Ninja Storm: Rise of the Eclipse- Chapter 31: Eye of the Storm

"See ya tomorrow, guys," Kelly said, smiling at Hunter, Blake, and Dustin.
"See ya, Kel," The boys called, watching their boss walk out of the store.
"Later," Blake threw his arm up in the air.
" Where is Shane?" Dustin asked, leaning against the counter. " Tsunami Cycle training is like the one class I never wanna be late for." He crossed his arms.
Hunter nodded, pointing to the moving figure. "There he is." His eyes trailed the red ninja. Blake and Dustin followed his actions. Blake slid off the counter and rounded the Red Ranger.
"Hey man," Dustin said. Shane walked past them to the skateboard section. "What's up, man? You don't look so good."
Shane picked up a new display of wheels. "Yeah, I just found out that my big brother's coming to town." He confessed, spinning the wheels around.
"Yeah, that'd bum me out, too," Blake joked. Hunter protested, hitting his brother in the arm. "No, man, for real, what's — what's the matter?"
Shane glanced between the Rangers and the wheels he was spinning. "Nah, it's just — you know, he's like the perfect son. He's successful. He's got a great job, nice house," He lifted the set of wheels. "He's not much into skateboarding." The Red Ranger moved away from the display, leading the three other Rangers.
"Why doesn't he try motocross?" Dustin tried.
"Not the point, dude," Shane answered. "Trust me, it'll take more than some big air to mellow out my brother,"
Six of the eight Rangers stood across each other in an empty field. Lucy stood with the Thunders, facing Tori. The Silver Ranger was standing in front of her and her sister's tsunami cycles. Hunter and Blake stood in front of their respective ones. Dustin leaned on his knees, sighing. "Cam and Crystal say our bikes won't be ready for a week," He complained.
"Well, that's what happens when you guys break your bikes," Crystal called, sauntering down the ramp to the semi. She was the only Ranger not morphed. The gold lining stood out against the black leather suit when she moved closer to her team. She pushed her glasses up, moving to stand near the Rangers. "Cam and Sensei agreed on training with the cycles, so we'll figure something out,"
Shane moved past the Thunders toward the large crimson-colored bike. "Well…" He stated. Tori followed him, taking the navy bike. "I guess we'll have to practice with these four then." He patted the front of Hunter's bike while motioning to the gold bike beside it.
"I'm game," Tori agreed, standing near Blake's bike.
"You sure?" Blake asked, turning to the two with his arms crossed.
"Uh, careful," Hunter advised, turning around. He glanced over, seeing Crystal standing between him and Blake with Lucy behind her.
Dustin clapped his hands together. "Uh, I can't watch." He turned around. "This is going to be ugly,"
Shane revved Hunter's bike. "Come on Tori."
"I'm right with ya," Tori agreed, revving Blake's engine.
"Guys, seriously, I just tuned the bikes." Crystal pleaded, watching her two-week rebuilds go down the drain.
"Uh, guys?" Hunter tried again.
The two didn't listen. Tori kicked the kickstand up, revving the engine once again. But once the two got started, it turned into a disaster. The bikes were too powerful for Shane and Tori to handle. The two sent the bikes spinning in a circle, and after a minute, they were thrown off.
Blake groaned. "Oh, man,"
"Told you," Hunter added.
The two scrambled up to their feet. "Sorry, guys," They bowed.
"Yep, you tweaked 'em real good." Lucy watched Dustin, and Blake get a running start loading the navy bike onto the semi.
Hunter turned around, arms over his chest. He turned to see Shane walk over to them. "Well, that was… productive,"
"Come on, Shane, we can't let these guys show us up," Tori smiled at the Red Ranger.
Shane didn't seem to hear it. "Huh? Oh, sorry, Tor. I can't focus right now," He scratched the back of his head.
Blake jumped off the semi, trotting to the congregated Rangers. "Your brother's visit's messing with you, huh?"
