Crenin; Shisui's fate is going to become rather clear quite soon~ Danzo's going to be going through some stuff as the story goes on. That would be a cool way to have Danzo be in the story.
ShadowUzumaki55; They surely are~ The Uchiha are getting ready, Shisui is trying to prevent that outcome, and now Danzo's getting involved. Sugaru's going to be going through an interesting arc as a character. He'll be displaying some cool usages of the Sharingan.

Silver crow; Thanks! We'll see what happens with Shisui now~ They'll at least be on the lookout, if nothing else. Basically yes, and you're right, that's what makes it all the more horrible for Ryouta since they don't have legit reasons beyond how they believe Fugaku feels. Izumi only believes he'd do it if he's pushed to do it. Shisui's just listing off a few things as a refresher. Glad you liked their spar. It seems his time with being attacked by Yashiro, then the Ninja Swordsmen have made him more aware of his surroundings. Glad you liked the training. Sugaru's at least trying, how well he'll succeed is something up to debate. Yeah, quite interesting~ I'm sure Tobi probably would have done something yeah. We'll have to wait and see if Shisui does or not. Yeah, Danzo doesn't really use it besides at the meeting and it doesn't really accomplish much since it's found out pretty quickly anyway. Menma probably would look like that yeah. Mirai could be a student of his yeah. He can reflect Ninjutsu and Genjutsu with it yeah. We'll see what colour his Susanoo is. We'll see how that part of the story affects Ryouta. Itachi might have a more happier ending than in the canon story. Yeah, that sounds cool for Black Clover. I like those ideas for Percy Jackson. We'll have to wait and see what happens with his Mother's side of the family. They'll be involved. Some will be promoted. They probably would. It seems so, and yeah Dabi probably could do. We'll have to wait and see how that would play out. Gigan does look pretty cool. It is a cool Quirk. He'd recruit them through the story. An oc could be like that. I don't know about doing a fic for Star Wars. If I ever did, I'd think about it.
Guest 1; Yeah, his path is going to be quite a hard but fulfilling one also. He would be aware of how she's feeling, and wouldn't want Orochimaru to get his hands on her, or him either. It could do yeah.
Skull Flame; He did yeah, it's going to be a hard time for him. Danzo's going to make his move, and yeah, Tobi might be involved there. It surely is~
MDM11; Danzo one day will get whats coming to him. That would be cool yeah. I was thinking of Karin learning the sealing chains, Naruko will have some cool techniques up her sleeve. Hinata could learn them earlier. The Massacre is going to be an interesting part of the story, something that shapes it. He could get the Mangekyou rather soon~
Dendule95; We'll have to wait and see his fate~ It could be different to how it was in canon.
Guest 2; Thanks very much! Yeah, as the story goes on, his chakra levels will increase. He will be able to master them, and he could have the capability to use Yin, Yang, and Yin-Yang Release. I was thinking about having him have the Snake Sage mode, and a personal weapon, he could do~ If he did, he would have some kind of unique power with the Rinnegan like those two did yeah. They will be as powerful as their male counterparts, and yeah Ryouta wont be weaker than them at least~ I haven't fully decided, but I have thought about a snake summon, I might put it to a vote. No, please don't apologize, it's fine~ Thank you very much!
War Sage; Thanks! It's certainly possible that they could have the Rinnegan. I can't reveal what's going to happen with Shisui, all I can say is that Sugaru and Danzo will have some kind of confrontation with him. Yeah, the kids might have different plans for their future, they might not want to be Ninja's, they might want to do other things. Yeah, it's a decision most probably would be torn about. He is yeah~ Thanks for the suggestions!

Brainstorm Sorcerer; He is yeah, those little moments show more of their bond together. It would be a shame if they did come to an end. It could explain his speed. That's Danzo for you, quite sneaky. Sugaru's going through quite a bit of stuff, and what will happen, we'll soon see~ it would be similar to Shisui's, being able to see both sides, but also find war unnecessary. Their Father's eyes might come into play in the future. Tobi's got some plans for Ryouta. Ryouta will create some Jutsu, or build off existing ones to make some different ones. He will have fights were he goes all out. After the massacre happens, there will be a timeskip to canon time. That would be pretty cool, hadn't thought about it before. It could be something Kakashi and Ryouta would share. Those combinations would be good also. Things definitely will be emotional during that part of the story. Maybe it will come rather soon~

Guest 6; Yeah, it can be sometimes. Thanks for letting me know! I can't reveal that, he might be able to reflect things like that. If I can think of anything that reminds me of what it looks like, then I'll certainly do that. Susanoo is just going to be a different colour of how the other ones look, maybe use Shisui's as a reference, and how the half and full bodied versions of them look with a different colour. Guest 7; That would be pretty cool if he did. I don't see why he couldn't have multiple, other characters have done it before. I'd have to go over the games and see if there's any interesting ideas, Mecha Naruto always made me laugh so if it makes sense, I'd probably like to include that, maybe Mecha Naruko or something. Guest 9; Yeah, those are cool ideas. He could be apart of a royal family, or someone born into the family but maybe not recognized as some. That would be a cool power for the devil. I don't know what squad he'd join. The oc would be around Asta's age. I don't know if I would do that with them or not yet, it would depend if it fits the kind of story I'm writing. Guest 10; Thanks! It's going to be rather...interesting~ If he could manipulate them, that would be pretty awesome. It would make it rather unique if he could do something of that nature. The wings could look like that. Two levels beyond it huh, that could be an interesting way to go about it. Yeah, it would give him more power to fight against those kind of enemies who have quite strong abilities. Thanks for the suggestions!
Guest 11; I haven't decided yet, I'm thinking of that move. He'll be rather powerful by the end of this story, he wouldn't lose in terms of power to either of them. I can't reveal if he has that yet, but he'll have something anyway.

Shisui's gift part one
"Got you!"
Shisui announced cheerfully, as he held Ryouta up by the back of his shirt.
They were playing a game of tag together, something Shisui thought could relax the pair of them.
"Hehe, Shi-chan~ I'll beat you one day in speed~"
Shisui laughed.
"I'm sure that you will do. For now though, it seems that you're not going to be able to surpass me in speed~"
Ryouta laughed, as Shisui dropped him down to the ground.
Landing on his feet, Ryouta peered up at Shisui...and noticed something wasn't right.
Something was on Shisui's mind.
Even if Shisui could hide it from the best, Ryouta had a deep intimate knowledge of his brother, and when he was thinking, or feeling something other than his usual bubbly self, Ryouta felt it, and could detect it quickly.
"Shi-chan, you'd tell me if something was wrong, right?"
"Of course, why do you ask?"
