A new restaurant had just opened near the hometown of the D-Team. The whole team including Dr. Taylor and Reese along with Aki are waiting in a very long line that winds down the street.

"This is quite a long line for a restaurant," Aki said.

"At this rate, we'll end up ordering dinner instead of lunch," Reese added.

"Apparently we weren't the only ones who've heard about this place on the news last night," Dr. Taylor told the rest of the group.

"Well, it's not often that Johnny Cook, the travelling chef makes an appearance in Chinatown," Rex said with a smile recounting the commercial that was playing on the television in the news last night. The man looked super familiar like several other minor characters that have appeared throughout the story, but no one could really place where they have seen him before.

"He always seems to be following my adoptive family around. Every time we moved, not long later, he'd move to the same place," Ren said with Ebony in her arms. The rest of the gang looked at Ren in surprise.

"You've had his food before?" Zoe asked.

"What does it taste like? You need to tell us!" Max urged.

"Well, everyone seems to have a different experience with Johnny Cook's food, but his crab and egg fried rice is always a hit," Ren said, setting Ebony down on the ground with the other dinosaurs. "Personally, I've been trying something new every time, so I'd never grow tired of it," Ren replied.

"Well, I've heard that his famous crab and egg fried rice is supposed to be incredible. I can't wait!" Max cheered.

"Oh fresh baked crab encased in a perfect, golden layer of egg. I've been dreaming about it all night! It's going to taste so good!" Zoe proclaimed.

"Cut it out. Just talking about it's going to make me even hungrier!" Max scolded Zoe. Unknowingly to them, down by their feat, even the dinosaurs were smelling the scents of the food wafting through the air and on their own decided to run off and investigate. "I think even Chomp, Ace, Ebony, and Paris are looking forward to having some too," Max said without looking down at where the dinosaurs were.

"Speaking about which, where are they?" Ren asked pointing to the spot she had just placed down Ebony alongside the other three.

"Oh no," Rex said.

"What if they snuck inside?" Zoe asked. The kids immediately split off from Dr. Taylor, Aki, and Reese to go locate their dinosaurs.

Rex found Ace standing on a table inside the restaurant hovering over a plate of someone's food, while the girl at the table cowered back. Rex hurriedly snatched his Carnotaurus.

"Ace! I'm sorry about him, I really am," Rex said as he took Ace back to their place in line.

Zoe found Paris in front of a little girl that was bending down and reaching out a hold to the Parasaurolophus, attempting to pet it. Zoe swooped in quickly to pick up the dinosaur.

"Sorry, she doesn't do well with strangers," was Zoe's excuse.

Max found Chomp in the back part of the restaurant where all the ingredients are stored and one of the workers asking the Triceratops if he was on the menu.

"You don't want to eat him; he doesn't taste very good," Max said quickly, pushing through to pick up the dinosaur.

Ren found Ebony back in the kitchen walking along the countertops and walking towards the hot stovetops. Ren rushed over to the Stegosaurus to grab her before she stepped on the hot surface.

"Sorry, I should've kept a better eye on her," Ren told the kitchen staff.

Shortly after, the D-Team, Dr. Taylor, Aki, and Reese were seated at a table. The kids practically had to smuggle their dinosaurs inside and hide them underneath the table.

"Don't wander off like that again you guys," Max told the dinosaurs.

"Yeah, you could get into big trouble," Rex added.

"Or get us in big trouble," Zoe commented.

"Then if that happens, we'd have to leave the restaurant," Ren said. The kids all sat back in their respective seats before a waitress came over with their plate of food. The D-Team and Spike thanked the waitress and waited until she left to scrap some of their food together for the dinosaurs.

"Where did Mrs. Taylor and Reese go?" Rex asked.

"To the bathroom," Ren replied, getting ready to pick up her silverware and dig in.

"I sure wish they'd hurry up," Dr. Taylor said with a watering mouth.

