(A/N: Hey before I begin, I'd like to say that I drew both Ren and Gabriel with their dinosaurs! Check out Art book (updated) ( ) if you're interested!)

"Thanks for bringing us to Fukui with you on this dig, Dr. Taylor," Zoe told the paleontologist as she and the rest of the D-Team sat with Dr. Taylor under a giant tent next to an excavation site.

"There have been a lot of Fukuisaurus excavated from here," Rex informs the rest of the team.

"Well, that makes since because many dinosaurs are named after who found them or where they were found. In this case, Fukui," Ren pointed out.

"Just fragments have been found, there hasn't ever been a specimen as complete as this one," Dr. Taylor told the kids as he pointed them towards the beginnings of a Fukuisaurus skeleton.

"Looks like it would be a cute dinosaur," Zoe stated.

"I don't know where you're getting cute. I think it would be a tough looking dinosaur," Max replied. "I've read that Fukuisaurus were herbivores and fast runners, but what else do we know about them?"

"Well, we should be able to get more details from Dr. Owen once we get the fossils to him in Kyoto," Spike replied to his son. The mentioning of Dr. Owen caught the ears of both Ren and Rex.

"But why do you and Dad need to go all the way to Kyoto? Just stay here," Rex told Dr. Taylor.

"Well, just because," Dr. Taylor began. "Uh, Kyoto University has better facilities. Yes, that's it. And Dr. Owen should be arriving there soon. So, let's go, kids! Kyoto here we come!" Dr. Taylor began to walk towards the vehicle. The siblings looked at each other before they shook their heads.

"Ok... I don't know what, but Dad's obviously hiding something," Max said.

"Oh really? I couldn't tell," Ren replied.

"Oh well, we get a trip to Kyoto!" Zoe cheered.

"Here we are, Patrick! Kyoto!" Dr. Owen cheered in his usual boisterous attitude. "It's exactly like I imagined it! Tall buildings and everything!"

"Don't you think we need to head to the excavation cite?" Patrick asked the paleontologist.

"Hey you old goat!" Dr. Taylor's voice called to Dr. Owen. The latter turned to Dr. Taylor and his smile somehow got even wider.

"They let you in?" Dr. Owen asked.

"Dug up anything new?" Spike asked.

"Only this..." Dr. Owen began to lead on.

"Funny bone! Yeah!" The two paleontologists chimed in together, catching a lot of public attention. "Eeni, Meeni, Miini, Moh catch a dino by the toe! Take his fossils home for show! Then you put 'em in a fossil show!"

"This is so embarrassing," Rex sighed.

"They do know that they rhymed 'show' with 'show,' right?" Ren asked her brother.

"D. I. N. O. S. spells dinos, spells dinos yeah!" The two dinosaur doctors finished their cheer.

"How are my kids doing?" Dr. Owen asked Ren and Rex.

"Fine," Rex replied, but the question caught Ren off guard.

"Oh yeah, right. I'm doing alright," Ren responded.

"That's great to hear!" Dr. Owen said with a smile. "In that case, Spike, should we head to that place you told me about?"

"Keep that on the down-low," Dr. Taylor whispered back to Dr. Taylor.

"He wouldn't be talking about the geisha, would he, Dad?" Max asked.

"Yes, it's true, but not for me, son! Kyoto's geisha are famous the world over, and I wanted to introduce them to Dr. Owen!" Spike immediately started rambling as a geisha just happened to walk by.

"Ooh! There's one now!" Dr. Owen squealed with joy and began to follow the woman.

"Hey! Wait for me!" Dr. Taylor called after his friend.

"You know how badly Dr. Owen wants to find a mother for you, Rex. And now that Ren's a part of your family, he's been trying harder than ever," Patrick said.

"Hmm, yes I remember him prosing to Ursula in New York," Ren said, disgusted.

"Just be glad she isn't here," Zoe added.

"Why don't you kids do a little sightseeing, while I introduce Dr. Owen to one of Japan's national treasures?" Dr. Taylor suggested with a laugh. "Well, I got to go! I'll see you later!" Suddenly, Dr. Taylor bolted away from the kids to chase after Dr. Owen.

"Hold on, wait!" Max tried to call after his father.

"Hey, wait for me too!" Patrick said as he followed the two paleontologists.

"Come back my love!" Dr. Owen cried out for the geisha.

"Dr. Owen, you need me!" Dr. Taylor said as he followed Dr. Owen.

"He needs me too!" Patrick added. Just like that, all the adults were gone, leaving behind a dumbfounded D-Team. While they were here, they decided that they might as well go do some sightseeing as Spike suggested.

"I can't believe that my dad brought us here, then just left us alone!" Max complained with Chomp now sitting on Max's head.

"Yeah, kinda strange, isn't it?" Zoe asked, carrying Paris in her pet sash.

