Earth-23
A portal opened as Kara, Mon, John, Kon, and Mara entered the Fortress of Solitude on Earth-23. What they found was essentially a presidential museum dedicated to President Calvin, the Superman of this world. Kara casually looked over all of President Calvin's achievements of universal health care, free college, universal income, jobs for all, a Mars and Moon colony, ending all wars on the planet, women's rights, gay rights, ending racial violence, and poverty.
"Damn, do we really need to stop this guy?" Kara asked amazed.
"He killed my wife...which is you," John reminded her.
"That's true," Kara allowed.
"Looks like he's making the human race soft," Mon remarked.
Brainiac 5 ignored the banter and accessed the computer. He quickly downloaded all available files and took control of the fortress' security system. "The J'onn J'onzz of this world is dead. Resistance to the regime is negligible. It would appear President Calvin is looking to make the planet presentable for my father's collection," Brainiac 5 summarized.
"So, what's the plan?" Kon asked, eager for a fight.
"We form a distraction while we solidify our position," Brainiac 5 said as he rapidly ordered commands through the computer. Immediately, cruise missiles from China fired towards the American Pacific fleet."
Washington DC
President Calvin was in the oval office when he heard the news. "What the fuck?" he wondered.
"Mr. President, we have China firing missiles at our boats. It's clear we're at war," one admiral said.
"Unless...," President Calvin considered. The cruise missiles from mainland China were easily intercepted by counter missiles before they could hit any of the ships. President Calvin quickly zipped away to the Fortress of Solitude realizing he was being distracted.
Fortress of Solitude
"He's on his way," Brainiac 5 noticed as Calvin came closer as Superman.
The Fortress entrance suddenly exploded as Calvin entered. His suit looked similar to Superman except for the red elements being replaced with white. Calvin immediately noticed Kara. "How is it possible? I saw you die," he said stunned.
"It's a long story. It begins with this..," Kara said and then punched Calvin hard into the upper atmosphere. The fortress began to collapse from the shockwave of the hit.
"Move out," Mon ordered the others.
Kara flew after Calvin and elbowed him hard to the chest towards the ground. Calvin hit the ground creating a crater that blasted ice into the air. "Don't tell me it was that easy," Kara smirked.
Calvin suddenly got up and punched Kara through a glacier. The glacier exploded as Kara emerged from the ice. "With all of our power, do you know why we always go for the face?" Kara asked.
Calvin gave her a dumbfounded look not expecting her to have survived that punch. Kara sped towards Calvin and punched him hard to the face knocking his head aside. "Because it feels good," she said obviously.
Kara then pulled a stunned Calvin up by the back of his head. "Do you know why I'm kicking your ass, right now? Because I serve. Because I fight for my country, not for myself. I stand for truth, justice, and the American Way. How about you?"
Diana unexpectedly swiped her sword at Kara to take off her head with her sword. The sword shattered on impact. Kara eyed Diana who had beheaded her Earth-23 counterpart. "Not so easy this time, is it?" she mocked.
"Holy Hera," Diana said spooked.
"Kara will suffice," Kara smirked as she grabbed Diana's wrist. "I have the power of a star in me. Want to know what it's like when I unleash it all at once? It looks like I have a choice to make. I could stay here and blast away the North Pole or take this into space. Well, Cal, you have any thoughts on the matter?"
Calvin awoke and struggled against Kara's grip. "No, nothing? Well, okay then," Kara said as she took Calvin into the air and into space.
"Cal!" Diana shouted after him.
Kara and Calvin went into space where she could let loose. Calvin fired heat vision in vain at her as she went Prime. There was a ten megaton explosion as Kara unleashed a solar flare on him. Diana was overcome by the blast and slammed into the Earth forming a crater. When the glow of the explosion faded away, Kara remained. She looked around and found Calvin missing.
"The fuck he go?" she wondered.
At a lower orbit, Calvin drifted through space unconscious. His uniform was torn in several places with his left shoulder and knee exposed. He was bleeding from his nose and his eyes were bloodshot. "Diana!" he realized alarmed and went straight for her.
She was unconscious with severe burns and injuries. Calvin landed in the crater and saw that she was still alive. "Watchtower, I need immediate evac for Wonder Woman at my coordinates," he radioed.
"Flash is in route," Cyborg said from the Watchtower.
"What happened?" Flash asked as he skidded to the area.
