kane.
"You just don't understand what it takes to look beautiful miss glycerine." Bitterly, Kane huffs crossing his arms over his chest.
"I'm sorry that my sweat is moisturizer you happy?" Huffing, Katsumi groans grumbling at her friend. He didn't get his bitterness she really didn't, she didn't have a choice about this, she had no clue that glycerine was even a moisturiser until Kane found out.
"You could lend me some you know?" Pouting, Kane whines as Haneul and Katsumi share a look.
"I'm not lending you my sweat Kane!" Katsumi snaps scowling down at Kane.
"Meanie…" Childishly, Kane whines bringing his legs to his chest.
"Regardless apologies for the wait guys." Sighing, Katsumi tells the two.
"How was Osaka?" Curious, Haneul asks her boss.
"It was something." Lazily, Katsumi shrugs.
"Visit any love hotels?" Mischievously, Kane wiggles a brow bemused, a glint gleaming in his baby blues.
"As if you perv." Katsumi sneers.
"Oh come on boss you need to relax take a break let someone else take the reigns." Kane winks playfully.
"As if I could trust anyone with that." Scoffing, Katsumi shakes her head at the thought.
"Hey you trusted us." Kane points out.
"I trusted Haneul speaking of I take things have been alright here." Katsumi gathers.
"Nothing out of the ordinary." Haneul nods her head.
"Good. Thanks for holding the fort guys." Katsumi thanks the two.
"Course." Haneul nods her head in understanding.
"Although you do owe us." Sneakily, Kane points out.
"Do I now?" Unamused, Katsumi sneers.
"Yeah but you can easily pay that back with a podcast or two." Teasingly, Kane winks.
"Haven't you guys continued it?" Confused, Katsumi furrows her brow having seen some podcast clips on her feed.
"Well yeah but it's not as fun without you in it." Kane tells her.
"You mean you don't get as much views as you do without me." Frankly, Katsumi deadpans.
"Wow confident one aren't you?" Kane remarks.
"Hey I'm the controversial one." Cockily, Katsumi smirks smugly.
"All publicity is good publicity now." Kane says trying to be fair.
"Yes well I'm going to go." Katsumi tells the two.
"To tell the people you're back and will be on the podcast?" Hopeful, Kane asks.
"To do my job." Tiredly, Katsumi scowls at him.
"Oh right…that too." Kane smiles sheepishly scratching the back of his neck.
"If you don't mind may I accompany you?" Politely, Haneul asks.
"Sure…though you sure we should leave Kane here?" Unsure, Katsumi looks over at Kane.
"Hey I did fine without you." Annoyed, Kane crosses his arms over his chest.
"But can you do fine without Haneul?" Calmly, Katsumi points out making Kane pout.
"I'll be fine geez." Annoyed, Kane grumbles.
"Don't do anything we wouldn't do." Haneul tells Kane.
"So…don't be fun." Kane gathers.
"No. Just…don't be yourself." Katsumi states.
"…You guys are good friends you know that?" Dryly, Kane grumbles.
"Yeah, yeah you want anything while we're out?" Katsumi asks him.
"Get me some snack or something." Aloofly, Kane tells the two brushing them off.
"Right…" Tiredly, the two chorus waving Kane off plopping his feet on his desk unaware of the sly smirks shared between both Katsumi and Haneul as with a flick of her wrist, a light gust of sorts blows Kane back making him cry out. He comes crashing down, crumbling to the ground groaning, keeping guard of the agency as the two head out.
"Bombarda! Can I have your autograph!?" Animatedly, a child calls out as a crowd forms around them, some talking, some flashing images but Bombarda simply sighs at the child, trying to push through the crowd.
"…Sorry Bombarda doesn't…" Politely, Haneul tries to shut the child down but…
"Here." Bombarda cuts Haneul off writing on the backpack offered.
"Thank you Bombarda!" Earnestly, the child smiles softly before leaving, swinging his backpack over his shoulder.
"You give autographs now?" Haneul blinks befuddled as she watches Bombarda wander off, her following after him leaving the crowd that disperse.
"It's just a piece of paper. I just don't see the point in making a hissy fit about it." Unfazed, Bombarda shrugs it off oblivious to the stunned Haneul.
"So…" Haneul begins as the two stroll, a fair few civilians calling out to them but Bombarda simply waves them off after handling them.
"So what?" Bombarda arches a brow befuddled by the stunned Haneul.
"How are you?" Haneul asks concern clear upon her facial features.
"I'm breathing so…I think I'm fine." Casually, Katsumi shrugs.
"Boss…" Worried, Haneul furrows her brow.
"Haneul I'm fine I mean it." Tiredly, she furrows her brow at Haneul.
"But…I saw the fight you were thrown through a wall!" Haneul argues.
"Not my first time." Katsumi cranes her neck to the side hearing the crisp crunch of bone.
"But your back…" Panicked, Haneul whispers making Katsumi sigh.
"My back's fine it didn't hurt that much." Modestly, Katsumi exclaims stretching.
"But it still hurt!" Haneul insists.
"Haneul. I am fine." Firmly, Katsumi assures the worrywart.
"…You sure?" Haneul sighs brow furrowed as they stop in the middle of the alleyway.
"Well I'm not in a hospital bed so…" Katsumi trails off shrugging sheepishly.
