When Quagmire found himself in akward position with his new female companion, he had no idea the kind of adventure awaited him and level of gratefulness he felt because of the choices he made.

7. Chapter 7

CHAPTER 7

(CHLOE'S P.O.V)

"Slut!," a familiar voice growled low, as I had just finished talking to my friend who walked away, while I picked up a glass of champagne. "Brian?!,"I exclaimed in shock now facing him. "Cut the shit Chloe!, you can't possibly be surprised, since you very well know you and I dated!." Brian bared his teeth menacingly at me. "Nice to see you too Brian, but I was invited by Lois and my date Quagmire." I responded matter of factly. "What is this?!," Brian questioned me, genuinely alarmed. "Is this payback for me dumping you?!," (Season 13 episode 2) Brian continued to grill me, as I nearly choked on the last of my champagne at his insane question.

I admit when Brian dumped me, because I couldn't keep up with his workout routine, I was crushed. The dating world at the time was a comedic version of the dark web. Freaks and creeps in all sizes were lurking around every corner. You couldn't trust anyone so easily, which meant a simple date sometimes felt like torture. However when I met Brian, his easy going nature, combined with him being a gentleman put me at ease. I may not have understood back then, but now I see I dodged a bullet from getting into a serious relationship with him. If he wasn't a narcissistic douchebag, then I don't know what is.

"Not everything is about you Brian," I casually said, stuffing my face with velvet cake. "But I did enjoy seeing you pick up your jaw off the floor, when I walked in with Quagmire." "Nearly gave me a damn heart attack," Brian said, shrugging his shoulders. "Quagmire isn't a good choice." "Oh," I let out a sarcastic laugh. "But you were?." "You're damn right I am because-" Brian began to give me a piece of his mind. "Alright alright," I cut him off, tired of the conversation. " I can clearly see you're still the same old narcissistic sententious piece of shit, that I've dated. But that's okay considering that Quagmire is much more of a gentleman than you could ever be." With that i casually walked away not waiting to hear his response.

"GOOD LUCK DATING THAT MANWHORE!," Brian shouted face red with anger, causing most of the guests to stare at Brian awkwardly. "YOU'LL BE SORRY!."
