It Could Have Been Different
Abby's teenage life had always been extremely different, and she'd always blamed it on her mom. Her mother had been different, because she was sick, but Abby hadn't thought of that when she was sixteen. The only thing she'd thought about was the fact that she was ashamed of her mother, and that her life would be way easier if she'd have a normal mom. However, now, so many years later, she realised that her mother hadn't been the reason for her problems. Abby had been the problem herself. She was the one who choose to be ashamed of her mother, who choose to see her as a problem. Had she not been so selfish then, everything could have been different.
