~~Hello everyone, this is my Pokemon/Miles From Tomorrowland crossover.

I don't own anything from either show.

Only my original characters belong to me.~~

~Introduction~

My name is Sioku Maree.

I am a 15-year-old Pokemon trainer from Twinleaf Town in the Sinoh Region.

I was born with a healing ability called cell activation.

It allows me to heal a person or animal by touching and focusing my energy on their wounds.

My hobbies include traveling, battling, competing in contests, catching new Pokemon, and bonding with my team of Pokemon.

I also love meeting new people.

My Pokemon team is: Empoleon, Staraptor, Luxray, Glaceon, Flareon, and Leafeon.

~Story~

It was the middle of the afternoon.

My adventure began in peaceful Celestic Town which is located west of Route 110.

Celestic Town is very small with only a few buildings.

A major landmark in Celestic Town is the small cave at the northern end since it has historical ruins inside.

Aside from the Pokemon center and a few houses, there is an herb shop.

Flareon and I walked inside the Pokemon center.

My outfit consisted of a pair of flat pink shoes, a pink frilly skirt, and a purple blouse.

"Good afternoon Sioku," greeted nurse Joy as I approached the front desk.

"Same to you Nurse Joy," I replied politely.

"How may I help you today?" Nurse Joy asked with a kind smile on her face.

I returned Flareon to her Pokeball before placing my other Pokeballs on the desk.

"My Pokemon need to be restored," I answered.

"I will gladly do that for you Sioku," she said while placing my Pokeballs into a tray in front of her.

"Thank you very much," I replied.

I walked over to a row of wooden chairs before sitting down in one of them.

Ten minutes passed by as I waited in the lobby.

All I could think about was the upcoming Pokemon contest in this town.

"Sioku!" called Nurse Joy.

I stood up before making my way back to the desk.

Nurse Joy gently slid the tray toward me. "Your Pokemon are now back to full health."

"Thank you," I replied while retrieving my Pokeballs.

I then sent Flareon out of her ball.

The fire type fox Pokemon Flareon wagged her long fluffy tail as she stood beside me.

"I'm happy to see you too Flareon. You have a lot of energy," I said while petting her head.

"Good luck at the contest," said Nurse Joy as I walked toward the door.

"Thanks," I called back.

I then exited the Pokemon center with Flareon happily following behind me.

The Pokemon contest was about to start.

I anxiously hurried over to the west end of town where the contest was taking place.

An arena was set up near the entrance to Route 111.

Dozens of people were gathered around it.

Flareon and I carefully made our way through the huge crowds toward the reception table.

We waited at the back of a long line.

I was just minding my own business when a teenage girl with wavy red hair and brown eyes casually strolled up to Flareon and me.

She had on black tennis shoes, black sweat pants, a grey long sleeved shirt, and a grey hoody.

I sensed an unpleasant aura around this girl, but I decided to shake it off.

"Excuse me mis, are you entering the contest too?" I asked in a friendly manner.

"Yes, my name is Mira Colress. Who are you?" she replied in a slightly rude tone.

Being in her presence made me shiver a bit.

"I'm Sioku," I briefly answered.

At the sound of my name, Mira smiled wickedly at me.

I was curious but didn't want to say anything.

Mira also studied my features as if she was looking for somebody in particular.

The bad feeling I had only worsened.

I nervously turned away from her.

Flareon nuzzled me in a comforting way.

I rubbed behind her ears in response.

"Hey Sioku, I hope you will make it to the final round with me. I can't wait to defeat you in our battle," she said before marching away.

I ignored her and focused on the line ahead.

After much waiting, it was finally my turn to chek in.

I decided to enter Flareon, Empoleon, and Luxray into the Pokemon contest.

After checking in, I quietly joined the other competitors near the stage.

This group of contestants was smaller than the once that I've previously been in.

Only eight people were competing in this contest.

Unfortunately, I spotted Mira in the group.

That girl was still fresh on my mind.

