Adventures of Supergirl 7x14

6th Circle

Kelly eagerly followed after Ulquiorra avoiding tombstones and open graves everywhere. She would avoid the mausoleums as they occasionally exploded in fire and smoke every so often. She eventually caught up to him as he looked over the grave of Marcus Olsen, her father. "Poor fool, so much honor and courage all in vain," Ulquiorra said thoughtfully.

"It's a lie," Kelly said but couldn't deny the body inside the grave looked like her father.

"Kelly? You're also with me in hell?" Marcus asked hoarsely.

"What do you mean?" Kelly asked confused.

"Your mother is in the second circle blown about by the wind. Alas, she cannot escape the storm to visit me and I am confined to this grave," he said bitterly.

"No, it isn't true," Kelly doubted.

"Your brother is here as well," Marcus sensed. "The whole Olsen family...in hell."

"No, James and I are still alive. We're going to save you both and my partner," Kelly told him.

"Partner?" Marcus questioned and then he realized the truth. "Kelly, listen to me. You must cut ties with her or you'll end up in the circle below me. It's violence against nature, against God."

"To be gay?" Kelly questioned.

"Yes," Marcus said seriously and then got roasted in flames causing him to scream out in pain.

"I wouldn't take him too seriously. After all, he's here for heresy," Ulquiorra pointed out.

"No, fuck you both. This is all one big mind-fuck," Kelly accused.

"Your father was not a member of the clergy but he was a leader in his church. He taught a great many things he knew in his heart were not true. Lies and deception are his ways now," Ulquiorra said.

"He died for his country," Kelly said stubbornly.

"You'll find a great many patriots in hell," Ulquiorra mocked. "A thousand graces can all be canceled by one mortal sin, one deception."

"That's not fair," Kelly shook her head.

"Go ahead and absolve him but if you do, you acknowledge his sin and his damnation. Just like before, you have to believe it's true for it to work," Ulquiorra said.

Kelly took out her cross and pointed it at her father. "I can't take the risk," she said and then zapped Marcus. Nothing happened and he was burned alive in his grave once more.

Ulquiorra gave her a condescending look. "You don't believe your eyes and ears. That is why you can't save him."

"Or maybe he's not even there," Kelly countered.

"Leave him here and continue on your way. Feel secure in knowing this is all a lie," Ulquiorra said.

Kelly got on her knees and clutched her hair. "Please, God, tell me what's true," she pleaded.

"Now, you're asking for God's help?" Ulquiorra mocked. "You always believed you could solve the problems of others with your own mind. Now, you look so helpless and afraid."

"Shut up," Kelly snapped and then tried again resulting in failure.

"He doesn't deserve salvation, Kelly. He doesn't respect your choice of partners, your lifestyle. Let him burn in his own grave like so many others here," Ulquiorra tempted.

"I see...my granddaughter. She looks so beautiful," Marcus muttered.

Kelly gave him an odd look. "He sees the future and the past but not the present," Ulquiorra explained. "It is to mock their attachments to the world."

"Let me take him out of his grave. Let me talk with him while I continue my journey," Kelly demanded.

"I don't think so," Ulquiorra smirked and then Marcus was engulfed in flames and smoke once more.

"You bastard!" Kelly spat as she went to sting him with her wrist blade. Ulquiorra held her wrist still as if expecting it. "So...have you found a reason to fight me now?" he asked mockingly.

Kelly disengaged from Ulquiorra and then tried to stab at him repeatedly. Ulquiorra simply evaded all of her strikes without even trying. "Ridiculous," he mocked her. Kelly hit a number of tombstones with her stinger trying to get a hit on him. When she did, the tombstones would blast apart. Finally, she got a hit on Ulquiorra's chest.

"Was that just now your full power?" Ulquiorra asked her unimpressed. "How disappointing," he said pointing his index finger at her. Kelly scrambled to get away from him as he charged it. A green beam of light went straight for Kelly giving her a glancing blow. The beam continued blasting away tombstones and graves across the field until it finally blasted a sizeable hole through the wall.

Kelly hissed in pain as her right arm and shoulder were burned and bloody. She decided to retreat towards the hole in the gate. Ulquiorra sped towards her and bitch-slapped her into several more tombstones. Kelly fell to the ground broken. "At the moment I kicked your ass, you called for your God, didn't you? Now, you have nothing else up your sleeves. Surrender," Ulquiorra mocked.

