(A/N: Hey y'all! So I've definitely learned a ton about grammar and formatting since I started, so this chapter will be the start of me properly formatting things. Honestly, the other way is so hard to read and I don't know why I insisted on doing it that way for so long. This way is much easier to read, though the pages will seem like they're long, they aren't. Well, happy reading and let's rock and roll!)

"Look, guys! These new pet sashes are the latest trend! Aren't they adorable?" Zoe asked. She was wearing a pink sash that had space for Paris to lay down in it. She was modeling it for the boys on the couch.

"Are you kidding me?" Max asked Zoe. It sounded like a legitimate question.

"You won't catch me wearing one," Rex muttered. Zoe put her hands on her hips and glared at Max and Rex.

"Well, what do you know? Paris and I love it because we love that I can take her with me everywhere we go, and she'll never get tired out." Zoe said. She spotted Ren walking into the room and smiled. "Even, Ren has one!" The boys turned to see the long-haired blonde walking down the stairs. A matching pink sash was around her shoulder and waist. Ebony was snuggled up into it with her tail hanging over the side.

"What are we talking about?" Ren asked the others.

"Max and Rex think our pet sashes are stupid," Zoe told Ren.

"Because they are stupid and silly looking if you ask me," Max replied. Chomp, however, had other thoughts. The small Triceratops bounced around excited and barked at Zoe and Paris, then at Ren and Ebony.

"I think Chomp disagrees," Ren said observing the three-horned quadruped. The orange dinosaur bounded up to Paris and put his front legs up on the side of the carrier compartment of the sash and then attempted to drag Paris out of his. Paris waving her front legs trying to hit Chomp away from her and her special treatment. Chomp tumbled backward onto the table before getting up and running over to Ebony to attempt to do the same thing. Ebony lashed her tail at Chomp as a warning to back off. Eventually, the small Triceratops backed down and turned to Max hoping that the brunette could magically be wearing a sash. Alas, he was not.

"Guess Chomp knows a good thing when he sees it." Zoe smirked at Max. "Maybe you got to get one, after all, Max," Zoe told the stubborn boy. Max crossed his arms and turned away from her.

"No way," Max said. Just then, Max's mother, Aki, walked into the room and smiled at the girls in their sashes with their dinosaurs tucked inside.

"Aww, what darling little pet carriers." She said cheerfully.

"They're pretty great, aren't they?" Ren asked.

"Max doesn't agree with us." Zoe huffed. Aki glanced down to the couch where her son was sitting and gave a little chuckle before she turned her attention back to Ren and Zoe.

"Well, you know how boys can be." She said.

"Hey!" Rex said. He disagreed with the girls, but other than the one statement, he's hardly said a word.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Max snapped his head around and asked his mother.

"Nothing." Aki gave Max a sweet smile then once again turned back to face Ren and Zoe. "Those remind me of one I used to have. I used one just like it to carry Max when he was younger." Aki said. Max froze up at the statement. How embarrassing.

"Oh really..." Zoe made eye contact with Max and sneered at him. "Who knew?"

"Well, what do you know?" Max snapped back. Ren walked over to sit on the arm of the sofa next to Rex. The siblings shared a glance with each other. They both knew how this was going to end.

"Here we go again." Rex sighed.

"Yup." Ren nodded.

"When Max got fussy, I'd put him inside and it would put him straight to sleep because of the heartbeat. It's a very calming sound for little babies." Aki said. Max turned back away from his mother and turned to Rex for support but Rex was talking to Ren about something completely irrelevant to the conversation.

"Why the heartbeat?" Zoe asked Aki.

"Because the first thing they hear before they're born is their mother's heartbeat, so it soothes them and tells them everything is going to be alright." Aki smiled at Zoe. Zoe returned the smile back to Aki.

"That makes sense!" She said. Paris yawned as she stretched in her carrier. Max began twiddling his thumbs waiting for his mother's rant about him to be over.

"It's hard to believe that when I look at him now, there was a time that Max fit in that sash," Aki said. Eventually, the talk about Max's mother gushing over old family memories got the attention of the Owen siblings. Since finding out she was adopted, Ren's been thinking about her real parents. She looked at Rex and they exchanged eye contact. Their real parents. Both siblings were on the same wavelength. "He was such a cute baby." Aski continued before looking to Max. "Oh! Sorry, am I embarrassing you?" Aki asked with a sweet smile. Ren slid off of the arm of the chair. He hands her jammed into her hoodie pockets. She was about to head upstairs to her and Rex's shared room. Rex glanced up at his sister. He understood where her mind was at. "Are you embarrassed?" Aki went on. He grabbed Max's cheeks and forged them into a smile. "Let's see you smile, Maximus!" Aki cheered. This got the attention of the other kids and prevented Ren from walking away from the conversation.

