Chapter 30
Really a double wedding?
Naruto and Usagi left the forest of Death. "Bunny I am tried, and we have a lot of training to do." He told his wife as he didn't even bother to talk with Kakashi about his training. Tsunade was going to be handling Usagi's training and maybe Jiraiya or Kurama would be handling his.
"Brat I'll be handling your training. That damn old prev will just want to watch half naked women and not really train you right. So we will stick to the back woods of your family home for the next three weeks. So tell your bride goodbye for tonight will be the last night you see her." Said Kurama as he went back to sleep.
"Fine." Said Naruto as he looked at Usagi. "Looks like I'll be camping and training for the next three weeks and tonight will be my last night with you." He told her.
Usagi just smirked at him. "Kurama doesn't know me very well if he doesn't think I'm not going to be seeing at least once or twice a week until we fight in the finales." She said as she pulled him close to her and kissed his lips softly.
Naruto's eyes became dark as he picked her up and was about to vanish when he heard his name being called.
"Naruto!" Called Temari.
Stopping and turning he and Usagi turned around to see the sandy blonde run up to them with her siblings behind her. Naruto raised an eyebrow to this. "Yeah?" He asked as he wasn't happy about being cocked blocked by his future-sister-in-law. As well Usagi was pouting.
"We have gotten word back from our father. He has agreed to the wedding. But be forward he and the village are planning something." Said Temari as Gaara looked away.
Usagi frowned at this. "They think that I will not care about the children they have together and will be more than willing to ship them off of to their village as soon as they are old enough to mold chakra. Well I got news for them. They can kiss my ass. They are my family too and will not be used as ponds in their little game." She said with a little sigh she jumped out of Naruto's arms. "It appears I will have to be heading to the Hokage tower to look at the law books for both villages to find me a loophole to keep the children here and out of their hands." She kissed Naruto on the cheek and waved him goodbye as she took Temari by the hand and dragged her off. She was going to make the girl help her. For Gaara would get annoyed and destroy the books and leave them at square one.
Naruto whimpered as he really wanted some alone time with his wife and now. He was going to have to take a nice long. Very long cold shower to calm himself down. Curse that bastard Rasa. He was going to kick his ass when he saw him for his wedding day.
With that thought he looked over at Gaara and smiled. "Hey Gaara. Do you want to go and get something to eat?" He asked her.
Gaara looked to her brother and then to Naruto and slowly nodded her head. Kankuro smirked as he knew he had to tag along on all their little dates until their wedding and he was going to have fun and take pictures and everything. For this was for his blackmail for a later time.
Naruto looked at Kankuro. "I guess you have to come too right?" He asked the cat ear boy.
"Yup. I'm not allow to let my baby sister to be courted without Temari or I to be around on all her dates." Said Kankuro as a smirk played on his face.
"Fine. But you are not going to be too expensive. I do have another wedding in a couple of months I need to be paying for and this one as well and a future family to take care of." Said Naruto as he glared at the boy.
"Yeah man whatever." Said Kankuro as he didn't care. It was a free meal.
Across the Village at the Hyuuga Compound
Hinata stormed into the compound with a chip on her shoulder as the Elders sneered at her.
"Worthless child. You are unfit to be the next clan head." Said Hinata's grandfather.
Hinata turned her cold lavender eyes to the old man as he sneered and smirked at her as she was nothing but scum. "I can careless of what you think of me 'Grandfather'. For what you think of me is pointless. For you are a useless old man that is worthless yourself." She told him as she turned to leave him standing there shocked at her coldness to him. The other Main Branch family and branch family just watched with shock as the gentle girl talked back to her.
Before Hinata knew it, her grandfather was getting ready to attack her for her standing up for herself. But Hanabi got in the way and hit the old man in the heart killing him.
"Who of you think of my sister in that way?" Asked Hanabi as everyone was shocked. More so the elders as their little tool had just turned on them.
