Thank you for the early support and reviews for this crossover story between Gundam 00 and Megas XLR which I appreciate it a lot. Thank you fnplra for the ideas and suggestions for this chapter. :D

Guest: Pretty much and yes, at least Louise and Saji won't be enemies to fight each other like their canon selves did in Gundam 00 Season 2. As for Jamie, I will think about it and see what I can do. No worries though, he and the original Coop/Harold Cooplowski are still friends as he's his best man during the wedding day with Brigitte Halevy and similar with Alternate Jamie from an another dimension, he had shed his cowardice and changed into a braver man albeit under different circumstances of course.

Chapter 3

At the Briefing Room of the Krung Thep

"I can't believe that it's you of all people who unlocked the giant mobile suit, Feldt Grace."

The pink haired young woman blushed in front of her surrogate aunt and commander of Celestial Being who is looking stern at her with arms folded as she and Louise were called in to the briefing room after the security cameras reveal that the girls were behind the surprise unlocking of M.E.G.A.S.'s biometric black box, now fully identified as the "Mechanized Earth Guard Attack System" and open to be fully accessed by Celestial Being.

On the other hand, members of the paramilitary organizations who heard the announcement calling for Feldt and Louise are having bets among themselves on who did the deed.

Raising her hand, Louise defended her friend. "It was my idea, Commander. I thought Feldt would be able to hack into it and bypass the security system so that it can be accessed when I suggested it to her. We didn't expect it would happen like that."

"Hahahahaha! That's my niece for you! Nothing gets past through her at all! Reminds me of the time I tried to hide all of the birthday presents from her and she easily found them in less than five minutes.", David laughed heartily.

"UNCLE!", the blonde girl shouted with a red look of embarrassment in front of others being amused at her.

Chall can only sigh as she simply brushed it off. "Ugh, it can't be helped. At least we won't have to spend time and resources in finding the pilot for Megas at Celestial Being or Earth. Talk about thanking your lucky stars."

Tieria nodded as he too heard of Megas' unlocking by the collective Haros' announcement and showed up at the briefing room to see the one responsible. "I agree, Commander. Although Feldt is our combat controller and temporary captain of the Ptolemaios 2 until we locate and retrieve Sumeragi."

Although Feldt was surprised that she is considered as a captain of the Ptolemy 2 albeit temporarily, she gave a small frown. "So I won't be piloting the Megas then."

"I am afraid so, Feldt. We are too short on crew members for the Ptolemy 2. And with everyone else preoccupied with their duties, it is difficult to find new members to recruit into Celestial Being. And that you aren't even trained properly trained how to pilot a Gundam and fight in it.", Ian stated with a look of concern after learning that Feldt shared the same DNA of the previous deceased pilot of Megas.

A descendant of Feldt from the future died bringing the gigantic mobile suit to the past for an unknown purpose when the attempted time travel had gone wrong, and the chief engineer can tell that Chall shares the same concern too as well.

Lasse recommended, "Well we have one here. Louise Halevy can pilot the Megas. I oversaw the results of her combat simulations during training and they're pretty good. Even though her fighting style is unorthodox but she did make it work somehow."

"Um, thanks." The niece of Coop blushed as she sheepishly scratched her head behind her back after receiving a compliment from the Reserve Meister in front of the others. Especially the Third Generation Gundam Meister who had piloted the Virtue and is an experienced pilot in his own right.

Interested to see those said results for himself, Tieria pondered, "How unorthodox exactly?"

Eco Calore comically responded as he is still being a sore loser about it, "She fights like a wrestler! A wrestler! It shouldn't be possible!"

Sherilyn and Hanayo can simply roll their eyes at their comrade being overdramatic, while David laughed his ass off, feeling proud that his niece actually implemented wrestling in mobile suit combat. Tieria raised his eyebrow about the concept of a Meister using close range melee with martial arts which does sound indeed unorthodox but interesting.

"That would mean I will have to transfer control of Megas to Louise.", the pink haired young woman noted out loud with a bit of her emotionless mask like she once had in the past, feeling inner turmoil.

Her reasonable side was telling her that they have a point. Ptolemy 2 needed her to coordinate with the crew and Meisters, once they're reassembled once more so that their operations will be managed without a hassle... But in her emotional side, she wanted to be close to her parents who were Second Generation Gundam Meisters like her adoptive aunt in the past by wanting to follow their example.

