Narrator: On our last episode, Psycho, Malice, Lockjaw, and Purlinn were searching the area for shards of the Black Star Emerald. In the midst of their expedition, Malice and Psycho discuss recruiting new animals to become soldiers. And thus began "Project Neo-MAS". Meanwhile, our heroes were gathered up in the Blue Typhoon, attending to their friends's wounds. Joe and Tozoku, who had only recently joined the side of good, give their explanation for why they turned on Jaakuna. Our heroes were nonetheless pleased, and welcome Joe and Tozoku with open arms. The Road Rovers had returned with their collection of shards, which they stored inside a containment capsule. Boomer hands it to Tails, who along with Sally, head into the lab to study them. Meanwhile, Huntress introduces herself to the heroes, and Snuggles greets her by bowing to her, and kissing her hand. Then Huntress is introduced to her father Duke, who she had not seen in ages. Then, Duke gives his story to everybody on how he, Mikhail, and Krieger were a team back in the old days. He explains how Captain Storm and a woman named Taeru were responsible for Krieger's death, which saddened Blitz. Akito inquires if Krieger's death was what caused Geist to become completely unstable, to which Duke confirms. Meanwhile, Tails and Sally make a shocking discovery about the shards of the Black Star Emerald, it feeds off the energy of dying stars. And when a nearby star loses its energy and implodes in on itself, the situation grows darker by the moment. Meanwhile, a mysterious hyena by the name of Pori shows up and causes a ruckus for the villains. What's his deal? And what side is he on? Later, Psycho and Malice present to the villains the new recruits; the Neo-MAS. And after the introductions, Jaakuna, who grows evermore power hungry, sends them on a mission to collect the remaining shards from our heroes. And Sleuth has a plan on how they will retrieve them. Let's find out.
[Back on the Blue Typhoon, the transmission signal was going off]
Ace: We're getting a call from HQ!
[Ace answers his communicator device]
*BEEP, Switch on*
Hubert: Thank goodness, get the others HQ is being attacked!
Ace: What?! By who?!
Hubert: By Parvo!
Hunter: Yet another unexpected twist! Bummer!
Huntress: We gotta get back!
Akito: But what about...
Colleen: There's no time! We have to get back to HQ right away! Hubert and the Master are in danger!
Muzzle: Then we gotta get going!
[They race off to headquarters, all except for Blitz, who was remained at the Blue Typhoon]
Sonic: Hey! Where's Blitz?
Tails: I don't know, Sonic.
Guntiver: Last I checked, he was in the rec room.
Tails: What's he doing there?
Guntiver: I think he's still shaken up by the truth about his father's death.
Knuckles: Can't say I blame him. But his team needs him.
Amy: I agree. Someone needs to talk sense into him.
Vadi: Let me and my sister try.
Sally: Do what you can for him, you two. He's in desperate need of help.
Vida: We know. Wish us luck.
[Vida and Vadi make their way to the rec room, where Blitz was seen sitting down on a couch, starring off into space]
Vadi: Blitz, you got a minute?
Blitz: What do you want?
Vida: We want to talk.
Blitz: About what?
Vadi: Listen, Blitz. We just want to help you. We're aware of your circumstances. But you're letting your emotions overwhelm you.
Vida: He's right. This might be sudden but your team needs you.
Blitz: What do they need me for?
Vida: A team is suppose to stick together, I thought that lesson would sink in already. Are you forgetting everything Tsunami taught you?
Vadi: Or even the fact that you have responsibilities and a legacy to live up to?
Blitz: Guys. I know that. But...
Vadi: No more excuses! Blitz, you have proven you've come a long way from your days as the Road Rover outcast. That's behind you now, it's time to stop living in the past. Geist hasn't moved on and look how he's turned out, he's getting more and more unstable to the point that he can't control himself.
Vida: You have proven that you are better than your brother in many aspects. And you have won even the Wolfpack's respect. But you need to get your act together. This is not the time for self pity.
Vadi: We know how you grieve for your father. We all have lost someone we cared so much for. Alas, your father's death was not in vain. He sacrificed even his very life for a good cause. He put his duty and his responsibilities before everything else.