"Yeah," Shane sighed, then paused. "Hey, look, I got to go. I got to meet him at the skate park, and he would total freak if I was late,"
"Be cool, Shane," Lucy told him. "You haven't seen him in a while, so maybe he's changed,"
"Yeah," Shane nodded. Then, he took off, disappearing from the sights of the Rangers.
"We could do weapon training," Lucy suggested.
Tori raised an eyebrow. "Did you guys do that, like, a month ago?"
"No, we stopped after you read the note," Crystal explained. "Now that we have something other than rapiers to train with," She turned, facing Lucy, and yelled. Pointed right at her was Lucy's lance. Everyone laughed. Crystal grumbled, pushing the tip away from her face. "Careful, you might take out my eye," Her morpher beeped.
"Guys, monster in the plaza,"
"Ah, my favorite place," Lucy joked. "Only second to the quarry."
The Rangers chuckled, taking off to meet the newest monster.
The Rangers arrived at the scene, seeing people scrambling around and screaming. Some had odd-looking collars on. Others were trying to get away from the tentacled monster of the week. "What's the deal?" Tori asked.
A man came running through the Rangers. "Aah! The dogs! The dogs!"
"Okay, you only scream like that when your scared," Lucy pointed out.
"Do you see any dogs?" Dustin asked.
The Navy Ranger moved in front of the group. "Only that dog-faced freak." Blake pointed to Motodrone and the odd-looking monster he had with him. Kelzaks congregated around them.
Motodrone lifted a hand. "Rangers, let me help you face your fears," He turned to the monster. "Eyessac." The monster grunted, lifting his tentacles in the air. He slammed them on the ground, sending lightning at the Rangers.
The team scrambled back. "What are we waiting for?" Hunter asked.
"Let's deal with this nightmare," Crystal smirked, standing in front. "Ready?"
Ninja Storm, Ranger Form
Thunder Storm, Ranger Form
Eclipse Storm, Ranger Form
Samurai Storm, Ranger Form
Ranger Storm Power
Guardian of the Sun
Guardian of the Moon
Each pulled out their weapons. The Winds brandished their swords. The Thunders held their staff. Cam yanked his saber out. Finally, the sisters pulled their rapiers from their backs.
Motodrone ripped off his cloak. "Attack!" He ordered, pointing at the Rangers. The Kelzaks and the Rangers charged each other.
Dustin ducked under one swing, blocking his hit again. However, he didn't stop Motodrone from kicking him in the stomach. The Yellow Ranger went for another swing. The general stopped him, throwing him at the other Rangers. He blocked a kick. Dustin was about to get up when two Kelzaks grabbed his arms.
"Do it, Eyessac," Motodrone commanded. The monster's eyes glowed pink, sending out a blast of light. Dustin saw it coming, ducking under the beam and letting it hit a Kelzak standing behind him.
The Kelzak grabbed his neck, screaming while the collar around his neck took effect. Crystal pushed a Kelzak down, looking over at the screaming one. "Okay, that's terrifying,"
The other Rangers beat their Kelzaks, surrounding the one freaking out. "What is that thing?" Tori asked.
Dustin reached for his neck. "I don't know, but it looks nasty,"
Cam glanced around. "Hey, where's Shane?" He questioned.
"You got me," Lucy answered, slicing another Kelzak. She kicked one in the stomach while dodging another's swing. Finally, she punched one in the chest, sending him flying.
"No idea," Tori also answered Cam.
At the skatepark, Shane ran over to the bag sitting on one of the benches. He flipped his skateboard over, glancing around at the people. He pulled his morpher out. He sighed, picking up his bag. Taking off, Shane streaked across town, stopping a few feet from where his team was fighting. He ran past an area of a restaurant, where, coincidentally, his brother was sitting.
Porter glanced over, seeing the retreating figure of his brother disappear. He stood up, stepping forward. It couldn't be his brother.