Concerned, Ian looked at Chall who nodded and put her hand on her adopted niece's shoulder. She explained with calm logic and a little white lie, "Feldt, there was a very small part of me that once wanted to go back piloting a Gundam one day if given the chance. But as commander of Celestial Being as a whole, I am in charge of all of its personnel, operations and facilities in the entire organization. I have to do my part to make sure everything here runs smoothly."

"What are you saying?", Feldt inquired.

"What I am saying that even Meisters on the frontline need support allies. Engineers who repair and maintain the Gundams and their weapons, intelligence agents gathering vital information; suppliers providing funds and resources; people who operate systems on the bridge have an important role to do their part and guide them; and captains lead the entire ship and oversee the mission. Without them, they wouldn't be effective as a result.", the glasses wearing older woman replied.

Everyone on the briefing room nodded in agreement with Commander Chall. However Feldt is reminded of the bad memories of Christina, Lichty, Dr. Moreno and Lockon dying at the hands of the United Nations Forces during Operation Fallen Angels. She had felt so helpless back then, sometimes wishing she could have done something about it. But her surrogate aunt had a point, everyone has their role to do their part and she will not shirk from it.

Especially when the time will come for the fateful reunion of the original Ptolemy crew to take down A-Laws and their oppressive genocidal ways.

"I see. I will keep that in mind.", she said with small voice of resignation and acceptance. "Very well, I will transfer Megas' control over to Louise."

Feeling bad after noticing her friend's tone, Louise tried to apologize. "I'm sorry Feldt."

"It's alright, Louise. It's not your fault. You've been training to be a Meister the whole time while I have been working as the combat controller on the Ptolemy's bridge long before you came here and joined us.", Feldt reassured her.

"I'm sure you'll find a chance to be a pilot one day. You won't know it till it hits you!", the blonde girl tells her even though she isn't sure if that will ever happen.

Hanayo approached Feldt and Louise where she held their hands before connecting herself with Orange Haro who remained at the terminal of Megas' new cockpit post-unlocking and requests him to alter the biometric system of Feldt's DNA to that of Louise's, which the adorable mechanical ball AI complied eagerly.

"It is done, Commander. The Mechanized Earth Guard Attack System mobile suit is now under Louise Halevy's control and she can now pilot it.", the Innovade with a body of small looking girl declared to Chall after letting go of Feldt and Louise's hands.

"Just call it Megas to make it simpler.", David chimed in with his fellow Celestial Being members nodding in agreement.

Deciding to cheer her up, Chall suggested. "Well since you've unlocked Megas, I suggest that you should be the first to choose which color to have it painted. Mileina and Sherilyn can help you out."

Sherilyn squealed with excitement as she grabbed her friend, "This is gonna be fun! Come on, Feldt! Let's go get Mileina and start up our painting campaign on Megas!"

"Oh okay.", Feldt complied as she gets dragged away from the briefing room and thought. What kind of colors would I like to have it painted on Megas? Perhaps yellow for the desert flower and blue for Setsuna...

"And what about me, Commander?", Louise asked after watching the two leave the briefing room.

Seeing that Chall giving him the green light with a nod, Tieria approached towards the aspiring Meister of Megas with a look that of a serious teacher who expects best performance in class from his promising student. "Come with me, Louise Halevy. Lasse and I will supervise the completion of your training. Starting at the combat simulation chamber. I would like to see your actions speak louder than words regarding your... unorthodox fighting style."

Louise gulped a little but steeled herself with a determined resolve and stood at attention. "Yes sir!"

"You can do it! You feel great! You can do this! Show him the power of wrestling, Louise!", David cheered up his niece as he watches her smile and also feel embarrassed from his encouragement before following the Third Generation Gundam Meister and Lasse.

Eco pondered, "So what will we tell everyone in Krung Thep, Commander?"

Chall answered, "Tell them that it was Louise Halevy who unlocked the Megas. And when they see her training under Tieria's tutelage to be a full fledged Meister, they will buy it."