"...Because something's wrong, isn't it?"
Shisui paused.
He chuckled nervously, unable to say what was on his mind.
But then he saw that Itachi had come.
"Aah Itachi's here! I'll go and see what he wants~"
Shisui laughed it off, and took off, leaving Ryouta stood there with a curious gaze.
Getting to Itachi's side, Shisui smiled lightly.
"Hey, Itachi. Something going on?"
"I've got a mission to go on, directly from Hokage-sama. I wont be around for the next day or so. I should be back pretty quickly since it's within the Land of Fire."
"Aah I see. Then don't worry, I'll hold down here while you're gone."
"Right...I'll also see if I can gather any information on the masked man, see if he's been anywhere else recently within the Land of Fire."
Shisui thought that was a good idea.
"Yes, thank you Itachi. I'll be here and make sure the others are safe."
Itachi nods, and bows his head, before disappearing.
Shisui then went over to Ryouta, and smiled his usual smile.
But it still seemed a bit off to Ryouta, who couldn't place why he felt like that.
"Seems like Itachi's going on a mission~"
"I see...I hope he does well!"
"Yeah! Me too! Now, it is getting a bit late...so maybe we should go to the ramen shop..."
"You just want to go because you want to see your girlfriend again~"
Ryouta teased, Shisui puffed out his cheeks.
"It's nothing like that, you're mistaken that's all."
"If you say so Shi-chan~"
He laughed while Shisui chortled along with him.
Spending time together like this, made it all the more worth it.
Sugaru stood before Danzo, who didn't look pleased in the slightest. Seeing the fact that he had failed to gain Ryouta, he showed on his face how angered he was. Along with the news that Shisui was going to use his Sharingan on the Uchiha clan, a waste in his eyes.
"Sugaru, it seems that you have failed."
"...I wasn't able to retrieve the boy. He was...guarded too much, my opportunity didn't present itself without Shisui finding out what I had done. I am...sorry Danzo-sama."
Danzo gave suspicious eyes.
If he didn't know any better, then he would have sworn that Sugaru had...emotions in his voice when he spoke.
Those emotions weren't supposed to exist.
He at Root had taught them to rid themselves of emotions.
To make sure that he was able to fight the most effectively for him and him alone.
But now hearing the slightest evidence of emotion...Danzo wasn't pleased in the slightest.
"Sorry? That implies a lot of things, Sugaru. Does it come from your emotions, as to why you're apologizing to me?"
"No…I simply failed my mission and wanted to offer that which most would during this time."
"I...see. Either way, we can't fail again. We will be gaining that child, then his big brothers eyes. This time, we will not fail. We will have to take more drastic actions than before."
Sugaru didn't like the sound of it.
It sounded as if Danzo would harm Ryouta to get what he wanted.
"Danzo-sama..."
"What?"
Danzo demanded in a booming voice.
Sugaru didn't utter a word against him.
Though his feelings were conflicting with one another, he had to do what Danzo wanted.
He truly didn't have a choice.
"I was just wanting to know what my next mission would be."
Danzo eyed up Sugaru for a little while.
He didn't know what it was, but Sugaru had definitely changed.
Even if it was only slightly.
He didn't like it, and wanted to understand the circumstances behind his feelings.
For now though, as long as he did what Danzo wanted, he'd be carefully watching over him.
In class, two days afterwards, Ryouta was still wondering what was going on with Shisui. He didn't know what to think, and how Shisui always avoided his questions...it made him believe that something really serious was going on.
Ryouta was sat together with Naruko, Satsuki, and Haku. It seemed that Sakura, Ino, Karin and Hinata were busy discussing something else, so he was left with these girls.
He also wondered how Lee was doing, he hadn't seen Lee in a little while. Being busy with his brother, among other things, he was curious on how his friend was.
"Hey Ryou!" Naruko beamed, gaining his attention. "I think with a little more training, that I'll beat Satsuki! What do you think?!"
Ryouta smiled, and went to answer, when Satsuki did instead.
"I don't think so. You need a few years worth of training to defeat me."
Naruko puffed out her cheeks.
"You don't know! I could win!"
"Yeah, right. I don't think so."
Satsuki was assured, while Haku looked between them.
"I've been reading up on different interactions between people, and I've also spoken to a few girls...so, I have to conclude that Naruko-san, are you trying to compete for Ryou-kun's heart with Satsuki-san?"
Naruko did a spit take while Satsuki glared on at both of the girls while Ryouta raised an eyebrow.
"C-Compete for his heart?! E-Eeeeeeeeeeeeh! I-I haven't even thought about something like that before!"
"Still, I believe that it could be considered that. Because I know that Satsuki-"
Before she could finish, Satsuki tried to silence her with a hand over her mouth.
But Haku's skills alerted her, and stopped Satsuki's hand mid air.
"Satsuki-san, even if it isn't Naruko-san, I also shall compete for Ryou-kun's heart."
Satsuki's eyebrows twitched at her words.
"...Are you trying to annoy me or something?"
"Annoy you? I'm merely making my intentions clear, is all."
Satsuki frowned.
"If that's how it is, then I'll just have to show you that...I'm not even getting into it. I know how Ryou and I...think about each other."
Ryouta gave a confused look to Satsuki.
"Think about each other? I think you're someone I really like, Satsuki-chan~"
Satsuki nodded slowly, shooting a look to Haku as she smiled for the Ice Release user, who gave a smallest of frowns, before gently holding onto his hand.
When she did, Satsuki's smile was fading into annoyance once more.
"Haku-san, is there something wrong?"
"No...I just wished to hold onto your hand, that's all."
"Ooh, I see~ I don't mind~"
Naruko pulled a confused face.
"Why are you both suddenly glaring at each other?" Neither Haku nor Satsuki said a thing. "Eeh, I don't get it at all~"
"It's because, I like holding onto Ryou-kun's hand."
Haku explained, Satsuki huffed.
"We hold hands all of the time."
"So do we."
Naruko didn't really get it, and grabbed Ryouta's free hand.
Holding it within her hand, she peered at Ryouta's face, while Satsuki ground her teeth in her growing annoyance.
"...So, how is it Ryou? Do you feel anything from me holding your hand?"
Ryouta wasn't really sure, but he did feel his cheeks turning slightly red.
"I like it at least~"
"Me too~"
Satsuki pursed her lips and held onto his arm instead of holding his hand.
Haku looked between them, and thought "It seems we all like Ryou-kun. But, I wont give up Ryou-kun since he's the one that helped me, after all." and moved closer to him.
Naruko didn't really understand the intense rivalry for someone's affection, but she did enjoy holding onto Ryouta's hand for reasons she wasn't aware of.
