Fem!Naruto/Shikamaru
Shikamaru sipped his beer as his friends cracked jokes around him. He was tired from his latest mission, intel gathering on Iwa. Luckily for them all though was they were in a time of relative peace. No major battles or wars, only a few skirmishes on the border of Fire Country. The economy was booming, many villages were hiring shinobi for many reasons and with the new trading deals with Kirigakure allowed for Kohona to grow and expand. Shikamaru was happy about one thing in his boring life, his pockets were always full.
"Say Shikamaru…" The cloud watcher turned to his friend Choji who was currently looking towards the bar of the BBQ restaurant. "Isn't that Naruto?"
Shikamaru turned to where Choji was looking and nearly choked on his drink. He was right it was definitely Naruto, though she looked much older and very feminine compared to her youth. She no longer supported an orange jumpsuit or much orange at all. Her black jacket hung loosely on her, he could make out ninja mesh under it. It looked like fishnets but provided protective materials. She wore black short shorts that supported a kunai pouch. He could see her smooth, tanned legs from here. She wore black sandals that probably gave her great moverablitly. With her back facing him he couldn't make out her face and didn't even think it was her at first but her blonde hair made her stand out.
He always loved her blonde hair, unlike his friend Ino, it was the color of the sun and it always made her stand out amongst a crowd. It was longer than it was in their youth, when they were just fresh faced genin. She now had it grown out to just pass her ass and had it put into two ponytails. Her bangs framing the sides of her face.
"Y-Yeah it is her." He stated though his stutter didn't go unnoticed by the Akimichi. The husky man though didn't commit to it just yet.
"Wow! I haven't seen her in at least 2 years now." Kiba announced to the group. The others just nodded. "What job did she end up doing?"
"I believe she works for Seduction and Infiltration." Shino voiced. Shikamaru nearly forgot the man was here. "I think she is one of their top agents."
"Eh? How do you know that?" Kiba asked his longtime teammate.
"My cousin works with them from time to time." Shino adjusted his glasses to look at the blonde girl at the bar. "Seduction and Infiltration often times works with Torture and Interigation."
"Ah…" Was what everyone voiced.
Shikamaru couldn't take her eyes off her. With a perfect view of the bar from their booth, he couldn't help but watch the gi- no woman. He watched as she chatted with an older woman next to her. The woman had purple hair, wore a brown duster, and had her hair similar to his though on a much smaller scale.
"I wonder what she does there?" Kiba stroked his chin in thought.
"What do you think they do, dog boy?" Shikamaru sometimes couldn't believe he was friends with this idiot.
"Well I mean what the name suggests, wise ass!" Kiba fired back at the genius. "But what do you think she does? You think she has to, you know, fuck the people she has to get close to?" Shikamaru went to answer but froze at the blonde that stood behind his friend.
Kiba and Shino were sitting in chairs facing away from the bar as Choji and Shikamaru sat in the booth. He noticed the blonde though he had no idea how she practically appeared out of nowhere. He could see the devilish smile she had on her whiskered face. Her soft features made out in the light and could see the orange top that she wore over her ninja mesh that he couldn't she with her back turned towards him. Though the top really only covered her boobs as he could make out her delicate stomach that looked soft to the touch.
"Hmm sometimes…" Naruto purred into Kiba's ear as she brought her arms around his neck from behind.
She crossed them over his chest as her head was next to his, her full lips right next to his ear. He could hear Kiba gulp from here. Shikamaru noticed the whole restaurant looking at them and the stunning girl behind his friend.
"Sometimes they fuck me, sometimes I fuck them." She smirked as Kiba froze. "Sometimes I can even finish…." She got right next to her ear. "...right before I slit their throat after telling me all the sweet things I want to hear." She kissed the tan's boy cheek and sent a wink towards Shikamaru as if she knew he was staring at her the whole time. He gulped in his seat.
As she left with the woman she was talking to, Shikamaru had one thought. Naruto was one troublesome woman as he had to adjust his pants and it didn't go unnoticed by him that most of the men in the restaurant did the same thing.

He didn't know what kami he crossed, but Shikamaru did know they were laughing at his torture. Everywhere he went it was like the Vixen was everywhere. Anytime he locked eyes with Naruto she would just wink at him and turn back to whatever she was doing.
