"Hey Dad I'm ba-" Casually, Katsumi calls out wearing her U.A uniform as she opens the door entering her house however…

"EEEEP!" Surprised, she jolts up at the sharp screech of what would assume to be a girl but…

"Dad?" Worried, Katsumi calls out concern clear in her tentative tone turning to look down at the two children rushing over.

"Katsumi! Katsumi!" Happily, the two blonde boy and green-haired boy rushes over to the brunette.

"Hey you two what'cha got there?" Smiling, Katsumi asks as she steps forward only then to falter from the squishy substance below as she looks down.

"…Hi." Meekly, Masura smiles shyly at his horrified daughter seeing the shy slither of scarlet stream down his mouth.

"Bugs!" Beaming, Bakugou bellows showing said bug case to his sister.

"We found a butterfly!" Beaming, Midoriya joins in by his side.

"Oh yeah!" Smiling, she steps over her father, kneeling down to see said butterfly.

"Mine's bigger though!" Tauntingly, Bakugou smirks smugly.

"Course it is." Katsumi smiles shyly at her brother's bug collection trying to ignore her father's corpse weakly uttering out…

"…So…many…bugs…"

"Bed…I'll never take you for granted again." Awed, Katsumi whispers softly nuzzling her cheek into the plum pillow of her bed, brow furrowed as her hand instantly reaches out only to pat empty space. She sighs softly, shaking her head at the strange sensation of emptiness hitting her as she tries to nuzzle her face deeper into the pillow seeking solace, seeking the comforting smell within only to feel her gut twist at the strange sense of said smell having changed, something was off as if it had faded away only adding another gut punch to Katsumi scowling, shifting herself to stare up at the ceiling scowling at the gnawing sensation in her chest. She tries to ignore the brief pain when she is met by the ceiling and not the arc of red that brought a strange sense of comfort and safety, allowing her to descend down into her dreams easier…

"Urgh what now?" Katsumi groans as her buzzer suddenly goes off perplexing her so she goes to investigate, curiosity getting the best of her as she leaps out of bed in a familiar pair of baggy trousers and tank top where she gets out her phone accessing the camera within said section of the elevator.

"K-Kazz?" Taken aback she immediately opens the door with her phone allowing him inside.

"…Hey." Shyly, said male stumbles in pained.

"The hell are you doing here? If this some sort of check-up or…?" Lost, Katsumi begins but soon falters from the man walking past her and plopping on her sofa, swinging himself onto said sofa, head down into a nearby pillow and screaming into it.

"Whose looking after Hikaru?" Alarmed, Katsumi asks as said scream stops.

"…Kiyoko is." Kazz answers as he is about to dive his head back into the prim plump pillow below.

"Then talk." Swiftly, she snatches said pillow back preferring not to ave some saliva on it.

"You got whisky…?" Kazz asks astonishing her.

"Um yeah…" Shyly, she approaches her cabinet taking out the whiskey the two had bought her after their last hiccup.

"Good." Kazz snatches said drink downing it in one false swoop stunning her.

"Oookay. So…what's…what's going on?" Uneasily, she asks swiftly stealing said bottle back.

"I slept with Jeanist." Bluntly, he answer as something within Katsumi simply freezes from his words alone.

"…W…What?" Katsumi does a double-take at said words nearly dropping said whisky if not for her quick reflexes.

"Jeanist and I had-" Tiredly, Kazz leans back slumping in his seat.

"I got that." Tense, she swiftly cuts him off.

"Then why are you asking?" Annoyed, he huffs as she places the whisky away.

"Why did you sleep with him? You two broke up last I checked." Certainly, she crosses her arms over her chest.

"We did." Drained, Kazz grumbles glaring to the ground at the miserable memory.

"So what happened?" Katsumi leans over the top of the sofa.

"Sayako happened." Kazz stretches out on the sofa.

"Your child…okay out of context…" Worriedly, Katsumi tries to warn him but…

"Urgh what I mean is with her being kidnapped it was so stressful I was a mess collapsed in hospital from a heart attack." Annoyed, he cuts her off as her hues expand at the info.

