Thank you for reading this far; I appreciate every one of you who's managed to get this far!

The author note's will be brief, and mostly go over questions only today; because I'm super busy and want to release this chapter before the day ends.

Anyways, thank you, and please enjoy!

The time that Shirazu spent with Urie, clashing blades with one another down an evacuated road, had been intense for him at first. Having previously seen what Urie was capable of with his dragon-cell infused body, Shirazu knew just how skilled and agile the Black Reaper was in combat. Had it not been for the fact that his augmented body was capable of keeping up with Urie, Shirazu knew that he would have died already.

However, despite the fact that his new cybernetic body was capable of giving Urie a run for his money, the truth of Shirazu's greatest flaw made itself clear to Urie, after he had managed to slice the silver-haired man's left hand off during their exchange of blows.

After having gotten his hand cut off, which felt like nothing due to the quinx's inability to feel pain, Shirazu quickly retaliated by swinging his quinque horizontally at Urie's throat; slicing open the one-eyed ghoul's juglar and spraying himself with his black-blood. Knowing fully well that it wouldn't be long until the Black Reaper's grave wounds were treated by his unnatural regenerative abilities, Shirazu followed up his attack by using Nutcracker's plasma-cutters to blow apart Urie's kagune-blade, before finishing his combo by roundhouse-kicking the other man several meters away from him.

Holding his blade out in front of him to prepare himself for any counter attack that Urie would use against him, Shirazu kept his one-good arm outstretched to maintain his defense, as he watched his opponent rolling himself back up to his feet. Standing across from one another, with approximately five-meters of asphalt and rubble separating them, Shirazu and Urie glared at one another with tension high in the freezing air.

Time seemed to be suspended for the two, as Shirazu watched Urie's lips curl up to a grin before parting open to speak. "... You're not capable of regenerating lost limbs, are you?" Urie asked with a triumphed glimmer hidden behind his eye, as his gaze temporarily shifted over to Shirazu's stub of a wrist, before looking back up to lock eyes with the quinx.

"Don't need to; I'm perfectly capable of kicking your ass with one hand," Shirazu replied back in a gruff voice, while not showing anything remotely close to fear, after Urie pointed out his body's major flaw. "My new body doesn't need to rely solely on a source of cells, dragon or RC otherwise, to continue to function; the heat produced by my 'RC-reactor' recycles itself, and creates more power as I move. To put it simply: don't think you're going to outlast me because I can't grow new limbs like you."

Nodding his head with a sense of curiosity coming to his mind, Urie took a moment to spit out a wad of black-blood onto the asphalt beneath his feet, before asking his next question. "How much did you tell CCG about everything I told you? About GOAT's true purpose?"

"Truth be told, I barely had time to tell them jackshit. I would have told them more, had you actually trusted me enough to tell me why you're doing this; I suppose you being a shit friend paid off in the end, huh?" Shirazu asked sarcastically with anger in his voice, as he slowly started to make his way over to Urie, who in turn was beginning to walk towards him as well. "Not that I give a shit about whatever excuse you have to justify your own vile acts. But hey, I'll offer something though, even though I doubt your dumbass will agree to it…"

"... Tell me where this 'dragon', or whatever the hell it's called, went. While you're at it, tell me where the oggai are coming from, and how the hell you managed to get 'dragon-cells' in the first fuckin' place. Answer me, and maybe… God-fucking-damnit, Urie; do I REALLY need to ask you to do the right-FUCKING thing here?!" Shirazu asked in an exasperated tone; appearing to be more annoyed and frustrated at Urie, rather than sorrowful of him being unable to do the morally-right decision.

"Even if I did tell you everything you wanted to know, are you going to spare me? Save me, and my soul (give me a fucking break)?" Urie asked mockingly with his smirk intensifying, as his kagune once-again repaired itself to form a large-black blade that grew outward of his right forearm.

