Discalimer: Harry Potter isn't mine. GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEADS!
Harry walked carefully past all the bodies lying in the battlefield. He saw a couple good friends, and he let sobs escape. Neville, Dean, Seamus, Luna, all dead, because of one monster. He killed that monster, but they were still gone. And then, he saw some red hair. No, he thought, No it can't be her!
He raced to the red hair and stared in horror at the mangled body in front of him. "Ginny," he whispered, horrified. He sobbed, and felt a hand on his shoulder. Looking behind him, he saw Hermione and Ron. Ron was staring with sadness and anger at his baby sister.
Tears were streaming down Hermione's face. "I gu-guess I'll go get the W-weasleys." She said, racing off.
Fred, George, Percy, Bill, Charlie, Ron. All of them loved their baby sister beyond words.
For once, the twins weren't laughing and joking. No, they were sobbing heavily. They had failed as brothers, and she was gone, because they couldn't protect her.
Percy wasn't reading, or lecturing, no, he was sitting in a trance in the corner, muttering "She can't be gone, this is a dream, she's not gone." He felt horrible that he never actually knew his little sister.
Bill wasn't crying, because he knew his little sister looked up to him for everything. And where was he when she was killed. He was under the Imperious Curse, struggling to throw it off. And Ginny was being tortured while he was struggling with something so easy. He couldn't cry, he was the oldest son. It was his duty to comfort everyone else. He couldn't cry. But he wished he could.
Charlie stared at the dragon tattoo on his arm sadly. It was always Ginny's favorite. When she was smaller, she would always giggle when it moved suddenly; it was charmed to move up and down his arm. Tears leaked from his eyes, and he didn't try to stop them. Ginny always said that crying was the best way to get over grief.
Ron was probably the most devastated. He was so over-protective all the time, and the one time he wasn't, she was murdered. He was closest to Ginny, just being one year apart from her, so this was a real shockfor the boy.
At her funeral, tons of people were there. Ginny Weasley was very well-known, and everybody came to love the Weasley's at Hogwarts. Except maybe Snape. As soon as she was buried, Harry hurried out of there, and closed his eyes, focusing on one place. He hated running, but it had to be done. He loved Ginny to much to stay in the Wizarding World. With a small crack, he was gone.
Harry Potter was missing, and no one could find him. Some say he killed himself, because the pain was too much. Some say he took up a new name, and is now living a new life. Some say he's their next-door neighbor, or their English teacher, or their grocer. But none were right. Though, he did consider becoming a grocer once.
Every year, on April 15th, you can see a man with messy black hair and somber green eyes laying a single lily on Ginerva Weasley's grave. You can see him whisper her name sadly, and cry, cry until you couldn't tell his tears from the rain.
Then, you can see a man with red hair and a woman with frizzy brown hair come and cry with him too. And then, he disappears, always coming back the next year.
After ten years after her death, he can't take it any more. He pulls out a beautiful, elaborate knife, and plunges it in his heart. And now, when you tip your head back on April 15th on her grave in just the right angle, you can just see a red haired girl and black haired boy grinning, together in the afterlife, never to seperate.
A/N: Another sad fic, but it's Harry/Ginny instead of the usual Harry/Hermione because this I really can't go at it with this angle for Hermione, and I really wanted to do it. All right then...