"I wonder what he could be up to," Rex said as Ace sat in his arms.

"With those two? Who knows," Ren replied with a chuckle as Ebony was also in a pet sash. Suddenly, the dino holder began to go off. Max pulled his out of his pocket.

"It's a dinosaur," Max stated the obvious. Ren poked her head over Max's shoulder to see where the dinosaur had appeared.

"Guys," Ren started. "This is saying that the dinosaur's in Kyoto with us!"

"No way!" Zoe said.

"We have to get it, you guys. If it's a new one, then it's the last one!" Rex pointed out.

"We should call Dr. Taylor and Dr. Owen to let them know," Ren stated.

"Right," Max and Rex both said in unison as they pulled out their phones. There was silence as the two cellphones rang, both with no answer.

"I can't get a hold of my dad. He must've turned his phone off," Rex sighed as he slid his cell phone back into his pocket.

"Yeah, same here," Max said as he turned off his phone.

"Who needs them anyway? Let's go look for the dinosaur," Ren told the rest of the D-Team.

"Beautiful!" Dr. Owen cried watching a geisha on a small stage. "And so elegant! What talent! Oh my!" Dr. Owen, Spike, and Patrick are sitting at a table together, eating some food and watching the geisha.

"Shh! Dr. Owen, inside voices, please!" Spike hushed his noise colleague.

"Oh, my bad," Dr. Owen replied as he quieted down to enjoy the rest of the show.

"Now pay attention," Helga ordered Ursula, Zander, and Ed. "Here is the next problem." Helga wrote an equation on a chalk board: 3 ? 2 +1 = 2. "What symbol is missing, Ed?"

The shortest member of the trio began to sweat nervously. "Uh, I think plus sign?" Ed guessed.

"Incorrect!" Helga yelled and Ursula, Zander, and Ed all got electrocuted.

"Hey, Ed's the one who got it wrong. So why punish all three of us?" Ursula complained.

"As if you knew it!" Ed retorted.

"You will all sink or swim," Helga replied to Ursula's question.

"But Helga, why are you making us do schoolwork in the first place?" Zander asked.

"If you don't learn this, then how can you move on to first grade?" Helga asked, as a few sparks began to fly about the place.

"First grade?" The Alpha Gang trio asked.

"Next one," Helga continued. Across the room, Dr. Z, Rod, Laura, and Gabriel were watching the disaster of the flunking trio and being stunned by Helga's iron fist.

"I'm lucky I have a bad back," Dr. Z said while lying down on the bed.

"I knew something was inhuman about Helga, but I never knew she was an android," Gabriel said as he leaned against a wall with his arms crossed. "Or that she could be so brutal."

"Maybe we should go study ourselves," Rod told his sister.

"Good idea," Laura agreed. The two siblings began to leave the room to head to their study room.

"I think Seth may need my help in the lab," Gabriel said, trying to find a reason to leave the torture session that he was witnessing. As they were doing so, the trio got shocked again. Another wrong answer.

Just then, a television screen in the room flashed on with the map and a dot over Kyoto. Dr. Z looked up at the screen. Rod, Laura, and Gabriel stopped at the doorway of the room and looked at the screen.

"Ooh! Another one of my darling dinosaurs has just appeared!" Dr. Z celebrated.

"Dinnertime!" Helga called. "Tonight on the menu is we have poisonous mushrooms and mud sauce with a lovely rocks-and-twig soup."

"You call that dinner?" Zander asked. "I'd call that a swamp!" Suddenly, Helga walked straight into the chalkboard, and fell on top of it.

"Forget about dinner! A dinosaur's appeared!" Dr. Z reminded. Ed then looked up at the map.

"Hey, I recognize that place on the map. Isn't that Kyoto?" he asked.

"Yeah, the place famous for its geisha," Zander affirmed. Dr. Z suddenly jumped up out of his bed.

"What? Geisha, you say?" the old man said, suddenly full of energy.

"Hey, doc. You're standing," Gabriel pointed out. Dr. Z even had to look down at his feet to reassure himself, yes he was standing.

" Huh, so I am! It's a miracle!" Dr. Z said as he began to cry his eyes out.

"Can a geisha really make a grown man cry?" Ed asked.

"I guess so," Zander sighed.

"Alright, let's hit the road!" Dr. Z cheered.

"We'll come with you!" Rod piped up immediately.

"After all, this one is the last of the dinosaur cards," Laura chimed in as she pointed up towards the television screen.

"Hey, you're right!" Dr. Z said with a big grin on his face. "Then we'll get the rest of them back from that rotten D-Team!"

"You can always count me in!" Gabriel said.

"Let's do it, Grandpa!" Rod smiled.

"Come on, you two. We've got a dinosaur to catch!" Gabriel told Rod and Laura as he began to head out the door. Rod and Laura nodded before quickly following Gabriel.

