Kagome wanted a baby and he would bend for reasons. Their past blends and Sesshomaru has a plan for the future one that Kagome has no idea about. He still loves her, his wife a mere complication to his grand plan.

"I said you are acting like Inuyasha; he did the same thing."

Sesshomaru turned on his heel and did not wait for her. When she went back, she handed the stuff to Sango. "Here ya go."

"Thank you,"

"K, what's wrong with the ice prince."

"I would not press his buttons, Inuyasha."

"Ha, what did you do to piss him off?"

"Told him he was acting like you."

His ears went flat; that night, they both gave her the cold shoulder.
