Chapter 8: Tournament of Divinity

5 days later, Legoshi and Gouhin travel to the null realm to participate in the Tournament of Divinity for the enjoyment of Grand Zeno. The null realm is an infinite void of nothingness that looks like it is contains an infinite amount of swirling black clouds. The only things in this void are a small palace like structure for the omni king,13 platforms for the angels and destroyers of the 13 universes, and a small artificial star to light the massive arena. The arena was a circular platform made of dark colors surrounding a smaller ring of bright colors. Each platform had a single plain couch for waiting participants or exiting participants to sit on. Legoshi and Gouhin flew to the last empty platform.
The grand priest was floating just outside the palace platform as he saw that the final participants have arrived.
"Good! All participants are accounted for. If you are ready Grand Zeno, I shall start the tournament." He announced as he looked to the omni king for approval.
"Ayi! Start!" Zeno shouted in anticipation.
"Very good my king. First off, can all destroyers report to the center of the arena." Shouted to the platforms.
Legoshi flew to the center of the arena and was surprised to see Beerus here since he has a bad reputation of sleeping through these requests.
"Maybe he just does not want to get Zeno mad again." Legoshi thought to himself as he saw the others form a circle on the outer parts of the massive arena.
"The rules of this tournament are simple. There is absolutely no killing of each other, though that could go without saying, if you are knocked unconscious, give up, or forced below the arena then you are considered defeat and will be removed from the ring. The last one standing will be declared the victor. Are the destroyers ready?" The Grand Priest announced.
Some shouted yes, others ignited their auras, while the rest simply nodded their heads… including Legoshi.
"Then do your best to put on a brilliant show for the omni king! You may begin!"
Legoshi immediately entered Ultra instinct and mixed it with his destroyer's aura as he charged Champa first.
The angels in the stands raised their eyebrows in increasing interest and surprise as they staired at the second ever destroyer to have mastered ultra-instinct.
Ka Ka Kachi Daze from Dragon Ball Super plays:
"What The…." Champa managed to blurt out before getting gut punched so hard that he threw up his lunch of eggs and seafood all over the arena floor behind Legoshi. Legoshi followed this up with a knee to his chin as Champa tried to regain composure and defend himself. Legoshi grabbed his foot before he could fly upwards from the knee strike and ran incredibly fast, even for a god, to the edge of the arena and threw him downwards hard enough to ring him out.
Legoshi slid to the left, dodging a ki blast from behind by a destroyer who looked aquatic in nature, with fins on the side of his head. Legoshi backflips, dodging a strike from a pink elephant destroyer as he kicked upwards, sending a pressure beam of kinetic energy so fast that the aquatic destroyer, Giin, could not dodge it in time, even though he was thousands of feet away, and get his right arm bent backwards and dislocated. Legoshi then vanished and reappeared behind Giin. Before Giin could turn around, Legoshi grabbed his other arm, dislocated it with a single kick to his shoulder, and began spinning him around in the air before throwing him into the arena hard enough to crack a third of the arena. Legoshi charged at Giin again and repeatedly punched him in the face until he was knocked out seconds later.
Three destroyers charged Legoshi before he got out of the meter deep crater. The clown destroyer Belmond, the only woman destroyer Heles, and the mouse like destroyer Quitela all struck at Legoshi at the same time. Legoshi blocked Belmond and Heles with his hands while blocking Quitela's strike with his tail. Legoshi grabbed Quitela's left arm with his tail before bending the hands of Belmond and Heles back to much that they started to yell in pain.
Legoshi let go of their hands after a few seconds of yelling and as they tried to shake off the pain, Legoshi chopped both in the neck, temporarily paralyzing them. Quitela found it quite difficult to break the grip of Legoshi's tail as Legoshi used a telekinetic blast from both his hands and blasted the two paralyzed destroyers off the arena, ringing them out.
Rumsshi, the pink elephant, charges Legoshi again and was met instead with Quitela held in front of him as he punches him square in the face. Legoshi let him go and backwards kicked him in the back into Rumsshi hard enough to send them hurtling into the artificial.
Legoshi saw them recovering from their flight into the star and were about to charge again so he decided to see if his new power and understanding would work.
"Hakai their stamina." He thought as he looked at them.
The two destroyers suddenly began to fall as if an angel had chopped them in the back of the neck and were slowly losing consciousness as they fell below the arena.
