Ch 7: Alaya and Gaia Meddling 2

EMIYA Flashback/Memory Earth, Middle East unknown Cell location, 3 weeks before Horikoshi Highschool Incident, Shiro and Hajime pov Feb 13th, 2010
Although they were faint as deep down below earth as he was. He was still barely able to hear the sounds of gunfire and motor shells being dropped. Though he could still clearly hear the sound of guns being lifted and primed down the hallway. Well, at least he assumes is a hallway leading down towards his crude and unkept cell. All around him are the odd or so rats along with other harmless insects save for a poisonous small scorpion in the corner of the cell.
However, his wounds were once again beginning to heal thanks to Avolon inside him which he found out after he left Rin at the clock tower all those years ago. Though even if he so wished to help on last time. It didn't matter if they were his so-called executors. Who come tomorrow morning he'll be sent to gallows for being an international war criminal and terrorist. As well as being the main reason for this supposed war his once allies and enemies were a part of it.
Even though this was all an elaborate and obvious trap for him to frame him for everything he didn't do. He didn't curse or blame his once allies for betraying him since they were only human. Plus even though he could have easily gotten out of here anytime he so chose. He plans to let himself take the fall for everyone here if that means this pointless war stops and innocents will be spared from death. So he endured the various inhuman tortures they did to him these past few days. In hopes of spilling his supposed secrets or any information, he might have. But he didn't talk once or gave them the satisfaction of hearing his pained voice.
Case in point the various crude-looking tools hanging on the walls as well the now large pool of dried blood all around him. He wouldn't be able to do a thing since they left him with a busted knee cap that was about to heal in a few minutes alongside his crushed fingers. Which was once again thanks to the Avolon inside him. However, he lifted his head where he heard his guards yell at someone down the hallway and started firing their Ak-47 and RPK machine guns at someone.
But he could hear as one by one his guard detail fell in quick succession before the last one yell was promptly cut off. Silence fell as only the barely audible sounds of motor shells and gunfire could still be heard on the surface. However, Shiro quickly reinforced his body just in case since one could never be too sure. Soon the metal door to his cell opened wide for him to see various burned, stabbed through, and decapitated bodies all over the hallway with blood spatters and blood pools slowing beginning to form. However, soon the figure dropped down from what he assumes the ceiling of the hallway to the ground floor.
From their Shiro sees is what he only assumes to be a shinobi from his homeland. Since the teenager in question is in all black with the Wakazashi on his sides and a very long nodachi on his back. With about two pouches he only assumes are shurikens and razor wire. However, he only assumes since instead of the usual mask you'd see on Shinobi. It is instead a bone skull mask that covers the majority of the individual's face save for his mouth and chin. Though this shinobi's hair is a dark purple compared to Sakura's own hair color
However, it is then he hears the supposed shinobi speak up. To which the words coming out of his mouth makes his eyes go slightly wide.
? " So this is where you were senpai. I must say you awfully almost look like your archer self Emiya-san." he hears the individuals say in a slightly sarcastic but respectful voice
Hearing no deceit from this stranger's words Shiro speaks up.
Shiro " Oh is that so? Tell me my supposed kouhai who are you and how did you meet my archer or rather future self." he asks him in a slightly sarcastic but questioning and serious voice.
