Dust Till Dawn: Vale
Young Ben, slowly and quietly followed behind the strange group of people as they entered the dust shop, Dust Till Dawn. As to not get their attention, Ben went down a different isle and saw that same young girl that he saw when he was outside. Keeping his head down, Ben began to look at the shelves and check out the magazines that were on them. It was then that the strange group of people approached the young girl. Ben wanted to jump in and stop them but first he had to see what they wanted.
"Hey there little girl, isn't it a little late to be shopping?" One of the strange men asked the young girl
"Something bad could happen to you if you aren't careful" the other strange man said to the young girl
"Hate to break it to you guys but harassing a young girl isn't exactly appropriate" Ben told the two strange men
"Huh, didn't see you there" the young girl said to Ben
"Guess we can get more from the both of them" one of the strange men said as he drew his weapon
The other strange man also drew his weapon, looking behind him, Ben saw more strange people coming from behind him and the young girl with their weapons drawn
"I hope your ready to fight" the young girl said to Ben
"Don't worry about me, I've got a few tricks up my sleeve" Ben replied
In that instant, the young girl took out a massive scythe and began to fight off the strange men who tried to mug her. Ben turned around and began to fight off the strange men that approached them from behind. Ben used the dagger his sister gave him but it seemed like it wasn't enough to stop them. Seeing no other option, Ben decided to use his watch to up his game. Activating the watch, Ben selected a transformation as the core popped up.
Slamming the core down, Ben became engulfed in a bright green light that stunned everyone around. The young girl couldn't believe what she was seeing as the green light faded away. Standing there, Ben had transformed into a tall humanoid creature who's body was made of fire and red charcoal-like rocks. Flames erupted out of the shoulders of the creature and its head was made of fire.

"Time to turn up the heat" Ben said as he formed a ball of fire in his hands and threw it at two of the strange men
"Dude you are totally awesome!!!" The young girl said excitedly as she took out a few of the strange men
"You're not so bad yourself" Ben replied as he fired flames from his hand, taking out more of the strange men
The two worked together in taking out most of the strange men that tried to mug them, both of them taking them out with ease
"Oh my, I was not expecting to run into you two here" a voice said to Ben and the young girl
The two looked over and saw a man with a cane in his hand standing there over some of the defeated men
"I know you, you're Roman Torchwick, you're the guy who's been robbing dust stores all over Vale and Remnant" Ben said pointing at the man
"And I know you, the transforming wild man, living on the island of flea infested animals" Roman replied with a grin
Hearing Roman say those things about his home and about his family angered Ben, his anger fueled his flames and the heat could be felt coming off of him
"Looks like I made someone angry" Roman said
"If you are a bad guy then you are going to jail, I'm gonna stop you and so is he" the young girl said to Roman
"Let me get a few good hits in first" Ben said as he formed a ball of flames in his hand
"As much as I would love to stay and chat with the both of you, I've got things to do and places to be" Roman said
"You aren't going anywhere" Ben told Roman
Before Ben or the young girl could stop Roman from escaping he dropped a bomb on the ground that exploded into a bunch of smoke the filled the store. Luckily Ben was able to use his flames to clear the smoke which revealed that Roman had gotten away from them.
"Where did he go?" The young girl asked looking around for Roman
"He's probably at the docks by now" Ben said
"We need to get down there and stop him before he escapes" the young girl said
"Good idea, let's get a move on" Ben replied
"Sorry about your store" the young girl said to the store owner, apologizing to him
"Don't worry about it, you two stop that guy" the store owner said
With that, Ben transformed back into his human form before he and the young girl followed after Roman and went down to the docks to stop him
Time Skip
Vale Docks: Vale
Ben and the young girl managed to make it down to the docks right as Roman and his henchmen were loading up stolen dust onto a bulkhead. The two had made it there on time before Roman was able to escape with all of the stolen dust.
