Narrator: Last time, Jaakuna, with the help of the other villains by their side, had successfully gained possession of the Chaos Emeralds and the shards of the Black Star Emerald. And now that they are but a step closer to their ultimate goal, the universe grows darker by the moment. But before they embark on their quest to achieve total universal conquest, Dr. Psycho tests out the newly designed Roger clones, who prove themselves to much stronger and more versatile than the previous Roger clones when Orenji is used as a demonstration of their abilities. Drago and the other villains are given a boost of energy with artificial emeralds planted inside their bodies, giving them the power beyond measure. So now, our heroes may be in for an even bigger challenge than they imagined. Meanwhile, on-board the Blue Typhoon, our heroes prepare for the worse, as the apocalypse impends upon the planets and the stars. Knowing that they will face imminent danger, the Road Rovers and the Mobian Freedom Fighters have the civilians launched to a safer location in escape ships, so they will be safe from the up coming battle. Just then, Parvo gives our heroes an heads up on the current situation. And now our heroes are in for the ultimate showdown that will ultimately decide the fate of the universe. Its only a matter of time until it happens. Meanwhile, Jaakuna and her followers infiltrate the ARK, and begin their attack on the Blue Typhoon. This is the darkest and most desperate hour. What will happen now? Let's find out.
[The Blue Typhoon approaches the ARK's hanger]
Jaakuna: (smiles) Finally the guests of honor have arrived. Time to go say hello.
Drago: But Milady, the emerald.
Jaakuna: Relax, I came prepared.
[She pulled out two pearls and they formed Purasu and Minasu]
Mauler: What the?! But how?!
Malice: They're suppose to be dead!
Drago: How is that even possible?!
Jaakuna: Years ago, they're souls were scattered into pearls, so whenever I need them I would summon them from said pearls.
Purasu: Missed us?
Minasu: Because we sure missed you.
Geist: I take it there's a reason you didn't use all your pearls at once.
Jaakuna: There is. They're power would be divided and therefore not much help in the long run so they return one at a time, though this is their last pearls.
Lockjaw: In other words, if they die again, they're dead for good?
Jaakuna: Exactly.
Purasu: We were created for the sole purpose of our master.
Minasu: And she can use us in any way she deems necessary.
Jaakuna: Correct. Now, I believe the two of you know what to do, yes?
Purasu: Of course.
Minasu: We will begin the ritual at once.
Jaakuna: Excellent. Everyone get to your stages and await further instructions.
Purasu and Minasu: Yes, Milady.
Parvo: And what will you do?
Jaakuna: I will greet our guests.
[Jaakuna teleports out of the area. Meanwhile, back with our heroes on the Blue Typhoon]
Silver: It's too quiet.
Guntiver: Don't worry. Something is bound to happen. Though I don't mean that in an enthusiastic way.
Lupe: I can't say I blame you, Guntiver. This could very well be the battle to decide the fate of the cosmos. If we lose this, then all is lost.
Tekuno: Well we won't stop them sitting here. Let's go.
[They head out to see Jaakuna there to greet them]
Jaakuna: About time you showed up.
Guntiver: Jaakuna?!
F. Marcos: What are you doing here?!
Jaakuna: Came to greet you in person. And offer you a challenge.
F. Marcos: Oh yeah?! (draws sword)
Jaakuna: If you wish to attack, go ahead.
[F. Marcos charges]
F. Marcos: YAAAHHH!
F. Maria: Marcos no!
Jaakuna: Hmph.
[He prepares to slash at Jaakuna only for her to stop the attack with her nail]
F. Marcos: HUH?!
Jaakuna: Your swordsman skills are impressive, but not enough.
[She pushes him back causing him to drop his sword. She scoots it back to him with her foot]
Guntiver: She's powerful...
Jaakuna: There's more where that came from, if you think you have the courage to find out.
F. Marcos: Why you...!
F. Maria: Try this on for size!
[Maria fires a couple of plasma arrows]
Jaakuna: Oh please.
[Jaakuna casts a dark fire and destroys the arrows]
F. Maria: What?
Jaakuna: (chuckles) Your puny efforts mean nothing to me! Show me what other humorous tricks you have up your sleeves. Or lack thereof.
Sonic: Enough with the games, witch! What did you really come here to do? To mock us?
Jaakuna: No. To tell you how the challenge works. There are six trials and your group must overcome them in an hour.
