As the weeks pass by things were wonderful for Lilibet and Stephanie going about their daily lives, and waiting for their daughters Sara and Victoria to say it time to meet us. Dr. Dunn calls Stephanie told her she needs to come in because she is getting closer to her due date, and then schedule appoints for her, on the next several weeks. When they would go to the doctor, everything was fine with Sara and Victoria.

"Dr. Dunn, um… I have been feeling Sara and Victoria moving a lot?" Stephanie said.

Lilibet looks at her and says, "You never told me that."

"I know honey, but I thought was nothing," she said.

"Sara and Victoria are probably moving into position so that when you're water broke they are ready to come out."

"Oh, ok, thanks," she said.

"You're welcome Stephanie," she said went back to looking at the monitor.

"Just as I aspect Sara and Victoria are moving into position. See," she said showing them on the monitor that both Sara and Victoria are moving around inside of Stephanie's tummy.

"Those little rascals," Stephanie said, both Lilibet and Dr. Dunn laugh.

"Little rascals, huh," Lilibet said, and Stephanie looks at her.

"Yes little rascals, we will have our hands full with them," she said.

"Okay honey, if you say so," she said, as Dr. Dunn print out some pictures of Sara and Victoria for them and then hand them to Lilibet who puts them in her purse.

"Ok, sometime next week," she said

"Ok Dr. Dunn," she said sitting up with Lilibet helps.

"Thanks, Dr. Dunn," Lilibet said.

"You're welcome both, see you next week," she said walking out of the examine room leaving them alone in the examining room.

"How about some lunch love," she said with a smile.

"Mmm, that sound like a good idea," she said as Lilibet help her off the table.

They walk toward the door and then Lilibet open it Stephanie walked out first and then she followed out her. They say bye to the nurse and then walk out of the office and then out another door and then toward the limo where Johnny and Max were waiting. Johnny saw them and opened the back door. When they reach the limo Lilibet, helps Stephanie get in the backseat of the limo and then joins her. Johnny closes the door and walks to the front of the limo, open the door and got in beside Max. He pulls the door close and then Max aim in the limo into traffic and drove off.

"Boss where too?" he asked

"To the restaurant, Max, need to feed my wife and our daughters they are hungry," she said.

"Yes boss," he said stepping on the gas and sped off toward the DeJesus restaurant

A few minutes later, Max drove up to the DeJesus family restaurant, where Lilibet and Stephanie would have some lunch. Miz turns the key shutting off the engine, and then he and Johnny unbuckled their seatbelts, opened the doorstep out of the limo and then close the doors behind them. Johnny walks to back the limo and then open the back door and then Lilibet step out of the limo first and then help Stephanie out of the limo next.

'Thanks, Johnny," they said together.

"You're welcome boos and Mrs. DeJesus," he said as they walked toward the restaurant, where Max opened the door Stephanie walks in the first following by Lilibet. Armando greets them with a smile and then he leads them to the private dining room. He opens the door letting them walk inside and then he went inside next, and then shows them to the table. They sat down at the table and he then hands them menus, walk away leaving to decide what they want for lunch. After deciding on what to have a waitress, come over, took their order, and then walked away.

"A few more weeks to go and then Sara and Victoria will be born," Stephanie said.

"Yes, love, I can't wait to meet them," she said with a smile.

"I too, baby, I can't wait either, to see those little faces," she said smiling.

"Yes, two healthy babies' girls,"

Stephanie laughs and says, "Yes, two health babies girls, named Sara Alexandria and Victoria Evelyn DeJesus."

"Yes, and with all these baby talks it gets me to think about another baby," Lilibet said, shocking Stephanie.

"What? You want a baby now?" She asked

"I am not sure; I mean we are going to be a family of seven after the Sara and Victoria. But going through this pregnancy with you, and hearing those heartbeats, it gets to you…And we were talking about baby names, Vincent DeJesus does have a lovely ring to it," Lilibet replied.