"Where do you think you're going?" The young girl asked Roman as she switched her scythe into a sniper rifle
"Oh my, how predictable, miss Rose and Mr. Vulpes, following little old me down here" Roman said to Ben and the young girl
"Like I said before, you aren't going anywhere Roman" Ben told Roman as he activated his watch and transformed
The green light flashes and Ben transformed into the form that he selected and when the green light faded away, it was revealed what Ben had transformed into. Ben had transformed into a large and bulky humanoid creature who's body was made of a pale green crystal. Two large crystal spikes stuck out of the creature's back, the hourglass symbol was on a badge in the center of the creature's chest.

"Interesting, a Petrosapien" Roman said, seeing what Ben had transformed into
"A petro-what?" The young girl asked confused
"Don't look at me, I don't know what he's talking about" Ben said, shrugging his shoulders
"It looks like you still don't know, maybe I've said just a bit too much" Roman said with a grin on his face
Roman was about to take off on his bulkhead before Ben started firing crystal shards at Roman's bulkhead. The young girl fired her weapon as well and hit some of Roman's men, knocking them into the water.
"You two just don't know when to give up do you?" Roman asked the two annoyed
"My parents tell me that's what makes me special" Ben said
"If I'm going to be a huntress then giving up isn't something that I can do" the young girl said
Ben formed a massive crystal ball in his hands and threw it at Roman, the crystal ball exploded, shooting out a multitude of crystal spikes at Roman. Unfortunately none of the crystals hit Roman or his bulkhead. The reason for that was a mysterious figure wearing what looked like a grimm mask. The masked figure shattered all of the crystals using some type of fire power.
"Not even NRG's heat can melt those crystals" Ben said confused
"Who is that?" The young girl asked
"It's been fun you two but it seems that I am running a bit late" Roman said to Ben and the young girl
"You aren't getting away Torchwick" Ben told Roman as he readied himself to fire more crystals
"That is where you are wrong Mr. Vulpes, I am leaving and there's nothing you can do to stop me" Roman replied
Roman then pulled out cluster of dust crystals, something was off with the crystals, Ben and the young girl could see it
"Here, I've got a parting gift for the two of you" Roman said as he threw the dust crystal at Ben and the young girl
"Its an unstable dust crystal" the young girl said pointing at the crystal as it was thrown at them
"Get behind me" Ben said as he got in front of the young girl
Quickly, Ben formed a large wall of crystals to protect the young girl and himself from the dust crystal as it exploded. The explosion hit the wall of crystals Ben formed and luckily it was able to hold.
"I can see why she's interested in you" Roman said as he saw the explosion hit the crystal wall
It was then that a new figure appeared, they made the explosion die down as they went to confront Roman
"Get us out of here, it's a huntress" Roman said as he saw who the figure was
Before the huntress could get to Roman, his bulkhead had taken off and escaped the area. Once Ben was sure that the explosion was gone, he put down the wall of crystals.
"That was a close one" Ben said with a sigh of relief
"You really saved us back there" the young girl said to Ben
"You two wouldn't have needed saving if you hadn't gone after a known dangerous criminal like Roman Torchwick" a voice said, scolding Ben and the young girl
The two looked over and saw an older woman who had blonde hair and wore glasses, she also had a riding crop in her hand. Both Ben and the young girl recognized who this woman was right away.
"Oh my gosh, you are a real huntress" the young girl said, with stars in her eyes
"Your Glynda Goodwitch, a famous huntress and combat teacher at Beacon Academy" Ben said as he transformed back into his human form
"I am indeed and I happen to know who you are Benjamin Vulpes, Ruby Rose" Glynda replied
"Now what is going to happen?" Ben asked
"I am going to be taking the both of you in for some questioning" Glynda answered
Time Skip
Vale Police Station: Police Station
After having been saved by the huntress Glynda Goodwitch, Ben and the young girl he was helped out, Ruby Rose, the two of them were taken to the Vale Police Station by Goodwitch. Apparently Glynda Goodwitch wanted to interrogate the two of them and find out what happened.