[Seen in a flashback, Duke was chasing after Storm]
Duke: Hold it! Stop!
Storm: RAH!
[Storm fires a few rounds at Duke, who manages to avoid his gunfire]
BANG! BANG! BANG!
Duke: Son of a bitch!
Storm: No blasted dog is going to take me prisoner! You won't take me alive!
Duke: I said HOLD IT!
]Duke fires a shot at Storm's leg]
Storm: GAH! (goes down)
Duke: Give it up, Storm. It's over. IT'S ALL OVER!
Storm: They didn't send the FBI, they didn't send the CIA, they didn't even send the army or the navy. They sent dogs. What's the world coming to?
Duke: You've done enough damage. You'll be spending the rest of your life in prison for all the crimes you committed.
[Storm aims his gun at Duke]
Storm: LIKE HELL I WILL! NOW DIE!
[Storm fires a shot. And in slow motion, the bullet hurls towards Duke]
Krieger: DUKE! WATCH OUT!
[Krieger comes in and pushes Duke out of the way. The bullet penetrates his heart. And blood splashes out of him. Krieger collapses. Pained, Storm gets up and tries to finish the job. But he's run out of bullets]
CHICK CHICK CHICK
Storm: DAMN! (looks at Duke) He took the bullet that was meant for you! But his sacrifice will be in vain! I promise you that!
[Storm flees. Duke cradles the dying Krieger in his arms]
Duke: Krieger! Oh God, Krieger!
Krieger: Duke... Are... Are you okay?
Duke: Nevermind me! We gotta get you to the infirmary!
Krieger: No, Duke... It's too late... There's no time...
Duke: Don't say that! Hold on! You'll make it! It doesn't look that bad!
Krieger: Duke... (holds his hand) The Road Rovers needs a leader... I need you... To carry on... My legacy... Please... Take care of my sons... I... I beg you...
Duke: Krieger! Stay with me!
Krieger: Don't... Don't let my death... Be in vain...
[Krieger dies in Duke's arms... Duke gasps, and tears begin to crawl down his face. He holds the now dead Krieger in his arms]
Duke: AAAAHHHH! DAMN YOU STOOOORRRRM!
[The flashback ends]
Mikhail: The scar runs deep doesn't it?
Blitz: Mikhail...?
Mikhail: Trust me, if anyone knows how that feels it's me and Duke, especially Duke.
Duke: The pain that was inflicted on us since that day has stayed with us. And trust me, Blitz, we have every reason to despair and to grieve as you do! But Krieger is dead, and there's nothing we can do about it. There comes a time for everything. But our responsibilities come first before personal feelings!
Mikhail: You have to be strong, Blitz. Remember what your father wanted for you.
Duke: And right now that the whole universe is at stake, its everybody's problem! Including yours! So snap out of it, Blitz! Its time to grow a pair and focus on the problem at hand!
Joe: Right! Don't let your friends down, mate!
Vadi: Listen to us.
Vida: We're here for you, Blitz.
Clarissa: We all are. And so are the Rovers.
Blitz: I don't know...
[Meanwhile, back with the Road Rovers, they are in their cruiser flying towards their destination]
Hunter: Damn it! I should have known they'd pull a dirty trick like this!
Roger: Let's just hope we can get there in time!
Boomer: Those punks are gonna pay for this!
[Soon, they see a sign]
Colleen: What's that?
Roger: Oh no...
Hunter: Brace yourselves, Rovers! We're going in for a landing!
Colleen: Oh cripes.
Hunter: Man oh man!
Exile: Bolshoi!
[To their shock and horror, the Road Rovers witness that the fortress is burning with resultant fire and smoke coming out of it]
Muzzle: Why so those no good creeps!
Exile: Now I'm mad-ski!
Boomer: Let's get em!
They race into the building.
Hunter: Master! Hubert! Where are you?!
[They race further into the fortress, which is now trashed and in ruins. Much to their shock, they spot the Neo-MAS holding Shepherd and Hubert hostage. Enya and Sokudo are seen holding them with laser guns pointed to their heads]
Enya: Stay right where you are!
Boomer: Who the hell are you?!