"She tried to kill me," Calvin said reflectively.
"Who?" Flash wondered.
"Supergirl," Calvin replied.
"But she died? How could she even be capable of this?" Flash asked confused.
"I don't know," Calvin said befuddled.
Calvin then flew back to the Fortress of Solitude only to find it completely destroyed with crystal shards mixed in with the ice. Landing, Calvin shouted in rage that echoed across the Arctic.
Metropolis
Steel went to his bunker only to find Calvin already waiting for him. "I knew you would be back," Calvin said menacingly. "I killed everyone involved in Project 7734 except for its mastermind."
"You've lost your mind, Cal," John said to him.
Calvin picked John off the ground by his throat. "Watch what you say to me," he spat.
"Why are you here?" John asked him.
"I'm here to put an end to this," Calvin told him.
No, you're not. If you wanted to kill me, I'd be dead already. You didn't have to face me. You could have vaporized me from space. There is still good in you, a conflict," John said to him.
"There is no conflict," Calvin said resolved.
"I know why you're here, Cal. Deep down, you know I can stop you. And you want me to," John said boldly.
"Stop talking!" Calvin said enraged as he threw John across the bunker.
"That would be easier, wouldn't it? If I hit you over and over again, used Kryptonite on you so you can feel pain. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not going to fight you," John said to him. "You lost your humanity when Brainiac took over your mind."
"I'm done with your lectures," Calvin told him off.
"Alright then," John said as he emitted a high-frequency sound from his suit.
Calvin hissed in pain as he covered his ears. He fired heat vision at John barely missing him. John went to escape when Calvin sped towards him and grabbed a hold of him. He punched his helmet off to see his face. "I'm not going to kill you, John. I took your wife away and when I find your daughter, I'll kill her, too," Calvin glared at him.
"What?" John thought he misheard.
"I'm just going to hurt you really really badly," Calvin said as he picked John up above his head and broke his back through the suit.
"You're not a hero. You're just another thug," John insulted while he lay on the floor.
"Calvin? Really?" a voice said from behind.
Calvin turned around to see Super Insane Mon in front of him. Mon headbutted Calvin hard breaking his nose and sending him to the floor. "Such a disappointment," Mon insulted as he kicked Calvin to the head and then punched him hard to the head cracking the floor. Mon punched Calvin repeatedly to the face and then got back up.
"Take this," Mon said giving John a green bean.
Immediately John was healed from his back injury and got to his feet. "He won't be down for long," John pointed out.
"We got what we came for," Mon said referring to Calvin's revelation that his daughter was still alive.
"Let's go," John nodded.
Mon and John instantly disappeared as Calvin got back to his feet.
UN Headquarters
Calvin addressed the UN with a pissed-off expression on his face. Next to him were Raven, Flash, Cyborg, Robin (Damien), Green Lantern (Hal), and Shazam. "Don't get it twisted, our way of life is threatened. A Supergirl from another universe is here, and she's brought friends. She intends to fight us. We are standing here, together, today, to tell you that we will not let Supergirl terrorize the planet. We are standing here, today, to tell you that we will fight for everyone one of you. We will fight for peace. We will fight against the terror that Supergirl represents. You do not have to fear this great evil. Because we will be ever watching, vigilant," Calvin said.
"We are gathering our forces. We will expose Supergirl and all those that aid her," Calvin pledged. "I will save the world, whatever it takes."
DEO
The Super-Insane squad entered an underground lab created by Brainiac 5 while he did intelligence on Earth-23. "So, I noticed the walls are not lined with lead," Kara frowned as they entered.
"If it were, Calvin would know something was amiss and investigate," Brainiac 5 said obviously.
"You're still not taking this seriously. You let him get away and then he nearly killed me," John said angrily.
"Chill out. We gathered important intel on the enemy. We know his relative power level, his communications with his allies, and that your daughter is still alive," Kara said defensively. "Plus, I can't kill him. That's your honor."
"If you have the shot, take it," John pressed.
"There is the other issue about killing Calvin," Kara said awkwardly.
"What?" John asked outraged.
"Well, you see, I'm white...," Kara began.
"And?" John wondered where she was going with this.
"And he's black. So...do the math," Kara frowned.
"Oh, I see how it is. As a black man, I'm giving you permission to put down this mother-fucker," John said.
"What if he's not all bad? He's just under mind-control. We kill him and this planet is in danger again," Kara argued.