After everyone agreed to that cover story, Ian used his pad to open up a holographic screen of M.E.G.A.S.'s entire mainframe slowly unraveling itself from within which displays several parts that stand out in their own right. "Now that's out of the way, we will talk serious business about our giant mobile suit from the future.", he stated before explaining more. "It appears that the metal alloys from Megas which we scanned it from is stated to be made out of Tritanium and Lunar Titanium."

David raised an eyebrow. "Tritanium? That one sounds like it came straight out from Star Trek to be honest. And Lunar Titanium? Considering that Megas is from the future, it makes sense that they have the reached a whole new level of technology where they can create such advanced metal alloys from the Moon or other lunar objects in space that surpasses the E-Carbon here."

Eco commented, "With those two types of metals from the future from Megas, it would be an unstoppable juggernaut in battle! Especially the Gundams if they have the same armor like Megas!"

"But not invincible, Eco. Remember our Gundams were thought that way too with our E-Carbon being much more advanced and reinforced version that is up to tens of times stronger than carbon nanotubes until the traitor Alejandro and the UN Forces' GN-Xs almost destroyed the Ptolemy crew. It was a very harsh wake up call for Celestial Being. For all of us.", Chall interjected.

Hanayo analyzed, "Not to mention, Megas appears to be a one of a kind mobile suit that no one can just mass produce it easily. While Lunar Titanium can be extracted from the Moon and other lunar objects as the sources, hence the name, for possible replication and limited production, the Tritanium comes from an unknown planet far away from the Solar System. I can guess that humanity must have reached out further into space and colonized worlds where they found new types of resources there."

Before she added, "Assuming that they've truly united as one to leave behind their petty differences for good and finally understand each other with the dialogues to come being successful in accordance to Aeolia Schenberg's plan of course."

Coop interjected, "Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that way. Megas is a war mech. It's not something the people from the future would build if they've truly left conflict behind. It's even literally called a Guard Attack System. They were at war."

That leaves a feeling of unease from his fellow Celestial Being members to think about the implications of the future where Megas came from.

"That's not all. It looks like Megas is actually powered by a double ultra-compact thermonuclear fusion reactor.", the father of Mileina revealed with a deep frown upon magnifying the holographic image of the said core.

"WHAT?!", Chall and the others shouted with surprise.

Coop also frowned as he noticed the electric rod connecting between the two nuclear-powered engines from the screen, "Not only that, it has some sort of Photonic Stabilizer regulating power so that Megas won't have a nuclear meltdown and destruction. If it gets broken or destroyed, it will definitely happen. Man, it must be a very bleak future if the guys who built Megas resorted to using nuclear power instead of GN Particles."

"Did something bad really happened to humanity in the future?", Eco wondered with a look of horror that the long-term plan of Aeolia Schenberg might have failed.

This reminds me too much of Plutone... Chall thought as she felt relieved that she made the right call to not let Feldt be the pilot even if her surrogate niece somehow had the training behind her back for all she knows. She agreed with a frown. "It would make sense why they'd send the Megas to the past but we still don't know the exact circumstances behind the construction of the gigantic mobile suit powered by nuclear energy. The same energy that was deemed banned and outdated when the solar elevators became a widespread use across Earth."

The chief engineer made a suggestion, "Indeed, we will have to carefully remove the fusion core from Megas and replace it with a GN Tau Drive we can use from the remains of the Alvatore or the GN-Xs instead. It is a far safer option for Louise in order for her to pilot it without the danger of a nuclear explosion of her mobile suit if the Photonic Stabilizer gets damaged or destroyed. We will make sure her cockpit will be protected from GN Tau Particle radiation."

"But the GN Tau Drive depends solely on electrical power to continuously generate the red or orange GN particles, whatever they are and it is not self-sufficient without recharging. For Megas, it would consume tons of energy just to power it up and won't be able to use any of the weapons system without draining itself way too quickly! Case in point, the Alvatore has 7 GN Tau Drives needed to sustain itself and power its weaponry!", the uncle of Louise protested.

Eco agreed, "That means we will have to install an electric generator for Megas' pseudo solar reactor... but obtaining one from the Federation would be difficult as they're closely under its jurisdiction. Katharon relied on the GN Particle outlines set up in the Middle East as their recharging stations which the Federation can't pull them out without making it look like they've lifted the embargo on countries that refused to join into their fold."

