Morregen; Things will be different to that, that's all I can say. His death...if he dies or not...we'll soon see~ Whatever happens, it's going to be quite emotional.
ShadowUzumaki55; Ooh yeah, things are heating up alright~ Lets see what happens with Shisui. Sugaru's feelings on the matter are a little complex, he doesn't want to do it, but is being left with little choice thanks to Danzo. Yeah, Ryou and Izumi are holding their own and wont die that easily. That will be a little more expanded upon here, and more in the future.
Isao Gin; Sugaru does yeah. Tobi wants something~ Danzo is being rather stubborn and going after what he wants. Ryou does yeah, but his reality wont allow that. Thanks very much!
Silver crow; Thanks! Shisui will appear yeah. It seems that he might have to. Danzo will try and weasel his way out of it. You're right I believe, Itachi never said anything to Hiruzen in canon. Glad you liked that scene. It seems Danzo's not able to control those he's trying to. Haku says it as it is. He might remain a frequent customer yeah. Ryouta does know some stuff about his Mother, and we'll find out some stuff about her rather soon. If that did, then this chapter is going to be filled with the feels~ Izumi and Ryouta did yeah, then Sugaru came. Ryouta did his best, he didn't give up even when he was beaten and put down. Sugaru didn't go all out against Izumi, he had conflicting feelings. Maybe they did haha. Tobi did step in and saved Ryouta, but he also had his own motives for doing it. Shisui will do. If I do make a One Piece story, I'll keep them in mind. That would be cool for RWBY. Those are great Percy Jackson ideas! I haven't caught up with those books yet, and when I do, and if I do a story, I'll keep those ideas in mind.
Guest 1; Yeah, quite the calm before the storm, which has come at the end of last chapter, and this chapter. They could figure it out. It was slightly annoying that it wasn't brought up beforehand. It could be worth a chapter to see him going towards an animals home and getting the contract. He would use it with Susanoo yeah. He could give them homes, it would be in his character to do so.

Brainstorm Sorcerer; Thanks very much! This chapter will be getting very emotional. He did yeah, he refused to give up and die, even though he was in so much pain. That music would fit pretty well there. Tobi did interfere yeah for his own personal reasons. It is ironic~ Yeah, while they had good times, both knew something was going on and Shisui especially couldn't say anything about it. Hiruzen could teach Ryouta a thing or two. Yeah, he might end up having some Senjutsu capabilities. He'll learn some more rather soon, he'll have at least another nature transformation by the time canon rolls around. He'll definitely meet Konohamaru. Not sure yet, maybe he might consider them both as rivals or something. Tobi will yeah. Not sure if I'll be doing a Percy Jackson story for a while yet, not caught up with the latest books. That's a pretty good idea~ It definitely would be rather interesting if she was. They could become a Hokage, either one of them~ That would be rather funny~ Things will definitely be tough for Ryouta, but it will help shape him into a splendid Ninja.

MDM11; He could do~ He might become their Sensei~ Zabuza being that huh, that would be rather nice. That would be rather cool if they did show up. Shisui being that would be cool, and Danzo joining that for the sake of the village, he'd probably do something like that. Thanks for thr suggestions!
Guest 8; Thanks very much! Yeah, I'll answer any questions you have. I'd probably have her use Hawks exclusively. It is a mouthful, I usually just say Koto when thinking about it. He could become a really great Genjutsu master without that ability yeah. I think you're right in that yeah, he did.
War Sage; Thanks! Danzo would be yeah. Yeah, it's a good possibility. He would do something like that if he has Sage Mode yeah. He could maybe use it if he did have those genes. It could be used in that way yeah. Yeah, when Ryouta's lifes in danger, he'll do what he can to make sure that he survives, and uses his mind and techniques to get him through. Perhaps it could, but he'll still train and be able to show his potential. We'll see what happens with Shisui. Yeah, they have some kind of suspect in Tobi, but don't know about him much at this point. It wouldn't go well yeah. It would be funny if her hair did something like that. He could learn variants of them yeah. At the moment, being an Uchiha he has a natural affinity for fire, I can't reveal if he has others, would spoil a bit about his Mother potentially. Only a few people would know about it. It could work on physical attacks also. Thanks for the suggestions!
Guest 9; That was because it would have been an evolution of his Quirk, as he grew stronger he'd be able to do that.
Guest 10; That's a good question, I'm not sure how it would affect his Sharingan's look. Maybe make it an orange colour could be rather fun to explore. Those two together would be rather fun to see. A third eye could be rather fun to see~ I'd maybe go with the ability to turn it on and off. He will learn some Medical Ninjutsu. No worries at all~
Guest 11; Some I might use, like the first Naruto movie, and a few of the others if they can fit in rather nicely into the story. Haha, that would be rather cool if he could travel to different anime worlds, to see what could happen with him being there.

Drake-san; As you said, he'd be around 15 years old by the time they enter U.A. I can't spoil about what would his backstory would be, all I can say is that he and his brother would have a complicated relationship. All Might wasn't aware of Nana's kid having children so yeah he'd not be involved. The relationship between All Might and the Oc will be rather interesting to explore. His Quirk would work really well with One For All, don't want to spoil it just yet. Melissa could be yeah. He could have rays/lightning that colour. If he doesn't know about his Father's ways, he'd find out somehow. Thanks for the votes. Ochaco would be in it, I quite like Ochaco. I don't know about Katsuki yet, depends if it would fit the story or not. I can't reveal what kind of species he'd be, though he'd at least be half human to have Boosted Gear. He might become Rias' peerage member, but under different circumstances to how Ise did. I don't know much about Fate so can't say much about that, and yeah I did a story like that years ago. All Sacred Gear users depend on their Sacred Gears or incorporate it into their fighting style somehow, but he'd have other things to fight even without it. Not the Boosted Gear wielder, an Oc with the Grigori would be different to that. The forms he'd have, some might be the same, some would be different.
Guest 13; Fusing them together would be cool, I might go with that and see how their Susanoo's powers together would be like. No problem at all~

makotoxvalerie; If I had a good idea for it then it could be the case where there would be a half Grim Reaper story. That would be spoilers on how he'd join, all I can say is that it would be different to how Ise joins. I would do, though I wouldn't be able to do all of Slash/Dog just yet since it hasn't been fully translated at the posting of this chapter. I can't spoil what he'd be like, that would be shaped by his history which would be a spoiler. That would be a funny scene to see. That would be a cool power. We'll have to wait and see what happens.

Shisui's gift part two
Izumi, facing off against two Root Ninja, with her body already injured, was becoming more and more exhausted.
"This isn't good...if I don't find a way to stop them...but these wounds are slowing me down also. If I could heal them then maybe...yes, I'd have to do my best..."
Izumi placed her hand to her wound, and she began using Medical Ninjutsu to heal herself.
"Even though she's young, she's gifted in Medical Ninjutsu it seems..."
"We have to stop her."
The two Ninja shot for her at high speeds.
She gritted her teeth, but turned and ran towards the house.
She had some stuff in their that might be able to help her.
But one of the Anbu Ninja got before her, and came at her with a flurry of stabbing motions.
Izumi used her Sharingan to predict his movements, and moved her body out of the way of all of the attacks, but he was rather quick so she wasn't sure how long she'd be able to dodge him, so in the middle of dodging the attacks, she took out a kunai, and pushed it forward.
Using her Sharingan once more, she predicted the path his own kunai strikes would be, and stopped him in his tracks. The blades collided with one another's, sparks being created as she moved her foot forward, and slammed it towards his upper body.