"Every minute we debate this, a city could be destroyed," John reminded her.
"Barney, what's our play?" Mon asked, fatigued by the debate.
"Calvin has the planet's combined defenses, the Justice League, and the Sinestro Corp. on his side," Brainiac 5 said bluntly.
"How do we disrupt Brainiac's signal to Calvin?" Kara asked.
"We can't. My father would program parasitic organisms with his directives, implant those he wished with said parasites, and then come back later. We would have to remove the parasite which would be quite difficult without killing him or being killed in the process," Brainiac 5 said.
"So, that's what happened with Edge?" Mon asked.
"Yes," Brainiac 5 said simply.
"We use Myriad to turn the Justice League and the world against him," Kara suggested.
"Calvin would be able to determine the source of the Myriad wave and destroy it," Brainiac 5 said obviously.
"Innocent or not, the best way to handle the situation is to kill him," John said fiercely.
The next day, talks between Superman and the Green Lantern Corp. broke down. On orders from the Elders, Kilowog led a platoon of Green Lanterns that included Kyle Rhan, Tomar-Re, Arisia Rrab, John Stewart to Earth to deal with Superman and his Sinestro Corp. friends. As they did, they passed by Detroit that had been hit hard by a battle with Superman. John looked at the destroyed city in dismay not even thinking it was possible for the city to get any worse.
"I shouldn't have left this world," John said mournfully.
"Don't worry about it, big man. I'm sure most of the people got out before it was hit," Kyle consoled him. "Or as the good reverend would say, 'Why we on this particular mission, I will never know. But what I do know, here today, the Green Lanterns will emerge victorious once again.'"
"Amen, reverend," John mocked as the other Green Lanterns smiled.
The Green Lanterns finally came upon their target. Superman cast an aura the size of a city overwhelming their field of vision in light. "Holy God," Kyle realized.
"Lock and load," John said undeterred. "Lanterns, we are green and free."
The Green Lanterns fired green beams at the aura to get to Calvin. The beams were merely absorbed by Calvin's aura. "Move in," John said leading a squad of Green Lanterns closer to the aura. John and his squad fired on the aura at closer range to no effect. "Alright, everyone pull up," John ordered. "Arisia, pull up!" he yelled at her.
"My ring's fucked up," she said as she struggled with it.
Arisia hit the aura barrier and became vaporized immediately. The Sinestro Corp. emerged above the aura and ambushed the Green Lanterns. "There's too many of them," Tomar said as he collided with several of them getting blasted apart.
Sinestro went after John and fired yellow beams at him. "Oh, you did not shoot that yellow piss at me," John said as he evaded Sinestro.
"I got you covered, big daddy," Kyle said as he fired on Sinestro forcing him to back off.
The Sinestro Corp. got the better of the fight dropping the Green Lanterns like flies. "Lanterns, move!" John shouted as they exploded left-and-right. Green Lanterns screamed in terror as they were getting blasted apart by yellow beams and constructs.
"Jesus," Kyle said dismayed.
Kilowog and a Green Lantern squirrel were finally taken out. "Looks like we got to make a run for it," John said to Kyle, the last survivor. "Give me some cover."
"I got you, big daddy," Kyle agreed.
The two Green Lanterns took off with Sinestro and Arkillo in pursuit. The four of them flew low to the ground as John tried to use the terrain to his advantage. "I'm going to try something," Kyle said as he was nearly hit several times.
"Don't do anything stupid," John scolded.
"You know me," Kyle said.
"That's what I'm talking about," John doubted.
Kyle went higher into the atmosphere hoping to get the two Yellow Lanterns to follow. As he did, his ring began to lose power and he struggled to breathe in space. Sinestro followed close behind while Arkillo stayed on John. Despite his maneuvers, Sinestro caught up to Kyle and fired at him. "Kyle!" John warned.
Sinestro got closer with each shot and then finally blasted Kyle to bits. "Kyle, no!" John shouted mournfully.
Calvin dissipated his aura, completely untouched by the Green Lantern strike. Sinestro met up with him as he powered down. "Are they all destroyed?" he asked.
"Arkillo is still pursuing the last one," Sinestro replied.
"They'll be back with far greater numbers," Calvin considered.
"Yes," Sinestro agreed.
"Prepare for an assault on Oa," Calvin ordered.