Hanayo stated with conflicted feelings regarding the late Fon Spaak after he finally succumbed to his injuries and poisonous GN particle affliction, "Even Wang Liu Mei managed to procure one only for her Trinity Mothership which she claimed as her personal space transport after those 3 jerks died at the hands of the UN Forces in Operation Fallen Angels."

"Then what are your ideas to solve the problem, David?", Chall wondered as she folded her arms.

Tapping into the hologram to have M.E.G.A.S. being outfitted with a GN Tau Drive that connects between the double fusion core reactor before it generates a lot of GN Particles. "I would like to suggest that we should connect the fake solar reactor to the Megas' nuclear core. It will make a far better power regulator than the Photonic Stabilizer.", David elaborated.

Hanayo widened her eyes with shock, "You mean to say that if the GN Tau Drive that has no Topological Defect Blanket is attached to Megas' double thermonuclear fusion reactor, it would be able to create its own unique brand of unlimited amount of GN Particles!"

"That sounds really crazy... but it might be able to work, Coop! The pseudo solar reactors used by the Federation and A-Laws don't have TD Blankets of their own but with your idea, it would be the closest thing to keep up with the five True GN Drives!", Ian remarked as he was one of a select few Celestial Being engineers know the technical aspects of the TD Blanket which were kept secret even from Veda.

Pleased to see that they have found an unorthodox solution to the problem, Chall ordered, "Very well then. You and David will be in charge of testing and experimenting on Megas' power source to see if the GN Tau Drive attached to its nuclear core will work or not. Consult help from Dr. Yuri Minovsky, our chief expert on studying the GN Particles and their effects if you have to."

"Along with turning the Megas into a Gundam-Type mobile suit befitting Celestial Being's secret weapon with whatever arsenal at our disposal that you see fit to add.", she added.

The father of Mileina rubbed his chin, "It might take us two years to modify Megas throughly along with completing our new generation of Gundams and coordinating with other resource satellites for this ambitious endeavor. But we will manage and multitask to get the job done as best as we can. We've restored and upgraded Dynames as a Repair-Type before and we can do the same with Megas."

"Rock on!", Coop declared as he and Ian make their signature fist bump with a gang sign.

Eco interrupted. "But shall we address the elephant in the room? And by elephant, I mean Megas! It's an 80 foot tall mobile suit, taller than the Gundams, and I don't think it will be able to fit inside the Ptolemy 2 for docking and launching."

The uncle of Louise brushed off as he tapped into the hologram to show Megas slowly transforming into a position totally almost similar with the Flag or Enact's fighter form, "No sweat. We will go for the fighter mode. Simple but practical. It will be more than enough for Megas to fit inside Ptolemaois and launch out of it when deployed."

"Great idea, Coop. I like it. Although, Megas might need some wing attachments in order to fly like fighter despite it is big enough to be classified as a mobile armor than a mobile suit. We will use the data from the Kyrios and Arios to make its transformation between fighter and robot modes will be smoother and quicker.", Ian remarked.

"Will Megas' fighter mode need a large gun emplacement as its forward section too? I remember that it is the main component for the Flag, Hellion and Enact in their fighter forms in aerial and space combat.", the former Fereshte member asked.

Watching the two older men, and Hanayo and Eco Calore trading ideas and suggestions with each other regarding on how to improve the M.E.G.A.S., Chall muttered with a fond smile and nostalgia. "Never a dull moment in Celestial Being."

Timeskip - Two years later - 2312

"This is Allelujah Haptism, reporting in. I am escorting transport ships to Krung Thep!"

Chall nodded in acknowledgement at the visual of the Super Soldier pilot calling her at the briefing room. "This is Chall Acustica, Commander of Celestial Being. Thank you for the assist, Arios. We will prepare accommodations for the remaining personnel of Lagrange 3 in Krung Thep once they arrive."

It upsets her to know that the A-Laws have assaulted Lagrange 3 after following the Ptolemy Crew and killed several members of Celestial Being when they bombarded the asteroid base with GN Missiles from their Baikal-class ships. This shouldn't be possible. For A-Laws to find Lagrange 3 within such a short amount of time, did they have good tracking skills or technology to trace Ptolemy 2's route ... Or did they have someone who is a spy and leaked the location to them?... , the former Second Generation Gundam Meister thought with a feeling of worry and unease.