? " I see your still plaining to die for these ingrates even though they betrayed you...Truly what a wonderful hero of justice you turned out to be huh. But no matter since you are going to die anyway it won't hurt giving out my name I supposed. Though I'll be sure to write it up as a Geis: Oath before I leave." he says to him in a slightly sarcastic but mostly sad voice
Shiro "You're a Magus?" he asks him in a slightly hostile but questioning voice as he prepares a few things
? " Not quite, I'd prefer term spellcaster since I'm not a genuine magus nor wish to truly be one of their kind. But Nagumo Hajime is the name I go by Senpai," he says to him in a slight honest but serious voice with slight venom hidden in his words
Hearing this person's name as well the slightly hidden venom in this teenager's words when he said he didn't wish to be one of their kind. He relaxes a bit though is still warry of the boy. He then speaks up once more
Shiro " That's honestly reassuring to hear. But answer this question for me but why do call me senpai? After all, I'm sure you weren't a part of my school back in Fuyuki or were there during my time in the Clock Tower?" he asks in a slight questioning but serious voice
Hajime " Why that should be obvious Senpai. I made the grave mistake of accepting Alaya's offer and when I did. I still lost everything I held dear even with the aid of Alaya's power. I damned myself to enteral servitude and got nothing out of it. Hence why I called you Senpai since your a couple of years or untold centuries ahead of me of being one of Alaya's counter guardians. Her most faithful lapdogs at her beck and call." he says to him in a slight venomous but accepting and defeated voice
Hearing him say such Shiro's eyes go wide before biting his lip hard from saying anything else. That might make Hajime's current mood turning worse than it is. However, he spoke once more
Shiro " So then my young kouhai. What is the reason Alaya sent you here for?" he asks him in questioning but respectful voice
Hajime " It's not to free you for one. However, I'm here for the Avolon inside of you senpai. Though I'll do that once Avolon does its work in healing you up fully before taking it from you. After all, we don't want anyone getting their hands on it from your soon-to-be corpse. Especially if they're from the Clock Tower." he says to him in a respectful but honest voice
Shiro " I guess that means you're going to have to wait a while then. Though wouldn't you be pressed for time in getting out of here before my protective detail sends someone down here?" he asks him in a questioning voice
Hajime " That normally be the case but, I don't have to worry about that at the moment since my unknown companions got that covered. As your still hearing at the moment." he says to him in an honest but respectful voice
From there, Shiro sees his kouhai Hajime lean against the wall next to him as the still barely audible sounds of fighting can be heard. From their speaks up once more.
Shiro " Must be some companions if they're keeping the entirety of two armies in check by themselves. Also if it is true that Alaya sent you here, how is it you even here in the first place? I mean I may be in my early twenties but I know for a fact your parents would notice your disappearance. As well your school would notice your absents in getting in the middle of nowhere." he says to him in a questioning voice
Hajime " Well they aren't fellow counter guardians for nothing at least I assume they are. Alaya and Gaia were kind enough to meddle for my first mission and let me some aid. Though is a shame I was prohibited from seeing my allies but beggars can't be choosers. As to how I even got here even though Alaya had given me your location and without sending me here straight away. Well, let's just say I have the Kaleidoscope on speed dial for the few favors he owes me. So I just used one of them by being the taxi driver in getting me from Japan to this location." he says to him in an informing but mischievous voice
Shiro "...How the living fuck you have the Kaleidoscope on speed dial? Or rather since when the old vampire started to use cell phones?" he says to him in a shocked and questioning voice
Hajime " Hey just because he's a fucking relic by this point doesn't mean he can't keep up with the times. Especially that old troll, but well I can't really be mad at him for simply dropping me off a small town two days from here and telling me to go get Avolon myself. Since he has to wait for me an extra two days in getting back to that town before he can drop me off back home in Japan." he says to him in an informative voice
Shiro " Are you like his new apprentice or something?" he says to him in disbelief
Hajime " I'm rather insulted that your thinking I would be his new toy to play around with. No, he just owes me well-deserved favors plus your ex-girlfriend Tohsaka Rin is still his apprentice. So even If by some miracle he offered me to be his apprentice like she is I would reject it no questions asked." he says to him in a serious but respectful voice
The room becomes quiet once more before Shiro speaks up
Shiro " How is she doing?" he asks him in a questioning voice