Meanwhile, John evaded Akillo in the Rocky Mountains. "You can't hit shit," John insulted him.
Arkillo became aggravated at his misses that blasted large chunks off the mountains. John went directly for a mountain and fired a large wall construct in front of Akillo to obstruct his vision. John then pulled away at the last moment. Arkillo slammed into the mountain splattering himself. "That's what you get! That's what you get! I'm going to lay out all of your friends beside you, mother-fucker!" John said angrily and then sped off away from Earth back to Oa.
DEO
At the DEO, Kara, Mon, Brainiac 5, John Henry Irons, Kon, and Mara watched TV as President Calvin addressed the nation. "People of Earth. A war is coming tomorrow. We did not start this war. We did not invite this war. But our world will soon be attacked by the Green Lantern Corps. These self-proclaimed guardians of the universe are merely green with envy at all I have achieved. I have toppled rogue nations, ended wars, and brought peace to my new empire. We have allies, but we will need every person to oppose these alien invaders somehow off-screen. Get your ass on the streets and fight for your future."
"Damn, he's so inspiring, I might vote for him again," Kara said earning a dirty look from John.
"He's using the human population as a shield," Brainiac 5 analyzed.
"No shit," Mon said unimpressed.
"The Green Lantern Corps is bringing Mogo to Earth," Brainiac 5 detected.
"Holy shit, we should see how this plays out," Kara said amused.
The Green Lantern Corps. under John Stewart and fellow human, Guy Gardner, came in full force bringing half the corps including Mogo, a Green Lantern planet, to the battlefield. "This is some bullshit," Hal Jordan remarked having converted to a Yellow Lantern in the service of Superman. In his heart, Hal knew what he was doing was fucked up. However, he owed Sinestro for saving his girlfriend, Carol, from certain death. When it came between Hal's heart and his dick, his dick prevailed.
Calvin, Sinestro, and the rest of his squad came out to meet the Green Lantern army. Superman and Hal confronted Guy and John in space for negotiation talks. "So, before this gets fucked side-wise, I just wanted to make an appeal to sanity. Help us take down the Sinestro Corps, stand trial, and you will get judged fairly. No one has to die," Guy said.
"No one dies if you leave," Calvin said stubbornly.
"Have some perspective. Take a good look at your allies. They're the Sinestro Corps. They're assholes that instill fear," Guy pointed out.
"As of right now, they're the enemy of my enemy," Calvin said simply.
"You're not going to win this. I'm trying to protect you and your friends," Guy beseeched him.
"Guy, you were always an embarrassment to the league. Now, you're an embarrassment to the planet," Calvin insulted.
"Oh, fuck you," Guy said angrily as he constructed a mace and tried to hit Calvin with it. Calvin easily dodged the attack and broke Guy's arm.
"Bitch, please," Calvin said to him as he threw him across space.
Mogo fired his green super-laser at a squad of Yellow Lanterns incinerating them. "That planet's operational!" Sinestro said shocked. "We have to retreat. We can't repel firepower of that magnitude," he said to Calvin.
"Sinestro...don't be a bitch," Calvin scolded.
Moga fired his super-laser again incinerating more Yellow Lanterns. "Get closer to Earth. They won't fire on the planet," Calvin said to Sinestro.
While the Green Lanterns fought with Calvin in space, the Super-Insane squad made their move against the Hall of Justice. Kara casually went up to some Superman goons in black armored uniforms. "Hi, I'm the first wave," she said to them.
"The fuck?" the goon leader wondered.
Kara incinerated her civilian clothes as she went Prime briefly. The explosion of energy scattered the goons and damaged the hall's windows. One of the goons was thrown through the hall's main window. Flash intercepted the goon before she could fall to the floor. "I got you," he assured her.
"Thank you," Mara said politely and then swat Flash to the head knocking him out before he realized what was happening.
Robin immediately swung his staff against her. Mara raised her arm shattering the staff. "What the hell? What did you do to the Flash?" Damien demanded.
"I knocked him out," Mara said simply.
"Who are you working for?" Damien demanded.
"It doesn't matter. You took the wrong side and now I'm going to punish you for it," Mara said. Damien threw Batarang bombs at Mara that exploded harmlessly off her gear. Mara shed her goon uniform and slammed Damien to the floor knocking him out.
Kon swat down the rest of the goons as Mon fired a beam directly into the hall allowing pissed-off civilians to flood in. "I have control of their computer network," Brainiac 5 reported. "They're attempting to shut it down manually."
