I think this classifies as drabble...its my first attempt at something short-ish...please review )

Artemis was ready for the prom. There was just one thing, though, that had been bugging him.

"Butler, how do you kiss a girl?"

The manservant grabbed a sharpie and proceeded to draw a smiley face on a purple balloon. "Aim for the lips," he said.

Artemis squinted his eyes shut, puckered his lips, and…

Holly rushed into the room, shielded of course. Why was this purple balloon in her way? She needed to talk to Artemis! Thrusting it aside, she said, "Artemis, Foaly wants to know if—"

Artemis leaned forward, pressing his lips against another's, enjoying the moment. He held it…something was making him feel tingly inside. Time seemed to stand still.

"Uh, Artemis?" Butler said.

The boy snapped open his eyes. It was a big mistake. Staring him right back was Holly, wide eyed and in shock.

"AARGH!" Artemis cried, pulling away from the pixie.

Holly shrieked and began spitting furiously. "What was that for?"

"I don't know." Artemis shrugged and wiped his glasses.

Butler just watched, smiling. "You guys looked so cute together."

"Ahem." Artemis cleared his throat.

Holly looked down at the floor. She didn't know what to say…

Artemis broke the silence. "Um, your lips are really nice today …"

Holly didn't say anything, but Butler groaned.