Shadow: An hour?
Jaakuna: Yes. That is the amount of time for the Star Emerald needs to reform, if you can reach the end and defeat me in less you will have thwarted me.
F. Marcos: You're crazy!
Jaakuna: Perhaps, but then again sanity is overrated.
Guntiver: Very well! We accept your terms!
Jaakuna: Good. Your first trial is down the path behind me.
F. Maria: Try us!
Jaakuna: Then go ahead proceed.
[She vanishes]
Guntiver: Come on, guys! Time is running out!
Akito: Alright, but be careful, we could be walking into a trap.
F. Maria: She's right.
[They proceed to the door. But then suddenly they are greeted by the Roger clones and lesser mutants]
Joe: What in bloody blazes?!
Greta: The welcoming committee.
Prowl: And it doesn't look like they're welcoming us to a birthday party.
Big: Too bad. I like cake.
[The clones and lesser mutants advance on the heroes]
Rex: Guys! Don't do this! Parvo's been using you!
Fluffy: Save it, Rex! They won't listen!
Fenrir: Then there's only one course of action, we fight!
Greta: Then let's show them what we're made of, gents!
[Greta, the trio, Chomper, Rex, Kashi, Smokey, Bruce, Boris, and the other reformed lesser mutants come forth]
Spot: ATTACK!
[They charge at the enemy]
Fenrir: We got this, you all keep moving!
Akito: Thank you, Master! (turns to her friends) The rest of you come with me!
[Akito and the others descend into the door as Fenrir and his group deal with the Roger Clones]
Fenrir: (thinking) {Good luck, Akito... I know you can do it...}
[Fenrir tackles a lesser mutant while snarling]
Spot: Fenrir behind you!
[Fenrir looks behind him and sees a Roger clone that just teleported in his presence]
Fenrir: (growls)
[Fenrir slashes his claws at the Roger clone, who dodges every attack effortlessly. The clone then teleports in back of him and kicks him in the back, sending Fenrir into a wall]
Typhoon: Fenrir!
[Fenrir shakes his head and comes to his senses]
Fenrir: What power...
Fluffy: These things are tough! Not like the usual cannon fodder.
Greta: Then we'll have to fight them with strategy and precision.
Serena: My kind of fighting. (assumes a stance)
Smokey: Then let's get down to business.
[The clones and lesser mutants charge, and Fenrir and his group engage]
Kashi: I can see why Psycho wanted to clone Roger, his super sense is very useful.
Spot: Yeah, not a good time, Kashi!
[Spot gets kicked in the face by one of the Roger clones]
Snuggles: That's gotta hurt.
Spot: Ya think?!
Fluffy: Spot look out!
[Fluffy grabs Spot by his legs and pulls him out of the way as another Roger clone comes down and tries to bash his head into the ground with his leg]
CRASH!
Spot: Whoa! Thanks, Fluff...
Fluffy: Just looking out for my bro.
[Suddenly, a couple of lesser mutants and Roger clones grab at Fluffy]
Spot: No Fluffy!
[Suddenly Duke and Mikhail come in to help. Duke and Mikhail get behind the two restraining mutants, and break their necks]
CRACKLE!
Fluffy: Whoa!
Typhoon: Crikey!
Snuggles: Sacre Bleu! That's brutal!
Mikhail: These clones are not savable, they were programmed down to the core.
Duke: In other words, they can't be reasoned with. They are unaware of fear or pain. And they have only one objective.
Mikhail: And that's to obey their master.
[A lesser mutant tries to sneak behind Serena, who hits him in the face with her fist]
Serena: Then let's not hold back!
Boris: Right! Let's fight with the ferocity of beasts! (roars)
Bruce: Well said, brother!
[Boris and Bruce wail on the clones with all their brute strength, all while roaring ferociously]
Smokey: Hey bros save some for me!
[Smokey jumps up high and lands on a lesser mutant with his body. Bruce pins one down and pulls on his legs wrestler style. And Boris performs a suplex on one of them. Sheng claws a few mutants, and roundhouse kicks a few others who sneak up in back of him. Joe kicks one mutant into another. And as another lunges for him, he performs a somersault kick, knocking him back. And as Roger clones surround him, Joe performs a spin kick, knocking them down]
Typhoon: Just how many clones did Psycho make?