The Rangers were back at battling the Kelzaks, slashing and slicing. Hunter looked over from where he was holding a Kelzak down, seeing Shane standing a few feet from the battle. "Glad you could make it. Join the party,"
"Yeah, it's a hoot over here," Crystal grunted, roundhouse kicking another henchman. "Don't these guys give up?"
"If they did, we would have won a long time ago," Tori called out.
None of the Rangers noticed Porter running to stand behind a pillar. He had his eyes trained on his brother; not sure what the boy in red was gonna do. The people fighting were Power Rangers. Shane was a skateboarder. That thought process stopped when Shane threw his bag over to where Porter was standing.
Ninja Storm, Ranger Form
Shane threw his arms out, his suit appearing in seconds. Shane pulled his sword out, running to a pod of Kelzaks. He slashed one, sending it to the ground. He turned, kicking another one. He sliced two more, turning to face Eyessac. "You want to play rough?" He inquired. "Battlizer!" He called, pressing a button on his morpher. His Battlizer formed around his suit. "Battlizer flight mode!" He flew high above the other Rangers, stopping in front of the final pod of Kelzaks. "Full Power!" His suit powered up. "Laser engaged! Fire!" He destroyed the pod of Kelzaks.
"We're not finished!" Motodrone snarled, disappearing with Eyessac.
The Rangers watched Shane land. "Shane, you rock!" Tori complimented, running out to meet her leader with the siblings behind her.
Cam and Dustin came from the other side. "Oh, yeah, smooth moves, dude," The Yellow Ranger smiled.
The rest of the Rangers returned to Ops. Shane returned to the battle sight to retrieve his backpack. He jogged over to where he had thrown it but didn't find his backpack. "Where's my—?" Shane questioned, scratching his head while looking around.
Porter came out from behind the pillar, Shane's backpack in hand. He cleared his throat, making his brother turn to him. He handed it over. "It there, uh, something you want to tell me?" Porter asked.
"So Lothor attacked the Wind Ninja Academy. Sensei passed on the Ranger powers," Shane finished up explaining. "We found out weeks later that Lothor attacked the Thunder and Eclipse Academies, bringing more Rangers to the team,"
"Wow, my baby bro is a Power Ranger — the Red Power Ranger," Porter smiled.
"Sometimes I don't believe it myself," Shane responded. "Hey, look, you can't tell anyone about it. It's not even safe for you to know."
"Well, look, your secret's safe with me," Porter promised. "Boy, I-I feel stupid. I mean, here I was telling you that you needed to be more responsible and you're the one responsible for protecting the whole planet."
Shane shrugged. "Well, I'm not a little kid anymore."
"No, you're not, and I'm really proud of you," Porter stated.
Both failed to notice Motodrone lurking behind a wall. He turned, watching the Red Ranger and his older brother disappeared from his sight. He laughed, a plan forming in his head.
"I've analyzed the brain waves of the people Eyessac attacked," Cam explained. The Rangers gathered around his chair, watching the screen. It went through the program Cam had running. "It seems this collar can harness their deepest fears,"
"That's low, even for Lothor," Tori commented.
"We better made the repairs to the tsunami cycles, in case we need them," Hunter added.
"Yeah, someone had a little accident," Blake poked.
Crystal rolled her eyes. "Two weeks, guys," She grumbled. "It took me two weeks to calibrate and tune the Thunder bikes. It's gonna take me more for the Winds and Eclipse bikes,"
Tori winced. "Sorry, Crystal,"
"Nah, Nah, it's fine. I'll go cry later," Crystal jabbed. Tori pushed her shoulder. The two blondes chuckled. "Let's go, Crash," She threw an arm over Tori's shoulders.
"Does that mean Shane's Burn?" Hunter questioned, trailing his girlfriend and teammate.
"Yep and you two are coming along," Crystal nodded, looking at Hunter and Blake. "I need help and can't do it by myself,"
Dustin clapped his hands together. "Some of us could use the practice,"
"One little spill and suddenly you're a road hazard?" Tori questioned.
