I'm glad people enjoyed the Eto x Haise lemon I wrote! This chapter is SFW!

Shout out to the Guest who keeps writing amazing scenarios for lemons that I use as a reference to the actual ones I write! You're doing God's work.

I think I'm only one chapter away from reaching the 200K+ word milestone, so I'm pretty excited for that.

Thank you again for those who have been reading, reviewing, and following this story; it means a lot to me.

Without further adieu, I hope you enjoy this chapter! And as always, the author's notes will be at the end.

Thank you, and please enjoy!

Standing behind a tempered glass panel, high above an army of Tokyo's distraught and enraged citizens that circled around CCG's riot barriers like hungry sharks, Matsuri did his best to maintain a calm and calculativing demaner, as he stared down at what his career had become.

"Ingrates; all of them! All those juvenile miscreants are nothing short of ungrateful!" Matsuri shouted out before his most trusted assistant, Urie, who was amongst the minority who stayed in office, in comparison to the hundreds of bureau investigators who had already jumped ship.

Dressed in a black suit and tie that paired well with the purple dress shirt he was wearing, Urie stood beside Matsuri with his one-good eye staring down at the crowds of protestors rallying around the defense line made up of ghoul investigators and cops. "In these uncertain times, desiring a change for the status quo is only natural… Times are changing, and we need to change along with them… That is, if you're hoping to stay in power; or at least make it out of this with your dignity still intact," Urie said with a calm demeanor, despite knowing that Matsuri didn't care for his opinion in the least bit.

Clenching his jaw, Matsuri let out a quiet and frustrated grunt under his breath, before turning to his side to stare angrily at Urie. "Change?! And what do you suppose we should change, Urie?! We defend the public from the likes of the One-Eyed Owl and the Black Reaper! What more do they need?!"

"You claim that, yet you've failed to stop them at Cochlea and Corniculum: the two most fortified centers that we have," Urie argued without any malice in voice, despite knowing fully well that Matsuri was staring daggers at him. "Your reports were made up solely of eye-witness accounts to go by; you couldn't even secure the security footage of either prison… Whatever power you think you have, is nowhere close to the insignificant amount that you actually hold, Washuu."

Frowning, appearing as though he was going to snap back with a verbal rebuttal at any moment, Matsuri thought about what Urie had just told him. Everything, including being told how insignificant the CCG's power had become, were things that Matsuri already knew fully well of, but had a hard time accepting.

Letting out a grunt, Matsuri lowered his gaze before turning back forward to stare down at all of the protestors below. "... You're right, Urie; as of right now, I'm not in the same position of respect that my father was when he was the chairman."

Crossing his hands behind his back, Masturi let out a low chuckle before sighing. "The way I see it, the time of CCG being able to operate under the common man's knowledge has passed. We're in the spotlight, and the audience is ravenous… Hiding behind the curtain might not be the way we come out of this," Matsuri said, which piqued Urie's curiosity.

"Oh? And what are you planning on doing, exactly?" Urie asked with an arched brow, as he watched the man use his reflection from the glass panel to adjust his tie and hair with his fingers.

"In this life, Urie, we all have our roles to play. In order to ensure the survival of my clan's legacy, I'll have to play the role of the nuanced negotiator," Matsuri explained with a smirk, before turning his head over shoulder to stare at Urie's emotionless stare. "Come, you and I have history to make; I'll discuss the details of what you and I'll be doing, while we're in the elevator. And keep an open heart, Urie; they might have some criticisms that we can use to improve ourselves, and take credit for."

"… Very well," Urie said with the same poker face he had been using as a farce the entire time he had been pretending to be Matsuri's lapdog. Walking behind CCG's chairman, following Matsuri toward his private elevator, Urie took silent solace from the fact that GOAT's plan was going according to plan, thus far.

Dressed in black red-and-white striped slacks, sporting a black blazer on top of the white turtleneck sweater that Hinami had picked out for him, Yusa sat down beside Ihei as the two of them waited behind Furuta, who had been doing most of the talking for the past hour at the podium he had set up on the top steps of the Main Office's concrete stairs leading into the building's front courtyard.

Wearing a pair of black-rimmed eyeglasses, Yusa could see hundreds of faces who were cheering on his family's cause, and who all had looks of outrage and hope on all of them. Although Yusa had been practicing with the notes Furuta had given to him, the young teenager still wasn't sure how he'd perform in front of a crowd of protesters.

Watching from the corner of his eye as Ihei's hand reached down toward his thigh, Yusa felt her giving him a reassuring squeeze before looking up to be met with her usual tired-expression staring back at him. "I'm sensing that your resolve is wavering, Arima. Tell me, what's troubling you?"

