"Rescuing damsels, use of pressure points, lack of experience talking with people—women specifically—but clearly educated." She pointed at his clothing. "Plus, your kimono is plain but made of silk."

She winked at him, sapphire orbs lighting up with mischief. "Don't worry. I'll keep your secret."

"Secret?"

"That you're in disguise. Probably some kind of royal needing a day off, right?"

Sesshoumaru bristled. Perhaps he hadn't fooled her as much as he'd initially thought.