Hunter: (to his team) Stay back!
Sokudo: Who are we? Why, we are the Neo-MAS!
Muzzle: Neo-MAS?!
Tian: That's right. You see, we were created for two purposes; to replace those traitors, and to finish the job that was given to them.
Boomer: Traitors?
Exile: You must mean the MAS!
Enya: Correct, dog. Their defience is unforgivable. And those backstabbing losers will soon pay the price for betraying our masters.
Hunter: And who? Who is your masters?!
Tian: You already know the answer to that, dog.
Soduko: And what we want!
Orenji: Hand over the emeralds, if you please. (gestures with hand)
Ace: We don't have them.
Mauler: Then I guess we'll be leaving then.
Hunter: No! We won't let you!
Mauler: Nah ah ah! Not unless you want to see your friends dead!
Sokudo: Your move, Rovers.
[Hunter glares at the villains. But then he looks at Shepherd and Hubert]
Hubert: Don't do it, Hunter!
Hunter: Road Rovers, stand down...
Mauler: Good dogs... (turns to his team) Let's go!
[They head to their ship, Enya gives Tsunami the coordinates]
Enya: We invite all of you to come here within 24 hours, don't be late.
Tsunami: Kusou...
[The Neo-MAS leave the ruined headquarters]
Roger: (angry) Those... Those fiends...
Huntress: I thought this place was well hidden. How did they find it?
Roger: How could this have happened?
Boomer: Someone must have the answer...
Ace: And it's gotta be the enemy.
Colleen: We'll figure that out later, right now we got to break the news to everyone else.
Tsunami: Soudes. (Right)
[Tsunami presses a switch on his communicator, and contacts the Blue Typhoon. Which Hope answers]
Hope: Hope here, howse the base?
Tsunami: Yana-des. It's very bad. Road Rover HQ was under attack by a new enemy called the Neo-MAS.
Blitz: Say what?!
Tozoku: Neo-MAS...?!
Sheng: Oh no... This is bad news...
Prowl: He replaced us real fast.
Tsunami: And worse, they have Shepard-Sama and Hubert Hakase hostage.
Vlad: *Russian* What?!
Hope: Did they ask for anything in exchange for their lives?
Exile: Da. They want all the emeralds.
Shadow: They do, huh? Well, that's not going to happen! (slams his fist on a table)
Roger: What should we do?
Sally: Report back to the Blue Typhoon!
Hunter: We're on our way.
[Meanwhile, back with the Neo-MAS who were flying in their new Space Cruiser]
Orenji: This baby is phat!
Soduko: Heh heh heh. Yes.
Mauler: We may not have gotten the emeralds. But at least we didn't go back empty handed.
Sokudo: Yeah, NASA outdid themselves this time.
Enya: Focus, we must make sure everything goes according to plan.
Mauler: Right. Are our guests secured?
Tian: They aren't going anywhere.
[Tian holds both Shepherd and Hubert by their scruffs, both tied up]
Shepard: Whatever you got planned, it won't work.
Enya: Oh, I think it will. And nothing you can or those do-gooders can do to change that.
Hubert: You won't get away with this!
Enya: Oh but we will. Tian, shut them up for me, will ya?
Tian: Gladly.
[Tian gags Shepherd and Hubert's mouths shut]
Enya: Now put them in the back.
[Soduko and Sokudo drag them both in back]
Orenji: Can we keep driving?
Mauler: Sure. Take the controls.
Orenji: Yay!
[Orenji switches off the autopilot, and grabs the controls to the ship]
Mauler: Don't crash!
Orenji: Uh oh! Whoo! Whoo! WHOA!
Mauler: What are you doing, you fool?!
Tian: Stop playing around!
[The ship tilts back and forward, and spins around. Everybody goes flying into the walls, floor, and ceiling of the ship]
Mauler: Somebody do something about that maniac!
Tian: I got him!
[Tian uses his catlike agility to maneuver himself through the corridors. Then he reaches Orenji, snatches him from the cockpit, and steers just in time before they hit a mountain]
Orenji: Hey!
Soduko: You nearly killed us all you maniac!
Sokudo: This is the last time you drive!
