Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Shadow Clovers. Enjoy the 900-word chapter. I don't own Totally spies, Vincent, David Michel and a few others do.
It was easy to spot Clover, Ray, and Clover. Clover wore a pink shirt which exposed her stomach, tan pants, and purple sandals. Ray wore a red jacket, black T shirt, blue jeans and blue sneakers. Oliva wore an orange T-Shirt alongside a green pair of jeans, along with green boots.
"So, we have to find this guy and make sure their safe?" Ray questioned Clover while Oliva stopped to question people. "It doesn't seem that hard. Not until we find out what CCC wants." Ray said as his eyes narrowed.
Clover was well aware of the fact that he was still mad at the terrorist group. It wasn't like she knew enough to really say much. Jerry never downplayed how dangerous someone could be when push came to shove.
"They have a giant budget, don't they?" Clover asked as Ray hummed.
"Only as big as the American government allows." Oliva said with a British accent while Ray turned to look at her with a raised eyebrow. "What? it isn't like the government knows they have a terrorist group within their ranks, do they? They're not super spies like Clover." Oliva stated before Ray hummed and turned.
Ray hummed before looking at Clover with a sigh. Ray leaned on a wall. He felt out of his element. Ray hadn't been out of America before now.
"You know, with all time they've spent alongside us?" Ray asked while Clover hummed. "I forgot most of Shadow Squad was not from the states." Ray put in and then turned to look at Oliva.
"Oliva, we're here to hunt down CCC." Ray said while Clover looked to the side. "Should I point out that CCC has enough firepower to overthrow governments if you forgot? They stole work from our parents." Ray said with narrowed eyes. He wanted to get to work hunting down CCC instantly, the longer they stood around? The more danger they put their target in.
"You guys do know we haven't found out what Jerry said this person looks like, right?" Clover pointed out before Ray turned and looked over his shoulder at her.
"Yes, but Jerry also doesn't know how dangerous CCC is." Ray put in as he cracked his knuckles. "Trust me, terrorists are the right word to describe CCC. They won't stop until they burn down everything around us." Ray said while he pushed his fingers together.
"They can topple governments like Ray said." Oliva stated as she walked around in a circle. "Whoever this is? They will be in danger until we find them. I don't know who they are and why CCC would want them dead. I do know CCC will try and murder them the second they find them. They do not capture someone unless it helps their plans." Oliva pointed out before pausing to take a breath.
"Ray, do you remember the boat we found? The one with hostages who tried to expose one of their plans to smuggle in millions of dollars they needed?" Oliva asked.
"Yeah, that was… Something." Ray stated before he gave a shudder as Clover hummed and looked at her compact.
"Guys? You might want to look at this." Clover said before Ray and Olivia turned to look at the compact.
"You guys have a compact computer?" Olivia questioned Clover who nodded. "Such an interesting gadget, I wish Jerry was willing to tell us how it worked before now." Olivia added to Ray.
"Ask how they make fancy toys when we get back, Liv." Ray stated to his friend before turning back to focus on the call.
"Clover?" Jerry asked the spy before realizing there was more then one person around the communicator. "I was calling to inform you that your contact wishes to meet at night… She believes a master CCC agent will try and capture her if she appears right now." Jerry put in while Clover hummed.
"CCC sent a specialist into this?" Ray asked Jerry who nodded. "You got to be kidding me. They don't send out one of their best unless their operation is high level. That means whoever this woman is? Their a threat to them." Ray pointed out as Olivia looked at Ray.
"Like Backlash?" Olivia asked Ray who hummed.
"I don't know why you want to bring her up." Ray said before sighing. "If they put someone from Mantis's inner circle out here? Then either this person has dirt that CCC doesn't want coming out… Or this girl stumbled onto something big. They don't send out specialists unless the person is a threat to CCC as a whole. Liv, do you think you could send Jerry the profiles of the CCC specialists we've encountered so far?" Ray questioned as the girl nodded and tapped on her bracelet.
"Ray, you might be overacting on this." Olivia stated before Ray turned to her.
"I don't overreact with CCC." Ray put in.

Phew, another chapter done! I want to point out that Ray and Clover are growing closer slowly. Next chapter will be in a week and will show CCC's plan along with the spies and Shadow Squad planning to find the VIP. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