While Ihei wasn't exactly the best when it came to having heart-to-heart conversations with, Yusa felt at least comforted by the fact that she cared enough about him to inquire about his feelings.

"Forgive me, Ihei, it's just… It's just that I'm nervous about having to speak in front of a crowd; I've never done such a thing before," Yusa explained with an uneasy look in his dark-grey eyes, before looking over at Furuta's back. "Washuu's such a charismatic guy… I don't see why I'm still having to be the poster child for our movement; he's already doing such a great job earning the people's admiration."

Unable to deny the fact that Furuta was always the most charismatic out of everyone in their family of blacksheeps, Ihei glanced over at her older half-brother before nodding. "You're correct about him being good at public speaking, and his little emo-hairdo is what's attracting him to the younger crowd alright…"

"… But the role of being the leader of a new era isn't his to play, and he knows that," Ihei continued, while smiling at the confused expression on Yusa's face. "He might seem like the best schemer out of all of us, and yes, he knows what he's doing; but it's not who he is… Think of it this way, Arima…"

"… Kichimura knows how to get us to where we need to be, but lacks the capability to carry on afterward. He lacks the motivation and progressive ideas that you do; he seeks to live in a better world, but he doesn't see himself being able to maintain and grow with it," Ihei explained quietly, before letting go of Yusa's thigh to instead pat him on the shoulder.

"And what makes any of you think that I have what it takes?" Yusa asked with a feeling of self doubt resonating within his words. "Sometimes, I question why you all believe in me so much… I admit, even I have reserves of GOAT's principles…"

"Oh? Such as?" Ihei inquired with an intrigued look on her face, as she studied Yusa's eyes.

"For one, why did Arima insist on there having to be a 'One-Eyed King' in the first place? Why do we need a martyr to lead a group of people? I understand that apparently there was one a hundred years ago in the past, but they led their people based on their own physical strength, rather than the merits of their own ideas or leadership skills… And look how that went: he became the 'King of the 24th Ward', and died alone, abominable, and in an awful place," Yusa argued with a perplexed expression in his eyes, before further continuing on with his argument while Furuta spoke to the masses.

"... For instance… Why in the world was 'Ken Kaneki' chosen to be the 'One-Eyed King' in the first place? He was socially inept, delusionally pretentious, and his leadership experience consisted solely of using his friends to further his own agenda; never once has he fought for something that was greater than his own self-interests," Yusa ended, as he visibly became upset after venting to his older distant-relative.

Nodding at what she had heard, Ihei thought for a moment before reciting, "... 'I've always found it to be unacceptable for there to be a massive gap between ghoul investigators and the average cop; having CCG being more equipped and trained than the police force that make up the majority of Tokyo's defense and criminal investigation is counter-intuitive. Unless there's a unification between the two branches of law enforcement, Tokyo's citizens will always be at the mercy of an inefficient, bipartisan system'."

Surprised that Ihei, the most ruthless and battle-lusting one out of his three older siblings, had read and memorized at least one part of his own writings, Yusa stared back at her with a bewildered look in his eyes. "... I'm unsure of how you were just able to recite that passage I wrote, considering that I don't recall informing any of you that I even had a journal."

"You didn't; I learned of your journal from that one ghoul; the one that you've all grown so fond of, apparently," Ihei explained with an unimpressed look in her pink eyes.

"... You're referring to Ms. Fueguchi, aren't you?" Yusa inquired with a mildly offended tone to his voice, which wasn't lost on Ihei, who in turn didn't try to hide her distaste for the aforementioned ghoul.

"That I was; I was just trying to refrain from calling it by its self-proclaimed name, is all," Ihei said, before suddenly chuckling at how triggered Yusa was getting from her blatant hate for ghouls. "See? You're able to distinguish ghouls and humans as being somehow equal, while also thinking above your own biases to recognize what has to be done to achieve that equality; that mindset is what makes you the ideal person to lead this revolution."

Analyzing how Ihei still hated ghouls, while Furuta had no motivation to actually put in the work needed to change Tokyo for the better, it was then that Yusa compared the two to Arima and Urie; both who were deadly warriors who had been reduced to nothing more than two used-up tools, who were living on borrowed time.

It was also then that Yusa began to understand why 'Ken Kaneki' was considered to be a candidate in the first place; it was solely because Arima and Furuta knew only of the importance of power, and lacked the understanding for anything that could be usefully beyond first achieving their goals.

Knowing fully well that Ihei was already self-aware of her own imperfections and unwillingness to change on her own accord, Yusa merely let out a sigh before turning away from her to continue observing the crowds of people before him.

Up on the skyscraper towering across from where the protesters were rallying around CCG's Main Office, Karren Von Rosewald knelt underneath the cover of the stone-fence that was built around the perimeter of the building's rooftop she was occupying. Armed with a silenced rifle that was equipped with hollow-point q-rounds and a powerful scope to boot, the German ghoul uncapped the steel flask she had on her person, before taking a swig from it.