"Don't forget the time you flew over the bike handles and twisted Dustin's fender," Lucy added. The boys laughed. "So, if my counting is right, and it is, that's two spills for the Blue Ranger."
"Shut it, Lucy," Tori rolled her eyes.
The Rangers moved to head out of Ops, walking by Shane. Hunter and Blake clapped hands with Shane while they passed but continued to move on. Shane moved further into Ops. "Hey, uh, Sensei, can I talk to you? Alone?"
Cam turned around, lifting himself out of his seat. "I'm going," He stated, trailing the other Rangers out of Ops.
"The thing is…I'm kind of glad that he knows," Shane stated, finishing up his story to his teacher. He was leaning on the back of Cam's chair, facing Sensei. "For the first time in our lives, he respects me."
"I'm sure he respects you for more than the fact that you are a Power Ranger," Sensei told him.
"Hey, no offense, Sensei, but you really don't know my brother at all," Shane replied, moving to sit in Cam's chair.
"And how well do you know your brother?"
"Well, he's a lot older. Growing up, it was almost like we were in different families. I guess…we… hardly know each other at all."
"Don't you think you need to know someone before you can earn their respect?"
It was motocross riding Rangers tuning the bikes in the garage. Blake and Dustin sat at the Yellow Ranger's bike, pulling the engine apart. Hunter and Crystal were working on Tori's bike. The short blonde reached into the engine, pulling something from it. "Ah, it's another rock," She held up for the rest of the team to see. "That make thirty rocks in blue,"
"I found four more in Yellow," Blake replied. "Grand total of 57 rocks in two bikes,"
"Man, you two put a lot of rocks into your bike," Hunter glanced at Tori. "What else are we gonna find?"
"I found… what looks to be oil-covered grass. Aw, ew," Crystal threw the goopy pile of leaves in the bucket sitting by her. "The question isn't what are we gonna find, it's what aren't we gonna find?" She clamored to her feet, staggering for a second. Hunter shot her a look over the seat of the bike. "My legs fell asleep," She sheepishly chuckled, standing straight.
"Are we gonna find anything when we crack open the Eclipse engines?" Blake joked, turning to the golden ninja.
Crystal pursed her lips. "I hope not. But we know that we found a lot in the Thunders."
There was an alert. "Guys, Motodrone's back," Cam stated.
The Rangers reached the battle site, spotting Shane kneeling on the ground. He had one of those collars around his neck. His brother was in the same state. Tori and Dustin pulled their sword blasters from their back, firing shots at the two. The winds were sitting behind Hunter and Blake, leaving Crystal and Lucy to meet them.
"We might be too late," Tori climbed off Blake's bike, running to the Red Ranger. "Shane?"
"Are you okay?" Dustin rounded the bikes, meeting Tori and Shane. Tentacles wrapped around Tori and Dustin's wrists, yanking them to their feet. Eyessac got them with the nightmare collars, sending them into their own little world. He flung them across the plaza, onto the Blue Bay library steps. They rolled until they hit the ground.
"Come on," Blake revved his bike shoot off to hit Eyessac. But the monster was faster, striking both brothers with his tentacles.
Tori screamed, clutching her helmet. "Please, please don't," She cried out.
Dustin was in the same position. "Oh, please, no,"
The two Rangers rode their bike around the plaza, riding up the stairs to confuse Eyessac. The Thunders stopped on one side while the Eclipse stopped on the other. Motodrone snarled, jumping over to Hunter and Blake. The ninjas were faster, steering their bikes away from the monsters down the stairs.
Crystal ran at Motodrone and Eyessac. "Eat this, Motorhead," She insulted, jumping up. She slashed down, effectively pushing the two back. Then, she flipped over them, sliding down the railing to meet the Rangers.
That didn't stop Motodrone. He fired shots, sending the two Thunders sprawling on the ground. Crystal and Lucy avoided the blasts, dodging hits until they faced Motodrone. He muttered something to Eyessac. The monster turned, firing shots at the sisters.