I just couldn't shake off the uneasiness.

A few minutes later, a woman stepped onto the podium with a proud smile on her face.

"Greetings everyone, my name is Marian. Welcome to the Celestic Town Pokemon contest!" she hollered in excitement.

The audience cheered wildly in response.

Marian continued her speech. "There are three rounds in the contest. The winner of this contest will receive a beautiful ribbon from our judges!"

The audience cheered again.

Marian then presented the three judges.

Each judge said a few words of encouragement.

Once the introductions were over, it was finally time to start the first round of the contest.

Marian pressed a button on the monitor beside her. "It's time to choose the contestant who will perform first."

All of the coordinators' names were displayed in a list and shuffled on the big screen.

Marian pointed to the screen as she faced the audience. "Our first coordinator to perform is... Mira!"

The audience cheered as she stepped onto the stage.

Mira confidently held a Pokeball high in the air. "All right Skuntank, I choose you!"

The dark and poison type skunk Pokemon emerged from its Pokeball and then stood in front of Mira.

"Let's begin by using flame thrower," Mira commanded.

Skuntank stepped back before releasing a massive amount of flames onto the stage.

"Use night slash on those flames," Mira continued.

Skuntank scattered the flames by slashing at them.

They floated around the entire arena.

"Wow! Flame thrower and night slash is a clever move combination," commented Marian.

"I have one more set of combination moves to show off," Mira bragged.

I gave Mira a dirty look in response.

Mira then turned to her Skuntank and commanded. "First, use sludge bomb.

Skuntank dropped a blob of sludge from its mouth.

"Now use iron tail," she added.

Skuntank slammed its powerful tail directly into the sludge, causing it to splatter everywhere.

Everybody shielded their faces in response.

Both the flames and sludge soon dissipated.

The audience cheered loudly for Mira as she proudly stepped off the stage.

Mira received a high score on her performance.

"Good work Skuntank," she praised.

Skuntank returned to its Pokeball.

Mira then sauntered over to me with a boastful expression on her face. "Hi Sioku, did you like my performance? I really put on a show!"

I wasn't going to fall for her happy act.

"It was okay," I answered plainly.

Mira only frowned at that.

Her childish behavior wasn't going to get the best of me, not at all.

I shook my head in clear annoyance.

"What is wrong with you?" she snapped.

"You're being immature," I answered with a sigh.

"We'll settle this in the final round Sioku! You're going down," Mira said competitively.

She then walked away with her Pokemon.

"Grow up Mira," I called to her.

Marian pointed to her screen again and faced the crowd. "Our second contestant to perform is... Sioku!"

The crowd cheered excitedly as Flareon and I walked onto the stage.

I signaled for Flareon to move forward.

Flareon wagged her tail as she adjusted her position.

"Let's begin with flare blitz," I commanded.

Flareon released a fireball from its mouth.

"Use psychic to make it float," I continued.

The fireball slowly rose until it was four feet in the air.

"That's an awesome start," complemented Marian.

People stared at the fireball in anticipation.

"Use thunderbolt on those flames," I commanded.

Flareon unleashed a thunderbolt from the end of her tail that struck the fireball.

The combination of fire and electricity sent colorful sparks flying everywhere.

"I've never seen anything like this before! Flareon's flare blitz and thunderbolt have created a beautiful light show," exclaimed Marian.

I grinned in response to her complement.

"Lets finish this with solar beam," I said confidently.

Solar energy built up inside Flareon's body.

Flareon then released the beam of light, and it showered down from the sky like meteors.

Everyone watched the display in amazement.

The audience gave me a standing ovation as I gracefully stepped off the stage.

I also received a high score from the judges.

"Great job Flareon," I praised.

Flareon wagged her tail in response.

I started making my way back toward the group when Mira stopped in front of me. "You may have performed better than me in this round Sioku, but you won't win our battle in the finals."

I was getting tired of her annoying attitude.

"Who said that I'm facing you in the finals?" I argued.

