Friday, April 29, 2039, Rome, Italy, The St. Regis Rome

The day before Dani's wedding. Tomorrow Dani is going to be a married woman after 5 years with her fiance. They were together for four years before Jake proposed. Jake proposed in November of last year before Dani's cousin, Audrey's wedding. Tonight is the last night of freedom for Danielle Martin. She's going to be Mrs. Rivers tomorrow afternoon. Dani and Jake decided to get married in Italy because it was the first place they went together as a couple. Family and friends just flew in and are meeting at the hotel.

Danielle, 24, was waiting for her family to arrive in the lobby. She looked up and saw her parents, Audrey, Peyton, and her siblings, aunt and uncle and cousins all walking into the hotel.

"You're here!" She said, excitedly, hugging her cousin, Audrey Patterson, also 24 years old, who is 22 weeks pregnant with a baby girl.

Audrey laughed as Dani hugged her a little too tight. "Dani...I have a baby in my...belly...I need to breathe..." She gasped for air.

Dani smiled as she pulled away from her. "Right. Sorry." She rubbed her belly. "Sorry, Bayleigh."

Audrey giggled. "She's fine, cuz."

Dani smiled. "Good."

Audrey smiled. "How are you feeling?"

Dani laughs softly. "Stressed, but I should be okay, right?"

Audrey nodded her head. "Yeah."

Annabeth, Audrey's sister, 23 years old, smiled at her cousin. "I'm so happy for you!"

Dani smiled. "Thank you! Are you and Ethan planning your wedding?" She asked her cousin.

Beth nodded her head. "Yes, we are. We are planning for June of 2041."

Audrey smiled. "That's awesome, girl. I'm so happy for you!"

Zack hugged his daughter. "How are you, my beautiful girl?" He said, smiling.

Dani chuckled. "I'm okay, Dad. I'm doing well. How are you?"

Zack took a deep breath. "I'm good, sweetie."

Maya whispered. "What are you talking about? You had 4 glasses of wine on the plane..."

Dani just sighed, hearing that from her mother. "Dad..."

Zack groaned. "My daughter is getting married tomorrow! Sorry, if I'm nervous! She's my baby."

Dani sighed. "Daddy, please. I'm growing up. Well, grown up. I'm 24. I'm gonna be a married woman tomorrow..." She looked at her dad.

"I'm sorry if it hurts you I can't keep on being your little girl I have grown up. I can't do this, if you're not easy on giving me away..." She shook her head.

"I don't wanna hurt you. I love you. Are you sure you're okay with giving me away tomorrow?"

Cody nodded. "He'll be okay. Hell, it took me hours before Audrey's to accept it."

Audrey rolled her eyes. "No, it didn't."

Cody sighed. "Okay, okay!" He raised his hands up in defense. "If I accepted it. Zack will too."

Audrey sighed. "I'd love to stand here and talk, but my feet are fucking killing me."

Peyton nodded. "Alright. We'll see you guys later for the reversal dinner, alright?"

Dani nodded. "Okay, I'll see you in a few hours, okay, Auds?"

Audrey nodded as she and Peyton headed to their hotel room.

Zack turned to his daughter. "This has everything in it. I want you to read it tonight before you go to bed." He handed her a letter.

Dani nodded. "Okay." She hugged him. "We'll see each other a little bit later?"

Maya nodded. "Yes, we will. I have to get him some water and a nap."

Dani smiled and hugged her mother. "Thanks, Momma."

Maya kissed her daughter's head. "I love you, honey."

Dani smiled. "I love you too."

Later that night, 7:00pm

Audrey walked out of her and Peyton's room. "Ugh. How many more fucking weeks? I feel like I just pee every 5 freaking minutes."

Peyton grabbed her hands. "Breathe, baby. Deep breathes."

Audrey nodded her head as she takes a few deep breaths. "4 more months."

Peyton nodded. "Yep, then we'll have our little girl with us."