"You had a heart attack!?" Alarmed, she gawks gaping at her mentor.

"Yeah turns out caffeine pills don't help next thing I knew Tsunagu was there I was at his place we were talking, crying then one led to another and…" Shyly, Kazz curls in on himself, his legs to his chest staring shyly down at his fidgeting fingertips twiddling his thumbs like some sort of child.

"…Right then what happened after that." Swiftly, she dismisses not wishing to get into those details with her mentor.

"I…left his place." Simply, Kazz shrugs.

"You did a walk of shame!?" Katsumi exclaims.

"…Yes." Kazz bows his head ashamed.

"Did you talk to him?" Hopeful, Katsumi asks.

"…No." Kazz grabs another pillow pulling it close to his chest.

"Yeesh." Katsumi blurts out glaring to the side.

"Don't yeesh me!" Mad, Kazz snaps pointing at her.

"How can I not yeesh you? You really screwed yourself over this time." Truthfully Bombarda slaps his pointed finger from her.

"I know okay! I know! I just with Sayako gone and me and Hikaru alone I just keep thinking back to what if I stayed, what if I spoke to him, what if I had stopped him from going to help Sayako?!" Stressed, Kazz leans forward clutching the pillow close to his chest looking like he was about to rip it to shreds.

"Kazz we both know regardless even if you said no, he would have gone that's his daughter just as she is yours." Tiredly, Katsumi steals said pillow from him again.

"But…" Meekly, he reaches out to said pillow.

"Look if you're worried about talking to him then talk to him, clear the air about if you want this to be a serious or a fling you can keep it from the kids." Katsumi tosses the pillow to the side.

"But that's the thing…" Timidly, he bows his head.

"What is?" Katsumi arches a brow.

"I don't know!" Kazz slides his hands into his hair tugging at stray strands of blackish brown.

"What do you mean you don't know?" Baffled, Bombarda demands from her mentor mystified.

"You should have seen us talking we were just and with him waking up I just…" Blushing, Kazz rambles as Bombarda blanks out his rant.

"He woke up?" Curtly, she coldly cuts him off.

"Yeah me and Hikaru have been staying over, me to monitor him and Hikaru just to see his father you know?" Kazz explains bowing his head, his features faltering at the thought of him.

"And no one's noticed?" Surprised, Katsumi arches a brow.

"Nope." Kazz pops out.

"Huh. Hikaru must be happy…" Katsumi offers optimistically.

"Hikaru thinks we're together…" Tentatively, Kazz reveals as Katsumi's hues widen when hearing his words.

"…Oh." Katsumi glances from side to side not quite sure what to say.

"Yeah." Kazz bows his head.

"Does…Sayako know?" Softy, Katsumi asks squirming in her seat.

"No. It's…complicated right now, delicate at that, Hikaru has sworn to secrecy. He knows right now his sister is delicate, trying to get her life back in order just like the rest of us which…is the problem." Pained, Kazz explains.

"The problem?" Perplexed, Katsumi exclaims.

"I don't know where we stand, Hikaru is looking expectantly at us and I don't want to let him down but I don't even know if we even are a thing." Truthfully, Kazz explains, combing his fingertips through his hair tugging at some stray strands.

"…Have you asked him?" Gently, Katsumi sighs softly.

"Of course not." Kazz scoffs.

"Of course you bloody didn't." Bombarda curses grumbling.

"Urgh…I don't know I just with everything that's happened I just…I don't want to get my hopes up you know?" Shyly, Kazz curls in on himself placing his chin on top of his legs close to his chest.

"Your hopes?" Befuddled, Bombarda raises a brow befuddled.

"I don't…I don't want to get hurt again." Anxiously, Kazz nibbles on his bottom lip, wincing briefly by the sharp sting of his lip.

"Kazz…" Katsumi sighs softly seeing the shy sliver of ruby red descending down from her bruised lip.

"What do you think?" Kazz asks her.

"Why what I think would matter?" Mystified, Katsumi quirks her head to the side.