Kelly sprung up and tried to pierce Ulquiorra's shoulder. "Why the fuck would I surrender to you?" she asked spitefully. "You're the top demon, right? If I beat you, it's game over."

"Oh, really?" Ulquiorra mocked. You have yet to even see me in my final form. Ulquiorra then punched a hole through Kelly's chest stunning her. "Kelly Olsen, you have no chance of ever defeating me."

"You can't kill me," Kelly said to him as she spat blood.

"No, but even if you were to rise a thousand times...a path to victory does not exist," Ulquiorra said coldly.

3rd Circle

Nia whipped her whip sword at her fake mother. She leaped backward avoiding the strike. "Is that all you're really capable of?" Isabel mocked. "Who do you think worked with you on your powers? Who do you think trained you? I'm the one."

"You're not my real mother," Nia denied.

"Oh, well, I tried," Isabel smiled and then summoned a trident to her hand. "Here I go."

Nia's eyes widened as she retracted her whip sword and blocked Isabel's trident strikes. Despite Isabel's old appearance, Nia could barely keep up with her. Isabel lifted Nia off her feet and then slammed her back down to the ground creating an explosion of mud all around her. Isabel spun the trident in her hand in an intimidating manner like a pro.

"I must believe in her. My mother was the one that taught me how to fight and gave me a sense of belonging," Nia said to herself.

Isabel disarmed Nia of her sword. "You're finished," she sneered.

Nia quickly took out her cross and fired on Isabel missing her head. The beam went into the clouds and tore a massive hole allowing sunlight to flow on the land. Isabel dodged the sunlight taking cover until the clouds quickly covered the sun. Nia noticed Isabel avoiding the sun and decided to push the advantage. She retrieved her sword and then wrapped Isabel's wrists with her whip sword binding them together.

"You trying to buy time with this?" Isabel mocked.

Nia then fired her cross into the sky creating a much larger gap in the clouds while keeping Isabel in place. With the sunlight coming down upon Isabel, her face melted off revealing a tube. Inside the tube was red wine with two small skull balls floating inside. The skulls spoke with two different demonic voices, one a high-pitched shrill while the other a baritone voice.

"What the fuck?" Nia mouthed.

2nd Circle

James continued to get tossed by the waves while trying to get to his cross. Upon finally grabbing it, the water dissipated and he was now back in the air. Harribel appeared before him wearing a different outfit. Her skull mouthguard was gone revealing her whole face, she wore white bone armor on her shoulders, bra, wrists, and a skirt made of bones. Her outfit could be described as generally slutty with minimal protection to the body. James couldn't help but admire her figure and her irresistible lips.

Harribel held a broad sword resembling a shark-tooth and wrist guard at the hilt. Her body glowed yellow as she powered up. While James was distracted, Harribel swung down on him tearing him in half. James felt the greatest pain of his life as he lost his left shoulder and arm, and the left side of his rib cage. His lost limb flew off into the air and was lost. Despite the mortal injury, James remained alive.

Harribel went for more attacks with James evading or blocking her with his shield in his right hand. "What is the meaning of this?" Harribel asked surprised by his continued tenacity.

"Don't underestimate me, bitch," James spat and went for a strike. Harribel easily blocked his shield with her bulky sword and pushed him back.

"Come closer, James. You know you want to," Harribel taunted.

"Oh, no, bitch," James told her off.

Harribel then summoned waves of water to her aid. James held up his shield and left the water pass around him. With the water swirling around the storm, James was now back in the air. Harribel fired a concentrated burst of water at him. James evaded the high-pressure bursts in the air until Harribel surprised him. She blasted him hard with an energy discharge from her sword. James put up his shield as he was thrown back by the blast.

"No more running from you," Harribel said seriously, now annoyed with him.

James flew at Harribel and struck her repeatedly with his shield in his right hand. Harribel easily blocked all of his attacks. "Is this the best you can do?" she mocked. She then smacked James away with her sword sending him deeper into the storm. "You can't fight at full strength with your injuries. What a waste," Harribel taunted.

James eyed his left side with trepidation wondering if he could really win this fight. As Guardian, he had always wanted to fight alone. Now, he had wished he had some allies on his side. Harribel raised her sword and summoned an ice storm. Ice landed on James' body and began to spread all over his body. Despite his resistance, the ice continued to spread until he was frozen solid. He then continued to whirl around the storm as an ice crystal.