Still, they looked happy enough, so Ryouta didn't say anything, and continued eating with them.
Though Ryouta thought back to Shisui, and wondered if he was truly okay...he hoped that was the case.
Later that evening, Naruko, Haku, Ryouta, and Shisui sat at Ichiraku's, and were eating ramen together. It seemed to have become a sort of tradition between them, Satsuki would have been there, but her Father called her away.
Shisui thought about his plans and what he was going to do for them.
But he knew he'd have to do it rather quickly.
He didn't trust Danzo, and knew he'd do something if he waited too long.
Ryouta also saw the expression on Shisui's face, and saw that he was in deep thought.
Shisui though tried to divert the attention away from him, seeing Ryouta's concerned eyes on him.
Shisui just smiled, trying to relax him, but he could see Ryouta wasn't falling for the smile Shisui was giving.
He was rather perceptive, and could see that there was more going on than Shisui was revealing.
Shisui then saw Ayame coming in, with a cute smile.
"Young love it seems."
Shisui looked on, seeing how Haku and Naruko were speaking to Ryouta.
"Yeah, seems so~ At least, maybe one day~"
Ayame leaned on the desk.
"What about you Shisui-kun? Got anyone to love?"
"Yes, I do."
Ayame blinked in surprise.
"You do? Who?"
"Yeah, I have Ryou~"
Ayame giggled, tapping his arm playfully.
"I didn't mean that~ I meant a girlfriend. Have you got one?"
Shisui shook his head.
"No, I haven't got one. I haven't really thought about it honestly. I mean, I've had offers before...but, Ryou was so young then so I couldn't really..."
Ayame gave a soft smile.
"I see, maybe one day you could think about getting a girlfriend? Your little brothers already growing so fast, I've seen him from since he was a baby. Hehe, I remember when you used to come in here with Ryou-kun as a baby, and eat your ramen with one hand, and feed Ryou-kun milk with the other while holding him with that arm~ It was so precious~"
She suggested, while thinking about the past.
Shisui chortled.
"Yeah...those certainly were different days. I remember him waking me up at two in the morning also~"
Ryouta glanced at him Shisui who smiled back.
Shrugging, Ryouta went back to eating as Ayame continued to smile.
"They grow so fast, before you know it, he's going to be a Genin, and beyond..."
"Yeah..."
Shisui noticed that she had laid her hands quite close to his own.
He could feel his face turning hotter by the moment.
Heating to the point his cheeks had small blush marks on.
Ryouta also noticed it, and smiled towards the pair.
"Shi-chan, why don't you ask Ayame-san out?"
Shisui did a spit take while Ayame blushed bright red.
"R-Ryou! It isn't like that!"
"But, I thought you liked..."
Ryouta began, only for Shisui to stare at him dramatically.
Ryouta chortled nervously, and dropped it.
Ayame though picked up on what Ryouta was going to say, and leaned closer towards him.
"I wouldn't mind, sometime...I mean, if you wanted to..."
Shisui wasn't used to being asked out, and looked unsure of how to respond.
"He's free Friday, aren't you Shi-chan?"
Shisui's eyes went towards Ryouta's, and he was smiling towards her.
"Ryou..."
"You are, aren't you? Izumi-chan's free also, so she could stay with me if you want to go out..."
"Haha, kids~ What are they like~?" Shisui laughed it off, as Ayame gave a curious stare. "W-Well…I mean...Friday is a good day..."
"It certainly is~ Maybe a good night...too?"
Shisui's lips curled upwards.
"Yeah...maybe at eight...here maybe..."
"See you then, Shisui-kun."
Shisui was surprised that he unexpectedly had gotten a date.
He guessed he had Ryouta to thank for that, as he knew he probably wouldn't have done it if Ryouta hadn't said anything.
He was...glad Ryouta did say something though.
Ryouta was also glad that Shisui seemed to be looking more happy than before, and he wished days like this could last forever...
The next evening, was the time for the plan.
Shisui had made sure that everything was ready.
After planning on how to do it, how to make sure he got Fugaku on a place that he'd be able to cast the Genjutsu and have no outside interference, Shisui was prepared. He knew he'd have to be quick, he'd have to do what he was capable of doing.
For the future for Ryouta, and the other good, innocent Uchiha.
He had to make sure they had a future.
He had to make sure Ryouta had a better future.
He didn't have much time, so he was preparing as quickly as he could.
However, he felt another's presence coming towards his bedroom.
A presence he was very familiar with.
"Shi-chan...Izumi-chan just came over, she said she was staying here...while you go out somewhere?"
Shisui inhaled his doubts, then exhaled them.
His eyes turned towards the younger Uchiha, and gave a comforting look.
"Don't worry, everything's going to be fine."
Shisui's words did comfort him.
But he still wasn't sure what was going on.
"Is it...Tobi?"
He asked, since Shisui had said something that made him believe he was about to do something, along with the fact that Shisui had a serious expression on his face.
"No, it isn't to do with Tobi. I haven't found much about him out, other than some possible sightings. But still, I'll be leaving a crow clone behind to watch over you also, so don't worry Ryou. Even if I'm not here..."
"I know Shi-chan, but you have serious eyes...is there something going on?"
Shisui gave a light hearted smile.
"Ryou, tell me something."
"Yes Shi-chan?"
"You know, you told me that Tobi asked you about your feeling regarding Uchiha. Would you tell me, what your answer would be?"
"My answer...I love Uchiha Shi-chan. I'm proud to be Uchiha...the Uchiha like you are Shi-chan, I think you're what Uchiha should be...kind, and full of love...yet not afraid to fight either, to do what's right."
Shisui had heard him say that before, and he was happy that Ryouta was saying it now.
"It's been hard for you, hasn't it? With the Uchiha being against you, people attacking you...but, I promise, one day that's going to change. Uchiha will become better. Whether that's with you helping them change, or if they realize that you are a good Uchiha. Mom told me about how she felt about Uchiha when she first met them."
"And?"
"She didn't like them."
Ryouta was surprised.
"Mom...didn't like Uchiha?"
Shisui confirmed it with a nod of his head.
"Yes, she didn't like Uchiha. But that's mostly due to how her past was. She had a rough past, and Uchiha to her, were people that were closed off, and didn't let others close while Mom was someone that wished for others to get along, bond with one another, and stop wars. But then she told me she discovered the love and kindness Uchiha truly do have deep inside. It might be hard to see it Ryou, but Uchiha are a clan that love so much, and that love can break us so hard. Dad taught me that when I was young, and I'll always remember. Even if the clan sometimes does things that I don't agree with, I'm apart of this clan, and we have to be the ones that help stop the wars, and have people live together happily."
