Dib spent several days convincing Sera to assist in a different project, she was very reluctant at first but eventually agreed. And the next few days after that he and Sera finally working on the new device, before long a whole week had past and Dib and Sera took a small break. Well Dib decided to take a break at least, Sera insisted on a few more hours as she was busy welding something on her desk. Dib made his way through the halls and finally made it to the chamber he shared with a very beautiful queen who was already showing her pregnancy.

"Oh Dib," she chuckled a little surprised. Then she got a devious look on her face almost as though she had something planned. He approached cautiously but was grabbed and tugged close as she placed his hand on her abdomen. "Oh guess they settled." She sounded a little disappointed.

"Fetus's at their stage don't move," He teased.

"Pfft, maybe inferior hooman worm babies don't, but my little smeets do," Zim replied, with a little pout. Dib grinned and leaned down to kiss her tenderly on those tempting lips. There was a little bump against his hand and he raised up in surprise. "See, I told you." He smiled at her snarkier than usual attitude.

"Hmm I guess you are somewhat correct," he admitted.

"Mm you," She grumbled, displeased. "How's that thing you are making?"

"It's coming along, slowly," Dib replied. "There's a few compatibility issues, then there's the attitude that needs some adjusting." Dib let out a long suffering sigh, to which Zim laughed a bit.

"I don't think even you could get rid of that," Zim replied. "I've tried.." Dib was surprised by this, he wasn't aware Zim had tried to change her ship's attitude. He grinned and kneaded his lover's swollen abdomen, Zim moaned appreciatively. He then set to work massaging and soothing the muscles, he was no longer in the mood to fiddle with the device after all. It was time to relax and spend time with his beloved, after all he rarely had time like this. Dib then switch to another great idea, he picked up Zim and carried her to the bed where he continued the massage only now working on her back. And even though she wasn't complaining about it, he knew it must bother her. "How do you know all the right places?" He chucked as he kneaded loose a knot that had formed in her back.

"I did some research on it, back in high school," Dib replied. "I don't even know why I wanted to know but I did."

"Were you planning on having a hooman worm baby of your own?" Zim asked. "And with who!?" Zim suddenly sounded quite upset, so he ducked his head and continued to rub and knead up Zim's back to her shoulders.

"I didn't have any crush back then," Dib answered off-hand. Technically it wasn't a lie, he really hadn't had anyone in particular. "But I knew I might need offspring to continue the fight one day, after all you hadn't aged the same way I did."

"Oh," Zim said, she sounded a little upset still but not as much as before. "Of course I would have beaten them too." He laughed a little at that, though he didn't doubt that Zim would have thwarted his progeny's efforts as well.

"When this all over, let's go back home," Dib whispered.

"Yeah," Zim replied. "Back to planet dirt." He grinned at her teasing tone, then wrapped her up in a warm embrace. He rubbed her tummy as he cuddled with her, it was this moment he really wanted to remember. Dib couldn't help but think her beautiful with her belly full of smeets and her antennae twitching in such a cute fashion. It wasn't long before he fell asleep.

Gaz was walking down the hallway of the ship, she had been down this way more times then she could count. A flutter in her abdomen had her pause, no way she thought. There was no possible explanation for the strange sensation but she got them occasionally after each pregnancy, she sighed a bit. Then she pressed on until she was in her own separate set of rooms that had been repurposed for her and Ryak, as well as their growing family. She picked up one of the twins and rocked him a bit until he stopped crying, then fed him. For some reason she could feed the babies, as they were more human then smeet and she could tell just by the way they looked. The only strange bit about them, were the antennae they inherited from their father. She smiled as Ryak joined her with the other twin, it was pleasant moment and more calm then she had ever really been.

Ryak wasn't like any of the other men she had dated before, he was loyal and attracted to her not just for her looks but her smarts too. As far as she could tell he loved her for her, even with her quirks. Once their son was finished suckling she took the other little one from Ryak to feed as well. They had had one boy and one girl this time, the boy was Adrian and their little girl was Jessabelle.

"How was patrol today?" Ryak asked. Clearly curious about her walk, she giggled a bit at the little joke of it being patrol. It was something she had just started to do around the time that Sera had disappeared, she had been hoping to catch the wily irken but now she didn't need to.

"It was good, I checked on dad but he was napping," Gaz replied, she placed the twin in the care of one of the handmaidens before sitting down. "Then I went to check on Sera, she was alone in the lab working pretty hard on that device. I was thinking about bother Dib like he used to bother me but then I decided not to. So then I came back, they didn't fuss did they?"

"Not really, the handmaidens have been doing a lot of the care taking," Ryak said, seeming content to watch the twins who were now fast asleep. "I know you said hoomans are normally hands on but this seems good to me. The extra help I mean, I do like holding them though."

"Yeah, I like the extra help too," Gaz replied, she yawned suddenly. "I must be tired." She got up and went to their bedroom, it wasn't long after she hit the pillow that she entered the land of dreams.