"Oh, I'm sure they wouldn't mind if we'd start eating without them," Max told his father. "And now,"

"Let's chow down!" All five of them said in unison. However, little did the D-Team know, that back in the kitchen, Johnny Cook, picked up a rather large egg for cooking. Except that when he cracked it, two fire alimented cards floated out of the capsule and towards the fire of the stove. A Mapusaurus burst through the wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room. Immediately, civilians got up and ran for their lives, abandoning plates, amongst plates of food. Shrieks began to fill the air as the dinosaur stopped its way through the restaurant. The D-Team ducked and the kids grabbed their dinosaurs from underneath the table just before the Mapusaurus stopped on and crushed the table that they were sitting at before bursting through another wall and being free of the enclosed space.

"A Mapusaurus!" Dr. Taylor exclaimed.

"And it knocked my gold crab and egg fried rice onto the floor!" Max growled.

"Forget it, Max," Zoe told him.

"Yeah, we have to stop it before it goes ramped in the city!" Ren said. The that, the kids and Dr. Taylor rushed after the Mapusaurus to try and stop it from destroying everything in its path. At the exact moment they left, Reese and Aki walked out of the bathroom, seeing the restaurant in disarray.

"My goodness. What could have ever happened here?" Aki asked as she glanced around the now empty restaurant with smashed table and broken plates, and crumbled walls.

The Mapusaurus launched several fireballs on the town, making citizens scramble for their lives and they tried not to be hit by the burning spheres. The Mapusaurus then decided to burst through another set of walls, making a pathway for itself straight through a building. The D-Team was just catching up with it.

"We have to hurry and get it back into its card," Zoe told her teammates. The siblings nodded in almost perfect unison. However, Max was more fired up than that.

"Yeah, and it damaged my lunch! I didn't even get a bite of my crab and egg fried rice," The brunette grumbled. "Let's go, Chomp," Max told the Triceratops as he pulled out his dino holder and began pressing buttons on it to turn Chomp back into his card. The orange dinosaur glowed yellow before transforming into a card in Max's hand. "Dino slash! Go, Triceratops, ROAR!"

Chomp transformed into his full-sized form and huffed a hefty breath from his nostrils as he padded a foot against the ground, already waiting to charge down the dinosaur that ruined lunchtime. It seems like Max wasn't the only one who was angry that his lunch had gotten interrupted.

"Alright, Chomp, now go take down that Mapusaurus," Max ordered his dinosaur. Chomp began charging at the building that the Mapusaurus was standing on the other side of through the pathway the fire dinosaur had made for itself. However, a scent had caught the Triceratops' attention and deterred him from his mission.

"What? Chomp! Where you going?" Max called after his Triceratops. A big crate of lettuce lured the herbivore away from the Mapusaurus.

"That building must be some kind of food storage," Ren said.

"It's up to us now, Ace," Rex said as he began pressing buttons on his dino holder. Blue began to blow a light blue before being transformed into a card in Rex's hand. "Dino slash! Go Carnotaurus, blow them away!" The blonde-haired boy called as he ran the dinosaur card through the slot on the handheld machine. Ace grew full sized from out of the card and began to run after the Mapusaurus. Similar to Chomp, Ace too was deterred by the scent of food as the Carnotaurus found an assortment of meat hanging on the opposite wall from Chomp's lettuce.

"They're as hungry as us, this won't be easy," Rex sighed. Zoe pulled out her dino holder and began pressing buttons at the same time that Ren pulled out her stone and began turning the dial on the front.

"Go! Dino slash! Spring up, Parasaurolophus!"

"Dino swipe! Stegosaurus, let's rock and roll!"

The Mapusaurus turned around to face the two newest dinosaurs that have appeared and that were heading towards it. It bent back its head before firing more of its fireball-like attack at Paris and Ebony. However, both Paris and Ebony dodged the incoming attacks, and the flames instead hit the lettuce and the meat that Chomp and Ace were just about to devour. The food was scorched, and nothing more than ashy remains. The two hungry dinosaurs roared with fury in their eyes and their bellies.

Gabriel was helping Seth out in his lab, studying up on the way taht all of Seth's inventions work. He had been taking an interest to what Seth does for the Alpha Gang and admired all of the hard work Seth does to help make sure that things run smoothly. There were so many machines that Gabriel hadn't even seen before, and they almost looked futuristic.

Meanwhile, Seth was doing some work at a computer with a holographic screen as large as a television. Unknown calculations were being punched into the keyboard quickly. Suddenly, a pop-up screen appeared with a world map and a red, blinking light.