"I did!" she yelled back.

"Get out of my face Mira," I demanded.

Flareon's fur collar heated up as she fearfully slid herself between Mira and me.

"Whatever," she replied before stomping away.

I let out a sigh of relief once Mira left me alone.

"Thank you Flareon," I said while petting her.

Flareon nuzzled me in response.

One by one, the performances continued.

I decided to watch the other competitors' perform in order to keep my mind off of Mira.

Some of the Pokemon kept my full attention because they were beautiful to watch.

There were others that I didn't care to watch.

My favorite performance was done by a girl named Zoey and her grass type Pokemon Leafeon.

Marian reset the screen on her computer once all of the performances were finished. "This concludes the preliminary round of the contest!"

She then pressed a different button. "I will now select the top four contestants who get to move on and battle in the semi final round!"

Mira and I appeared in the semi finals list with Zoey and another girl named Dawn.

"We made it to the next round Flareon!" I hollered while joyfully embracing her.

Flareon wagged her tail against my leg.

"The first two contestants who will battle are... Sioku and Zoey! Please come up to the field," called Marian.

I quickly returned Flareon to her Pokeball. "You should take a good rest for now."

Then I followed Zoey to the battle field.

She stood on the opposite end.

Zoey was a young girl with short, orange-red hair and brownish-red eyes.

She had on brown boots with brown grey laces, red socks, pale blue jeans, a dark magenta shirt under a light orange vest, and black sunglasses above her hair.

"Good afternoon Zoey, it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Sioku," I greeted with a smile.

"Same to you Sioku, I'm glad to meet you too. Let's have a good battle," she replied.

I confidently held a Pokeball in the air. "Okay Empoleon, take the stage!"

The water and steel type penguin Pokemon Empoleon emerged from its Pokeball and stood in front of me.

"It's your turn Glameow," said Zoey.

The normal type cat Pokemon Glameow jumped onto the field in excitement.

"Battle... begin!" called Marian.

"I'll take the first move. Empoleon, go ahead and use avalanche!" I commanded.

Empoleon unleashed a massive avalanche of ice and snow in Glameow's direction.

"Dodge it and use shadow claw," countered Zoey.

Glameow used her paws to push the snow away before slashing at Empoleon with her claws.

Empoleon only stood there unfazed.

"Use bubble beam," I commanded.

Empoleon shot a stream of bubbles at Glameow.

Now use shock wave," countered Zoey.

I immediately felt my confidence begin to fade at the sound of that move.

My chances of winning were now lowered.

Glameow released a wave of electricity in Empoleon's face, causing it to stumble back in pain.

"Oh no, electric type moves are Empoleon's main weakness. I have to turn this battle around quick," I thought with a worried expression.

Luckily, the shock wave didn't paralyze Empoleon.

"Hang in there Empoleon!" I called out.

I watched in fear as my points decreased.

"Use drill peck," I instructed.

After standing up, Empoleon charged forward before slamming its beak into Glameow.

Zoey's points dropped as well.

"Nice shot Empoleon," I praised.

Glameow crashed to the ground with a hard thud.

"Oh no, Glameow! Are you all right?" cried Zoey.

The cat Pokemon slowly stood up and looked reassuringly at her trainer.

"That's great," said Zoey in relief.

"Use fury swipes," she added.

Glameow repeatedly slashed at Empoleon with her claws, and my Pokemon still didn't move.

"Use shock wave again," continued Zoey.

My heart began to race at the fearful thought of losing.

"Use dive to get away," I hollered.

Empoleon quickly dove into a pool of water.

"That's a smart move," complemented Marian.

Glameow sat patiently by the pool and waited for her time to strike.

A few seconds later, Empoleon emerged from the pool and attacked Glameow with a wall of water.

Glameow was knocked to the ground once again.

Zoey's points dropped even further.

"Get up and use shock wave," commanded Zoey.

Glameow stood up and shook off.

She then aimed another wave of electricity at Empoleon.