Orenji: Welll what do you expect? I'm new at this!
[Everybody glares at him]
Everybody: SHUT UP!
Soduko: I'll take over from here. (takes the controls)
Enya: Good. Better to have someone who knows how to fly this thing. (looks contemptuously at Orenji)
Orenji: (smiles nervously)
[Our focus is now on Sonic's team]
Sonic: So it's either we give them all the emeralds or Shep and Huey's lives are forfeit.
Sally: That's what they told us...
Amy: Those creeps! This time they've gone too far!
Ripley: So what do we do?
F. Marcos: I say we kick their asses! (cracks knuckles)
Shira: Use your head. We could risk getting them killed.
F. Maria: Took the words right out of my mouth.
Chris: Then we only got one choice.
Sally: What do you have in mind?
Chris: We give them fakes.
Hershey: Fakes? But... How are we going to do that?
Tails: Leave it to me, everybody. I've got this.
Akito: You can make fake emeralds?
Tails: Yes... Well, with some help of course...
Rouge: Just make sure they appear authentic. I hate imitation jewelry but imitation jewelry with no authenticity is worse.
Akito: Then let's get to work. We have no time to waste.
Silver: That' putting it mildly.
Later...
Akito: So then, what do you have?
Tails: What do you mean?
Akito: Didn't you say earlier that you could make fake emeralds?
Tails: Well yes. With a special cloning device I made. But the thing is... It's inoperable. And it could take weeks to repair.
Akito: We don't have weeks. We have hours. And in times of desperation, magic is needed. Do you have the emeralds?
Rouge: I got them.
[She pulls out all the emeralds they got]
Akito: Good. Now to work some magic. Now... Duplicare chao smaragdo!
[Akito chants a spell that duplicates the emeralds perfectly. The fake duplicates appear before the group]
Sulea: Don't forget the shards.
Akito: Oh yes. (motions hands and sparkles appear) Nigrum habes duplicare stella Smaragdus Fragmenta!
[Duplicates of the shards appear]
Noki: Alright, and now we wait.
Shadow: And when the right moment comes, we'll be ready for them. Sonic, Knuckles, you up for it?
Sonic: Always.
Knuckles: Of course.
Shadow: Good. So then we wait until tomorrow night.
Taki: Yeah, let's get some sleep.
[Meanwhile, the Neo-MAS arrive to the hideout with their hostages]
Psycho: Bring them in.
[The Neo-MAS come in with their prisoners]
Malice: Good work, my lovelies.
Groomer: Well, well, well... What do we have here?
[Parvo walks up to Shepherd, and positions his head towards him]
Parvo: I never thought I'd see the day when I would have my enemy... In the palm of my hand... Or is that... Paw?
Jaakuna: Does it really matter?
Parvo: Oh this is so glorious! And now with Shepherd in my grasp, those pathetic flea-bitten mongrels won't DARE to oppose me.
Jaakuna: I think you mean "us", Parvo. Remember who is in charge here.
Parvo: Right... Of course... (clears throat)
Eva: (groans)
Parvo: (to Shepherd) Oh how I could snap your neck right now...
Drago: Ahem. We need them alive, pussycat! Remember, we need those emeralds to complete our quest!
Stilette: Drago's right.
Sleuth: So if you're done, we can proceed with the next course of action!
Parvo: (grumbles)
Groomer: Don't worry, general. You'll get your chance.
Sleuth: So then, have the Road Rovers agreed to our demands?
Enya: Yes. I gave the coordinates to the Japanese Rover.
Orenji: They got until tomorrow at dusk.
Parvo: Tomorrow?! That's not good enough! We need those emeralds now! (clutches fist)
Jaakuna: There's no rush, besides not everyone will come to an agreement and cause some tension and issues to stir.
Parvo: But... But Jaakuna!
Jaakuna: You heard what I said!
Parvo: (submissive) Understood...
Psycho: In the meantime, our Neo-MAS will be waiting to punish those traitors. (cleans hands) Won't you, my loyal soldiers?
Mauler: Of course.
Kaibutsu: Those traitors will pay dearly for their treachery. And we will make them suffer.