Ryouta always loved the wise words of his elder brother.
They made him feel warm inside, and yet they also taught him valuable lessons.
"Yes Shi-chan, I want everyone to get along, and have no more wars. I know that day might be far from here...but, I know that together...we could make a difference. That's why I can't wait to become a Ninja. And be with you Shi-chan. Will you wait for me?"
"I'd wait forever for you, Ryou."
Ryouta felt his cheeks heating up at the affection his elder brother was giving him.
Ryouta was happy that Shisui was his brother…
But he knew Shisui was hiding something.
He could see it within Shisui's eyes.
Whatever he was doing, it was something that he didn't necessarily like.
But it was something that Shisui was going to do.
"Shi-chan...whatever you're doing now...come back home, okay?"
Shisui was caught off guard with that.
"What makes you think…."
As he was going to speak, Ryouta grabbed his hand and held it tightly.
"Shi-chan...promise me, you'll come back home, okay? I'll be waiting for you."
Shisui smiled, gently patting the top of Ryouta's head.
"Then, I'll return to you, Ryou. You are my home, and wherever you are, is where I want to be."
Ryouta gave an affectionate smile, and an equally affectionate hug around Shisui's waist.
Shisui gently petted the boys head, and gave a comforting hug also.
"Don't worry, this shouldn't take me long."
"You can't tell me, can you Shi-chan?"
"No, but I can say that this is for your future. I'll tell you one day, promise."
Ryouta didn't need anymore than that.
He of course would like to know what Shisui was doing.
But as long as Shisui believed in it, then he'd fully support him.
"Then, go...and I'll be waiting Shi-chan. Do your best."
Shisui ruffles Ryouta's hair, as he stands tall.
Looking down at his brothers innocent face, he knew what he was going to have to do now.
For the future of his brother…
He'd do anything.
"Then I'll be off~ When I get back, I'll cook us something good~"
"Can't wait~"
Ryouta watched the young man leave through the door.
His smile didn't disappear until Shisui did.
It was then replaced with worry.
Whatever Shisui was going to do…
He was worried for his elder brother.
"Good luck...Shi-chan...whatever it is you're doing...be safe."
Ryouta, while worrying about Shisui, chose to believe in him, and wait for his return.
As that was going on, Danzo lined up the forces he had within Root. He wouldn't send all of Root, he didn't believe he'd need to do that. But he did have a few good operatives on his side, and all of them were ready...besides one.
Sugaru still had his feelings conflicted and he wasn't sure which way he was supposed to turn.
He had to follow Danzo…
But it didn't feel right.
He didn't want to harm a child, he didn't want to harm Shisui.
But Danzo wouldn't allow him to simply stop because he had a change of feelings.
"Now is the time. Shisui is going to be preoccupied, and away from the home. Sugaru, make sure to capture that boy, and I'll meet up with you. Shisui shall give us his eyes, or his little brother is going to lose his life, and his eyes."
Sugaru closed his eyes briefly.
The internal conflict he had was burning for him.
He hated that this had to be the reality that was before him.
But for the sake of Danzo...the man that taught him, and brought meaning to his life…
Still, Shisui had taught him more about bonds than Danzo ever had.
"...Yes, Danzo-sama."
With a heavy heart, he had to comply.
Even if it was beginning to be against his very nature to do so.
"Good, then leave immediately. I'd like to do this as quickly as possible, before Shisui has the chance to use Kotoamatsukami on Fugaku Uchiha. Sugaru, you'll be integral to this. If Shisui should make a move after we've captured the boy, then you'll have to use your special insects to poison him with, understood?"
"Yes Danzo-sama."
He replied with no hesitation.
He had to remember his Root training and harden his heart.
But even he had to admit how difficult that truly was for him to do.
Ten minutes after Shisui had gone, Ryouta and Izumi casually were sat within the living room together. They were talking together happily, unaware of what was about to happen.
"I hope Shi-chan comes back soon."
Ryouta murmured, Izumi gently patted the top of his head.
"He will be, I'm sure."
Her words were comforting.
Though Ryouta kept wondering if that Tobi was going to show up.
"Anyway, Ryou-kun. I heard from your Sensei recently, it seems that you're doing quite well. Haku-chan is even doing well in school. It's amazing how she's been able to adapt, and I think that you've helped her quite a bit~"
Ryouta blushed in slight embarrassment.
"I hope so...Haku-san deserves to have a better life."
"I'm sure that she is going to have a better life."
Izumi said with a carefree smile on her face.
As they waited together, Izumi heard a knock at the door.
"I'll get it~"
She smiled out, going for the door.
As she did though...she paused when she saw...nothing was there.
She looked around, but she couldn't see anything.
"Weird..."
"Who is it Izumi-chan?"
Ryouta asked as he walked to the door.
Izumi turned to him, and shrugged.
"I don't see anyone...don't tell me it's those idiots that knock on the door, then run away. So childish."
Despite her saying that, she did find it odd that someone would do it so late at night.
She went to close the door, when she heard the sound of a rustling bush.
She turned her eyes, and before she could comment, she saw something flying for her face.
"Down!"
Ryouta hit the floor as Izumi ducked, seeing that some weird bugs were going for her face.
They flew above their heads, Izumi's eyes shot forward to see that Sugaru was charging for her, a kunai out, she gasped, and took out her own kunai.
"Ryou-kun!"
Izumi blocked Sugaru's attack with her kunai, clashing together with sparks flying between the blades. Sugaru was mildly surprised that she could even move fast enough to block, but he did remember that she had above average Taijutsu skills.
"Sugaru-san! W-Why are you attacking us?!"
Ryouta demanded, and tossed his own shuriken for him.
But Sugaru's insects came out, and blocked the attacks, while he used physical force to send her flying backwards. Izumi skidded in the house, landing near the stairs, as Ryouta flew through some hand signs.
"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
He announced, and blew out a good deal sized fireball.
Sugaru jumped backwards, as Izumi took out some senbons, taking aim with her Sharingan, and threw them through the fire. Sugaru used his insects to aid him in seeing the senbons, and blocked them with a strong wave of his kunai, as he backflipped over the fireball, which smashed into the ground.
Ryouta and Izumi took a stance, while Sugaru looked deadly towards them.
His eyes were darkened upon their forms.
"...Why are you doing this Sugaru-san? I thought Shi-chan was your friend..."
Sugaru didn't show any emotion.
But he knew that Danzo was watching.
He had to do it for Root, that was his mission.
Izumi growled, and took out a ball from the strap on her belt, and tossed it forward.
Sugaru wasn't sure what it was, and became cautious.
But then it erupted into a cloud of smoke.