But before she could get in contact, the other Anbu grabbed her foot, and threw her back towards the tree nearby the house. Her body hit the tree hard, and she grimaced at the feeling, while also twisting her body as she hit the ground.
She looked down at the ground, feeling her body being in pain.
"I...I don't understand...what you're doing...but, you wont...you wont succeed...in beating me...and even...if you do...I wont...allow Ryou-kun...to be killed...you are...horrible for...attacking a child...you aren't...going to get...away with this...I swear...that you wont..."
Izumi's words didn't bother them.
They were emotionless Ninja.
Izumi watched as they took up arms against her.
With their weapons ready to strike her down, Izumi knew that she might not have a chance.
But she wasn't going to stop.
"I wont give up!"
Izumi announced, and went to move...
When Shisui came in, and with his tanto, he sliced across their bodies a number of times. They didn't even have time to react to his speed, and they ended up landing on the floor.
Their eyes began to close as Shisui turned towards Izumi.
Bending down towards her, he saw that she had some dangerous looking wounds.
"Izumi-chan, I'm sorry that this happened..."
"It's okay...but, forget about me, Ryou-kun...Shisui-kun, Sugaru...he's after your eyes...I think he wants your eyes..."
Shisui's eyes lowered.
"...Sugaru, I thought he was a friend, but I always felt something was off. Don't worry, the real me is going after Ryou."
Izumi was relieved.
She also was thankful to Shisui for coming for her also.
"Still...you shouldn't waste chakra...go, and help out the real you...I'll be okay...I just...need to heal my wounds..."
Izumi exhaled slowly, trying to control her breathing.
She placed her hands to her wounds, and began using her chakra via Medical Ninjutsu to heal herself.
Shisui picked her up, and carried her back into the house.
Seeing the destruction around, the clone of Shisui hoped the real one would get to Ryouta in time. Hoping that he wasn't going to die. He just couldn't let anything happen to him.
Back with Ryouta, looking into the eyehole of Tobi's mask, he tried to see if he could see anything special about the eye. If it was a Sharingan, or a Byakugan or another kind of Dojutsu that he currently wasn't aware of.
But Tobi managed to keep it hidden rather well.
"Come with me, Ryou. We don't have much time."
Ryouta resisted with a strong glare.
"I don't want to go with you...stay away from me."
"Don't worry about such things, you will know me in time."
"...Did you send...those Ninja after me? So...you could appear to be the good guy?"
"That would've been a good idea, but I didn't send these Ninja after you. I merely killed them before they could get their hands on you."
Ryouta didn't know if he could trust Tobi's words.
Tobi pulled closer and closer, while Ryouta moved backwards. Due to his injuries, he felt like he'd not be able to run away from Tobi.
He had to do something, otherwise he was going to be caught by this man, and that's something that he didn't want.
"Why have you been watching me?"
Ryouta demanded, hoping to stall Tobi for as long as possible.
Tobi chortled lightly.
"As I said, I've been watching you, you're like me. This world has wronged people like you. I also was a black sheep, people looked down on me. But together, we can do what we like. With the power of your Mother, and Father inside of you, being trained by Shisui...you'll be perfect. I'll take you on as my apprentice, together we can do so much."
Ryouta still didn't understand why he was so interested in him.
Even if they shared some circumstances, what could it be that Tobi truly wanted?
His power?
His Sharingan?
Something else Ryouta didn't know?
All he knew was that this was a dangerous situation and he had to remain vigilant, in case something was to happen.
"...How has the world wronged you?"
Ryouta thought that was a plausible question.
He thought that Tobi might even be stalled for a good enough time for him to do this.
"It took away the person I loved, and the people I thought were right...were in the wrong. This world is miserable. I believe you and I can understand one another quite a lot. Both, have been wronged by this world, and both have to suffer at the hands of it."
Ryouta could hear pain in his voice.
But what he had told him didn't justify why he wanted to take Ryouta, and why he wanted to do anything to good people.
He just couldn't accept it.
"...But what you have done...has caused suffering, hasn't it? Would you...do anything for your goal? Even make innocent people suffer?"
"If they got in my way, then I'd do it yes." Tobi offered his hand, Ryouta looked reluctant to take it. "Come with me, Ryou."
Ryouta made strong eyes, and gave a defiant stare back towards him.
"Don't call me Ryou...only my friends and loved ones can call me that. You...are neither. I don't know you...you say you've been watching me...that doesn't make me trust you...that makes me worry about you."
Tobi's face behind the mask turned sour.
"I don't have time to argue. I'd hope you'd follow me by choice, but I will force you if you don't come to my side, right now."
Ryouta stayed where he was, and didn't make an attempt to move.
He wouldn't bow down to Tobi.
Even if there was a clear difference in ability.
"I wont leave with you. I'll stay here, where my friends, and family are. Where Shi-chan is, that's where I'll stay."
"If that's how you wish for it to be, then I'll just have to use my power to force you."
Tobi took a step closer, so Ryouta tossed a shuriken at him.
To his shock, the shuriken slid through his body as if he wasn't even there.
"W-What…?"
Ryouta gasped, and took out a kunai.
When Tobi's hand went to grab him, Ryouta slashed for him.
But the same thing happened again.
His body became intangible, and he couldn't land a hit on him.
But he felt Tobi then grab him by his wrist, and suspend him up in the air.
"Get off me!"
Ryouta tried to get Tobi off of him.
But each time he did, he couldn't get the man off of his throat.
"Sorry, but I can't let you go. One day, you'll understand why I'm doing this. It is for your benefit. As long as you're in Konoha, your potential wont be realized. Within my custody, you'll gain every little bit of potential that's within you, and have it realized before your eyes. You'll see your power grow to the point that no one can challenge you."
"I'd rather have no power than be with you!"
Ryouta exclaimed, and tried to kick out against him.
But Tobi blocked with his hand this time, rather than allowing it to pass through him.
"It seems that you still are being rather troublesome. It's okay, it doesn't make me any less willing to take you. It shows me that you're going to be a little more challenging than I thought."
Ryouta panicked even more, and tried furiously to get out of his grasp.
But it wouldn't work.
Nothing he did seemed to be working, and he didn't know what was going on.
He never knew of any Jutsu that allowed him to slide through objects, and attacks.
He wasn't moving fast either, Ryouta would have at least seen a little bit of his movements with his Sharingan.
As Ryouta panicked, a swirling began around his eye, and extended more and more.
"W-What's that?!"
"Don't worry, this is going to be your ride out of here."
"No! Get off me! I wont let you do this!"
Ryouta desperately tried to get out of his grasp.
But he couldn't do it, and he thought he was going to be swallowed up…
But just then, Shisui came flying in at such a speed even Tobi was stunned by it, and saw his foot going for Tobi's face, at the same time grabbing Ryouta's body, along with slashing for Tobi's hand, so he had to become intangible.
Ryouta was released, and held within Shisui's grasp, using his famed speed to separate the pair of them away from the other.
Getting a good distance back, Ryouta looked up to Shisui's face, and saw that he had a wicked look in his eyes.
"Shi-chan..."
Ryouta breathed out.
Shisui looked down and saw some of the wounds on him, his face contorted angrily.
"...Who did this to you, Ryou? Was it that guy there?"
"...No, but he threatened to take me away Shi-chan. I don't know what he wants...but he said we're similar...and he wants to train me as his apprentice. Sugaru-san...he also came to the house...and he...Shi-chan he..."
