It took Pepa the grand total of one day to invite Felix to family dinner.

As it turned out though. He was an absolute delight as he showed up at Casita's doorstep with a huge smile on his face and a massive bouquet of flowers for Alma.

Eagerly did Pepa start the introductions as she showed off her family. "This is my sister Julieta and her boyfriend Agustin!" she gestured happily.

Julieta smiled amused as she nodded her head.

"It's nice to meet you."

"The pleasure is all mine!" Felix exclaimed loudly as he grabbed her hand and firmly shook it. And then just grabbed Agustin for a hug before stepping back with a grin on his face leaving Agustin with a very shocked face.

"My sister's food heals any injuries. Just like that!" Pepa beamed as she snapped a finger. "And this is my brother! Bruno!" she gestured at Bruno who was grabbing his arm and averting his eyes away.

"HAHAAAA!" Felix just shouted as he opened up his arms. "Bring it in amigo!" he exclaimed and then just blatantly grabbed Bruno for a hug too.

It made Bruno let out a yelp of surprise and he stumbled back after Felix had let him go and then wide-eyed he looked at Felix with shock painted all over his face.

"You okay there Bro?" Felix asked amused.

"Errhm…. Si?" Bruno questioned as his brain was trying to function.

"Bruno can see into the future," Pepa informed Felix.

"Really? That's cool." Felix smirked.

"Maybe he could give you a reading later." Pepa encouraged.

"Why would I want that?" Felix asked. "That'll just take away any surprises! Life is great because you never know what is going to happen!"

The moment Felix said that Bruno couldn't deny that a wave of relief just washed over his body. Felix was not going to ask to have his future read. Thank god.

The evening continued and Felix continued being just as loud, bombastic, and just utterly spontaneous. Gladly he would tell about his travels across Columbia and the things he had seen. Make all sorts of jokes and compliment Alma on her family and the casita.

Pepa was smithen. She was just sitting there with her hands beneath her chin. A big smile on her face. And eyes looking at Felix in adoration.

And then… Felix found out that Agustin played the piano and there was no way to avoid a little dance and singing number to the delight of the Madrigals and Pepa was happy to join with Felix for a little tango.

"Hah you are a natural!" Felix grinned. "How did you learn to dance like that?"

"Bruno taught me!" Pepa beamed happily and Bruno's eyes widened.

"That's great!" Felix beamed opening his arms towards Bruno. "So you can join too!"

"Well." Bruno held up a hand. "Actually what happened is that I would copy people from Telenovela and then just… Try to have fun with it. I can't actually dance."

"Amazing!" Felix shouted. "And don't say that. Dance is dance! There is no right or wrong bro."

"You gotta join us!" Pepa beamed happily. "Come on Hermano."

Bruno was silent for a second then smiled. "Okay then," he said as he stood up and grabbed Pepa's hand to swing her around.

"You totally got it Bro!" Felix clapped his hands.

"And you're not even suspecting. I am here to steal your girl!" Bruno proclaimed as he pulled Pepa in. "They call me the great Juan you know."

And Felix laughed out loud. "You're killing me bro! HAHAHAHA!" and Bruno smiled… It was pretty hard not to like this guy.

The next day Bruno got a bit of surprise as Felix showed up carrying a huge box that looked quite heavy.

"DELIVERY FOR THE MADRIGALS!" Felix proclaimed as he put down the box that proved itself to be filled with wheat, corn, sugar, and other baking essentials.

Bruno looked around the place to see if he could see the guy who normally delivered their weekly goods for Julietas baking and cooking.

Then turned back to Felix. "What… Are you doing?" he asked.

"MY JOB!" Felix beamed happily. "I got a new job. Cool right?"

"But aren't you… A performer?" Bruno asked.

"Eh. It was just a gig until I could find something else." Felix said. "The troupe left this morning. I thought I would like to hang around. This place is pretty nice."

"So you… Took the job as a delivery man?" Bruno asked.

"Yup!" Felix beamed.

"That's… A step down from performing isn't it?" Bruno asked.

"I don't think so," Felix said. "Also Agustin offered that I could perform with him sometime. That sounds fun doesn't it?" he asked.

"Well… It was pretty fun yesterday." Bruno admitted. "So… How long do you intend to stay?" he asked.

"I don't know. It sort of depends." Felix shrugged. "I don't really make plans. I just kind of go where the wind takes me you know."

Slowly Bruno nodded just as Pepa hung out of the window.

"FELIX!"

And Felix beamed happily as he waved up at her. "PEPA!"

"What are you doing? You were here just yesterday." Pepa laughed.

"I MISSED YOU!" Felix shouted back up at her and then kissed his own hands to wave them up at Pepa who laughed loudly. Felix beamed happily. "What an absolutely amazing woman…" he breathed. Then he looked at Bruno and smiled. "Thank you for inviting me in yesterday. You have an amazing family. You're very lucky."

Bruno halted then nodded. "Si… I know," he admitted. "I'm sure you have a pretty good family too."

"No. Never had one. Orphan." Felix admitted in a shrug. "It is what it is. So I decided to just always get the best out of every day. You know? Though…. Having a family like this. That would be amazing! A dream come true."

Bruno looked at Felix.

"Well! I should get going! Those deliveries won't deliver themselves!" Felix laughed. "I hope I'll see you around soon amigo!" and he went straight in for the hug. A tight crushing one and let go while Bruno almost fell down from losing his balance. "See ya!" Felix beamed as he dashed off back to his cart while Bruno was left wondering if Felix even knew the meaning of boundaries.