Sugaru pulled backwards, making sure that he didn't inhale the smoke.
"Izumi-chan, what should we do?"
"Go, and find Shisui-kun. I'll hold him off here as long as I can."
"But Izumi-chan..."
Izumi shook her head.
"No, I need you to go, now Ryou-kun!"
Ryouta could hear how serious she was.
She wasn't going to take no for an answer.
He also understood, Sugaru was an enemy that they would have difficulty handling. Unlike Yashiro, Sugaru wasn't going to be toying with them, and they wouldn't have much opportunity to escape unless something like this happened.
Even though it was painful for Ryouta, he had to think about the bigger picture.
"Izumi-chan...alright, I'll go."
"Take all your scrolls and such with you. There's also some smoke bomb looking items back there, they'll give you an edge."
"Okay...please don't die."
"I wont."
With worried eyes, Ryouta did what Izumi said, grabbed his stuff, along with what Izumi wishing for him to take and took off through the back of the house, while Sugaru attempted to follow after him.
But Izumi tossed a number of shuriken towards him, but were blocked with his kunai.
"You are not getting by me!"
Izumi announced strongly as she tossed one last shuriken that had a paper bomb attached to it.
Sugaru thrusted his hand forward, and allowed the insects to wrap around it, tanking the explosion so it couldn't be heard by other Uchiha's.
"He wont be able to get away."
Izumi narrowed her brows.
"Why are you after him?"
Izumi demanded from Sugaru.
Sugaru held a calm expression on his face, he didn't show anything.
"Because he's going to give me what I desire."
"What you desire?"
Izumi didn't get what he meant by that.
Sugaru couldn't mention Danzo, so he had to incriminate himself.
If she somehow got away, then he had to make it look as if he was doing it, rather than anyone else.
"It doesn't matter. All that matters is that child comes with me. If you cooperate, I wont harm you."
Izumi didn't believe him.
He already had attacked and now that he was saying this, just made Izumi felt like he was going to try and make her lower her guard, she wouldn't allow that to happen.
"Shisui-kun was your comrade, your friend, he gave you advice, he even saved your life at one point I recall...and this is how you repay him? He was kind to you! And now you're targeting his little brother?! Either way, I wont be allowing you to do anything with that child for as long as life is within me!"
Sugaru was mildly surprised.
He didn't understand the meaning of bonds.
What he wanted to understand was out of reach.
Sugaru offered no answer, and instead got into a fighting position.
Izumi got into a fighting position also, and readied herself to fight.
"You wont have a choice. It isn't just me that's come for him."
Izumi's face turned sour at Sugaru's haunting words.
She could feel chills running through her body.
As that was going on, Shisui made his way towards Fugaku.
With his mind being set on casting Kotoamatsukami, he was prepared for anything that was going to happen.
He'd even fight Fugaku if it was necessary.
To stop him from causing more pain and dragging in his brother.
Shisui who was nearing Fugaku's area, felt his clone going down.
He also knew who had done it also, and he felt rage building up within him.
"Sugaru..."
He sighed deeply, and got ready to fight.
He had to make sure that Izumi and Ryouta was okay.
But from what he saw, he knew that they had split up, so he rushed towards both of their sides the best that he could, and sent a clone towards Itachi.
Meanwhile Ryouta rushed through the forest.
He had attempted to head deeper into the Compound, but he was stopped by mask covered Ninja. He didn't know who they were, what they wanted, but he wasn't going to die so easily, and shot off into the forest nearby his home. He counted two of them following him.
He hoped that Izumi was okay, and he wanted to go back for her.
But he knew that with these Ninja chasing him, he'd only bring more problems to her, and she could get hurt as a result. He didn't even know why Sugaru was doing this, what his motives really were.
Looking back, he saw one of the two Ninja's weaving through hand signs, so Ryouta took out a scroll, and released the items, which was a bunch of paper bombs that stuck to the trees, and floated through the air.
Ryouta pulled ahead a little bit, and weaved through some hand signs.
"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Releasing a fireball, the flames and the paper bombs acted together, unleashing a devastating blast, which continued to explode, while the Ninja's paused, and one of them created a water wall, tanking Ryouta's shot.
Ryouta grimaced "So one of them has Water Release...I'll try and take him first." and then using his Sharingan, he tried to see if he had seen their colour chakra before.
But he hadn't.
Besides Sugaru, he didn't know who these people were.
"I know Sugaru is with the Anbu...but are these two as well? They aren't wearing masks that usual members of the group wear...still, I'm worried about these people. Izumi-chan….please be okay..."
He pleaded deeply within his mind.
But he didn't have time to relax as they came in close.
One swung their fist towards Ryouta, who saw with his Sharingan what was going to happen, so he was able to avoid the strong fist, but the foot then came up and embedded itself into Ryouta's torso, who spat out bile.
"Gwah!"
But flying backwards, Ryouta twirled in the air, and allowed another scroll to come out. Released from the scroll was a long wire, which Ryouta wrapped a kunai around it, and he tossed it towards the incoming attacker within seconds.
The opponent dodged out of the way, but Ryouta then used his hand to twirl it and brought the wire to go around the Ninja. The Ninja attempted to land on the tree below, but before he could, the wire began to wrap around his body.
The Ninja went to use some hand signs to get out of the wire, when Ryouta pulled out a smoke bomb, tossing it towards the enemy.
The Ninja went to avoid the smoke bomb along with getting out of the wire, when his eyes caught Ryouta's own...
And then Ryouta unleashed a Genjutsu upon the man.
While not on the level of Shisui's own Genjutsu, he could cast Genjutsu and the voice of Shisui came in saying "I've got him Ryou!" the Anbu man gasped, and turned...but nothing was there, which allowed the smoke bomb to explode all around him, which he inhaled...and his eyes began to widen, his vision became a bit blurry.
"W-What's..."
His eyes were even stinging, and because of that, the wire formed around him, while Ryouta placed the remaining wire to his mouth, and breathed out flames after going through the hand signs, and it travelled down the wire.
The Ninja was shocked, and thought that since he was a child, he wouldn't have to take it seriously.
But now, he was stuck, and couldn't escape from the wire, and the flames coming towards him at a high speed.
"Damn..."
As Danzo's Root member, he was trained to have no emotions.
But seeing the flames get closer, he did feel a little worry as the flames smashed against him, and cause his body to be set aflame.
"Thank you Izumi-chan...and Shi-chan..."
Ryouta murmured, thankful for the poisoned smoke bomb he had gotten from her, and for how Shisui had taught him Genjutsu.
The other Ninja chasing Ryouta were beyond surprised, seeing a child managing to do that.
He couldn't take it easy on Ryouta, and shot for him.