"I'm being serious boss." Sternly, Haneul huffs.
"Haneul thank you for caring but I'm fine what about you? You and Kane alright? I know his…personality can be a bit grating at times." Tiredly, Katsumi sighs, she appreciates her friends but even she knew when enough was enough.
"Oh no we've been fine funny enough he was the one who had the others join in." Softly, Haneul smiles at the memory, a faint ruby red tint to her cheeks.
"Oh yeah?" Katsumi arches a brow befuddled by the heat in her friend's cheek. What had changed? When they were in U.A she could barely stand Kane and his lax methods when it came to studying and such.
"Yeah see originally Yukari was complaining since her petals kept falling off and was making a mess which Rodney didn't like no doubt her flowers weren't helping his hay fever so morale was low without you there. Kane was doing what he could but when I saw the petals I asked Yukari if I could use them for my soaps then after that Kane asked me why I told him about the soaps and Kane came up with the idea." Haneul explains to Katsumi who simply stares ahead.
"The craft fair?" Frowning, Katsumi catches on noting the heavy hue deepening in her cheeks.
"Well craft day if we managed to get all the week's work done in one day we could have the craft fair I'd teach them how to make it and well…" Haneul trails off, a small shy smile upon her lips.
"It worked?" Katsumi raises a brow.
"It did I think them getting to do something fun and looking forward to something made their day." Honestly, Haneul confesses to her.
"The others have been in a slump recently." Katsumi recalls brow furrowed.
"Guess fighting can get a bit repetitive sometimes." Haneul smiles softly.
"…I guess? Still I should thank Kane." Katsumi sighs.
"You think so?" Kane arches a brow.
"I know so thanks again Haneul for doing all this." Katsumi nods her head.
"I like teaching people." Perkily, Haneul shrugs sheepish.
"Didn't you say you wanted to be a teacher for kids when you were younger?" Katsumi recalls.
"I did…before well I was accepted into U.A it was my backup." Haneul confirms.
"And look at you now, you're living the dream." Amused, Katsumi places her hands on her hips.
"How so?" Haneul quirks her head to the side.
"You're looking after an agency full of kids trapped in adult bodies." Bemused, Katsumi exclaims.
"Heh…yeah I think…me and Kane got closer form it though you know?" Fondly, Haneul confesses, a small soft smile upon her lips.
"Oh yeah…" Katsumi trails off not quite sure what to say.
"Yeah I never really realized I mean in U.A he always did manage to bring people together even during the cultural festival but the way he can pump up morale it's admirable." Frankly, Haneul confesses, the tint to her cheeks increasing.
"Yeah, I remember a fair few people saying he shouldn't be a hero…" Katsumi furrows her brow at Kane's tough time. But he kept smiling, regardless…then again eh always was an all might fan boy.
"Those guys were morons." Haneul grumbles glaring at the memory, a part of her feeling guilty at the memory, she remembered simply staring. Katsumi would threaten those that said such things in U.A particular those from general studies, her advice on saying they were nothing but extras although cruel did help a lot for Kane, Haneul knew that well.
"Agreed. He wanted chips right?" Katsumi recalls.
"Chipstar are his favourite vinegar I think we should also get him a wasabi flavoured kit kat." Haneul hums out loud unaware of Katsumi's furrowed frown.
"I don't get that guy he can't handle spice in meals but candy he'll do just fine." Frowning, Katsumi shakes her head at her friend's fussiness.
"It's not that bad besides I think the chocolate helps." Haneul offers.
"True…" Katsumi shrugs unaware of the frantic footsteps furiously approaching until…
"A-Ah!" Astonished, the adult's eyes expand when seeing a child come crashing down before them bumping into Katsumi's arms.
"Huh?" Gently, Katsumi kneels down steadying the horned child.
"B-Boss?" Haneul furrows her brow when seeing Katsumi's furrowed frown at the girl clinging to her, holding her, shaking, quivering, quaking in her arms making her grip tighten around the child.
"Haneul why don't you go get Kane's meal, here get something for the girl too." Tentatively, she smiles up at Haneul not wishing to overwhelm the child.
"Um okay." Dumbly, Haneul nods as Katsumi passes the money over.
"Is there anything you're allergic to sweetie or…?" Softly, she questions the girl ruby reds meeting her own.
"N-No…" Shyly, she shakes her head.
"Would you like anything in particular or…?" Haneul offers.
"A-Apple?" Meekly, the girl whispers.
"Right get anything apple flavoured yeah Han?" Katsumi turns to Haneul.
"Y-Yeah…I'll be right back." Haneul nods her head heading into the shop.
"You're alright now it's okay." Softly, she rubs patterns into the girl's shaking quivering, quaking back.
"Y-You're Bombarda right?" Surprised, Bombarda arches a brow by the girl's meek voice.
"Yeah how do you…?" Lost, she furrows her brow at him.
"I-I saw you on the tv big bro…he…he wasn't happy." The girl's grip tightens around the brunette.
"I see…so what's your name?" Gently, Katsumi questions the girl shaking, quivering, quaking in her arms clinging to her just as Katsumi hears the soft sound of footsteps, feeling her heart drop, her blood turn as cold as ice. The voice speaks as her ruby reds gaze into a pair of coal black, to be exactly one coal black, the other covered by the snow white bandages coiled around her facial features.
"Eri…there you are."