Fenrir: I'd say enough to keep us occupied...
Greta: They ain't so tough.
[Greta punches a Roger clone in the gut, and karate chops a mutant in the neck. Then she pokes another clone in the eyes with her two fingers]
Chomper: Glad that's not me...
Rex: Yikes...
[Greta then bashes two mutants' heads together. Smokey rams into a group of mutants and clones, and runs them into a wall. Serena jumps into the air, lands on a mutant's shoulder and presses his fingers against the sides of his head, pressing a pressure point that knocks him out. The mutant falls unconscious. When a Roger clone gets in back of her, she elbows him in the nose. Kashi grabs a Roger clone in his grip, and performs a Zangief inspired spinning maneuver as they land.]
Chomper: Impressive!
Kashi: Thank you.
Spot: (panting) These guys aren't so tough.
Greta: Yeah. Beating these guys was easier than swatting a fly.
[Suddenly, one of the Roger Clones speaks]
Roger Clone: Don't get cocky.
[Everybody turns around and focuses their attention to the Roger Clone.]
Chomper: What?! It can talk?!
Roger Clone: Those clones and mutants were just cannon fodder. But now you face a real challenge...
Rex: You don't scare us!
Roger Clone: Oh yeah?
The Roger Clone teleports next to Rex, and knocks him off his feet with an uppercut.
Rex: UGH!
[Rex goes flying into Kashi]
Fluffy: Hey!
[Fluffy, Spot, and Snuggles charge for the Roger Clone, who jumps into the air, stomps on Fluffy's head, and headbutts Snuggles. They both drop. Then he appears in front of Spot, who tries to grab him. But the clone grabs his arms and twists them]
Spot: ARGGHHH!
[The clone then backhands Spot several times in the face, and punches him back]
Serena: What the?!
Typhoon: He wasn't joking! This guy isn't like the others! He's tough!
Boris: Come on! We can take him!
Bruce: Yeah, let's show him what for!
Boris and Bruce charge for the Roger Clone, who teleports just as Bruce tries to grab him. Then he proceeds to dash around the two bears, creating illusions of himself that circle around them. Bruce and Boris are confused.
Boris: Huh?
Bruce: Which one is which?
Roger Clone: Right here!
[Suddenly, Bruce is hit in the gut by a powerful punch]
Bruce: URK!
Boris: Why you little!
[Boris tries to punch the Roger Clone, who effortlessly dodges his punch, and kicks him upside the head, knocking him back]
Roger Clone: Worthless.
Fenrir: How can he be so strong?
Serena: Guess Psycho made some modifications.
Roger Clone: Correct. He made me special. And I am superior to all clones. I am faster...
[The Roger Clone teleports in front of Typhoon, and knocks him into the air]
Typhoon: Ugh!
Serena: Ty!
Roger Clone: Stronger...
Fenrir: (growls)
[Fenrir comes in and swings his claws at the Roger Clone, but the latter foot sweeps him and lands on his back with his elbow]
Roger Clone: And with my senses, you can't touch me.
Snuggles: Oh mon dieu! How are we going to fight this guy?
Duke: Leave this to us. Ready Mikhail?
Mikhail: Ready and waiting!
[Duke dashes at the clone]
Roger Clone: Heh heh heh...
Duke: Gotcha.
[Duke picks up speed and begins to dart around the clone who is unable to keep up]
Roger Clone: You're fast...
Mikhail: Now!
[Mikhail releases a breath of ice and freezes the clone solid]
Duke: Whew... Well done, Mikhail...
Mikhail: Think nothing of it, comrade. Wanted to show them where Exile got family recipe.
Spot: Well done, guys. The two of you make a great team.
Fenrir: Of course, they were once in the same unit.
Duke: Oh, we've been a team for decades.
Mikhail: And life long friends too. (hugs Duke)
Fluffy: Hey, doesn't Exile do that to his team?
Duke: (pained) Yeah... He got it from his old-man. Er, old dog.
Spot: Like father like son.
[The trio chuckle]
Fenrir: Hurry. We must catch up with the others.
Pori's Voice: It's no use.
Fluffy: Huh?!
Bruce: Who said that?!
[Pori came in with Regina.]
Regina: The pathway is sealed off.
Pori: Meaning... You guys can't get to your friends.
Spot: Then stand aside! We don't have time for games!
