So, I've been sitting on this chapter for 2 months now, but it was only half the amount I would like it to have been, but I've been having hell weeks at university with assignments and tests, I have a break soon, but the week I have off I still have o study for a psychology test and anthropology essay. So, here is half the chapter, I did add a sentence or two, to just round it up, so it's more of a cliffhanger than an abrupt stop in the chapter.
Also looking for a beta reader for this story.

Harry spent another week at the Dursley's before the Order was there to pick him up and take him to Sirius's old place. Harry was ambushed by a small redhead as soon as he entered the house. Harry was starting to get tired of the way Ginny acted around him. He could tell she still had a crush on him, but to him, she would always be a little sister and his best friend's younger sister. He didn't know how to break it to her that he didn't see her that way, without making it awkward or Ron getting angry at him for breaking his little sister's heart. Even if he didn't like the idea of them dating, he wouldn't allow Harry to hurt her. Maybe if he just said he liked guys, he could get around all of that, but he had seen how Ron had reacted to Seamus and Dean starting up their relationship after the breakup with Ginny. Ginny would be cool with it, but Ron was his best mate, and he would rather suffer from Ginny clinging on to him than losing Ron as a friend.

He was happy to be out of his relatives' house, the last week had been horrible, after coming back from his night out, he had been locked in his room to prevent him from leaving again. He had told them it had been wizard business, which wasn't a complete lie, but that lead to his locking up, it was supposed to stop him doing anything freakish on the family. Not that he could in the first place.

Harry didn't feel like being around the others, he was in a bad place after Sirius's death, and despite that one night with Tom, he hadn't socialised with anyone. He hadn't even received letters from any of his friends and it had hurt him. He spent most of his time sitting inside the room he and Ron shared. He would go down to meals but otherwise spend time in his room. He read over all the books he had from school, seeing how much they didn't cover in the previous years. It was about three weeks since he had been staying at Grimmauld place when started to get sick in the morning, he didn't tell anyone about it, thinking it would just pass, or that it was from eating the food Molly had cooked, as some of it tended to be on the greasy side.

As the days passed on, he could see the looks he was getting from Ginny get more and more lustful, he had also seen how Hermione looked on at him with regret and pity. Although it was only small glimpses when he was actually outside of his room. When Ginny started getting a bit handsy with him, he pulled her aside and told her that he didn't like girls, and was gay, it was a slight lie, he still was attracted to girls, just not Ginny. After that she stopped, she looked sad, but she didn't continue to go after him. They actually started to have conversations, with no hard feelings.

It wasn't until the week before the new school was going to start that things went pear-shaped. The Weasley's plus Harry were going to go get the books required for the year. As they were leaving, Harry was hit with dizziness. Harry brushed it off as low sugar levels. But after flooing into the Leaky Cauldron, Harry lost his breakfast to the floor. Mrs Weasley hovered over him the entire time they were out, after saying it bound to happen at some point. He had never gotten along with wizarding travelling methods. It wasn't until they returned, after getting everything did Harry pass out on everyone after using the floo once more.

When Harry came to again, he was in his bed with Madam Pomfrey hovering over him. She had a concerned look on her face but wasn't saying anything to him. After a few moments of silence, Mrs Weasley came in with a tired look on her face.

"I just told Dumbledore the news and he doesn't seem happy about this." Mrs Weasley said. Madam Pomfrey gave her a pointed look as if to say, 'I told you so.'

"Harry? Are you feeling okay?" Madam Pomfrey asked, "There are some things we need to talk about, it's nothing bad, but you may need to tell me a few things."

"Does Mrs Weasley need to be here?" Harry asked.

"No, she doesn't, Molly would you mind stepping out for a moment?" Mrs Weasley stood there looking to protest, but one look from Madam Pomfrey had her leaving the room. "Harry, I need to know if you have been sexually active recently?"

"I….um…. Why?"

"Harry there is no need to be embarrassed, many people your age have already engaged in sexual intercourse." Harry blushed and turned his head away from her.

"Ah yes, I think it was the second week of July, I haven't done it since, it was a one-time thing."

"Do you know who the person is?"

"Yes, his name is Marvolo Gaunt, he is a muggle-born already finished his schooling."

Harry tried to point any suspicion that it may be Tom away, not that he was worried Madam Pomfrey would know, but in case Dumbledore started to ask questions, he could keep his story the same.

"Harry, I'm entirely sure how to say this, but, congratulations, you're pregnant. It's a miracle as well, it's not every day that a baby is conceived between two males without the help of potions and spells." Harry was shocked. He was pregnant, and it was his and Tom's child, the Dark Lord's child "Harry, I know this is going to be scary, and I'll help you with what I can. I'm concerned for your safety. From the reactions I have seen so far from everyone when the news was announced and how I know Professor Dumbledore well react to this. I think it would be best for you to get in contact with the father and stay with him. Mrs Weasley, Ginny, the Twins and Hermione have been okay with the news, but the others, Harry I fear for you and your child's life. Please tell me you can get to a safe place soon or know if a place to go."

"I do have a way to get to safety immediately, I'm not sure if he will be there right now, but he should be alerted if I arrive at his place."

"Okay Harry, this is what is going to happen, I'm going to help you get all your stuff together before I leave the room, where you are going to getaway. I don't know how you are going to do that. But with the trouble you have been in, I'm assuming that there's more you have gotten away with, without anyone knowing." Madam Pomfrey helped him get all of his things in the room into his trunk, thankfully he hadn't really left the room, so only a few belongings of his were somewhere in the house. He got the name card out of a side pocket in the trunk and told Madam Pomfrey he was ready. She hugged him and had glassy eyes as she turned for the door. As soon as she was out of the room, Harry called out Tom Marvolo Riddle in Parseltongue and he was spinning through the end.

