Ninja Storm: Rise of the Eclipse- Chapter 17: Vanished: Part I
Disclaimer: Saban owns all Power Ranger lines. I only own Crystal and Lucy and anything else unrecognizable.

It was a few weeks since feelings were confessed. Hunter and Crystal had agreed for small dates scattered in the two weeks. Some dates were interrupted by Lothor and his monsters, which neither Ranger was excited about. Currently, the two were sitting in the city plaza, nursing cups of frozen yogurts.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you, Lucy won the bet," Crystal eat another spoon of yogurt, pointing it at him. "Kelly and Tori bet later dates than the one that Lucy bet, so she won money from both of them,"

"Good to know," Hunter nodded. "What d'you do to her after?"

"She and I went training and we kicked each other's ass,"

"As you usually do," The crimson ninja joked.

"Rude," Crystal was about to say more when both their morphers went off. The golden guardian rolled her eyes. "Brewer,"

"Lothor's newest monster is destroying the city," Cam reported. "Sorry for ruining your day,"

Crystal shook her head. "Life of a Ranger," she muttered to Hunter "We're on it," She dropped her wrist, standing from her seat. She moved away from her spot, throwing her cup in the trash.

Hunter followed her actions. "Let's go kick some monster butt," He smiled at her. The two took off towards the quarry.

Yelling out, Lucy hit the concrete with a hard thud. She rolled to a stop in front of the other downed Rangers. The team was fighting an aggressive monster, TimeWiz, as he called himself. She looked up to see Crystal kneeling near her. The Gold Ranger climbed to her feet. When she lifted her helmet, it shined in the sun. She turned her helmeted head to see the rest of the team on the ground. She pulled her rapier from her back, standing in front of her team. "This monster ruined a perfectly good date," She snarled.

"Take 'em down, sis," The Silver Ranger called, pushing herself up.

Crystal charged the monster, her weapon scraping against the ground. When she got close to the monster, she swung upwards, striking TimeWiz. She whipped around and sliced his stomach. He growled, shoving his staff into her stomach. She caught it, running forward, making TimeWiz lose his footing. She slammed him into a concrete pillar. She whipped around, slashing at him. The monster pushed her back, sending her rolling to the team. Dustin and Hunter hoisted the blonde to her feet.

Lucy took on the monster. The Silver Ranger slid on the ground, slashing his legs. When she got behind TimeWiz, Lucy sprung up, striking his shoulder and back. She handspring back, avoiding TimeWiz's swing. When she landed, the Ranger pushed off the ground, her rapier clashing with his staff. They pushed against each other. The guardian was grunting and trying to keep her position. But it didn't make a difference. TimeWiz grabbed the brunette by the shoulder, throwing her to the ground like a ragdoll.

Hunter and Blake tried to take the monster on with their staff drawn. But TimeWiz didn't seem interested in them, knocking the two out of the way. Shane wasn't any better, getting thrown into Hunter. Tori and Dustin tried to take him on, only for Tori to get shoved out of the way. Dustin got sidestepped and slammed into a wall. Cam tried, but he got slashed and pushed out of the way.

The team regrouped a second later. "That's it," Lucy breathed. "Can we deal with him?" She turned her silver helmeted head to her sister. The blonde nodded.

TimeWiz raised his hand, his fists glowing gold. The two ninjas ran at him, rapiers behind them. He shot his hands outs, releasing blasts of gold at the two. The sisters blocked the hits with their rapiers. A bright flash appeared as the sisters got closer to the monster.

The Rangers had to look away from their teammates. When they looked back, two rapiers sat on the ground. They glowed gold and silver, respectively. The Rangers just stared at the rapiers, where their two teammates were once standing. The monster squealed in excitement. "Lothor will be proud," He clapped his hands together.

"What did you do?" Shane asked, pulling his sword from his back. He pointed it at the monster. "What did you do to our teammates?"

The monster turned to the team. "TimeWiz sent them far away," He sounded like he was smiling. Hunter and Blake charged the monster. They both hit the monster. Then the Crimson Ranger got into a grudge match with him. "And you will never find them," Hunter struck him.