Fluffy: Yeah! Get out of our way unless you want your face bashed in!
Regina: My my... Such language...
Pori: Relax, you paranoid dogs. We mean you no harm.
Fluffy: Oh yeah!
Fenrir: That's enough! (turns to Regina and Pori) Is there another way?
Pori: If there was we would've found it.
Duke: So what should we do?
Regina: Pray and hope they pull through.
[Everybody looks to each other]
Mikhail: Good thing I gave Blitz his father's heirloom.
Duke: You did? When?
Mikhail: Before we got here.
Fenrir: Let's just hope he knows how to use it.
Mikhail: I'm sure he does, he was Tsunami's pupil.
[Meanwhile, our focus is now on the heroes]
Sonic: Here it is everyone, the first stage.
Knuckles: Whoever wants an ass kicking first, step forward!
Jaakuna: Good you've arrived.
[Jaakuna comes forth]
Sonic: Jaakuna... You again...
Jaakuna: Well I wanted to be the one to introduce you to our little game, we did prepare it just for ya'll.
Knuckles: Is that right?!
Jaakuna: Of course, I want to see first hand just how determined you are to stop me.
Knuckles: You want determination? I'll show you determination!
[Knuckles lunges forward]
Jaakuna: Fool...
[Knuckles throws a barrage of punches, all which Jaakuna effortlessly blocks. Then she brings up a force field that knocks Knuckles back. He lands next to Sonic's feet]
Sonic: What are you playing at?
Jaakuna: Just wanna see the limits of everyone.
Sonic: (soft growls)
Jaakuna: So, who wants to go first? Come on! Surely one of you is willing to take me on!
Sheng: How about me, sorceress?!
Drakon: And me.
Vlad: And me!
Joe: And don't forget me!
Tozoku: Or me.
Jasper: Same with us, right Raptor?
Raptor: Right! Let's put this witch in her place!
Jaakuna: (chuckles) Oh how amusing. Do you really think you lesser beings can defeat me?
Prowl: Only one way to find out.
Jaakuna: Sorry, as much as I love to play with you zoo animals, I have some friends who have been itching to deal with you, and it wouldn't be fair of me to deny them that chance.
Joe: Zoo animals?!
Tozoku: Who do you think you're talking to?!
Jaakuna: Oh I'm sorry, did I upset you?
Sheng: (snarls)
[Sheng, Joe, and Tozoku lunge for Jaakuna, who easily pushes them back with her barrier shield]
Jaakuna: Please, don't waste your energy. As I said before, it wouldn't be fair of me to disregard the real threat to my existence. (looks at Akito and Connor) Besides, your playmates are about to grace us with their presence.
Connor: If a challenge is what you want, then its a challenge you'll get, sorceress! Come on!
Akito: Yeah! Let's do this! Let's settle this once and for all!
Jaakuna: Oh, not here. In the core, beat all my trials first, then I'm all yours.
[Jaakuna disappears]
Connor: Trials... But just what are these trials?
Akito: I have a feeling we're about to find out soon.
[Suddenly the Neo MAS come in along with Parvo's group]
Parvo: Well well well, what do we have here?
Mauler: Some children, some dogs, and the traitors.
Muzzle: Leave the kids out of this one, this is between us.
Eva: Fine, we can deal with the others later.
Stilette: Right now let's have some fun... (prepares sais)
[Jaakuna appears on a screen]
Jaakuna: Hold on, let's make it more interesting.
[She snaps her fingers and a timer comes up. It showed about one hour and 20 minutes left]
Sonic: Damn... Time's wasting... Come on, guys! Let's kick it!
Jaakuna: Oh no you don't!
[A barrier appeared before the exit]
Tails: What the?!
Connor: Its some kind of barrier! Nobody can get in or out!
Jaakuna: That's right, and to make sure no one interferes...
[An electric shield appeared around the Rovers, the MAS groups, and Parvo's group]
Joe: You gotta be kidding me!
Eva: And it gets worse. We're live.
Prowl: You mean we're being watched?!
Groomer: That's right. Everyone on Earth can watch as their protectors fail and see first hand what happens to those who oppose us.
Sheng: In your dreams, Groomer! Enough talk! Defend yourselves! (Roars)
Stilette: Bring it!
[The two sides are about to clash, who will come out on top? And will our heroes be able to reach the end before time runs out? Only time will reveal the truth]