"Not going to happen," I thought.

"Dodge it by using avalanche," I countered.

Empoleon unleashed a powerful avalanche toward Glameow that caused the electricity to dissipate.

Glameow remained frozen in ice.

Zoey's points dropped down almost to the bottom.

"Glameow... no!" she called out.

I smiled at Empoleon as a thought crossed my mind. "Use drill peck one more time!"

Empoleon charged forward at full speed before knocking Glameow out with one final attack.

Glameow lay still on the ground.

Zoey lost the remainder of her contest points as a buzzer went off.

"Glameow is unable to battle. Sioku will move onto the finals!" cheered Marian.

The audience cheered wildly in response.

Zoey returned Glameow to her Pokeball. "Thanks Glameow, you did a great job out there."

"Thank you Empoleon, you were amazing out there. Take a good rest," I praised while returning my Pokemon to its Pokeball.

"Hey Zoey, thank you for the battle. I look forward to having a rematch in the future," I said to the girl.

"Me too Sioku, I had a lot of fun. Congratulations on your victory," she replied.

Zoey and I waved at each other as we parted ways.

I then headed back toward the stage to wait for the second battle to begin.

My hope for peace vanished instantly when I saw Mira running toward me.

"Here comes trouble," I thought with a sigh.

Mira stopped right in front of me.

She had a wide grin on her face.

"What do you want?" I asked in an irritated tone.

"I'm so glad that you won your battle Sioku. Now wait for me to win mine so I could crush you in the final round," she replied before laughing.

"Buzz off Mira!" I shouted before turning around.

I breathed a sigh of relief when I heard Marian call for the next two contestants.

Mira and the other girl named Dawn stood at each end of the battle arena.

Mira sent out the poison and bug type butterfly Pokemon Dustox, and Dawn sent out the water type penguin Pokemon Piplup.

"Battle... begin!" called Marian.

Mira's Dustox began the battle by inflicting the poison effect on Piplup with toxic.

Dawn was at a huge disadvantage now.

Piplup fought back with bubble beam.

Dustox countered it with bug buzz.

Piplup then repeatedly used peck on Dustox which was super effective against it.

Dustox used silver wind to blow Piplup away.

Piplup quickly trapped Dustox in a constant whirlpool.

Dustox eventually flew out of the whirlpool before attacking Piplup with a powerful poison sting.

Piplup fainted from the poison infliction.

"Piplup is unable to battle. Mira will move onto the final round with Sioku!" cheered Marian.

I sighed in disappointment before making my way over to the arena once again.

"Hi Sioku, I've been waiting for this moment since we met! I hope you're ready to lose," Mira taunted.

"Shut it Mira," I snapped back.

I held my final Pokeball high in the air. "Okay Luxray, it's your time to shine!"

The electric type lion Pokemon Luxray stood on the field with its mane sparking.

Mmira proudly held up her Pokeball. "Crobat, come on out and play!"

The poison and flying type bat Pokemon Crobat flew in circles above Luxray's head.

"Battle... begin!" called Marian.

"Luxray, we'll have the first move. Use discharge in the air," I commanded confidently.

Luxray launched a giant ball of electricity upward, and it hit Crobat directly.

Crobat repeatedly flapped its wings as it struggled to stay in the air.

"Nice shot Luxray," I praised.

Mira frowned as she watched her points decrease.

"We won't let Sioku win this fight. Crobat, use cross poison!" she hollered furiously.

Crobat rapidly descended before slashing at Luxray with its poisonous claws.

Luxray howled in pain as it tried to shake Crobat off.

I watched with fear as my points dropped.

"Follow it up with poison fang," Mira added.

Crobat then sank its poison filled fangs into Luxray's neck, causing my Pokemon to fall over.

"Luxray! No!" I cried.

My points dropped down even further.

Luxray was now inflicted with the poison effect.

Mira burst into an obnoxious fit of laughter as she stared at my wounded Pokemon.