One had managed to hit Lucy. She fell to the ground, the collar snapping around her neck. She heard yelling, but the silver ninja wasn't listening. She was busy fighting herself. She blinked. 'There is nothing you can do. You aren't worthy of carrying the legacy of your ancestors. You aren't worthy of being a guardian, of being a master. This is your downfall…'
The same words of a teacher she once had floated around her head. "No, I won't let your win!" Lucy grabbed her helmet.
Something collided with Motodrone's back. The golden monster turned around, seeing Crystal with her rapier. "You attack my team, my friends," She pointed her rapier at him. "You get to deal with me," She swung her rapier up, slashing Motodrone in the abdomen. He stood straight, catching her blade with his hand. He wasn't expecting the foot to kick him in the face, which rattled the general. "You will never win,"
A shadow fell onto the battle site. The three remaining Rangers turned, seeing a large-scaled Eyessac staring down at them. He flapped his tentacles around, his eyes shifting around. "Enough messing around," Hunter lifted his blaster. Blake followed his lead, pulling his specialty weapon out. They fired shots at Eyessac, but the monster didn't move.
Instead, Eyessac opened his mouth, sucking air in. Unfortunately, the brothers were in the general area, fighting not to get sucked up. Finally, the pull from Eyessac was too much, and the brothers were sucked into his stomach.
"Hunter! Blake!" Crystal called. She turned, hearing Motodrone laugh.
"This is gnarly." Blake looked around at the various tubes holding him and Hunter up.
"I've got to help them." Cam rubbed his chin. The Winds and Lucy were down. Crystal was currently fighting Motodrone all by herself.
"Wait, son, you must finish the project you have been working on," Sensei advised him. "It is the only thing powerful enough to destroy the monster and free the Rangers from his power,"
"I found a periodic gap in his brainwaves," Cam explained. "If I could just get them to understand the fears aren't real, maybe they could fight it long enough for me to get there,"
"An excellent suggestion." Sensei smiled. "I will use my telepathic ninja powers to try and assist the Rangers,"
At the plaza, the four downed Rangers were screaming and yelling. Crystal stopped her onslaught of attacks against Motodrone to assess her team. Taking one last hit against Motodrone, Crystal raced her sister first. She reached behind her sister's head, ripping her helmet off. "Lu," She shook the Silver Ranger's shoulder. "Lu, listen to me, you need to calm down," She tried, pulling her own helmet off. "Come on, Lu,"
Lucy sat in the middle of a dark room; body curled into itself. Pacing in front of her was the first guardian—an older-looking woman with dark brown hair and a black and silver robe on. There was a moon-shaped crown around her head. She carried the Lunar Lance with her, slamming it on the ground every so often. She clicked her tongue. "You will never be good enough."
"You're lying,"
"Am I? Or are you too scared to admit that you will never compare to your sister? She has a lot of fight in her. What do you have? Nothing!"
"Face your fear, Lucy. Believe in yourself,"
Lucy breathed in, closing her eyes. When she opened them, her head snapped to the Guardian. "You're wrong." She snarled. "Everyone thought Kyrah was better, but they're wrong. The two of us are stronger together than you ever were." She stood, calling on the lance. The guardian released the weapon, letting it snap into Lucy's hand. "Zira, you and Kyrah are the reminders of how dangerous the Guardian magic is. But I am not you." She swung the lance at the woman, making her disintegrate.
Shane sat in a similar position as Lucy, curled in the middle. Porter was pacing around him. He was tearing Shane down and criticizing everything about the Ranger. "You're a disgrace to this family, Shane! You've let all of us down. I am so disappointed."
"Face your fear, Shane. Believe in yourself and you will have nothing to fear,"
"I hear you, Sensei," Shane stated. He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, turning to his brother. "I am proud of who I am!"
Porter smiled softly. "I know,"
Lucy snapped out of her nightmare, shaking her head. "What happened?" She rubbed her head. She met Crystal's eyes, tackling her in a hug. The two laugh, turning their heads.