"Hunter!" Cam called. The Crimson Ranger turned around to find a rapier flying to him. Hunter caught it, swinging at TimeWiz.

TimeWiz rolled on the ground, smoking. He stood. "Say goodbye to your precious little Eclipse Rangers," He grinned. He left in a flash of light.

The team ran over to Hunter. "I have an unpleasant feeling about this," Blake gulped, staring at the lunar rapier in his hand. There was a moon carved on either side of the blade, near the hilt. Silver-colored gripping tape decorated the hilt with a Japanese symbol stamped into it. The solar rapiers shined in Hunter's hands. There was a sun carved into the blade, with a lightning bolt above it. Gold tape wrapped around the hilt with a symbol at the bottom.

The team split up. Cam headed back to Ops to track their morphers. Shane took their apartment. Dustin took the track. Tori called the beach. After calling Sensei for the location, Blake and Hunter took the Eclipse Academy. Each Ranger hoped they would find the sisters.

The Thunder Rangers were the last ones to reconvene at Ops. They shared their findings with the rest of the team. The two just disappeared. "How is that possible?" Blake asked, his arms crossed over his chest.

That got everyone worried. It wasn't like the two to be away from the team. Either they would be with each other or they were with the team. Lucy preferred Tori over the others; they had more in common. Or the Silver Ranger was sitting in Ops. Crystal happened to always be with a Ranger boy. The two were almost never alone.

"Anything?" Hunter asked Cam. The crimson ninja walked over to the genius at the computer.

Cam shook his head. "Their trackers are off," He informed the group. "I can't find them,"

"What trouble have those two found this time," Tori huffed, staring at the rapiers on the table. They were just lying there. She scrunched her eyebrows. "Shouldn't Crystal and Lucy's weapons have gone with 'em wherever they are?" She suddenly asked.

Cam sighed, turning around. "That's an Eclipse question,"

Crystal yelled out when she landed on something hard. Her morph shattered when she landed. She opened her eyes to find bat-like creatures staring down at her. "What the…?" She asked, sitting up. When she did, she found a monster standing in front of her. "Who are you?" She asked, trying to scramble back, but the bat creatures caught her.

"I am Spellbinder and I can tell that you are special," The demon-like monster told her. He turned when three more monsters came in. But the front one was human with snake-like armor. "Now, there will be a human sacrifice," He motioned to Crystal. "We are nearly ready to begin the ceremony,"

The snake, Vypra, turned to the golden ninja. There was a glint in her eye. "Not just a human sacrifice. She is magic," She stated. "The queen will enjoy her,"

"I will be in charge," A bull-like monster patted himself on the chest, changing the subject.

"You?" The red monster behind him snarled. "I don't think so," He walked closer to the group. "This is too important, and you have sailed my mother too many times,"

The bull whipped around. "How dare you talk to me like that!" He yelled. He pointed his weapon at Red. "You need to learn some respect. For your insolence, you'll spend the ceremony in the Skull Cavern."

Crystal quirked an eyebrow. "That doesn't sound like fun,"

The bull seemed to ignore her. "Come on," He turned around, facing the Gold Ranger. "We're running out of time," The three monsters moved. The bat-like creatures joined, dragging the blonde between them.

The Gold Ranger found, but it wasn't enough to break free. She slumped. "I left a nice date with Hunter only for me to be sacrificed, wonderful,"

Lucy coughed when she hit the ground, hard. Her body landed hard on the concrete and the Silver Ranger wasn't sure if she wanted to move or not. She lifted an arm, seeing that her morph disappeared, but she was in her ninja suit. She was about to move around when tires screeched behind her. The brunette rolled over, squinting at the large jeep sitting right in front of her.

The driver got out, slamming his door. "Are you okay?" He asked, running to the ninja. "I saw you fall out of the sky,"

Lucy sat up with his help. Another guy came around the other side of the car. She rubbed her head, glancing between the two. The first guy had on a red shirt under a red and black jacket. The other one had a green shirt on under his jacket. "Yeah, I think so," She muttered.