"Luxray, can you still fight?" I asked smoothly.

My Pokemon slowly stood up before shaking off.

"That's awesome Luxray! Jump up and use ice fang," I joyfully instructed.

Luxray stood on its hind legs before striking Crobats wing with a powerful ice fang attack.

"Good work," I praised.

Mira's points decreased once again.

"Fight back with poison fang," countered Mira.

Crobat struck Luxray with another poisonous bite.

Luxray fell to the ground with a thud.

My points dropped even further.

"Hang in there Luxray!" I called out.

Luxray stood up with its tail sparking wildly.

"Use thunder fang," I commanded.

Luxray's fangs sparked with electricity as it attacked Crobat once again.

Crobat was now inflicted with paralysis.

Mira's points dropped a third time.

"You'll pay for that Sioku," she grumbled.

I only shook my head.

"Let's wrap this contest battle up with cross poison," she said to her Pokemon.

"Oh no, again?" I fearfully thought.

Crobat slashed at Luxray with its claws once more.

Luxray weakly crashed to the ground as the poison infliction drained the last of its energy.

My points dropped all the way down to zero.

"Luxray is unable to battle! The winner of the Celestic Town Pokemon contest is... Mira!" cheered Marian with joy.

"Good job Mira," I said with a small smile.

"Thank you," she simply replied.

Losing the contest didn't really bother me.

Healing my Pokemon was more important.

I sadly returned Luxray to its Pokeball. "Thank you for working very hard during that battle. Don't worry, I'll take you to a Pokemon center."

I decided to watch the end of the contest first.

Mira proudly walked onto the stage.

The three judges happily congratulated Mira and presented her with the ribbon.

"Thank you very much," Mira said brightly.

"Well done Mira, I'm so proud of you!" exclaimed a blond haired man as he walked toward her.

The man also had yellow eyes and wore glasses.

He had on black shoes, a black uniform with blue outlines, a long white lab coat, a pair of white gloves, and a blue cowlick around his head.

"Thank you Dad," she replied as they embraced.

I inconspicuously slipped away from the contest before hurrying into the Pokemon center nearby.

"Hello again Sioku," greeted Nurse Joy.

"Hi Nurse Joy," I replied breathlessly.

I placed three of my Pokeballs on her desk. "Will you please restore my Pokemon?" They are tired from their intense battles."

"Of course I will," she answered.

"Thank you," I replied in relief.

I waited in the lobby to give Nurse Joy her space.

It took a long time for Nurse Joy to heal my Pokemon since Luxray got badly poisoned.

"Your Pokemon are ready Sioku," said Nurse Joy.

I happily ran toward her desk. "Thanks again Nurse Joy, I really appreciate your help."

She kindly handed my Pokeballs back to me. "You're very welcome Sioku, how did the contest go?"

"I made it to the finals," I answered.

"That's not bad at all," she replied.

"I'll see you later," I said before walking away.

Flareon randomly popped out of her Pokeball.

She ran circles around me while wagging her tail.

"Hi Flareon," I said cheerfully.

Flareon nuzzled me in response.

We then headed out the door.

I was on my way over to route 111 when Mira and her father ambushed me at the contest arena.

Flareon's fur heated up with fear.

I calmly rubbed behind her ears.

"There you are special Sioku. We've been looking everywhere for you," started Mira.

"Why?" I questioned in annoyance.

"Team Plasma wants your power," the man answered.

I stared at him dumbfounded. "Who are you anyway?"

"My name is Dr. Colress, and I am a scientist from Team Plasma. Mira is my daughter. We come from the Unova region," he explained.

I shivered at the sound of his title.

"How in the world did you two outsiders discover my healing ability?" I inquired angrily.

"I sensed your interesting power as soon as we met at the contest," answered Mira.

"I would never let creepy people like you two have my healing power! You guys don't deserve it! Move out of my way right now!" I shouted furiously.

Flareon protectively stood in front of me.

Flames shot from her mouth as she growled.