Hinata turned and glared at the Clan Elders. "My sister isn't your pawn to be used as you see fit." She growled out as she was getting ready to fight alongside her sister. She didn't care she was hurt. She was still willing to fight and hold her own.
Hisashi appeared out of the shadows. "That is enough." He growled out as everyone took a step back. All the branch family had vanished when they saw the main branch was about to fight with the clan heiresses. They didn't want to be used as tools and be killed because of it.
"Lord Hiashi your daughters killed your father out of cold blood." Cried his aunt the sister to his father.
Hiashi looked over at the woman. "Your point is? My father was going to attack Hinata with her back turn and her being injured." He told his aunt as he didn't care.
"She spoke out of turn and was being disrespectful." She growled out.
"No Hinata was standing up for herself. For all you old bats are bullies." Said Hanabi as she glared at them.
"Hold your tongue girl." Growled the old woman.
Hiashi narrowed his eyes at his aunt. "She is free to speak on behalf of Hinata and what she said is true. For I watched it all from the shadows. So the old fool reaped what he had sown." He said as he looked to his two daughters. "Hinata is something wrong?" he asked his daughter.
"Yes. I want to marry Naruto before the Finals." Said Hinata in a strong and powerful voice.
Hiashi arched a brow to this. "What has brought on this rush?" He asked his daughter.
Hinata looked away and back at her father with fire in her eyes. "The daughter of the Kazekage wishes to Marry Naruto the day before the finals. But there is more to it. But I wish to be his second bride not the third." She said looking down and back up.
With a sigh Hiashi looked at his daughters and up to the sky. They both reminded him of his late wife. May kami rest her soul. "Fine. We will speak with Naruto-sama this even and move on your wedding to next week." He told his daughter. She smiled proudly.
"Good, my wedding dress should be ready then." Said Hinata as she took her sister's hand and pulled her away as they had a lot of planning to do.
With Naruto
Naruto had a chill run up his spine. Something was going on and he was somehow part of it and didn't like the feeling of being in the dark.
With the Snake
Orochimaru glared at the scroll his little pet had brought him. "The fool is pulling out of the plan." He hissed out.
"What do you mean Orochimaru-sama?" Asked Kabuto as he looked to his master puzzled.
"Rasa has stated his daughter the host of the one-tail has fallen in love with the nine-tail brat and wants to marry him." Growled out Orochimaru.
"What are we going to do now Sir?" Asked Kabuto as they didn't have enough men to carry out their plan of attack on the village.
Orochimaru sat in his dark little hole in the wall on his little throne that kabuto made him and bit his thumb thinking it over.
"I could see if IWA would side with us and aid us in the attack. For the Nine-tail brat is the son of Minato and they hate the man." Said Orochimaru.
"That is true. But you are still on bad standings with the 3rd though." Said Kabuto as Orochimaru tried to kidnap the old man's grandson for his experiments awhile back. "Kumo wouldn't work for they are here taking part in the exams and seem to be on good terms." He added.
"Kiri has just finished their civil war and are nowhere near where I need them to be." Said Orochimaru as he didn't have a backup plan. "We will have to take men from my personal prison's and use them." He said as Kabuto nodded his head and vanished to get to work on his master's silly little plan.
With Usagi and Temari
Temari looked over at Usagi as the blonde was looking over an old law book for Suna and Konoha.
"You really do care what happens to my sister's future children?" Asked Temari as she couldn't help but feel shocked by this.
Usagi looks up from the large book she was reading. "Well yeah. She is marrying my husband and becoming my family. She is going to be my sister and I worry for her and her future children and I don't want them to be used. For her and Naruto's kids are going to be different for they will be born of two holders of Biju's and they will be a lot stronger than a normal child or a child that is forced to be a host." Said Usagi.
