Last Time~

Every point in strength you have equals five damage. With your current strength of 11 plus the bonus 10 from titles, you will output a maximum of 105 damage. She responded.

That means I can kill most of these goblins in one or two punches depending on surprise attacks and whether or not they are guarding themselves. Alright, Let's do this. I thought to myself as I crept towards the Goblin General.

Now~

I ran forward and grabbed the Goblin General's head in a vice grip and twisted violently. A sickening snap echoed throughout the small cave as the cry of shock he had begun letting out was suddenly snuffed from existence. The other seven goblins stared at the scene in bewilderment before screeching angrily and raising their picks and iron short swords(knives to me basically since there was such a difference in size). I grabbed one of the pickaxes that swung at me and wrenched the goblin forward, smashing my fist into its skull causing it to cave in. I dodged another pick and ripped the one I was holding out of the dead goblin's hand and smashed the sharp end into the skull of another goblin. 3 Down, 5 to go. I thought to myself and ran towards the goblins with knives. They jumped up and swung at me, although their jumping only reached to about my chin height. I grabbed one out of the air and squeezed its neck as hard as possible, resulting in an audible crack and the goblin falling limp. I threw it into another approaching goblin as hard as I could, knocking it down.
I rolled out of the way and grabbed one of the crude knives that had fallen from one of the dead goblins hands and blocked the knife of a falling goblin. I grunted slightly at the force of gravity and the small monster's strength. I slid to the side and slammed my knee into the creature's stomach, causing it to dry heave violently before I stabbed it in the back of the head. Four Left, I grabbed the knife of the goblin I just killed and had to jump back as a pickaxe landed where I just stood. The four goblins left, including the one I knocked down with the body of its comrade before, stood in front of me with their crude weapons. It was obvious that even with their limited intelligence they realized they had to be cautious with me.

I smirked and charged at them.

Chiiiik! CHIK cheeek!

They screeched in an unknown language but I kinda figured they were telling each other to kill me. I slammed my foot into the side of the final oncoming pickaxe, forcing the path to my side and causing the goblin who wielded it to stumble. I slammed my knife into the area I figured it's heart would be and it collapsed as soon as I removed the knife. I moved on and blocked another oncoming knife. I grabbed the small green creature's wrist and twisted it, causing it to break and for it to drop the knife. I moved back to avoid another attack and slashed violently at the goblin attacking me. It stumbled back, clutching its now bleeding throat and I slammed my knife through the base of the last standing goblin's jaw, up into its brain. I ripped it out and walked over to the final goblin, clutching its broken wrist. It stared up at me in fear. Strangely I felt nothing. Even after viciously slaughtering those monsters nothing stirred in me. Not excitement, nor anger. Just cold indifference. Maybe I had lost my regard for life after having slaughtered tens of thousands of monsters and demigods alike, even my fair share of immortals. Or maybe I did not believe this to be real, just something cooked up by Anias to get me stronger. No, I knew this was real. No matter how insane it might seem, all of this was real. Anias had said there would be side effects of tearing space-time in the way he did. But who would have thought our dimension would truly clash with a neighboring dimension that had a fantasy-like setting. It was truly fascinating.

I decided to ponder about this later and ended the remaining goblin quickly. It fell onto its back lifeless as I let out a breath. I looked at myself, just realizing I was covered in green blood. Unlike the monster's I know they do not dissipate into dust. Their corpses are just like that of humans and demigods. I wonder.. If that means they do not come back to life. Even with that thought I still felt nothing. I felt sort of disjointed from reality. Like nothing really mattered. But the thought of that cock sucker Zeus grounded me. I cared not for the throne of olympus. But after I dealt with Kronos and Gaia… Zeus would fall.

I examined the dagger in my hand closely. "Observation"

[Crude Iron Knife]

Rank: F-

This is a very crudely made iron knife, using the lowest level of primal forging. Despite being so poorly made it can still be sharpened enough to be lethal, although its durability is almost non-existent compared to normally forged iron and it dulls very fast.