Feeling a warmth growing in her chest from the dry-crisp blood wine that was traveling down her esophagus, Karren tossed the emptied flask down on the concrete floor beneath her combat boots, before reaching up with her leather gloved-hands to adjust her earpiece. Pressing her finger up to the earpiece, Karren activated the device before doing a mic-test.

"This is Commander Rosewald, of the United Front; do you read me Crescent Moon...? Over," Karren said, as she spoke quietly into the sensitive microphone attached to her earpiece.

"This is Nishiki, of the Crescent Moon; I hear you loud and clear, Commander. Over," the voice called back to her over the encrypted radio frequency.

"I am positioned on the rooftop of the Zeta Corp's office complex, approximately thirty-two stories above where the target is. Do I have clearance to eliminate Kichimura Washuu?" Karren asked in a serious tone, while doing her best to push down the fear of knowing that she would be chased and eventually overwhelmed after the moment she fired the shot.

"Negative, Commander; I'm watching the news channel right now, and it seems like Masturi Washuu, the chairman of CCG, is approaching the podium with the 'Black Reaper'," Nishiki informed, which only made Karren even more on edge than she already was. "... Stand by, Tsukiyama is deciding whether or not we're still going through with this."

"Copy that…" Karren replied, before pressing her back up against the concrete barrier before flopping down on her ass. While waiting for further instruction, Karren laid the rifle down on the floor to reach into her parka to pull out a glock.

Ensuring that it was fully loaded when it came time to pull the trigger on herself, so she couldn't be captured, Karren pulled the slide back to make sure the bullet was chambered, before letting go of the slide.

Muttering a quiet prayer to herself, Karren closed her eyelids and allowed the alcohol to ease her mind. Having known from experience what it was like to be tortured, and not wanting to have to relieve through that nightmare again, the German ghoul kept the loaded pistol within arms reach, before once again picking her rifle up to prepare herself to commit an assassination.

Having showered after Eto had left to go pick Haise up from the park, Touka had long since dried off and had gotten dressed in her maroon winter coat and black leggings. Due to how musty the apartment smelt after her intense work out session, Touka took the time to febreeze and air out all the rooms, before cleaning up the mess she and Eto had made upon having their 'dispute' over who was taking Haise as their date to the Christmas party later that night.

'Yoshimura's been gone for over an hour… Damn it… What the Hell's taking her so long?!' Touka pondered to herself with a bothered look visible on her face, as she made her way to the living room couch. Taking a seat beside Mutsuki, who was reading a book while Saiko was preoccupied with her video game, Touka looked over at the remote controler that was placed down on the glass coffee table in the middle of the room.

Extending her arm out toward the table, Touka thought back to her battle with the Black Reaper; more specifically, she thought back to when she saw how he utilized his body's electrokinetic abilities to magnetically manipulate his quinque back into his hand from afar.

Having practiced his same technique ever since she and the rest of her group had left Corniculum, Touka had thus far been unsuccessful at controlling her body's electromagnetic ability to manipulate objects. However, due to her kakuhou sacs having rapidly evolved in such a short period of time, Touka's RC-count had gone up substantially since the last time she had used her electrokinetic abilities, so she at least had a stronger bio-magnetic force to work with.

Closing her eyelids, Touka did her best to concentrate as hard as she could on moving the controller into her hand. However, after approximately five minutes of her not having any luck in her endeavors, Touka let out a sigh of defeat, before opening her eyelids back open while sinking back into the couch's cushions.

"Son of a bitch…" Touka muttered to herself, before suddenly feeling the couch shift. Looking over her muscular shoulder, Touka watched as Mutsuki nonchalantly leaned forward while still engrossed into the pages of her book to retrieve the remote controller, before casually offering it to her.

"I think I saw it wiggle," Mutsuki said with slight sarcasm behind her voice, while still having her face buried deep within her book, as she ignored Touka's glare while readjusting herself back into the cushions of the couch.

"… You're still my employee, Mutsuki; don't forget that," Touka snapped back with an abundance of sass in her voice, before rolling her eyes as she turned her attention forward toward the flatscreen television.

Turning on the television screen, Touka navigated into the channel guide, before selecting the 'Talk Tokyo' news channel; the same news station that had the same news team from 'Good Morning Tokyo'.

Having already missed out on a majority of what Furuta had said in front of an ever increasing crowd of protesters that were now in the thousands, Touka watched with mild-boredom as Furuta and Matsuri met before the podium, while appearing both somewhat surprised to see one another in person.

"Afternoon brother… I am allowed to call you my brother, right Matsuri? Or, am I still estranged in your eyes?" Furuta asked with a devilish smile on his face, which didn't seem to impress Matsuri in the least bit.