Liquiir, a multi tailed fox destroyer, charged Legoshi with a ki infused kick towards his face while Sidra, a green skinned dwarf like destroyer, charged with a ball of ki in between his hands and planned to get up close and blow Legoshi off the arena.
Legoshi blocked the kick with his tail and crushed Sidra's ball of ki with the palm of his right hand, pressing it into his chest as he pushed him away.

Beerus was in his semi mastered ultra-instinct battling the other three remaining destroyers and was wearing them out due to his greater understanding of the state than every other destroyer except Legoshi.
The other destroyers questioned Beerus why he was not ganging up on Legoshi like the others since he was the biggest threat, to which Beerus simply responded:
"Because I want him all to myself." He smiled as he lands a tail strike on Mule, the big, robot-like destroyer.
Legoshi quickly grabbed the ankle of Liquiir and the left arm of Sidra and began to spin them violent around like a flying top. They tried in vain to escape his grasp as Legoshi suddenly flung his arms up and together, slamming Liquiir and Sidra into each other that a pressure wave almost pushed the other destroyers off the arena. Liquiir and Sidra had impacted their heads hard enough to make them concussed and dizzy as Legoshi spun them again and flung them both at Iwan, who was to busy fighting Beerus to notice two concussed destroyers flying at him at high speeds.
The impact knocked all three destroyers out of the arena and below it, ringing them out.
The remaining destroyers turned towards Legoshi after three more destroyers were defeated.
"Ok.. 9 out, 3 to go" Legoshi thought to himself.
The angels were passively clapping to the action, though most of them were quietly amazed that apparently Gouhin has done it again and trained another masterpiece of a destroyer, which made them feel jealousy, respect, and a little distain for him.
Zeno was oooing and awing at the fight as his attention was brought to focus on Legoshi as he was the most entertaining and starting to become the clear victor. The grand priest was simple quietly observing and commenting whenever the Omni king commented.
Both Mule and Arak charged at Legoshi with ki balls in their hands powerful enough to destroy the void in each hand as they hoped to overpower Legoshi and force him off the stage.
"Hope they don't hold this against me." Legoshi thought to himself.
Legoshi summoned 8 tiny balls of white ki behind the limbs of Arak and four towards the inside of the robot while still being thousands of feet away without moving his hands or any other indication that he was doing something. He shot these small ki balls through the limbs of the two destroyers. They both grunted in pain as they feel to the floor because their arms and legs had their pressure points shot at and shut off, thus paralyzing them. Legoshi grabbed both by the face as they were falling and flung them into the ground and with their limbs paralyzed, they could not defend themselves from Legoshi knocking them out with several punches to the head. Legoshi opened the robot and punched the paralyzed imp in the face until he was knocked out before closing the hatch on the robot's stomach back up.
"You've gotten quite ruthless since last time we spared Legoshi… and a lot more powerful. Let's see just how good you have become!" Beerus challenged and shouted.
Beerus mixed his semi ultra-instinct state with his destroyer's form as he did not hold anything back for this clash.
"It's a rare opportunity for two destroyers to go all out. Now show me Legoshi! Show me the kind of God you have become!" He shouted with a manic smile.
"I guess he wants a test of power… I guess I'll answer it." Legoshi thought as he also entered his destroyer's form, with symbols appearing on his chest, along with his mastered ultra-instinct.
Beerus roared and charge at Legoshi at full speed. Legoshi did the same. When they clashed together, an explosion of Hakai expanded outwards and engulfed the infinite void and completely destroyed it.
Once the clashing powers of hakai faded. The "sky" above and below the arena looked like a white void with colorful bubbles of differing sizes scattered filling the occasional empty space.
The angels, grand priest, and Zeno saw that Beerus has sliced into Legoshi's throat a good inch while Legoshi had two of his fingers an inch into Beerus' skull.
"I guess we both wanted to feel that?" Legoshi guessed aloud with blood dripping slowly from his mouth and faster from his throat.
"You certainly are a God to be respected, even by your elders Legoshi. You truly have grown into your station. I guess I have a reason now to improve myself and actually be more active. I'm gonna miss my naps though….." Beerus said as he closed his left eye that had started turning res from blood.
Beerus trailed off and then fell to the floor unconscious.
"Hmmm… Let's see if I recall how she did this." Legoshi thought to himself after spiting out some blood to the right side and looking at his hands.