"I know, don't worry. Izumi-chan is safe."
Ryouta was relieved.
But he could see the pain on Shisui's face, probably due to the fact that Sugaru had betrayed his friendship.
Shisui dispelled his sadness though and locked eyes with Tobi.
"You..."
"Shisui, it didn't have to be like this. How about you come with me also? Your eyes, I could use the power they have. The Ultimate Genjutsu, the ability to do what I want with whoever I want. My plans would go a lot smoother if you came with me right now."
Shisui scoffed.
"Yeah right. I wont be doing that, nor will I be allowing you to get your hands on my brother either."
Tobi didn't like the sound of that.
In fact, he wanted to end this as quickly as possible.
"That boy will be coming with me, one way or another."
Shisui got into an offensive position, while Ryouta looked on, not sure what Shisui would be able to do against Tobi. Due to the fact that he would apparently phase through all of the attacks that Shisui would give, so he didn't know what was going to happen during this fight.
All he could do was believe in his older brother.
Meanwhile, heading towards the area Shisui was, Sugaru's conflicting, and developing personality was a hindrance, he knew that it would be like that. Also, he knew that Danzo wouldn't allow him to simply stop either.
When he met up with Danzo, he saw that there were a number of Ninja around him. The Root Ninja's that Danzo personally had. He could see that they were all strong members. He moved to Danzo's side, and bowed his head.
"This situation isn't going as planned, Sugaru."
Danzo said with a seething gaze.
"Yes...I apologize for what had happened. The Uchiha girl, and child were more prepared than I had given them credit for."
"A child and a girl were more prepared than you, who is one of my top Root agents? I find that hard to believe. Perhaps my suspicions of you being brought in by Shisui's words, and kindness have been found to be true."
"No, Danzo-sama. That isn't..."
"Then, why is it that the child managed to get away from you? Are you telling me that someone I put personally on this task, has failed? Sugaru, I am not pleased with your performance, and I cannot tolerate failure." As he said it, the Ninja around Danzo turned on Sugaru who remained stoic faced. "You have one last opportunity. Either poison that child..." Danzo flicked his hand forward, and from that action, a seal activated upon Sugaru which was inside of his mouth, and began causing great pain. "...or I will leave you in this state permanently."
Sugaru's condition was evident on his face that he was suffering an immense amount of pain.
Even if he couldn't let out a sound due to what happened to him years ago.
"I had this placed on you the moment that you began working with Shisui. I always make sure every base is covered, Sugaru. Or should I say Yoji Aburame? Though I don't like resorting to these methods, I have to in circumstances such as these."
"D-Danzo-sama….I...I will..."
He tried to speak through his insects, but the pain made it difficult to do so.
Danzo flicked his hand forward once more, and stopped the seal.
"Be sure that you do. I haven't done all of this, for you to fail and for me to not obtain the power of Shisui Uchiha's eyes. Those eyes, will give me incredible power for the sake of this village. Now, go forward, and capture that boy, or Shisui Uchiha himself. By now, I'm sure that he would be close, or have met up with him. If you fail me, I'll have no choice but to let you go. Do you understand?"
Sugaru panted, his hands digging up the earth on the ground below.
The pain might have subsided, but it was something he didn't care to experience again.
Sugaru's eyes met with Danzo's lone eye.
He could feel the pressure coming off of Danzo.
It was intense.
He knew he didn't have a choice.
Danzo would be watching.
If he didn't do as he asked, then he'd be killed.
Back with Shisui and Ryouta, the pair stared down Tobi, as Ryouta watched Shisui take out the blade that Ryouta had gotten him once as a present.
"Troublesome boy...move now."
Tobi scowled, and wondered what would be the best to get out of this situation.
"Yeah right."
Shisui though used top speed, and disappeared in a flash.
Tobi widened his eyes when he saw Shisui coming from the right.
He barely had time to activate his special ability, but did manage to get it on as Shisui's blade came slicing down his right hand side. The blade slid through him as if he wasn't even there, Shisui tightened his eyes, and pulled backwards.
"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Unleashing a devastating flame, the large fireball encompassed the area that Tobi was in.
Tobi phased through the flames, as Shisui came at him from the other side.
His blade ran through the place Tobi's head was, and once more, it merely phased through him.
Shisui pulled back once more, and got into a stance.
"You can't beat me, Shisui Uchiha. Even if you try, I'll phase through all of your abilities. Even if you try and cast a Genjutsu on me, you wont be able to escape my power. Then you'll have exhausted all of your power, and you'll end up dying as a result. A meaningless death. But, be comforted by the knowledge that I'll take your brother this day, and I'll make sure he's raised right."
Shisui's anger grew.
The fact that Tobi was taunting him, while also threatening to do things with Ryouta.
It wasn't going to be allowed while he was around.
"I'll make him into the perfect weapon." Tobi's words stung Shisui so much that his teeth grinded, trying to remain as composed as possible. "The potential the boy has...the fact that he's a child of your Mother and Father. The fact you, as his brother, awakened such a Genjutsu. I wonder what his Mangekyou Sharingan is going to be like? If I kill you, then your death will release his Mangekyou Sharingan."
Shisui, trying to control his anger so he didn't slip during this fight, slammed his hands downwards.
As he did, he weaved through hand signs so fast that even Tobi was stunned.
He watched as Shisui unleashed a large blast of pressurized wind. It tore through the ground, as well as cutting through the air. Tobi activated his Jutsu once more, and phased through the attack, while the trees behind him sliced apart, blasting them down without even a worry.
"...He's not attacking me. Even though he can phase, he has to be here to actually attack me. That's a weakness he has. Also...there has to be a limit to this ability. A time limit perhaps...or maybe when his chakra runs out...but I don't know how much chakra he's got. And I have to make the attacks precise enough so he'd have to use his strange ability. Plus, to keep him from Ryou...he can't do much in his current condition. But at least I can be his elder brother, and keep him safe."
Deciding that deep within his heart, Shisui then made a few Shadow Clones, four Ryouta could see, then adding Shisui was five all together.
"Clones? Even if you have one hundred, you'd not be able to beat me."
Tobi was suspicious about it, but Shisui remained strong for his little brother.
"Your Jutsu is weird, I'll admit that. But I wont die without showing you my all. I'm called Shisui of the Body Flicker. Now, I'm going to show you why I'm called that, together with these clones of mine. This entire battlefield is going to be my domain!"
Ryouta blinked as Shisui said that.
He was truly serious.
Shisui activated his Body Flicker he was famous for, along with the other clones.
He then split into Afterimage Clones.
So did the Shadow Clones, creating Afterimage Clones.
More and more of them began to surround the area due to the sheer speed Shisui and his clones were going.
"Amazing..."
Ryouta let out, seeing how many Shisui's were there.
It was as if Shisui had made many Shadow Clones, but including Shisui himself, there were only five people there that were doing the technique. Ryouta though knew that this might be a good deal of draining on his chakra, he knew the Shadow Clone Jutsu split the chakra equally through the clones, so creating four meant Shisui split it a few times.
But, Ryouta guessed that this was worth the price of splitting his chakra, that he'd be able to use the maximum potential with his speed in this kind of setting.
"...They could be anywhere. This entire battlefield is covered in Shisui's Afterimage Clones. They're fast enough to slide between them...I can't teleport out of here either, I need a second and Shisui's fast enough to get to me in that second...the close distance we are, and using Kamui...if he keeps pressuring me for five minutes, then my Jutsu will deactivate...and he'd have a chance to finish me off...shit..."
