Broken Heart in Many Ways!

There was a silence in her heart and all she could think about was the person she thought was destined for her.

It was three in the morning and Tori stared at the wall trying to figure out why her head kept spinning. She wanted to talk to her Dustin who was next door and probably sleep. She got up and walked over to his room and knocked on the door softly. "Dustin, are you awake?" She whispered as low as she could and soon the door handle turned and there was a sleepy eyed Dustin.

Dustin stood there half sleep and half like a zombie. "What's wrong Tori? Can you sleep? Do you need something?"

Tori wanted to talk but she thought maybe in the morning would be better but then he would probably be out with one of his friends and might not have time for her. "I just wanted to talk to you a little bit about something is kinda important to me."

Dustin opened his door wider for her to come, when she was in he shut the door and offered her a sit on his bed. It seemed weird there were being so quiet since they were the only two living there. "So Tor, what do you wanna talk to me about?"

She bit her lip and faked a little smile. "Well it's this person I know and we have been friends for a long time. But when I get around him my heart leaps and my head starts spinning. Sometimes I don't know what to say and I can't say anything so I just nod my head. I always thought it would be weird to like an old friend but maybe I it's weird maybe I just don't want him to hate me when we break up."

Dustin was kinda amazed he had never heard this side of Tori before and it was kinda strange that he didn't wanna say the person's name to him or anything. "How close are you to this person?"

She thought for a moment and wasn't sure herself, it had been so long it was hard to tell. "I think maybe 15 years, or longer than that. He's been one of my best friends for a long time."

He knew that she only had two boy best friends and they were him and Shane. But he didn't think it was Shane, she hadn't really known him that long. "Tor, are you talking about me? You seem to get really tense around me and sometimes your words come out jumbled."

She was kinda embarrassed and she didn't wanna tell him it was him even though he already knew. She got up and walked back to her room and locked the door. She didn't know exactly how she felt but she didn't wanna tell him just yet. She fell on her bed and finally was able to go to sleep.