"Because I need a honest perspective." Honestly, Kazz sighs softly.

"Why not go to Tai?" Tiredly, Katsumi shrugs.

"I did!" Kazz answers.

"And?" Katsumi wiggles a brow.

"He said I should follow my heart and that crap." Cross, Kazz grumbles under his breath.

"Sounds like Tai…" Katsumi sighs she appreciated her friend she did but…

"What do you think?" Kazz cuts her out of her train of thought.

"Well…when I met you and learned of your relationship with Tsunagu I was happy for you don't get me wrong but…" Bombarda begins brow furrowed from the murky memory of her youth.

"But what?" Kazz prods.

"You two tended to rush things, you never really were one to wait for the moment. The two of you were well it was like you two were constantly in your honeymoon phase. You never stopped for a moment to really relish what you had you know which I get you were young and in love but…" Bombarda sighs sadly remembering the two sneaking around each other, she could tell they cared a great deal for one another but…

"But what?" Kazz repeats his poking.

"You never stopped and enjoy where you were you never settled you never…you just…you rushed it. A relationship takes time, time for you to know each other more, to go through issues, to argue, to explore more with one another you can't just find someone and just marry them you have to know each other go through trials to see if you two are compatible or not…" Sighing, Bombarda explains to her old mentor.

"You…you mean it?" Kazz says shocked brow furrowed from the thought.

"I do." Bombarda confirms it.

"We just….we were happy. We are happy albeit a bit sad since…" Kazz trails off grimacing at the elephant in the room or at the least…snake in the room.

"Orochi." Bombarda answers.

"Yeah…I…I don't blame him for doing what he did back then to me…" Miserably, Kazz scratches the back of her neck.

"And for what you did to him." Sighing, Katsumi takes out a familiar set of photos from her pocket.

"Where…where did you get these?" Alarmed, Kazz stares down at the photo casted down on the table before Kazz.

"Around the lower level of the Yakuza hideout, an abandoned lab where the body of Ryoma lay." Katsumi answers as she sits down by his side after leaping over.

"Ryoma?" Kazz furrows his brow by the eerily familiar name.

"You may know his father, you and him experimented on people like Orochi." Coldly, Bombarda remarks, her hues narrowing at him.

"…Ryoma's dead?" Kazz whispers shaken.

"Yep, two holes in his neck…" Bombarda points to her own neck at the murky memory of said scientist sat on that chair of his.

"No…" Kazz places his hand over his mouth mortified.

"Yep, similar to the puncture wounds on Sayako." Bombarda points to the pictures.

"…Christ…" Kazz stares sadly at the photos he picks up staring at one of them, one of his crestfallen facial features as he stands besides a bright beaming man and a fair few other scientists.

"So you going to explain?" Bombarda waves her hand about annoyed.

"…It was a long time ago, me and my sister were on the streets our folks were abusive and we just…I knew I had to get a job for us, for Kiyoko's sake we needed a roof over our head. We were grateful for the inn we were taken in by the oiran but I wanted a place that was safe for my sister, I didn't want to stay in a place where my sister could be hired at any moment or be in danger…I wanted her to be safe so I did. I was found by a guy who would offer me that money for my sister and me next thing I knew…" Kazz sighs sadly staring down at the photos before him, his hues shimmering shining slightly saddened at the picture plastered on the table below.

"You were in the yakuza…" Bombarda catches on her hues narrowing at the news.

"Yeah…I did my fair share of jobs until I was slotted into the chemical aspect of the yakuza they wanted me to help make trigger and other medications using other lesser expensive elements and…soon enough we were running out of funds for it so the boss went into human trafficking that's where I met little Orochi, his old man was some relic of the old world so he was high on the market. We got him and took his venom for our experiments, the others treated him horribly. I wanted to help but I needed the job so I kept my head down…" Honestly, Kazz explains himself to Bombarda furrowing her brow by his words.

"Does…does Tsunagu know about this?" Tentatively, Bombarda furrows her brow warily.