Legoshi grabbed his bleeding neck with his left hand and channeled his power in the same way that The Mother had used to regenerate her limbs. It only took a second for Legoshi's deep cut into his throat to be completely healed as he let go of his own neck. Legoshi was about to heal Beerus but saw that he was teleported to the universe 7 stand and was already being healed by Whis.
"And the winner is Legoshi! Destroyer of universe 13!" The grand priest announced.
Zeno was clapping and cheering for that explosive finale. The angels were clapping with hardly any emotions as they typically do, except for Gouhin who was happy and a little smug.
"May I now have the angels report to the center of the ring" The grand priest said as he waved his hand and with his angelic powers restored the entire void to what it was before.
All 13 angels stood around the center ring of the arena like the destroyers before them and awaited the grand priest.
"Are you all ready?" The grand priest asked.
All the angels simply nodded and took their fighting positions. All the angels equipped their staves except for Gouhin, who ops to use just his hands and feet.
This round was not as one sided as the destroyers' match as all the angels were on equal skill level. Whis fought his sister Vados to see which is the better fighter since the last thousand years. Gouhin charged at Mohito and dive kicked him in the face.
Mohito blocked the kick with his staff held in front of himself. Gouhin, still in the air, kicked the top of the staff to Mohito's left side and grabbed the top of the staff and traveled with it. Mohito instinctively dropped his staff when he saw Gouhin preparing a double kick in the back. Gouhin took the staff with his left hand and tried to strike Mohito in the face. Mohito dodged the strike by trying to fly upwards but was stopped when Gouhin grabbed his right foot with his right hand.
Gouhin swung Mohito forward towards a copy of himself that he instantly made in front of the swing and that copy was preparing to deliver an uppercut. Mohito tried to move his head to the right but found that the force of the swing was preventing him from moving his head as he then took a momentum aided uppercut to his bottom jaw. The force of the punch sent Mohito back upwards and Gouhin added his strength of the swing to swing him backwards where another copy was waiting to deliver a rising knee to Mohito's forehead.
Mohito was once again unable to move his head out of the way as he took a momentum aided knee to the skull. Mohito's mouth and forehead were bleeding with multiple streams of blood flowing down and off his face as Gouhin used the force of the knee to bring Mohito back up and slam him face first into the arena with force of his full body and arm movement as he grabbed the same foot with his left hand as well.
Gouhin quickly got up and swung Mohito away and sent him flying sideways towards the angels Cukatail and Cognac, who were emersed in the pushing battle with their staves between each other. Gouhin quickly followed Mohito and pushed him forwards, making him fly even faster and unable to stop his momentum and he slammed into the two angels faster than they could coordinate a dodge or break off each other to avoid the angel assisted momentum of Mohito flying and crashing right into them. This force pushed all three of them off the edge and before they could break away, Gouhin fired 10 ki rings to bind the angels long enough for him to smash the back of Mohito with a sledgehammer strike with his hands balled up together. The strike sent all three angels hurtling towards and passing the bottom of the arena, thus ringing them out.
The angels Sour and Korn tried to take advantage of Gouhin being at the edge of the arena and knock him off and down in a two-person combo. Sour charged first with a push attack with his staff held at a diagonal angle while Korn was holding his staff like a Warhammer and was ready to slam him down below the arena.
Gouhin smiled to himself as he backflipped over the two angels. Korn swung his staff to knock Gouhin back forwards while Sour spun his staff to hit Gouhin in the left side. As they contacted Gouhin, they each felt a fist in their backs that pushed them forward, off the arena. They tried to flip around and stop their momentum but saw that two Gouhins vanished and instantly reappeared over their heads and sledgehammer striked their heads one at a time as they were propelled downwards. Before they could use their own power to stop themselves. They were hit with a telekinetic blast that pushed them further with Gouhin instantly vanishing and appearing above them for another sledgehammer strike that knocked them below the ring and ringing them out.
Gouhin flew back up and on the inner parts of the arena.
Gouhin mockingly stretched a bit.
"You may have reach with your staves, but you lack flexibility in both body and combat abilities." Gouhin said aloud.
Gouhin looked around and saw that Martinu and Awamo were both flying at him at full speed from opposite sides with Martinu holding her staff above her while Awamo held his staff below him as a familiar rainbow aura surrounded them. They tried to stop themselves when they were a few feet away and sensed that Gouhin was no longer between them but was behind them both. A Gouhin had instantly appeared behind Awamo and carried him forward towards Martinu, who also had a Gouhin forcing her forward towards Awamo. The moment before their forced impact, both copies of Gouhin vanished and Gouhin instantly reappeared a few hundred feet away.