"Huh?" Rex summed up the other kids' thoughts.

"Maximus?" Zoe and Ren asked simultaneously with laughter hidden behind both of their questions. Aki let go of Max's cheeks. Max rubbed them after she let go.

"You promise you'd never call me that again." Max huffed. Aki walked between Rex and Ren.

"How about I make you kids some lunch now?" She asked.

"Sure, I'd be down for something to eat," Ren said.

"Sounds great, Mrs. Taylor," Rex added. Just as Aki walked off to make the kids some lunch, Rex's Dino Holder beeped. Ren leaned over her younger brother's should and gave him a smile.

"Duty calls." She said. Rex nodded at her and sprang up from the couch.

"Mrs. Taylor. Could we actually wait and hold off lunch for a little while?" Rex asked. Aki turned around and looked at Rex and the rest of the kids in confusion.

"Ok..." She mumbled.

Later in the D-Lab, Ren was the first one in front of the giant map as per usual. The others were gathered around and ready to hear where they were going this time for a dinosaur rescue. She pointed at the flashing red dot on the map.

"Looks like we're heading to Central Australia." The Owen sister told the rest of the D-Team. Reese walked up beside Ren.

"Yes. That specific location is also right near a place called Ayer's Rock." The scientist helped to inform.

"Ayer's Rock, also known as one of Australia's most recognizable landmarks! When the color of the sky changes at sunrise and sunset, day and night, the color of the rock changes along with it! Australia is also home to many unique plants and animals, some of which look prehistoric! While you're there kids, do you mind taking some pictures?" Dr. Taylor asked. Alas, the kids were already gone and have been since he began his monologue. Dr. Taylor sighed.

Already in Australia, the main Alpha Gang trio of Ursula, Zander, and Ed trod the dry and barren terrain. They had just crash-landed in a rocket after being brutally treated to act like dogs for Dr. Z until they're able to bring a dinosaur card back for Dr. Z. Gabriel wasn't currently with them as Dr. Z had sent the trio out before Gabe arrived at Zeta Point.

"Where in the world are we?" Ursula asked exhausted. The green-haired lady walked between the two boys and they all were dripping with sweat from the heat of the Australian sun. Zander held up a broken Alpha Scanner.

"The Alpha Scanner showed Australia before we crashed, but now it doesn't work." The tallest member of the trio told the other two. Ursula gritted her teeth at the news about the Alpha Scanner.

"Great, so we can't even call Zeta Point for help. Not like anyone cares enough about us to come to save us anyways." She hissed.

"Gabe might, but he can't get here without permission from Dr. Z to use one of his hovercrafts," Ed said.

"Even if he did get permission, it's not like he knows how to fly it." Zander sighed.

"I'm so thirsty, I could drink a mud puddle." Ed wailed.

"Oh yeah? Why don't I just buy you a soda at the next mini-mall." Ursula scoffed. She froze in place as a small creature ran up to her and stopped at her feet. "It's a frilled lizard. I have never seen one before." She said. The little lizard expanded its frill which gave it its name.

"Maybe it knows where the mini-mall is," Ed said optimistically. The lizard ran off as a bigger lizard stepped into view. The Alpha Gang screeched for a moment before calming down.

"That's a monitor lizard. This place is crawling with creatures!" Ursula exclaimed. The lizard began crawling off in its own direction.

"And each one that passes by just keeps getting larger," Zander added as he watched the monitor lizard go by. Heavy footsteps could be heard as the ground shook. The Alpha Gang trio watched the bipedal, giant lizard walk in front of them.

"I guess what they say is true. Everything is bigger in Austalia." Ursula said. The Alpha Gang took a few more steps forward to continue their quest for water. Ursula suddenly froze and looked at the giant lizard. "That's no lizard! That's a dinosaur!" She snapped.

"It's an Iguanodon!" Ed and Zander said simultaneously. The Iguanodon looked back at the Alpha Gang and motioned with its head off in a direction before walking off.

"Mmm... it's got a crick in its neck." Zander said bluntly.

"I think it's telling us to follow it," Ed said. Ursula heaved a heavy sigh.

"What do we have to lose?" She asked.

"Yeah, that's true." The boys replied.

The Alpha Gang followed the Iguanodon with low hopes. Their spirits got perked up when they realized where the giant reptile was leading them. The Alpha Gang trio stood in awe as they seen a massive oasis laid out in front of them.