"Not so fast! We're going to capture that dinosaur first!" Ursula yelled after them. "Come on you two, don't just stand there! Let's go!" Then, Ursula was out the door followed by Zander and Ed.

"Yes! My lovely geisha awaits!" Dr. Z said to himself. "Wait for me!" Dr. Z called after the other members of the Alpha Gang who have already left the room.

The D-Team were walking around Kyoto searching for the dinosaur that had appeared somewhere nearby. That's when they heard sobbing, and turned to see what was causing it. There was a geisha. She had her full face of makeup on and her ceremonial clothes for the geisha tradition and much jewelry on. She was beautiful, so why was she crying?

"Are you alright?" Max asked the geisha.

"No," the geisha replied as she continued to cry into her arms and knees.

"Have you seen a dinosaur by chance?" Max then asked.

"Max!" Zoe hissed at the boy.

"What? We're trying to find the dinosaur, aren't we?" Max asked the pink-haired member of the group.

"Dinosaur, why would you ask that?" The geisha asked, turning to look at Max. Just then, a Fukuisaurus came up behind the geisha and took her hairpin, which was shaped like a turtle and run off with it.

"That looked like a Fukuisaurus to me," Ren said.

"Then, it's the last dinosaur! Let's go," Max stated. Max led his team after the hairpin-snatching dinosaur. The D-Team ran to an intersection and looked in all of the directions.

"Not a trace of it!" said Rex.

"So, where did it go?" Zoe asked.

"I'm not sure," Max said.

"We should go back and check up on that lady. Make sure she's alright," Ren said.

"Yeah," The others agreed.

The D-Team retraced their steps to find the geisha that they had just encountered while she was crying on the ground. They did just kind of dart off without telling her anything, so they felt like she needed some sort of apology, or at least someone to talk to.

"How are you feeling?" Max asked upon finding the geisha again.

"I'm feeling much better now. Thank you for asking," the geisha replied with a lighthearted chuckle. "I'm Shino."

"Hi, I'm Max, and that's Rex, Ren, and Zoe," the brunette-haired boy said and pointed at each of his friends respectively as he said their name. "We're going to get your hairpin back."

"Oh, it's alright," Shino said, her smile quickly faded back into a frown.

"What?" Ren questioned.

"You mean you don't want it anymore?" Rex further questioned.

"There is no use," Shino admitted. "The dinosaur must've sensed that I will not need such things anymore."

"What do you mean, Shino?" Zoe asked the geisha.

"My teacher told me that I do not have what it takes," Shino told the D-Team. "She called me clumsy and unfit to be a geisha."

"Is that why you were crying before?" Zoe asked another question.

"Oh, what was I thinking chasing such a crazy dream?" Shino asked as she began to cry once more. "I'll never be a geisha!"

"Come on, Shino!" Max said as he took a step forward. "Don't let someone else take away your dreams! I'll get that hairpin back for you myself!"

"You know we're still here," Ren commented. Shino stopped her crying and looked to Max. She dipped her head respectfully to the boy.

"Thank you," she told him.

Meanwhile, the Alpha Gang were all together in an aircraft. Ursula, Zander, Ed, Gabriel, Rod, Laura, and Dr. Z were all wedged inside the flying vehicle. They were just coming into Kyoto from the air.

"We're coming into Kyoto now," Ed informed.

"And all my geisha!" Dr. Z cheered before he caught himself. "I mean, all my dinosaurs. Of course."

"Yeah...," Ed told Dr. Z. "According to the scanner, your dinosaur is just near the river."

"Excellent. Ursula, Zander, Ed, I suggest that you three go down and take a closer look!" Dr. Z said as he pulled a rope. A trap door opened up beneath where the trio were sitting. The three Alpha Gang members got dropped from the aircraft.

"A parachute would've been nice!" Ursula called on her descent down before the trio splashed into the river below. Gabriel quickly turned around in his seat and leaned over the back of it at the panel that was closing itself where his teammates just fell.

"Are they going to be ok?" Gabriel asked Dr. Z.

"Oh yes, they got dropped into river. They'll be fine," the old man assured. The aircraft landed in another part of Kyoto.

"Well, we're here," Rod announced before he turned to face his grandfather with a smirk. "You can go check out the geisha now."

"You mean my dinosaur?" Dr. Z asked as he hopped up out of his seat. The old man glanced around before he laid his eyes upon a geisha that was walking past nearby. "Ooh! I think I might see it now!" Dr. Z raced out of the aircraft and towards the geisha. Rod, Laura, and Gabriel all shook their heads.

A little while later, Shino had just finished a conversation with a couple more geisha, assumably friends of hers. She turned back to the D-Team.

"This is all so strange. The other geisha have all lost hairpins too," Shino told the D-Team.