Both angels were unable to stop themselves as they slammed into each other in a massive rainbow-colored shockwave. The impact with each other was enough to make them feel a tiny bit concussed and dizzy as two Gouhin's reappeared behind them and grabbed them and flew with them off the edge in a spinning motion to keep them dizzy. Using the spinning motion, Gouhin threw the two angels down one at a time. They were unable to recover as they fell below the ring and were ringed out. The two Gouhins instantly vanished and one Gouhin instantly appeared a few hundred feet above the ring before instantly vanishing and reappearing on the outer parts of the arena.
Gouhin saw that the remaining 5 other angels were in a brawl with each other: Whis vs Vados and Kusu vs Marcarita with Camparri nowhere to be seen.
"I guess I'll just wait and see" Gouhin thought to himself as he waited to see if anyone went after him.
"Wait… someone is missing… where is…?" Gouhin thought to himself
Suddenly an arm reached out of the ground and grabbed Gouhin's left leg and dragged him into the ring before Camparri jumped out of the floor and above Gouhin, who is now shoulder deep into the arena. Gouhin simply smiled in approval as Camparri was about to land hundreds to thousands of punches in mere moments at a time, but when the first punch landed, Gouhin's face sunk in from the first punch like a ballon. Gouhin turned completely glowing white and explode with such force that half the arena was blown apart and Camparri was sent flying upwards.
Before Camparri could readjust and stop his momentum, Gouhin was already above him, grabbed him, pointed him downward and exploded again, sending him flying downwards, but was almost instantly struck with a sledgehammer strike to the back of his head by Gouhin, who was perfectly fine despite appearing to have blown himself completely up twice.
With all the added force and being partially blinded by the bright lights of two explosions directly in his face, Camparri was unable to stop himself from falling below the arena and ringing out.
During this time, Kusu and Marcarita had managed to ring each other out while Vados and Whis were neck and neck with the amount of damage they have dealt each other, showing that Whis had caught up with his older sister.
Gouhin flew to the center of the remaining half of the arena and wait for Vados and Whis to finish their brawl or change their targets since he didn't mind these two angels and didn't want to interrupt their rivalry. Gouhin sat down, cross legged, and waited with his right palm underneath his chin.
Both Vados and Whis looked towards Gouhin when they saw him sitting down.
"Don't mind me, just figure out which of you is the better martial artist." Gouhin shouted while waving.
"Shall we put our fight on hold brother?" Vados asked while facing Whis again.
"That seems a bit unfair for two angels against one, don't you think?" Whis answered.
"He will just wait for the winner or draw of our fight to weaken us and pick us off at the end… besides almost every other angel has done the same."
"And failed. Besides we aren't really interested in who the overall winner is, just between us…right?"
"*Sighs* right. Shall we continue?"
"Certainly!"
The fight between Vados and Whis went on for several minutes with no winner in sight. Gouhin looked over to Zeno to see how he was doing and saw a slight anxious look on his face, indicating he wanted something else to happen to change this stalemate up.
Gouhin took a deep breath before slowly getting up and look up towards Whis and Vados.
"Sorry but it looks like Grand Zeno wants this stalemate to end… it looks like you are going to have to find out who is better some other time." Gouhin shouted before instantly vanishing.
Whis and Vados looked to where Gouhin vanished from in slight confusion and saw that Zeno indeed looked like what Gouhin depicted. They quickly sensed Gouhin above them and were slightly shocked by the appearance of thousands to tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands of Gouhin's above them with all their right hands facing them with palms open.
Whis and Vados summoned a ki barrier around them as all the Gouhins fired an inconceivably heavy shower of white ki blasts at them simultaneously, which made it impossible for them to dodge as they would dodge one but would have been instantly hit by another.
If this was a fight to the death then this would not be a problem for them, but since they could lose due to ring out, they were at a severe disadvantage.
"Together!" Vados yelled at her brother as she raised her hands upwards
Whis followed suit as they sent a massive green ki wave at the massive army of Gouhins as they planned to destroy their numbers and even the playing field. The ki wave vaporized any of the small ki blasts they came into contact with as they made their way upwards. Before the ki wave made contact with the army, all the Gouhins instantly vanished and Gouhin reappeared a foot above them with his copies reappearing a moment after him as they all fired their ki blasts from point blank range at the two angels, creating a blanket of Ki energy that was far too massive to dodge given the distance from them and speed of the blasts. All Whiz and Vados could do was resummon their barrier and block the blasts. Each blast exploded against their barrier and pushed them down bit by bit until they were forced under the now virtually non-existent arena and were ringed out.