Even Tobi was stunned.
He counted over fifty afterimages, so at least ten monitored by one of the Shisui's.
Shisui wasn't holding back this time.
He could be within any of them, they'd have mass to attack also.
That alone, was something that made Tobi a little worried, since he did have a time limit, and if he kept the Kamui ability activated for more than that, then maybe he'd have to sacrifice getting damaged, as he did acknowledge that Shisui was faster than him, he might not be able to block an attack in time.
Deciding to change tactic, he went through the ground, so Shisui looked around with his Sharingan.
Moving so quickly around, Tobi tried to appear behind Ryouta…
"Nice try!"
Only for Shisui to slide into one of his Afterimage Clones, and sliced towards Tobi.
Shisui's voice echoed from all of the clones.
It was shocking for Tobi that it could be like that.
Ryouta also was amazed by seeing Shisui moving so fast.
His strikes were amazing.
The fact he could move this fast, only inspired Ryouta to train to match and even exceed his speed.
Tobi on the other hand, felt a little nervous.
Tobi then came out of the ground and watched as the Afterimage Clones attacked him from all different places imaginable. From the left, right, top, bottom, front, back, vertically, horizontally, and made both stabbing and slashing motions.
Tobi was stopped, and couldn't see a way out of it.
If he deactivated his Kamui now, then he knew that he'd be sliced apart.
He didn't even have time to use any kind of Jutsu to blast him backwards either.
Even when he moved, Shisui's clones followed him, and each had mass for a time. They all delivered strikes. Even the Shadow Clones of Shisui did the same thing.
It was Shisui's special skill in speed.
It was worrying for someone like Tobi.
"Tobi, you're going to tell me why you're after my brother!"
"As I said, I want him beside me. His talent is going to surpass your own one day and you already are one of the most talented Uchiha. I can tell. His resilient side wont allow him to give up, I witnessed him facing down Root Ninja, killing two of them at his young age and still injured a few more while taking heavy blows to his body, resilience is strong in this child, exactly what I need. Plus, he's rather intelligent, tactical and fast for his age. I want to harness that power for my own goals."
"So to use my brother, and have him do your bidding!?"
Shisui displayed more anger.
Tobi snickered.
"No, I wish for us to be partners, and do my plan, together. He's special, Shisui. He's got things that can help me with my plan. His eyes could turn into ones like yours, the Kotoamatsukami could be given to him as well. Changing a child of his age into my warrior, giving him the life that he deserves."
"I'll give him the opportunity to choose his life, and not be forced to do anything against his will!"
Shisui angrily said.
Ryouta's eyes sharpened.
"Maybe to you Tobi...Shi-chan is someone you dislike...but to me, he's my most favourite person, and someone that has...given me a lot. One day...I want to repay the love and kindness that he has given me. Until then...I wont let you take my brother away from me!"
To try and help Shisui, Ryouta also threw shuriken and weapons towards Tobi.
Allowing Shisui to use less chakra and not to overexert himself, he allowed the shurikens and kunai to go all around his body with wire control, Shisui was fluid enough to slice the places the weapons didn't go.
Working together like this, Shisui was grateful since now he could even save some chakra, and allow him a little longer times between attacks for him to take very small breaks, which allowed Shisui to continue on.
Together, they worked to take down Tobi.
For nearly five minutes, it was the same kind of attacks that Shisui gave, along with Ryouta assisting the best he could, and staying close just in case Tobi had some other tricks up his sleeve.
But due to the sheer amount and the way that he attacked, there wasn't an opportunity for Tobi to release his Jutsu long enough for him to try and attack Shisui, it simply wasn't even possible for him to do it.
During the time that they fought, or rather Tobi was trying to get out of Shisui's zone so he could briefly deactivate Kamui before putting it on again, Danzo and the other members of his squad appeared.
Each of them watched the battle between them go on.
Danzo didn't know what to make of it.
When the Jutsu ran out, Tobi's lone eye widened and he tried to avoid Shisui's attack.
But the sword sliced his right shoulder, and ran down towards his left hip, then he managed to slice his left hand side, drawing some blood as Tobi retreated backwards, and weaved through some hand signs.
"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Ryouta, to his knowledge, was witnessing a Jutsu most associated with the Uchiha clan, and since Tobi was using it, only was confirming the suspicions that he had about the masked man.
"Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Shisui matched the Jutsu, and unleashed their intense flames against one another.
The intense flames crashed together, and created a sea of fire between them.
Ryouta could feel the heat on his skin.
Shisui and Tobi proved to be rather matched in their Fire Release, so the pair stopped, and stood off against one another.
Seeing his own blood dripping onto the ground, Tobi was amazed and angered as his natural healing began to kick in.
"Five minutes." Shisui said to the annoyance of Tobi. "Remember that Ryou...his limit is five minutes. He still has chakra left, but that limit is when you need to strike, he has to be continuously attacked so he doesn't have time to deactivate it."
Ryouta drunk in the words of Shisui.
Shisui was passing on the information...just in case Tobi did manage to overcome him, Shisui would still have Ryouta live through this. That, he was determined to do.
"Yes...Shi-chan."
Tobi scrunched his eyebrows together.
"Even if you know the time, you can't keep that kind of attack up forever. I saw you, the amount of chakra you've released during that, keeping that level of speed isn't going to be something you can accomplish. That's only if I choose to fight you also, if I flee, then my limit will reset. And if I should be able to strike first...then you'd be finished."
Tobi assessed, while Shisui couldn't deny that using that attack for five minutes was difficult.
Keeping at such a level of speed that he created Afterimage Clones, along with splitting his chakra up between Shadow Clones, and having to not get in the way of the other clones either, and be mindful of Ryouta, it was something that required great concentration, great control over chakra, and also the use of the Sharingan so he could see it before it was going to happen, and that was just for a chance to land a strike on him.
Even then, it could be difficult for him to land a decisive blow onto Tobi.
"I wont let you flee from here, and I know you wont until you get your hands on my brother."
Tobi smirked under his mask.
"Perhaps."
Shisui pulled forward, and had his sword at the ready.
"You might have the ability to phase through attacks, but as the time limit comes down, I could see your movements were becoming more erratic. You were worried that I could cut you down. Next time, I'll slice through your entire body, so you can't harm my little brother anymore."
Tobi grit his teeth angrily at the man before him.
"You think that I don't have more tricks up my sleeve other than that? I wont be losing to you Shisui. Even if you're fast, maybe even faster than I am, I do know that you have limits also. You can't sustain that level of speed forever, and when you stop...I'll be able to kill you. I have immense chakra reserves, I can keep my Jutsu going for a long time...you can't keep that up forever-"
"I'll give Shi-chan all of my chakra so he can cut you down Tobi!"
Ryouta snapped, Shisui holding a small smile on his face.
Tobi's lone eye went towards Ryouta.
"Why are you against coming with me? What do you have in this village really? Your friends? Those bonds will wither, they will die, and you'll be left behind. If you come with me, you wont have to worry about them dying."
"They wont die, because I'll fight for them to live!"
Shisui nodded.
"That's what Uchiha do, they love, and give themselves to their loved ones, their comrades. Maybe that's been lost as of late...but I remember my Dad telling me Uchiha are beings filled with love. Ryou...is an Uchiha like that, so whatever you think you can do with Ryou, think again because I know him, he'd never want to work with someone like you."
Tobi's lone eye narrowed at Shisui.