4th Circle

Szayel had an arrow through his chest and out the other side. He fell to his knees and collapsed on the ground. Lena and Lionel looked over his prone body in total disbelief. "Well, that was easy," Lena said surprised.

"No kidding," Lionel agreed.

"You're going to lead me to the third circle," Lena ordered Lionel.

"There's no gold in the third circle," he reminded her.

"Really? You're still on about that? There's more to riches than gold," Lena said obviously.

"There's nothing in the third circle except mud and ice," he said. "Besides, I can't go with you. I can go farther down but not up."

"Well, I have to reunite with the others. When you get separated, you go back to the starting point," Lena said.

"Who taught you that?" Lionel asked.

"It was at summer camp, the one you sent me to in order to get rid of me," Lena said resentfully.

"As I recall, you were addicted to cocaine and a total slut during those years. You were an embarrassment to the family and the firm," Lionel said.

"I wasn't addicted," Lena denied.

"It wasn't through my genes you ended up this way," Lionel said.

"Actually, I found out my biological mother was a witch...and a bitch. Care to tell me why you didn't tell me before?" Lena asked resentfully.

"I didn't want you to follow in her footsteps," Lionel said.

"You wanted me to be the female version of Lex down to every minute detail even being attracted to women," Lena assumed.

"Well...," Lionel said awkwardly.

"You're walking with me all the way to the third circle as my guide," Lena ordered.

"What about my gold?" he asked.

"Fuck the gold. We need to spend some quality time going over all the ways you fucked over my childhood," Lena said.

"You're doing this now...in hell?" Lionel asked incredulously.

"Yeah, let's move," Lena said as they made their way in the opposite direction of the pit towards the third circle.

3rd Circle

Nia stared upon her demonic adversary. "Ha, now I know you're not my mother," she said victoriously.

"Well...no shit," the demon said unimpressed. "I am Aaroniero, the demon of this circle."

Nia eyed both skulls talking wondering who to lock eyes on to and became distracted by this. "Well, as long as that's clear, I won't hesitate to strike you down."

"Bitch, please," Aaroniero said dismissively. "Of all the demons in hell, only I have limitless potential for evolution. I can devour souls and gain their insights," he said as he revealed his chest was actually a large worm-like mouth.

"Then, that means...," Nia tried to figure it out.

"It means I ate your mom," Aaroniero said obviously. "Contained within this body are all of your mother's memories and experiences. All I had to was read her memories and act accordingly."

"I think you're full of shit. I knew something was fucked up about you from the beginning," Nia doubted.

"Damn," Aaroniero said disappointed with himself. "Well, how about this?" he asked and then formed a large hill of monstrous creatures underneath his feet with several eyes, jaws, tentacles, and clawed limbs.

"Holy shit," Nia said amazed.

"I like that face. Full of fear," Aaroniero taunted. "From this point on think of this battle as an army of 30,000 souls for I am legion and we are many."

Nia tried to defend herself with her sword only to be tangled up in tentacles. She was then raised to Aaronier's level. "Whether or not this demon is lying, I failed you, mother. I can't even lift my blade now. I failed," she said mournfully.

Aaroniero then sliced Nia through the midsection with his trident.

5th Circle

Winn remained alone on the beach of the River Styx wondering what to do. With his lances, he sliced off pieces of wood and vine from a giant thorn patch to make a boat. Every so often the wrathful would stop fighting to see what the fuck he was up to. Winn put his engineering skills to good use as he built up his boat and used vines to tie it all together. "Looks like shit," he said apprehensively.

"Son...son...let me help you," a shade from the river said to him.

"Dad?" Winn wondered.

Winn went towards the shore and found his father fighting and being fought against by other shades. "Let me help you, son," he gasped as he was continuously dunked in the muddy waters.

"Okay, everyone, give him room," Winn said to other shades.

They completely ignored him and continued to fight each other. "I'm warning you. I have this," Winn said showing them his lance staff.

"He's got a stick!" one shade mocked.

"That staff is only half of my dick," another shade said.

"Please...son," his father called out.

"Alright but only because I need your help," Winn said and then extended out his staff to him. Winn Sr. took a hold of the staff and made his way to shore. The other shades didn't take kindly to this and tried to stop him. Winn Jr. pulled hard to finally get his father out of the river. Once he was free, the wrathful could no longer get to him, stuck in the river for eternity.