"He does…it was the reason he agreed to help raise Orochi when I told him of my guilt. We thought we could help him. Tsunagu is good with rehabilitating people, and we wanted to help the boy but…we couldn't. Next thing I knew when I needed Tsunagu the most he turned his back to me and the kids and abandoned us. I don't want Hikaru to get hurt like I did he's so hopeful and…" Anxiously, Kazz tugs at his blackish brown roots tugging at them.

"Kazz… Look I'll be honest with you I was a kid when it all happened, you guys did go surprisingly fast for a couple. Maybe it was the thrill of it being a secret or you were forever in that honeymoon phase but you two never…waited things out rushing headfirst into next step after next step." Sighing, she informs Kazz she couldn't say she understood the relationship well, she had a lot going on during that time…

"You think we were too fast?" Kazz ponders.

"Maybe but at the end of the day that doesn't matter what matters is the kids, those that were brought into this world thanks to you two, you have a responsibility to keep them safe to make them happy, to make them secure in who they are and where they came from." Frowning, Bombarda offers unsure, she wasn't exactly great with relationships, she never had really been in one the closet she's been would be…

"I feel like all I've done is screwed my kid up." Kazz bows his head snapping Katsumi out of the sharp stinging sensation in her constricted chest at the thought of him…

"Kazz…" Katsumi begins but…

"Think about it, my baby Sayako lost her arm, her arm am I cursed to have my loved ones lose their limbs?" Kazz hollowly heckles, a strained smile upon his lips.

"Well…thanks for considering me a loved one but…" Bombarda trials off awkwardly.

"Hikaru has had to bottle up so much his entire life, had to endure his sister being horrible to him while dealing with the revelation of being quirkless as well and being bullied too. Hell, I've been doing all I can for him but all I ever seem to do is hurt them. The two of them had to hide so much from people I don't even want to go into the mess we made Orochi. I love him, I love them all but we just…I…I should have never become a parent." Kazz whimpers weakly, his voice cracking breaking briefly, a small sob escaping his lips as he a sob breaks through, bowing his head anguished at it.

"Now hold on…this wasn't just you, it was Tsunagu too he had a part to play in this. You can't fully blame yourself for how things went." Sternly, Katsumi reminds her mentor.

"You think so?" Sniffling, he whimpers weakly hand over his mouth trying to compose himself however…

"Yes. This is why you need to talk to Tsunagu sort out what you're going to do about each other about Orochi…" Sighing, she tries to explain to him.

"I still can't believe he did that to Sayako, he loved Sayako he would never have done that…not with the pills we were giving him." Horrified, Kazz holds himself grimacing.

"Pills?" Perturbed, Katsumi's ruby reds narrow.

"We had to give him some due to the chemicals in his brain building up, it would kill his brain harm it if he didn't have those pills…make him do things he had no control over alongside his emotions fluctuating we thought they would help but…" Kazz sniffs slightly using the back of his hand to wipe the waterfalls descending down away.

"It didn't." Katsumi catches on.

"No…nothing we ever did helped. I just…we just wanted what other people had. We wanted our own family, our own children, our own private life with one another but all we ended up doing was scarring those kids, harming them…" Pained, Kazz stares sadly down at his twitching thumbs fidgeting feebly.

"Kazz…" Katsumi begins but…

"What will you do about the photos?" Kazz asks alarmed.

"Here." Katsumi sighs softly sliding said photos over to him.

"You…you're not going to snitch?" Surprised, he raises a brow befuddled.

"Why would I?" Irritated, Katsumi furrows her brow baffled.

"I mean with Hawks…" Kazz begins as Katsumi flinches from the name.

"What does Hawks have to do with it?" Incensed, she snaps sharply defensively even.

"…When I was younger, I was found out in a raid and taken by the commission to be rehabilitated. It wasn't easy but I did it. Nevertheless, the commission always held this over me if I were to ever deny them of something…they'd bring this to the authorities and my whole family would be ruined, Tsunagu too for being affiliated I couldn't let that happen. This evidence is what they had over me I had planned to steal it after my image was ruined but it had been taken the evidence." Kazz explains herself to Katsumi ashamed, anguished even, he never really told his children about his past, he didn't want to have them go through more to think it would come back to hit him like that though when he was finally happy with Tsunagu.