"Another dinosaur I take it?" Gabriel walked up next to Seth, looking at the map.

"Indeed," Seth replied. "Rod! Laura! Come look." The two children soon filtered into the laboratory and looked up at the screen. "There, another dinosaur sighting."

"Alright," Rod said.

"Let's go!" Laura cheered enthusiastically.

"Looks like I'm with you two again. Lucky me," Gabriel smiled at his newest work companions.

"Rod and Laura reporting for Alpha Gang duty!" The two younger kids saluted Seth.

"Good luck, you three," Seth said sending the trio out on their way to capture the dinosaur. The three hopped inside of a ship with Gabriel as the main driver and the other two having panels that oversaw the ship's vitalities such as fuel, speed, and distance in the air.

"Ready?" Gabriel asked.

"All good to go!" Laura chirped.

"Let's do this," Rod said with smug confidence.

"Alright, hang on tight," Gabriel told the two other kids as he started up the ship. The engines roared to life as the aircraft began to lift off of the ground. A space in the lab opened up for the ship to take off from and soon, they were airborne and heading off to Chinatown to collect the dinosaur.

Meanwhile in Dr. Z's bedroom, Ed was reading a bedtime story to him as Zander was rubbing his feet. The room was decorated with various dinosaur plushies and wallpaper. It looked as if though the room could've belongs to a 5-year-old.

"And then the big, bad wolf said to the little pig, 'I'll huff, and I'll puff, and I'll blow your house in,'" Ed read from the book to Dr. Z.

"Why didn't he use a dinosaur to knock the house down?" Dr. Z asked furiously. "How does he expect to catch a bunch of pigs by blowing on them? This is the dumbest story I've ever heard!"

"Most people know the story and don't tend to question the wolf's strategy you know," Zander said, still rubbing Dr. Z's feet. Suddenly, the old scientist kicked Zander right on the side of his face.

"You're supposed to be rubbing my foot, not tenderizing a steak!" Dr. Z yelled. Just then, Ursula arrived in the room wielding a cart with a singular dinosaur-shaped bowl filled with porridge.

"Dr. Z, I have a delicious lunch here for you! There you go!" Ursula said as she pulled out her best customer service smile and tone of voice. Dr. Z turned his nose at it.

"I don't want it," He proclaimed. "Every day it's the same boring thing. I want something new. I want a corndog!" Dr. Z shook his fist in the air. Ursula could do nothing but groan at her boss's behavior.

"Stop whining like a little child," a heavily accented voice said as the figure of the housekeeper stood in the doorway.

"I can't help it, how am I supposed to be getting better if my food doesn't make me happy," Dr. Z continued to pout to Helga. Helga thought hard for a singular moment.

"Alright then, I'll give you a special topping on your porridge," she said sternly. Helga walked up to Dr. Z and the bowl of porridge.

"Okay..." Dr. Z said hesitantly. Helga reached into her pocket and pulled out a singular boiled radish and dropped it on the top of the porridge.

"A boiled radish!" Dr. Z celebrated by throwing his hands into the air. "Thank you! Thank you!" Helga picked up the spoon that was lying next to the bowl of porridge and dished out a spoonful and shoved it in Dr. Z's face.

"Now eat," she said. Dr. Z clamped his mouth around the spoon and swallowed the porridge.

"Mmmm so good," Dr. Z said with a satisfied smile. Ursula, Zander, and Ed could do nothing but stand and stare with utter disbelief.

Rod, Laura, and Gabriel were just coming over Chinatown and flying low so they could make a quick landing once they have spotted the dinosaur.

"Look, there's the dinosaur," Rod said pointing to the Mapusaurus as it looks around the new area of the town it had just ventured to.

"Set us down, Gabe!" Laura cheered. Gabriel started hitting buttons as he prepared for a landing.

"You getting this, Seth?" Gabriel asked as live video footage was being sent from the ship back to Seth in his lab. Seth observed the dinosaur through his holographic screen.

"A Mapusaurus," Seth said. Just then Ursula, Zander, and Ed walked into his lab to try and get some distance away from Dr. Z.

"Dr. Z's been more unreasonable than ever if possible," Zander groaned.