"That's not happening," Mira replied before laughing.

I glared at her in response.

Dr. Colress sighed roughly as he held up a Pokeball. "Magnezone, I need your assistance!"

The steel and electric type magnetic Pokemon Magnezone appeared in front of Flareon.

"Flareon, use flare blitz," I commanded.

Flareon struck Magnezone with a giant fireball.

Magnezone stumbled backward in pain.

"Nice work Flareon," I praised.

"I'll help you Dad," said Mira as she held up a Pokeball.

"Toxicroak, come on out!" she added.

The poison and fighting type frog Pokemon Toxicroak appeared next to Magnezone.

"Use poison jab," she commanded.

Toxicroak charged forward before jabbing its poison filled claws into Flareon's tail.

Flareon was then inflicted with the poison effect.

"Shake it off and use psychic on Toxicroak!" I hollered.

Flareon swung her long tail and flung Toxicroak far away from the battle.

Toxicroak quickly hopped back to its trainer's side.

Flareon then hit Toxicroak with a psychic attack.

"Use cross chop," commanded Mira.

Toxicroak slammed Flareon on the floor with a powerfull cross chop attack.

"Flareon... no!" I cried sadly.

My Pokemon couldn't move due to the lingering poison infliction by Toxicroak.

I knelt down to beside my Pokemon.

Flareon looked weak and severely injured.

I desperately wanted to use my healing power on Flareon, but I refused to reveal it to the creepy scientist and his annoying daughter.

Running away wasn't an option either because I would be leaving my poor wounded Flareon behind.

I rapped my arms tightly around Flareon, and she began to heal almost instantly.

Seeing her condition improve made me smile.

Dr. Colress grinned maliciously as he slowly stepped toward Flareon and me.

Chills rapidly crawled up my spine.

I didn't know what to expect.

"You've done well Mira, please take a step back. I can take over from here," he said to his daughter.

"Yes Father," she replied.

Mira returned Toxicroak to its Pokeball.

"Magnezone, step forward," ordered Colress.

His Pokemon stood directly in front of me.

"Use thunderbolt on the girl," he commanded.

Before I could react, Magnezone zapped me with a powerful thunderbolt attack.

I trembled violently as volts of electricity passed through my body like air.

I fell unconscious due to exhaustion.

Dr. Colress and his daughter quickly restrained me with heavy ropes while I was down.

They then carried me away.

Flareon grabbed my Pokeballs off the floor before bolting after us at full speed.

She followed Colress and Mira as they boarded a boat that was going to the Unova region.

Once at the port, Colress and Mira boarded a larger ship before it flew into a large forest.

Flareon inconspicuously ran into one of the small rooms and crawled under a bed.

~No PoV~

Mira happily followed behind Dr. Colress as he carried the Unconscious girl into a bedroom.

She then helped him situate Sioku in the bed before they restrained her with heavy straps.

"Mira, go get Aldith," ordered Colress.

"Yes Father," replied Mira.

She hurried out the door and down a long hallway.

A woman met her in the entrance to a large room.

"Hello Mira," she greeted.

"Hi Mis Aldith, Father told me to come get you. I also won the Pokemon contest today," Mira replied.

"Good job Mira, I'm happy for you. I'll follow your lead," Aldith said with a smile.

Mira gleefully skipped through the hall as she led Aldith back up to Sioku's room.

"Good evening Dr. Colress," greeted Aldith as the two girls casually entered.

Aldith suddenly paused as she saw the new girl. "Pardon me sir, who is this?"

"That young girl right there is Sioku. She is our test subject for new experiments. Her healing power can possibly give our Pokemon infinite health," he explained.

"You and I should start experimenting on her right away. We don't want to keep Lord Ghetsis waiting," Aldith advised.

Colress nodded his head in agreement.

"Can I help too?" asked Mira.

"No," answered Aldith.

Mira exited the room without a word.

The scientist and his assistant began making preparations while they waited for Sioku to wake up.