"It's water! Beautiful water!" Ursula screeched in joy. She and the other two members of the original Alpha Gang trio ran out to the oasis to get their share of the watering hole. Ursula and zander immediately dove into the water. Ursula sat down and began playing in the cool, refreshing substance of life. Ed got down on his hand and knees and began gulping the water down by the mouthful. Zander swam peacefully as he glided through the water. The Iguanodon walked up behind the Alpha Gang and bent down to get its share of the water as well. Ursula looked up at the beast as it drank some of the water.

"Iguanodon... leading us here saved our lives," Ursula said softly. "Thank you."

Zander floated on his back towards Ursula. "Uh, are you sure it wasn't just a coincidence?" The lankiest member said. The Iguanodon lifted its head out of the water and looked at Ursula for a moment. Suddenly, the Iguanodon started licking Ursula's face.

"Hey, stop that! It tickles!" Ursula squealed. The Iguanodon stopped licking Ursula's face and started nuzzling it instead. Ursula gently held her hands to the sides of the Iguanodon's face and gently pet the dinosaur.

"It does seem to be pretty attached to you, Ursula. Maybe he thinks you're his mom or something." Zander said. The Iguanodon turned around and started walked away from the oasis.

"Now where is he going?" Ursula asked.

"Shouldn't we catch it before he leaves?" Ed asked.

"Of course we should catch it! We came here for a dinosaur, and here he is and all we have to do is turn him into a card, and we and quit being the Dr.'s dogs." Zander screeched and then wailed on the last part.

"But how do we do that when our Alpha Scanners are broken and there's no way to get any of our dinosaurs out there to fight him." Ursula looked at and asked Zander.

"You have a point there." Zander replied. Ursula looked back to the Iguanodon as the giant reptile was leaving and a small smile came across her face.

"I say we follow him. After all, he's brought us good luck so far." Ursula said. She ran after the Iguanodon laughing. She jumped up into the Iguanodon's back to ride it. "Well isn't this nice?" She asked.

"Hey, that looks a whole lot better than walking." Zander said.

"Yeah! All aboard the Iguanodon!" Ed cheered. The two boys raced to catch up with the Iguanodon. When they tried to hop onto it's back behind Ursula, the Iguanodon reared up making the boys crash into each other. Ursula looked down at then and smiled.

"He says there's no room for you two up here." She beamed. Ursula my eye contact with the Iguanodon and smiled. Could a dinosaur truly be Ursula's new best friend?

Gabriel was just arriving to Zeta Point to see Dr. Z furiously pressing buttons. The boy walked up to Seth. They briefly shared a moment of acknowledgment for going back and watching the doctor.

"What's his problem?" Gabe asked Seth. Dr. Z turned around.

"You want to know my problem? I've been trying to contact Ursula and those other three goons for hours! Why don't they answer?" Dr. Z hissed. The been screen showed Austalia with a red flashing dot and Ursula, Zander, and Ed's pictures and mini-screens next to each one. All three of theirs were fuzzy.

"It would appear their Alpha Scanners have been damaged." Seth answered. Dr. Z turned to face him.

"What?" The old man screeched.

"But without those, they can't catch any of the dinosaurs." Gabe told Seth. Seth nodded in response.

"Precisely." The taller, blue-haired dude said.

"Typical of those three idiots, going off on a mission with broken Alpha Scanners. When they come back, they won't even get dog food, they'll get lower than dog food!" Dr. Z yelled. Gabe tilted his head. Dog food?

"You mean if they come back." Seth interjected. Gabe and Dr. Z both turned to look at Seth. "The way you treat them, they may not return. I know I wouldn't."

Dr. Z sighed and turned his back on the two younger boys. "You're right, Seth. We better go after them."

"What?" Seth asked.

"I've been too hard on them. I've got to bring them home." Dr. Z wailed.

"You told them not to come back without a dinosaur card, didn't you?" Seth asked. Gabriel looked to Dr. Z. The boy knew he and the team of the Alpha Gang have been failing to capture the dinosaur cards recently, but sending those three out on a mission with broken Alpha Scanners, without himself, and something about dog food? That seemed pretty harsh. Dr. Z folded his arms.

"Yes, but who else would take in those three fools?" Dr. Z asked.

"You have a point there." Seth replied.

"And I'm going too, right?" Gabriel asked. Dr. Z turned to Gabriel.

"Of course! Now go!" Dr. Z hissed.

The D-Team, finally in Austalia found themselves at a small little petting zoo. Ren was trying to catch Ebony from chasing after a wallaby. Zoe was holding a koala. in her arms.

"Look, Rex! Isn't it cute?" Zoe asked snuggling the koala. Suddenly, a wallaby bounced between them, followed by Ebony, followed by Ren.