That latter one seemed plausible but highly unlikely as the Commander of Celestial Being was very sure that she and her former fellow Fereshte members had gone through background checks on every new recruit who are introduced into the organization before she makes the final decision whether to accept or reject them. Either that or someone sold them out.

"You're welcome.", Allelujah responded before noting. "Commander? I didn't know we have one."

"Your confusion is understandable. Someone has to be in charge to gather what's left of Celestial Being, rebuild it into one cohesive organization instead of separate cells and make our Gundams stronger for 4 years after all.", the older woman with glasses stated.

The Meister of Arios said with a nod, "I see. Well, as soon as my escorting task is complete, I will head back immediately and aid my comrades against the A-Laws."

"Good, I will send you reinforcement to back you up and turn the tide especially when you will need all the firepower by your side to destroy the Memento Mori on your next mission.", Chall said which she muses at Allelujah's look of surprise.

"Reinforcement? You mean that you're sending out the GN Arms?", the Third Generation Gundam Meister wondered as he remembered them back when Celestial Being used the GN Arms to try even the odds against the UN Forces' GN-Xs but it wasn't enough, and assumed that they are deploying a new generation of it just like they did with the Gundams.

Chall let out a small smirk as she reassured, "Oh this one is way better and you will see what I mean when it gets deployed in action."

At the launching bay of Krung Thep

Dressed up in the female Celestial Being pilot suit that is colored yellow and fitting to her measurements, Louise Halevy is sitting on the cockpit of Megas with her Red Haro stationed on its terminal next to her as the giant mobile suit in fighter form. After completing her Meister training for two years, she is officially the Gundam Meister of Megas although she is ordered to stay back and be the reserve while she helped out in maintaining Megas in order to understand the inner workings of the CB-modified mobile suit.

While Feldt and her fellow members of Ptolemy 2 crew especially Tieria went ahead to begin their public debut to the world that Celestial Being is officially back while getting back Sumeragi and the other Gundam Meisters together again. So far, they were holding on their own and proved to be not pushovers unlike the last time 4 years ago.

But now Commander Chall is finally sending Louise out in her first combat deployment against the A-Laws and some of their new models of mobile suits that seemed more powerful and dangerous than the Aheads which gave the Ptolemy 2 and their Gundams serious trouble. And that their enemy had unleashed the Memento Mori, a satellite free-electron laser strafing superweapon device that was installed onto the lower orbital ring of the solar satellite system and responsible behind the destruction of the Kingdom of Suille and its entire civilian population.

"Are you ready Haro?", the blonde woman asked her cute companion, patting it in the head as she puts on her helmet and gripped on the controls of Megas.

Flapping its wings, Red Haro cheered. "Ready! Ready! Our first deployment! Our first deployment!"

GNMA-00012XLR Megas, the official name for the Custom Transformable Heavy Assault Mobile Armor of Celestial Being.

It is a Gundam-Type with a GN Tau Drive attached to the thermonuclear fusion reactor as its stabilizer with wing emitters serving as a back extension, which it was jokingly called the "GN Minovsky Drive" by Coop when working with Dr. Yuri Minovsky to ensure that the photonic stabilizer is safely removed and sealed away inside a vault while the fake solar reactor is installed in its place. Blue particles were emitted as a result which is a surprise for the senior members of Celestial Being working on it and they did their best to reduce its toxicity as minimum as possible like how the ESF and A-Laws scientists did for own GN Tau Drives that now emit orange particles than red in the past.

Megas has the colors of yellow (body), blue (legs) and red (arms) painted all over its mechanical form with flame designs. Its Gundam head is a heavily modified Astraea's head with its forehead looking like it had a blaster cannon, a sharp V-fin and a pair of GN Vulcans on both sides. It is said to contain enough maximum firepower that would give Ptolemy 2 a run for its money or put it to shame.

Currently, it is in its fighter mode akin to the Enact or Flag with wing attachments and a GN Large Beam Cannon serving as its front section so that Megas' height will be far more manageable as it is transferred to the catapult for launching from the Krung Thep.

"Megas has entered the catapult deck with C-Gear. Stabilized with linear field. Launch and sortie preparations complete.", Sherilyn Hyde declared through the communications channel with her friend, serving as the controller in Krung Thep. "Alright, you're good to go!"