"Let's skip the formalities and pleasantries, Kichimura. I come here before you, and the good people of Tokyo, to hear what 'brilliant' ideas you have to offer me," Matsuri said into the megaphone that Furuta had handed over to him, before turning around to address the audience of protestors watching him with hatred in their eyes.

"I reassure you, my fellow citizens, I am not as ignorant as my older brother has made me out to be! I come here to seek solutions to benefit all of us; I in no way shape or form desire anything less than what you all want."

Nodding while clapping his hands together in a half-assed manner, Furuta impatiently waited for Matsuri to hand him back his megaphone, before speaking out toward the crowds of adoring followers, so that they could hear what he had to say.

"If that's true, dear brother, then I ask that you turn your attention to our youngest sibling, the same very one who, unlike you, seeks to unify ghouls underneath the protection of humanity… He seeks an era where we all not only can live in harmony, but he also seeks to unify Tokyo's federal branches through true democracy, in order to weed out corruption," Furuta said with an enthusiastic expression on his face, which really did well in earning him the crowd's thunderous rounds of applause.

Bringing the megaphone up to his lips while pointing his hand over to Yusa, who was being escorted by Ihei, Furuta shouted, "Ladies and gentlemen! Boys and ghouls, please welcome onto the stage the leader of Tokyo's new era of prosperity: Yusa Arima, the 'One-Eyed King' himself!" Furuta said in a way that did more than just hype up the protesters; it started to make them scream out for Yusa, as he professionally made his way over to Matsuri, who in turn seemed to silently scoff at his 'political opponent'.

Without having to speak himself, Furuta began to operate the megaphone in a way that he'd be able to switch over from Matsuri and Yusa naturally, without ever having to take a moment away from the audiences in the crowd, and those listening at home or the office.

"Yusa Arima… It's been years since I've seen you," Matsuri said condescendingly, while still trying his best to sound as professional as he could. "Last I checked, you were barely graduating from the academy… What made you want to start saving ghouls, instead of slaying them?"

"Ever since I was given the choice to make decisions for myself, that's when," Yusa said without sounding at all intimidated by his older sibling, while looking up at Matsuri dead in the eye. "And by 'academy,' I'm sure you're referring to 'Sunlit Garden': the place where all three of us were bred and raised from birth to be CCG's weapons, until the day we die."

Upon hearing Yusa blatantly revealing one of the many truths of CCG's dark underbelly for all of Tokyo's citizens to hear, Matsuri's eyes widened and his confidence was shaken. Even Furuta couldn't help but to give an instigative look out for the audience, which prompted them to begin once again screaming death threats and hateful words towards the CCG. Waiting for Furuta to wave for the protestors to quiet down so they could continue speaking, by the time Yusa was given an opportunity to speak, he immediately took it.

"Like you claim, Matsuri, I'm only interested in creating new ideas and following through with them, so long as they'll benefit the people of Tokyo. I have no interest in further embarrassing you, CCG, and your ancestors who benefited from exploiting both ghouls and humans," Yusa said with a straight face, despite the fact that everyone, including his debate opponent, understood that he was taking a shot at his older sibling. "... Just don't be surprised when I call you and your corrupt system out for its injustices and wrong doings."

Although political debates weren't really her thing, Touka could appreciate hearing how anti-CCG Yusa was being, especially since it became abundantly clear that the teenager was very pro-ghoul.

For the next twenty minutes, Touka, Mutsuki, and even Saiko became engrossed with the broadcasted debate, which consisted of Yusa being able to strategically get the upper hand on every argument that came up between him and Matsuri.

For every point that Matsuri tried to make that would justify the way CCG operated, Yusa would immediately counter it by not just pointing out its flaws, but seemingly always having a counter-argument at the ready that provided a better alternative for whatever thing the federal branch did.

The most critical points that Yusa had brought up consisted of how much money went into CCG for the sole purpose of weapons development, that would be occasionally sold to their German counterpart, and as well as how much tax money went into purchasing weapon schematics from their German counterpart.

Not only was there an over reliance on using taxes to fund their expansive armory, but when it became known that CCG had hired a private army of teenagers to assist their efforts of reclaiming what was left of Corniculum, the Oggai, Matsuri really began to sweat underneath his collar.

As if that wasn't enough to rile up the audience, what really grabbed everyone's attention was when Yusa revealed to everyone of a leaked series of documents containing research for artificial meat for ghouls to consume as an alternative to human flesh, all dating back to the early 1960's.

For over half a century, the research notes and scientific data that would have saved millions of ghouls across the world had been purposefully kept in the dark. Because as Yusa put it, 'CCG wouldn't have a fraction of the power it does now, if the crime rate for ghouls were low as those committed by their human counterparts.'