The first time was when he was running practice drills with his team and she just so happen to be doing the same thing. The next time was when he and a few friends decided to go to the markets and there she was shopping for new clothes. Everywhere he went it was like she had to be there to give him that sly wink and even sometimes blow him a kiss.
Every Time he saw her though, he was with a group of people or at least one other person. This time he was all alone.
"You know I never understood why someone would want to cloud watch? Seems boring to me." She stated as she stood over him, looking down at his prone form.
Her cerulean blue eyes stared brightly at him, looking at him in wonder. He could see her lips in the form of a smile as she observed him. Her Hitai-ate hung from her neck and it seemed she was wearing similar clothing from when he saw her at the bar. He could only groan at her questioning.
"I just think it is an excuse for you not to do anything." The sun made her hair glow a golden color Shikamaru observed. "Tell me Shika, don't you have something better you could be doing?"
"No." Was his simple reply. Though if he was honest there probably was something that was more productive. "Everything else is a drag."
"I would have to agree with you there." She plopped down beside him. He turned his head to look at her. "Well I am bored and it seems cloud watching can seem sort of interesting. So what do we do?"
"Huh?" Shikamaru just raised a brow at the idiotic question. "You just look at them."
"Well yeah buuuttt…." He didn't mind as she talked, interrupting his peace. He enjoyed her voice. Even when in the academy she was an enigma to him. Always talking, always unpredictable. She was the only person who could outmaneuver him. He could never plan for something when she could change those plans in a moment's notice. "Do we point out specific clouds and see the shapes they make? Or do we sit here and just watch as they float by? Or do we make a game and see who can point out the different clouds?"
As she questioned him, he couldn't help but smile. She was so hyperactive that he had trouble keeping up sometimes but he didn't mind. He just smiled and nodded at her questioning. As she pointed out clouds to him he could only nod and agree. That continued for hours, just the two of them watching and pointing out specific clouds.
"Troublesome woman." He whispered to himself as she fell asleep in the field they were in. He couldn't help how the setting sun made her glow and look even more like an angel than she already was.

The next time he saw her was a few days later at the BBQ place again. This time Shikamaru was not only with Choji, Shino, and Kiba but Ino, Hinata, Sakura, Lee, Neji, and Tenten decided to join. He listened as the childhood friends talked, joining in whenever someone asked if a story was accurate or not. He smiled into his beer just listening to his friends talk. He enjoyed this as much as cloud watching. He will never admit it though.
"Oi! Shika! Who was that blonde you were with the other day?" Ino asked him. Ever since they became Chunin, even Jonin in his case, they didn't go on missions as often together. He missed those days though.
"Shikamaru was hanging out with someone other than cloud watching? How strange." Kiba committed with a snicker.
"It is none of your business." Shikamaru shot at the Yamanaka heir. The others laughed at his defensive attitude.
"I was just curious, like, you don't have to be so defensive over your girlfriend." Ino smirked at her friend's red face.
"Yosh! The spirit of Youth burns bright in you Shikamaru!" Lee, slightly tipsy, stuck his thumb out at the Nara. "You will carry on the Nara legacy my friend."
Shikamaru choked on his drink as the green-spandex man said that. The others erupted into laughter, Kiba's the loudest of them all. He could even see sweet, shy Hinata chuckling. He was about to retort but stopped himself as the blonde in question walked through the front entrance.
He could tell she looked tired but that didn't stop her from looking gorgeous as ever. He noticed a silver haired man practically carrying her to the bar. He instantly knew it was Kakashi with the way his hair seemed to defy gravity. He could also see the purple haired woman with her, now getting a good look at her he knew it was Anko. They seemed to find a seat at the bar and were quickly assisted by the bartender.
"Huh didn't know Naruto was back already." He heard Sakura comment. The others looked to the bar to see the woman in question.
"What do you mean, Sakura?" Hinata asked. Over the years the shy girl lost her stutter though she was still soft spoken.
"Kakashi-sensei told me she was going on a mission in Kumo. Supposedly it was a long one. Though he didn't tell me the specifics." The others nodded at that. Kohona and Kumo weren't enemies but that didn't mean they were allies. Both villages were still keeping tabs on the other. "She must have just returned tonight."