"Thank you, son," Winn Sr. said gratefully.

"The fifth circle, huh? I figured you would be lower than this," Winn Jr. said dryly.

"King Barragan said I was a lame-ass villain that didn't deserve to be called violent or a sower of discord," Winn Sr. said bitterly. "When I killed people, it was impulsive. I didn't really think it through. I was in a haze of rage."

"Okay," Winn Jr. allowed. "Can you help me put this boat together?"

"Why are you going across the river?" Winn Sr. asked.

"I have to rescue the adopted sister of an ex-co-worker of mine," Winn Jr. said.

"Rescue?" Winn Sr. wondered.

"With this cross, I can absolve people and send them to heaven," Winn Jr. explained.

Winn Sr. saw the cross and immediately went for it. Winn Jr. beat him down with his lance. "Yeah, I figured that would happen," he said putting the end of the lance spear to his father's throat. "You're the same as always. All about yourself."

"I can't help it, son. All grace has been taken from me. I only feel anger and resentment," he said. "Does your mother still live?"

"Yeah," Winn Jr. answered.

"That bitch!" Winn Sr. said angrily.

"Look, you're going to help me build this boat and maybe I'll absolve you," Winn Jr. said halfheartedly.

"Alright," Winn Sr. agreed.

The two continued building the boat with their combined engineering skills. Winn Jr. proceeded to tell his father all about his adventures and his marriage to Thara. Winn Sr. listened but showed no sign of being happy for his son. He only sneered resentfully that his son was more successful than he had been. "And we're trying to figure out how to make a hybrid baby," Winn Jr. brought up.

"Stop! Stop!" Winn Sr. begged. "I can't stand it anymore. Your success just makes me angrier," he said clutching his hair and tearing it out.

Winn Jr. gave his father a sympathetic look realizing he was going about this the wrong way. "So, let me tell you all the ways I was a cuck," he said. Winn Sr. turned around suddenly interested. Winn Jr. prattled on about all of his relationship failures and how much of a loser he was. Winn Sr. listened amused and desired to hear more. The two bonded over Winn Jr's. failures while building their boat.

Suddenly, the river shifted as a large muscular demon came ashore. He was dark-skinned, nine feet tall, bald but with deep scars on the back of his head, and a huge overbite. He wore a large white suit with a giant-ass sword at his side. "What the fuck you guys up to?" he asked in a booming voice.

7th Circle

Kara, Mon, Jeremiah, and John approached the River Phlegethon. The river of blood boiled and stank while shades screamed in pain whenever they arose for relief only to get shot down by hyper-vigilant centaurs. Mon gave some of the female centaurs too long a stare. "Really?" Kara asked unimpressed.

"Don't act like you're not interested," Mon scoffed as the male centaurs were, indeed, well endowed.

"If I was a centaur, would you still have sex with me?" Kara asked testing his loyalty.

"The fuck kind of question is that?" Mon asked.

"No, you misunderstand me. If I was a centaur and you were a centaur, would you do it with me?" Kara asked.

"You're asking me this in front of your adopted father?" Mon asked incredulously.

"I talk about my sex life to him all the time. What's your problem, asshole?" Kara asked impatiently.

"If we were both centaurs then...fuck yeah, I would," Mon admitted.

"What color of coat would you want me to be?" Kara asked.

"We're not having this conversation," Mon refused.

"Why the fuck not?" Kara asked.

"Shut your mouth, woman. I'm tired of your nonsense," Mon rebuked.

"I'm just nervous is all. You know how I get when I'm nervous," Kara said looking around apprehensively.

"Hello, there," a demon greeted them as he walked towards them from the river.

"Holy shit," Kara said startled.

The demon was pale, had blue hair and eyes, was tall and lean, and wore a white suit like the others. "I am Grimmjow, the demon of this subsection of this circle."

"Subsection?" Kara asked confused.

"Circle 7 has multiple subsections," John explained.

"Which one is the strongest?" he asked them.

"Prepare to be sent...deeper into hell," John said as he aimed his shotgun at him. Grimmjow was on him in a flash punching him hard to the gut dropping him.

"Not that one," Grimmjow said obviously.