"We might want Dana to check her over at the base," The second guy stated. The two helped Lucy up to her feet. They were about to get her to the car when a dark cloud formed in the sky. "Oh, man, what is that?" He asked.

"Back to base," The first guy stated. They helped Lucy into the jeep and took off towards the ocean. Lucy through it was strange, having a base on the ocean. But when she figured out that it was underwater, Lucy couldn't believe it.

The three made their way into the primary area of the base from where the driver parked the car. Four others trailed the three. "Who's this?" A guy in blue asked.

The guy in red reached a captain first. "What's going on up there?" He asked, ignoring the question.

Lucy heard typing behind her. Everyone turned to see a scientist taping on a monitor. "The planets are falling into a very rare alignment,"

"In umbra convergence," Lucy spoke up, crossing her arms over her chest. When the looks she received matched the uncertainty of the room, Lucy clarified. "The Shadow Convergence," She chuckled humorlessly. "He's so dead meat,"

"I'm sorry, who are you?" The captain asked, looking right at the ninja.

Lucy's eyes swept over the group. The entire group was staring at her. She sighed, her shoulders dropped a bit. "Lucy." She introduced. "I'm supposed to be three years in the future," She explained.

"Explain," The scientist pushed her.

"I was getting there," Lucy smiled at her. "I'm a Power Ranger three years from now. Technically, a Guardian,"

"Of what?" Dana asked.

"The powers of the sun and moon. They're ancient powers that go back millenniums," The brunette answered her. "We're trained as ninjas if that helps. My team and I were in the middle of fighting some… weird monster. He used some kind of beam against my sister and me, sending us here. I have no idea where I am, but I know that if this convergence… this… alignment is used at the peak, it can strip my sister and me of our powers,"

"What's so special about it that causes that?" The girl in yellow asked.

Lucy shifted around. "The planets will be in a unique formation. Happens once in 3,000 years, but I think there's more to it,"

"This is the day they've been waiting for," the guy in black spoke up.

"What do you mean?" The guy in red asked.

The guy in black moved. "When the planets align, they will have a ceremony to… bring back their queen. And if the ceremony works… Mariner Bay is history,"

"We've got to stop that ceremony," The captain spoke up.

"How much you want to bet my sister landed somewhere around them?" Lucy pipped up. Everyone turned to her. She was leaning against a computer, picking the string on her gauntlet. Lucy looked up to meet the team. "Look, if you want answers, someone please tell me what is going on."

The guy in red stepped towards her. "My name is Carter," He introduced, sticking his hand out. "I'm the Red Lightspeed Ranger." Carter turned to his team. "That's Chad, Joel, Kelsey, Dana, Ryan, Captain Mitchell, and Dr. Fairweather," He introduced. "We're the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers,"

"Ninja Storm," Lucy answered, lifting her morpher up. "I'm Silver. My sister's Gold," She glanced around. "If they use the alignment right, the powers of a Guardian can bring any being back,"

"Even to the queen?" Dana asked.

"Doesn't matter," The brunette shrugged. "If the queen's a spirit, then my sister's toast. That power can create a body. Which means he's right," she motioned to the Titanium Ranger. "If this queen comes back, Mariner Bay is done,"

Crystal wasn't enjoying any of this. First, she landed in some freaky site with demon-like creatures. Now, she's tied up, lying in some form on the ground, watching this freak show in front of her. What was worse was the winged snake lady had to dress her. That was uncomfortable, considering the odd scars she had from when she was a kid. The batwoman had thrown the ninja's uniform away, leaving her in a white dress type of garment.

"Oh, mighty Queen Bansheera. As the planets collide and dream near fruition, prepare to come forth from your eons in prison." The monster muttered. "But first bring your wrath on the humans with malice, destroy their city that sits on your palace,"

"Explosions are hitting the city," Dr. Fairweather turned around, facing the Rangers. The group moved to a monitor.

"The ceremony must have started." Joel pointed out.