Shikamaru looked at Sakura as she spoke. He didn't know the specifics of Team 7 but he did know the pinkette was somewhat jealous of the blonde. After Sasuke left the village to hunt down his brother, their team wasn't the same. Rumor was the Uchiha left because he was embarrassed the blonde turned him down but that was only a rumor. The only reason he wasn't labeled as a missing nin was because the Hokage, Tsunade, decided it would be his mission to hunt his wayward brother. Sasuke was to either return with Itachi dead or alive. That was all he knew about it.
"You know I don't think I could do it?" Ino stated as Shikamaru just raised a brow at her.
"What do you mean?" Choji asked as he continued to eat his barbeque.
"I mean with having sex with random people just for a mission." The whole table paused and looked at her. He could see some agree with that statement but they never openly said it. He noticed Naruto tense up at the bar, her hand shaking as she brought her drinks to her lips. "Like, I get everyone has their strengths but I don't understand why you would want to sleep around."
Shikamaru knew his friend meant well but the way she said it, it just didn't sit right with him. He was about to say something but was surprised by the person who did speak up.
"That isn't the main part of the job." Hinata said with a strong voice. All eyes turned to her. They knew she was close to the blonde after all the whiskered girl would also stick up for the Hyuga. "Yes that is the unsavory part of the job but it doesn't always lead to that. Sometimes they just have to perform basic shinobi missions on a more dangerous scale. At times they have to perform whole missions by themselves with no reinforcements. Everyone in S&I risks their lives every time they accept a mission. Unlike the major shinobi forces they may leave the village with a small chance of returning and their body never given a proper burial. Just because they have to use their bodies to get information doesn't mean they are whores. They protect our village like every other shinobi."
Everyone was shocked at the convection in Hinata's voice and the use of crude language. They rarely hear the Hyuga speak like that and Shikamaru couldn't help but smile at the way she stood up for her friend.
"Hinata I didn't mean it like that!" Ino said quickly, regretting her words. "I just meant it wasn't some-"
"I know Ino." Hinata said with a sad smile. "I know what you meant but I still mean what I say."
"I agree." Shikamaru stated. "S&I is different from the regular shinobi forces but that doesn't mean we can look down on them. They may do unsavory actions but that doesn't mean we should look at them with a different outlook."
"Yeah." Choji butted in. "They are still serving their village just in a different way."
The others nodded agreeing with Shikamaru and Hinata. Ino felt bad but Sakura tried to cheer her up. Kiba tried to change the subject by making a joke. It was like it never happened. The others all smiled as stories and jokes were shared but Shikamaru looked to the bar hoping Naruto heard what was said. He was disappointed.
It was only Kakashi and Anko at the bar now. Though the scarecrow did give Shika an eye smile while Anko gave him a knowing look. Both turned back to their drinks like nothing happened. The Nara heir just sighed and sipped his drink. Why did women have to be so troublesome?

The genius was exhausted after his latest intel gathering mission. This time it was Choji, Ino, and him and it went well for the first few days but then shit hit the fan. Luckily no one was injured but they knew getting close to Iwa was going to be harder next time. He shrugged his jacket off and took his sandals off. Not bothering to take the rest of his clothes off he fell into his bed.
Something was nagging him though. It was like something was off in the shadows. He didn't know what it was but he knew he should check it out though he was exhausted. He went to cut the lamp next to his bed on but a soft, delicate hand stopped him. He froze.
"Don't turn on the light." He heard Naruto's voice say to his left. She was standing up, stopping his hand inches from the lamp. He felt like he was in a vunerable situation. He was currently laying on his stomach with his back open for an attack. He knew Naruto wouldn't attack him but his natural instincts told him to keep eyes on her at all times.
"Why not?" He asked slowly.
"I don't want you to see me…" She spoke softly. He could hear her voice shake a bit. Most wouldn't pick it up but he overanalyzed everything. He wonders if she was crying. "...but I don't want to be alone right now."
"I see. Just let me turn over." She stood back from the bed, hiding in the darkest shadows in his room. He could so easily overpower her but he trusted her. "Why did you sneak into my room?"
"I-I just came back from a mission and had nowhere else to go." He could hear her voice shake a bit. His heart yearned for her. "Anko is on a mission and Kakashi isn't always the best to go to when talking about emotional stuff."
"What about Sakura or Hinata?" He asked softly.