"Why steal a hairpin?" Zoe asked our of curiosity.

"Beats me," Ren replied.

"Let's try that bridge over there," Rex suggested. "Maybe we'll see the dinosaur,"

"Good idea," Max said before the team walked over to the bridge. Upon getting to the bridge, the D-Team looked around for the dinosaur, but they weren't having much luck finding it.

"Max, why don't you give your dad a call again?" Zoe asked. Max proceeded to pull out his cell phone and dial his father's number.

"Hey, look!" Laura told Rod and Gabriel as she pointed up to a nearby bridge. Walking across it was the D-Team, searching around like they were looking for something.

"It's that D-Team again," Gabriel scowled.

"By the way they're looking around, they must not have found the dinosaur yet," Rod said as he watched the D-Team stop as Max pulled out his phone.

"That sounds like good news to me!" Gabriel said with a smile.

As Dr. Owen, Dr. Taylor, and Patrick filtered out of the theater where they were watching the geisha, Dr. Owen was fumbling around like he was super dizzy.

"I hope the next time we come, you'll save some tea and cookies for the rest of us, Dr. Owen," Spike told his colleague.

"It's not wonder you're sick," Patrick told Dr. Owen. Suddenly, Dr. Taylor's phone started to ring. The paleontologist picked it up.

"Hmm? Oh! Hello, Max," Dr. Taylor said upon picking up the phone. "What? There's a dinosaur here in Kyoto?" Spike exclaimed.

"Let's go!" Dr. Owen cheered.

The kids and Shino stood by a building that was the designated meet up place while they waited for Dr. Taylor, Dr. Owen, and Patrick to arrive. Just then, the three that they were waiting on ran up to them.

"Kids, what kind of dinosaur do we have?" Dr. Taylor asked upon getting face to face with the D-Team.

"It's a Fukuisaurus," Max told his father.

"We were chasing it, but it got away somehow," Rex informed.

"And it's the last of the dinosaur cards, so we need to catch it," Ren said with determination.

"So, we got that right. Fukuisaurus are fast," Dr. Taylor explained to the kids. He then turned around to Dr. Owen, who was behind Dr. Taylor. "Guess what Dr. Owen?" Dr. Taylor asked, but there was no Dr. Owen behind him. "Dr. Owen!" Dr. Taylor then looked over to Shino who had Dr. Owen down on his knees in front of her.

"I've never seen such beauty!" Dr. Owen exclaimed. The D-Team, Dr. Taylor, and Patrick heaved a high sigh. Of course.

"So, did this girl have her hairpin stolen also, Max?" Dr. Taylor asked his son.

"Yeah," Max replied.

"It's not just hairpins either," Zoe began.

"Yeah, mirrors on street corners, and practically anything that reflects light is also missing," Ren finished.

"Hey, Dr. Owen, do you think the Fukuisaurus could be stealing all this stuff?" Dr. Taylor asked his friend. Dr. Owen stood to his feet as he thought about it.

"Well now, birds are thought to be descendants of dinosaurs, and some birds do like to collect shiny things to put in their nests," Dr. Owen began to theorize.

"But what good is a hairpin?" Rex asked out of curiosity.

"Well, human beings aren't the only creatures known to appreciate beautiful things," Dr. Owen said while he took Shino's hand and held it in his. "Are they Shino?" His question and comment just made the geisha smile and blush out of embarrassment.

"I guess we better hurry up and find it before that Fukuisaurus gets into some serious mischeif," Zoe told the others.

"Yes, that's a good point!" Dr. Taylor agreed.

"So, it appreciates beautiful things," Ursula said from her trio's hiding spot while they eaves dropped on the D-Team to get some clues about this dinosaur.

"So do I, but I like 'em barbequed and medium-rare," Ed mumbled.

"And with a fire of fries," Zander added on to Ed's comment.

"If it's beauty that it's looking for, what better lure is there than yours' truly?" Ursula asked with a wide grin on her face.

"Uhh..." Zander and Ed both said at the same time.

"Oh, never mind. Here's the plan," Ursula told the boys before the trio began to discuss their plan on how they're going to lure the dinosaur to them.

The D-Team decided it would be best if they took a walk to find the dinosaur as standing around hasn't been proving itself to be useful. They felt like they must've walked forever, but with no further sign of the Fukuisaurus. However, Dr. Owen did set his eyes on another geisha. One that he was immediately head over heels for. As if that wasn't every other lady he's met. However, this geisha was special, because it was no ordinary geisha. This geisha he's seen before. Even with all her makeup, her green hair and slender figure with her two following goons made her easy to recognize.

"Do my eyes deceive me?" Dr. Owen asked. "Or is that my darling, Ursula?" The D-Team was dumbfounded.

"Oh boy," Rex sighed.

"Here we go again," Ren grumbled.