"So you are telling me that you just so happened to be at the store when Roman and his men robbed the store?" Glynda asked Ben and Ruby
"Pretty much, I was just there when those guys showed up" Ruby answered
"I was outside and saw them enter the store with their weapons" Ben answered
"And you two decided to stop the robbery and go after Roman and his men?" Glynda asked the two of them
"Pretty much, I mean we weren't just going to let them get away with it" Ruby answered
"My parents didn't raise me to just let criminals get away with things, I have a power that no one else has so I might as well use it" Ben said
"I am aware of what you can do Mr. Vulpes as well as what you can do miss Rose, back to the situation at hand, normally I would commend you on your actions but they were reckless and could of ended with your deaths" Glynda told Ben and Ruby
"Are we in trouble?" Ruby asked Glynda
"Normally in this situation, I would let you go with a pat on the back…" Glynda began to say, Ruby thinking she wasn't going to get in trouble
"And a slap on the wrist" Glynda finished with a serious look on her face as she smacked her riding crop on the table
Ben wasn't effected by the intimidation factor given his past experiences but he could see that Ruby got scared
"Miss Goodwitch, I do not think it is best to punish these two, they've done what any good citizen would do" a voice said to Glynda
Soon, a man wearing a black suit with a gray hair and a coffee cup in his hand walked into the interrogation room
"Headmaster Ozpin, are you serious?" Goodwitch asked the man, revealing his name
Both Ben and Ruby couldn't believe that the headmaster of Beacon Academy was standing before them and was sticking u9 for them
"Miss Goodwitch, please step outside and let me deal with the children" Ozpin told Glynda
Glynda wanted to argue and say something but chose to do what Ozpin had asked her to do. Once Glynda stepped outside of the room, Ozpin took a seat at the table and sat down a plate of cookies. Immediately, Ruby began to quickly dig in and eat the cookies that were on the plate at fast speeds. Ben couldn't believe that she was capable of eating so fast, given the situation that they were in.
"So, do both of you know who I am?" Ozpin asked Ben and Ruby
"Your Ozpin, the headmaster of Beacon" Ben answered
"What's the headmaster of Beacon doing, talking to us?" Ruby asked Ozpin as she continued to eat the cookies
"When I heard to young people were able to give Roman Torchwick and his men a run for their money, I decided to see who they were and what they were capable of" Ozpin answered as he took a sip from his coffee cup
"Is that the only reason why you came down here?" Ben asked Ozpin, suspiciously
"You are clever one indeed Mr. Vulpes, you are just like your mother" Ozpin said
"So what else did you want to talk to us about?" Ruby asked Ozpin as she finished eating all of the cookies
"Geesh, you didn't have to eat the whole plate, you and I aren't guilty" Ben said as he saw the plate had nothing on it, not even crumbs
"Sorry" Ruby said, apologizing as she wiped the crumbs off of her face
"There's no need to apologize and to answer your question miss Rose, I came here to ask you two a few important questions" Ozpin said
"And those questions are what exactly?" Ruby asked curiously
"Well I wanted to know who taught you how to us such a dangerous weapon miss Rose?" Ozpin asked Ruby
"Oh…my uncle Qrow taught me how to use it, he's a teacher at Signal and in the beginning I was garbage but with his help I became like, watchow kapoow" Ruby answered, making fighting noises and gestures
"I see, I am surprised that the old bird is teaching kids" Ozpin said
After having asked Ruby a question, Ozpin turned his attention towards Ben, Ben already knew what Ozpin was going to ask him
"Moving onto you next Mr. Vulpes, who exactly trained you how to move like that?" Ozpin asked Ben
"Well uh, I trained myself but I did have help from my mom and dad as well as my older sister before she went off to school" Ben answered, surprised Ozpin didn't ask about his transformations
"That's right, your sister Accalia is a second year student at Beacon Academy, she's top of her class" Ozpin said, brining up Ben's older sister
"Yeah, Accalia is something else, mom and dad weren't surprised when she got accepted into Beacon" Ben said
"So both of you have trained to become a huntsman and huntress?" Ozpin asked the two of them
"Pretty much, it is my dream to become a huntress and save people" Ruby answered
"Being a huntsman and using my skills for good is something I've always wanted to do" Ben answered
"I see but can you two tell me why you want to become a huntsman and huntress?" Ozpin asked Ben and Ruby