Letting out a hardy laugh after hearing Urie's sarcastic question, Shirazu twirled his wrist to spin his quinque in a circle, before immediately leaping forward to clash blades with the Black Reaper; causing a violent spark to ignite the moment his quinque clashed against the other man's kagune.

"You're a murdering scumbag, Urie; there's no mercy left for you in this world!" Shirazu retorted with brutal honesty, as he shifted his weight on the blade to create a small opening to allow himself to deliver a powerful upper-cut to Urie's jaw with his stump of a wrist; causing an audible 'crack' to be heard, moments before the Black Reaper was sent upper wards into the air.

Not wanting to wait for gravity to bring Urie's body back down to the Earth before re-engaging in combat, Shirazu leapt upwards ten-meters where the one-eyed ghoul's body was still airbound. Slashing upwards with his quinque while aiming to sever the Black Reaper's legs, Shirazu was caught off guard as Urie's kagune suddenly expanded downwards along his back, before splitting off and around his legs towards his feet.

Forming two-long blades that spanned out past his ankles, essentially transforming his legs into meter-long swords, Urie immediately took the offensive side, as he began to swing his newly-formed weapons down on Shirazu. Using his dragon-cells to morph the joints and tendons in his legs to manvers his legs in unnatural angles to achieve perfect momentum in his swings, Urie blocked Shirazu's quinque while using his other leg to sever the quinx's other wrist.

Cursing under his breath, Shirazu used his stumps to bring the Nutcracker's handle towards his metal jaw to chomp down on, all while having to sacrifice the rest of his forearms by raising them up in front of his head and neck, to defend himself from getting decapitated by Urie's leg-blades.

Ensuring to keep his mouth closed down against Nutcracker's handle as he was launched down from the sheer power of Urie's legs, Shirazu paid no mind to the fact that he had become armless, and instead focused on using his powerful legs to rebound the moment after he crater into the asphalt.

Leaping backwards to avoid Urie's flurry of blades that slashed at the spot on the ground where he had landed on, Shirazu's compact and modified kagune expelled itself from its reinforced q-frame from his upper shoulders, to revel two-pairs of purple-metallic wings; all armed with what appeared to be small missiles that gave off the appearance of red-tipped feathers.

With a metal-wingspan of around two-meters in length, Shirazu appeared to be a mix between an angel and a warmachine to Urie, as the quinx's augmented kagune expanded outwards out of his upper shoulders.

Armed with his own arsonal of explosive-ordnance, Shirazu used his one-functioning eye to zero-in on Urie, who already recovered from impacting the ground and was sprinting towards him on the tips of his kagune, that was still protruding two blades down his ankles.

Launching all of the micro-missiles chambered from his upper-right metal wing, Shirazu kept his blade at the ready as his vision became obscured by the smoke-trail his kagune's projectiles left behind in their wake, as they soared at Urie at high speeds. Just as Shirazu expected, however, the burst of lightning being expelled from Urie's kagune caused the missiles to explode prematurely.

With his body extremely resistant to Urie's electrokinetic abilities however, Shirazu fearlessly decided to sprint forward into the cloud the moment his clawed-feet touched the ground below. Building up an electric charge of his own, using his body's RC-reactor by overcharging it while simultaneously backing up the flow of recycled charges, Shirazu's body became enveloped in blue-lightning that he used to disorient the Black Reaper.

The moment Shirazu thought he was close enough to strike, he expelled his reactor's electric charge; resulting in a massive explosive of lightning that caused the smoke around him to disappear. Without anything to prevent him from seeing Urie, who he saw closing his eyelids from having been affected by the makeshift flashbang, Shirazu became determined to end the terror caused by Black Reaper and tightened his jaw's grip on his quinque as he got within striking distance of him.

