On the morning of September first, Harry and Susan wake up to head over to Kings Cross Station to head to Hogwarts. As they get to the compartment where Neville and Hannah are waiting inside, they notice remus waiting for them.

Professor? were you wanting to talk? Harry asked.

Meanwhile at the Ministry.

Amelia Bones marched right up to cornelius's office and slugged him in the nose causing it to bleed.