"Well, I want to do some real good and help people in need, I know law enforcement does their jobs but as a huntress, I know I can do more" Ruby answered honestly
"How about you Mr. Vulpes?" Ozpin asked Ben
"For me, growing up where I did and the way I did, I want to become a huntsman because not only do I know I can do good for others but I can also make sure everyone is treated fairly and equally, no matter who they are, what they can do or where they can come from" Ben answered, the sincerity being able to be heard in his voice
"Both of those are truly noble reasons indeed, now I have but one more question for the both of you" Ozpin said
Both Ben and Ruby wondered what question Ozpin was going to ask them next
"What would you say to me letting the two of you become students at my school?" Ozpin asked them
A silence filled the room as both Ben and Ruby had to process what Ozpin had just asked them
"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, yes…yes…yes…yes, I would definitely want to be a student at Beacon Academy" Ruby answered excitedly as she spoke very fast
"How about you Mr. Vulpes, want to be a student at Beacon Academy?" Ozpin asked Ben
"Well, I would very much like to be a student at Beacon but why are you asking me now after what happened?" Ben answered, asking Ozpin why
"What happened?" Ruby asked curiously
"I was rejected from enrolling at Beacon Academy, I got a letter from the school board basically saying I was a liability that they didn't want to be responsible for" Ben answered, brining up his rejection letter
Ruby was surprised to hear that somebody like Ben was rejected from enrolling as a student in Beacon Academy. She saw what he was capable of and saw him use his skills, nothing about Ben seemed like a liability.
"I am aware that they rejected you given your condition however, the school board doesn't know what talent and skill is even if it brought them a heads of a King Taijitu" Ozpin said
"They rejected me and not you?" Ben asked Ozpin
"Precisely and if they have a problem with me making you a student, they can deal with me as well as your parents" Ozpin answered
Ben shivered just a bit, he knew how skilled his mother and father were and heard stories about how both of them and their teams eliminated hordes of grimm
"If it is settled then, I must begin getting all of the paperwork for you two ready, I expect to see you at the opening ceremony so don't be late" Ozpin told Ben and Ruby as he got up from his chair
"It's really happening, I going to be a student at Beacon, I've got to tell my dad and sister" Ruby said excitedly
"Looks like I'm also going to have to message my parents" Ben said
"This is so awesome, you and I should hang out when we start school" Ruby said to Ben
"I mean sure, I guess I wouldn't mind that" Ben said as he backed away from Ruby who kept getting closer and closer to him
"What else can you transform into or is it only the fire guy and crystal guy?" Ruby asked Ben, grabbing his arm
"I can transform into other things, not just those two" Ben answered nervously as he pulled his arm away from Ruby
"Can you show me? I want to see them all" Ruby said jumping up and down
"Maybe later, it's late and I want to get some sleep" Ben said
"Oh, okay, I guess I'll see you at the opening ceremony" Ruby said
After that, the two left the police station and went their separate ways, knowing they would see each other again at the opening ceremony
Time Skip
Inn: Vale
"I still can't believe that my baby boy is going to be a student at Beacon Academy" Ben's mother said to him as they talked over Ben's scroll
"Come on mom, it's not a big deal plus, you are starting to sound like dad" Ben said to his mother
"Heeey, I take offense to that" Ben's father said, sounding offended
" Don't worry Todd, both of us love you" Ben's mother said to his father
"I'm still proud of you son, I knew you could prove yourself to Ozpin and show that you belong at Beacon Academy" Ben's father said, congratulating Ben
"Yeah dad, I knew I could do it too, I'm just surprised Ozpin came to me instead of me coming to him" Ben said
"Ozpin is a very mysterious man Ben but he definitely sees what makes a huntsman a huntsman" Ben's mother told him
"I was worried that I wouldn't get the chance to show him what I'm capable of, thankfully Ruby and I were able to fight Roman and his men" Ben said, thinking back to that night
"So, care to tell me who this Ruby girl is, you talked about her a lot?" Ben's mother asked him, sounding curious
"Well, Ruby is this girl I met and she got invited to Beacon along with me, apparently her mom and dad were on a team together when they went to Beacon" Ben answered
"I see, I see, well if you decide to bring her home just let your mother and I know so we can get things ready" Ben's father said
"Sorry dad but we're just friends, none of that is going on" Ben told his father