"It's the old lady," Max pointed at Ursula in disbelief. Ursula was about to lunge at Max if it weren't for Zander and Ed holding her back.

"I'm not an old lady! I'm a beautiful geisha! Get it right!" Ursula fumed.

"My dear Ursula? A geisha? Pinch me I must be dreaming!" Dr. Owen exclaimed. Ren took the opportunity to reach over and pinch her adoptive father's arm.

"Honestly, I hope we're all dreaming," Ren said sarcastically.

"Ouch!" Dr. Owen exclaimed. "I didn't wake up! This isn't a dream! Woo-hoo!" Dr, Owen pranced over to Ursula. Patrick quickly followed him.

"Be careful, Dr. Owen! She may bite!" he warned.

"Just great. Exactly what we don't need," Zoe complained.

"Yeah, and what's with the clown makeup?" Ren called over to Ursula.

"It's not clown makeup its-" Ursula began before she noticed who was racing towards her. "This crazy guy again!" Ursula began to run as fast as she could away from Dr. Owen.

"Ursula, my love, come back!" Dr. Owen called as he chased after her.

"Leave me alone!" Ursula cried back to him. Rex and Ren just exchanged glances and shook their heads.

"I don't think I want Ursula for a mom," Ren commented.

"You and me both," Rex agreed.

"My little dove, I understand that you want me to earn your love," Dr. Owen said as he chased Ursula further and further away from the group with Patrick still right on his heels. "So can't we just sit down together and discuss our future man and wife?"

"Ursula's plan to use her beauty lured in a monster, all right. Only, it wasn't a dinosaur," Ed sighed to Zander as he panted after trying to keep up with Ursula and Dr. Owen.

"Why won't you leave me alone?" Ursula hissed at Dr. Owen.

"Because I love you!" Dr. Owen said with a smile.

"Senor, we have to go, there's a dinosaur on the loose!" Patrick tried to reason with the paleontologist. Ursula suddenly stopped running because she ran straight into the Fukuisaurus. Ursula screeched and fell backwards and caught herself against the pavement and scooted away from the dinosaur. Dr. Owen stood in front of Ursula defensively.

"Stand back! Stay away from my Ursula, you big oaf!" Dr. Owen scolded the Fukuisaurus. The Fukuisaurus roared at Dr. Owen in return. The paleontologist turned towards Ursula, snagged one of her hairpins and threw it. The Fukuisaurus watched the hairpin as it soared through the air before it decided to follow the hairpin.

"So they are drawn to shiny objects!" Dr. Owen exclaimed.

"Don't let it get away!" Ursula commanded Ed and Zander.

"All right, I'll summon Spiny to go after it," Zander said with his Alpha Scanner and Spinosaurus card in hand. "Alpha slash! Gush out, Spinosaurus!" The Fukuisaurus just picked up its new shiny object. Upon seeing the newly summoned Spinosaurus, the Fukuisaurus began to run away from the larger dinosaur.

"There they are!" Ren yelled as the D-Team were just showing up to the party.

"After it!" Max called to his friends. "We can't let the Alpha Gang beat us to that dinosaur!"

Meanwhile, Dr. Taylor and Shino were falling behind the kids. Spike looked over and spotted a hand-drawn cart and got an idea.

"Shino, over here! I'll give you a ride!" Dr. Taylor told the geisha, getting in position behind the handlebar of the cart.

"Oh, thank you!" Shino told Dr. Taylor.

Some passage of time chasing later, Spiny had somehow managed to chase the Fukuisaurus to the top floor of an open-walled building. Spiny hit his tail against the wood flooring, causing a crack in the floorboards clear up to where the Fukuisaurus was. The grass affiliated dinosaur fell through the crack and was barely holding on to the top floor. Spectators looked on at the scene with both awe and terror.

"Perfect, we've got it now," Zander said, though he was exhausted from chasing Spiny and the Fukuisaurus.

"Fukuisaurus is trapped!" Max exclaimed upon the D-Team getting on the scene.

"Ace can help that!" Rex said as he whipped out his dino holder. "Dino slash! Go, Carnotaurus! Blow them away!" Ace leaped into action just as Spiny was going in to make his finishing move against the Fukuisaurus. Ace knocked Spiny backward. The Fukuisaurus took its chance to bound down the support beams of the building to land on ground level. Just like that, the Fukuisaurus was off again.

"Wow, I wonder where it's off to now," Zoe thought aloud and watched the Fukuisaurus run off.

"It might have a nest somewhere," Ren theorized.

"Then Chomp and I will go find it," Max stated.

"Well, that's a hero complex if I've ever seen one," Ren muttered. "There's no "I" in team you know."

"Ace and I will handle things here, you guys go find the nest," Rex told the rest of the team.