Shane was on his feet. "Ha, nothing can scare me now," He ran to his teammates, reaching Dustin first. "Guys, be strong. Listen to Sensei. Remember you have nothing to fear but fear itself,"
"Moving, Shane," Crystal ran over to the three with Lucy hot on her tail. The two had replaced their helmets.
"Sensei, is that you?" Tori asked, hearing his voice in her head.
Dustin stood wobbly, staring up at the sky. "I hear him too,"
"We all heard him, except Crystal," Lucy pointed out.
"Okay, guys. You may have broken Eyessac's spell, but to free yourself from the collar completely is to destroy Eyessac." Cam informed the group through their morphers. "Use the zords to distract him until I get there,"
"Okay," Shane nodded. Lucy moved over to the other Rangers.
"Crystal, you and Tori need to ride the bikes into the belly of the beast," Cam spoke up. "It's the only way to free Hunter and Blake,"
The two exchanged glances under their helmets. "Well, don't spill this time," Crystal smiled. The two moved to the Thunder bikes. The Gold Ranger climbed into the taller crimson bike, settling into the seat. She turned, seeing Tori settled on Blake's bike. The two took off, racing up to the roof of a nearby building. "Ready when you are,"
Shane, Dustin, and Lucy called on their zords. The two Winds created the Wind Megazord with a power disk while Lucy prowled around. The Megazord trudged toward Eyessac, reaching for his mouth. However, the Megazord had a problem, which was solved when the coyote lunged for Eyessac. "Crystal, Tori, punch it!" Shane called.
The two revved their engines, pushing the bikes faster. When they got to the end of the building, the two popped wheelies, sending the bikes off the building. At that moment, Shane and Dustin could yank open Eyessac's mouth with Lucy's help.
The Gold and Blue Rangers landed in the stomach of Eyessac, the bike stopping roughly. "Ew, what's this guy been eating?" Tori complained, glancing around his stomach.
"I don't know, but it smells like hotdogs," Crystal wrinkled her nose. She climbed off Hunter's bike.
There was a groan in front of her. The blondes stopped when they saw Hunter and Blake hanging from various tubes. "There they are," Tori pointed out. "Hang on, and we'll get you down. Ninja beams," She fired shots from her morpher at the tubes. The brothers fell to the ground, landing with a squish and a groan.
The girls rushed over to them, trying to wake them. "Hunter, come on, wake up," Crystal pleaded, rolling the Crimson Ranger to his back.
Hunter groaned, opening his eyes. He turned, seeing Crystal's helmeted head over his. "Crystal, what are you doing here?" The taller ninja moved to climb to his feet with the help of his girlfriend.
"Saving your ass. What's it look like?"
"Blake, are you all right?" Tori asked, helping the ninja up to his feet.
The Navy Ranger clutched his stomach, leaning on Tori. "Yeah, I think so,"
Eyessac shifted around, dodging a blow from the Megazord. That caused the Rangers inside to stumble around. "Guys, get out of there!"
"Crack him open first," Crystal returned. She helped Hunter over to his bike, sliding on first. Hunter followed her lead, settling into the seat while wrapping his arms around her waist. They turned to see Blake and Tori in the same situation.
Everyone squinted when sunlight lit up his stomach. "Go!" Lucy called out.
Crystal and Tori revved the engines, kicking the bikes up. They drove the bikes out of the mouth of Eyessac, hitting the roof of a nearby building. The boys climbed off their bikes, helping the girls off.
Eyessac beat the Megazord back, sending them to the ground. Just as Eyessac went to hit the Megazord again, green lasers hit him right in the chest, sending him back. The Samurai Megazord landed.
"Right on time dude," Shane said, making Dustin and Lucy agree.
"You're welcome," Cam replied.
"Our turn," Hunter stated, stepping up with his brother.