"I'm the strongest, asshole," Kara said ready to rumble. She took out her katana blade ready to kick ass. Before anyone could stop her, she rushed Grimmjow with her sword. Grimmjow blocked her strike with his bare forehead and pushed her back into the air. Grimmjow leaped up and fought Kara in mid-air over the river. Grimmjow didn't even bother using his sword as he easily punked Kara. He punched her repeatedly with his bare fists. Kara swung at him only for Grimmjow to catch the blade and fling her away. Kara went for another swing with Grimmjow catching the blade again. He kicked her to the gut sending her into a rapid spin.

Kara hit the ground with a thud. Grimmjow flew straight at her. Kara swung her sword as hard as she could at him as he came closer. Grimmjow blocked her blade with his hand and sent Kara into a tumble through some boulders. Grimmjow smirked at Kara, pulled her up to her feet, and then punched her repeatedly to the face with both fists. He then gave her an uppercut to the jaw sending her back into the air.

"Don't disappoint me, human," Grimmjow mocked as she landed.

Kara got back to her feet seriously hurt. Grimmjow walked towards her without fear. Taking her sword, Kara recalled what was at stake. Her sword glowed as her spirit became more resolved. She slashed Grimmjow hard as he approached. He blocked with his arms as before only this time she actually cut him. Grimmjow backed away stunned as both of his arms were bleeding with deep cuts.

"I'll show you my resolve," Kara said vengefully.

"Your sword did nothing to me," Grimmjow said dismissively as both of his arms were healed instantly. "In fact, I'll kick your ass even with just one arm."

Kara quickly took the advantage of Grimmjow's arrogance and slashed his chest open from top to bottom. Grimmjow backed away stunned. "This power is not...human," he realized.

"No shit," Kara said and then flashed behind Grimmjow faster than he could react. Kara slashed him across his back with enough force to send him to the ground. Grimmjow took the battle a little more seriously and brought out his sword.

The two clashed repeatedly with their swords as they took the fight to the air. As they fought, Kara thought of Alex and her suffering in the wretched forest. Seeing her distracted, Grimmjow slammed Kara to the ground. Grimmjow then ruthlessly kicked her to the gut forcing her back. "It seems your resolve has faded, Kryptonian," Grimmjow mocked. "Once your resolve fades, you can't get it back."

Grimmjow then slammed his sword blade through Kara's right hand pinning her to the ground. Kara stared in horror as she was about to be sliced up. A wall of flames hit Grimmjow forcing him to back off. John put down his shotgun and came to Kara's side to remove the sword out of her hand. Grimmjow emerged from the flames and grabbed John by the throat. "John Constantine, the exorcist," Grimmjow identified.

"Heal her," Grimmjow ordered him.

"What?" John wondered as he was being strangled.

"I want to fight her again at full strength. We'll keep doing this for all eternity," Grimmjow grinned.

"No, fuck you," John refused.

"Bastard," Grimmjow spat as he squeezed John's neck harder.

Kara got back up weak and wounded. "Do it. Heal me," she said to John. "But also heal him, too."

"You fucking serious?" John asked incredulously.

"I don't need your fucking sympathy," Grimmjow told her off.

"So you can go back to Lucifer and tell him you lost to me only because you were wounded? Fuck off," Kara replied.

"You're one crazy bitch. Challenge accepted," Grimmjow smirked.

4th Circle

Lena and Lionel had a good talk as they journeyed across the 4th circle. Lena was able to berate her father for every little thing he put her through as a he was a captive listener. "And I married a black man. How do you feel about that?" Lena antagonized.

"The photographer for the Daily Planet?" Lionel scoffed.

"He became the editor of Catco inexplicably for a few years before he was forced to quit," Lena brought up.

"Catco is a rag," Lionel said dismissively.

"He became a US Senator. I even helped him cheat," Lena said, proud of herself.

"That's my girl," Lionel smiled. "What master does he serve?"

"Fuck you, he's not a puppet to anyone," Lena rebuked.

You going to have kids?" Lionel asked.

"James and I have been trying really really hard," Lena said.

"When and if you do, remember the cost of greed. But also remember that wasting your talent will also land you here as well," Lionel said.

"Do you really...give a shit?" Lena wondered.

Lionel frowned. "Something has been taken from me since coming here. I don't feel pity or remorse or love. It's all head without heart," he said flustered.

As they approached the border, Lionel could no longer continue. "Well, I hope...I never see you again, Lena," Lionel said sincerely. "Don't tell Lex I'm here," he said tearfully.