Having lost her parents to the very people who could have helped them instead of damn them, Touka was visibly enraged after hearing everything Yusa had brought up, and her passionate rage was only kept at bay by hearing every proposed idea that the young teenager had that went into detail about what could be done to solve the problems caused by CCG.

There was a moment of silence after Matsuri and his fellow investigators were publically humiliated and condemned, and after a few minutes of CCG's chairman appearing to be at a loss for words, it was Furuta who decided to break the silence by acting as the meditator for his two siblings of contrasting ages and experience.

"Dear brother, do you see now why you, and even myself, are not fit to protect the lives of these good people?" Furuta said with a slightly condescending tone in his voice, which was lost on the audience who were fully supporting everything that the young 'One-Eyed King' had said thus far.

"Do not blame yourself, Matsuri; you and I come from a different era! We were raised to hate and control those who couldn't defend themselves… Hate is all we were raised with," Furuta said with a softening expression, as Matsuri watched with disbelief as he saw his half-brother's expression transformed from being mocking, into genuinely conveying empathy.

"... You grew to hate those underneath you, and I grew to hate those who were above me… Arima's different," Furuta said in a less eccentric voice, while slowly straightening his back while relaxing his shoulders. "Aren't you tired of burdening yourself with all the accumulated hatred of our ancestors, Matsuri? Haven't… Haven't you played that role long enough?"

Being caught off guard by hearing such a question that he had asked himself countless times before, Matsuri's cold and hardened expression suddenly shifted into a look that conveyed exhaustion and vulnerability. "... I've always dreamed of what it was like to be in my… No; in 'our' grandfather's shoes. To be on the top, to call the shots and create my own legacy that would have made Tokyo better… Or atleast, that's what I always imagined myself doing, before I actually became the chairman for CCG."

Nodding his head, Furuta looked back at Matsuri, and for the first time in his life, he didn't see him as an obstacle, but as a brother. "Kichimura, I… I see now that I'm only an extension of our family's mistakes and selfish-ambitions; I've been blind thus far, but I've come here to change that… Hearing what essentially is our 'dirty laundry' being aired out for the public made me realize that, well… Perhaps if we need to keep a policy a secret, then it shouldn't be kept at all."

Genuinely surprised yet still delighted to hear how cooperative his half-brother was, Furuta let out a quiet gasp before smiling warmly at the man he had once envied. "Matsuri... Forgive me if I sound cheesy or even pathetic, but ever since I started to live amongst family members, in an environment where I can see them as more than just fellow investigators, I've found myself becoming more sentimental each day… I too used to think that I wanted power for the sake of having it, but… I think that yearning for power was just me trying to fill the void left behind our lack of love."

Smirking a bit, Matsuri let out an uneasy chuckle before speaking out into the megaphone, "Yes, Kichi, that's actually rather cheesy to hear; or as the kids call it these days, 'cringy'," Matsuri said jokingly in good humor, which managed to elicit a few laughs from the audience along with earning him a chuckle from Furuta and Yusa.

"But I think I understand what you're trying to ask, and to that I say 'yes'... Yes, you can call me 'brother'... I think you're right; it's time you and I step aside, and live not as enemies, but as brothers," Matsuri said with a slight but reluctance in his voice, before extending his arms out to offer Furuta something that he had never received from his own father: a hug.

Letting out an elongated sigh, Furuta momentarily looked up toward the sky to avoid the tears from the corners of his eyes from leaking down his cheeks, as he moved his trembling legs forward toward his brother. Smiling from ear-to-ear, Furuta felt the happiest he had ever been as he took one last step, before suddenly dropping to the ground as soon as three rounds went straight through his chest.

All of the protestors and other spectators started to scream and scrambled while trampling over one-another, as each of them scurried through the streets and into whatever buildings they could get into. Before the assassin could plant a bullet into Yusa's skull, Ihei immediately tackled her younger sibling to the ground to save him from narrowly being shot by the fourth bullet, all while CCG's investigators rushed forward with their rifles aimed upwards towards the rooftop of the office complex that was across the street from them.

Covered in his brother's blood, Matsuri had a look of absolute shell-shock on his face, as he stared down at his half-brother laying down on the pavement. Watching with trembling limbs as Ihei and Yusa crawled over to Furuta to stare down at him with heartache and sorrow in their eyes, Matsuri felt his own heart beginning to tear at the sight of his outcast family mourning.

"Kichi…?! Kichi, hey! D-Don't fall asleep; stay awake, okay…?!" Ihei demanded with tears welling up in her pink eyes, as she knelt down beside Furuta to inspect how grave the injuries were. Flinching and letting out a gasp, it didn't take the young woman long until she realized that the rounds used on her brother were hollow points, and had torn his lungs and heart into shreds. "It's… It's nothing… J-Just… Just stay awake, okay…? P-Please, just… J-just… Please..."