'I… I cannot allow Haru to live in a world where something like you exists! Burn in Hell, Urie!" Shirazu thought to himself, as he swung his head sideways while activating the plasma-cutter built within Nutcracker's blade to coat it in a blazing blue-light. Wanting nothing more than to decapitate Urie, Shirazu was so focused on landing the killing blow that he didn't realize that the other man had been leading him into a trap until it was too late.

"... Still reckless as ever, aren't you?" Urie asked condescendingly with a disappointed look on his face, as he retracted all three blades made by his kagune back into his body, before immediately stabbing himself in the process of inverting his black-blades through his chest; essentially turning his kagune inside-out. Shooting out his kagune's three blades out of the center of his ribs, Urie slashed at Nutcracker handle, causing the plasma-coated blade to fly out of quinx's mouth, while using his other two black-blades to stab them deep into Shirazu's chest.

Watching as Shirazu vomited out a large amount of blood mixed in with an oily substance, Urie was about to use his third blade to land a fatal blow on the quinx, before suddenly being caught off guard by his opponent's immediate counterattack.

Quickly raising his kakuja-powered legs up, Shirazu kicked his feet through Urie's chest-cavity, and felt the man's ribs shattering and his spinal-cord ripping apart, as his clawed-feet went straight through the one-eyed ghoul's body and kagune, and out from the other side of his back.

Pulling his legs out of the two large and gaping holes he had made in Urie's caved-in chest, Shirazu's clawed-tip feets scoped out a large chunk of the Black Reaper's mutated kakuhou sacs out of his body, before delivering one-more roundhouse kick against the side of his head; decapitating Urie in the process.

Staggering forward past Urie's headless body, Shirazu found himself unable to land properly on his feet, and ended up collapsing toward the ground before skidding several-meters across the asphalt. Hearing a loud-beeping coming from his chest, Shirazu stared down to see coolant pouring out of his RC-reactor, meaning that he had nearly overheated what essentially was his artificial heart in the process of finishing off the Black Reaper.

"I… I… I think I did it? I… Oh you got be FUCKIN' kidding me!" Shirazu shouted in frustration, after having his brief moment of feeling victorious over his opponent squandered the moment he saw Urie's body beginning to move. Laying down on his side, Shirazu watched as Urie's headless body autonomously rolled back onto its feet with its severed head in its hands, before placing it back on his black-bleeding neck to have its dragon-cells secure the head back onto it.

"Goddamn 'Jack Skellington' wannabe…!" Shirazu spat out in bitterness, as he fought past his battle-damaged body to stagger back up to his feet; doing his best to ignore how screwed he was, after watching Urie picking Nutcracker up from the ground. "Enjoy holding my quinque while you can, Urie, because I'm gonna shove it up your ass after I rip your FUCKIN' arms off!"

"Still acting like you actually have a chance against me, eh Shirazu? I understand that you were never the smartest out of the squad, but surely even you can grasp just how royally fucked you are right now (you aren't even capable of healing in general)?" Urie asked with a slightly confused look in his one-exposed eye, as he glared cautiously at the quinx, who still had three chambers of micro-missiles left at his disposal. "With so many close encounters with death, surely you value your life now… Walk away right now, and I promise th-"

"-Bullshit," Shirazu interrupted with an unforgiving look in his eyes, as he expanded his kagune-wings outward before launching all three-chambers of his explosive-ordinances up into the air, like one would do with a flare gun. Having timed the micro-missiles to go off at a high-enough altitude to alert all Tokyo of their location, Shirazu ignored the fact that the beeping in his chest was intensifying as he sprinted towards Urie.

Resorting to using his four wings as bladed-appendages to swing and collide against Nutcracker and Urie's sturdy kagune, something that the scientists who worked on the quinx's new cybernetic body advised him not to do, Shirazu bobbed-and-weaved while doing his best to battle Urie.

Unfortunately, despite his bravery and unwillingness to back down in spite of the overwhelming odds that were stacked against him, it didn't take long for Urie to slice apart Shirazu's four wings into nothing but metal-ribbons that fell beneath their feet and against the broken asphalt below.