"He even criticized by bedtime story," Ed said defeatedly.

"We can use a mission just to get away from him," Ursula said. Just then, she looked up and noticed Seth's holographic screen with the dinosaur on full display. "Hey, why didn't you say that there was a dinosaur, Seth?"

"Oh. Well, this Mapusaurus has only just appeared in Chinatown," Seth lied to Ursula to try and cover up the fact that he had already sent out Rod, Laura, and Gabriel to retrieve it.

"No way! Chinatown? As in the Chinatown?" Ursula asked suddenly full of energy.

"Who cares about the location, this is our chance to get away from Dr. Z!" Zander told Ursula.

"I know, but when I hear Chinatown, all I can think about it a big plate of squid jerky," Ursula said daydreaming about the snack.

"How are my dear grandchildren, Helga?" Dr. Z asked the housekeeper. "I'm assuming you make sure that they stay caught up with their homework?"

"They have done no homework for days now," Helga replied.

"What?!" Dr. Z exclaimed.

"Seth has been sending them out on mission to catch dinosaurs for you alongside Gabriel almost every day lately," Helga informed Dr. Z.

"That's what Ursula, Zander, and Ed are supposed to do! Why's Gabriel with those two instead?" Dr. Z replied angrily.

"So, these missions are not on your orders, Doctor?" Helga asked with her brows furrowed.

"Of course not!" Dr. Z yelled.

"Right, of course not," Helga replied with a contemplating tone in her voice.

The Mapusaurus slid into another street as the D-Team and their dinosaurs were starting to get caught up with it with Chomp and Ace hastily leading the charge.

"Chomp and Ace look angrier than usual," Zoe observed.

"You'd be angry too if you found a great meal and then somebody scorched it right in right of you," Rex told Zoe.

"That's nothing, Chomp! I lost out on a great bowl of fried rice that I've been looking forward to for a long time, ya know," Max grumpily said.

"Can we drop that already? We need to focus on the dinosaur," Ren told Max.

"Well, that's easy for you to say, you've had it before!" Max retorted back at the blonde-haired girl.

"Will we ever hear the end of it?" Zoe asked Rex.

"I'm with Ren, can't we just focus on dinosaurs for now?" Rex questioned. Ace charged in at the Mapusaurus, and seemingly just bounced right off of it. Chomp raced in and the Mapusaurus turned and smacked Chomp away with its tail, sending Chomp flying through the air.

"Oh no! Are you okay, Chomp?" Max asked.

Just then Rod, Laura, and Gabriel were about to join in on the fight, but a scent of fresh food caught the nose of Rod and Laura.

"That smells good!" Laura said.

"Uh huh, let's go check it out!" Rod said.

"Wait you two!" Gabriel tried to stop them. "We're here to catch the dinosaur!" But Gabriel's words fell on deaf ears as the siblings followed their noses. With a sigh, Gabriel reluctantly followed just to make sure that they weren't getting themselves into any trouble.

In another part of Chinatown, a large aircraft came crashing down from the sky. Tumbling out of the once airborne ship came Ursula, Zander, and Ed. The three coughed through the smoke of the crashed vehicle as the made their way down to the sidewalk.

"Another perfect landing," Ed said.

Like any good crew out searching for a dinosaur, the three Alpha Gang members decide to sneak into the back of a restaurant for some snacks. They were specifically looking for some squid jerky for Ursula. The trio rummaged around but weren't finding a thing.

"A kitchen like this has to have some squid jerky somewhere," Ursula huffed.

"I found some cheese that smells like feet, would that work?" Zander mumbled mainly to himself. All of a sudden, Ursula held up a large piece of squid jerky as long as her arm span.

"Jackpot!" she cheered holding it proudly into the air above her head. "I found some and it's huge!"

"Well that 'oughta keep you fed for a while," Zander commented.

"I just thought of something. We should bring it back and share some with Dr. Z," Ursula told the boys. Suddenly, the squid jerky got snatched out of her hands by a hungry Mapusaurus that was passing through the restaurant. As Ursula crumbpled to her knees and began crying over her lost squid jerky, Zander and Ed watched as the D-Team passed behind Ursula.