Then turned to Ryouta.
"One last chance, or I kill your brother."
Ryouta looked to Shisui.
Though he did fear for Shisui's life, Ryouta also knew that Shisui would never let him go.
"...You'll have to kill me to get to Shi-chan, Tobi, if that is your real name...which I doubt it is."
"Trust me boy, I wont have to kill you. Tonight, your brother dies, and you awaken the eyes."
"...Mangekyou?"
Ryouta uttered, but Tobi heard it, and gained a smile under his mask.
"So Shisui told you, did he? Yes, that's exactly right. I wonder...will you gain the power of Shisui's? Or will they be another kind of power? Whatever it is...I'm sure that the power your eyes have, are going to be rather strong."
"...I understand now, you want Ryou for his potential with Mangekyou...you might find it too difficult for me to be tamed...but him..."
"That's one reason. There are others, and I'll soon tell you..."
Tobi's words caused Shisui to only feel more angry.
As they were talking, Ryouta felt something underneath him.
Looking down, he saw that it was a number of insects.
His eyes widened, and he went to call out, when the insects began wrapping around him.
"Shi-chan!"
Shisui shot his eyes for Ryouta, and saw the insects, so he went to move, when a barrage of Jutsu's came for him. From all of the different elements, the five strong bursts of elemental chakra came for his body.
Shisui though weaved through his own hand signs, and summoned his clones to his side, shooting off his own variety of chakra based attacks. However, he focused on wind and fire, combining two together, and sent off two equally strong bursts of power.
While his clones did that, Shisui shot through the attacks, and tried to grab Ryouta, who was fighting off the insects the best that he could, while being as injured as he was, it was rather difficult.
Shisui managed to get within grabbing distance of Ryouta, when Sugaru shot off a number of insects towards him in strong bursts. Shisui knew how poisonous the insects were, so he turned his body and unleashed a strong burst of flames for the insects, incinerating them out of existence.
But because he had to do that, the insects wrapped Ryouta up in a near air tight dome, leaving his head poking out of the dome of insects, as Sugaru made his way forward.
Shisui looked around, and saw that Tobi was attempting to move forward, but that stopped when Shisui locked eyes with him. Tobi made the mistake that Shisui was too focused on Ryouta that he wouldn't try a Genjutsu.
But that was a mistake he didn't think he'd make again when for a brief moment, Shisui cast a strong Genjutsu on him.
One of the strongest Genjutsu's that he could do.
He forced Tobi's mind to feel a lot of mental stress.
Even with the Sharingan, Shisui's adept usage of the Sharingan allowed him to stop even Tobi for a few moments, and his mind was in pain.
As he did that, Sugaru didn't look Shisui in the eyes, and kept at his chest.
"Sugaru...why are you doing this?"
"Relinquish your eyes, and your brother wont be harmed."
Sugaru said it like a robot.
He didn't hold any emotion within the sounds of his insects that mimicked his voice due to him not being able to actually speak.
"...My eyes? This is all for my eyes? So that is true after all...why would you do this Sugaru? I thought we were friends…? Didn't we protect one another on multiple battlefields? Didn't we show each other our kindness? I thought...you were a friend."
Sugaru tightened his hands.
He didn't show anything on his face.
His hand went to his floating orb of insects in the air.
"Give me your eyes, and your brother shall not be harmed."
"Don't give me that ultimatum! Tell me why…why use my little brother at all?"
"...He is a child, someone you immensely love. You would do anything for his safety. Isn't that obvious?"
"Maybe for someone cold and callous. But I didn't think you'd sink that low. You, who was attacked by your own Father, had your throat slashed by him...betrayed by him...and yet, you betray me now...and target an innocent child?!"
Sugaru allowed his eyes to close briefly.
Because of the sunglasses that he wore, Shisui couldn't see his eyes closing.
Sugaru knew Danzo was watching, and he'd be getting impatient, so he tightened his hand, and the insects began to constrict even tighter around Ryouta, who let out a cry of agony.
"Aaaaaaah!"
The insects were so tightly wrapped around him that he felt like he was being crushed from all directions. His arms and legs, his chest, everywhere felt so painful.
"Stop it Sugaru! You're going to kill him!"
Sugaru stopped the insects from crushing Ryouta, and gave him little room to breathe.
"Then I suggest you give me your eyes, and your brother wont have to be harmed."
Ryouta could see the worry on Shisui's face.
The eyes Shisui had, were too dangerous for others to obtain.
If they did, anything truly could be done with them.
Nothing would be out of reach for that person.
And for someone evil to obtain the eyes…
Then Ryouta knew that many people around the world could suffer.
Other nations could fall to his eyes, they were that dangerous.
"No! Shi-chan! Don't give him your eyes! Even if he kills me!"
"Ryou..."
Shisui was stunned.
But Ryouta gave a pained smile.
"Don't...he'll cause...more harm...with your eyes...Shi-chan...don't give him your eyes..."
Shisui knew Ryouta was acting out of the best interests of potential future victims if his eyes were given to others.
More than that, he was thinking about others in the nations also.
Taking Shisui's words to heart when he learned of the Mangekyou Sharingan eyes…
It was clear Ryouta valued the life of others and the world over his own.
It was a quality that Shisui truly did admire.
He'd rather die than have many suffer because of him.
Tobi, who had recovered from Shisui's mental attack, looked on with gritted teeth. He wasn't sure he'd be able to grab Ryouta before Sugaru had the chance to crush him.
"Shisui Uchiha, if you don't give me your eyes immediately, then I'll have your brother infected with my insects. You should know, my poison will kill him, and leave no trace within his body. Now, surrender your eyes."
Shisui just couldn't accept that Sugaru of all people was doing this.
Sure, he knew Sugaru was someone closed off.
But he didn't think that Sugaru would go this far.
"Why now?"
"Excuse me?"
"I said...why now? You had an opportunity to take him before…why are you doing this now?"
Sugaru paused.
Sugaru didn't want to do this.
He didn't like the idea at all…
But he knew that he'd have to do it.
Danzo from a distance narrowed his eyebrows.
"Because...your eyes, are a magnificent power. I, want that power for myself."
Shisui lowered his eyebrows.
"...All this...for my eyes. My little brother...suffering because of my eyes. If I didn't...hesitate back then...my friend would still be here...and Ryou wouldn't be in danger now...Sugaru, these eyes, they're brought about with misery...and pain. They're not worth it...if my brother is going to suffer now...so, let him go...I beg you...you don't have to involve him in this..."
Shisui at peak, he believed he probably would be able to grab Ryouta before he was poisoned and most likely deal with Sugaru also.
But he was currently in a desperate situation, and had wasted his chakra a good deal fighting Tobi and wasn't at his top speed.
He didn't know if he could grab Ryouta before he was poisoned.
"Shi-chan...he's protected me for this long...he's done so much for me...I can't...let him down now...even if this...hurts...I have to get out of this...and make sure Shi-chan...has the best opportunity to win here...I have too...I can...move my hands...come on..."
Ryouta looked down, trying his best to move his hands so Sugaru didn't notice.
He didn't want Shisui to have his eyes ripped out.
He wanted to make sure that his brother was well protected.
Trying his best, his fingers made contact...and he began going through the hand signs.
Inhaling and exhaling slowly, Ryouta prepared himself for this.
"Sugaru-san."
Ryouta called surprising Shisui.
Sugaru didn't look at him, knowing Ryouta had some skill in Genjutsu also.
"Yes?"
Ryouta glared intensely.