Lena took out her cross. "I absolve you," she said and then zapped him. Lionel gave her a look of surprise and then his face became full of happiness and hope. He disappeared inside her cross.

Lena smiled feeling final closure with her father.

3rd Circle

Aaroniero shook Nia with his trident causing her as much pain and discomfort as he could. As he did, he laughed demonically with two different voices. To mock her further, he then put on Isabel's face and laughed in her voice. "Do you know why you ended up here? All of your lovers, family, and friends mocked you your whole life yet you keep coming back to them wanting more from them in the hope that they'll change. Nia, you're a glutton...for punishment," he mocked.

"That's fair," Nia muttered. In her pain and hopelessness, Nia remembered her real mother from her memories. Years ago when everyone still saw her as a boy, Isabel woke Nia up from her sleep-walking.

Flashback

"Sleep-walking again," Isabel smiled amused in their Naltorian family home.

"What is my place, mother? What am I supposed to be?" teenage Nia asked uncertainly.

"Isn't it obvious? To fight and protect," Isabel said, the traditional role for Naltorian males.

"Protect what?" Nia wondered.

"Everything important to you," Isabel said simply. "There are two types of fights out there: fights to protect life and fights to protect pride. But when it comes down to it, it has the same result. Men are more likely to fight for pride, honor, respect. Women are more likely to fight for life and be selfless servants. It's all in your heart."

"My heart tells me...my heart tells me I want to fight for life," Nia admitted.

"My child, what are you trying to say?" Isabel asked concernedly.

"Mother...," Nia said tearfully. "I feel I'm a girl. I've known it for as long as I can remember."

"Oh, child. Don't agonize over it. I've known for a long time now. It is where your heart is. It is the reason for your being," Isabel consoled her.

"You won't leave me?" Nia asked fearfully.

"Even in death, I will always be with you. And when you die, you will never be alone," Isabel assured her.

End Flashback

Nia slowly raised her sword whip and aimed it at Aaronier's head. The sword whip suddenly sliced through his head exploding the tube that held his two skulls.

He screeched as he flung Nia off his trident. Lena arrived on the scene and took Nia's side. "Don't believe anything you see," Nia warned her and passed out.

"I got this," Lena told her as Aaronier's collection of monsters advanced on them. Lena powered up her bow and started talking spiritual energy from all around her. The worms around them disintegrated and became part of Lena's aura. Aaronier's monster hill rushed them both with tentacles flailing and jaws snapping. Lena took careful aim and fired a single shot.

The arrow blasted the hill of monsters clean in half creating a shockwave through the third circle. The two halves of the monster hill then fell on either side dead with Aaroniero's body on the ground. Lena brought Nia back to her feet and walked over the two skulls still screeching. "It hurts, it hurts! Save me, Lucifer! Save me, Lucifer! You promised me! If I went with you, you would end my suffering forever. So, why does it hurt!" the high-pitched skull ball shrieked and then died.

"Bitch, I won't accept this. This is some bullshit," the second skull ball said before dying.

"You alright?" Lena asked Nia.

"I think he missed my spine," Nia said painfully.

"Have you seen anyone else?" Lena asked urgently.

"No," Nia shook her head.

"I don't know if anyone is up there but I hope this gives them a chance," Lena said and then took aim at the hurricane.

2nd Circle

Harribel smacked and kicked James' frozen crystal all around the storm laughing as she did. Suddenly, thousands of arrows pierced the storm from the ground.

"Impossible!" Harribel said dismayed as the arrows nearly hit her. The arrows kept coming hitting many of the shades whirling around the hurricane. An arrow finally hit James' ice crystal freeing him. Harribel looked down at the third circle and fired back high concentration water blasts while pouring furious rain and hail down.

Down below, Lena fired on the water bursts before they could even get close. "Looks like we pissed someone off," Lena smiled and kept at it.

Harribel opened the clouds so she could see her attacker. Upon seeing Lena and Nia on the ground, Harribel took aim with her sword. "Die, bitches!" she said as she was about to fire on them.

"Got you, bitch!" James said as he swiped across her midsection.

Harribel looked down and saw a red line across her midsection where James had sliced her with his shield. The winds of the hurricane then separated her body in two and sent both pieces whirling around. With no one attacking him, James went towards the eye of the hurricane. As he did, the fierce winds ripped at him and spun him faster and faster. Finally, with a burst of effort, he ended up in the eye and fell straight down.