"Don't listen to your father, just focus on doing the best you can, all of us believe in you and know you'll do great" Ben's mother told him
"I know you guys do and I will make sure to do my best and not let you guys down" Ben told his parents
"We know you won't son" Ben's father said
"Did you tell your sister the news about you making it into Beacon?" Ben's mother asked him
"I messaged Accalia before I called you guys, she wants me to meet her before the opening ceremony starts" Ben answered
"Good, if there's anyone I trust more to keep you safe it's your sister Accalia" Ben's father said
"I can take care of myself dad, I'm not a little kid anymore" Ben told his father
"We know you can Ben but remember, Accalia will try to act like her usual overprotective big sister mode" Ben's mother warned him
Ben remembered back to how Accalia would guard Ben like he was a small puppy and wouldn't let anyone get near him when they were younger
"I really hope I don't have to deal with all of that here" Ben said sounding nervous
"Don't worry Ben, she knows you are older now so I'm sure she'll hold back on that" Ben's mother told him, trying to reassure him
"Let's hope so" Ben said with a sigh
"Alright Ben, make sure to call us after the ceremony and let us know how things went" Ben's father tells him
"Don't worry dad, I'll make sure to do that" Ben said
"By the way Ben, your father and I sent something to you, you should be getting it tomorrow, just make sure to ask the inn keeper for a package" Ben's mother told him
"I will mom, don't worry about it" Ben tells his mother
"Alright then, the two of us look forwards to hearing from you tomorrow" Ben's mother said
"I love you guys and I can't wait to tell you all about what happened during the ceremony" Ben tells his parents
With that, Ben hung up his call with his parents and set his scroll aside, laying down on the bed. Ben let out a long sigh, he was missing his family already but was glad that he was finally going to become a student at Beacon Academy. Tomorrow was the opening ceremony, after that, Ben was going to have to form a team and start his first day of classes. It was a lot to think about and Ben wondered if he was going to be ready for it all. Looking down at his wrist, seeing the watch on it, Ben knew that things were going to be okay, even if he didn't have a semblance and an aura.
There was also the fact that Ben had already made a new friend before he even started school. Yeah Ruby was younger then him and was full of more energy, she was still his first friend. Speaking of friends, Ben remembered Blake once more and wondered how she was doing. All of this thinking didn't help Ben get to sleep, eventually Ben gave up and stared at the ceiling until he fell asleep.
City Streets: Vale
Standing outside of the inn where Ben where Ben was staying, a strange man wearing a red cloak with a burn on his face, watched the light coming from the room Ben was staying in go off
"Looks like this story is going along fairly well" the strange man said
"What does your master have planned for this Ben?" A voice asks the strange man
"Well Paradox, this Ben is going to be getting a unique skill that only he shall have" the strange man answered
Professor Paradox, the lab coat wearing Time Walker stepped forwards and stood next to the strange man
"I am already aware of what this Ben is capable of as I am aware of what all the Bens are capable of" Paradox told the strange man
"Your knowledge never does cease to amaze me or my master" the strange man said
"Do not change the subject, tell me what your master has planned for this Ben so I can prepare him for it" Paradox tells the strange man, wanting an answer
"Let us just say that like with all of the Bens, they will be tested but unlike the others this Ben has already been given a selected destiny that my master has no intentions of messing with" the strange man explained to Paradox
"What do you think that soulless scorned creator will do with him once she gets his power?" Paradox asks the strange man
"Neither I nor my master have an idea, this is just a world he is monitoring and writing down what he sees" the strange man answered
"Ominous, hopefully this Benjamin is strong like the others" Paradox said
"Do not worry Time Walker, my master has only picked the best of the best when it comes to Bens" the strange man said to Paradox, trying to reassure him
"I believe you and your master, let us just hope he can find enough Bens given the time" Paradox says as he checks his pocket watch
A portal then opens up behind Paradox and the Time Walker enters it, leaving the strange man by himself. The strange man turns away from the inn and starts to walk away, as he does, the strange man slowly turns into a cloud of stardust and vanishes.
