Narrator: Last time, Akito, Sulea, Naki, Taki, Tatsu, and Taurus, engaged with Dr. Psycho, Dr. Malice, and their android minions; Taffi, Shokku, and Joruto. Enraged with how they treated the MAS as pawns for their own personal gain, and insulting the death of Akito's grandmother, Our heroes engaged in battle with the villains. But Psycho and Malice sics their android minions on them. Taurus and Tatsu are outmatched by Joruto and Shokku's speed and agility, and by Taffi's super elastic and seemingly indestructible body. But with their own sheer will and determination, our heroes managed to destroy the androids, much to the shock of Psycho and Malice. However, the two evil scientists reveal that they picked up a few tricks of their own in which they can channel their own power, and create illusions and summon other ghastly elements. Overwhelmed, our heroes almost lost this battle. But they soon gained the strength to fight back. And with their combined powers, Akito and the others managed to defeat Psycho and Malice. Taurus and Tatsu gained possession of the chaos emeralds, and destroyed them. Out of options, Psycho and Malice made a hasty retreat. But it wasn't over yet, as Akito and the others soon had to regroup with the other heroes. When they did, a short reunion, Connor was reunited with his father Exile, and his grandfather Mikhail. But their reunion was short-lived, for the Neo-MAS and the other villains showed up at the scene to do battle with the heroes. Damon challenged Connor to a fight. But Fenrir told him to move on with Aki while he and the rest of the heroes deal with the villains personally. Connor did as he was told, not just by the orders of Fenrir but also by Exile and leaves with Akito. The next battle is about to begin. Let's find out what happens next.
[Sonic and his group arrive in the ARKs cannon system]
Sonic: This place brings back memories.
Amy: I know. Doesn't it?
Shadow: This isn't a time to reminisce.
Tails: He's right, we don't got much time left until Jaakuna completes the ritual.
Sonic: Oh right... I forgot...
Knuckles: Then we better hurry.
Drago's Voice: What's the rush?
Tails: (gasp) That voice... Could that be...?
Sonic: Oh no! Not him again!
[Drago, Enya, Sleet, Dingo, Sleuth and his clone army]
Silver: Of all the creeps to show up it had to be ya'll.
Drago: Now, now, Silver. Is that anyway to greet an old friend after so long?
Silver: You're no friend of ours!
Hershey: Yeah, you made that perfectly clear long ago.
Drago: Okay. So I'm a selfish egotistical power hungry bastard. So sue me. But I'm still going to pay you back for all those past humiliations!
Sonic: You just NEVER change. Do you, Drago?
Drago: As the old saying goes, Hedgehog. Some thing's never change.
Sleuth: Enough talk already! Let's just skip the chit-chat and get to the point!
Enya: I agree. I have a strong bloodlust to satisfy.
Sleet: Me too. Let's do this!
Knuckles: (cracks knuckles) Alright then! Let's get it on!
Dingo: I'm going to enjoy breaking you red mutt.
Sleuth: GET EM!
[The clone soldiers charge at Sonic's group]
Sonic: Let's plow through them with sonic speed!
[Sonic dashes at them at full velocity]
Drago: Oh no! Not this again! Hold still you little twerp!
Sonic: Make me you cowardly prick!
[Drago tries shooting several times with his plasma rifle, only to miss Sonic every time. One of the plasma blasts barely grazes Sleuth]
Sleuth: Shoot him! Not me, you moron!
Drago: You try shooting someone who moves faster than the speed of sound!
[Sonic curls into a ball, and smacks right into Drago, pushing him into Sleuth]
Sonic: Don't make this too easy.
Drago: Why you little rodent!
Sleuth: I'll teach you to mess with us!
[Suddenly, Sleuth feels a tap on his shoulder]
Sleuth: Huh?
[Knuckles decks him with a hyper knuckle punch. Sleuth goes flying. He hits a wall. Then Knuckles delivers one to Drago, and he goes flying into the same wall Sleuth was in]
Sonic: You know, with how these two keep running into each other, you'd think they're lovers...
Knuckles: (chuckles) I agree. They do make a lovely couple.
[Sonic and Knuckles laugh]
Drago: How dare you!
Sleuth: Alright! That does it! No more Mr. Nice guy! Clones! Attack!
[The soldier clones charge at the heroes]
Sonic and Knuckles: Uh oh...
[Blaze, David, Stryker, Cali, Arik, Shira, Ripley, Maple, and Guntiver intervene and attack the clones]
Guntiver: Hit em where it counts, guys!