"You're going to burn!" Sugaru looked confused for a moment, but then saw Ryouta inhaling deeply when he finally did look. "Fire Release, Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Using the remaining chakra he had, he shot off a fireball towards Sugaru, who tried to pull back, but Shisui used this time to throw shurikens with wire attached, tying him down with great weapon control, allowing Ryouta's Fire Release Jutsu to hit point blank, burning his skin as he was sent flying backwards, allowing Shisui to shoot a stream of fire around the insects, incinerating them all due to Sugaru's control over them being distracted by Ryouta's Jutsu.
Because of the chakra consumption, Ryouta's eyes closed, as he fell towards the ground, and with the wounds he had, very well could kill him if he hit the ground with full force.
"Ryou!"
Shisui gasped, and shot forward as did Tobi.
Trying to grab the boy in the air, Tobi tossed shurikens towards Shisui.
But they came from his eye instead, and they were large.
Shisui dodged them all, while also having his clones shoot for Sugaru and Tobi to distract them.
Sugaru unleashed his insects around him, dispelling the fires of Ryouta, and created a dome around himself, while shooting out projectiles towards the clones.
Tobi on the other hand directed his large shurikens towards the clones, and forced them away.
Shisui then grabbed Ryouta's body, and saw his unconscious state.
"Ryou! Ryou! I'm here!" Ryouta didn't answer, Shisui noticing how badly his small body was injured, how he was bleeding. He checked for a heart beat...and thankfully found it. "...You're going to be okay...well done Ryou...you were amazing..."
Shisui cried in relief, as he saw the Anbu moving closer towards him.
Tobi also was shooting for him.
Seeing his clones dispersing, Shisui knew he didn't have many options left.
"It's time to end this..."
So, he allowed his eyes to turn into the Mangekyou Sharingan.
One of his eyes looked upon Tobi, and he cast Kotoamatsukami upon the man.
Using Kotoamatsukami, he gave Tobi an order.
Tobi was unaware as he was too busy trying to get in close.
"That takes care of you...now for the others."
Then, after Shisui gave the order to Tobi, Shisui glowed a green colour.
As the Ninja got in close, trying to attack, a ribcage summoned around him, and blocked off all of their attacks. Tobi also backed away as Shisui's green glowing ribcage grew more and more around him. Creating a humanoid figure around him.
The humanoid figure even had a face, and a large drill like weapon within his hand. In the centre of its chest, was a red glowing orb. It had only manifested the upper half, but it surrounded Shisui who held Ryouta in his arms in the protective armour of green chakra.
This creature was, Susanoo.
"Say goodbye."
Shisui, who was getting tired said with a strained expression.
The chest of the large green creature opened up, and from the chest, a large number of green chakra needles erupted forward.
Each of them were so fast that they pierced the bodies of the Ninja around, and also swung the drill forward, which cut through and pierced several of the Anbu, killing them off without them being able to fight back.
Even with their various Jutsu's, they couldn't break through and ended up deceased.
Tobi used his Kamui to slide through them, but Shisui knew better, and kept up the barrage of them so Tobi didn't have an opportunity to turn back into his tangible form.
Sugaru also tried to block the needles with his insects, but the needles penetrated through his insects, and pierced his right thigh, and left arm as he tried to make an escape backwards, and that dropped him down to the ground in pain from the piercings.
Shisui panted from using Susanoo, it was a strong technique, but it consumed a good deal of chakra, while also causing his eyes to bleed, and feel pain.
"It didn't have to be this way, Sugaru. But, I know...you work for Danzo, don't you?"
Danzo's face fell when he heard Shisui say that.
Sugaru didn't reveal anything, and tried to stand but a multitude of needles erupted.
Sugaru tried to have his insects block the needles, but only managed to divert them slightly. He still got his right arm sliced, and his torso on the left hand side, along with a few more wounds that appeared on his body.
"I investigated you, did you think that I wouldn't? I didn't know your motives, I didn't know Danzo's motives. But now that I do...I wont let him gain my eyes, or my brothers either." He looked around for Danzo but he remained extremely well hidden. "Danzo, I know you're there. You try and come for my brother or my eyes, and it wont end well for you. My brother put his life on the line to stop people like you gaining my eyes, so I will too."
Shisui knew he couldn't keep his Susanoo up forever and with Tobi there...he knew he'd have to make an escape.
Quickly deactivating his eyes, Shisui tried to run away from the area.
However, Tobi wouldn't allow him to go, and rushed him.
But Shisui used his Jutsu to move around quickly, his Body Flicker to dodge away.
Danzo moved forward, and glared towards Shisui.
"Sugaru...use your insects, shoot poison at his brother. Then he'll have to stop."
Sugaru was reluctant.
However, Danzo glared at him.
"Are you defying me?"
Sugaru looked unsure of what to do.
Danzo then went to activate the seal to harm him, so Sugaru raised his hand upwards.
"You've made a wise choice, Sugaru."
Danzo weaved through some hand signs, and then placed his hands on the ground.
As he did, the Jutsu activated and formed thick walls around him of the earth. Tobi got in close, and tried to grab Ryouta, so Shisui tried to shoot around the wall, seeing that Danzo had Sugaru coat the upper part of the wall in his insects so he couldn't escape that way.
Sugaru then shot off his insects like bullets for Ryouta's form under the instructions of Danzo.
Shisui dodged both Tobi's attempts at grabbing Ryouta, and also the insects of Sugaru.
Shisui did pretty well, being able to evade both…
But then Danzo made him choose by cutting off Shisui's path of running with a strong Wind Release which would cut through him if he did try to go through it.
Tobi also came at him from the other side, so Shisui turned and shot his Fire Release through the wall to break through it, but he saw Sugaru's poisonous insect going for Ryouta.
Before they could flee, Shisui took the poisonous insect to protect his brother, and it went into him long enough for the poison to go inside of his body.
Shisui looked towards Sugaru, and saw Danzo, Shisui briefly making contact with him via his eyes.
"Danzo..."
Shisui then sped off into the forest.
Tobi attempted to follow, but Shisui made sure that he couldn't do it as he made clones with some remaining chakra, and confused even Tobi long enough to make an escape.
When seeing his escape, Tobi's eyes raged.
"Damn it...if he dies now...then his eyes..."
Tobi looked back towards Sugaru, seeing that he was unable to move, so he began running towards him.
Sugaru looked on, seeing Tobi coming, and tried to call for Danzo…
But Danzo had already disappeared.
Tobi got in close towards Sugaru, and his hand went forward.
"One way or another, you'll be useful to me..."
Sugaru couldn't say anything as Tobi's hand laid itself upon his face, and used his Kamui to suck in Sugaru's body.
Shisui, managing to put distance between them, felt his vision blurring.
He laid Ryouta on the ground, and saw his bleeding wounds.
Shisui went to treat his wounds, when he began coughing.
He coughed so hard that blood began to leak out of his mouth.
"...Sugaru's insects...their poison...fast acting poison...shit..."
Shisui cursed, knowing what that meant.
However, he'd rather be the one who was poisoned than Ryouta.
He wasn't aware of any antidote, and he had seen how fast the poison spread, how quickly it could kill, so he knew that he didn't have much time left.
Placing his hand on Ryouta's face, Shisui gave a small smile.
"Little brother...even though...it seems like...I might not make it...I'll make sure...you have what you need...for your future...to live...to make sure...you're able to survive...Tobi...Danzo...Sugaru...I wont let them hurt you...I'll do my best...even if...I'm not...here anymore..."