Zeno was gawking, aweing, and clapping vigorously and excitedly like a child watching a magic show.
"And the winner is Gouhin, the Angel of universe 13!" The Grand Priest announced.
Legoshi clapped loudly for his master as he was feeling impressed by his master's overwhelming mastery of creating copies of himself, though he also saw what the other angels did not, that Gouhin was using his instantaneous creation of copies to instantly switch places with them as a unique and combat effective variation/spin on the instantaneous movement technique of the supreme kais.
"Do you need a while Gouhin? That looked like an exhausting technique there" the grand priest asked.
"I'm good thank you… I should be of equivalent shape as my student so I'm good to go." Gouhin decline.
"As you wish then." The grand priest responded as he waved his hand and recreated the arena in mere moments.
"Legoshi. Enter the center of the arena if you would please." The grand priest announced.
Legoshi got off the couch and floated over to the arena, facing his master just a couple feet away.
"This fight seems so appropriate as I had interrupted your spar from before, but now you get to spar in front of all your colleagues and the Omni King himself. A fight between attendant and their lord. This should be an interesting." The grand priest said to the two of them.
"Are both combatants ready?!"
"Yes!" they both shouted back in excitement.
"You may begin!"
Both of their auras flayed to life as they launched themselves at each other. Gouhin decided to first test to see how far in mastering ultra-instinct Legoshi has gotten, so he focused on pure martial arts.
Gouhin punched towards Legoshi's face. Legoshi caught the punch and with his other hand, caught the kick from behind that Gouhin performed by instantly switching places with a copy that was instantly made behind him.
"You will regret summoning those master." Legoshi thought to himself.
Since every copy of Gouhin was just a vessel of energy and not actually him, Legoshi can use the draining technique he learned from the lesser deities and slowly erase the difference of power between the two of them.
Gouhin performed the strategy several times before hitting Legoshi hard enough to push him back and keep doing it by instantly creating and switching placing with a copy in front of Legoshi with a punch of the same force just about to impact.
"He is certainly making this a challenge." Legoshi thought to himself.
As Legoshi was about to be pushed off the edge of the ring, Legoshi copied Gouhin and instantly vanished and reappeared with a kick aimed at Gouhin's back. Gouhin held his other hand open behind him and blasted a massive white ki beam point blank at Legoshi. To Gouhin's great surprise, Legoshi did not dodge this, and his blast instantly vanished as Legoshi landed a kick into Gouhin's back with greater force than he had anticipated as he was sent flying out of the arena.
Legoshi instantly vanished and reappeared above Gouhin and was about to land a sledgehammer strike of his own on his head, but Gouhin instantly vanish himself and reappeared in the arena.
"I see you also mastered that ability too! That's great! You'll probably give me a harder time than them!" He shouted in approval while pointing a thumb at some of the other angels.
"I learned from the best!" Legoshi complimented back.
As the fight went on, Gouhin noticed that he was getting more and more exhausted while Legoshi seemed to get stronger and stronger even though he should have also been feeling tired as well at this point. It was back and forth like this for a couple of minutes before Gouhin believed that he had to go for broke against Legoshi since he was going to eventually lose if they kept going like this.
Gouhin instantly vanished from a white ki beam and instantly reappeared in all directions around Legoshi as to prevent any visual contact with anything else other than Gouhin.
"Don't think I didn't notice that my ki blasts weren't working on you and you seem to get stronger. I must admit that you are forcing me to go all out. Let's put on a final performance Legoshi and let me see how far you've come!" Gouhin shouted while aiming all the right hands of his copies at Legoshi.
Legoshi's only response was to smile widely as he prepared for the incoming barrage.
Gouhin had all his copies shoot out a massive telekinetic wave at Legoshi. Legoshi took in a deep breath as he closed his eyes as he began to rapidly absorb the copies of Gouhin into himself.
"Hakai the telekinetic waves" Legoshi thought to himself.
The ripple of the telekinetic wave instantly fizzled into nothing as all the copies of Gouhin quickly began to evaporate into nothing as Legoshi instantly vanished and reappeared in a grappling position behind Gouhin with his arms rapped around Gouhin's arms with his hands interlocked behind Gouhin's head. Legoshi then pushed himself and Gouhin downwards. Gouhin was unable to break free as Legoshi was currently stronger than him as he was soon ringed out.