[Guntiver hits one of the clones with his bare fist, knocking it back. When another clone grabs him from behind, Guntiver retaliates by elbowing him in the gut, and then grabbing him and tossing him overhead. He karate chops one in the neck, and kicks one in the gut]
Blaze: Fire claws!
[Blaze slices at the clones]
Clones: (agonized screams)
Blaze: And that's why you don't play with fire.
[She extinguishes her flames]
Enya: Now its our turn to have some fun of our own...
David: You think this is a game?
Sleet: (chuckles) Yes! Besides, we didn't even have our turn yet. And we want it so desperately! Right, Dingo?
Dingo: Yeah! Its our turn now!
Guntiver: Well then! Looks like we're gonna have to put you in your place! Let's show em, guys!
[Enya, Sleet, and Dingo all charge. Guntiver engages Dingo. They grab each other's hands and try to force one another into submission]
Dingo: You're going down!
Guntiver: Oh yeah?!
Dingo: Yeah!
Guntiver: (growls)
[Guntiver tightens his grip on Dingo's hands. He tries to push him back]
Dingo: You may have gained muscle mas but it wasn't earned.
Guntiver: Wrong! I learned to adapt to this new body! And I know how to use it!
Dingo: But did you gain on your own?
[Dingo applies pressure onto Guntiver's hands. Guntiver grunts and he slowly is forced down to one knee. He sweats]
Guntiver: (panting)
Dingo: I worked hard to gain this body, years of sweat, pain, and endurance, and I appreciate it. You on the other hand drink some potion and you become bulky.
Guntiver: Maybe I did, so what if I didn't earn it properly? I'm still going to use it to stop you because even though you earned that power you waste it committing atrocities!
Dingo: Hah hah! Talk is cheap! Now I smash you!
Guntiver: Not happening! (growls)
[Guntiver backflips, and gets Dingo in a fixed position. He applies pressure on his hands]
Dingo: GAAAHHH!
Guntiver: I will never lose to a low life like you!
[Guntiver then delivers a knee to Dingo's face, pinning him to a wall. Then he lunges for him, and bombards him with a barrage of punches]
BAM! BAM! POW! POW!
Dingo: Damn wanker...
[Guntiver pins him down, and delivers the last blow with an elbow drop, knocking out Dingo. He collapses. Guntiver smiles]
Guntiver: There, that should do it.
[Our focus is now on Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails, who are dealing with Drago and Sleuth]
Knuckles: Hope you two backstabbers are prepared to your tails whipped again.
Drago: Well, Sleuth... You're the brains here... Any suggestions?
Sleuth: Obviously, we gotta separate these three. They're too much together.
Drago: But how?
Enya: Leave that to me.
[Enya creates two portals and takes them somewhere else while Mutt, Cali, Stryker, Shira, and Arik step in]
Maple: Guess we'll have to take their place.
[Team Heroes reappear in another section of the ARK]
Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails: Where... What?!
[Enya appears]
Enya: There, this place is more spacious.
Sonic: Wait, this is the cannon section of the ARK.
Enya: Exactly.
Sonic: Works for me. At least I have enough room to whip you!
Enya: Don't be too cocky little mouse. There's more to me than what you see before you.
Sonic: Huh?
Enya: Let me show you.
[Enya splits herself into three copies]
Knuckles: What the?!
[Tails rubs his eyes]
Enya: This is no illusion. This one of my few abilities. And as we speak, some of your other friends are dealing with my other copies.
Tails: No way!
Knuckles: Alright. One of them is the real you.
Enya: You mistaken echidna. We're all real.
[They all prick their fingers and they bleed]
Sonic: What?!
Tails: That's not possible!
Enya: Then how do you explain THIS!
[Enya sics her clones on Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, and they all deliver heavy blows onto them faster than the blink of an eye]
BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!
Knuckles: What speed...!
Sonic: What power...!
Enya: Come on now, the parties just beginning!
[Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails all assume a fighting stance as Enya once again sics her clones on them all. They all come lunging at them like a stampede]
Sonic: Now or never I suppose. CHAOS CONTROL!
[A barrier around the trio appeared and then everything around them began to slow down the colors start to distort]
Knuckles and Tails: Huh!?
Sonic: Haven't used this in a while. Come on guys, we gotta act fast. We don't got much time.
Knuckles and Tails: Right!
[The three heroes assume their formation and use Sonic Overdrive on the copies]
Enya: What?!
Sonic: TAAAAAKE… THIS!
[Sonic dashes at Enya with his Light Speed Attack that she barely managed to dodge]
Enya: Gagh!