"It's like I said, Shirazu," Urie said in a deep voice, as he stepped to the side before ramming the tip of Nutcracker's blade deep into the quinx's chest, "'In order to survive this world, your resolution, your strive for what you believe in, must be greater than those around you.'" Urie recited with a disappointed look in his eyes, before shoulder bashing the armless man to pull the blade of the quinque out of his damaged-metallic chest.

"... From that distance you were at, you could have easily blown my body apart… What a shame that you lacked the resolution to do so," Urie mused with a frown on his face, before turning back his head over his shoulder to stare back at the children's hospital that he had purposefully led Shirazu toward during the duration of their battle. "And all it would have cost you to get the job done was mere minimal collateral damage."

"'Minimal collateral damage'?! That's what comes to your mind when you think of the lives of those children and healthcare workers?!" Shirazu asked in righteous anger, as he tried getting back up to his feet, before immediately being kicked back to the ground, after Urie had delivered a swift boot to his chest. "You're a fuckin' psychopath, Urie; the lowest of the low…!"

"Perhaps I am, but look at this way: theoretically, if you did have the balls to fire your missiles at me, you would have saved a lot more lives in the long run," Urie argued back without any remorse in his voice, which disgusted Shirazu to the pit of where his stomach used to be.

"... Go to Hell, Urie," Shirazu spat out hatefully towards Urie, making it clear to the Black Reaper that he didn't fear death in the slightest.

"... You first," Urie retorted back, before raising Nutcracker up in the air to land a killing blow on Shirazu.

Looking up towards where Urie's hand was holding his quinque, Shirazu braced himself to once again be met with death's embrace. That was, however, until a pink-beam of plasma propelled itself up from the sky and straight through Urie's wrist, while blowing his entire right arm into a cloud of vaporized-ash within seconds.

Appearing to be just as surprised as Urie was, Shirazu heard the sound of what could be best described as jet-engines coming at them faster than what should have been possible. Only being able to turn his head around for a split second, Shirazu watched as a figure dressed in a sleek-crimson suit of armor with large kagune-wings that emitted pink-fire dive bombed themselves towards Urie with a two-handed quinque slashing down toward him.

Although Urie was able to block Ihei's aerial divebomb-swing, the force behind her attack was more-than-enough to shatter his kagune-blade apart, and sent him propelling backwards seventy-meters down the evacuated street, and straight into the side of a large factory wall.

Watching as Ihei retracted her large avian-like wings back into her shoulder, similar to how Urie's kagune did rather than just disappearing into a cloud of mist like most ghouls, Shirazu stared at the pink-haired woman's eerily-smiling kakuja-mask, before noticing that she was wielding the two-meter long blade with one hand, while holding onto a large and black rifle-quinque in her the other hand.

"... You're with CCG, yes?" Ihei asked in her usual tired-voice, while keeping her eyes focused towards the factory wall where she had launched Urie's body into.

"I… I guess you could say that," Shirazu replied back in a gruff voice, while staggering back up to his clawed-feet. "Just woke up about an hour or so ago; was told that the Black Reaper was over at the Main Office, on the top floor where the director's office was. So… Not quite sure where CCG and I stand right now."

"Would you kill an investigator if you saw one?" Ihei further questioned, to which mildly caught the quinx off guard.

"If I did, it would only be to defend myself or someone innocent. Although, from the brief time I spent over at the weapon labs, I was told that my new body's durable enough to withstand most physical forms of damage… Considering that I lasted this long against the Black Reaper, I'd say that I wouldn't need to kill an investigator, even if they did try to attack me," Shirazu answered, before finding himself intrigued with the woman's voice "... Mind telling me who you are? You sound familiar."

"Of course I should sound familiar to you, Shirazu; it's me, Hairu Ihei. I used to be an Associate Special Class Investigator, remember?" Ihei asked in a friendly tone, before momentarily turning her head toward Shirazu to retract her mask back into her red-kakuja; showing the quinx that it was really her. "I apologize if the question I asked was off putting: I just needed to know that you're not a mindless killing machine, is all."