"What's this old lady doing in the way?" Zoe asked, pushing past Ursula on the ground. Ursula's face suddenly went red with anger.

"Who are you calling old?" she hissed.

"She didn't mean you!" Zander piped up instantly.

"Yeah! She meant the other old lady crying over squid," Ed terribly lied.

"Now that you mention it, we need to find another one," Ursula said full of renewed energy as she dashed off to find more squid jerky.

Meanwhile, Rod, Laura, and Gabriel stumbled upon Johnny Cook's destroyed restaurant, but he was still creating dishes at a stovetop as if nothing had happened.

"Yummy!" Laura said, sniffing the air.

"Let's go see what he's making," Rod told his sister, who nodded eagerly in response.

"Guys, I don't think this is what we should be focusing on right now," Gabriel complained to the younger sibling duo. Alas, Rod and Laura walked ahead without him, leaving him to reluctantly follow them once more. Rod and Laura peered over the famous chef's shoulders.

"Hey, is that crab and egg fried rice?" Rod asked excitedly.

"Looks super tasty!" Laura said with a bright smile. Suddenly, more of the restaurant's walls burst inward, but this time it wasn't the dinosaur. It was Helga.

"Isn't that Helga?" Gabriel pointed at the nanny of Zeta Point. The two siblings looked over.

"Oh hey, Helga," Rod gave her a nervous smile.

"What are you doing here?" Laura asked.

"Gabriel, Dr. Z is wanting you to rejoin the other three. Rod, Laura, it's time to get back to your studies. Come with me," Helga sternly told the trio.

"Awww," Rod and Laura said.

"Come on," Gabriel added.

"Please Helga, we can't go until we tasted this crab and egg fried rice. Please?" Laura tried to barter.

"When we get home, I'll make you my crab and egg fried rice which is far superior anyways," Helga stood her ground. This statement caught the ears of Johnny Cook.

"What? Do you actually think you can outcook Johnny Cook?" the famous chef questions Helga. "I think you have that bun of yours pulled to tight if that's what you claim. You leave me no other choice than to challenge you to a duel."

The Mapusaurus was still running away from the D-Team and their dinosaurs with the D-Team hardly not gaining on the fire dinosaur at all.

"Guys, I think we should split up and surround Mapusaurus," Rex suggested.

"Good idea," Max told Rex. The Mapusaurus continued to run straight ahead. There was a four-way intersection in the road coming up.

"This is our chance! Now!" Ren told the others. The D-Team split up. Rex continued to follow the Mapusaurus with Ace from behind. Max and Chomp split off to the left. Zoe, Ren, Paris, and Ebony hoping for Zoe and Paris to get ahead of the Mapusaurus while Ren and Ebony stayed on the right side of it.

"Zoe!" Rex called out to his pink-haired friend as he continued to race behind the Mapusaurus.

"Leave it to me!" she said appearing out of a side street ahead of the Mapusaurus, successfully blocking of the bipedal's route.

"Alright, good luck!" Rex told her.

Back at the restaurant, Helga and Johnny Cook's duel has commenced. Both chefs were cooking away side by side. Johnny Cook glanced over at Helga to see how his competition was doing to see if she was just all talk. However, his expectations did not match up with reality as Helga was doing rather well.

"How did she learn to handle a wok like that? Look at her go! It's possible that she might actually know what she's doing. She's like a machine. I could be in trouble after all," Johnny Cook thought to himself. Johnny Cook reached down to turn up the flame on the stove as he noticed that his flame was getting small.

"I think we may be running out of gas for the fire," he said aloud. Helga went to turn up the heat on her stove, but she had the same problem.

"What trick are you trying to pull? I need a much larger flame," she scowled. Little did they know, the Mapusaurus was just outside, and it shot its fireball attack at both Paris and Ace, both attacks missing their targets.

"Fire! I need more fire!" Johnny Cook yelled. Suddenly one of the missed fireball attacks landed right on the stove. Now Johnny Cook and Helga were on fire, literally! "That's more like it!"

"Frankly I could use even more," Helga said. Soon both dishes were done and presented to the three kids. "Enjoy children."

"Enjoy mine even more," Johnny Cook said.

"Wow this looks great!" Rod, Laura, and Gabriel all said in unison. "Today is our lucky day."

