The next morning...

Katsuki was woken up, again, by Mistuki. But this time, with an ache in his sides.

Katsuki got up to get dressed, when he saw something shift in his peripheral. He turned to look, but nothing was there. A cold wind breezed by his ankles, making him crouch down to look around the floor.

Suddenly, his ankle was grabbed, and he was pulled under the bed! The blond let out a short shriek before a large hand covered his mouth. Slowly, green eyes with white pupils gazed upon him; He was pulled onto Deku's chest and the tip of his tail tickled Katsuki's nose.

"Shh."

Katsuki held a finger to his lips. "Shh.", he repeated with a giggle.

Izuku crawled from under the bed with Katsuki behind him. The man sat down on the bed, waiting for the child to finish getting dressed.

Soon, Katsuki was fully dressed, and Deku handed him the pouch of coins. Katsuki watched in awe as Deku faded into transparency, leaving only two green eyes floating in the air.

Izuku's invisible tail wrapped around the blond's forearm, guiding him down the stairs where his parents were waiting. Katsuki reluctantly sat on the couch across from them, and felt the cushion beside him dip.

Mitsuki watched as her son seated himself on the couch. The first thing that drew her attention was the sack in his hands and she was instantly suspicious.

"What's that?", she questioned.

Katsuki hesitated to answer, but a gentle caress on the back of his neck encouraged him to speak.

"Money from Deku.", he stated.

A grimace appeared on Mitsuki's face. "You shouldn't take things from strangers Katsuki. I know you know better."

Katsuki huffed and crossed his arms. "You never listen; Deku's not a stranger, he's my best friend! You just don't understand because Dad's your only friend.", the boy quipped.

Mitsuki ignored the comment. "You can't be best friends with a grown man, especially one who's face you've never seen before.", she reached out her hand. "Give it to me; It could be dangerous."

Katsuki held the pouch away from his mother. "Deku said I'm special, he wouldn't hurt me!"

"You don't know him! He's trying to do something bad to you!"

Thankfully, Masaru stopped the situation before it could escalate. "Calm down, we don't even know what's in the bag, so how would we know if it's dangerous or not?" The brunette turned to his son. "Can you give me the bag Katsuki?"

Katsuki felt a push on his back, persuading him to allow his father to hold the pouch.

Masaru opened the sac and inspected a coin. The gold seemed real enough, though he had never seen such a coin.

"Did 'Deku' say anything about these when he gave them to you?"

Katsuki nodded. "He said that since there are 15 coins and that each of them is $20. There's three hundred dollars altogether, and since there are three of us, we each get a hundred dollars which is 5 coins each."

Katsuki felt Izuku's hand run through his spiky hair.

'Wow, I can't believe you remember all that. How impressive, Kacchan.'

The boy smiled at the praise with pride shining in his eyes.

Mitsuki scoffed, a sneer playing on her lips. "You're a child, what're you possibly gonna do with a hundred dollars!"

Katsuki scowled. "Deku said he'd know if you didn't give me my share."

A scornful laugh came from the older blond. "Puh-lease, that bastard can't even show his face! What's he gonna do about-"

CRASH!

The vase on the coffee table slid off the edge and shattered.

Katsuki barely looked surprised.

"Uh oh. Looks like you made him mad."

A cold feeling spread through the room, robbing the parents of their warmth.

"You shouldn't have said that."

Masaru, frozen stiff with fear, could barely make out a, "Maybe you should give him his third."
