Lunch was a very uneventful event if you ignored Viper snickering. Verde's eyes going from Fon to Skull and back. Lal's sadistic smirk and Colonnello's muttering. Of course, then there was Reborn, and true to form he was enjoying himself far more than a man his age should.
"Didn't know you liked to be owned Fon." He said sitting back in his chair, his normal mug of well-made espresso sitting in front of him, with steam coming off of it. He had used comments similar to it since they had sat down, so Fon already had a retort.
"I don't mind belonging to Skull." He replied with his normal serene smile, his eyes locked on Skull who tensed in her seat before sending him a dark look.
"Well Lacky, what are you going to do with your new toy?" He asked, his smirk widening at perceived chaos.
"Probably sell it. No telling just where it's been." Skull snarked as she stood up.
"Mu, why weren't you this funny before?" Viper demanded through another round of laughter.
"Who said I wasn't? I always got a laugh out of it." She sassed before leaving the room. Her hips swayed drawing Fon's gaze.
"Mu, I might take her from you." Viper declared as they sat back in their seat.
"That would be unfortunate. I do have several places to hide your body." Fon's voice was almost playful if not for the possessive glint in his eyes.
"So, your male Kora?" Colonnello demanded, jumping in with both feet.
"Don't be an idiot. Why would I tell you that for free?" Viper demanded with a snort of irritation. A far cry different from the amusement that had been prevalent before.
"Come on Kora!" Colonnello whined with an exasperated pout.
"What will you give me?" Viper demanded after a moment and the Rain sat up in his seat, eyes wide as he looked at them.
"What do you want?" Viper's look could have been considered pure evil as they stood, slowly making their way over to the man and whispering in his ear. The others watched as Colonnello paled, looking up in horror.
"No! You want to get me killed Kora?" He shouted.
"That is the price for my gender. You do it and I'll tell you. Don't and you will never find out." Viper stated as they went back to their seat leaving the others wondering just what Viper had demanded.
"Your first born?" Reborn guessed and got a shake of the Rain's head.
"Worse Kora. They're going to get me killed." He sighed as he slumped in his seat. A dark glare being sent towards the Mist.
"I didn't peg you for a coward." Fon's voice was soft, silky and friendly.
"I'm not a fucking coward Kora." He growled at the insult.
"Then I don't see the problem."
"You want me to do what Viper wants?" He demanded with a growl.
"That depends. Do we all get to know?" Lal questioned looking from her lover to their Mist.
"Yes. If Colonnello does what I asked I will tell all of you. It would be worth it." They agreed.
"Then yes." Lal stated sitting back with a satisfied look on her face. Colonnello looked towards the others only to get nods from them all.
"I'm a dead man." He sighed slumping in his seat as Skull reentered the room.
"Shouldn't you all be doing something else that's not sitting here?" She inquired with a raised eyebrow as she moved to finish clearing the table.
"Hold on Kora, I want to ask you something." He called beckoning her over. She frowned but went to the man who stood up. Before anyone could say or do anything he struck. One arm going around her waist, the other to the back of her head before claiming her lips in a kiss.