Downstairs on the deck, Dani was wearing a long sparkle white dress with silver heels.

Dani saw Audrey walking over to her. "Hey! You okay?"

Audrey nodded. "Yep. Pregnant at a wedding. So much fun. I'm still excited for you and Jake tomorrow."

Dani hugged her cousin. "Were you scared with the parent speeches? I'm a nervous fucking wreak."

Audrey laughed. "I was scared my dad would say something embarrassing. But he didn't, so I can't say or know what uncle Zack will do. Pray that aunt Maya took out anything embarrassing for your sake."

Dani took a deep breath. "I hope so! Oh my goodness." She sat down next to her fiance. "Ready for the speeches?"

Jake, her fiance, 27 years old, smiling at her. "Yes, I am, baby."

Dani sighed. "Okay. Let's just get through this together..."

Dana, 23, Dani's sister took the microphone. "Everyone, I hope you are enjoying tonight. Now, let's try not to embarrass our bride and groom with the speeches..." She looked at her parents. "...Mom. Dad..."

Maya sighed. "We won't, Dana Marie."

Maya smiled. "Hi, everyone. I'm Maya, Dani's mom. My husband, Zack, and I are overwhelmed with happiness for our oldest daughter, Danielle and our newest son in law, Jake. We can't wait to invite him into the family tomorrow."

Dani smiled at her fiance when she squeezes his hand. "Awww, thanks, Momma."

Maya smiled. "You're welcome, honey." She looked at the guest. "When Dani was 19 year old she met Jake at a bar, we were shocked to know she was at a bar, but I was happy she could let loose for a while. When Dani mentioned to me that she met a guy, I was so happy for her." She laughs softly. "Your father and I are so proud of the woman you have became, Danielle. You deserve everything in the world, sweetheart...You and Jake are amazing together."

She looked at her husband, who continues. He looked at their daughter.

"Dani, sweetheart, your mother and I are so proud of you with everything you've been doing over the years. I can't wait to see what the future holds for you both. We are so excited to welcome Jake into our family. You are an amazing daughter, sister and friend, and I know for a fact, you'll be a great wife to Jake."

Dani smiled. "Thank you, Dad."

Zack smiled at his daughter. "We love you, baby girl." He looked at Jake's parents, Samantha and Vincenzo Rivers. "You two want to say something?"

Samantha, Jake's mother, nodded her head. "Yes, we do."

Zack handed her the microphone, he smiled at her and he and Maya sat back down in their seats.

Samantha smiled at her son. "Jake, honey, we are so proud of you and Dani. We can't wait to welcome Dani into the family tomorrow. You are an amazing man. We're so lucky to have you as our son. Life is precious, just like Dani. Treat her like a queen..."

Dani blushed, covering her face in embarrassment. "My God." She groaned.

Samantha laughs, smiling. "But, I'm telling everyone the truth. To Jake, Dani, you are his queen."

Dani locked eyes with her fiance, she gave him a look. "Please tell me you approved this?"

Jake shook his head. "Uh huh! I swear I didn't have her say that."

Samantha laughed. "You two are too crazy with everything needing to be 'too perfect'. We are giving you two surprises tonight..."

Dani's eyes went wide. "Oh no..."

Samantha chuckled. "Tomorrow is everything you two want, but tonight is nothing but surprises..."

Dani groaned. "Ugh, fine..."

Samantha smiled. "We are incredibly happy for you two. We can't wait to see what the future holds for you two. Dani, we welcome you into our family. Cheers to the newest Mr. and Mrs. Rivers!"

Everyone cheered to the bride and groom again with their glasses.

An hour later, Dani smiled at her soon to be husband. "So, this is it, huh?"

Jake nodded as he kissed her. "I'll see you at the aisle tomorrow, Mrs. Rivers."

Dani smiled. "I love you, Mr. Rivers."

Jake smiled as he kissed her before pulling away. "I love you too, Mrs. Rivers."