"You don't think Ryoma was researching where his father went…" Bombarda begins brow furrowed, it would explain the commission's control over the family, to keep Kazz in line to make sure he doesn't do anything against them, using the feeble excuse of his connection to Tsunagu as a cover, sure some of the board may not have approve of such a relation but times had changed. There were people like Tsunagu and Kazz out there and with the world of quirks…sure some people were against that way of life, to have children be raised under a household could be controversial to some but to use that excuse as a way to keep Kazz in line, to keep Tsunagu in line…

"I think he did, he must have stolen from the commission…" Kazz catches on and finishes.

"So…you're free." Bombarda concludes.

"It would seem so…" Sighing, Kazz shrugs sheepishly.

"But why do you think I would hand you over to Hawks?" Baffled, Bombarda asks Kazz confusion clear on her furrowed features.

"He's the commissions pet and you're his…" Kazz begins as Katsumi scowls.

"I'm his what?" Insulted, Katsumi scowls, she isn't a snitch especially for the commission's pet.

"W-Well you're close aren't you?" Innocently, he points out shyly.

"Of course not." Sharply, she snaps she was no snitch.

"No? But…" Kazz says.

"But nothing look Hawks is my friend even if we aren't on speaking terms right now he is my friend but you're my mentor and I've known you longer I'd chose you over him and the commission any day." Bluntly, Bombarda deadpans he had his own secrets just as she had hers…

"Bombarda…thank you…thank you so much." Kazz bows his head exhaling shakily.

"Don't sweat it think of it as thanks for the arm." Amused, Katsumi jokes lightly.

"Katsumi promise me something." Kazz exclaims to her.

"Hm?" Humming, she turns to his mentor.

"Take care of Sayako would you? She needs a role model she can actually look up to…not us. Not me and not Tsunagu, someone who can be true and real to themselves and the people." Pleadingly, Kazz asks Katsumi taking her aback at the reveal.

"I'll do what I can Kazz I can't make any promises." Pointedly, she warns him.

"I know but…thank you, thank you so much." Kazz bows his head grateful, slowly standing up.

"Anytime, so where are you going now?" Katsumi slides her hand into her pockets.

"Back to Tsunagu's." Kazz approaches the door.

"Ah…be careful yeah?" Katsumi sighs softly at him.

"I will Kiyoko's waiting outside." Kazz winks mischievously.

"And let me guess Hikaru's with his dad." Katsumi gathers.

"Yeah sorry for lying." Kazz bows his head ashamed almost.

"It's fine. Just be careful if Orochi really did do what he did to Ryoma…you need to be on guard all of you." Honestly, Bombarda reminds him.

"…I will thank you Katsumi." Kazz smiles softly at her once again.

"Don't sweat it, take care of yourself alright?" Katsumi calls out to him.

"Alright and Katsumi?" Kazz smiles softly just as the elevator door opens.

"Yeah…?" Katsumi sees Kazz enter the elevator.

"This may cheer you up, Eri she's awake and she's asking for you." Kazz smiles softly at her.

"She…she is?" Katsumi says shocked.

"She is. Goodnight." Kazz smiles waving weakly at her.

"Goodnight…" Katsumi waves Kazz off, watching the doors slowly shutting as she heads to bed, done with the day…

Quietly, Bombarda stands before her bed brow furrowed as she adjusts the ruby red tie upon her, hearing her heels click as she paces back and forth in her apartment, looking over at her cuffs wearing a loose snow-white dress shirt, a pair of black trousers and jacket with her heels having accents of ruby red. Today was the day…but still she couldn't help but think back to it all…

"Why is it so important to be the strongest? Tell me Endeavour I'm sure you have a reason so what is it…?" All Might had Endeavour as she stood below the two. Her hues narrow noting her struggling brother, dealing with the child below having heard his idea of beating the kids like he was making her roll her eyes exasperated at him.