"Which means we're in trouble," Lucy sighed.

Captain Mitchell turned to the Rangers. "Deploy the Rescue Zords," He ordered. The five Rangers took off.

Ryan spoke up. "Dad, look at this," He called out. The two moved towards him. "The explosions are forming some kind of pattern." Line segments flashed on the screen, lining up with the explosions in Mariner Bay.

"Planets are now in perfect formation. Soon Queen Bansheera's spirit will come. Dimension collide, bringing forth to the apparition. Good planet, give way to our evil one."

"They intersect here," Ryan said after his computer beeped. He and Lucy were staring at the screen, trying to read it and find the primary point. Captain Mitchell and Dr. Fairweather moved over to them. "That's got to be where the ceremony is,"

"Go," Captain Mitchell looked at the two. "Bring her sister home," The two took off into the city.

Ryan led Lucy through the streets of Mariner Bay. When they arrived at an old-looking building, the Titanium Ranger stopped. Lucy closed her eyes and breathed. The Silver Ranger opened her eyes to find Ryan staring at her. "You okay?" He asked.

"Yeah," Lucy answered. "Crystal's somewhere in here." The two took off towards a door. Ryan quietly opened it, finding it unlocked. The two Rangers made their way inside.

"Planets align, do hear our cry, ours is not to question why," Spellbinder spoke, his chest lighting up. Crystal stared at him, unable to break her restraints. "Return to us, please, our queen dearly missed. Beginning the rule of the iron fist. For so many years, we have waited for her,"

Ryan and Lucy slowly made their way into the building. The Rangers heard chanting while they moved closer to the brightened room. "For so many years we have not seen but heard. Now with the planets, all in a line, take this magic, for now, is the time."

Ryan pressed himself against a wall, leaning out to see what was happening. He found the room with the same string symbol. But there was a blonde lying on the frame, dressed in a white slip like dress. Her hands were behind her back.

"Bansheera, great queen of the darkest dark, rise for us now to create a new mark. In hopes of destroying the human world and raise our black flag and watch it unfurl. Arise and awaken Bansheera's new shape. Show for us now, evil's worst fate," The blonde who Lucy called Crystal, coughed. She turned her head, blood dribbling from the corner of her mouth. Ryan turned around.

"Come and get a front-row seat," Vypra swung above the two. She and Ryan fought, kicking and punching but never landing a real hit. Vypra kicked Ryan in the chest. She lifted him up, throwing him into the room. She tried to grab Lucy, but the ninja was faster. She kicked Vypra in the head, running into the room of her own accords.

"Let my sister go, freak," Lucy told Spellbinder. She was about to run towards him when bat-like creatures grabbed her and Ryan. "What… ?"

Vypra turned around, facing the two Rangers. "It's so nice to see you again, Ryan," She smiled.

Lucy turned her head. "Were you on their side?" She asked. Ryan slowly nodded. "It happens,"

Spellbinder continued the ceremony. The Gold Ranger muttered and groaned while the ceremony continued. Vypra continued to watch the ceremony. "Ryan, come in," Kelsey's voice sounded out of Ryan's morpher. "Do you hear me, Ryan? Please respond,"

Vypra moved closer to the two. "Sorry, but he's a little busy at the moment," She sickly smiled. Lucy fought against her captors, scrunching her nose while she did.

"The time has come for evil to swarm. Give Bansheera her bodily form," The monster continued. "Forsake all good, all evil endow, Bansheera alive, do it now!"

Crystal let out a cough. Her body floated in the air, above the symbol. Her body wrapped in a gold light from the symbol on the floor. She stopped moving when she stood perfectly straight. She opened her eyes; the irises coated in gold. The gold power burst from the floor, shooting up to the sky.

"Arise! Arise!"

"At last, our queen will return to her bodily form," Vypra smirked. Ryan and Lucy just watched it.

"The destruction of Mariner Bay is at hand," Another henchman spoke up.

Vypra held her sword at Ryan's throat. "And nothing you or your friends can do will stop us,"

Lucy smirked. "I wouldn't count on that," She motioned to the blonde. The Gold Ranger seemed to be resistant to the light. Her head twitched, and the color seemed to fade from her eyes.