"Ebony! Stop chasing that wallaby!" Ren called and panted. She stopped running when she was in between Rex and Zoe. "I am too out of shape for this." Ren told her brother and her best friend. Rex and Zoe share a glance at each other and giggle.

"Well, Ren, it looks like Ebony is helping you out." Rex chuckled. Ren shot her brother a glare before she spotted another little dinosaur causing trouble with some wombats. "Hey Rex, I think Ace wants to do the same thing." Ren smirked. Rex quickly turned to see Ace chasing around a couple of wombats.

"Ace!" Rex called with a sigh and began to chase after his Carnotaurus. Zoe and Ren shared a giggle before Ren went back to chasing Ebony.

Meanwhile, Max was looking at some kangaroos with Chomp. They went up to a mother kangaroo with a joey in its pouch. Chomp had his eyes set on the pouch and tried to climb into the furry sack.

"No Chomp, that pouch isn't for yoU!" Max called and tried to pull his little Triceratops away from the pouch. Max really didn't need to try to do anything because the joey delivers several small jabs and punches to Chomp which made the dinosaur back off and fall over almost identical to what had happened earlier with Paris and the pet carrier sash.

Rex and Ren eventually got their dinosaurs under control. Ren decided to carry Ebony for the duration of the time they had left before they should really be heading off to find the dinosaur. Rex had gone and found some sugar gliders. The blonde-haired boy gently picked one up before bringing it over to Max, Zoe, and Ren.

"Look, guys. Even these tiny little sugar gliders have a pouch on their stomachs." Rex said. He fit a finger inside of the little creature's pouch for demonstration.

"No way!" Zoe exclaimed. "That is so cute!"

"Animals with pouches are called marsupials." Rex informed. "They're mostly extinct on other continents, but not here in Austalia. Animals here seem to have a unique evolutionary pattern."

"Wow." Zoe said.

"So a dinosaur walking around here may not seem too weird." Max said. Ren chuckled.

"I still think someone would freak if they saw a lizard bigger than them walking around or two or four feet or flying in the air." The long-haired blonde said.

Off somewhere on the continent of Austalia, the Alpha Gang trio were walking towards a small little village. Well, Ed and Zander were walking. Ursula was still riding on the back of the Iguanodon.

"Ow, my aching feet." Both Zander and Ed wailed at the same time.

Suddenly, there was a small crowd of people around the Alpha Gang trio. The locals seemed to be causing quite the ruckus to see the newcomers. The Alpha Gang were clearly confused about why they've been stopped and have attracted the attention of the locals of the small village.

"We never seen anybody riding atop a lizard before!" One of the locals told the Alpha Gang. Ursula's face fell at this statement.

"It's not really a lizard, you know it's a-" Ursula was cut off by some more of the locals.

"Wow!" A young girl exclaimed.

"They're lizard charmers!" said another local.

"Fantastic!" said a third. An elderly man walked up beside the first local to speak with a smile.

"We welcome you to our humble village, strangers." He said.

"Oh, well thank you." Ursula said.

"Come. Please follow me." The elderly man said.

Jump back to the D-Team who have now made their way to the base of Ayer's Rock. The four kids stood and stared up at the gigantic rock in awe and wonder.

"So this is the famous Ayer's Rock." Max said.

"It's huge!" Zoe exclaimed.

"Hard to believe it's all one big rock, isn't it?" Rex asked the rest of the D-Team. Ren turned to look at her brother.

"Um hello?" Ren said.

"What?" Rex replied.

"Aren't mountains basically the same exact thing?" Ren asked. Rex shook his head.

"Mountains are made up of smaller rocks stacked on top of each other. Ayer's Rock is actually one big sedimentary rock." Rex replied. Ren looked back up at the rock.

"Huh." She said. Rex lightly nudged Ren.

"I thought you were supposed to know geology." He said. He finally had knowledge where his sister didn't and yes, he was going to boast about it. Ren crossed her arms.

"I know where things are, not what they're made of." Ren replied.

"I say we climb it!" Max said excitedly. His eyes were still fixated on the giant rock. It was almost as if he completely zoned out during the siblings' little miniature rivalry.

"Max, we're here to look for that dinosaur." Zoe told the brunette. Ren shot a small glance to Zoe. The longer-haired girl wouldn't mind climbing the rock. It wouldn't be too much different from climbing a tree. Ren turned and looked back to the rock. But that would be one big tree.

"Right, so why don't we look for it from way up there?" Max asked. He pointed his index finger to the top of Ayer's Rock for emphasis. Zoe followed Max's finger.