Knowing fully well that without oxygen and the means to pump blood through his bodies that he was a dead man, Furuta let out a humorless chuckle, before beginning to immediately wheeze. "Hairu… Take care of Yusa and 'her'… Please, b-be kinder to 'her', she's… She's too good for this world," Furuta said with his limited breath while referring to Hinami, before turning his head over to stare at Yusa's tear-ridden eyes. "You… You are… E-Everything I wished I was… D-Don't accept hate i-into your heart, Arima… D-Don't repeat our mistakes..."

Reaching down to firmly grasp Furuta's gloved hand, Yusa swallowed back the lump in his throat before kneeling down closer to wrap his arms around his older sibling. "I-I wish I got to know you sooner, Washuu… Thank you… Thank you for taking us away from Sunlit Garden… I-I love you, 'onii-chan'... You can rest now; I'll… I'll take it from here."

Watching while being dragged away to safety by Urie, the world around Matsuri seemed to slow down. As his armed men and women marched down the concrete steps of the Main Office to begin making their way up toward the office complex's roof, Matsuri focused solely on the sight of seeing Ihei and Yusa lovingly embracing Furuta in his final moments.

"K… Kichimura…" Matsuri muttered sorrowfully under his breath, before being dragged into the lobby behind the safety of tempered-glass doors.

Due to the camera having been set up on a tripod and on a small platform by the news crew that had abandoned their equipment in the wake of the gunfire, all three women were able to see Matsuri being dragged inside the Main Office, while Ihei and Yusa huddled over Furuta's body before the news channel decided to cut away from the live footage.

Silence filled the living room, as Touka, Mutsuki, and even Saiko felt absolutely shocked beyond words at what they had just seen on live television. Without any idea on how to proceed, the news channel began to broadcast its 'Please Stand By: Technical Difficulties' screen; leaving the three women, along with every one of their viewers in the dark.

Rest in peace Furuta. GOAT and CCG ALMOST were able to begin peaceful negotiations with one another, and perhaps even reform to become TSC (Tokyo Security Committee). But alas, Tsukiyama isn't back in Tokyo for the benefit of those living there; he's there to conquer, not to fight for peace.

The United Front is there for the benefit of ghouls world wide, but will always have the Tsukiyama family and their European politicians interests at heart. To Tsukiyama, Tokyo is a city ripe for resources and labor, and would be a perfect place to start before continuing on with his expansion toward Asia.

Not to say that they're the villains of the story, but Tsukiyama's band of mercenaries and terrorists aren't exactly the heroes either. Same with GOAT, and especially CCG.

As far as most people will assume, Furuta's assination and Yusa's attempted murder were commited by CCG. It won't happen overnight, but theories and misinformation being spread while Yusa takes control of the 'GOAT' podcast will definitely make the people of Tokyo want to stand up to their 'oppressors'.

Since Matsuri showed weakness in wanting to cooperate with a group of ex-CCG members who not only are wanting to help ghouls, but were responsible for leaking out top-secret information, Urie 100% will use this opportunity to turn on Matsuri, and regain control of CCG, along with the Oggai.

Rather than trying to rule from the shadows or by claiming to a dying power, Urie would more than likely rule as the 'Black Reaper' and use his own power to strike fear into his opponents, and to keep his subordinates in check.

Remember, Urie's goal is play the role of the 'dragon'; to encompass everything wrong with Tokyo, and become everyone's enemy so that everything twisted about CCG and ghouls dies with him.

But sadly, Furuta won't ever get the chance to smash Rize. Which might be a good thing, considering that he got to die a way more forgiving death than his canon self. And by that, I mean he got to die feeling loved, rather than nihilistic and wondering what could have been.

Knowing Yusa, he's probably going to help Haise rescue Rize, just for the sake of honoring Furuta's wishes of ensuring her safety. As for Ihei, let's just say that when she does find out who killed her older brother, she'll want blood, and lots of it. Like I said, GOAT isn't out to fight Haise; they're pretty much neutral when it comes to him.

I had a lot of fun writing this chapter, and I'm excited to write the next chapter, when Haise takes Eto back to her apartment to have her rest until the weed is out of her system; giving Touka a chance to take him to the Christmas Party as her date, and then fuck lmao.

Hardcore fucking too, G; not that soft stuff. HARDCORE BDSM, BABY!

Anyways, expect the Touka x Haise lemon to happen in about, erm… In Chapter 33? Maybe 34? Oooo, it would be cool if it was '34', for reasons.

Time for the reviews, lol.