Sonic: Lucky dodge!
Enya: I don't believe in luck!
Tails: Then its not a matter of luck if I do this?
[Tails blasts Enya with his arm cannon]
KABOOM!
Enya: Nice shot, little boy!
Tails: Huh?!
Knuckles: It didn't even phase her!
Enya: If it's any constellation, it did hurt.
[Enya kicks Tails and sends him flying into Knuckles]
Sonic: Tails! Knuckles!
Enya: You're next!
Sonic: Just try it!
Enya: Humph... (smiles)
[Enya teleports behind Sonic]
Enya: Peekaboo!
Sonic: Huh?!
[Enya kicks Sonic upside the head, and then roundhouses him back to the surface of the space sation]
Enya: Incredible, this emerald is amazing even though it's fake.
Sonic: (shakes head and regains senses) You think you can beat me with fake power?!
Enya: The emerald maybe fake but the power itself is real. And you should talk. I've heard from Sleet and Dingo you used a fake Chaos Emerald to escape death here once, didn't you?
Sonic: So?! What's that to you?!
Enya: You used a fake to gain power so don't go holier than thou on me.
Sonic: You... You...!
Enya: Alright hedgehog, prepare for some punishment!
[Elsewhere Shadow, Silver, Blaze, David, Sona, Manic, Tanya, Zeke, Stryker, and Tekuno were dealing with Enya clones of their own]
Silver: Geez! Where are all these clones coming from?!
Shadow: Do you want to figure that out or survive?
Silver: Uh... The latter...
Shadow: Then let's get to it!
Silver: Right!
[Shadow and Silver concentrate on fighting off the seemingly endless hordes of Enya clones. All of which relentlessly attack the group without mercy or second thought. The others fight back, using brute force against brute force in their desperate struggle for survival]
Shadow: CHAOS... SPEAR!
[Shadow fires a barrage of energy blasts at the clones]
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Blaze: Everyone follow Shadow's lead! Don't let up!
[Split screen]
Everybody: Got it!
[Back with the others, Sleet, Dingo, and Sleuth were beaten leaving Drago]
Hershey: Only one prick left.
Drago: (nervous) Who? Me?
Stryker: No, it's the clone behind you. Of course it's you idiot!
Drago: Guess desperate times call for desperate measures.
Cali: What are you up to?
[Drago grins and chuckles]
Drago: They won't need these.
[He takes the others guys emeralds]
Arik: Are those...?!
Mutt: It... It can't be!
Drago: That's right. Artificial Star Emeralds. And add them to the one I got, four times the juice.
Shira: You're insane!
Drago: Me? Insane? Oh hoh hoh hoh! Girl, you haven't seen insane just yet! Now, behold!
[He absorbs the emeralds]
Cali: This is bad...
Hershey: Very bad...
[Drago starts to change]
Lupe: What now?
Drago: (groans and grunts) Yes... YES! GIVE IT TO ME, BABY! YEAH!
[Drago starts to change, his fur starts to become wildier and darker shade of red, his muscle mass increases greatly, his teeth become longer and sharper, and his eyes are now glowing violet]
Rouge: I can't believe my eyes...!
Hershey: My God...
Lupe: It's dejavu all over again...
Omega: Sensors overloading, power output overwhelming.
Drago: (Thundering roar) HAH HAH HAH HAH! I FEEL A MILLION TIMES MORE POWERFUL NOW! (turns to heroes) LET'S SEE YOU STOP ME NOW, WEAKLINGS!
Future Marcos: You don't scare me you spineless bastard!
Drago: OH YEAH?!
Future Marcos: You can change your look but you're still that scumbag we know and hate!
Drago: YOU TALK BIG, BRAT. NOW LET'S SEE IF YOUR REFLEXES ARE AS BIG AS YOUR MOUTH!
[Drago sends a shockwave Marcos' way]
Future Maria: Marcos! Get out of there!
[Lupe pushes her son out of the way and took the hit]
Lobo and Lupo: LUPE!
Marcos and Maria: MOTHER!
Drago: (laughs) Stupid bitch took the hit! Serves her right!
Hershey: You bastard!
Future Maria: Mom! Speak to me! Please!
[Lupe was barely breathing]
Future Marcos: No, we can't lose you again!
Future Maria: Oh no... Oh God, please NO!
Lupe: (weak) Ma... Maria... Is... Is that you?
Future Maria: Yes, Mom it's me.
Lupe: I'll be fine. Maria and Hope lent Canus a healing tank.
Future Marcos: Mother... I swear I'll get that son of a bitch for you...
