Movie

'It's him.' She stated, and he sighed, knowing that she was right.

'Thank you… again.' He mumbled, slightly irritated.

'The film is pretty stupid, that guy works in a prosthetics lab, and the victims all had a limb removed and traces of silicon were found at the crime scene…'

'Do you analyse everything?' He asked, tracing his fingers up her arm.

'No.' She answered quickly.

'You do and you know it.'

'So what if I do?' She asked, defending herself.

'Honey, I love you for it. I don't care if you analyse things, I'd just prefer not to be told of the outcome of a film. It just makes it seem a little pointless to then watch it if I already know the ending.'

'It surprises me that you don't figure it out.' She said, taking his hand in hers.

'I do.' He mumbled and she glared at him.

'And you moan at me.'

'Yeah, that's only because I refuse to believe that I'm right and when you say the same words that are running through my mind, it annoys me that I've figured the film out.'

'You shouldn't be annoyed it's only a film.'

'A sci-fi, thriller film.' She stated and he smiled.

'Maybe we should watch a different genre. Like horror.'

'No way.' She stated firmly.

He tightened his grip around her waist and softly spoke. 'Why?'

'Because, we deal with death and its all horrific… the things we see… the things we have to do. I just don't want to have to come home and watch it on screen.'

He rubbed her back and she snuggled closer into his side. 'Comedy?'

'Ergh, no and romance is a no go area.'

'Well I'll just have to look for something that our minds can't figure out.'

'Jack, shut up I'm trying to watch the film.'

'You know the ending.'

'That doesn't mean that I don't want to continue watching the film…'

'What, just to clarify that you are right.'

'You know me so well Jack O'Neill.'