"Can't be too safe nowadays, right? Especially since shit's been hitting the fan nonstop lately…!" Shirazu said half-jokingly with a low-chuckle, while watching as Ihei smiled one last time at him before her creepy-smiling mask covered her face once again. "... How about we skip the bullshit and get straight to the most important question: are you and I allies? Because looking at the way you look now, and from the story I heard about Cochlea's last raid, it seems like you fit the description of the person who helped Kishou Arima kidnap Hinami."

"... I'd like for us to be allies, Shirazu. But, I cannot deny the fact that I was at Cochlea, and of my involvement with Arima's plan to extract all valuable equipment and personnel from there… I also won't deny killing the 'Black Rabbit'; from what I heard, you know his sister," Ihei said in a somewhat somber voice, as she gripped her 'Owl' quinque's handle tighter. "... For what it's worth, I only did it in self-defense, and to protect my family."

"... What's done is done, right?" Shirazu asked in a solemn voice, due to him having first-hand experience with how much Ayato's death affected Touka. "... I'm going to assume that there's a reason as to why you're attacking Urie now, rather than trying to help him… And I'm also going to assume that there's a shitload of stuff that I'm going to want to know."

"'Yes' to there being a reason behind why I'll be fighting Urie in a few moments, and as for your second assumption, that depends: if you're interested in saving Tokyo, and securing a future where humanity and ghouls co-exist, then I'd say 'yes'to that as well."

"... Alright, and if I help you, I'll be getting this information first hand?" Shirazu asked somewhat skeptically, while still trying to understand why Ihei knew of his friendship with Touka.

"Only if you save Yusa Arima. He's fourteen years old, has black-wavy hair, and has an uncanny physical resemblance to Haise Sasaki," Ihei explained, before adding, "He should still be over at the Main Office… Go make sure he's okay, and tell him that I sent you; you can't miss him."

"Fine, but I swear to God if I find out that this is more convoluted-bullshit, or even a trap-"

"-It's not. Safely deliver Yusa to 12th Ward's 'Courtyard Marriott Hotel'; he'll have the keycard for the place, and he'll show you what 'GOAT' is, and what's going on right now. He'll help you find what you're looking for… Now go; make haste!" Ihei commanded in a surprisingly urgent voice, before using the tip of Owl's blade to toss Nutcracker up in the air for Shirazu to catch with his metal jaw.

Even with his mouth filled, Shirazu was able to use the voice-modulator speaker built into his neck to audibly say, "... Goodbye Ihei, and be safe. It's… It's good to see you again."

"... Likewise, Shirazu; likewise," Ihei said in a saddened tone, before unraveling her red-wings out of her shoulders. Tilting her kagune to allow herself the perfect angle to launch herself upward to close the distance between her and where Urie was no doubt waiting for her, Ihei charged up the RC-cells in her wings to begin to build up a glowing-pink plasma that illuminated her surrounding area.

Letting out an elongated breath to brace herself to fight against an opponent who, unlike her fragile kakuja and kagune, was very much durable and capable of regenerating far better than herself, Ihei took only a moment to prepare herself for the uphill battle that was awaiting for her, before using her body's plasma-kinesis to propel herself forward; leaving a sonic-boom in her wake that nearly caused the battle-damaged quinx to lose his footing on the ground.

Although Shirazu was worried for Ihei's safety, especially after realizing that Urie was capable of using his body perfectly fine without a head, he also knew that he himself would only get in her way if he tried to help her.

Besides, aside from accepting the task of locating Yusa and delivering him to the Marriott Hotel in the 12th Ward, Shirazu still needed to ensure that Matsuri was still alive; due to scientists who were working on Shirazu's body relaying the message that the director of the CCG had valuable information that would help him stop Urie, and the 'dragon' that Shirazu himself still didn't know much about.