Hajime " She's doing well for herself If what the Old man has told me. Last I heard she settled with someone to continue the Tohsaka lineage a couple of years back. I mean you did leave her the one she truly loved. All in hopes of becoming a hero of justice. But tell me senpai, was it worth it after coming this far." he says to him in questioning but serious voice while looking at him with narrowed eyes
Shiro "...Yes, I'd say it was worth it in the end. At least she's moved on to find happiness in someone else other than me. Even after I move on to full fill my role as a counter guardian. I know for a fact I will never regret it" he says to him in a serious but honest voice with a wistful smile on his face
Hajime "... Sengo must have been smoking something to use your body as a pseudo servant I swear… I still think you're an ass senpai for leaving the ones you love behind but I still respect you all the same. Now then I suppose I should extract Avolon from you now and head on my way" he says to him in an honest but respectful voice
Shiro " I suppose your right. Shame I'd really wish to hear the story of what made you stupid enough in accepting Alaya's offer. But it was a pleasure in meeting you Nagumo Hajime-san," he says to him in a respectful but honest voice
Hajime " Likewise Emiya Shiro-san, now then I'll begin the process of extracting the Avolon sheath from your body. Once that's done I shall take my leave from this hell hole and return to comfortable civilization life" he says to him in an honest but professional voice
Shiro " That's sounds nice. Be sure a stray shot doesn't hit you on the way out." he says to him in a sarcastic but honest voice
Hajime " Oh I'll be sure not to let that happen. After all, I don't wish to give Alaya the surprise gift of getting a second counter Guardian unexpectantly after all." says to him in an honest but slightly sarcastic voice as well
Shiro " That's true," he says to him in an honest voice
Unknown Time/UBW Flashback Archer EMIYA, Assassin EMIYA, and Alter Ego Okita Alter pov
Shiro like he always did sat around the various blades and weapons he traced over the countless years during his time as Alaya's obedient lap dog. However, every once in a while he would walk around his realty marble awaiting for when Alaya would once again call for him. But those were few and far between. Though he returning to Alaya's clutches once more was honestly something he didn't wish to happen. For the first time in years, he was happy within Chaldea's walls. While he wouldn't admit it to anyone save for the three masters he served under.
He actually enjoyed spending time with his alternate stepfather who became a counter Guardian like himself. As well as spending time getting to know the Avatar of the Holy Grail Irisveil alongside his supposed younger stepsisters and Taiga. The same could be said for the other servants he got along with and had relations with as well. Though he could at least hold himself back from trying to kill his alter self and Sengo who possessed himself when he was still a young naive boy who wished to become a hero of justice.
But it seems the world didn't wish for him or anyone within Chaldea's walls happiness. He much like the majority of the servants was forced to go back to the throne or like himself, his stepfather and his fellow kouhai had to return to Alaya's clutches. Though once they returned to Alaya she had explained what had transpired and made all three of their hearts go cold and stricken with grief. The Masters they loved with their hearts and felt loyalty to were killed off by the association and the third had damned himself to Alaya in hopes of saving the other two masters. Only for it amounts to nothing in the end and after said master unleashed upon that earth his wrath along with any reaming servants under his command.
However, if that wasn't bad enough. After the last master, Nagumo Hajime was sent back to his timeline by Alaya, Gaia, and the Kaleidoscope. He learned that the final curse the alien goddess placed upon the masters. The majority of the servants that returned to the throne had completely forgotten about them alongside whatever feelings they had for them also be wiped from their hearts and minds.
Only himself, Alongside his stepfather and his fellow Kouhai along with a minor few others, remembers their time within Chaldea and the feelings for each of the respective masters. But then the news only became worse as Alaya bluntly told him alongside his stepfather and fellow kouhai that Nagumo Hajime their 3rd master has been selected for the second incarnation of Beast 1. Apparently, Gaia was laughing and very pleased with herself that she was able to also have their 3rd master as a piece she could move. The reason being for this was of course of what Hajime and the rest of the servants did back on that Earth is what made him qualified as the second incarnation of Beast 1.
Though if there was a silver lining to any of the news they heard. Is that their last remaining Master Nagumo Hajime wouldn't fully become the second incarnation of Beast 1 till his late fifties. Though that's if their master continued being human that is. From then his life went on as usual before he arrived at Chaldea.