"Oh my God," Lena said shocked as James fell a considerable distance from them across the horizon.

James fell across the circles of hell and ended up in the Styx River in the fifth circle. Upon impacting the muddy water, he went unconscious. The wrathful souls beat on him but once they realized he wasn't fighting back, they left him alone and went back to their business.

Lena then turned to Nia. "I was going to say we should go back to limbo but I don't see how."

"The others are probably farther into the pit," Nia figured.

"So, we go deeper," Lena decided.

"Leave me. I'm too fucked up," Nia said barely able to walk.

"We stick together," Lena refused. "We have a long walk ahead of us. Why don't you tell me all about Naltor."

"Okay," Nia said weakly.

6th Circle

Ulquiorra continued to taunt Kelly among the graves. "You will remain here for all eternity, but you will never be alone," he told her. "Are you afraid?"

"No," Kelly shook her head. "Even if I fail, all my friends will find Alex."

"Even if they do, it will not change the fact that she will never be saved," Ulquiorra told her.

"I believe that when two people become close to each other, they share a single heart. And my heart is with Alex," Kelly said tearfully.

"Tell me, what is a heart?" Ulquiorra asked and then fired on her with his index finger.

Kelly took the brunt of the attack as stone and dirt exploded around her. "You withstood my blast. You grow stronger but Alexandra is one of us now. Nothing will change that fact," Ulquiorra told her.

"That's not your decision to make," Kelly told him off.

"You're right. It's Lord Lucifer's decision to make," Ulquiorra replied. Taking his sword, he rapidly sliced at her cutting her to the arms, shoulders, chest, and legs in quick succession. Suddenly, Kelly took Ulquiorra's wrist keeping him still, and stabbed him to the chest with her stinger.

Ulquiorra backed away and saw that his chest was actually bleeding. "I can keep up with you now," Kelly said barely able to stand. "Is it because I've become more like you? Or maybe it's because you've become more like me," she taunted.

"Your reverse psychology won't work on me, woman. You should congratulate yourself on being able to keep up with me at this level," Ulquiorra mocked.

"This is the side you wanted to see? All of my hate and rage?" Kelly shouted as she tried to get a hit on him. Ulquiorra lazily blocked all of her attacks with his sword and occasionally pushed her back.

"You still have hope. Let's fix that," Ulquiorra said as he began to transform. His black hair went down his back, horns grew from his forehead, bat-like wings erupted from his back, and he grew a tail. He pointed his index finger at her and fired.

Kelly was dragged across the graveyard with a significant injury to her right shoulder and arm. "Do you understand the futility of it all now?" Ulquiorra asked her. "The difference in our power will always be as different as hell and Earth."

Kelly went to strike only to be bitch-slapped into a mausoleum that collapsed on her upon impact. "It's useless," Ulquiorra told her. Ulquiorra then grabbed Kelly by the throat and brought her back up to her feet.

"Why do you continue to resist?" Ulquiorra asked her.

"You think just because you're more powerful than me...I'll find a way...I won't give up," Kelly told him.

"You have seen my imposing form and yet you still have the will to fight?" Ulquiorra questioned.

Kelly brought up her stinger to defend herself only for Ulquiorra to take her by the head and toss her into another tomb. Ulquiorra quickly went after Kelly tearing the tomb apart and giving her a solid beating in the catacombs where shades screamed in agony from the fire. Ulquiorra then kicked her through the ground back to the surface. "The reason I fight...is because...I have to win," Kelly told Ulquiorra as he rose from the surface.

"So be it," Ulquiorra frowned. "I had wanted your friends to see this but oh well," he said and then punched her through the chest and out the other side. He then took out her heart and threw it aside. Kelly appeared lifeless in his grip. "You suffer so because you're love for her is so great. In time, I'll turn your love to hate."

Author's Notes: Nia's coming-out story is a bit simplistic on gender roles but matches the Bleach storyline and gives something rather than the nothing the CW gave us. Lena finally realizes she's a female-Lex clone, Toyman is so lame he's in the 5th rather than 7th circle of hell, and Kara is not taking hell as seriously as she should. Kelly is getting a raw deal here because I feel love is revealed and developed through struggle and sacrifice. What she is going through is pretty intense and I want to actually make her an actual character as opposed to woke personified.