Thank you for thinking that Chapter 30 was sexy, Guest! You're probably right, I should have waited to release Chapters 28 + 29, so it didn't confuse people. Luckily, those chapters aren't VERY essential to the story, considering how everything I write is so closely written together, where missing a chapter here and there wouldn't take too much away from the story.

Thank you for reviewing Carla! I'm glad your Etoken fantasy was fulfilled! You're very welcome writing this, and if Eto survives by the end of the story, which she probably will, then I'll be sure to give her fraternal twins! I'm glad you enjoyed the marking and romance parts too!

Thank you for saying that the Eto x Haise lemon was hotter than the Hinami x Kaneki one! According to my analytics, I think there's quite a bit of people who skip the entire story, just to re-read Hinami and Kaneki fucking, lol.

I agree, having a woman dominating her man is hot! Not to say that Haise won't be the dom for future lemons, such as Saiko, Ayumu, and Kurona for example.

Don't worry, not a drop was wasted from Haise; Eto is definitely going to be getting preggers from that.

Eto marking Haise surely is a sign of ownership and love, something that Touka won't be happy about at all.

Thank you for reviewing Saitama, and Tier 15 is checked off the list. Now that Haise lost his virginity to Eto, it's open season from here.

Thank you for reviewing Reviewbrah! I'm glad you enjoyed the lemon, and no I don't think Haise was planning on getting Eto pregnant, and I'm sure he would feel nervous about it before feeling happy. Remember, it's like Eto noticed in the beginning, all those head injuries Haise sustained make it so he can't really over think too much about what he does. Roma noticed that too, hence why she called him 'Austimo'. And again, sorry about your inflatable snowman; rest easy knowing that they indeed only get probably a few bucks from pawning it, if that.

Eto took both Haise's virginities, yes sir! And for your questions as to how Eto would have treated Anteiku era Kaneki in bed, she probably would have been still dominant, but softer and wouldn't feel the need to mark him outside of a gentle bite mark, and a few hickies.

Rest assured, Touka will make Haise into a convulsing mess and her bitch when she's done with him.

You're welcome for playing into your asscheek fetish, Guest lol. I am but a humble writer, here to serve your needs of reading Haise/Kaneki getting fucked.

Haise fell asleep, and Eto probably was all up for having an after sex conversation about the relationship status between her and Haise. If Haise didn't fall asleep, Eto would have asked him to be her boyfriend, and probably wouldn't have smoked an entire joint to herself afterward.

Thank you L for reviewing, and explaining that Spongebob reference. Gotta admit, it seemed more like a brap fetish than a reference to that one amazing Spongebob episode, where Squidward pretends to run the Krusty Krab under the guise of it being a fancy restaurant. But A+ for the effort, and for the idea of having Eto and Touka marking similar dates of when they're expecting children. Here's what you wrote, and I love it for how silly it is, and how stupid Haise's answer was.

Eto takes out a marker to circle her expected due date. "Hey Eto whatcha circling?" said Haise as he walks into the kitchen.

"Oh I'm just setting a reminder for Leif Erikson day!" squeaked a nervous Eto.

"Oh okay!" said a happy Haise.

"Leif Erikson day is in October." stated an irritated Touka who just walked in with a marker in hand as well. Eto's nervous demeanor dropped the moment she noticed a marker in Touka's hand.

"Why do you have a marker in your hand Kirishima?" asked a suspicious Eto as Touka walks closer to the only calendar in the apartment.

"You know damn well why I have a marker in my hand Yoshimura! The more important question is why did YOU circle September 24 on a calendar for next year?!" shouted an angry Touka. Ink drips to the floor as the marker in Eto's hand is crushed by her massive strength.

"The same reason why you're CIRCLING September 25th you GYMRAT!" shouted an enraged Eto.

Haise oblivious to what's going on can only think of one thing to say, "Happy Leif Erikson day hinga-dinga-durgen." said an increasingly nervous Haise.

(Again, I loved it. Please do more, lmao.)

Thank you Root A for the review! I'm glad you enjoyed the lemon! I think it was something that Eto noticed more than Haise, considering that he was too deep in pleasure to really notice much else. And thank you for saying that my proposed ghoul-origin story is good, and thank you for making that joke about Ishida's dragon looking like shit, lmao.

For the list of girls Haise finds the most attractive, I think Eto is probably close to number one, if not number one entirely. If you give me a list, I'll put the girls Haise would find the most attractive in order for you.

If young Kaneki knew what was to come, I'm sure he wouldn't have wasted his time with Rize, or left Eto. He honestly probably would have ran away from his mother, which might have been for the best, honestly.

Thank you guest for the scenario, I love shit like this, lol!