Purlinn: They bit the hand that fed them and must reap what they sowed.
Malice: Patience, my lovlies. They will get what's coming to them in good time.
Pyscho: She's right. Good things comes to those who wait.
Senus comes into the room with his team.
Senus: I hope we didn't miss any excitement.
Jaakuna: Ahh, Senus. What took you so long?
Senus: We had to run a few errands. Just so you know, Jaakuna, my team is in stand by. They are eager for some of the action. And they grow impatient.
Jaakuna: Well they're patience will be rewarded. Come to my chambers, I wish to speak with you in private.
Senus: Very well.
Jaakuna: All of you, we are not to be disturbed.
[They all nod in agreement as the two head inside the chamber]
Senus: So then, let's get down to business, shall we?
Jaakuna: Agreed. Now I have a few sneaking suspicions, one of which concerns the enemy.
Senus: And what suspicions would those be?
Jaakuna: They might try to pull a fast one on us.
Senus: What makes you speak of such, Milady?
Jaakuna: When Drago was imprisoned, and I posed as his councilor, he mentioned a race of machines known as Meterax, made counterfeit emeralds, and during that incident with the moon being blown in half, Tails tried to deceive Eggman with a fake emerald.
Senus: Hmmm... I do see your point, Milady. In that case, we'll have to take extreme precautions.
Jaakuna: Exactly and that's where your team comes into play.
Senus: (chuckles devilishly) Now you're speaking my language, Milady. We'll teach those inferior beings to screw with us. And my soldiers look forward to meeting them.
Jaakuna: Good.
[Meanwhile, outside, Drago and Sleuth were taunting Shepherd and Hubert]
Drago: So... You're the Road Rovers' so called "master"? Heh heh heh...
Sleuth: And to think... Humans govern dogs on this wretched planet...
Drago: Well, things are about to change. Because we're going to win this war. And when we do, you goody-two-shoes can kiss your freedom goodbye. (chuckles)
Sleuth: Once we run things, we'll make your life a living nightmare.
Hubert: *through gag* Like hell you will!
[Hubert glares at Drago]
Drago: Oh? There's a fighter in you.
Sleuth: So, you want to start something, old timer? Huh? Huh?!
Sleet: Don't let him provoke you.
Drago: (smiles) There's not much he can do about it anyway.
Dingo: Wouldn't matter if he was restraint or not.
Geist's Voice: They're puny weaklings anyway.
Drago: That... That voice...
[Geist shows up at the door. He walks his way in with Damon following]
Sleet: Geist and son.
Geist: Well, if it isn't Professor Shepherd and Professor Hubert... Its been such a long time. And who would have thought we'd catch you in our clutches? Like a fly caught in the spider's web?
[Shepard just stares]
Damon: Giving us the silent treatment?
[Geist grabs his knife and swings it, stopping just before Shepherd's neck]
Geist: Consider yourself lucky.
[Geist removes the blade, leaving only a tiny scratch on his neck]
Damon: Humans are so pathetic.
Geist: Indeed, Damon... That goes without saying...
Damon: I can never be grateful to them.
Geist: Humans... They're such insufferable creatures... They don't deserve to exist... They deserve only damnation!
Damon: And those who disagree shall be crushed!
Sleuth: You're crazy...
[Geist looks at Sleuth menacingly]
Geist: And what's wrong with that? It's done wonders for me!
Eva: That's a matter of opinion.
Damon: Shut your mouth, woman!
Eva: You wanna start something brat?
[Damon pins Eva down, and pops his claws at her]
Damon: Just you try me and see what happens!
Stilette: Alright little demon dog, restrain yourself.
Geist: Stand down, Damon.
Damon: Yes Father.
Drago: So uhh... What brings you back here, mad dog?
Geist: Just what to know why out of all the dogs this man chose, why he picked my worthless brother.
Jaakuna's Voice: You forget all to quickly, don't you, Geist?
[Jaakuna appears]
Geist: You...
Jaakuna: But if you want to hear it from him, be my guest.
Geist: (growls)
[Geist removes the gag from Shepherd's mouth]
Shepard: (coughs)
Geist: Alright, old man! Start talking!