Shisui felt the pain of the poison, so he steadied his breathing, and lifted Ryouta up with him.
Creating some clones with the remains of his chakra, he sent them out to do his tasks. Planning for Ryouta's future, and to make sure that he would be safe pending his death.
He wished he could be with Ryouta always.
But if he could protect Ryouta…
Then that was just as good.
Sitting on top of a cliff a small time later, Shisui knew he didn't have much time left.
He could feel the poison working its way through him.
With Ryouta passed out beside him due to what happened before hand, Shisui had treated his wounds the best he could and make sure that Ryouta was going to live, his eyes drifted towards the young boy, and brought him onto his lap.
"You know...there was so many things...I wanted to do with you. I wanted us...to become strong together...become known through the world...I wanted...to watch you grow, Ryou. I wanted you to...feel safe with me...but, all that happened was...you ended up, becoming a target...if Mom and Dad were here...you never...got to meet them..."
Shisui couldn't finish.
He began coughing.
Coughing more and more, until the point that blood came out.
"But...don't worry Ryou...even if I'm...not here...I know...you'll become very strong...without me...I'm sure you'll grow...into a talented...and powerful Ninja...but, always...remember your kind heart..."
Shisui inhaled, trying to calm the sadness building within him.
The pain he could take.
The fact that Ryouta was there, he couldn't.
He didn't want anything to ever happen to his little brother.
But he knew now, what was going to happen next…
Ryouta was going to go through so much pain.
"Ryou...I never said...when you were born...and Mom died...I was scared...that I'd never...be able to raise you...like they did me...but, seeing how you turned out...I can see...how much you're going to shine...how strong and capable you are...at least with that...I was able to raise you a little good..."
Though Ryouta couldn't hear it...
Shisui continued speaking aloud, for him to speak these words, even if Ryouta couldn't hear them.
"Still...the time we had together...I was the happiest...when I was with you….you look so much like Mom...yet, you also looked a bit like Dad...while I mostly...looked like Dad...when I looked at you...I thought sometimes...Mom was staring back at me...silly, isn't it Ryou? But...rather than cause me pain...it gave me happiness..."
Shisui placed his forehead against Ryouta's own, and a strange light passed between them.
Shisui's heart melded with Ryouta's, and he held his little brother, waiting for Itachi to come.
He didn't have to wait long, as he felt a presence coming from behind.
His eyes turned to see Itachi.
Seeing the sickly state Shisui was in, and Ryouta was unconscious, Itachi feared the worse.
"Shisui..."
"...It's Danzo, Itachi." Itachi narrowed his brows. "...He made a move, for my eyes, using Sugaru." Itachi lowered his eyes. "I...I was able to fight him off...and his Root...I also, used Kotoamatsukami on that Tobi...to make sure...Ryou was safe...I also...will make sure that Ryou is safe...with one last gift...to him...I couldn't do much...but, I could at least do that before I have...before anything happens..."
Itachi noticed the way that he was speaking.
It was as if this was...an end of a journey.
"Shisui...why do you speak...like you aren't...going to be here? You got away...you've got both of your eyes...so, why are you..."
Itachi was baffled.
He couldn't see anything that would physically stop Shisui from being there.
Shisui stood up with Ryouta in his arms. Looking down at his little brother, despite the pain, he couldn't stop the smile that was etching itself onto his face.
"I've been poisoned by Sugaru. I don't...have long left."
Itachi gasped, while Shisui walked towards him.
Weakly, he placed Ryouta on the ground below him.
"Take care of him...for me, Itachi."
"Shisui...I-I..."
Itachi wasn't an emotional person usually.
But even now he could feel sadness and regret building up inside.
"I need...you to promise...me...please, take care of him...he's going to need...someone watching out...for him. That masked...bastard is out there...and Danzo...I couldn't fully...stop him...but, at least...I...I made sure...Danzo...wont be able to...take Ryou's eyes...at least a single time..."
"Shisui...we'll find you a cure! We'll...I'll go and find it! Stay here with Ryou, and I'll..."
Itachi tried to deny it.
He couldn't accept the fact that Shisui was going to die.
Shisui placed a hand on his, and gave a look of desperation, of sadness, of pain, yet of kindness.
"It's...Sugaru's poison...he'd have the antidote...if one exists...and I can feel it...I don't...have long left..." Shisui began coughing violently, Itachi seeing blood leaking out of his mouth. "...s-so, promise me...please...if you do...I know Ryou...will...he'll...be able to...grow up...and become...strong...I know...I'm asking a lot...and I'm sorry..."
"Don't be sorry...of course...I'll protect him...he's also...like a little brother to me..."
Shisui was relieved.
Though, there was something else deep within him that troubled him.
"...He could...awaken it...the Mangekyou Sharingan..."
It was a fear Shisui had.
He knew that with his death, Ryouta most certainly would awaken the Mangekyou...and it pained him that it was going to be like this.
"...Yes, there's a high chance...he might..."
"You also...might awaken it..."
"...I don't care about Mangekyou Sharingan Shisui..."
Even if Itachi didn't at the moment.
He wanted to give one last thing to Itachi.
Something that he believed could help him in the future.
"It's all...I can give now...the power should...help you. Uchiha...are going to suffer…Itachi. I know...it will. Danzo...he wont settle for anything...less than their deaths. You'll...have to make tough decisions...from now on...but remember...even if you have to...make those decisions...you're always...that kind boy I met...and who became close to our family...you became...like a second...big brother to Ryou, and a...another little brother to me...I know...you find it hard...to express your...emotions...but I'm glad...that you let us...and Izumi-chan...into your heart. That girl...she really...does love you...she fought...really hard...to protect...Ryou...keep her...safe Itachi...never...let her go..."
Itachi at this point began to cry.
He couldn't keep his pain back anymore.
"...I understand...thank you, Shisui..."
Shisui cast his eyes down towards Ryouta once more, before bending down and laying an brotherly affectionate kiss on the forehead.
"This is the last time...I'll see you...Ryou...but, one day...you'll have these eyes...of mine...only you...can have my eyes...Ryou."
Itachi clenched his fists tight.
His eyes were shedding tears uncontrollably.
"Shisui..."
Shisui looked at Ryouta one last time, memorizing everything about him, before turning back to Itachi.
He didn't see that Ryouta's eyelids began to flicker, indicating that he was beginning to wake up.
"My eyes...cause a lot of pain...they could cause a war...so, I've written...a suicide note...and made it...seem like I destroyed my eyes...but, I'll give them...to you. Ryou…might need my eyes one day...when that day comes...please give them to him...you're the only one...I can trust now. He'll have my eyes...and he'll inherit my will...he's going to grow...and be strong...I know that he is."
Itachi didn't want to deny Shisui's request.
"...Yes, I'll give him your eyes when he needs them. Until then...I'll keep them safe."
Shisui sniffled, trying and failing to control his tears.
He wasn't crying at the fact he was poisoned.
He cried...knowing he'd never see the little brother he loved so much again.
"Thank you, Itachi."
Itachi just nodded, unable to do anything else.
Then, Shisui did the deed, and took out his eyes.
His eyelids covered the place his eyes used to be.
Itachi, with pain etched on his face, summoned a crow, and took both of the eyes away from Shisui's grasp.
Shisui then moved back towards the waterfall, standing on the cliffs edge.
"Shisui...I'm sorry..."
"Don't apologize Itachi…I know..."
As they spoke, Ryouta's eyes opened.