Let's go over the reviews, and thank you to those who review and read my fanfiction; I appreciate it.

Starting from Chapter 35:

Saiko definitely heard the sounds of sex coming from the other room. And yes, she heard them, and yes she spied on them and got off to it. It'll be revealed in more detail when the Haise x Saiko chapter comes out… Which should be around chapter 40, if all goes according to plan lmao.

Also having Saiko being a chubby gamer girl is something that I'll be using; thanks Guest.

Yes, Touka very much enjoyed getting Haise's cum sucked out of her by Eto.

Haise will remember the parts of the sex that happened before he passed out, that's for sure!

Eto wanted a lot of what Haise did to Touka, and will definitely be asking Haise for a private one-one-one session, so that he can suck on her tits and do anal and other kinky things with her.

There is no mercy for those who don't have Club Penguin Memberships.

Touka likes getting tongued, 10/10.

I changed my name to 'The Lemon Farmer' because of the profile pic I made. I thought it was funny, and fitting; because I write naughty stuff now.

Haru x Haise? MAYBE!? HERMMMM?

Oh God, time to try my best to answer the questions for Chapter 36 nnnnnnnn:

I don't want to spoil anything about Yusa, but basically just know that he, Urie, Arima, and Ihei were played. However, unlike Ihei, Yusa, and Arima, Urie is only going to want to actually destroy Tokyo and everything Washuu and Furuta wanted, because his mind, much like Yusa and Haise, is changing.

There's a link between Haise's 'Black Reaper' side emerging, as well as Yusa's 'Pre-Aogiri' Kaneki side showing, and as well as Urie being plagued with 'Eyepatch Kaneki's' mental instability and hyperfixation on taking on the world, even if he's in the wrong.

The Oggai will be fighting Matsuri's investigators that are in the Main Office. Matsuri didn't know that Yusa was connected with the Oggai, and thought that they were only working for Urie. So he secretly told them to exterminate the oggai once Shirazu arrived to fight Urie.

Shirazu doesn't know about Eto paying for Haru's operation yet. But he will, I promise.

Shirazu, or 'Meta-Shirazu', is indeed SSS rank; and is considered to be a 'kakuja-killer'.

Yusa only thought that the Main Office was remodeled, because he was getting it confused with Sunlit Gardens, as well as… Dun, dun, dun: Rushima Island's New Research Center. Let's just say that Tsukiyama knows more than he lets on, and there was a reason why he wanted Karren to kill Yusa, along with Furuta.

Dragon-Cells consume RC-cells, yes. It's why Urie's RC-cell count was zero, and why his blood is thick and black, and why he doesn't use his mouth to eat.

If there wasn't gunfire and screams coming from the lobby, I can see Mayuzumi hoping to see Yusa undressed.

As a side note, just know this (Again, sorry if I'm rushed lol):

Yusa Arima = Pre-Aogiri Kaneki

Mayuzumi = Pre-Aogiri Touka

Hajime = Pre-Aogiri Ayato

They even physically resemble them after all, and it'll be explained later how Yusa has Kaneki's memories, and where the Oggai come from. And yes, it's from the Dragon, as well as the Underground King's body, which will later be revealed to have been separated and contained.

Dragon gone.

Chapter for Saiko's lemon will be around 40.

Yusa is Yusa, but not as Yusa as he used to be. Let's just say that the Black Reaper paid a visit to Sunlit Gardens after Cochlea, and it wasn't pretty.

Again, sorry if I didn't address all the wonderful reviews you guys wrote me. Just know that I cherish them and my heart flutters when I see that I get a new one from you guys! I actually tend to re-read them around four-to-five times, just because I absolutely love being able to read feedback and see what you guys have to say and ask about my fanfiction.

Thank you, you guys have actually helped me write this far, and I am grateful.

Thank you, and have a good day!