"Stay away!"
Ryouta yelled, and threw shurikens towards the man, who swiftly used a kunai to block the shurikens.
The Ninja took his own shurikens and tossed them at high speed for Ryouta.
Ryouta used his Sharingan to predict the place that their shurikens would go, which allowed him to avoid the shurikens.
The Anbu then came from the right, took out a sword and slashed towards Ryouta's body.
Ryouta blocked with his kunai blade, but then he pushed back, weaving through hand signs, and released a strong Wind Release blast for his body.
Ryouta used his Sharingan to predict that, and managed to jump down towards a field.
But as he did, the ground around him began to turn into spikes.
"Another Nature Release...this guys mastered two...elemental releases..."
Ryouta gasped, and bent his body to avoid the piercing, only to receive a slice to his right hand side. A deep slice at that, with his blood leaking out of his wound.
Ryouta slid out of the stone spikes, and stood on top of the stony spike structure, placing a hand on his wound.
"...The kids still able to stand after that wound? It's rather deep..."
The man said in doubt.
Ryouta couldn't hear what he was saying.
But he didn't care.
"I just have to survive until Shi-chan shows up...no, I have to fight like I might not have Shi-chan come...I need to take him down...but his speed and strength...even then, I wont back down from him. Even this Ninja is still human...he'll explode like the rest of them...I just need to survive long enough..."
Ryouta made up his mind.
He didn't like killing, but he was out to kill him.
He had to do what was necessary.
"You want to fight? Alright then, lets fight!"
Ryouta took out a bunch of shuriken and threw them towards the enemy, in seemingly random patterns, the Ninja was unaware of paper bombs wrapped around carefully in some of them, being hidden by the others that were being thrown, and they stabbed in different places all the while sending some ones towards the Anbu member that blocked easily, something that Ryouta expected him to do.
The Anbu man went to charge Ryouta when they saw something within Ryouta's mouth…
It was wire.
It was seemingly the same wire that he had beforehand within his mouth when he got the other Ninja, and then he released fire across it, travelling at a good speed.
The Anbu man moved out of the way, unsure of what he was going to do, but chose to ignore that, rushing him with his sword.
His speed wasn't anywhere near Shisui's, and thanks to the Sharingan Ryouta could see him coming, predicting where he'd be coming in, so he pulled backwards, and with the wire that was attached to the flaming inferno Ryouta set up before, he forced the wires towards the man, who saw that they were on fire, causing him to narrow his brows.
Using his impressive swordsmanship, he managed to cleave through the flaming wires, albeit with some of the wires cutting into the sword a good deal.
Ryouta used that chance to dash forward.
With the man briefly distracted, Ryouta got in close, and brought his leg up, swinging it forward.
"Nice try."
The man blocked with his sword, but due to the damage the flaming wires caused beforehand, Ryouta's brute strength was enough to smash the already damaged weapon apart, his foot connecting with the Ninja's body, and blew him backwards, the force sending him towards the inferno behind.
Ryouta smiled...
But then saw the Ninja release an Wind Release Jutsu, blowing his body away from the flaming inferno, saving himself, then landed on the ground.
"It's impressive that this kid could do this. He is Shisui Uchiha's brother after all, using that wire to damage my weapon, then used his Sharingan and speed to get in close, forcing me to block with the weakened part of my weapon all the while setting up a fire to burn me to a crisp behind me, his ability to plan and trap is rather strong...this child is rather dangerous, it's better if I go full force now, and make him stop, so Danzo-sama can continue on."
Without uttering a word, the man tossed his broken blade away, then charged forward.
Ryouta did the same thing, kunai in hand.
With him coming from the right, Ryouta blocked his kick with his own, but their physical strength was quite damaging, and he could feel his leg shaking from the kick, then he crossed his arms, blocking a punch that was hard enough to cause Ryouta to feel the impact on his arm.
He gritted his teeth, as the Anbu brought out a kunai and slashed towards his already wounded area.
Ryouta used his Sharingan to see his movements, and barely got out of the way, but the Anbu then came up from behind, slamming him hard in the back, smashing his body into the ground with cracks going all around his body due to the incredible strength he had.
Ryouta spat out blood, and had a visible head wound.
"Shi-chan...I wont give up..."
But he still didn't give up, dropping a paper bomb from underneath him, and pushed some dirt in the way so it couldn't be seen, as Ryouta jumped upwards, going high into the air, as he weaved through some hand signs.
The Anbu grimaced, and ready to deal with it, when Ryouta merely flipped backwards, and dashed off to the side.
"A trick...he wasn't going to release a Jutsu at all...smart."
The Anbu chased him, appearing on the left, and swung his foot for the boys upper body.
Ryouta dodged backwards, dropping a paper bomb onto the ground, as he flipped backwards a few times.
But then the Anbu weaved through some hand signs, and this time, released an air blast towards him.
Ryouta didn't have time to fully dodge out of the way, the left shoulder received the impact of the attack, cutting deeply into his shoulder, Ryouta ground his teeth, but continued on, and rushed towards another area.
The Anbu believed that he was trying to escape, so he weaved through some hand signs.
In front of Ryouta an earth wall was formed, so Ryouta pushed back against it, as the Anbu man came towards him with a kunai blade.
Ryouta twirled right, but the kunai sliced into him.
While he got sliced, Ryouta managed to place a paper bomb near the wall, as he jumped backwards.
"You have a strong resolve, child. I commend you."
Ryouta panted, feeling the wounds on him.
He still wouldn't allow himself to die.
"I don't know...what you guys want...but, I don't care...I wont die by you, or anyone!"
Ryouta weaved through some hand signs.
The Anbu Ninja got ready...but he didn't know that Ryouta had more Jutsu up his sleeve than the Great Fireball Jutsu, he had been training and learning ever since his incident with Yashiro, and then the Seven Ninja Swordsmen.
He had learned a new Jutsu that he thought would apply here rather well.
"Fire Release, Running Fire!"
Ryouta unleashed a wave of fire from his mouth, but this was different to a fireball.
Instead, this stream of fire ran across the ground, and travelled towards the enemy…
But then it split off from them, and began surrounding him in a circle of flames.
As they did, the Anbu man went to react…
When Ryouta allowed the fire to pass over some of the paper bombs that he had planted around.
On the ground, on the earth wall, everywhere, creating a ring of them around the enemy, something that shocked him when he realized it.
The explosive bombs reacted to his flames, and they began to explode all around the Anbu man before he could weave through some hand signs to protect himself.
The flames burned bright, and the Anbu man was caught up in the heavy explosions.
Ryouta with pain on his face due to his injuries, watched the man exploded to the point that his wounds were leaking heavy blood.