"That's actually a good idea." The pink-haired girl stated. Rex looked defeated as Zoe gave in to Max's plan as he knew Ren would personally love climbing the rock. Ren put an arm around Rex's shoulder.

"Come on Rex, it'll be fun!" Ren told him.

On the top of Ayer's Rock, Zander and Ed were carrying coolers like backpacks on their backs that held bottles of water, ice cream, and tangerines. They groaned in the hot sun as so far, nobody has even stopped to talk to them to buy any of their products.

"Water for sale... Come and get your water..." Zander groaned tiredly.

"Frozen tangerines, and ice cream too!" Ed added exhaustedly. Suddenly, Zander couldn't take any more of this.

"How did we get stuck doing this crummy job while Ursula gets treated like royalty?" Zander hissed.

"It's not fair!" Ed added.

"Hey!" called a voice. "Watch what you say about Ursula." Zander and Ed turned to see two of the stronger men from the village that was hosting them. "Your boss loss say you rank below dogs and we can treat you any way we like!"

"So if you still plan on living in our village, mate, you both better plan on working." The other dude said. The two buffer men looked off in the distance to see Ursula sitting on a picnic blanket next to the Iguanodon and surrounded by other villagers who were giving her a feast to enjoy.

"We're living in the village?!" Both Zander and Ed exclaimed at the same time as they followed the other two's guys' gaze to look at Ursula like they're the twins from The Shining. Zander looked back at the two locals.

"Did Ursula say that?" He asked. The two locals turned back to face Zander and Ed.

"Yeah, she's quite amazing, she is. And the way that she communicates with that big lizard is beyond belief!" One of them told the two other members of the Alpha Gang trio who've begun to shake in their shoes. The two Alpha Gang members didn't want to stay in this village where they were treated just as bad, or even worse, than living on Zeta Point with Dr. Z.

"With Ursula living in our village, we'll always be safe." The second local said as he casted another look off of Ayer's Rock to the picnic his village was hosting below. He turned back to Zander and Ed. "So go on now and sell your things." The two locals then walked off to leave Zander and Ed defeated on what to do.

"I guess we don't have any choice." Zander sighed to Ed. Ed sniffled in response. "It seems like we'll have to perform tricks for them, or we won't get to eat." Zander finished.

"Like a couple of stray dogs." Ed agreed disheartened.

"Hey, excuse me. Can we have some water please?" A familiar voice two the two Alpha Gang members asked. However, the two boys didn't recognize it, but they both perked up immediately.

"Yes, of course!" The two Alpha Gang boys said. They turned towards their potential customers. They were both beamed so much, they had their eyes closed.

"How about some ice cream or fruit?" Ed asked. The two members of the Alpha Gang trio opened up their eyes and froze upon seeing who was on the rock with them. The four kids who were in front of them also froze.

"It's the Alpha Gang creeps!" Zoe spat at them.

"So the dinosaur must be nearby, right?" Rex asked them. Zander and Ed backed up from the kids.

"We don't know anything about no dinosaur. No dinosaurs around here!" The two exclaimed at the same time. It's a wonder if they might actually be the twins from The Shining. Anyway, the two boys threw off their cooler packs and bolted from the D-Team. The two boys just wanted to get away from the D-Team, that they weren't aware that they ran right over the edge of Ayer's Rock to land in some shrubbery below. The Alpha Scanners tumbled out of their pockets and upon hitting the ground, began beeping again.

The D-Team blinked after watching the two morons bolt straight off the side of Ayer's Rock. Max crossed his arms and shook his head from the sight.

"I guess those two will never learn to be smart." He said. The other three members of the D-Team nodded their heads in agreement with Max.

"I wonder where the old lady was." Ren told the others. Nearby, Ursula put down her food and scowled as she looked between the villagers.

"Ok, which one of you called me an old lady. Don't lie, I heard it!" Ursula snapped at them. All of the villagers around her put up their hands defensively.

"It wasn't us, Ursula!" One villager said.

"We promise!" said another.

"We would never!" a third one said.

Later in the evening, Ursula agreed to help some of the villagers clear their field of some of the large rocks that couldn't be moved without the help of a machine or stronger animal. Luckily for them, Ursula was being accompanied by a stronger animal that could help them out. The villagers supplied a rope that could be tied around the boulders that needed to be moved and have the loose end of the rope be pulled by Ursula's "giant lizard." Eventually, they've cleared all of the stone out of the area except for this last one.

"Just a little bit more now!" Ursula cheered on excitedly. "One big pull!" The Iguanodon pulled hard at the rope and just like all of the other rocks before it, the last boulder went tumbling down the hill clearing the rest of the field. Ursula pumped a fist in the air. "Yeah! That's the way!" She cheered.