"Please Sakura hates my guts." She laughed as it was a joke. "And I love Hinata as a sister but there is some things I just don't want to tell her. I don't want to scare the poor girl."
"Hinata is strong. She isn't like her younger self." He could tell the blonde nodded at his assessment. "I'm sure Sakura doesn't hate you, Naruto. She was your teammate once before."
"That is true." He could make out that her posture was nervous, consistently shifting her weight. "Though she hates me for something I couldn't control. I told her I didn't like Sasuke like that, Dattebayo. I told that idiot to ask the girl out."
"What? I am confused." Shikamaru leaned his head against the wall. "Didn't Sasuke ask you out?"
"What?! NO! Who told you that?!" She shrieked. "Sasuke was like a brother I never had. We hated each other like a family would. Constantly trying to one up the other. He was like a slightly older brother that always picked on me while Konohamaru was the sweet younger one."
"Oh that makes sense." Shikamaru could see that now. "But what do you mean 'I told him to ask the girl out'?"
"You know for a genius, you are slightly dumb." The Nara bristled at that. "Sasuke liked Sakura but didn't know how to say it." Shikamaru's face showed his shock though he doubted the woman could see it. "He was constantly asking me what to do and I could see now how it may look that he liked me but the emo preferred the pink hair girl. Always saying things like 'you see what Sakura wore today' or 'you think Sakura would like it if I changed my hairstyle'. The boy wouldn't shut up about her. Though he left with the promise to woo her when he gets back." She huffed at the end and he barely heard the next part. "All he is going to get when he gets back is an ass kicking."
He couldn't help but to laugh at that. He laughed loud from the proclamation of the woman before him. He couldn't help it. One minute she sounded broken and the next she was promising to kick the Uchiha prodigy's ass. The number one in their graduation class at that.
"What is so funny Nara? I will kick yours too, Dattebayo!" She shouted at him. He laughed harder and she couldn't help but join in. He shook his head and wiped his right eye as a tear formed there.
"So you snuck into my home, filled with shadow controlling shinobi, to proclaim you will kick my ass?" He smirked at that idea. He did wonder how the woman snuck in his clan's compound though. When did she become so stealthy?
"Yes! Wait no!" She said quickly. "You are distracting me."
"I am distracting you?" He only raised a brow at her statement. "What made you want to come talk to me?"
"Well…" She shifted her weight once more. "I just wanted to talk to someone, to distract me."
"I see…" He trailed off. Shikamaru wasn't used to this. "What happened on your mission?"
"You really want to know?"
"Yes."
"I killed someone." She simply stated. He paused, not sure what to say. "It hasn't been the only time but I hate it every time I do it."
"What about the thing you said to Kiba?" He was confused, didn't she toy with Kiba?
"I did it to scare him. I don't often have to kill anyone on my missions. I often times don't even have to fuck anyone!" She let out. Her voice cracked at the end, this told him she was close to tears. He felt the bed dip as she sat down at the foot of the bed, still obscured from his view. "Most times I just have to excite the client enough for them to talk. If I have to go further than that I get a shadow clone to do it. Though there have been a few cases where I personally have to pleasure the mark but rarely do I have to assassinate them. I hate it!"
"Then why don't you leave S&I?" He simply asked, taking in everything she was saying.
"Because I don't want others, boys or girls, having to do what I do!" She exclaimed, voice cracking. "I do what I do so others don't have to. I do these unsavory acts so the next generation doesn't have to be exposed to the seedier side of the shinobi life." She shifted causing the bed to shake. "I hate this job at times but I enjoy the fact that I'm good enough at what I do that another girl or boy doesn't have to fill my spot. Protecting the future generation is the most important thing, Shikamaru. More important than my personal needs."
"I understand that, Naruto." He really did. Every Time he saw kids playing at the park or academy students running laps, even the babies in their mother's arms he knew they were the most precious things in this village. "Although sometimes we have to be selfish…for our own good."
"But how?" Her voice wavered as she asked him. "How can I be selfish, Shikamaru? My whole life all I have done was for the village. Containing the Kyuubi, being taught how to control it so I don't hurt the people around me, training everyday of my life for this village, and taking on tasks that no shinobi should be able to accomplish alone. All I know is helping Kohona. All I know is doing things for others with no personal gain."