As the enemy was distracted with the wounds, Ryouta took one last kunai, and rushed the man.
His legs were shaking, his body suffered a number of wounds.
But he didn't stop, he couldn't until this man was deceased.
"Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"
Due to his wounds, the Anbu mans reactions were dulled, and while he blocked Ryouta's first attack, he tossed the kunai to his other hand, and pierced the man's chest, ramming his blade so deeply into him, that he was killed off.
Ryouta dislodged his blade from the man, looking pale due to the wounds he had suffered.
He didn't know what to expect next, but he knew at least he'd have to be ready...
Back with Izumi, she fought valiantly against Sugaru, but Sugaru was able to overpower her. Using his speed, and strength, Izumi wasn't able to get through his defences, and was ended up being knocked down to the ground.
Izumi had some wounds on her, but she wasn't going to give up.
She stood tall, and made a stance with her kunai.
"I don't understand why you're doing this...what could you want from this family? Haven't they suffered enough?"
"...That isn't my place to say, but I have...to do what is necessary."
Izumi didn't quite understand it.
But she still charged him, and weaved through some hand signs.
"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Unleashing a huge sphere of fire, Sugaru didn't have a choice other than to raise a shield with his insects. The insects themselves acted as a barrier, and stopped the flames from coming in close, but Izumi expected him to do that.
Instead, she wouldn't allow herself to be caught so easily, and went to go into her pocket for some kind of tool, when she saw from up above that the insects were coming down towards her, she jumped back, and locked eyes with Sugaru for an instant.
In that instant, Sugaru heard the sound of fluttering wings above him.
His eyes shot up, seeing the there were a number of pigeons in the air. Their attention turned towards him, and shot down like bullets.
Sugaru snapped his eyes closed, and placed his fingers together, announcing "Release!" allowing the Genjutsu to stop.
However, as he was dispelling the Genjutsu, he came towards the conclusion that it was merely to distract him, and he saw that she was gathering chakra within her, and had finished the hand signs necessary for her to complete the Jutsu she was going to cast.
"Fire Release, Dragon Fire Jutsu!"
Releasing it from her mouth, a strong stream of flames shot from Izumi's mouth. Rather than burn everything around, the flames concentrated into almost a beam of fire that would incinerate anything in its path.
Sugaru placed his insects before him, allowing them to block the fire.
But he was surprised when he saw that they were burning away.
The flames were intense, and it seemed Izumi didn't waste the time the Genjutsu gave her, and concentrated a good deal of fire into her Jutsu.
Because he wasn't expecting such an attack, he jumped away as his insects burned away, and the flames continued for him.
Using his insects like a propeller, he burst away from the flames, but the flames caught his right leg, and caused him intense burns. Even a C Rank Jutsu like this, was capable of inflicting this amount of damage upon him, he thought Izumi had definitely mastered the Jutsu to a good degree, and like a true Uchiha, had an affinity for Fire Release.
Izumi panted, she didn't have the best chakra levels already so using her Sharingan and Fire Release like this was hard for her.
But she still didn't allow herself to quit, and armed herself with a kunai.
"I don't know what your intentions are, but I can't let you get that child. Hasn't he been through enough in his life already?!"
Sugaru mentally had to agree.
But at the same time, he couldn't fight against Danzo's orders.
"That child's life, is going to be filled with misery regardless of my actions this night. If he should survive, he'll always be haunted by the past, and his future is going to be a bleak one at best. Even you must realize it."
"What I realize is that child has the instincts of a warrior, but has the kindness of a true leader. He will put others before himself, and he will fight. Maybe you might beat me, and maybe you go for him...but that child, he wont stop until he's dead. You can count on that. Even if I don't win here...I'll send you to him in the worst possible condition!"
Seeing the determination that Izumi had, Sugaru gained respect for her.
She knew that the chances of her winning weren't the best, so she'd have to continue fighting until her death.
Even then, she didn't show fear.
She showed resolve, and was willing to do what she needed to do.
"You're very determined, you have a strong will. I've heard that it can be called the Will of Fire. Perhaps that's what you have. Perhaps that's what all Uchiha should have. Like those brothers."
Izumi was confused.
Sugaru's words didn't match his actions at all.
She thought he was trying to kill them…
But now it seemed as if she was being praised all of a sudden.
"...If you're praising me and them...then why are you doing this? Why would you...go this far, to gain...what exactly? The Sharingan? Because what else do those brothers have? They don't have a lot in this world, they have no parents, they have one another...why are you so determined to take that away?"
Sugaru felt a pulse from his heart when she said that.
It was...hard for him to hear.
"...I am doing what I believe I wish for. That's all."
Izumi found his choice of words odd.
It was conflicting.
He believed he wished for it.
He didn't even know if he wished for it?
That just didn't make sense to the girl.
She shook her head, and went to move, when two members of the Anbu jumped down and met with Sugaru.
"That boy is trickier than we thought, he's taken out a few of our forces."
Izumi heard what the man said, and she smiled to herself.
Hearing that Ryouta was still fighting made her happy.
Sugaru held a face that while stoic on the outside, on the inside he wished he'd be able to show a regretful expression.
"Then, I'll have to poison him."
Izumi's eyes flew open.
Ryouta...was going to be poisoned?
She couldn't believe that he'd go that far.
"No! You can't! If you want Sharingan...then I'll give you mine! Please don't harm that boy anymore! Please!"
Sugaru was again shocked.
Izumi would remove her own eyes, for the sake of Ryouta's own being saved.
Sugaru shook his head.
"It wont do, your eyes don't hold what I truly want."
"What...you want? All Sharingan are the same...unless..."
Izumi felt sick, and believed she understood what Sugaru wanted.
She was aware that Shisui had the Mangekyou Sharingan.
She had been told about it a few years ago, and was sworn to not ever tell anyone.
If Sugaru knew...then he'd use Ryouta as bait, and then take Shisui's eyes.
That's the only thing that she could think of.
"No! I wont let you have his eyes!"
She charged forward, but Sugaru waved his hands, the two men stepped forward, and got between him and her.
"Izumi Uchiha, I have to go and deal with that boy, you fought well."
"N-No! You can't do this! Please Sugaru-san! Don't do this! He's just a child!"
Her pleas seemingly fell on deaf ears as he began making his retreat.
Sugaru though held a disheartened expression as he disappeared.
Izumi was left with two Anbu, and she already was tired from fighting Sugaru.
Still, she couldn't give up…
She wouldn't give up until she knew Ryouta was fine.
Back with Ryouta, the boy panted heavily as he witnessed the deaths of the Ninja that were chasing him.
His body felt weak from the assaults.
"Shi-chan..."