"Fantastic!" The elderly villager told Ursula.

"Thanks to you, we can plant on this field!" One of the other villagers told Ursula. Ursula looked at them and beamed.

"Don't thank me, thank my friend here." Ursula said. The Iguanodon roared happily before it leaned in and nuzzled Ursula. "Oh, Iguano. You're just a big softie, aren't you?" Ursula asked.

Later in the evening as the sky began to shift in colors, Ursula took the Iguanodon to a small little hill that held a beautiful view of Ayer's Rock. A sudden feeling of guilt washed over Ursula as she looked to the Iguanodon. "I've never thought of them this way." Ursula said softly. "I just saw dinosaurs as only cards, not loving, living creatures." Ursula clenched her fist as she looked to the Iguanodon. Her fist relaxed before she spoke again.

"Maybe I'll stay here forever and never go back." Ursula said as she looked back to Ayer's Rock. Flashbacks of how poorly Dr. Z treated her at Zeta Point rushed through Ursula's head. "You're all dogs!" screamed flashback form of Dr. Z. Ursula looked down to the sandy ground before addressing Iguano.

"If I take you back you back to Dr. Z's laboratory, he'll treat you even worse than he treats the three of us." Ursula sighed. "You're definitely better off here." She said. The Iguanodon roared as it spotted something in the sky. Ursula looked up and froze as she laid her eyes open an Alpha Gang aircraft.

"What do you think you're doing, Ursula?" Seth hissed. Gabe clenched onto his seat in the passenger's side of the craft as Seth swooped in only a couple of feet above Ursula's head. Ursula instinctively ducked.

"Seth! Gabriel! No!" Ursula called to them. She had to protect Iguano with every bit of strength that she had.

"Capture the dinosaur already, Ursula! If you won't then I will!" Gabe called down as Seth swooped the aircraft around.

"No, wait! You don't understand!" Ursula called back to them. Seth released the top hatch so Gabe could jump out when the craft swooped towards the ground again. Gabe tucked and rolled as he was met with a small cloud of sand.

"Are you defying the Dr.'s orders?" Seth called back to Ursula as the top hatch closed. Ursula gritted her teeth.

"Yes! I am! I decided that I am going to stay right here!" Ursula hollered. Gabe got up and dusted himself off and looked at Ursula.

"Ursula, you don't mean that." Gabriel tried to reason. Ursula turned towards Gabe with clenched fists.

"Easy for you to say! You don't belong to him! He doesn't treat you like how he treats us!" Ursula snapped at the youngest member of the Alpha Gang capture team. Gabriel was taken back. He didn't know you to respond to that. "I've had enough of being treated like some sort of animal by Dr. Z! I'm never going back to that island again!" She screeched. At that moment, Zander and Ed showed up on the scene just in time to hear her say that.

"Ursula, please don't leave us!" They wailed. Author-Chan swears they're at least a reincarnation of the twins from The Shining. Ursula turned and looked at Zande and Ed. The two people that actually could understand where she was coming from. With a heavy sigh, Ursula turned her back on them.

"You guys can go back if you want. It's up to you." She told them. Ed and Zander looked at each other in a moment of shared silence and shock.

"I guess we have a choice to make." Zander told Ed.

"You choose. I always pick the wrong one." Ed said. Just then, Seth swooped over all of their heads again and flew around the dinosaur trying to distract it.

"Gabriel, do it now!" Seth ordered. Gabe nodded and pulled out his Alpha Scanner.

"Right." The youngest boy said. He took out his Olorotitan card. "Alpha Slash! Capture is on! Olorotitan, let's go!" A greenlight materialized in front of the Iguanodon as a battlefield formed around them. Odis roared at the Iguanodon.

"No, stop! Don't attack!" Ursula cried out. The Iguanodon freaked out from seeing Odis and having the aircraft flying around it. It went and ran towards the village and crashed into several houses, market stands and knocked several rocks over onto other buildings. Villagers scattered in fear and a few frozen from fear stopped to watch it.

"The lizard's gone mad!" The elderly member of the village said.

"Do something, Ursula!" another villager cried to Ursula.

"Ok." Ursula said. She turned towards the three boys. "Do something to make me look good!" She hissed.

"I got this." Gabe said. Seth flew over the battlefield again and a glint of something that was wedged in one of the rocks the Iguanodon pushed over caught his eye. A dinosaur card. "Odis! Now! Go!" Gabriel ordered his Olorotitian. Odis ran up to the Iguanodon and smacked it with his tail. The Iguanodon fell over onto its side.