Now the Mapusaurus was completely surrounded. The Carnotaurus in the back, the Parasaurolophus in the front, the Triceratops on the left, and the Stegosaurus on the right. The Mapusaurus glanced around at the dinosaurs that were ganging up on it.

"Now, there's no getting away," Max said as he held out his dino holder in front of him preparing to select a move card. "So now all I've got to do now is get you back into your card and I can go ea-" Max pressed a wrong button on his dino holder, and his move cards fluttered everywhere around him. Max hastily began to pick them up.

"Max!" Zoe said with an irritated tone in her voice.

"We don't got time for this, Tri Horns!" Ren called over to him.

"I know, I'm picking them up as fast as I can!" Max called to his teammates. Just then, the Mapusaurus was able to throw Chomp off his feet, and bound over Max and run off. "Hey! You're not getting away after you took my rice from me!"

Another aircraft was just coming into Chinatown. It was piloted by Seth. He wanted to make sure that his Alpha Gang trio were staying on the hunt for the dinosaur and that Helga wasn't going to interfere with his mission. He was going to take the precaution if it meant any means necessary.

"Alright! We're ready to decide!" Laura cheered as soon as both plates of food were cleared and the three had time to discuss who's was the best.

"While both were great," Rod continued.

"The winner is," Gabriel leaned into the suspension.

"Helga and her wok of fury!" The three announced much to Johnny Cook's surprise.

"Now, Rod and Laura, it's time for us to head home and for Gabirel to find Ursula and the others," Helga told them.

"Awww," Rod and Laura said with disappointment, but began walking anyways. Gabriel followed them just to see them out.

"I don't understand. How could I have lost?" Johnny Cook asked himself.

"Take a bite and see for yourself," Helga said, offering the famous chef a plate of her crab and egg fried rice. Johnny Cook dipped in a spoon and took a bite.

"Incredible!" Johnny Cook exclaimed before dropping the spoon on the floor and kneeling before Helga. "I surrender my spatula. I have been defeated."

"Rod. Laura. Gabriel," A stern voice said from behind the trio as they walked towards the aircraft they came in on. The trio turned around to see Seth.

"Oh hey!" Rod greeted.

"Hey, Seth," Gabriel acknowleged.

"Where are you three going?" Seth asked them.

"Helga said we have to go home now and get back to our studies," Laura told Seth.

"And that I need to rejoin Ursula and the others," Gabriel added.

"I'll explain the situation to Helga. You three focus on Mapusaurus," Seth told them.

"Alright!" The three of them cheered. They all ran off just as Helga was coming out of the restaurant. Seth took once glance at her.

"Let's talk,"

"Metal Wing!" Zoe called as her slashed the move card. Three Pteranodons came flying out of the sky, hurling themselves towards Mapusaurus. The fire dino was hit and it stumbled backwards once being hit.

Max held one of his move cards in his hands. "Thunder Bazoo-"

"Not so fast!" Three voices called, making Max get thrown off his game. The D-Team looked over and there were Rod, Laura, and Gabriel who were just getting caught up with the Mapusaurus.

"Not you guys again," Rex said.

"We just had the most delicious food ever," Rod boasted.

"And now we're ready to go!" Gabirel said.

"We're going to catch our dinosaur!" Laura said with a smile. "Alpha Slash! Let's do it, Tank!"

"Alpha Slash! Let's go, Spiny!" Rod said.

"Alpha Slash! We've got this, Odis!" Gabriel told his Olorotitan as he summoned him. All three of the Alpha Gang dinosaurs were now on the battlefield and ready to fight.

"Don't you guys have anything better to do?" Ren asked.

"Like stay out of our way?" Zoe added.

"Anyways, that dinosaur isn't yours, it's ours!" Rex told them.

"That's right! And we gotta capture this dinosaur now so we can get back to the restaurant for our crab and egg fried rice!" Max scowled.

"What a coincidence," Rod suddenly said.

"That's what we just ate," Laura told the D-Team.

"And it was the best meal we've ever eaten, right you two?" Gabirel asked the younger two kids by his side.

"Oh yeah?" Max asked with a new burning rage. Chomp roared with the same fury beside him. The trio of Alpha Gang members took a small step back.

