" I'm pretty sure that we angered those Rangers," Lucy commented, looking at her sister. " You know, with the way that we left,"
Crystal shrugged. " Oh well," She brushed off. " They can deal with it,"
The two sisters had managed to find a place to live in Blue Bay Harbor. They decided that it would be easier to live in the city instead of trekking back and forth from the academy. After moving their small amount of belongings into the apartment, Crystal went to explore.
The Gold Ranger managed to find the local motocross track. She returned home, to the academy, and pulled her motocross gear from hiding. It didn't take her long to get it onto her car trailer and head back over to the track. But when she returned, a few riders were tearing up the track, so to speak. They were passing and sliding around each other. Glancing at the track while sitting on her bike, Crystal watched the yellow gear clad rider lead the pack. The blonde tucked her hair into her gold-colored helmet, clipping it under her chin. She pulled her goggles down then kick-started her bike. Rolling up to the edge of one of the high points, Crystal waited until the yellow rider rode by. She joined in on the race.
The yellow rider turned his head, watching the new gold rider pass him. Then a crimson-clad and a navy clad rider passed him. Crystal glanced over her shoulder at the two new riders after hearing more than one bike. She smirked, using her throttle to push her bike fast. The other two mysterious riders couldn't pass the girl before they hit the finish line. Crystal took first, with crimson and navy taking second or third. The yellow rider pulled in at fourth.
Crystal stopped by her car, climbing off her bike. What she didn't know what the three riders, who she raced against, had struck up a conversation. The blonde didn't even hear them until one of them gave a yell. " Dude, you were ripping it out there," They complimented.
Yanking her helmet off, Crystal turned her head, stunning all the riders. " Thanks, dude," She called out, repeating his word. She stuck her helmet in her car, heading over to the three.
" Sorry," The yellow rider rubbed the back of his neck. " I'm Dustin," He stuck his gloved hand out.
" Crystal," The blonde responded. She turned to the other two.
" I'm Blake," The navy rider pressed a hand to his chest. He turned his head, clasping the crimson rider on the shoulder. " This is brother Hunter," He glanced at the track. " You guys were pretty fast out there," He commented.
Crystal shrugged. " Track's soggy," She answered. " Lost a few seconds on the corners,"
" Yeah, I must be losing a couple of seconds a lap to you three," Dustin huffed out.
Hunter jumped in. " You get too much air on your jumps," He stated. " It slows ya down,"
Blake shrugged. " he's right," He stated. " Dark and brooding, but right,"
" Think out, not up," Crystal pitched in. " The less height you get, the more control you have," She told him.
" She would also be right," Blake pointed at Crystal. " You guys wanna follow?" Blake asked.
Crystal raised an eyebrow. " Nah," She answered, standing. " Gotta meet my sister," She rounded her jeep, loading her bike on in seconds. She moved to the driver's side, stripping off her guards. She climbed in, leaving the three boys alone on the track.
The blonde picked Lucy up after her race with the boys. Lucy found a sports shop in the middle of town and they wanted to check it out. When they got in, the two started to browse through the store when Lucy bumped into someone. " Sorry," She muttered, brushing past him to catch up to Crystal.
" No problem," The guys stated. Lucy made her way over to Crystal, who was looking at motocross engine parts. " Hey, Crystal,"
The blonde looked up from the wall. " Hey Blake, what are you doing here?" She asked, standing up.
" Hunter and I found this place," Blake told her. " You?"
" Dido," Crystal answered. " Oh, Blake. This is my sister, Lucy.." She turned her head to her sister. " One of the riders I told you about,"
" Hunter's around here somewhere," Blake motioned around the store.
" You bagging on me?" Hunter appeared between Crystal and Blake. " Especially to some pretty girls?"
" Hey guys," Dustin smiled, walking up to the four. He looked around. " You guys finally get to meet. The four siblings turned around to find two other kids walking up to them. " Shane, Tori, Blake, Hunter, Crystal and…" He looked at Lucy.
" Name's Lucy," The brunette answered. " I'm Crystal's sister,"
" Dustin's told us a lot about you," Hunter spoke up.
" But not everything," Blake stated, staring at Tori, who was sorta doing the same to Blake. The blonde in blue blushed.