"Right," Max, Ren, and Zoe said before they dashed off to follow the Fukuisaurus.

"You leave Spiny alone!" Zander whined to Rex. "He's got a job to do!" Spiny walked over the edge of the balcony and prepared to leap down to follow the Fukuisaurus, but Ace jumped and kicked the other dinosaur away, keeping the Spinosaurus where it was.

"That's the way, Ace!" Rex cheered.

"Faster!" Ursula scowled at Ed, who was pulling her in one of those hand-drawn carts. In a cart behind her was Dr. Owen being pulled by Patrick.

"Ursula, stop, why are you running away?" Dr. Owen cried.

"I can't go much more," Ed sighed as he ran.

"Oh, quit your complaining," Ursula hissed at Ed. "There's a dinosaur in front of us and a nutjob behind us. You do the math!"

"It would help if you weren't so heavy," Ed said quietly as he came panting to a stop.

"Dr., why are you still chasing the lady and not the dinosaur?" Patrick asked as he stopped beside Ed.

"Oh, well, actually, I... uh..." Dr. Owen stumbled to come up with a valid reasoning. Suddenly, the screaming of civilians distracted the four of them. They stopped looking at each other and looked in front of them instead.

"Look, the Fukuisaurus is straight in front of us!" Ursula said and pointed. The Fukuisaurus was indeed ahead of them.

"So, you can see there was a method to my madness all along, right?" Dr. Owen asked Ursula, leaning in closer to her.

"Say what?" Patrick asked as he turned to look at the paleontologist. Ursula promptly punched Dr. Owen in the face before she turned back around to Ed.

"Ed, catch that dinosaur!" she ordered.

"I'll try!" Ed said and pulled out his Alpha Scanner. "Alpha slash! Shake 'em up, Saichainia!" Tank then joined the Fukuisaurus, making a battlefield. Max, Ren, and Zoe showed up, all of which clearly out of breath from running. Dr. Taylor and Shino weren't too far behind. Rod, Laura, and Gabriel even joined the party on their hover scooters.

Tank went to swing her tail at the Fukuisaurus. However, the Fukuisaurus promptly dodged Tank's attack and leapt into the air with a roar. The Fukuisaurus landed on Tank's back, which normally would look like it would hurt, but Tank was sent spinning out of control, eventually landing on her back.

"Tail Smash!" Ed called as he slashed the move card. Tank hopped up from off of her back and ran towards the Fukuisaurus.

"Look out!" Zoe called to the Fukuisaurus.

"Why aren't we helping?" Ren asked Max and Zoe.

"I don't think that we need to," Max said. "Look!" The brunette pointed back out at the battlefield. The Fukuisaurus was preparing a move of its own. Green energy was collecting in a ball in the Fukuisaurus' mouth before the grass dinosaur shot the energy ball at Tank.

"Ed, it's using Emerald Garden, so watch it!" Ursula told the shorter member of the Alpha Gang. The glowing ball hit Tank, and the Saichainia's movements began to slow down drastically.

"Aw, that move is sucking out all of Tank's energy!" Ed complained. The drained energy traveled in green lines back to the Fukuisaurus. The grass dinosaur moved in almost a dance to collect it all. Shino watched in amazement from her cart.

"What a graceful way of moving!" Shino commented on the Fukuisaurus. "That dinosaur could probably teach me more about the elegance of becoming a geisha."

With all of her energy drained, Tank turned back into her card. Ed ran out on the battlefield to retrieve the Saichainia card. As the Fukuisaurus ran off again.

"There it goes again," Zoe said.

"Based on what we've learned about the habits of the Fukuisaurus," Dr. Taylor began before being interrupted by Dr. Owen hopping into his cart next to Shino.

"It would've undoubtably made its nest in the brightest, shiniest place in town," Dr. Owen finished.

"Oh, the shiniest place in all of Kyoto is.." Shino began.

"Golden Pavillion!" Dr. Taylor, Dr. Owen, and the kids all said in unison.

"You heard them, Golden Pavillion! Now go!" Ursula ordered Ed from the cart. Ed reluctantly got back into position to pull the cart.

"I'm so tired," he sighed.

"Golden Pavillion, huh?" Gabriel asked the two kids.

"Come on, let's go," Rod said.

"Right," Laura and Gabriel said as the trio flew away on their hover scooters.

The D-Team were arriving to Golden Pavillion just in time to watch the Fukuisaurus crawl out of the lake surrounding the temple-like structure and crawl inside. The kids, along with Dr. Taylor, Dr. Owen, Shino, and Patrick, raced across a bridge over the water so they could see inside. The Fukuisaurus had already fallen asleep on top of its hoard of shiny objects that it had stolen.

"Well, this is its secret hiding place, all right," Dr. Taylor said as he observed the Fukuisaurus.

"I'll go inside and look for Shino's hairpin," Max said.