Shepard: Why bother? You wouldn't even begin to understand.
[Geist slaps Shepherd]
Geist: I SAID OUT WITH IT!
Jaakuna: Geist, control yourself.
[Shepherd slowly looks back at Geist. He has blood dripping from his nose from being hit. Then he answers]
Shepherd: Geist, you clearly underestimate your brother. And you should know by now that Blitz is not as worthless as you make him out to be. Sure, he may have had his issues in the past, but he was no less loved by us all. Blitz has redeemed himself many times. And everybody including myself respects him now. Blitz is a hero and a good dog. But you... You're nothing but a bloodthirsty monster who sold his soul to the devil out of your own selfish hatred for humanity. Just look what's become of you, Geist. What would your father think if he knew his son became such a vicious killer?
Geist: Don't talk about my father like you knew him!
Shepherd: But I did know him. Long before you were born.
Geist: *snapping* I said shut up!
[Geist punches Shepherd]
Drago and Sleuth: Ooohh...
Sleet: Yeesh...
Geist: You liar! You don't know anything!
[Geist prepares to hit him again. But Jaakuna stops him]
Jaakuna: That's enough! I want him alive! Don't go against the plan!
Geist: How dare you...
Jaakuna: I will not repeat myself, Geist! Now do as I say!
Geist: *frustrated* Fine... Come, Damon...
[Geist and Damon leave the room]
Drago: What a loony...
Sleuth: That guy's unstable...
Damon: Say whatever you want. At least my dad is better than any of you losers!
[The door closes]
Sleuth: I hate kids...
Slitette: Can't be helped.
[Jaakuna checks Shepherd, and sees his bruised and bloody face]
Jaakuna: A little beaten up. But otherwise stable.
Shepherd: You haven't won yet... My Road Rovers will come for you...
Jaakuna: I'm counting on it, old man. Not that they stand a chance against me.
Drago: Don't forget Sonic and the other mobians.
Jaakuna: I haven't. Nor that purple haired twerp.
Mauler: You mean Akito Kibou.
Jaakuna: Of course. She is one of the bigger threats to the plan.
Drago: Yeah. She may be a little girl. But I'm well aware of what she's capable of.
Sleuth: Underestimating her would be a fatal mistake.
Jaakuna: That is quite true, Sleuth. Which means we will have to take precautions.
Eva: So what should we do?
Jaakuna: I'll leave that to my assistants, Purasu and Minasu.
[Purasu and Minasu appear]
Purasu: Leave the child to us.
Minasu: She'll be dealt with properly.
Jaakuna: Good. Now go. And do not fail me.
Pursasu and Minasu: Yes Milady.
They vanish into the darkness.
Jaakuna: (chuckles and then cackles) Just you try and stop me you fools!
[Meanwhile, our focus is turned back to our heroes. 24 hours had passed, and it was time to meet the villains' demands]
Chris: Alright, Tsunami where are we meeting them?
Tsunami: If I remember correctly, that female wolf said to meet with them in Brazil.
Boomer: That's in South America.
Chris: Where in Brazil?
Tsunami: 60 miles west of Fortaleza.
Roger: They want us to travel that distance?
Topaz: Must be trying to keep it quiet for now.
Hunter: But its not like we have a choice. Our friends' lives are at stake. And we have to get there as soon as possible. Let's hit the road, Rovers!
Shadow: Wait. Not without us you won't.
Sonic: That's right. We're in this together.
Akito: And some of us will come along too.
Silver: You can count me in.
Blaze: Me too.
Guntiver: If any of those guys try anything, we'll back you up.
Vida: As will we.
Akito: We appreciate your support. All of you. Now let's get going.
Chris: Right. Next stop, Brazil!
[Hours later, at 6:55 PM, Eva, Sleuth, Drago, Stilette, Dingo, Sleet, and the Neo-MAS were waiting in Brazil]
Eva: They'd better get here soon. Or they'll be sorry.
Drago: Relax, honey-cups. Them poor suckers are bound to show up.
Eva: Don't sweet talk me.
Sleuth: When are you gonna stop hitting on women like that, Drago? Seriously!