" Hey, uh, Dustin?" Shane spoke up. " You got a minute?" He asked.
" Yeah, yeah man," Dustin slid past Hunter and Blake. He and Shane left the three girls alone with the two boys. Lucy, not interested in the conversation, walked over to the surfing stuff. If she was here, she might as well look around.
" Come on, Tori," Dustin walked over to Tori, pulling her away from the conversation. " I gotta go,"
" Yeah, catch you later, Tori," Blake waved.
" I gotta go stop my sister from buying more wax," Crystal's eyes were trained on her younger sister. " I'll catch ya guys later," She walked away.
Shane came back into the store, only to hear Blake and Hunter talking. He glanced around real quick, seeing Crystal and Lucy standing at the surfing stuff. " Boy, that Tori is fine," Blake commented.
" The only question is, why does she hang out with a goof like Dustin?" Hunter asked.
" Maybe she's doing charity work," Blake chuckled. " And what about Crystal," Blake hit his brother on the shoulder. " I saw the way you were looking at her at the track and then now,"
" Cleared it that time," Crystal heard Dustin speak up. She stood under the huge oak tree near the parking lot at the track.
" This is a bad idea," Lucy called from the passenger seat of Crystal's car.
" I know, but I need the part for a repair," Crystal argued back. She moved away from the tree, walking towards the three. " You might just get moved up to the 250s," She stopped near Blake.
" What are you doing here?" Dustin asked.
Crystal crossed her arms. " A guy that I know has a part for me," She looked around. She wiped her hands on her jean-clad thighs.
" Ya know," Dustin brought all three attention to him. " It's been really cool hanging with you guys, even you Crystal," The blonde raised an eyebrow. " It's really hard to find people who actually get what you're into, ya know?" Dustin slid his backpack off.
" I heard that," Hunter clasped hands with Dustin.
Then the ground started to rumble. Something popped up right between the three and Dustin. It knocked all them to the ground. Crystal landed on her back while Blake hit his side. Hunter fell on his stomach and Dustin landed on his back.
" What was that?" Crystal asked, looking up at the three. Blake extended his hand, pulling the girl from the ground.
" Talk about weird, huh?" Dustin asked. His unusually large wrist watched beeped.
Hunter grabbed his wrist. " Hey, freaky watch," He looked up at Dustin. " Does it have a compass?" He asked.
Dustin pulled his arm from Hunter. " Yeah, it's got a bunch of cool stuff. I'll have to show you sometime," Dustin told him. " Actually, I have to head off,"
" Hey, how come you always have to bail?" Hunter asked, stepping closer to Dustin.
" Back off, Hunter," Crystal spoke up. Hunter turned to her, stepping closer to her rather than Dustin. " He doesn't have to listen to you,"
Dustin shook his head. " I really have to go," He walked off to his bike, taking off.
Hunter turned back to the blonde in front of him. She was walking back over to her car. " Where are you going?" He asked her. " Aren't you trying to riding like a pro?"
Crystal turned around, staring at Hunter with a deadpanned look on. " A girl's gotta know when to cut bait," She told him then snorted. " And I already riding pro, dude,"
After waiting for Crystal's bike piece and getting lost, the sisters finally reached the quarry. They watched the monster turn into the towering size. They watched the mole dug underground. " Enough with the digging thing." One male voice complained.
" Shane, it is a mole, that is what they do." Another voice informed the ranger. " Power down and I will send you something to help." He stated as the mega-zord flipped over, landing. The sleeker version was replaced by the regular version. A power sphere appeared and out popped a ram head.
Crystal and Lucy watched as the Megazord beat the crap out of the monster. " Time for me to hit the dirt." The monster said diving into the ground
" Thank again, Chump." A different male voice said. He made the mega-zord pound the ground, making the creature pop right out of the ground. " Hammer Time." The guy said. The mega-zord punch Terra Mole twice before the super hit. The Hammer reached all the out to the monster making him explode on impact.
" Looks like the Winds are getting stronger," Lucy told Crystal.
The blonde nodded. " Yeah, they are," She agreed. " But it's gonna get more dangerous the more that they put themselves out there,"