"Did you have to hit him so hard?" Ursula snapped at Gabe. Gabe glanced off at Ursula before focusing back on the battle.

"Do you want the dinosaur card or not?" Gabe replied. The Iguanodon got back up and charged at Odis. Odis lowered his head and the two butted heads. Gabriel pulled out a move card. "Atomic Bomb!" Gabe hollered as he slashed the neutral-typed move card. Odis leaped into the air and curled himself into a ball and began spinning. Odis used himself as a projectile to slam into the Iguanodon's side. The Iguanodon went flying and thudded to the ground.

At this moment, the D-Team ran onto the scene. They were definitely late to the party as they saw the familiar Olorotitian battling against the dinosaur.

"It's an Iguanodon!" Max told the rest of the D-Team.

"Yeah, but Odis is going to beat it!" Rex said.

"Not if we can help it!" Both Ren and Zoe said at the same time. Both of the girls pulled out their stone and Dino Holder respectively while turning their dinosaurs into cards.

"Dino slash! Spring up, Parasaurolophus!" Zoe called.

"Dino swipe! Stegosaurus, let's rock and roll!" Ren yelled. Both the Parasaurolophus and the Stegosaurus rushed into the battlefield to help the Iguanodon.

"Oh no! Now the brats are involved!" Ed wailed.

"Two against one? This isn't fair! Lucky for us, this is working again!" Zander said as he pulled out his Alpha Scanner. "Alpha Slash! Blaze, Tyrannosaurus!" Zander slashed Terry's card and the Tyrannosaurus grew to full size and charged down Paris. Ebony turned to take on Odis. While the four dinosaurs were duking it out, Ursula took the opportunity to run out into the battlefield to check up on the Iguanodon.

"Oh Iguano, please be ok." She said and he stroked the side of the Iguanodon's face.

"Ursula, you have to get out of the way!" Zander called from across the battlefield to the green-haired lady. Ursula looked up just in time to see Terry knock Paris out of the way with his tail and charge straight for the Iguanodon. However, Ursula was stubborn and held her ground even as the fire elemental ran straight for her and Iguano.

"Oh yeah, you're not getting away from me that easy," Zoe said and pulled out a move card. "Metal Wing!" The pink-haired girl called. Three Pternodons came soaring out of the sky and soared towards Terry.

"Those birds are gaining on Terry!" Ed exclaimed. Right before Terry could make contact with the Iguanodon, the three Pteranodons make contact with him instead and throw the Tyrannosaurus off course. Ursula leaned into the Iguanodon, whom she could feel could not hang on any longer, as it turned into a soft green light and transformed into a card. The card floated down in front of Ursula as it handed in her hands. She stood in a moment of silence.

"I'll take care of you." She finally said softly.

However, the battle was still raging on as Pteranodons soared through the sky and circled Terry, who was still on the ground, and Odis and Ebony swinging tails, dodging, or butting heads. The two dinosaurs put their all into the fight.

"Terry's energy is really low," Ed told Zander. Gabe overheard the comment and glanced at them.

"Odis back down for a moment," Gabriel ordered his Olortitan. Both Ren, Zoe, and even Ebony were confused as the Olortitan stepped back from Ebony.

"What?" Ren asked Gabe. However, it made sense when Gabe smirked and pulled out a move card.

"Nature's Blessing!" Gabe called. "Restore Terry back to full energy!" Gabe said. Zoe never glared at and hated anyone more than in that particular moment. He stole that card from her. That dirty, stealing, cheating rat! A storm of leaves encased Terry and soon, the Tyrannosaurus had a faint glowing green light around him as he stood back up on his feet. Terry emitted a powerful roar stating that he was back to full strength and ready to battle.

"This isn't good," Ren said blatantly.

"Tail Smash!" Zander called swiping a move card. Terry roared. The Tyrannosaurus focused on each one of the Pteranodons. Each time one of them flew in close, Terry smacked it straight out of the air with his tail. The Pteranodons turned green and merged back into their move card.

"Definitely not good." Zoe agreed with Ren asked she picked up the move card. Terry rushed towards Paris and rammed into the side of the Parasaurolophus.

"Terry, Neck Crusher!" Zander called eagerly as he swiped the move card. Terry ducked under Paris's belly and launched her into the air. When Paris fell back down again, Terry smacked her across the battlefield like a baseball. Paris turned green and back into her card. Zoe immediately rushed out to the field to grab Paris's card.

"Ready to go, Chomp?" Max asked his Triceratops.

"You too, Ace?" Rex asked his Carnotaurus. The two boys turned their dinosaurs into cards.

"Dino Slash!" They both called at the same time.

"Go, Triceratops! ROAR!" Max called.