Mon instantly appeared on the Watchtower bridge and confronted Cyborg. Alarm bells went off distracting Cyborg from trying to get through Brainiac 5's sophisticated coding. "I almost got it," Cyborg said naively.
"No, shut down the trace and come quietly...or there will be trouble," Mon ordered.
Cyborg got up from his console and put his hands up. "We're on a space station. There's no way you would be insane enough to fire in here."
"That's where you're wrong," Mon said pointing his hand at him.
"I got no beef with you, but I will defend this station," Cyborg said as he activated his plasma cannon and fired on Mon. The beam had no effect as it sizzled off Mon's chest armor.
Mon quickly punched Cyborg to the floor stunning him. "I don't know too much about technology, but I'm pretty sure nothing runs if you turn it off," Mon said as he grabbed Cyborg's left side of his face.
"What are you doing?" Cyborg cried out.
Mon ripped off the mechanical side of Cyborg's face off deactivating him. "I've deactivated Cyborg," Mon reported. He eyed the battle in space and smiled at the death and destruction of the battle between the Green and Yellow Lanterns.
JHI went rogue as he got himself over to a Ferris Industries hanger. As he got there, Green and Yellow Lanterns were fighting it out. JHI activated the high-tech plane and took to the air. Meanwhile, Guy and Ganthet battled Sinestro and two other Yellow Lanterns. "It is time to go. We are needed elsewhere," Ganthet informed Guy.
"Where the fuck do you think you're going?" Sinestro demanded.
"To deal with someone more important than you," Ganthet replied referring to Superman.
"No one is more important than me!" Sinestro raged.
Ganthet instantly incinerated two of Sinestro's companions and forced him to take cover. "I have seen civilizations rise and fall. You are a speck in history, Sinestro. You are entirely insignificant. I have more time for you," Ganthet burned.
Ganthet and Guy then flew into space where they intercepted Calvin chocking a Green Lantern out. "You have done enough damage, Superman. We will not allow you to do more," Ganthet said as he overpowered him with green energy which tore up his uniform in several places.
Two Yellow Lanterns dived into the atmosphere to save Calvin before he could hit the ground. JHI noticed the injured Calvin and went straight for him with a missile lock. The missiles hit the Yellow Lanterns stunning them. Calvin continued to fall but then got his bearings. JHI fired again getting a direct hit on him. Calvin turned around and faced JHI's ship.
"Oh, shit," JHI realized.
Calvin fired heat vision on the ship blasting it to pieces. Steel emerged from the explosion and utilized a sonic weapon on Calvin. Distracted by the intense noise, Calvin was hit hard by Steel. The two hit the ground hard. Steel got back up and activated the Kryptonite in his hammer. "This is for my wife and daughter you murdered," JHI said to him as he approached.
"I never wanted to hurt you, John. I never wanted to hurt anyone," Calvin said to him.
"Shut the fuck up," JHI spat not believing a word of it. "You're the most powerful being in the universe but managed to get brainwashed by Brainiac. How pathetic is that?"
Calvin sped towards JHI but he was ready for him. With his hammer, he hit Calvin to the chest devastating him. Retrieving his hammer back, JHI swung at his head getting a solid hit. "I told you I would tear you down," JHI said furiously. "Your reign is over and all the evil that it has brought and all those you sold your twisted dream to, all those you tricked into fighting for you, they are already falling. The Hall of Justice has fallen, we are taking your allies, we're hiding them. They won't be coming to rescue you."
JHI then radioed the others. "Superman is down."
"John, that wasn't part of the plan. He's doing the same thing I do to weak opponents, luring them into a false sense of security, so he can surprise the fuck out of you. Get out of there now," Kara ordered.
"She's not wrong," Calvin said as he casually put a yellow ring on his finger.
"The fuck?" JHI wondered.
"This yellow ring protects me from all green energy including...Kryptonite," Calvin revealed as he got back up.
"This is some bullshit," John said dismayed.
Calvin fired heat vision into his suit severely damaging it and sending JHI to the ground. "John, can you hear me! John!" Kara shouted through his radio. John was in intense pain as his guts were on fire. Calvin flew above JHI with his Yellow Lantern Superman suit.
"You lose, you son-of-a-bitch," JHI said to him.
"How do you figure?" Calvin doubted.