Slowly at first, but Shisui soon came into his vision and he remembered what had happened.
He groaned "Shi-chan…?" looking around.
Itachi's eyes shot for the boy, while Shisui felt his heart beating faster.
This...wasn't what Shisui wanted.
He didn't have time to remove Ryouta from the area.
He hoped that he wouldn't have to witness what was going to happen next.
Shisui moved towards the edge, and his body began leaning forward.
Itachi held himself back from trying to stop Shisui.
Ryouta on the other hand, saw Shisui finally, and gasped.
"S-Shi-chan? W-What are you doing?"
Shisui didn't give an answer.
He couldn't.
Ryouta stood up, and moved slowly forward, his body almost too afraid to take the next step.
"Shi-chan...it's okay...I'm here...l-lets go home...a-alright?"
"...I'm sorry Ryou...I can't...go home..."
"B-But why? I don't understand..."
Ryouta didn't know what was happening.
But he felt from the depths of his soul that something was happening with Shisui.
That he was...going to do something…
He was going to leave.
"...Ryou, Itachi...and Izumi-chan are...going to take care of you..."
"W-Where are you...going…?"
If Shisui had eyes, he'd be shedding tears at this point.
He just couldn't do this to Ryouta.
He wanted to just turn and stay with him forever.
But he was dying.
He didn't have long left.
Even minutes might be more time than he had left.
"...Ryou, I have...to leave you now...just know...that I...I always..."
"No! Shi-chan! Y-You can't go! Please...don't go...stay with me..."
A child's plea almost caused Shisui to turn around and run over to him.
But he couldn't in the end.
Ryouta though couldn't accept it, and hugged onto Shisui's leg, and pulled him back from the edge.
Though it was a futile effort since Shisui was stronger.
"Shi-chan please...S-Sugaru...h-he wont...h-he...wont..."
Shisui's face turned towards him, and without uttering a word, he hugged his little brother one last time.
Ryouta desperately clung to his elder brother, and couldn't let him go.
"Ryou...Mom...gave me you. I loved you, the moment I saw you. I always...loved being with you. This...just remember...don't give into hate...stay the same...loving and kind person...you always have been...Ryou. You were the person...that made me the most...happiest...you helped me, after Mom died...being with you...training with you...has been the best time in my life. I'm proud to be your big brother, and I'll always love you."
"Shi-chan...I love you...please stay...I-I'll...do anything...please..."
Ryouta cried.
Shisui could hear the tears, and felt them on his shoulder where Ryouta's head was.
"I wish...I could stay with you...but, I can't...I don't...have long now..."
Ryouta put two and two together, believing he understood what Shisui was saying.
"Sugaru...h-he...poisoned you..."
Moving closer to his ear, Shisui smiled.
Even if this was the end...he got to speak to his little brother one more time.
"Goodbye, little brother. I'll always love you...I know, you'll be okay. Just remember...I'm always with you. Even if you can't see me...I'll always be here...for you, watching you, I know...you'll be amazing...so show everyone else...how amazing you are."
Shisui, knowing the end of his life was about to come, he threw Ryouta towards Itachi.
Ryouta gasped, while in the air, he watched Shisui turned to the edge of the cliff, and...then jumped.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
His scream was one Itachi wanted to yell also.
But he kept himself back, and grabbed Ryouta in the air.
Ryouta tried to get out of Itachi's grasp, but he wouldn't let him go.
Itachi restrained him the best that he could, not wanting Ryouta to jump after him.
"LET GO OF ME! I NEED TO HELP HIM!"
He struggled, but Itachi was able to keep him at bay, stopping him.
"I'm sorry...you can't...he's gone, Ryou..."
Itachi called weakly.
He couldn't speak.
His own pain at seeing Shisui go over, was beginning to truly make him feel the depths of sorrow and anguish.
"NO! HE'S...HE CAN'T BE! SHI-CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!"
His cries became unbearable for Itachi.
He couldn't contain his tears as he held onto Ryouta.
Ryouta struggled for over half a minute, desperate to get out of Itachi's grasp.
But reality came to him more and more.
The pain, the sorrow…
Shisui was gone.
He really was gone.
"Shi-chan..."
He let out with barely any emotions.
He couldn't think.
His eyes leaked tears, but he barely moved.
Itachi looked at Ryouta, and thought of Shisui.
As he did, Itachi's eyes began to change.
Rather than the normal Sharingan, they changed to look different.
Becoming more like a black pinwheel, with three points, one at the top, one at the bottom left, and one at the bottom right, and a red background, his Mangekyou Sharingan was awakened, as tears came from Itachi, he couldn't even utter a single word, his own feelings prevented him from offering any comforting words to Ryouta.
"Shi-chan...no….please no…."
As his did, Ryouta's began to awaken also.
The pain, the anguish he felt...it was too much for him to take.
His Tomoe began to change shape into a new design all together.
The new shape in his eyes had a single black dot in the middle about the size of a pea on a red background. The black tomoe split off into three distinctly thick black curved to the centre resembling three half moons which all curled towards the centre of the eye, one at the bottom, one at the top left hand side, the last at the top right hand side, the tips of the half moon shapes touching one another, completing one another.
His newly revealed eyes glimmered in the darkened sky as he shed tears, tears of sorrow and anguish, reflecting what was in his heart.
His heart ached, his body felt heavy, and he barely could do anything other than shed tears without his voice obeying his command to make sound.
He wanted it to be some kind of nightmare.
That he had been put into some horrible Genjutsu.
But he knew deep down that this was real.
He didn't even realize his eyes had changed, the trauma of witnessing Shisui die was too much for Ryouta, a child no less to experience such an experience.
Tobi looked on, from a distance, murmuring "Not yet...I will have his power...both of their powers..." before he vanished into his private dimension.
Ryouta looked over the waterfall as Itachi stayed close, and just stared, making sure Ryouta would be safe...a final request from Shisui.
Ryouta's heart...was shattering.
Losing Shisui...almost broke him completely.
Itachi silently stood there, and watched Ryouta just cry, whispering "...Please...come back..." but from what he saw...
Shisui was gone.

Shisui did everything he could to protect Ryouta, he fought off Tobi the best he could, even managing to wound him with him going his max speed, he fought off Sugaru and Root, even revealing his Susanoo. He even took the poison for Ryouta, to make sure that his little brother would love, as well as save Izumi before she could be killed.
Danzo didn't get Shisui's eyes here, due to Ryouta and Shisui both not giving up and working together as a team to fight. Though he was wounded, Ryouta wouldn't be a hostage for Danzo to use, while Shisui made sure somehow Danzo wouldn't target Ryouta, or something might happen. He even placed Kotoamatsukami upon Tobi, what kind of order he gave Tobi shall become apparent in the future.
Then at the end, Shisui expressed his emotions to the unconscious Ryouta, then to the conscious Ryouta, and told him his love for his little brother, and he even told Itachi everything he needed to know, considering him like another big brother to Ryouta, and by extention another younger brother to Shisui.
Then...he jumped, and Ryouta, witnessing such a tragic event of Shisui seemingly dying, caused his own Mangekyou Sharingan to awaken as did Itachi's.
Tobi was watching on...and he took Sugaru for some reason. What he'd need Sugaru for...And if he saw the exchange between Shisui and Itachi, then Ryouta...we'll soon see~
For the design of the eye, I couldn't find any images that fit it, so I hope the description will suffice. For the Eternal Mangekyou, how Shisui's would overlap with that, I've got a few ideas on how it might look.