"What's wrong with you?" Laura asked.

"You had crab and egg fried rice and I haven't even tasted it yet?!" Max asked with the anger building up inside of him. "That is the last straw!" He yelled. At the same time, Chomp roared.

"Take it easy you two!" Rex tried to deescalate the situation.

"Max and Chomp grow more similar every day," Zoe told Ren, who just nodded in stunned silence that Max was this worked up over rice.

"That does it!" Max roared as he took the move card that he had in his hand and slashed it through the slot on his dino holder. "Thunder Bazooka!" Chomp charged towards Spiny, Tank, and Odis before leaping into the air. Chomp twirled in the air, almost becoming like a drill as electricity swirled around him. The Triceratops rammed into Spiny, Tank, and Odis all in one hit, sending the Alpha Gang dinosaurs flying into the building behind them one after the other. All three of them began to glow their respectful colors per the element they are and turned back into their cards without putting up much of a fight.

"Chomp just took them all down at once!" Zoe exclaimed. Where her eyes deceiving her? Ren could hardly believe her eyes either.

"I guess this just goes to show, don't even get between Max or Chomp and their food," she said.

"It's a dangerous gamble," Rex added onto his sister's statement.

"Woah, that was fast," Rod commented.

"The battle's over already?" Laura asked disappointedly.

"That squirt's really fired up more than usual," Gabriel told Rod and Laura.

"You don't know what you're talking about. Rod, Laura, and Gabriel have been sent out on these missions as a team by Dr. Z himself with instructions to capture dinosaurs," Seth told Helga. "To interfere with that for the sake of homework is to directly disobey his orders."

"That's a nice story, Seth, but I happen to know that it is you who is disobeying orders. Dr. Z told me himself that he never sent the children out on those missions," Helga retorted. Seth looked shocked to hear that Helga had figured it out that Dr. Z hadn't been sending out Rod and Laura at all. "Protecting Rod and Laura is my primary function, and you are using them for your own premises. I'm taking them both home immediately and then Gabriel can assist the other three who have the orders to capture the dinosaurs. Goodbye." Helga turned her back to Seth and began to walk away to go find Rod and Laura.

Suddenly, electricity ran up and down Helga's body as Seth hit her with what appeared to be a stun cane. It began to override Helga's functions as she began to shut down. Her brown eyes dulled down as a sign that she was no longer online. That's right, Helga is an android. Smoke began emitting from her body as she crumpled to the ground.

"Farewell, Helga," Seth told the android. He began to walk away as if nothing had happened. "You shouldn't have tried to interfere with my plans."

"Earthquake!" Ren called as she selected the move card from the card holder extension on the side of her stone and swiped the card. Ebony reared back and stomps her front feet on the ground. The earth began to tremble as a crack began forming from Ebony towards the Mapusaurus. The ground opened open and the Mapusaurus fell inside before the walls of the fissure began to close around it. The Mapusaurus began to glow a brilliant red began being reduced to nothing but its card and the move card that accompanied it.

"Alright!" Max cheered.

"We got it!" Zoe smiled.

"There you are!" A voice said from behind the D-Team. The kids turned to see Dr. Taylor, Aki, and Reese coming up from behind them. "Hey kids!" Dr. Taylor waved.

"Hey, Dad!" Max waved back. Ren picked up the Mapusaurus and the move card.

"You know what this means? Now I can finally sink my teeth into the crab and egg fried rice!" Maz cheered. The D-Team and co. decided to head to the restaurant to get some crab and egg fried rice, but when they arrived, they had come to find that the restaurant was closed down with no hope of reopening.

"No way!" Max cried.

"We can always try and make it at home, Max." Aki tried to comfort her hungry son.

"Hold on, what happened to Helga?" Rod asked Seth on their way back to Zeta Point.

"Yeah, weren't you with her not that long ago, Seth?" Laura added.

"Helga said she has some business to attend to in Chinatown. I suspect that she'll catch up with us later," Seth replied.

Meanwhile on the empty dock where Seth had his confrontation with Helga, the android stayed lying. A small spark emanated from the still robotic woman. It was only there for a brief period of time, then it was gone within an instant.