A blast knocked everyone back. That allowed Lucy to take out her bat henchmen. She flipped one while kicking the other in the chest. Scrambling to her feet, Lucy made a dash for her sister. She reached for her hand, but once she did, her hand enveloped in the convergence's magic. She yelped but didn't move.

The Lightspeed Rangers appeared. "Time to put a stop to this," Carter held his blaster up. He threw his hand in the air. "This ceremony is over,"

Chad held his hand over his chest. "We're shutting you down,"

"Light… Speed… Rescue,"

The Rangers took on the bat creatures and the generals that were there. Kelsey and Chad took on Loki. Joel and Dana took on Vypra while Carter made his way to Ryan. "Red Ranger!" Spellbinder yelled out. "How dare you interrupt the ceremony,"

"I can't let you do this," Carter charged the monster.

Ryan took on more bat creatures. "Titanium power," He called, morphing into his suit. He took the bats out in a second. Spellbinder had Carter pinned under him. "Carter!" He called out, running to help his leader. He knocked Spellbinder back.

"Ryan, get down," Carter called out.

Before Carter could pull his weapon out, a blast of silver light hit Spellbinder in the back, sending him to the ground. The Rangers turned, seeing Crystal standing in front of the light with Lucy behind her. Both had their hand raised, respective colored light coming from their palms. The light suddenly transformed into a staff in each of their hands.

They stared at the sisters, seeing the weapons they held. Crystal's hand was wrapped around a coppery gold staff. It had a domed bottom with markings around the edge. Up near the top, there was a strip of gold-colored tape, similar to her rapier. The top of the staff had a tip, shaped like a sun. "Huh, interesting," She rotated the staff in her hands.

Lucy's was completely different. It was a lance-like weapon. An intricately woven, grey-colored string was around the upper part of the shaft. The tip was spear-shaped while the bottom had a more rounded tip. The middle of the spear tip was hollowed out, holding a moon between two chains.

Spellbinder stood, facing the sisters. "You think you can beat me?"

"They may not be able to, but we can," Carter called, pulling his laster blaster out. He shot Spellbinder, sending him to the ground in a shower of sparks. He screamed out while his eyes dimmed.

The sisters blinked, their eyes returning to their natural colors. "What happened?" Lucy asked, holding her head.

"You two blasted him then formed those," Carter pointed to the lance in Lucy's hand.

Crystal tilted her head to see hers. "Huh, I have absolutely no idea how this happened,"

Spellbinder stood, startling everyone around him. "Now the ceremony continues," He called, his eyes glowing. He grew bigger and bigger until he towered over all the Rangers.

"Oh, no, he's getting bigger," Dana called, running to her brother and leader.

"We better get out of here," Carter told his team.

"We deal with this guy," Carter told his friend. The eight made a spirt for the door, stumbling. They looked up to find Spellbinder standing tall. "We better take it up a level," The Red Ranger stated. He turned to Ryan. "Ryan, you better call the Solarzord,"

Ryan nodded, lifting his morpher to his helmet. "Max Solarzord online,"

Carter did the same. "Rescue Zords, mobilize," He called.

In a few brief seconds, the Lightspeed Megazord and the Max Solarzord stood. Spellbinder laughed. "Your pitiful Zords are no match for me,"

The Megazords marched over to him. The monster shot at them, knocking the Lightspeed Megazord down. The Max Solarzord, though, dodged the blasts, jumping into the air. It slammed its foot into Spellbinder's chest, sending the Zord back. The Lightspeed Megazord called on its saber, swinging it at the monster. But Spellbinder caught it, blasting the Rangers back. He punched the Megazord, sending it sprawling on the ground.

The beam continued to shoot into the sky. Black clouds formed around Mariner Bay, enveloping the city is black. Crystal and Lucy watched the clouds get even worse, and the beam was still working.

"I, Queen Bansheera, have returned," A voice called out.