Gouhin vanished from Legoshi's arms as he is teleported into the universe 13 platform.
Most if not all the angels believed that Gouhin was going easy on his lord, even though from a teaching perspective, that does not make sense. Whis, who had been around Gouhin longer than the other angels, thought that was not the case… that there was something about Legoshi that they were not seeing, though he and the others were a bit taken aback when they felt that Legoshi, at the end of the match, had surpassed them in raw power.
"And the winner is Legoshi, the destroyer from Universe 13!" the grand priest announced.
Zeno was just as amazed that it is a destroyer that made it this far in the tournament as he was by the fight he just saw since he did not see this outcome coming to pass.
"Do you need a rest Legoshi?" the grand priest asked.
"No sir… I'm ready." Legoshi answered.
In truth, Legoshi was sweating a little bit as this was the biggest test of his abilities he was about to undergo as the grand priest is considered the greatest martial artist and user of ultra-instinct in the multiverse by far and is considered to be the third most powerful being in the multiverse, only behind Zalama the dragon god, who created the wish orbs, and Grand Zeno himself.
"Very well then." He said as he waved his hand and repaired the arena again.
The grand priest gently floated down to the center of the arena with his hands still behind his back. Legoshi floated back up to the arena and in front of the grand priest a few feet away.
"To tell you the truth Legoshi… I was expecting to fight one of my children again until Gouhin showed how skilled he was. I then expected to be fighting him, but here you are… how curious and interesting don't you think?" he said with a smile.
"I guess it is sir." Legoshi answered politely while dryly swallowing.
"You may begin whenever you are ready" He calmly announced while putting his hands to his sides.
Legoshi closed his eyes for a few moments as he prepared himself. He recalled how The Mother and the mind walkers separated their minds and souls from their bodies and decided to recreate that ability as he separated his mind and soul from his body and surrounded the grand priest in three different forms of himself that the priest could only sense two of.
with all possible distractions removed from his body, his body launched itself and a dozen copies of itself at the grand priest. His soul launched itself at the priests ki reserves directly as it was not a part of the physical world. His mind followed closely behind his soul as he waited to use his new reach with hakai to give him an advantage when he needed it.
The grand priest blocked the strikes from all the Legoshis with just a finger from both his hands. His ki blocked Legoshi's soul's attacks. His soul tried to get the grand priest to instinctively use his ki and launch it outside his body so that Legoshi could absorb it.
The grand priest chopped each Legoshi in the gut before they could react eventually sending the one Legoshi tumbling to the edge of the ring. Legoshi quickly healed himself as he spat out blood before vanishing again with hundreds of copies to attack the grand priest. Each Legoshi summoned a turret of Hakai that launch balls of dark purple energy with some firing directly at the grand priest while others shot where he could go.
The grand priest swung his left arm in a slicing motion to the diagonal left of himself, which instantly created a lime green line through all the hakai orbs and the blasts that they shot out and destroyed them all in a mere moment. The grand priest then held out his right hand and summoned a lime green orb of energy and quickly expanded it outwards like an explosion that knocked away and destroyed all the hundreds of copies of Legoshi at once.
Legoshi tried this technique multiple times in a multitude of different tactics while his soul kept trying to make weaknesses in the priests ki reserves while his mind was watching.
As the moments passed with each failed attempt to strike at the grand priest, Legoshi was becoming exponentially more and more powerful.
The grand priest eventually decided to go on the offensive and punched Legoshi in the face, neck, shoulders, and legs that looked like it was simultaneous and instant to even the other angels as the grand priest paralyzed Legoshi's body and sent him to the edge of the ring, lying face first on the ground unmoving.
"Are you ready to give up Legoshi?" The grand priest asked.
The priest was about to call it, but he suddenly felt Legoshi's power spike tremendously as he slowly got back up three seconds later.

"Not yet!" Legoshi's body, without the input of his mind or soul, instinctively growled at the grand priest.
Legoshi charged at the grand priest with such power that he was pushed back a few feet when he blocked it. The priest countered but found that he was blocked and was grabbed. The priest instinctively struck Legoshi's right hand so hard that he chopped it off but received a punch in the gut as he did this and losing his hand didn't seem to faze Legoshi at all.