However, it was then for the first in a very long time Alaya appeared before him in a furious mood and told him that some wanna be god. Took his master alongside his entire class from earth to whatever world the supposed god was on. To have his master and his classmates' fight for his humanity as their saviors.
That made his blood go cold. Although it seems that Alaya and Gaia surprisingly enough were working with each other to meddle the every living shit on that God's world in any way possible. Case and point Alaya told him to remain on standby before going around to everyone she had under her thumb and saying the same things to them.
So he simply waited and as luck would have it he heard an all too familiar chant echo throughout his reality marble. However at the same time at the chant grew louder and louder. Two figures appeared right beside him, ones he now could say grateful for visiting him every once in a while when they could. So he turned to face them and spoke up
Shiro " Hear to see me off Otou-san, and Okita-san," he says to them in a warm but honest voice
In his sight is his stepfather or rather an alternate stepfather who made accepted Alaya's offer as a counter guardian instead of meeting his stepmother Irisveil. Assassin Emiya Kiritsugu stood tall at 175cm with a fit but well-toned body structure. His attire is much like his own save for the skirts and red coat. He has a bayonet on his right thing and his famous or infamous contender on his left. He a slightly handsome but harden face with vacant eyes and short white hair. Other than the fact for his darker skin color and same white hair along with sliver eyes. His stepfather was the same as the last saw him before death took him.
His and his stepfather's kouhai is much like her shinseigumi self save for a few key differences. For one the Alter Ego Okita Souji Alter has long white flowing hair with tanned skin color with sliver eyes than her Shinseigumi self. She's still the young teenage beauty though having a larger chest size than her Shinseigumi self being D cups who stands at 163cm tall. Her attire unlike both of them is a red and black dress similar to a short sleeve kimono and European-style coat reminisces of her Shinseigumi haori. Except the colors being black and white instead of blue and white. Complete with a high collar held by a tassel rope and long stockings. She also has an insane long Nodachi longer than herself by a few feet as well in her right hand.
As to how she ever came to be a counter guardian herself. Well this version of herself what born prematurely and who have died not long after she was born. However because of her sister's prayers and once again Alaya's impeccable timing she was able to make a contract with her. Which allowed her body to be arranged as a counter guardian, unlike her shinseigumi self.
Hearing him say that Assassin Emiya speaks up first
Kiritsugu " That's right since it seems out of the three of us he could summon. It seems you were the guardian chosen to stay by our 3rd master's side my stupid son that I never knew." he says to him in a professional but unusual warm voice
Okita " Though when you do appear by his side. Make sure you give him a good scolding and punch him in the face for us all. Since after we went to the trouble of waring him. He disregarded and still accepted Alaya's offer anyways." she says to him also in a professional but warm voice
Shiro " I will," he says to them in a reassurance but an honest voice with a grin on his face
As they all heard their 3rd master's voice echo throughout the reality marble as he was nearing the end of the chant. Assassin Emiya spoke up one last time.
Kiritsugu " Oh and one last thing. Your alter self passed along a message to give to you." he says to him serious but professional voice
Shiro " Oh is that so. What did he say then," he says also in a professional but slightly surprised voice
Kiritsugu " he said " Make sure our remaining master doesn't fall into Alaya's clutches no matter the costs" though he did say something he'll kill you if that happened well he isn't the only one who thinks that should you fail," he says to him in an informing but serious voice
Archer Emiya sees his stepfather stare at him with cold eyes but the same could be said with Okita as well. However, as the last chant echoed through the reality marble he turned his back on them before saying one last thing
Shiro " That goes without saying," he says to them in a cold but honest voice as he disappears from their sightline.