"Carnotaurus, blow them away!" Rex called. Soon the two dinosaurs were out on the battlefield and ready to face off against Terry. Meanwhile, Ebony was still fighting against Odis. Ren pulled out the manmade cardholder extension that was attached to her stone. A purple light fluttered around her hands and the stone until the card Ren was thinking about hovered out of the arrangement of move cards.

"Mole Attack, let's go!" Ren said as she ran the move card over the top of the stone. Ebony burrowed her way into the ground. Odis looked around for any signs of where the Stegosaurus could possibly pop out from. Ebony popped out from underneath the Olorotitan and knocked him into the air. Odis landed with a crash and turned back into a card. Gabe walked over and picked up his dinosaur's card.

"You guys ready to check out this move card I found in the card-folio the other day?" Max asked as he raised up his Dino-Holder. yellow light swirled around it and selected the card Max had in mind. Max excitedly slashed the card. He leaped into the air and did a frontflip while slashing the card as he yelled, "Thunder Bazooka!"

"Show off," Rex muttered with a chuckled behind it.

Chomp ran before he leaped into the air spinning towards Terry. Chomp's horns suddenly had a spark between them. Almost instantly afterward, bolts of electricity surrounded Chomp and made the Triceratops look like a twirling, electrical comet. Chomp made contact with Terry. but thanks to the boost from Nature's Blessing, the Tyrannosaurus still stood.

"My turn!" Rex called. The blonde-haired boy held up his Dino-Holder as a light blue light whizzed around it until the card in his mind was selected. Rex slashed the move card. "Ninja Attack!" Rex called. Ace ran quickly as the Carnotaurus seemed to multiply. The multiple Aces circled Terry and one by one ran into the Tyrannosaurus. Terry roared before he turned into a red light before transforming back into his card.

"I got you, Terry!" Ed called as he ran after the Tyrannosaurus card and caught it as it floated down to the ground.

The battlefield disappeared with the D-Team's victory over the Alpha Gang. Max, Rex, and Ren returned their dinosaurs back into cards before all four of them brought their dinosaurs out in their chibi forms. Unbeknown to everybody else, Seth had landed his aircraft and was examining the dinosaur card he had found. The blue-hair teen picked up the dinosaur card. It was another grass-crested card.

"Pterodactyl," Seth said to himself as he picked up the card.

Nearby, the Alpha Gang were celebrating the capture of the Iguanodon by Ursula. Seth sighed as he climbed into his aircraft and started it up.

"Hey, you can't leave without us!" The Alpha Gang quartette yelled to Seth. They managed to cling onto the runners of the aircraft as it began to lift off of the ground. The Alpha Gang made contact with the D-Team as the younger of the two were stuck and couldn't do anything to get that Iguanodon card back. Ursula looked down at the Iguanodon card in her hand.

"My sweet Iguano," Ursula thought, "I can't take you with me. You deserve better than this." With a heavy heart, Ursula let go of the Iguanodon card. The card fluttered back down towards the sandy ground of Australia.

"Oh, oops. Look at that. I dropped the card." Ursula said.

"What?" Zander, Ed, and Gabe hissed.

"How could you?" Zander asked demandingly.

"Now we have to go back to dog bones!" Ed wailed.

"What was the whole story on that again?" Gabe asked.

"I'm sorry." Ursula told the boys.

As the Iguanodon card fluttered back down to the ground, it landed in the hands of none other than Max Taylor. She beamed as he looked at it.

"Alright! We got the Iguanodon card!" He cheered.

"Can we really count this as a win? They dropped it." Ren pointed out.

"Who cares? We still got the card." Rex replied.

"True." Ren agreed.

Up in the aircraft, Seth had let the quartette climb inside for safer passage back to Zeta Point. The three boys were furious with Ursula for dropping the Iguanodon card.

"I can't go back to speaking doggish! It hurts my brain!" Ed told Ursula.

"And I can't stretch out inside my doghouse!" Zander added. Gabe still didn't understand the whole situation with that as he turned around in the passenger's seat beside Seth and shook his head in disbelief.

"What other choice do we have? No other villains are hiring, I've checked." Ursula said. Ed and Zander both groaned and wailed at the news. "We'll just tell Dr. Z that there was no card in Australia," Ursula said. Gabe felt a poke on her shoulder. He turned and was shocked to see that Seth was discretely showing him a Pterodactyl card.

"Where did you-" Gabe asked before he was cut off but Seth making a motion to stay quiet as the elder one of the two put the card back away in his pocket. Gabe just turned back to look out the front windshield of the aircraft. So there was another card in Australia?

Weird.