"Thank you.", she gave a nod before closing her eyes and breathed in and out. This is it. My first deployment. Time to make those A-Laws bastards pay for everything they have done! They've gone full Death Star on countless innocent lives with the Memento Mori! Unforgivable!

Commander Chall appeared on her visual screen as she tells her, "Sayla Mass, after you wipe out the A-Laws attacking the Ptolemaois 2 and their Gundams, join up with them for the assault on the Memento Mori and destroy it with immense prejudice. Allelujah Haptism will catch up with you once the transports he's escorting reach Krung Thep. In the meantime, activate the beacon to signal Captain Sumeragi that you're heading your way straight in the middle of the battlefield."

That's right. Sayla Mass is my codename now after Commander gave it to me when I completed the Meister training. I can't use my real name while piloting Megas or else the A-Laws would somehow find out that I'm affiliated with Celestial Being and Uncle David would end up getting in big trouble on Earth. Better safe than sorry., the blonde woman thought as she opened her eyes.

Activating the transponder beacon as instructed and made her first step forward to space with the hanger bay open, the female Meister called out, "Roger that, Commander! Megas, Sayla Mass, launching!"

Activating her giant Gundam's GN Tau Drive connected with the fusion core, a large mass of blue particles are produced from Megas' wing emitters and feet thrusters before it launched out of Krung Thep at full power. The sheer speed of Megas in its fighter form with a fake solar reactor being powered by nuclear energy that produced the said blue particles is astounding as it zoomed right past Arios, surprising Allelujah.

"What the hell is that?! It looked like a Flag version of a Gundam and it's gigantic!", the Super Soldier pilot wondered aloud which his alter-ego agreeing with him, opening up a channel for answers from the transport ships of the Lagrange 3 base's survivors.

Linda Vashti, who recognized the giant mobile suit in fighter form, since she is one of the people who helped out her husband and his friend modify and upgrade it, fly at full speed towards the Lagrange 3, smiled and explained. "That's Megas. Gundam Megas. Celestial Being's secret weapon and now it is unleashed to turn the tides."

"Please hold on, everyone! I'm on my way!", Sayla Mass declared as she narrowed her eyes at the raging battlefield that is filled with several exchanges of pink and orange beam fire, missiles and explosions, and accelerated Megas' speed enhanced by blue GN Particles towards Lagrange 3 while Red Haro help guide her through the asteroids or just blast through them.

"Hold the Line! Hold the Line!", Red Haro chanted happily.

On the far side of the Lagrange Point 3, however, a large blue portal is opening with certain figures are emerging from it...

Author's Note: Okay, the third chapter of "Megas 00" is done and I hope you like it guys. Feldt is revealed to be matched with Kiva's DNA and unlocked Megas' biometric system but had to pass over control to Louise as she is Ptolemy's combat controller and temporary captain (before Sumeragi return to regain her place) after all. While Louise becomes the Gundam Meister of Megas after completing her training and Megas has been fully modified by Celestial Being with a GN Tau Drive.

Feldt's father Ruido Resonance is a redhead and since I checked that there isn't much background about him prior to joining Celestial Being in canon, he is the descendant of Ally, the redhead woman Gorrath attempted to assassinate for being Kiva's ancestor but was thwarted in the show. As there's no Megas sent to the 21st century here, Ally lived normally and life goes on.

As for the timeskip, it takes place when Celestial Being's Lagrange 3 is under attack by the A-Laws forces under Colonel Kati Manniquin, and Commander Chall ordered Louise Halevy to sortie out on CB-modified Megas for deployment and aid the Ptolemy crew and their Gundams. And as for Louise's codename "Sayla Mass", it is a shout out to the main heroine from the original Mobile Suit Gundam anime.

The Tritanium came from the Glorft themselves while the Lunar Titanium on the EC-modified Megas is a shout-out to OG Mobile Suit Gundam show. Since Megas XLR didn't reveal what kind of metal Megas had possessed to be so strong and durable from almost everything the enemies had thrown at the OG Coop during their fights, it's safe to assume that Megas has Tritanium when it was created by the Glorft as its Avatar prototype while Kiva used the Lunar Titanium as part of her extensive modifications on it at the Moon Base after capturing it for the Earth Coalition.