Temari was shocked about this. The blonde before her was shocking her. She cared about Gaara and she didn't even know the girl at all, and all the girl is the holder of Shukaku and Shukaku is a Knight to Naruto and has been ordered to stay by his Biju. But Usagi and Naruto are looking past Shukaku and looking at Gaara as a person and he is trying to get to know her and love her as he wants to marry her and love her for the rest of her life. For right now they are on a date and her brother is along with them making sure nothing happens between the two.
"Yeah, that's right. Father would do anything to hurt Gaara and Naruto and take their children from them." Said Temari as she was worried now.
"I know and I am not going to take that. That man isn't going take our children whatsoever." Said Usagi with passion.
Naruto and Gaara and the third wheel
"Come on Gaara-chan. Let go for ice-cream." Said Naruto as he took her hand and smiled at her.
"Ice-cream?" Asked Gaara a little confused as she looked over at her brother as Kankuro as he looked shocked as he thought his sister had the cold sweet treat growing up.
Naruto tilted his head in confusion. "Have you never had the cold frozen milk treat called ice-cream?" He asked her.
Gaara shock her head no, as she blushed slightly.
"You will like it child. But don't eat it too fast." Said Shukaku as she woke up from her nap as she has begun behaving and is allowing Gaara to sleep as Kurama told her he going to kick her ass if she doesn't behave.
Gaara just nodded her head as her Biju spoke to her.
As they walked down the street to the ice shop, they spotted Hinata and Hanabi and their father. They are making their way to the bridal shop to get the final details and also to hunt down her brides maids.
"Naruto-kun, Gaara-chan, Cat-san." Called Hinata as she ran to the trio to them and smiled.
Naruto turned and smiled and hugged Hinata. "Hey Hinata-chan." He said as he looked passed her to see her sister and father. "Hi Hanabi and Hiashi-sama." He said with a bow to the older male.
"Naruto-sama. How are you?" Asked Hiashi as he bowed back to the boy.
"I am good. I am just on a date with Gaara-chan and her brother as he is our chaperone." Said Naruto with a smile.
Hiashi looked at the girl with a critical eye. She had the crimson locks that suited the Uzumaki clan in the past which made him wonder if the girl has Uzumaki blood in her somewhere along the way. "I see. But there is something I would like to speak to you about and what Hinata has told me Gaara-san will need to begin looking at wedding dresses real soon. Why don't the girls and her brother go look at dresses?" He question.
Naruto smiled. "I believe that is something she wants to do with her big sister and Usagi-chan as well. But it would be fun for her to just check things out." He said as he looked at Gaara. "What do you say?" He asked her.
Gaara looks at him and at Hinata and her brother. "I would rather wait for my sister and Usagi. I would rather have Ice-cream." She tells him.
"Alright." Said Naruto as he looks at Hiashi. "Could we speak a little later?" He asks the older man.
"Yes, that is fine." Said Hiashi as he left with his two daughters to finish their shopping.
Naruto took Gaara's hand and lead her to the ice cream shop and they enjoyed their afternoon together.
Usagi and Temari
"I found it." Said Usagi.
Temari looked up from the book she was looking at. "What did you find?" She asked her.
"It's in an old book from Uzu. As Naruto is the only male heir of the Uzukage and the Uzu Royalty their children cannot be used as pawns in marriages or be split between the village the Uzumaki heir is living in. But the children once they become 18 can choose to move when they are 18 to another new or if the parents plan to leave the village they can. If the children are Shinobi, they have been Chunin or high to leave the village as well. But they must stay in the village where their clan is base unless they want to leave." Said Usagi.
"This came about for Lady Mito who married the first Hokage." Said Usagi as she looked at Temari.
Temari grinned at this. "Our father is now screwed." She was happy. "Now let's take this book make a few copies and give it to the 3rd Hokage and tell my sister and your husband." She told the blonde.
Usagi nodded her head and they got to work.
After two hours they had gathered what they needed and made their way to the Hokage tower as they knew Sarutobi was waiting on Usagi before he sent off the final draft of the marriage contract to the Kazekage. There was a knock at his door.