Lupe: No son, don't be reckless. You got to play this smart.
Future Maria: What must we do, mother?
Lupe: Do whatever you must to take him down.
Drago walks towards them. Grinning maliciously, he powers up.
Drago: HEH HEH HEH! TIME TO DIIIIEEEE!
[Back with Enya, the number of clones was dropped down to at least a dozen]
Enya: I'm impressed, you mobians are stronger than I thought.
Sonic: Oh you don't know the half of it, girl.
Knuckles: We've been through worse than you!
Enya: Is that right? Then it's high time, I go all out.
Zeke: Go all out?
[She uses the emerald to give her a boost of power]
Enya: HAAAAAGGGGHHHHH!
Tanya: Oh boy...
Tails: Guys... I have a bad feeling about this...
Shadow: Join the club, kid.
Enya: Now... YOU SHALL ALL DIE!
Sonic: Do your worst!
Eya: (chuckles) Soul... Illusion!
[Enya starts to distort the area around them]
Knuckles: What the hell?!
Tails: I'm... So dizzy...
Sonic: I can't see... Disoriented...
Sonia: Oh my head...
Manic: This is bogus man.
Enya: Heh heh heh heh. And it doesn't stop there, boys. It only gets worse.
Tekuno: Just our luck!
Silver: (dizzy) Damn... Not... Now...
[Back with the other mobians they were struggling with the mutated Drago]
Amy: Don't let up!
[Amy charges with her hammer]
Drago: HAH HAH HAH!
[Drago swats her away like she was a fly]
Sally: AMY!
[Amy lands on the ground, and tumbles]
Drago: HAH HAH! WHICH VICTIM WISHES TO GO NEXT?!
Shira: Bastard! You'll pay for this!
Drago: SO, YOU WANT SOME OF ME TOO, EH?! WELL, TAKE THIS!
[Drago fires dark blasts at Shira but she absorbs them]
Shira: Thanks for the juice up! Let me send it back tenfold! Umbra Cannon!
Drago: HUH?!
[The attack hit him full force, when it died down he was still standing but bruised up but it looked like parts of his body seemed goopy]
Rouge: That is nasty!
Drago: (panting) That... Didn't even... (panting) Faze me...
Shirley: Oh really? Your body doesn't seem to agree.
Drago: (snapping) Nonsense! I can still...
[More of Drago's body starts to change, replacing his fur with what appears to be black goop. Maria and Marcos stare at the black substance]
Future Marcos: What the hell?!
Future Maria: That stuff, I've seen it before.
Future Marcos: Could that be...?
Future Maria: But it's impossible...
Drago: Wait a minute... What's this?
[He sees black slime ooze from his body]
Reynard Sr: Good lord! What is going on?!
Diablo: Don't know... But this can't be good!
[Back with Enya she felt that something was off about Drago]
Enya: Huh? Wha… What's happening?!
Shadow: Now Sonic!
[The two hedgehogs hit her with their Light Speed Attack]
BAMBAMBAMBAMBAMBAMBAM!
Enya: Damn, let my guard down!
Shadow: Serves you right! Now...
Sonic: Time for some payback!
[Enya noticed her emerald was cracked]
Enya: No! Da... damn it!
Shadow: Any last words?
Enya: Yeah, you will fall.
[Enya uses the emerald to teleport away just as Knuckles throw a punch but misses]
Knuckles: (angry) Get back here! Damn it!
Blaze: Forget her, we need to tend to our wounds.
Shadow: And while we still have time.
Tails: We should since we got enough to heal units for everyone here.
Shadow: Good. Let's get to it then.
Tails: Agreed.
[Sonic checks on Sonia and Manic]
Sonic: Bro! Sis! Are you two okay?
Manic: Y... Yeah, bro... I think so...
Sonia: Just bruised a little...
Sonic: That Enya chick was tough.
Sonia: You're telling us, bro. She sure packed a punch.
Silver: That emerald she had must have been very potent.
Zeke: But where did it come from?
Tanya: From that Jaakuna lady.
Silver: That could explain everything. I mean why would there be so many of those emeralds?
Shadow: But it was obviously a fake, the real thing wouldn't be as fragile.
Tanya: Quite true. The real emeralds are virtually unbreakable.
David: How many knockoffs did that sorceress make?
Sonic: Who knows? Your guess is as good as mine.
Tekuno: It doesn't matter, we need to get back to the others!
Shadow: Then let's go!
[Back with the others]
Drago: You ruined my beautiful body! I'll make you all suffer!