Sleet: Even Dingo isn't dumb enough to keep repeating the same mistake.
Drago: Lay off, will ya?
Dingo: Then wise up.
Mauler: Silence! Listening to you bicker like children gives me a migraine!
Enya: Besides, we're supposed to be focusing on the task at hand.
Tian: Exactly!
Soduko: Does anybody have the time?
Orenji: Time? (checks watch) It's 6:59.
Sokudo: They should be showing up.
Lockjaw: There they are!
[Hunter and the Road Rovers appear out of some bushes and into view]
Stilette: Right on time, Rovers.
Sleuth: Now hand over the emeralds. Or your friends are gonna get it.
Hunter: Let us see them first.
Sleuth: You heard him, boys! (snaps fingers)
[Tian and Mauler pull Hubert and Shepard out of hiding]

Eva: (points a gun to Shepherd's head) Don't try anything stupid! hand over the emeralds and we'll return them to you so y'all can spend whatever time is left together.
[Boomer, Roger, Blitz, and Exile growl]
Hunter: Very well, Eva. You win. But I want to know one thing.
Eva: What's that?
Hunter: How did you find our base? Did Geist remember where it was?
Stilette: Nope, he really regrets that. We planted a tracer on Roger, up till now we thought it was destroyed or seriously damaged.
Roger: WHAT?!
Eva: (evil chuckles) Yes, that's right, pup. We used you! And you didn't even realize it!
Stilette: Alright, we've been nice, now hand us the emeralds before we change our mind.
Hunter: Very well... Shag?
Shag: (sighs)
[He pulls out a bag]
Eva: Good. Now set it down and move back.
Huntress: Will you give the Professors back?
Eva: Of course. Now scoot.
[They do as they are told, and Purlinn retrieves the bag]
Stilette: Here's your dead weight.
[Mauler and Tian shove the professors toward the Rovers]
Roger: Are you okay?
Hubert: We'll be fine.
Boomer: You guys are a little bruised up...
Shepherd: It's... It's nothing...
Exile: Bolshoi! *to the Neo-MAS* What did you do to them?!
Sokudo: Don't blame us. Blitz's psychopathic brother wailed on them.
Sleuth: That rabid dog is a loose cannon.
Blitz: Even a blind man can see that!
Drago: Although I do admit, I did enjoy seeing him go nuts and letting his anger out on them.
Blitz: What?! You bastard!
Colleen: I have half a mind to kick your pasty white ass to the moon and back!
Drago: You know, collie, you're cute when you're angry. In fact, all women are.
Huntress: You've got quite the ego. Must help hide how worthless you really are.
[Drago blows Huntress a kiss and winks]

Sleuth: Alright, enough of this! We've got what we came for! Now let's finish the jo...
Mauler: Shut up, Sleuth! I'm in charge here! (to the heroes) The deal is off. We'll just have some fun slaughtering you all!
Stilette: Hold it, cowboy. We still got to check the haul first.
[Drago pulls out a Chaos Emeralds and takes a look it. He dropped it on the ground and smashed it under his foot]
Drago: Nice try Road Droolers, but no cigar.
Boomer: You knew they were fakes?
Eva: Of course we did. Jaakuna suspected you do-gooders would try and fool us with counterfeit merchandise.
Muzzle: Then why drag us out here?
Stilette: Simple. To separate you from your pals. Makes dealing with you less of a hassle.
[Mauler holds one of the fake emeralds, and crushes it with one hand]
Mauler: Besides, if these were the real emeralds, they wouldn't break quite as easily. Noat that it matters though. Time to die, Road Rovers! Attack!
Hunter: Rovers, don't hold anything back! Shag, get Shepard and Hubert out of here!
Shag: (muttering) (Roger that, Hunter!)
[Shag gets Shepherd and Hubert in his arms, and carries them to safety. The Neo-MAS and their allies begin their attack]
Hunter: Rovers, let's ROLL!
Road Rovers: (howls)
Eva: TEAR THEM APART!
[And so the Rovers and Neo-Mas come charging at each other. Who will succeeded? Who will fall? How long will the battle commence? Only time will tell the tale]