Damage- 10 (+105) Durability: 12/50 Weight: 1/2Lb

It was better than using my fists. Not by much since it will not last much longer, but still better than nothing. I quickly used my skill on the other 7 remaining items, finding them to be about the same as the knife itself. Regardless though, the iron itself that made up these items might become useful later on. If nothing else I could probably make a useful tool or something with it after melting all the iron down. I threw the four knives and four pickaxes into my inventory. I walked over to the pile of rocks they had been placing inside of the carts and used my skill on them as well.

[Crude Iron Ore]

Rank: F+

A chunk of iron ore with a small amount of iron inside. This can be refined into a nice amount of iron to use for whatever you need, you could even make it into steel.

[Crude Copper Ore]

Rank: F

A chunk of copper ore with a small amount of copper inside. It can be melted down and used for various things.

[Decent Silver Ore]

Rank: E-

A chunk of Silver ore with a decent amount of silver inside. Silver has a high affinity for mana and thus can be used in the production of magical weapons. There are only a few metals with a higher mana capacity than silver. As such silver is often used in the hunting of special cryptids, such as werewolves and vampires, who can be easily hurt by the magical metal.

Holy shit. There is Iron and copper which could be helpful depending on the circumstances. But Silver too! And its description is insane. If this is true then someday I might run into werewolves or vampires in the dungeons. Or even outside of them. In which case I might need to have silver on me to fight them.

"Alexa, how much time has passed outside the dungeon?" I asked starting to throw all the rocks into my inventory.

None. I stopped after hearing that.

"What do you mean no time has passed? I have been here for at least half an hour. How could no time have passed?" I asked her curiously.

Because inside of dungeons like these, you step beyond the boundaries of your own dimension. Unlike the dungeons that occur due to the collision of the two universes, these dungeons were created specifically for you by my creator. She told me simply. I tried to understand that but failed, so I focused on the next thought. If time does not pass in here… then that means…. I stared at the glittering spots on the walls and floor. I took out a pickaxe from my inventory and set to work.

12 Hours Later~

Due to intense manual labor you have gained +7 Strength, +10 Constitution, +6 Dexterity, and + 12 Stamina!

Hamburger wrappers and empty water bottles littered the ground around me. Luckily I had stocked up on food over the past few days. I always stuff as much as I could into my inventory, even after 12 hours of continuous work I still have some food and water left in my inventory. I had broken every single one of the pickaxes I stole from the goblins. As soon as the durability ran out the handles snapped and the blades broke into two pieces. I threw them in my inventory anyways, since the iron from the pickaxe heads would still be useful later on. I mined out a ton, probably literally, of ore from the cave where I was. I tried not to venture too far in since this was still a dungeon, but the entrance was filled to the brim with silver, copper, and iron. Luckily the maximum amount of items I could put in a single inventory slot was 99, so it only ended up taking 5 inventory slots out of the many that I have.

[Crude Iron Ore] x109

[Crude Copper Ore] x65

[Decent Silver Ore] x123

Each of those chunks weighed a couple of pounds, so I had a decent amount of metal to work with. Not to mention the Title I got with it.

[Novice Miner]

Rank: F

Rank Up: 297/500

Congratulations on becoming a novice at the back breaking task of ore extraction! You get more ore and become more efficient with each rank.

Bonus- 10% Ore Dropped & +10% Mining Speed (+10% Per Rank)

"Well. Since my little mining session is over with… I should probably get going again. Speaking of mining.. Maybe I should invest in coin once that comes out? That will be in five years though.. I should have more than enough time to save up. Especially if I end up selling some of this silver I got. Anyways, let's head in." I thought out loud and started my trek deeper into the cave.

AN: Hey everyone, sorry for the shorter than normal chapter, I just wanted to get some sweet sweet CONTENT out for you guys. I actually finished writing this while working from home, soooooo yeah. I want some suggestions for beginner skills for Percy to gain from this dungeon. I am personally thinking F- Telekinesis, since when do you see percy with that sick ass power? Anyways, I hope you look forward to the fights in the dungeon of goblins! I might even have Percy do some forging :D