"My suit recorded you becoming a Yellow Lantern and transmitted it to Fox News. The whole world knows how fucked up you are," JHI revealed.
"I used to care what Fox News and talk radio thought of me. Now, I've finally stopped giving a shit," Calvin said dismissively and then flew up into space where he started slaughtering the Green Lantern Corps. with his heat vision and ring.
John Stewart went to attack Calvin when Sinestro stabbed him in the back killing him instantly. "Bitch move," John said as he died.
"I know," Sinestro grinned. He then turned to Hal. "Jordan! He's dead," he said carrying John's body over to him.
"No, who could have done such a thing?" Hal asked mournfully.
"It was Guy," Sinestro lied.
"That bastard!" Hal said naively.
"Holy shit!" Guy exclaimed as he was hit with a yellow hammer from Hal.
"You brought them here. You did this," Hal accused.
"I didn't do shit," Guy said defensively as Lanterns were exploding all around him. "Okay, I might be a little responsible for this."
"Kill him, Jordan," Sinestro pressed.
"You killed John," Hal accused.
"The fuck?" Guy wondered.
Hal ruthlessly ripped Guy's arm off deactivating his suit. Guy fell into Earth's atmosphere wearing his Hawaiian t-shirt, shorts, and sandals.
Calvin confronted Ganthet directly taking him by the throat. "He tried to execute you, Superman," Sinestro pointed out.
"I know," Calvin replied as he forced Ganthet towards Moga, the planet.
"Fire," Ganthet ordered the planet.
Moga fired his super-laser system but it did nothing. Calvin slammed Ganthet into the planet. "You can't do this!" Ganthet protested.
"Evidently, I can," Calvin mocked.
Calvin went Prime and took both Ganthet and Moga into the sun where they were incinerated. Calvin and the Sinestro Corps. had won the battle. Green and Yellow Lantern Corps. bodies were all over the Earth's surface.
Mon instantly appeared next to JHI and then teleported them both to a cabin in the woods.
DEO
At the DEO, Mara looked upon Robin in a glass cage scowling at her. "Is that scowl just for the occasion or is it your regular everyday scowl?" Mara asked him. He made no reply as he glared at her.
Kara looked over Flash who had been strapped down to a table. "Stay calm, you're just incapacitated. It's not permanent. At least, I don't think it is." Flash merely stared at her wondering what she would do.
"I've always liked your lightning bolt ears. Do you have those because you have super-fast hearing? Doooo Iiii soouuund slllooowww tooo yoouu?" Kara mocked. Flash gave her a WTF look.
"It's okay. You seem like a really nice guy who's made a whole lot of bad decisions. I, on the other hand, am a bad girl that always manages to make the right decision," Kara said arrogantly. "You're just a little brainwashed. It happens to the best of us. You get this guy that's powerful, strong, and confident, and you just stare into his dreamy face and do what he says, right?" Kara asked referring to Mon for herself and Calvin for him.
"You see what I did there? I implied you're a homosexual," Kara joked. "I understand. We're going to get you through this. I promise. I'm going to reprogram you. Don't worry, I'm a professional. I hope you like electro-shock therapy and puppets," Kara said menacingly.
Flash gave her a horrified look as she exited the room. As she met up with Mara and Kon, Flash screamed every so often from being shocked periodically. "It's no good if he dies," Mara pointed out.
"He won't be permanently damaged," Kara assured her.
In the woods, Mon took off John's suit and noticed his large torso wound. "Damn," Mon said upon seeing it.
"Kill the bastard for me," John chocked out.
"You'll do it, yourself," Mon said to him as Brainiac 5 fired a healing beam on his body.
"Where are we?" John asked looking around and seeing a cabin.
"I have to admit, it took me some time to find her," Brainiac 5 said vaguely.
John then saw Natalie looking at him with a stunned expression on her face. "I don't understand," John said amazed.
"You merely assumed she had perished. She, in fact, escaped. She has her mother's strength," Brainiac 5 said.
John got back to his feet and walked over to Natalie. "I thought I had lost you," he said to her.
Natalie merely nodded. The two embraced and cried finally reunited.
Author's Notes: The fate of JHI's world in Superman and Lois may end up being shown in Season 2. However, I'm going to go ahead and finish off the show here with some Injustice comics. A lot of stuff was cut to make it a two-parter. The Insane Wars will be next and then I'll go back to CW SG Season 6.