"You know I already climbed to the number 2 spot by the time I was 20 and because I carved my own path I understood. There was no way I could reach the top if I only wanted the title of number one I could have acted friendly towards everyone like you did. But no. I actually wanted to be number one. " Endeavour confesses making Katsumi's ruby reds widen when hearing his words, furrowing her brow squirming slightly feeling the sharp sting of her throbbing arm as she sat but before she could argue, her brother had declared about him being hung from a tree making her hue twitch. Maybe if he wasn't such a shit she wouldn't have not to mention maybe if he hadn't set her hair on fire with his blast during one of their fights he wouldn't have hung up there for an hour.

"Talkative today are we?" All Might remarks snapping Bombarda out of her thoughts.

"Just answer me!" Mad, Endeavour snaps scowling crossing his arms over his chest.

"What is the symbol of peace huh…that's tough. I'm not certain how to explain it to you. I thought this country needed a hero to inspire them. So I ran for that goal at full speed. I wanted to be a light, a beacon of hope as well as a warning. I swore I'd become that and never looked back. When you walk through the streets back then everyone was on edge no matter how many heroes were on the street the crime rate never went down. Even more so than now, everyone was afraid. I ignored the kindness of the people around me and abandoned those dearly to follow my own path." All Might explains to Endeavour as both his icy blue and Bombarda's ruby red wide when hearing his words.

"Your former sidekick…yes a tragedy." Endeavour acknowledges as Bombarda grimaces at the news she had woken up to…

Briefly, Bombarda stops in her tracks brow furrowed from the clumsily cuff falling flat to the ground making her curse under her breath bitterly. She reaches down about to reach for said cuff only to falter from her shaking quivering quaking hand making her sigh shakily. She sits down upon the floor, legs crossed over the other as she holds her hand shaking in her prosthetic, brow furrowed from the cold crispness of said hand as she closes her eyes taking a shaky breath brow furrowed focusing firmly on the task at hand of calming down. She takes a fair few breathes brow furrowed focused on the task at hand. Shakily, she sighs, composing herself…

"Listen Endeavour I understand the situation you're being placed in and what's being said about you. There are many who can't help but dwell on our differences…but you and I are not the same person it was my choice to become the symbol. But you don't have to do that. Instead take your time and think about the kind of hero you want to be." All Might tells him as the two bow their head from his words, taking in his words in their own little way.

"You ready?" Katsumi jolts up at the voice turning to Tai lingering in the doorway, brow furrowed at her.

"Yeah…" Sadly, she smiles at him placing her hand on his shoulder seeing the tears threaten to fall from his mask as the two make their way out of the apartment ignoring the fierce flashes sent their way as they go to pay their respects…

"Katsumi you should be resting." Resolute, Kazz furrows his brow at the sight of the two once they gave their respect, Katsumi giving a small nod to Midoriya solemnly nodding back. No words needing to be shed as the kids are the first to leave or so Katsumi assumed…

"I am is it so wrong to pay my respects?" Katsumi raises a brow at her mother hen of an old mentor.

"N-No." Shyly, Kazz glances to the side as Katsumi couldn't help but furrow her brow by the bags hanging heavily under his brownish bloodshot hazelish hues.

"Hey boss…" Tai smiles shyly at his mentor.

"Tai hey…" Kazz smiles sadly at him.

"You look exhausted." Tai points out concerned clearly for his mentor seeing how thin the doctor looked.

"Hey what I can say? It comes with the job." Aloofly, Kazz responds.

"Yeah, how's…" Katsumi asks as she looks over at the blonde in a rather nice piece Katsumi had to give the girl that.

"She's…doing better." Sachiko smiles sadly at the two before the three look over at the blonde conversing with Mirio, in a suit of sorts. Katsumi stares at the blonde brow furrowed, she seemed familiar the first time she saw her she had brown hair then again the dye job was clearly not the best but it seemed to work for the girl.