"Come in" Came the voice from behind the door.
Usagi open the door with Temari fallowing behind her. In Usagi's hands was a large book and in Temari's was a few stacks of papers. Sarutobi arched a brow to this.
"Hello ladies." Said Sarutobi as he wanted to know what was going on.
Usagi smiled. "Hello. We are here to talk to you about Naruto-kun's and Gaara-chan's marriage contract and I have something here that will protect their children from being used as pawns from Suna demanding us to send them one of their children. For the children will be the offspring of two Biju holders and as Naruto is the hold of the nine-tails his children will already be powerful and now with Gaara having the one-tail it will only add to it. I know Gaara has a bloodline of the magnetic sand and gold dust that will be past to her children and Naru-kun having his mother's chakra chains and several other Uzumaki bloodlines that some don't see as bloodlines but just luck of the draw. Their children will be like demi-gods in the mortal world." She told him.
'Also it doesn't help he is a Prince and we have a longer lifeline and they will live longer and will be harder to kill as well.' Usagi mentally added as she looked at the old man before her.
"I see. I also see you have the old law book from Uzu, and I figure you found the law that was made after Lady Mito?" Asked Sarutobi.
"Yes." Said Temari. "My father only sees us as pawns and will sell us off to the highest billed for political and Financial gain." She told them.
"I know and I took that into fact and I also added that law into the contract. Rasa is going to be pissed once he arrives for the wedding. For I am not sending this final draft to him. He has to come here. I told him we are handling things the Uzumaki way and he told me find and once he gets here. He is going to have a rude awakening." Said Sarutobi as he smiled at the two girls before him.
Usagi smiled. "I am glad you remembered the old laws." She told him.
He looked at them sheepishly. "I didn't I had a nine-tail fox storm in here and threaten to destroy this village and Suna if they went after his kits children." He told them as they both sweat dropped.
"Ah. Yeah Kurama is very protective and will kill anyone now that he can leave freely in his knight from." Said Usagi feeling a little bad for the old man.
Uzumaki/Namikaze Compound
Naruto had return from his date with Gaara and Kankuro to find Hiashi and his daughter standing there waiting for him.
"Have you been waiting long?" Asked Naruto as he walked up to them.
Hiashi looked at him. "No we just arrived." He told the young blonde clan head.
Naruto nodded his head. "You could have walked up to the house. The gates are open meaning Tsunade-baa-chan is home right now." He told them.
Hiashi sweat drop. "No I want to speak with you, and I didn't know she was home." He told him.
Naruto nodded his head to him as they walked up the long path that lead up to his home. "So what do you wish to speak to me about?" He asked as he glanced at Hinata who was blushing and Hanabi who was grinning.
"Hiashi let out a sigh. "Hinata wishes to marry you before the exams and before you marry Gaara-san." He tells him as Naruto is looking at the man before him owlishly.
"What? Was that?" Naruto asked half shocked. He was looking forward to his December wedding to Hinata.
"I do not wish to be pushed into the third spot by a newcomer. I know I am being childish about it and all. But I can't help the way I feel. I was meant to be your second wife originally and I feel like I'm being replaced." Said Hinata looking down with a frown.
Naruto just chuckles. "Hinata-chan my dear future wife. You are not being replaced and I'm sorry I made you feel this way. The marriage happen to stop war between our villages and as son of a late Hokage I must step up and do what is best for the village. Even though I do not agree with it at times. But if you wish for us to get married soon. Then I will honor your wishes and we will marry next week. That will give everyone time to get things together and we can have a party. But it will not give all the figure heads time to get here. But who cares. They can meet you at the third wedding." He said as he pulled her into a hug and kissed her forehead. Forgetting her father and sister where standing there with the two of them.
"Well it looks like after training we are going to be busy." Said Tsunade from behind Naruto as he turned to see his grandmother.
"Yup." Chirped Naruto as he let go and they went into the house.
Wedding next time and time skip wedding and start of the exams