Legoshi's arm instantly regenerated as he pressed the assault against the grand priest. Each time that the priest attacked and drew blood on Legoshi, like cutting into or severing a limb, or fracturing his skull, Legoshi would instantly regenerate from it and counter more aggressively and more precisely. Legoshi power, speed, and accuracy grew more and more as the fight continued by the moment until the grand priest felt like he was fighting himself as for every attack he landed on Legoshi, he received one in return.
Each time their arms and legs connected with each other or their bodies, reality in the void itself seemed to shatter like glass and leave behind a new reality in its place as both the grand priest and Legoshi were giving it their all. The angels and destroyers were now all standing up from their seats in dumb struck bewilderment of what it is they are sensing and witnessing with their mouths slightly agar.
Reality shattered so many times with each moment that it looked like the entire void was traveling through hundreds of dimensions with each moment passed.
Legoshi was drenched in his own blood on the top of his head and down his arms but showed no signs of stopping or weakening. The grand priest was being pushed back as his attacks slowed since nothing that he did seem to stop or slow down Legoshi's relentless aggression.
The grand priest could hear him loudly growling as he continued to get pressed out of the offensive and eventually forced onto the defense
"Hakai the grand priest's stamina." Legoshi thought.
The grand priest's movements instantly slowed to a quarter of what they once were as he suddenly started to take a barrage of punches and kicks to his face, chest, and legs.
"what….he's…..winning?!" all the destroyers and angels, except Gouhin who just remained silent in awe, thought to themselves.
At 1:25 of the song
The grand priest formed a powerful, lime green, ki barrier around himself as he tried to catch his "breath" and regain his composure from his sudden fatigue. Legoshi slammed the barrier again and again and while it cracked and bend in some areas, it seemed like it was not going to break for hours.
"Hakai the grand priest's barrier." Legoshi thought.
The priest's barrier instantly dissolved into nothing as he was kicked violent upwards into the "air"
Even with his stamina destroyed, he kept up a defense and blocked many of Legoshi's increasing volume of strikes that were now starting to draw blood from the priest.
At 2:03 of the song
It only took a few more seconds for the priest's guard to be fully broken as Legoshi's attacks increased even more. The reality around them seemed to fill up with so many Legoshi that the entire background of the void became grey, cream, and tiny bits of red in color
At 2:23 of the song
Suddenly, all of that color vanished in an instantly and was replaced by a purple explosion, that over took and destroyed a lime green barrier that tried to block it, when Legoshi let out a bestial roar as he landed a punch to the grand priest's face so hard that it crack his skull and knocked out some of his teeth on impact.
The explosion was so massive and violent that it threatened to consume all the occupants of the void, escape the void, and most likely destroy the multiverse.
The omni king himself had to intervene and destroy the energy of the explosion using his power. The angels were able to shield themselves and their destroyers, but just barely as they would have been overwhelmed if it had not been for the omni king's intervention.

The explosion instantly vanished as the void and the arena were once again completely destroyed like they were when Beerus and Legoshi clashed. What they saw remaining in front of them gave everyone but the omni king himself, who was overjoyed by the display and cheering loudly and clapping his hands, pause as what they were seeing in front of them was like a human seeing a unicorn.

The grand priest: third most powerful being in all of creation, greatest martial artist in the multiverse, was floating unconscious in a sea of nothing with his skull fractured, nose, mouth, and arms bleeding profusely as Legoshi "stood" hunched off, heavily breathing like a savage animal with blood from his head, mouth, and arms pooling down his body, a mixture of his own and the grand priest's
Legoshi's breathing slowly began to return to a normal, non-threatening, tone as he slowly began to shake from exhaustion.
Seeing their father in such a bad shape, all the angels, except Gouhin, used their angelic powers and recreated the void and arena in seconds before flying over to their father and using their powers to heal him.
Legoshi's legs shock and soon fell forwards. He caught himself with his arms before he hit the floor, but soon his arms shock and then could no longer hold him up as he fully collapsed to the ground, breathing heavily. He was slowly losing consciousness when he was approached by Gouhin, who held his back and head up with one arm.
Legoshi exhaustedly looked up at Gouhin
"Are you proud of me? I beat The Grand Priest…. I won…" He managed to mutter out before passing out.
"You idiot! *laughs softly* I've always been proud of you… but I am sorry that I don't have the heart or will to tell a student of mine again that to their face." He said softly to Legoshi when he knew he was out cold.