"We have to stop her," Crystal uttered. "I will not let that witch take my powers," To Lucy, her sister looked exhausted. But the glint in the blonde's eye told Lucy she wanted to go home. "Ready?" she asked.

"Let's crack some crowns," Lucy smirked.

Eclipse Storm, Ranger Form

Guardian of the Sun

Guardian of the Moon

Once the two morphed, they headed to the roof of the building. They found a large floating head in the sky. "Destroying the city myself," Bansheera called out, laughing.

"Hey, Queenie!" Crystal yelled, drawing the queen's attention. "I want my power back!" She pulled her staff from the scabbard on her back. She made it easier on herself by sticking it where her rapier usually sat.

"Do you really think you can stop me from restoring my palace?" The queen asked. That brought everyone's attention to her. "My tidal wave will wash your city away," She laughed.

The two sisters slammed their weapons on the ground, letting the tips glow brightly. The two powers created a barrier around the coast of the city. It was protecting the city from being destroyed by the wave. But it seemed like someone had other plans. The sisters heard a blast. Spellbinder sparked, screaming in pain. The vortex of gold energy dispersed. Bansheera screamed while she dissipated from the sky. The tidal wave disappeared. The sisters dropped their shield, allowing the city to relax. They turned to find the Spellbinder screaming in pain.

When everything died down, the sisters met up with the Rangers. "Guys!" Lucy yelled, running over to the five. The Lightspeed Rangers turned, finding the Gold and Silver Rangers dashing to them. The two ninja Rangers stopped in front of the team. Each had their weapon in their hand.

"What happened?" Carter asked the two.

Both sisters pressed a hand to their morphers. "Ninja form," Their morph shattered, leaving both in their ninja suits. Their weapons disappeared with their ninja suits. "We tried to stop the tidal wave while you guys worked on Spellbinder," Crystal explained.

"Where's Ryan?" Dana asked the two. She ran past the ninjas, leaving them behind. She returned to the building. The Lightspeed Rangers trailed her. "Ryan?!"

There was a movement in the corner of everyone's eye. "Over here!" Ryan hollered.

"Ryan!" Dana smiled. She took off once more, trailing Carter. Both met the Titanium Ranger before anyone else.

Carter caught the stumbling Ranger. "Let's get back to base," He nodded. Ryan nodded after him.

"She may not have her body back," Ryan paced in front of the seated Rangers. "But Queen Bansheera's powers will only get stronger, especially with Crystal's powers. And one day, no matter what you do, no matter what weapons you build, she'll destroy us to build her palace,"

Everyone looked around. Crystal and Lucy sat in two of the chairs. The blonde was leaning back, her eyes closed. Everyone thought she was asleep, but the tick of her shaking knee gave away her wakefulness. Lucy had her head leaning on her arm, her eyes dropping closed. Both looked exhausted.

Dr. Fairweather stepped up. "You're saying she's indestructible?"

"There must be some way to stop her," Carter added on.

"Yes," Ryan spoke up. "The demons are free, but there was a time when they were all captured, so we know it's possible,"

"The question is…" Lucy leaned back in her chair. "How do you contain demons… Again,"

Ryan hesitated. "I'm gonna leave," He announced. Captain Mitchell stared at his son in shock. "I've got to find out how to capture them again," Dana stared at him.

"We'll go with you," Kelsey smiled, standing from her position against the table.

"No," Ryan placed a hand on Kelsey's shoulder. "Mariner Bay need you,"

Crystal looked around. "He's right, and you all know it," Everyone turned to her. "You five are the one thing that is stopping Bansheera from ripping this town to shreds. From building her kingdom once again."

Captain Mitchell nodded at Crystal, agreeing with the ninja. He stood from his seat. "I'm proud of you, son," He moved over to Ryan.

Chad and Carter moved behind the captain. "Be careful,"

Captain Mitchell stuck his hand out. Ryan grasped it, shaking it firmly. The Titanium Ranger then moved to his sister, hugging her tightly. "Don't worry, sis," He placed his hands on her shoulder. "I'll be back,"