Future Maria: Wrong, loser. You brought this on yourself!
Future Marcos: In other words, it's your own damn fault!
Drago: Shut up!
Lobo: Why should they, Drago? Are they saying something you don't want to hear?
Drago: What do you know?! You losers couldn't appreciate my greatness!
Canus: There's nothing great about you Drago! There never was!
Reynard Jr: All you care about is yourself!
Diablo: In fact, that's all you EVER cared about! You never thought about your people or Mobius! You just wanted power!
Drago: Power is all that matters, without it you're nothing.
Future Marcos: (smug) Like... You?
Drago: GO TO HELL!
[Drago fires a powerful dark blast that Shira took but it seemed that it harmed her somewhat]
Shira: (groans)
Lobo: SHIRA!
Reyanrd Jr: NO!
Shira: Calm down! I'm alright.
Future Marcos: I'm gonna kill you, you sick bastard! I'M FREAKING GONNA KILL YOU!
Enya's Voice: Not happening kid.
[Enya appeared]
Wolves: ENYA!
Drago: Enya?
Enya: Drago, what have you done to yourself?
Drago: (crying) I don't know! I used to be beautiful and handsome! Now look at me! I'm ugly! I'm hideous! Oh the injustice!
Enya: You are so narrow minded. Let's take you back to Jaakuna, maybe she can fix you.
Drago: (sobs and whimpers)
Enya: Let's go.
[She creates a portal and they make their way toward]
Future Marcos: Wait! Come back here!
Drago: Hurry, Enya!
Enya: I am, I am!
[She enters the portal and it vanishes]
Future Marcos: Awe DAMN!
Future Maria: Coward!
Reynard Jr: Great! Now what do we do?
Reynard Sr: For now tend to our injuries.
Lobo: (gasp) Lupe! LUPE!
Lupe: I'm alright, dear.
[Lobo races over to Lupe, and the two embrace warmly]
Lupo: Thank goodness...
Lobo: But how? You were badly hurt just a moment ago...
Cali: She used a healing unit.
Lobo: Oh!
Lyco: Oh thank God...
Leeta: Yeah. At least she's okay...
Sonic's Voice: Hey guys!
[Everyone looked and saw Sonic and his group return]
Future Maria: Sonic! Guys!
Lyco: Thank goodness!
Amy: SONIC!
[Amy jumps at Sonic and hugs him]
Sonic: Glad to see your all okay.
Lupe: Yes. Thank God you're all in one piece.
Knuckles: Hey, where are Drago and those other jerks?
Sally: Sleet, Dingo, and Sleuth have been restrained. Drago however escaped.
Shadow: Figures... That coward always manages to pull a fast one...
Rouge: So now what?
Sonic: My group will continue onward, you guys meet up with the others.
Tails: You think that's such a good idea?
Knuckles: I say we stay together!
Sonic: No! They'll be expecting that! One group will meet with the others while we head for the source!
David: He's right, the less of us there are the better our chances of catching them off guard.
Knuckles: But...
Shadow: Don't argue! Just agree!
Knuckles: (frowns) Fine! (crosses arms)
Sonic: Come on, guys! We better get moving!
[Sonic and his group move on while the other mobians go meet up with the others]
Lupe: Okay. Everybody follow me! Hurry!
[Lupe leads them to the others who had managed to get away from the villains]
Diablo: Hey! What's up?
Huntress: You survived, thank goodness.
Boomer: Though some of you are missing.
Roger: He's right. Where is Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Sonia, Manic, Tanya, Zeke, Tekuno, Silver, Shadow, Blaze, and David?
Amy: They went after Jaakuna.
Duke: I see... So they're going straight for the source...
Mikhail: Mother Russia...
Ace: Shouldn't we go after them?
Hershey: No. We would just attract too much attention.
Tsunami: Not to mention they'll be expecting us to separate. And we can't take that risk.
Hunter: Then we'll have to make sure no one gets beyond this hallway.
Tsunami: Wakashimashta. (Understood)
Amy: They won't get past us!
Hunter: Okay, do we understand what we must do?
Everybody: YEAH!
Hunter: Then let's roll!
[And so, another battle has concluded. But while another group of villains has been defeated, Drago, who is now mutilated and deformed from the side effects of the fake emeralds, escapes with Enya back to Jaakuna's lair. Meanwhile, the heroes advance ever closer to the hideout for the final showdown with the Great Empress of Darkness. But what will become of Drago now? And how will the next battle transpire? There's only one way to find out. And that is to stay tuned for the next episode of "Sonic Rovers"]