Crystal snorted. "Not without us," She smiled, motioning to her and Tori. The four ground Rangers took off, disappearing into their own zords. Tori appeared in her cockpit. The Thunder Megazord appeared next to them. The Eclipse stepped in front of the three.
"Check this out," Cam said. Four power disks appeared in cockpits. One to Crystal, one to Shane, one to Hunter, and one to Cam. They all had different markings on them but had the same power.
Shane picked his up. "Sweet," he said, looking at the front.
"All right," Hunter commented, looking at his design on the disk.
Crystal picked hers up, examining the gold markings on hers. "Nice."
"Power Disk: Locked and Drop." All four commanded, placing the disk in and turning the handle to drop the coin in. All the zords popped out a power disk, revealing four different parts. The parts flew around, creating a small phoenix-like shape.
"What is it?" Shane asked.
"The Ninja Firebird," Cam introduced. "It will allow us to create one Megazord. Initiating Hurricane Megazord!" He called out.
The Thunder Megazord broke in half, and pieces broke in half again, creating the feet and arms. The Wind Megazord fit in, and Cam's zord attached itself to the front of the zord. The coyote and swan broke apart, merging with the zords. Finally, the Firebird broke to create the head of the Megazord.
"Hurricane Megazord." They called. The Winds sat in front of the cockpit—the Eclipse ninjas behind them. The Thunder brothers and Cam are behind the sisters. Eyessac swung his tentacles around, growling at the large Megazord in front of him. He shifted around, his eyes glowing purple. The collars re-activated on the Rangers, blinking purple. Lucy twitched her head, but she didn't move like the Wind Rangers.
"I'm losing it." Tori cried.
"Argh, I'm falling," Dustin stated, clutching his neck.
Shane groaned. "Believe in yourselves."
"We're trying man." Dustin protested.
The Rangers pulled one point off the star, using it against the monster. The Megazord slashed, sending Eyessac back. He landed on his feet, turning around. Eyessac growled, sending lightning to the Rangers. The Rangers used Cam's zord and Crystal's swan to create a shield against the lightning. They returned it to Eyessac.
Eyessac attacked, but the Rangers defected by throwing him back. He flipped over, landing on his back. He started to shoot blue lasers at the Rangers, which Cam deflected. Eyessac started to spark.
"Let's show him some real power!" Hunter said.
"I'm ready for this nightmare to be over," Crystal agreed.
"Typhoon power." The Rangers yelled. The star on the front of the Megazord started to spin wildly. Fire peered out of the tips of the star. A flaming tornado was created from both parts. It caught Isaac and lifted him in the air. After sparking, Eyessac exploded, freeing everyone from the nightmare collars. The affected Rangers smiled, feeling the collar shatter from their necks.
"Man, I don't ever want to do that again," Lucy groaned, leaning her head back. The Rangers agreed.
"Can we never talk about the nightmare collars again?" Lucy asked, standing at the register at Storm Chargers. The rest of the Rangers stood around the two.
"Yeah, that's an experience I never want to have," Tori scratched the back of her head.
"I hope that we never have to ride into the belly of another monster," Crystal joined into the conversation. She hip-bumped her sister off to the side to use the cash register. "He smelt like hotdogs, and it was pretty concerning,"
Blake leaned on the counter. "But you would do it again for us, right?"
"Blake, you guys are my best friends," Crystal responded. "So, if you are thinking that I'd leave you in the belly of a monster, I'm gonna come smack you,"
"All right, I believe you," Blake held his hands up in surrender.
"Guys!" Shane called from the front of the store. "This is my older brother. Porter, this is my team," The Rangers raised eyebrows at him. "He knows everything,"
"I followed him and saw him morph," Porter chuckled. "But we came to get me a helmet,"
"I'm teaching him to ride," Shane grinned.
"If you have to choose between to fall on your face or butt, aim for the butt." Crystal moved to the helmet section. "But Shane's the best skateboarder we know, so, I bet you won't fall often,"
"Dually noted," Porter smiled, wrapping an arm around his younger brother. "I know he is,"