Time Skip
Inn: Vale
It was early in the morning and Ben awoke to the sound of knocking at his door, waking up suddenly, Ben fell out of bed
"That's gonna hurt" Ben said to himself as he got up off the floor
As Ben got up off the floor, he dusted himself off and walked over towards the door as someone was still knocking on it
"Who is it?" Ben asked as he opened the door
Standing in front of the door as Ben opened it was Headmaster Ozpin which surprised Ben
"Headmaster Ozpin, what are you doing here?" Ben asked Ozpin, surprised to see him
"Can I come in?" Ozpin asked Ben
"Sure I guess" Ben answered as he opened up the door all the way
Ozpin nodded his head to Ben as he walked into the room and found a seat at a table that was in the room
"So, why'd you come to see me? Did something bad happen?" Ben asked Ozpin worried
"You needn't worry about anything young Benjamin" Ozpin answered as he motioned for Ben to sit down at the table
"Then why did you come here to talk to me?" Ben asked Ozpin as he sat down at the table
"As you know, today is the opening ceremony for all of the new first years who will be attending Beacon Academy" Ozpin began
"I get that, I was actually planning on getting ready and heading over there" Ben said
"Yes and that is why I wanted to talk to you young Benjamin" Ozpin replied
"Did I do something wrong?" Ben asked confused
"You didn't do anything wrong, it's just that you are aware that you lack an aura and a semblance which will cause problems for you in the future, regardless of your talents" Ozpin answered, pointing at the watch on Ben's wrist
"What kind of problems?" Ben asked Ozpin in a worried tone
"Besides death from grimm you will be weaker then most of your classmates and while you hardly understand the device in your position I don't recommend you using it all of the time" Ozpin answered
Ben was surprised that Ozpin didn't want him to use the watch while he was at school but Ben was also surprised that Ozpin may know more about the watch then him
"Wait, you know about this thing and what it can do?" Ben asked Ozpin, getting eager
"I know a lot about the omnitrix almost as much as the one who created it" Ozpin answered with a grin on his face
"What's an omnitrix?" Ben asked Ozpin
"That little device that allows you to transform into those creatures is called the omnitrix" Ozpin answered
"What else do you know about it?" Ben asked Ozpin, eager to learn more about this omnitrix
"Let's just say it doesn't come from around here and it holds more transformations then you know" Ozpin answers

Hello readers, here is the second chapter of Alien Huntsman and I hope all of you enjoyed it. Ben has now met Ruby and both he and her are now officially students of Beacon Academy. In this chapter you got to see Ben use Heatblast and Diamondhead. You will get to see more transformations used as the story continues. In the next chapter, you'll get to meet the future members of Ben's team. I can't say who they are and what weapons they'll use as it will spoil what I have planned. Moving on, I will now be responding to your comments from the last chapter.

Maximum Rhapsody: I thought about that but I was also thinking of having the love interest be at least the same age as Ben
Drcaus: That is a good choice but it also an obvious one, I was thinking about going with something different
OmnitrixUltimateGod: Thank you for that, I wanted to try something new and different when writing this crossover. Everyone either gives Jaune the omnitrix or they just send Ben to the RWBY universe.