Present time Tortus Heiligh Kingdom Capital Royal city, Royal Palace Guest/Hajime room, September 8th, 9 am Hajime and Emiya pov
Shiro or rather Emiya after finishing sorting out through his new memories as well remembering the brief conversation he had with his fellow counter guardians. Focuses his attention on his master after not finding Avolon in the closet. Though he did go through the various photos that his master still has during their time within Chaldea. That and looking through the various catalyst and potential ally servants his master plans on summoning in the future. Though he is a little hope that his master doesn't summon a few servants he doesn't want to deal with. However he finally sees his master stir and wakes up from his brief nap no thanks to him. He then sees his master brief scan the room before landing his sightline on him with a slight glare and wince of pain.
Hajime " Good to see again Emiya. Though I guess I did deserve that after everything," he says to him in an honest but grateful voice
Hajime { Iyasu} he chants as once again his hands glow green with light and touches his broken nose to heal it.
Shiro " At least you know you had it coming. Though it is actually nice to see you as well 3rd master," he says to him in a genuine honest voice
Hajime " I see you're still going to call me that even though Chaldea doesn't exist. Well at least it doesn't exist here since I don't know what timeline my world is in." he says to him in an honest but slightly sad voice
Shiro " Ah well that's true, for all we know the earth that you live could have the incineration of humanity happen again," he says to him in a slightly sarcastic but honest voice
Hajime " Please spare me from that. Even though it might be true I'd rather not have my family be wiped out by Ars Goetia thank you very much," he says to him in an honest but tired voice
Shiro " So Alaya has told me the basics of your situation. So other than you and your other classmates having to save this humanity from a threat and being sent to war. Can you bring me up to speed and mind explaining why I met you before being hung the next day? Also the fact as to why you're the future second incarnation of Beast 1 alongside being a future counter guardian?" he asks him in questioning but respectful voice
He sees Hajime body slightly freeze before having slight anger but accepting expression on his face before speaking up
Hajime " The first part of your request is easy to answer but the latter of your request is something I could only tell you when the others are summoned. It would be a hassle otherwise of having to explain it multiple times I'm sure. Though answer me this Emiya, are you and the other counter guardians the only ones that remember everything that happened at Chaldea and the various experiences we went through" he asks him in a serious but slight frightful and pained voice
Hajime sees Shiro have a slight grim but also pained expression on his face before speaking up
Shiro " You are correct that the other counter guardians alongside myself remember everything that happened within Chaldea. However, save for a few others that I don't know of but have speculations on who they might be...All the others because of that Alien Goddess curse...have forgotten everything about you and the other masters. So only I alongside with the other counter guardian still remember about the 1st and second master Gudao and Gudako and our time within Chaldea." he says to him in a grim but informing voice
Hajime hearing Shiro says that feels as something within broke slightly and keeps the tears that threatened to flow out at. So with a slightly grim but accepting smile, he speaks up.
Hajime " So even after everything ended the way it did...Fate said one last fuck you while we were already down for the count and throw us into the fucking ocean to drown," he says in a slightly angered but defeated voice
Hajime " I guess that means I'll tell what happens afterward to those who still remember their time within Chaldea. As for the other servants who won't remember everything that happened...I won't bother with them since as far as they know it'll be their first time meeting me." he says to him in a respectful but honest and tired voice with a pained expression on his face
Shiro " I guess that's only fair. After all, it's not their fault for not remembering everything after all." He says in an understanding but slightly sad voice
Hajime " I suggest we moved on to a different topic before we start feeling sad all day. So saying such I start with how bad my situation is at the moment," he says to him in a serious but honest voice
Shiro " Not going to include the other children that tagged along with you?" he says to him in an honest but questioning voice
Hajime " Unlike them who haven't treated this situation we found ourselves in with caution and enough respect. They treat their situation as nothing more than a simple pass time without much thought. No unlike them whose lives aren't threatened at the moment, my situation is direr since I made a choice that made me have borrowed time before I befall an "accident". Or that's how I think they'll tell the children that came with me." he says to him in a professional but serious voice