"Good." Katsumi nods her head. The girl had been through a lot, Katsumi had to give it to the girl, the girl she would soon train, she could see the girl wanted to learn, didn't want to left behind and she could understand that, she knew that pain in her eyes far too well.

"Is it true? You're taking her on." Kazz turns to Katsumi.

"I hope to when I can recover for now Han will deal with her." Katsumi adjusts the cuff sleeve of her suit.

"Thank you…" Kazz bows his head grateful.

"It's fine. Think of it as thanks for the prosthetic." Playfully, Katsumi smirks slightly adjusting the prosthetic in her sleeve.

"Dad we gotta go!" Sayako calls out as the two turn to the blonde.

"You heard the lady. It was good to see you two." Tentatively, Kazz winks at his old students.

"Same here." Bombarda nods her head.

"Take care of yourself Kazz." Tai tells him smiling sadly at Kazz.

"You too. Kat I best see you at the hospital for a check-up soon." Smirking, Kazz teases.

"Yeah, yeah…" Katsumi rolls her eyes watching their mentor leave.

"Do you have a plan?" Fatgum asks as Fatgum finds Katsumi sat down on the bench, the two looking out at the other graves.

"A plan?" Perplexed, Katsumi arches a brow befuddled by his question.

"When you…" Tai trails off sat down by her side.

"Not really just want to be burnt." Bluntly, Bombarda deadpans.

"You serious?" Stunned, Fatgum does a doubletake.

"Yeah no fuss them, throw me into some wind, into someone's face use my ashes for someone flowers I really don't care. What about you?" Lazily, Katsumi waves her hand about aloofly.

"I…I haven't really thought of it…I guess this is just a reminder of the price of being a hero." Solemnly, Tai bows his head at the thought.

"Yeah…I mean I know Kane has these whole plans." Katsumi hums looking up at the baby blue sky seeing the clouds go about their day.

"He does?" Fatgum arches a brow befuddled.

"Oh yeah he won't shut up about it, has nothing on paper of course but he has plans." Katsumi sighs leaning back on the bench brow furrowed at Kane's many ramblings shifting from one idea to the next, never sticking to one plan, the other day he spoke of having a Viking funeral then open casket so he can have his makeup done to look good…

"And Haneul?" Fatgum wiggles a brow befuddled.

"She has a file." Frowning, Katsumi grimaces at the huge heavy file.

"She has a file?" Flabbergasted, Fatgum gawks gaping at the news.

"Tai this girl has a file for her funeral, wedding, you name it she has a file for it." Bluntly, Bombarda deadpans.

"Wow…" Fatgum says shocked.

"Yep. Wanna join us?" Bombarda asks Fatgum the three were going to have a drink…

"Nah I should get back to my agency got some paperwork to do." Fatgum smiles sadly standing up.

"Alright take care of yourself." Katsumi tells him.

"You too." Fatgum smiles sadly before leaving, leaving Katsumi to stare at the tombs before her, brow furrowed, not quite sure what to really say or really think, staring at her inevitable fate…

Quietly, Katsumi finally returns to her home, sighing softly smoothly sliding her jacket off, her eyes wincing grimacing at the shy sting of her eyes from the fierce flash of the camera from the outside world, ignoring the sharp sting of her head, holding her face trying to ease the pain. She sees Haneul quietly reading one of her books brow furrowed while Kane is just watching TV, his leg moving upwards and downwards, a still silence hanging heavily in the air.

"Hey…" Quietly, Katsumi announces herself to her friends perking up at her voice.

"Hey…" The two chorus Haneul swiftly slamming the book shut while Kane turns, using the remote to lower the volume of said screen.

"You two alright?" Katsumi asks the toss tossing her jacket aside.

"We should be asking you that." Gently, Haneul takes the jacket folding it.

"I'm fine just another grim reminder of a part of the job." Grumbling, Katsumi plops herself between both her sidekicks.

"Yeah…I remember as a kid I would dream of being a hero the concept of death never filtered in my head back then." Truthfully, Kane confesses softly.

"…It's terrifying." Haneul stands up opening a familiar cabinet.