Dana groaned. "Oh, come on! You can be all over him on your freaking honeymoon!" She yelled as she grabbed her sister's arm.

Dani blushed, but then sighs as Dana and Delilah began pulling her away from Jake.

"Come on! You can handle one more night without him, Danielle!" Her sister, Delilah, yells, as she and Dana pull her to the group of girls, Audrey, Beth, Dana, and Dani's friends, Leigh, Camryn, and Olivia to Dani's bridal suite.

Once in Dani's bridal suite, Maya, Bailey, Carey, Julia, her grandmother and Samantha and Sofia, Jake's grandmother, decided to have Dani open their gifts before they give the girl's time alone.

"Okay, I'll open the gifts from you ladies..."

Carey chuckled. "I hope you can enjoy it."

Dani blushed deeply. "I hope so."

After opening those gifts and lots of blushing, Maya, Carey, Sophia, Samantha and Bailey said their goodbyes so the young women could enjoy their night together.
The ladies had Dani change into a while long dress for their surprise they have for the bride to be.

After changing, Dani walked out of the bathroom with a confused look on her face.

"Why do I have to wear this?" Dani asked.

Audrey began laughing as she opened the door. "Here's why..."

A stripper walked into the suite dancing.

"No. Oh God. No. This isn't happening!" Dani shook her head.

Audrey shook her head. "This is your last night of freedom. You need to relax..."

Delilah nodded her head. "I agree with Audrey."

"Come on, sis." Dana smiled at her sister, Dani "Fine." She let out a sigh.

After the stripper left, the young woman began doing each other's skin care and masks.

Dana giggled as she looked at sister, Dani. "Girls, should we get her to tell us what actually happened when she met Jake?"

Dani groaned as a sip of a wine. "No, no, no. That's not happening."

Audrey shook her head. "Yes, it is. You must have done something you didn't want us to know that night..."

Dani ran her fingers through hehair. "Uh-I-I-We..."

Delilah laughed. "Danielle Caroline! Just tell us."

Dani blushed. "We hooked up..." She mutters.

Audrey's eyes went wide. "Shut up!"

Dani took a huge sip of her glass of wine. "I'm not kidding. That's what happened..." Feeling all the blood go out of her cheeks.

Five years earlier, February 15th, 2034

Danielle, freshly 19 years old, was sitting at the bar drinking. She was feeling overwhelmed with the fact that she broke up with her boyfriend of 3 years.

Jake Rivers, 22 years old, was at the bar as well. His friends figured it would be nice to go out and have some drinks. He never thought he'd be meeting a pretty girl here. But he did.

He saw her across the bar, sitting alone, drinking. "Guys, I'm going to go say hi to her."

His friend, Liam nodded. "Go get her before I do."

Jake rolled his eyes. "Shut up, Liam." He said, putting his drink down before walking over to Dani. He cleared his throat, smiling at her. "Anyone sitting here?"

Dani shook her head. "No."

Jake nodded his head, as he sat down next to her. "I'm Jake. You?"

Dani sighed. "Leah." She felt bad lying to him but she couldn't risk anyone finding out her real age. And name when she shouldn't be here, and yet, here she is; drinking her sadness away.

Jake saw the look on her face. "Well, Leah, how old are you?"

Dani smiled. "21. You?"

Jake took a sip of his drink the bartender gave him. "22. So, Leah, how about taking this talk back to my place?"

Dani nodded. "Uh, sure..."

°°°
Audrey's eyes went wide. "Shut up! You didn't lie about your name and age to him."

Dani sighed. "I did. I told him everything before we ended up in bed together..."

Delilah's eyes went wide. "I can't believe what the hell I'm hearing!"

Dani groaned. "Nobody tells Dad! I will kill you. He will kill me afterwards."

Delilah nodded. "Promise. This is just between all of us girls."

Dani smiled. "Thank you."

Later that night after the girls had Dani open their gifts, with lots of blushing, they all decided to call it a night. It was going to be a crazy day tomorrow.