Harry landed up in Tom's apartment, it was empty and uncomfortably silent. After everything that had happened that day, Harry feeling lightheaded and got to the couch before he passed out. It took Tom 10 minutes to escape from the death eaters he had been around. He had felt his wards going off, and there had only been one person he had allowed to enter his hideaway home. He didn't know why Harry would be there, he honestly thought it was a one-time thing, considering it had been almost 2 months since he last saw him. Arriving at his place, Tom was concerned to see a discarded school trunk on the floor and pale unconscious Harry spread across his couch. Tom rushed to his side and checked for any physical signs of harm or sickness. He ran the few medical diagnosis spells he knew but nothing came up, besides for the one to show where any problems were, and Harry's stomach lit up like a Christmas tree. Had he been poisoned, no that would have shown in the spells. Not knowing what was wrong, Tom picked Harry up bridal style and carried him into his bedroom. He gently placed Harry onto his bed and got in on the other side, tugging the sleeping boy into his body. It may have only been that one night, but something had changed and formed between them. He couldn't name what it was, it wasn't anything strong, but something was forming between the two of them.
Tom lay there with Harry's head on his chest as he ran his fingers through his hair. It was 30 minutes later that Harry snuggled his head into Tom's chest. Tom looked down to see Harry blinking himself awake.

"How long have I been out?" Harry asked smiling up at him.

"I would say 30 to 40 minutes. I'm not entirely sure. Now, seeing as you're awake. Would you like to tell me why I found you passed out on my couch after not seeing you for almost two months?" Tom asked, holding back any worry he might have for Harry, he was also a bit hurt.

"Ahh, sorry about that, a week after that night the order came for me, and I've been staying with them since. If I could have escaped to come and see you I would of. But there's something more important than that right now."

"Whatever it is, you can tell me, Harry," Tom said pulling Harry closer into his chest, Harry wrapped his arm around Tom and looked up at him.

"Tom, I not entirely sure how it happened, but I'm pregnant with your child. It's the only possible reason as to why I am, as I've been with no one else but you." The room was silent as Harry looked to Tom for any form of reaction. Fearing he had fled from one evil to another. "Tom?" Harry asked barely above a whisper.

"You're pregnant?" Harry nodded his head, "with my child?" Harry nodded his head again, confused as to why Tom was repeating what he had said. "Harry you're pregnant with our child, do know who wonderful that is. I'm going to be a dad, I never thought I was going to be one. Harry, you've blessed me with a child. How this could even have happened without any aid, which means Lady Magic has blessed us." Tom got out of bed, pulling Harry with him, before picking him up and twilling the two of them around. "Harry! Lady Magic is with us, do you know how much this means, this child she has blessed us with is going to be something even more amazing than the two of us combined." Tom bent down and kissed every inch of life out of Harry. He was left feeling dizzy as Tom pulled away.

"Tom, what do you mean by Lady Magic?" Harry asked laughing as he was showered in kisses.

"I'll explain later, but for now we must celebrate, and I must get my manor ready for you to move in, and then we can even start on a nursery room for them. Oh, and all the things we have to do and prepare for the baby."

"Tom, calm down, we have a time before the baby will be here. There's no need to rush, let's take each day as they come." Harry hugged Tom Stopping him from his hyped energy from the news. Tom took a deep breath, regaining his calm demeanour before petting Harry's head.

"One thing I must do is secure a place for you in the manor. I can't allow you to stay here in this apartment, it is not suitable for raising a child, and I cannot always be here. I must move the death eaters that are staying with me into a new location and only allow all of them to access certain areas of the manor. I will not allow you or the baby to be hurt because they are insane or do not know this wonderful news. I will get my most trusted to look after you when I cannot. Oh Harry, darling, the mother of my child, I am dying with joy." Harry was laughing, as here was the supposed Dark Lord, twilling him about at the news of their child. "Come, let me make something for you to eat. I should be able to spend some time with you today, but I will leave later to go and start preparing everything for you. I will be back later in the night though. If I can help it, I will be here every single night. I will protect you and our child, so do not fear."

As Harry sat down, Tom busied himself in the kitchen. Harry was relieved, to say the least, Tom had reacted even better to the news than he thought he would. But even still, he couldn't just move on from everything Tom had done to him. They needed to talk, why had tom done everything that he did, why did he attack his mind. He was sure he would eventually forgive him for the things he did, maybe not killing his parents, but he didn't know them in the first place. It was all so confusing, he wanted to be happy, and he was, but the nagging feeling at the back of his mind wasn't going away any time soon.

"Harry? Are you okay? You didn't ask my question, what do you want to eat?"

"Ahh, anything is good." Tom was looking at him from across the counter. "I'm alright Tom, just got a lot on my mind."

"Do you want to talk about it?"

"Maybe after dinner, there are a few things I want to know, and You have the answers to them, at least I think you do." Tom nodded his head before turning back to the kitchen. He made chicken á la king with rice for the two of them. They ate at the breakfast bar again, as there was no actual dining room, rather the kitchen looking onto the lounge. Tom once again sent the dishes through to the sink as they started to wash once again. The night was starting to fall as the two moved to sit in the living area. "Tom, not that I'm not happy to be having a child with you. There are just a few things that I'm stuck on. I don't know if I can forgive you for everything you've done to me and the people I care about. Yes, I understand, what you told me about your origins but what about after that, you continued to kill and even took my parents from me. How can I just forget about all of that?" Harry was working himself up as everything came crashing to the front of his head. Harry was not looking forward to the conversation that was coming.

So what are your thoughts, not sure when the next chapter will be up, but the work is not abandoned, just slow to update, sorry.
