He couldn't do anything other then stare at the Royal Flush blatantly staring up at him from the table. Luxord wasn't yet ready to look at the one who had placed said Flush onto the table. It was bad enough that he could hear the half-hearted attempts at keeping the snickers of triumph at bay.

If he had known that Demyx would take to poker like he did to music he wouldn't have taught him the game in the first place, let alone stake an open-ended bet like he had on this hand. He finally allowed himself to look up from the cards that radiated a mocking form of innocent smugness at his own folly. The look the usually hyperactive Sitar player was currently wearing made him slightly suspicious.

"What is it you want then?"

Luxord decided that the sooner Demyx told him his one order the faster the ordeal would be and less chance of any of the others finding out that he, The Gambler of Fate, had lost a poker game to Demyx of all people.

Waiting for something he couldn't help but feel an eyebrow raise as the Sitar player slumped back in his seat for a moment and took on a contemplative pose. All while the gleam that had appeared since the cards had been laid down seemed to grow sharper. This didn't help ease any doubts that the rest of the Organization would learn about this folly of his.

"What's the matter, don't know what you want?"

The smaller figure seemed to start from whatever train of thought he had currently been mulling over. He recovered quickly enough and instead of saying anything he pushed himself up from his seat and moved to stand by the bearded ones seat. Feeling the other eyebrow rising up to meet the other one, the gambler leaned back to stare up at the abnormally silent musician. The bard gave a lopsided grin before all but falling into the other's lap.

"I know exactly what I want"

It was said almost in a singsong and before Luxord could say anything he felt a slight tug on the lapels of his coat. Without thinking he allowed himself to be pulled down, thinking that in a fit of childishness the bard was going to act like it was some big secret and whisper it into his ear. He was caught of guard when instead of some mock serious whisper in his ear, he had a pair of lips meet his briefly.

It was quick and before he knew what had happened the other man had leaped from his lap and was already halfway out of the room. The hyperactive bounce more pronounced in his steps then usual. Luxord gave a slight smirk as he went about picking up the cards and placing the deck back into his pocket.

Losing wasn't a bad thing he concluded, and he decided that he needed to lose a bit more often.