Shiro " Is that so, I'm guessing that's because you don't wish to help this world's humanity out?" he says to him in questioning but understanding voice
Hajime " What do you think? Well, at least you understand why I wish to not be involved in being this humanities savior like the rest hopeful the children that came along with me." he says to him in an honest but thankful voice
Shiro " Surly these children aren't that bad and naive are they?" he says to him in an honest but slightly hopeful voice
Hajime " Truth be told the majority of them are save for my sensei and two others. However, like I said their lives aren't in much danger presently at least." he says to him in an honest voice
Shiro " For fuck sake...So then Hajime what's the plan?" he says to him in an honest but serious voice
Hajime " For one I need to get ride a certain Duke within this kingdom first. From there no thanks to the Kaleidoscope request or rather order as the second marshall of the Magus Association. I need to tell two children within my class about the moonlit world back home. After that, I'll need a chance to vanish and begin my plans of finding a way home. As for the children in question, I already know which two can handle the truth without going into a panic and can keep it a secret for a time." he says to him in an honest but professional voice
Shiro " Didn't think I'd ever see the day when the old troll would care about someone. What's the world coming to I wonder? Well then I sure you have been keeping yourself busy during the time you've been here. " he says to him in a knowing but serious voice
Hajime " That goes without saying. I have the layout for the entire castle handled as well the basic layout for the entire capital city were currently in. However, I'm sure you'll be able to expand on it by today's end. After that, we can take out that certain duke without anyone knowing. After that we can move on as how we'll disappear from everyone's radar for a time." he says to him in an informing but serious voice
Shiro " I have my work cut out for me then. Though it would be nice if you an assassin servant helping me out. As you are right now I know for a fact you can supply two servants." he says to him in a knowing voice
Hajime " That's true I could summon a second servant to help you. However just because I can supply two servants doesn't mean I'll summon another one. At least not yet. Reason being since if I did so, the both of would have to limit yourselves while being active and both of you wouldn't be able to use your noble phantasms without killing me in the process. Unlike now where you could use your Unlimited Blade works for a few times and spam broken phantasms before I go down." he says to him in an informing and respectful voice
Shiro " Good to know that your thinking logically than emotionally master. I'll start looking around the capital city and have a detailed map by today's end." he says to him in a respectful but honest voice
Hajime " Glad to hear it, though once you return I'll be sure to tell you as to how I got to your location and survived getting out of that hell hole in full detail," he says to him in an informing voice
Shiro " Looking forward to it master," he says to him in a respectful but honest voice as he vanishes from Hajime's slight line
Hajime " Well then I guess I better head to the Library to read up on more information. I did say I was going to be there after all," he says to himself in an honest voice
Heiligh Kingdom Captial City, Offical Meeting room, September 8th, 9 am Eliheid pov
Eliheid seeing the Hoelshur Emperor alongside his crown prince and first princess take their seats. As well as seeing his daughter and his queen alongside the pope taking their respectful seats as well. He speaks up
Eliheid " So then Emperor Gahard tells us about the situation on the frontlines," he says to him in an informing and questioning voice
Then sees the emperor whose in royal attire after changing speaks up with a grin on his face

Hope you guys thought the chapter was decent. As well hoped did a decent job with characters interacting with each other. But as always I do understand if the chapter wasn't to your liking. The next chapter will explain Hajime's side of the story as to how he got the Avolon sheath as a catalyst and his escape from the hell hole that was the middle east. Along with other things as well, though don't expect Elheid interactions with everyone at the table next chapter. Since that won't be written yet or rather I decide not to write it all and only do the conclusion of the meeting as a whole instead. But I hope you guys still enjoyed the chapter nonetheless.
As stated multiple times don't expect the next chapter anytime soon since I'll never know when I'll update the story. Though I do appreciate the reviews you've been giving this story even if they aren't anything nice about the story. Since like I asked their tasteful critics meant only to improve this story and not just being an ass. So keep the reviews coming and call me out if I got something wrong since I'm iffy about fate verse/Type moon as a whole. So they might have been something wrong in this chapter that I didn't know about.