Shikamaru took in every word she said and honestly agreed with everything that was said. He knew she took the Kyuubi as a jinchuuriki; she had a not so easy life. He knew she trained to make sure the biju never took over her body and destroy the village. He knew she struggled under the stares and whispers of others that just didn't understand the sacrifices she made.
"Naruto…I am going to turn the light on." Without waiting for a response he turned the lamp on and was shocked to see her red cheeks, tears flowing from her eyes, and the sad look she gave him. He wasn't expecting the strong, invincible, carefree Naruto to be so vulnerable. Then again unlike what most might think, she was as much a human as him.
"Don't look at me!" She shrieked and turned her head away from him.
"Why do you turn away from me?" He asked softly, scared if he moved suddenly she might run off like a scared deer his clan raises.
"Because I am a Monster!" She yelled at him. His heart broke at that.
"Naruto. You are no monster. You are a hero, a fighter, a shinobi of this village." Shikamaru tried to stay strong but it was hard to see the girl he crushed on in the academy and all these years later look so broken.
"I killed people Shikamaru. I killed fathers, brothers, sons. I made mothers, sisters, and daughters moan my name before I stole from them and even took their lives. I am a liar, a thief, a killer." She whispered the last part and Shikamaru did the only thing he could think of.
He grabbed the girl quicker than she could react. He hugged her tight to his chest and didn't let go as she fought him. She cried in his chest as he told her the truth.
"This world doesn't deserve you." He started with. "We are shinobi of Kohona. Lying, thieving, and killing is what we do, Naruto. It is how we go about it that shows us who the real monsters are. Do you slaughter people because you felt like you wanted to? Do you desicrate bodies to fulfill some fantasies? Do you boast about your kills with no remorse?"
"No…" She shakingly said.
"Then you are no monster. You do what you have to do to protect your village, your people, the future generation." He whispered into her golden locks. "You respect your enemy because they do the same as you. Protect their village with their lives. Killing only when they have to. You show their bodies respect when you allow their family to bury them and mourn for them. You are a Kohona shinobi. You, Naruto, are the strongest of us. You cry for the enemy. The same enemy who will kill you without a second thought."
That night she cried until she could not no more. She hugged the man until she fell asleep in his warm body. He smiled as her body relaxed and her breaths evened out in her slumber. He stroked her hair to calm the vixen in her sleep.

Shikamaru sat alone at their usual spot waiting for his friends. It was the first time he was early, they always got on his case, always showing up 30 minutes late. Though he couldn't help his excitement, don't let Ino hear that, because the blonde of his dreams was currently sitting across from him.
"You know the last time I actually ate here was when we were genin." Shika raised a brow at that. "I prefer Ichiraku. Ramen is the food of the gods afterall, Dattebayo." She stated it as if it was a fact.
"Didn't I see you with Anko and Kakashi?"
"Watching me, are you?" He blushed at her teasing. "Usually we just come to drink. Ichiraku doesn't offer any sake that Anko loves."
"You like to drink?" He was currently sipping from his usual beer.
"Eh. Taste could be better but I sort of just do it as a social thing." She was currently drinking water. "I don't get drunk."
"Oh? That must be nice." He knew all about drinking just a bit too much and regretting it the next morning.
"I guess." She shrugged her shoulders. "I would like to experience it just once. Though Kuruma pretty much stops any effects." Shikamaru just raised a brow not knowing who she was referring to. "The Nine-tails sealed in me. His name is Kuruma. He honestly just an overgrown, grumpy fox who sleeps all day."
"That must be nice." He said dreamily. Oh how he would love to sleep all day.
"Why am I surrounded by lazy men?" The energetic girl crossed her arms as she pouted in an exaggerated manner. "First the fox, then Kakashi, then you. Don't you have something you enjoy doing? Besides cloud watching!"
"...watching you." He stated without thinking. He honestly thought that was in his head until her red face stared at him with wide eyes.
"..."
"Shika-"
Luckily for him he was saved as his friends entered the restaurant. Choji was followed by Ino and Kiba. The others must be close behind. Naruto stopped whatever she was going to say and looked at him with a red face. She greeted the others as they filled in around them. Shikamaru was embarrassed to talk about that but luckily for the duo dinner went well. Shikamaru only smiled as Naruto was engaged in conversation with Sakura and Hinata. It seemed the two teammates made up whatever they were having trouble with.