"Hold it, Tri-Horns," Ren told the boy. "I told you once, I'll tell ya again. There's no 'I' in team. I'm coming with you. Zoe can stay if she wants, but don't make that choice for me. I'm capable of making my own decisions, you know."

"Hey, I'm coming with!" Zoe piped up.

"Alright then, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Max said.

"Be careful, kids!" Dr. Taylor called after them.

"We will!" Max, Ren, and Zoe replied. The kids made their way to the Golden Pavillion's golden shrine where Fukuisaurus was sleeping away on top its glittering hoard.

"Woah," Max said upon observing the giant hoard of things collected in the room. "Fukuisaurus keeps its room even messier than I do!"

"You can say that again," Ren muttered.

"Hey," Max said.

"You said it first, not me," Ren shrugged.

"You guys, check it out!" Zoe said as she picked up something from the hoard. "It's Shino's hairpin!"

"Awesome!" Ren said.

"Great find!" Max added. Suddenly, the whole building began to shake, causing the three kids to stumble to the ground. This consequently made Zoe drop the hairpin.

"I dropped the hairpin!" Zoe exclaimed as she picked herself up.

"Oh no! Where'd it go?" Max asked.

"You two look for it, I'm going to see what's going on outside!" Ren said as she ran out of the building. The blonde-haired girl ran from the doorway and turned around to see what had caused the shaking. It was Spiny who had his claws on the entire building as he tried to knock it over.

"Good job, Spiny!" Zander cheered on the Spinosaurus. Rex ran up and joined Dr. Taylor, Dr. Owen, Shino, and Patrick on the bridge.

"They need help!" Rex told them with Ace already ready to go behind him. That's when Rex spotted his sister near the front of the Golden Pavillion. "Ren! How about a tag team?" He called out to her.

Upon hearing her name, Ren turned around and was surprised, yet not at the same time because Spiny and Zander were here, to see Rex. "Sounds great, Rex."

Ren pulled her stone out of her hoodie pocket and turned the dial on the stone to transform Ebony into a card. "Dino swipe! Stegosaurus, let's rock and roll!" Ebony appeared in her attack mode in the lake, standing only about belly deep into it. The Stegosaurus let out a fearsome cry.

"Let's go, Ace!" Rex told his Carnotaurus. Ace took one good look at the lake before he shook his head in refusal. "Ace? I thought we got you over your fear of water!" Rex sighed in defeat.

"Tear it down if you have to, Spiny!" Zander cheered on the Spinosaurus from the sidelines. Ebony ran up to the Spinosaurus and tackled it off of the building that Max, Zoe, and the Fukuisaurus was inside. Spiny crashed into the water below.

"Yeah, Ebony! Way to go!" Ren cheered for the Stegosaurus. "Alright, let's finish it off with Spike Arrow!" Ren called as she pulled out the extension on the stone where all her move cards were. A shining, purple light flickered up from the extension and selected the move card and placed it into Ren's hands for the girl to swipe. A different purple light began to glow on Ebony's front two back spines before traveling down the single-like features of the Stegosaurus before reaching her tail. The energy flowed into Ebony's tail spikes, making them glow a brilliant purple. Ebony aimed her tail at Spiny before the move was able to take the Spinosaurus down. Spiny shone a brilliant blue before reverting back into his card. Zander was quick to retrieve the card. It was just then that Ursula and Ed showed up on the scene.

"Zander! Can't you do anything right?" Ursula asked furiously.

"Alright, Ebony!" Ren celebrated. Just as Ren was celebrating her victory, a glowing green ball of energy seemingly came from nowhere and hit the earth affiliated dinosaur. The Fukuisaurus used Emerald Garden against Ebony! "Hey! What was that for?" Ren asked.

"I think Fukuisaurus thought Ebony was making all that racket!" Rex exclaimed. Ebony slowed down until her energy was completely drained from her. The Stegosaurus emitted a purple light before she was reduced to her card. Ren quickly followed the card and leaned over the bridge that she was standing on to catch it before it fell into the water.

"Shino, we found your hairpin!" Max said as he and Zoe came out from where Fukuisaurus was previously nesting with the turtle-shaped pin.

"Thank you," Shino said as she took her hairpin from Max. The geisha looked up and there was Fukuisaurus hovering over Max and Zoe's shoulders as it stared over them at the hairpin. Max and Zoe followed Shino's gaze to the dinosaur behind them.

"Back off!" Max told the Fukuisaurus. "That pin belongs to Shino!" Shino couldn't help but to giggle lightheartedly at the dinosaur as she stared at her newly returned hairpin.

"It's alright," Shino said as she walked towards the Fukuisaurus just as Ren was rejoining the rest of the team. "I would like the dinosaur to have it," Shino held the hairpin out for the Fukuisaurs, who gently took the shiny object in its mouth. "Oh yes, it suits you."