He hoped Shisui was out there, somewhere, and was coming.
But he for the moment he was going to do his best.
He tried to move...
In the end however, he fell down to the ground on his knees, his hand placing itself on the wounds he had. Feeling the blood coming from him more and more, Ryouta fought to keep his mind focused.
He didn't have time to pass out, even though he did suffer a few wounds.
He thought about Shisui, and wondered if he was going to be coming.
He hoped Izumi was okay and safe from danger.
"Come on Ryou...you've been through worse...you can do this..."
Self motivation came a long way for him to do his best, getting up from the ground, only to see more Anbu landing before him.
Ryouta gasped, and pulled backwards, as one of the men stepped forward.
"You are a troublesome brat. I'm shocked that a child such as yourself even managed to trick our skilled Ninja. They must have taken you less seriously. But we wont be making that mistake. Even a wounded Ninja is a dangerous Ninja."
Ryouta grit his teeth, and readied himself with a kunai.
Even if it was going to be dangerous...Ryouta was going to do his best.
With his body ready for the assault, Ryouta rushed them.
Coming at two with his kunai, he tossed them forward, and they parried them away, only for Ryouta to release a close and personal Fireball Jutsu, however one of them countered it with a Water Wall Jutsu, steam rose up between them.
Using his Sharingan to see through the steam, he lunged forward, and attempted to stab one of the enemies in their chest, but he was blocked just in time, and received a kick to his torso. But as he did, Ryouta managed to stab deeply into the man's leg, injuring him to the point he wasn't able to use the leg anymore.
Ryouta rolled on the ground, and coughed out some blood.
Seeing the Ninja rallying around, he exhaled slowly.
"These Ninja are so fast...and strong...Shi-chan...I need to keep going..."
His determination forced him to his feet.
He felt his body was in pain.
Though he was worried, he knew Shisui wouldn't give up, and neither would he.
"...I wont stop...!"
Making a cry for battle, Ryouta charged them again and again.
Even when he was punched, kicked, blasted with Jutsu.
It caused him great pain.
But he also managed to inflict great pain onto them while receiving pain.
He fought them off the best that he could.
Even though more Anbu members had shown up, he wasn't going to back down from this challenge, and was ready to deal with the enemy. Slashing and firing off Jutsu, Ryouta managed to injure some of the Anbu with tactics.
But as he was, he still suffered quite a bit of injuries.
It took all Ryouta had to survive such an assault on his body. He still managed to injure some of them, but Ryouta wasn't able to overcome them all, and was smashed into the ground.
With blood leaking out of his body, Ryouta's defiant eyes went towards the Ninja.
His body moved from the dirt.
Bruises and blood mixed together on his flesh.
He stared down the Ninja before him.
"...Those wounds should have put him out of action...yet, he still stands..."
The Anbu were baffled.
They didn't understand the fact that his emotions, that were turned to survival, helped fight through the pain.
Even if he was injured quite a bit, he wouldn't stand for anything other than living right now.
"It doesn't matter. If we can bring him to unconsciousness, then we'll proceed."
Ryouta didn't know what they meant by that.
What was he proceeding too?
Whatever it was, Ryouta knew it wasn't good at all.
As Ryouta was going to be struck down by the Anbu, Ryouta suddenly saw a kunai being thrust through the man's body, his heart also being pierced, and he was killed off, shocking Ryouta.
He hoped it was Shisui who had come...
But it wasn't at all.
"Hey Ryouta-kun...I'm back~"
It was Tobi, in his playful voice.
However...that voice was laced with scary intentions.
Ryouta saw something odd as well...
Tobi's body was halfway through the ground.
It wasn't an Earth Release either from what he could tell.
The earth hadn't been disturbed at all.
Ryouta then watched the man pop out of the ground, and turned to the other Anbu's who had some injuries on their bodies.
"I'm sorry, but this boy wont be going towards you or anyone. He'll be coming with me."
Ryouta shuddered as he watched what happened next.
Ryouta was blown away by the strength...and scary way that Tobi used to defeated them.
"Lets get him!"
"Kill him!"
The Anbu charged for Tobi, but his lone eye locked with them one by one.
Tobi used a high level Genjutsu and stopped all their movements.
Ryouta wasn't even sure how he did it since he couldn't see the man's face, or eyes.
Tobi then slaughtered the Anbu like they were nothing.
Doing it in the most painful manner, Ryouta could see Tobi was just dancing through the Anbu, he was that skilled he didn't have to make serious moves.
Once they were dead, Ryouta saw Tobi turn back towards him.
Ryouta pulled backwards, but Tobi moved closer.
"It's alright, I've not come to hurt you."
"...Who are you? You put them under a Genjutsu without doing any hand signs...are you an Uchiha? Do you have the Sharingan?"
It's the only guess Ryouta had.
If he wasn't Uchiha, but had a Sharingan…
Or if he was an Uchiha, what reason he'd want with Ryouta since he knew most Uchiha didn't like Ryouta.
Perhaps Tobi was sent to kill him?
Ryouta thought that, and other things of that nature were rather plausible.
However, what Tobi did next, surprised Ryouta.
"We have a lot in common, Ryouta Uchiha-kun. You, are someone that I've been watching for a long time. It's time to come with me. While big brother isn't around, come to my side...I'll train you to become the strongest. Now, come with me, it's time to see your new future."
Ryouta felt more and more fear come to him.
He didn't know what Tobi truly wanted.
He didn't even know Tobi.
He couldn't even tell if Tobi was sane or not.
All Ryouta could do was worry...and pray Shisui would get there soon.

A little ease into the chapter before the heavy stuff. With Ryouta concerned for Shisui as he spent time with him. Haku basically confirming how she feels about Ryouta, Satsuki showing her feelings while trying to deny it, and Naruko being a bit oblivious but she seemed to still like the idea of being able to hold hands with him. Ryouta even helped Shisui and Ayame speak and promise to go on a date...
With Danzo having Sugaru go after Ryouta and Izumi, Sugaru's feelings about Shisui, how he could harm a child and other things relating to the Uchiha brothers, Danzo's insistence and basically forcing him to do it, Sugaru's heart is heavy with conflicting emotions, something that's going to play into the future of the story.
Izumi fought Sugaru off the best she could, while Ryouta ran away but was being chased by a few Root Anbu members. Using his brains and revealing a new Jutsu, he managed to fight them off the best that he could, managing to take out two of them, but more showed up, and attacked. But then at the end, Tobi came in, slaughtered the remaining Ninja, and turned his attention towards Ryouta, seemingly now, while Shisui wasn't with Ryouta, he is making his move.
Next chapter...we'll see what happens with Shisui and Ryouta.