Lucky for Shikamaru it seemed the troublesome blonde didn't wish to question him further. Though he felt like he was having deja vu. Once again he entered his room in the clan compound and once again the shadows felt off. Though this time he was more alert and grabbed a kunai from his shealth on his leg and turned the light on.
He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Naruto laying on his bed and looking at him with a smirk plastered on her face.
"You have to quit doing that, troublesome woman." He grunted as he took his weapon pouch and jacket off. Slipping his sandals off. "How do you even see in the dark like that?"
"Kuruma enhances my abilities." She sat up on his bed and he took a seat next to her. Their shoulders are touching. She only smiled at him. "As I got older and more friendly with the fox, my body started changing allowing my senses to be better. It makes me a better shinobi. For that I am thankful for the fox."
He didn't say it but he was thankful for the fox as well. Because of the Nine-tails it made sure Naruto would be much safer on the field and most likely come back unharmed. That also explained her ability to hear from distances that no normal human should.
"That makes sense. So what made you sneak into my house this time?" He noticed her smile never wavered.
"I have been thinking…" She trailed off.
"Oh? Who should I tell Shizun will be needing a visit in the Hospital?" She only laughed at him.
"...funny…"
She closed the gap between them. Kissing him softly. Shikamaru didn't hesitate to kiss her back. He was like a starving boy as he kissed the goddess in front of him. She really was the sun in his life.
"You know if our friends didn't show up the other night, I would have jumped you in the restaurant." She told him as she caught her breath.
"Oh? What about the other customers?" He smirked.
"They would have enjoyed the show, Dattebayo!" She exclaimed as she felt him up through his ninja mesh shirt. He shuddered as her hand traced his muscles through the skin tight shirt.
"You truly are a troublesome woman…"
He kissed her with more hunger. He wanted to taste her lips again. If sunshine was a flavor it had to be Naruto. That was his only thought as the battle for dominance. In their tongue battle, Naruto adjusted so she was straddling his lap. This allowed her to win though she didn't get a chance to enjoy her victory as both needed air.
"Off."
"Yes, Ma'am."
He took his ninja-mesh shirt off as she did the same with her two shirts all in one go. His attention went straight to her large breasts. If he didn't know any better he would say she could give Tsunade a run for her money. She reached behind his head, smothering his face in her chest, and undid his hair tie letting his hair down.
"You are so handsome." She told him as she peppered his face in kisses, running her hands through his hair.
She was sitting in his lap, facing him as she kissed him. He could only groan and feel her curves as she took control. He didn't mind really. His right hand cupped her breast causing a moan from the woman. He toyed with her nipples as they hardened. She sat back and held onto his neck to look at him. He loved the way her pupils were blown out in lust.
"You were sculpted from the gods." He stated. Her heavy chest heaved and he was mesmerized. He heard her chuckle as she watched him. He went to undo her pigtails but she stopped him.
"Not yet." He looked at her for an explanation. "Trust me, my hair will just get in the way and be annoying."
"You little vixen." He growled out. He bent his head down to suck on her right breast as he played with the other.
He could hear her moan his name as he continued this. He switched off, enjoying hearing her noises as he tortured her with pleasure. He would have continued if she didn't lightly pull his hair which caused him to latch off of her like a newborn. He would have spent hours sucking her breasts if she let him.
"My turn." She huskily told him. His dick jumped in his loose fitting pants.
She got off of him but kissed down his face and neck as she lowered herself to the floor. He was still sitting at the end of his bed after all. She kissed his muscled chest, he wasn't bulky like Kiba more like a lithe fighter, and just to tease him she bit one of his nipples. She wasn't expecting him to moan though.
She continued kissing his chest and abdomen until she reached his belt. She quickly took it off with a huff. He only laughed as she struggled with the button of his pants. He helped her take them off, lifting up a bit so they could pull around his ankles.
"Woah.." She said with a smirk. Shikamaru only chuckled at her wide eyed reaction.
"Eh…It is just a-" She kissed his lips to shut him up.
"It has to be the biggest dick I have ever seen." She said to him. He only laughed. He never really cared about the size. It got the job done didn't it? He could only shrug at that thought. He never cared about that stuff.