"Are you sure, Shino?" Zoe asked.

"Yes, I am. Thank you all," Shino said with a soft smile on her face.

The rather peaceful and heartwarming moment was rudely interrupted by a large thud, followed by the appearance of two very similar dinosaurs: A Tyrannosaurus and an Olorotitan.

"We're here for the final card!" Rod proclaimed as he, Laura, and Gabriel zoomed in on their hover scooters. "Volcano Burst!"

"Thorn Whip!" Gabriel called.

Flame poured out of Terry's mouth as he began to perform the move. At the same time, thorn-covered vines sprouted from the ground. Terry shot a trail of fire at the Fukuisaurus at the same time Odis's vines went to attack the Fukuisaurus. The two moves combined as the vines caught fire and continued to swirl around the Fukuisaurus, getting ready to hit the grass affiliated dinosaur with the burning vines.

"Did we just-" Gabriel started as he was lost for words.

"That's a fusion move!" Rod said excitedly. "Volcano Whip!"

The Fukuisaurus tossed the hairpin aside towards Shino and countered with Emerald Garden to prevent the attack from hitting Shino. The moves collided and both dissipated into a beautiful disarray of embers and leaves fluttering to the ground. However, using its move again, took up all of the remaining energy the Fukuisaurus had left. It began to glow green before it turned back into its card. Shino was the one who picked it up.

"It saved my life, and it didn't even know me," Shino said as she picked up the Emerald Garden move card along with the Fukuisaurus card and held them in her hands.

"Hand over those cards if you know what's good for ya," Rod told Shino. Terry roared fearsomely in agreement.

"Nice try, but you're not getting them!" Rex said.

"Yeah, we'll be keeping those cards!" Zoe added as she pulled out her dino holder. "Dino slash! Spring up, Parasaurolophus!" Ace ran onto the battlefield to immediately take on Odis with a speedy headbutt, nearly knocking the Olorotitan over.

"Big Foot Assault!" Zoe called as she swiped the move card, knowing how powerful this card could be if it hits. The Seismosaurus appears on the battlefield and steps down. Terry was squashed beneath the giant foot of the Seismosaurus, effectively turning back into his card. At the same time, Ace gets the final hit in on Odis and just like that, both Rod and Gabriel were out of the fight.

"Let's go!" Laura told the two boys.

"Yeah," Rod agreed.

"Whatever," Gabriel huffed. "We'll get you next time," The secondary Alpha Gang trio then zoomed away on their scooters.

"You'll pay for this, you horrid half-pints!" Ursula shook her fist at the D-Team before Ed and Zander pulled her away on the cart and followed after Rod, Laura, and Gabriel.

"I don't quite understand," Shino said as she continued to stare at the Fukuisaurus in her hands. "The dinosaur gave me back my hairpin."

"So maybe its a sign that you should keep on working toward your dream, Shino," Max turned towards the geisha with a smile. "What do you think?"

"You know," Shino began as she took another glance at the dinosaur card in her hand. "I think you're right."

As the Ursula, Zander, Ed, Rod, Laura, and Gabriel were in the aircraft and headed back to Zeta Point, Ed had come to a realization that they had left someone important behind.

"Hey, we left Dr. Z," he told the group, seemingly making the whole ship freeze in horror.

"Well, let's turn this thing around and get him!" Ursula yelled.

"Aye, aye!" Gabriel said as he turned the throttle of the ship.

Meanwhile, Dr. Z was walking alone. The skies were already growing dark. The old man sulked alone in one of Kyoto's alleyways.

"This is terrible," cried Dr. Z. "Left behind here in Kyoto with no dinosaur and not even a single geisha to comfort me!"

"Are you alright?" a female voice asked from behind the old man balling on the ground. Dr. Z immediately stopped his crying at the sound of the woman. Dr. Z turned around and there was a woman with an umbrella propped over her shoulder, but she was facing away from him. The umbrella was facing Dr. Z.

"You seem upset, sir. Can I help?" the woman asked. Dr. Z began to drool over the fact that there was a geisha who cared and was about to help. Just then, the geisha place one foot in front of the other and swiveled on it to turn around.

"A geisha!" Dr. Z cried. However, when the woman fully turned around and the umbrella was no longer concealing her identity, it was clear that this was no geisha. It was Urusla who's geisha makeup now looked like clown makeup. The girl giggled and threw up a peace sign to Dr. Z.

"Ahh! Help! It's a geisha clown!" Dr. Z yelled as he began to run from Ursula. "I hate clowns!" Ursula was thoroughly confused. She pulled out a mirror to look at herself and was horrified to see what her makeup had become throughout the day without any touch ups.

"Dr. Z come back!" Ursula called after the man. "It's me, Ursula!"