E-Eto~! I-I'm, aah~, g-gonna….. Sasaki opens his eyes to the ceiling of an apartment. 'Phone buzzes'

Sasaki:'I must have past out.' 'Did Eto bring us home?' Looks over and see's phone with the screen flashing(Text from Hide)

Sasaki: 'Huh?' Clicks on text (Your going to die alone)

Sasaki:'What?' Suddenly feels a wet spot in his pants 'What is going on?' 'Where is Eto?' Gets up to go search. 'Eto's apartment looks exactly like the one I had in college.' He sees the bathroom door closed 'Eto are you in there?' After no response he opens it and the night light is on 'Its empty.' Turns back to leave but the corner of his eye sees the mirror and he freezes.

Sasaki:'How? No this is impossible!' His reflection shows the face of his younger self with black hair.

Sasaki:'Eto what's going on!' 'Eto!' Runs through the whole apartment

Sasaki:'Where is everybody?' 'Is this a prank?' 'Its not funny anymore' Goes back to his cellphone. Clicks on contacts

Sasaki: 'Hide and my aunt?' 'I haven't seen Hide or my aunt in years!' 'Where's Eto,Touka,Mutsuki, and Saiko?'

Sasaki: 'This must be a dream.' Picks up the phone and clicks the call icon under the Hide contact name ring ring ring Phone picks up

Hide: 'Kaneki!' 'You finally called!' 'I haven't heard from you since we went to Big Girl!' 'Why weren't you responding to my calls?'

Sasaki: 'Sorry Hide I was too busy with all my girlfriends and I'm too cool for school !'

Hide:'You have girlfriends?'

Sasaki:'Yeah, way more than you!' Hangs up on Hide

Sasaki: 'Hahahaha ahhh, I always wanted to do that.' 'Okay let me pinch myself awake' Pinches himself hard enough to bruise

Sasaki:'Ouch!' 'What the hell!' 'Why am I not waking up!' ' That weed is something else!'

(This was hilarious, and thank you for taking the time out of your day to write this! Truly, I love this stuff lol.)

Ooo Diamond Status? How regal! Thank you, kind sir or ma'am! Or neither, or both, it's all the same, really.

Touka giving Eto some coal would be a hilarious idea, and it would be amazing to see Eto crushing it in her hand to create a diamond, but only to realize that it looks kind of ugly without being cut.

Haise wouldn't be killed by remembering that Kaneki was beaten as a child, I think in the canon it took more than just that to finally allow Kaneki to take back his body. But don't worry, Haise isn't going anywhere… Yet, maybe.

By Azura, by Azura, by Azura! Thank you for giving me the blessings of the Divines! It's an honor to make them into soulmates.

Another shoutout to the Guest who wrote an amazing scenario for me to expand on for Roma! He's done that for Eto, Touka, Saiko, Matsumae, and Roma! He's an MVP, that's for sure! And don't worry, Eto's dream of being visited by her mother as the ghost of Christmas' past will happen good sir! If you have anything else you'd like to see done for lemons, such as maybe Ayumu, Chie Hori, or especially Kurona; I'm a bit stuck on how I should best utilize her when it comes time for Haise to dick her down.

Again, thank you very much for your service to this country, and fanfic. I can't wait to write Roma and Haise having a MDLB (Mommy Dom, Little Boy) sex scene. We're getting freaky out here, y'all. Can't have the same boring vanilla shit day in and day out, ya know? Gotta spice up my lemons somehow, lmao.

I didn't have Haise speak a lot during the lemon, if he did speak, it was to elicit a response from Eto, or to moan. I did this mostly because I want those who are getting off to the lemons, either sexually or metaphysically, to get the best experience from having the woman be the star of the show. Just know that Haise was very happy and excited to hear Eto pouring her heart out to him, before getting rough with him. He liked that too, don't worry.

Thank you again for liking the smut! And yes, Eto was extremely proud of herself for making Haise cum twice.

Thank you for suggesting that my lemon be worthy enough to be written on a gold plaque. I am humbled.

Touka most definitely will be able to tell Haise and Eto had sex, just from Haise being a little more than sensitive down there. That, and he'll smell like Eto a lot. There will be a smell from their orgasm that Touka isn't familiar with, but she'll be able to smell Eto's scent all over Haise; especially since he has a bite mark and nail scratches on him. Oh, and Touka probably will want to punish Haise for smelling like weed, which he'll probably try to blame the smell on in the first place.

The Touken chapter will be either 33, or 34.

Eto is the best waifu indeed; she's the most loving, despite trying her hardest to hate Haise/Kaneki in the past.

Oooo! I love that future lemon idea! Have Haise de-robe Eto in her Aogiri costume, before unwrapping her bandaged off before they fuck lol.

Anyways, that about does it for now.

Thank you very much to those who are reading and reviewing this story! You guys really do motivate me to write and edit these chapters in a timely fashion! Thank you, and have a great day!