"Hmm…" Humming, Katsumi numbly nods her head as Haneul pours the shots of whisky for them.

"Here." Tentatively, Haneul places the glasses down upon the table for the three.

"Thanks." Katsumi leans forward, taking one of the shot glasses.

"How was Tai and all the others?" Kane asks curiosity clear on Kane's face.

"Solemn…they asked about you two." Katsumi throws in making the two perk up at the news.

"Oh yeah?" Kane slides his baby blue visor upwards perched upon his lilac locks.

"Asked how you would want to go…" Casually, Katsumi shrugs her shoulders.

"Oh quick maybe with a bullet or something." Swiftly, Soundspark responds.

"I like to not think about it. I know I don't want to drown though that's just torture." Honestly, Haneul confesses.

"Oh yeah same with being burnt alive or being trapped in a fire or something." Soundspark snaps his fingertips in agreement.

"That isn't what I mean, I mean I would wat to go down fighting. But I mean…your funeral stuff." Sighing, Katsumi stares silently down at the drink in her hand swirling it about briefly.

"Ooh should I bring out my file…?" Excitedly, Haneul perks up beaming brightly, a glint gleaming in her hues alarming the other two.

"I never met a woman who had a file for her funeral…" Frowning, Kane hints however…

"I want people to be happy not sad." Simply, she shrugs.

"And I want to never die." Kane smirks slightly.

"Don't we all?" Aloofly, Katsumi sighs.

"Everything has an end how are we to enjoy life if there is no end?" Haneul proposes patiently making them all go silent.

"I'd have marzipan for my cake…" Haneul throws in after the still silence hangs heavily between the group.

"Wait you like Marzipan?!" Mortified, Kane gawks gaping at her.

"Of course! It's mature, tas-" Haneul begins but…

"It tastes like playdo!" Sharply, Kane snaps as Katsumi sits between both of them too tired to deal with them all.

"What?" Haneul's hues narrow at the comparison.

"It tastes all waxy ad ugh…for my funeral I'm making sure we have a barbeque get people to enjoy the food maybe a dance party." Perkily, Kane smirks smugly, cleaning his visor with his sleeve.

"You want a dance party at your funeral?" Frowning, Haneul eyes Kane.

"Yep, maybe a 80s theme oooh or- or-or!" Excitedly, Kane gushes, a similar sheen to his hues at the thought.

"Or we could talk about something else…" Katsumi hints grimacing.

"How about wills?" Haneul clasps her hands together.

"Wills?" Katsumi furrows her brow by the change of topic.

"Yeah come on please tell me I'm getting this place when you croak!" Cheekily, Kane slams his hands together hopeful.

"You're not getting jack." Katsumi snaps sharply at Kane.

"Oh come on! Han what about you?" Kane turns to smile at Haneul.

"Leaving everything to my cat." Confidently, Haneul states the fact firmly.

"You can do that?" Shocked, Soundspark gawks.

"You can leave it for a cat charity to make a statue of said cat when the cat croaks." Calmly, Hanuel responds.

"Ooh you think I can do that for Sparky?" Smiling, Kane asks hopeful.

"Maybe…" Haneul considers calmly.

"What about you Kat?" Kane turns to Katsumi noting her still silence simply staring down at the glass of the substance swirling in her hand.

"Probably leave it to my brother or family or something…" Aloofly, she shrugs.

"You haven't planned anything out?" Alarmed, Haneul furrows her brow befuddled.

"Well I have life insurance for my brother in case he needs it one day." Dutifully, Katsumi offers.

"I feel like that's what every hero gets through for their family or well-loved ones." Kane argues.

"Probably…To Sir Nighteye we may not have known him well but…" Katsumi sighs raising her glass to the high heavens.

"As All Might's ex's sidekick, he probably was a great hero!" Kane assumes.

"He was." Katsumi corrects Kane.

"Okay as all Might's ex he was a great hero!" Haneul throws in as the trio click their glasses downing said shots in respect to the fall for Sir Nighteye…
