A/N: I feel to write a note at the end of this chapter, would take away from its climactic scene. Therefore, I am writing one right now. This is the end of the second section of this story. Let's wonder what comes next. I am hoping you have had a great time reading this novel so far. I hope you enjoy! May the Force be with You.

Obi-Wan found himself on the street, slightly uphill. Downhill, he saw the battle scene. Clones were fighting these... Militants. Or Rebels. Or Freedom Fighters. Whoever they may be. Just a few days ago - the Jedi fought with the clones; now they would fight against them - with whatever allies they could find. They were now the underground of the galaxy and it was likely their allies would be underground too. Naïve, Inexperienced and untrained.

He was spotted. Gunfire erupted upon him from below, but he easily on instinct neutralised them all, reflecting the blue laser back upon the aggressors. It was all heart-breaking – he still had a heart, and he still had hope to do this.

Then he saw a blue lightsaber and two more whirling in the distance. It is them.

He carefully moved ahead. He pushed clones aside so would not have to make noise.

Anakin Skywalker saw a brown coat and brown boots. Obi-Wan. He felt first some comfort, some affinity, some reassurance, but then rage swept him. He has come to kill me. I must kill him.

'Anakin!' Kenobi called out.

Ahsoka looked ahead and saw him. She ran to him. I must stop this right now. Obi-Wan took no notice to her. He moved carefully ahead to look into his former Padawan's eyes which turned from grey to red.

Anakin immediately jumped in and swiped against his old Master. Kenobi met the blade. He tried to retreat backwards.

He pushed with the force Anakin ahead. Who now ran back up. With such ferocity.

'I don't want to fight you, Anakin.'

Anakin took no notice. Lies! Jedi Lies! He cannot be trusted. I WILL NOT LISTEN TO HIM!

Obi-Wan sighted internally – very quickly and his instinct halted it. 'I don't what you've done… I don't know who you are now. I don't know where you'll go.' He said.

The sabers met again.

Ahsoka wished to cease the fighting.

The street was littered by clones. They were too scared to fire on the Jedi. Though this was their best chance to kill them both. Despite the chips swelling in their heads, they had enough respect for Jedi still lodged in their psyches not to do something so dishonourable to them… Perhaps the chips were getting weary and receding… and a glimpse of their individual thinking arose. They focused on neutralising the Togruta girl.

'Anakin. Stop.' Ahsoka screamed aloud. But she too was caught on by the lasers inter-twirling with her.

'Stay out this!' Anakin vehemently yelled.

He nearly plunged the sword into Obi-Wan's stomach. But the older Master caught him before.

I can't kill him, Obi-Wan thought. The words of Bail Organa stood in his mind. Inescapable. He focused on maiming or incapacitating Anakin. But I may not be able to do that so precisely or accurately. He may die. If I do not. Obi-Wan was tired by now - the apprentice who he loved so dearly had the eyes of a Sith Lord and had become a monster of pure evil.

But then. A blast hit Ahsoka on her gut.

She fell to the floor. Anakin immediately pushed aside Obi-Wan and rushed to her, and Kenobi did too, though more slowly.

'Ahsoka...' Anakin said.

Ahsoka could not answer. At this point.

Anakin earlier would not have given up hope. But now Anakin had clarity in his mind, cold and black. He lunged forward and massacred all the clones, who fell back. Their bravery numbed in the stunnedness of their experience. But they were eliminated.

'Anakin, we must take Ahsoka back! She needs attention!' Obi-Wan shouted out to him.

Anakin did not look back. Not yet.

But then he did.

And he saw, suddenly, troopers in dark blue; Judicials who fired on Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan turned back and fought, too dazed and tired now. But he couldn't hold off so many numbers, far more skilled than clones. A stun gun was applied on him. And he was carried backwards by troops. They left Ahsoka alone. But they blasted away at Anakin. The black clad knight deflected them ferociously killing many of them.

But they seemed careless in losing their dead. So different from the clones. They merely wished to take the brown covered Jedi Master with them.

Anakin saw in the distance, a pointed face – looked like it was stretched inside, a hooked nose and pale in complexion, completely. He wore the standard military uniform of a GAR Admiral. The man carelessly commanded the men to seize the stunned Obi-Wan. The soldiers carried him out of Anakin's sight.

I don't care about Obi-Wan.

I do care about… I do...

And he gently took Ahsoka, this time very effortlessly and dazedly in state, looking either in trance and not in full substance, and ran backwards with her in his arms to the safe house.
